“On the 10th of August of 1631 at the San Ignacio de Ipané reduction, something strange and luminous was seen to fly in the heavens. Between six and seven in the evening, a luminous globe of strange grandeur was seen to rise, flying unhurriedly and rather slowly, over the town, like a full moon. It gave off a large number of sparks toward the east, and upon reaching the western horizon, blazed with greater light, which was then diminished. In the time it takes to recite the Apostle’s Creed, it issued a tremendous report like thunder.”
A few kilometers away from this reduction there is a region belonging to the Chaco Province known as Campo del Cielo (due to the large number of meteorites that once fell in the area), making it possible to think that another meteor was involved, but when the document is analyzed word by word, as researcher Antonio Las Heras did in one of his excellent works on the subject, we have no choice but to allow some room for doubt, and the possibility that the object reported was not a meteorite.
The object traveled slowly. The words “it was seen to rise in the east” give the impression that it immediately “gained altitude”, thus making it one of the first eyewitness reports of a UFO takeoff in this region, which covers the province of Misiones, near the Brazil-Paraguay border. Without going into detail like this excellent Argentinean researcher has done, we believe that the document in question is a valuable one, providing evidence that we have been visited by the these flying objects over the ages, objects whose point of origin we are hesitant to define.
A Louisiana witness near Bossier City reported watching an “unknown, cylinder-shaped object” that appeared to be followed by a jet near Barksdale Air Force base, according to testimony in Case 66602 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
The witness was outside at a local Air Force base working as a civilian housekeeper and happened to look up at 7:53 p.m. on June 3, 2015. “I watched this cylinder-shaped object slowly cruise across the sky as if it was just gliding slowly,” the witness stated. “I’ve never seen anything like this.”
But there was another object in the sky. “Right behind it was clearly a jet or an airplane I don’t know which but it had a con trail behind it. It was following the object at a steady pace, never getting too close. I put my phone away because we’re not supposed to have them.”
The witness watched as the object moved away. “As I watched for the next few minutes, the further the object got, it got smaller until it looked like a bright star and then it just vanished, leaving nothing there but the jet.” Later that evening, the witness said that there was heavy military traffic in the air. “Moments later as I stood there looking in amazement, a military patrol car passed by, so I went on with my work. I had been working there since April of this year but that evening there was heavy air traffic after the event. I couldn’t help but wonder if the two have something to do with each other because I had never seen that much air traffic over the base since I worked there.
Shortly after I was fired and told they didn’t have to give me a reason why they were letting me go.”
FREIGHTENING ALIEN CRAFT CLOSE ENCOUNTER IN RUSSIA
AUGUST 15, 1663 ………… ROBOZERO LAKE RUSSIA
On August 15, 1663, between 10 a.m. and noon, local time, a “great noise” resounded over Robozero Lake, located in the Vologda Region; about 50 kilometers southwest of Belozersk.
From the north, out of the clear sky appeared a huge flaming sphere no less than 40 meters in diameter. From its fore part emitted two “flame” beams, about “20 sazhens ahead of it” (i.e. around 40 meters; asazhen is 2.13 meters). From its sides poured blue smoke. This huge ball of fire, its height like that of a modern 15-story building, hovered over the lake.
The phenomenon was observed by a multitude of people. It was the day of the Assumption, and villagers from all of nearby villages gathered for Mass at the parish church, situated on the lake shore. The “great noise” occurred just as the prayer singing had begun. Terrified by this noise, the people emerged from the church to the vestibule, but upon seeing the “frightful sight” they went back into the church and “prayed to the Lord and the Virgin Mary with tears and weeping,” whereupon “the great flame and the two smaller ones vanished.” However, soon after “the fiery flame” again appeared over the lake, somewhat to the west, “about half a versta (approximately 1750 feet) from the spot where it had vanished.” Its appearance was just as unexpected as the first time and it had “dimmed.”
A little later the same body, seemingly becoming even brighter and more terrifying, reappeared another half kilometer to the west, and then, moving westward, it dimmed and disappeared from view. The “flame” hovered over Robozero for about an hour and a half. The lake is quite small, its size “two versts long and about one wide.”
Peasants were sailing in a boat in the lake at the time, but the scorching heat did not let them come closer. They saw that light from the unknown object penetrated the water, and reached the bottom of the lake that was “about four sazhens down.” They observed “fish fleeing from the flame towards the shore.” And where the flame touched the water, appeared a brown film of oxide on the surface, resembling rust (“just like rust”); it was later dispersed by wind.
Ivan Rzhevsky was an educated and intelligent man, as his observations reveal quite clearly. He went as far as to check out the testimony of an eyewitness, a peasant by the name of Levko Fedorov. He also received written confirmation from the local priests that “such a sign was observed on that date;” only then did Rzhevsky report the occurrence to his superiors.
The Russian author provides a detailed description of the phenomenon, but does not offer any subjective interpretation of it. Others tried to interpret the Robozero Phenomenon. Russian astronomer D. Svyatski, in his book “Astronomical phenomena in Russian chronicles (Petrograd, 1915),” claims that the eyewitnesses saw pieces of a meteorite that flew apart after an explosion.
How could the people in the boat approach a hovering body? Some have tried to explain it as a ball lightning. But there was no storm and no rain that day. A lightning’s life span is short. Its diameter is not larger than a meter, certainly never 40 meters. Then, there were two rays that emitted from the body. Ball lightning does not emit rays. Yuri Roszius analyzed Rzhevsky’s report. His detailed analysis included the study of one interesting episode related by eyewitnesses. The document notes a change in the outer appearance of the object: an increase in its brightness when it came into view for the third time.
For some reason this change preceded the start of the object’s progressive movement westward. In modern times, such increase in brightness could be attributed to the firing a cruise engines (increase in its trust). Is it by chance that the object’s brightness increased before its departure?
In 1980 I had bought a house in Colchester Vermont, on camp Kinya road, near from route 2. My house was a couple of houses down from the corner of Clay Point and Camp Kinya road. In 1980 my wife and I were putting on a birthday party for my brother-in-law.
Everyone started showing up after supper time. After a while I needed a break from the party noise, so went out to smoke a cigarette. I was thinking to myself what a great night it was. It was warm, bright sky, lots of stars, and a very quiet country night. I was looking at the stars when I saw something moving up by the stars, I was looking east. I thought maybe it was just my eyes playing tricks on me so I looked down to clear my vision. When I looked up again I noticed this light that looked like a star but it had no star like rays to it. It was in a different place than I had seen it before. It was getting closer to me from the stars. It was moving very slow. It was round, very bright but it was not a blinding light. I watched it for about 30 minutes moving towards me. By looking at it it seemed to be the size of a star. It still had a ways to go before it reached earth. It was moving erratically, it had no sense of direction where it wanted to go.
After another 15 minutes of watching it was still coming toward me. It still had no direction falling out of the sky. Finally the light ball passed over me headed west. It looked like it was moving just above the trees. After it passed me it headed away from the ground.
When it did I said to myself “what the hell is that”. I was trembling inside. It made no sounds. It seemed to be just floating. Then it started moving towards me again, it stopped behind the trees. It still seemed to be floating. It looked to be between 100 and 1000 feet of the ground at this time. It scared me because it had stopped. I wasn’t sure what would happen next. It felt like I couldn’t move. I was screaming at it your not going to take me. Screaming at seemed to break the trance like state I was in. I ran inside and said there was a ufo outside, they all laughed. I said come out and look for yourselves. My sister and her friend came back outside with me. We all looked up and it was still there in the same spot. I pointed at it and said there it is.
After saying this the object took off at the speed of light. It looked to change in to a tear drop type shape as it took off. It headed north for about 3 seconds then veered to the east at a low altitude. I then lost sight of it. I got in my car to follow in the direction it went. I pulled onto route 2 and headed east coming to chimney corners store. I saw a pay phone with two old lady’s at it. One was on the phone. As I walked up to them they were saying they saw something crash on Cobble Hill mountain in Milton Vermont as they were driving.
While they were on the phone I was looking in the direction they said it had crashed when I saw the light, still in a teardrop form, head south into space.

KENS NOTE:I spoke to the witness today and he told me about this encounter. I though I would share this important event. I am in the process of investigating another case by this witness and he has seen some strange things over the years. Many people have more than one encounter and these craft seem to follow certain people around for them to see. The is definitely seems to be some kind of connection.
Objects of unknown origin buzzed a military facility on Cabañas Bay in 1967. The troops quartered at this installation were jolted out of bed shortly after midnight by a blast of machine gun fire from the sentry box manned by Isidro Puentes.
A squad was rushed to the area, but the sentinel was not at his post. Dozens of spent rounds were later found in the area, completely crushed as if they had impacted a very solid object upon impact. Even more ominous was the discovery of burn marks that suggested the landing of a large object with an estimated weight of ten tons. The missing guard was found later in the morning, completely unconscious. He was taken to a military hospital, where he remained in shock and unable to speak for nearly seven days. The hapless soldier was then transported to a neurology unit, where scans showed that he had no brain damage, but still remained unresponsive.
When he finally emerged from his trance-like state, the soldier told the medical staff and investigating officers that he had seen “strange lights” behind the trees, and upon investigation, was faced with a large object shaped like a “luminous sphere.” Believing that the object could be the spearhead of a U.S. invasion force, the soldier fired at it, and could remember little else.
The Medusae Fossae Formation is a large geological unit of uncertain origin on the planet Mars. It is named for the Medusa of Greek mythology. “Fossae” is Latin for “trenches”. Like many others throughout the Medusae Fossae Formation, the surface has been eroded by the wind.
In 2000 the Mars Global Surveyor captured many images of the Medusae Fossae formation and it was Steve Wingate, a NASA image specialist who discovered a very unusual object half buried in the martian soil what appears to be a crashed alien craft.
Despite frantic efforts to make his amazing finding public the image mysteriously disappeared several times from his site, but surprisingly the image (MOC narrow-angle image M11-01534) released on October 16, 2000 remained on the NASA servers till now.
If we take a look at the crash site we see that the UFO, which is approximately 190 meters wide, impacted the surface at a low angle ending up half buried in the Martian soil.
It seems the Medusae Fossae formation is a danger area for spacecraft as an image taken by the High Resolution Stereo Camera (HRSC) on board ESA’s Mars Express spacecraft on 2005 shows another possible crashed UFO.
The UFO which looks like a Stealth craft is located on another part of the Medusae Fossae formation.
An interesting detail is the fact that this mysterious area gives almost no radar return, for this reason it has been called a “stealth” region.

Edgar told me, “He signed a contract with NASA not to reveal anything he saw regarding aliens and UFOs. However, all of his friends had seen them.” Edgar stated, “After my space flight, I was contacted by descendants of the original Roswell observers where he grew up, including the person who delivered the child-sized coffins to the Air Force to contain alien bodies. Another was one of the children of the deputy sheriff who was patrolling traffic around the site. They all seemed credible with their stories that the bodies found were alien.”
. Edgar felt, “White Sands was a testing ground for atomic weapons – and that’s what the extraterrestrials were interested in. “They wanted to know about our military capabilities of the nuclear bomb wing at Roswell. My own experience talking to people has made it clear the ETs had been attempting to keep us from going to nuclear war and help create peace on Earth.” He said, “I have spoken to many Air Force officers who worked at these silos during the Cold War,” he continued. “They told me UFOs were frequently seen overhead and often disabled their missiles. ”Other officers from bases on the Pacific coast told me their [test] missiles were frequently shot down by alien spacecraft. “There was a lot of activity in those days.” . Ben Rich, Former CEO of Lockheed Martin Skunk Works stated, “Everything you can imagine we already know how to do, but these technologies are so locked up in black projects it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity. We can even take ET home.”
It is conceivable that humans could someday discover aliens. We scour the cosmos looking for their radio signals, and though we’re not capable of interstellar space travel, it is remotely possible that we could find what we’re looking for at any moment.

At 6) – Panic! Retaliate first.
How exactly would we strike at an Alien race that has spanned the cosmos to get to Earth?
Maybe this would be our undoing, if China or Russia or worst still, North Korea, decided to fire a Nuclear weapon at the interstellar travellers mothership, would the Aliens already be prepared for that scenario?
Of course they would, but the question is, Would they then show us how powerful they are in turn? How would they interpret our actions? Would they be understanding or feel in danger? Do they even have emotions the same as we do?
Panic-ing is just about the worst thing we could do in this scenario.
There would surely be anarchy in most countries anyway and it would possibly be our own people who would need to be brought under control before we could establish anything else.
In at 5) – Communication
Attempting to communicate with the ETs is of course the natural thing to do, but would there be a global effort to do this? Would each region try to set up their own methods of communication? How confusing could that get?
Just think of how many languages there are on this Planet, How exactly would we do it? You would think that the Aliens would have a universal way of communicating with each other, so we earthlings would have to establish if we use imagery, sign, speech and what one of our languages to use the communication in.
It could get very confusing very quickly.
And at 4 on our list) – Alien Invasion
OK so they arrive and it is the War of the Worlds scenario. Are we ready?
Do we use biological weapons on the aliens, do we release a Plague on Earth to kill an Alien invasion force that is far superior than all the Army’s combined and risk killing ourselves anyway?
Surely Guerrilla tactics would not work? Would they? What other option would we have?
We would have to let most humans on Earth die in order for the Human race to survive as a whole. The Human race would have to go underground and pick of an invading force one by one.
Only the strongest would survive.
Number 3) – Technological advancement of the Human race in exchange for Earths resources
We often wonder how ancient Humans on Earth managed to transport and build megastructures on Earth thousands of years ago? Could it be that the Aliens are actually regular visitors to our World at 10 thousand year intervals?
They could be stopping of to stock up on valuable resources in exchange for technology, but just like in the distant past, the technology gets broken and we eventually lose the knowledge or abandon it.
And who gets the trading agreement? All Human kind? How would that work?
So in short, we would need to establish long term goals for technological advancement with the visiting beings.
At 2) – We are the Aliens
Imagine that for a second, What if Noah’s ark was in fact some sort of massive Space ship to cradle all life in, until the Earth was safe enough to inhabit again after the great Cataclysm of 12 thousand years ago, we all know there was a great flood that spanned the Earth, surely a huge Ocean going vessel could not have withstood such an event.
If the Ark was indeed a Space Ship with life from our Planet locked in hibernation in Space for thousands of years, what would we make of that when it arrived home? Imagine what we could learn?
What great secrets we could uncover about all the massive Ancient Structures still here on Earth from a forgotten Civilization that apparently abandoned their dwellings thousands of years ago.
We have got you thinking now, Right.

And number 1 our list) – We do nothing because we don’t recognize Alien Life
In a 1967 episode of Star Trek, Captain Kirk and crew investigated the mysterious murders of miners on the planet Janus VI. The killer, it turned out, was a rock monster called the Horta. But the Enterprise’s sensors hadn’t registered any signs of life in the creature. The Horta was a silicon-based life-form, rather than carbon-based like living things on Earth.
Recognizing life from different worlds isn’t likely to be simple, especially if the recipe for life elsewhere doesn’t use familiar ingredients. There may even be things alive on Earth that have been overlooked because they don’t fit standard definitions of life.

MILITARY FIGHTER FIRES ON AN ALIEN CRAFT
APRIL 11- 1980 ………… LA JOYA AIRFORCE BASE PERU
New information has been released by Oscar Santa Maria Huertas, a commander of the Peruvian Air Force, regarding the incident that took place at 07:15 hours on 11 April, 1980, when he was orderd to fly his aircraft – a Sukhoi SU-22, the most technologically advanced fighter at the time – to knock a UFO out of the sky.
It was “a completely spherical object, it’s upper section resembled a cream-colored porcelain, with a round, broad, metallic-grey base, like that of an ashtray.” The anomalous flying object flew at “great speed and was 10 meters in diameter, making it a very easy target to bring down.” This was recorded due to the fact that the flying object was passing over the La Joya military base in Arequipa, in the southern reaches of the Andean country, and the shooting it down was essential to keep it from gathering intelligence.
Within the geopolitical context, Peru had acquired the most advanced military technology from the Soviet Union, and keeping secret the nature of what they had acquired, and where it was kept, was essential. It is important to remember that the military governments of the time armed themselves to such a degree that it was said they were about to go to war against Chile at any moment to recover lost territory.
That morning, Santa María boarded a Sukhoi SU-22 loaded with 140 rounds to fire against the strange flying object. He pursued it and only fired 64 rounds, creating a huge wall of fire. He was startled to see that the object had not suffered any damage whatsoever. . Oscar Santa María said that the effect produced by this weaponry was devastating, and there was no chance of the object emerging unscathed, but the situation was completely different. Not only he had not damaged the intruder, but the object appeared to have acquired an intelligence that allowed it to move freely and escape.
At some point during the pursuit, which lasted around 25 minutes, he felt the UFO somehow “knew” the maneuvers the warplane would engage in. “It was an odd sensation. When I reached a certain altitude to get it in my sights and fire, the object disrupted the operation and settled at the same altitude and right beside my pane.” Upon being asked why he had been chosen, he said “he was the best among the combat pilots” and his superior, of course, wanted the object blown out of the sky as soon as possible and efficiently.
Oscar says he came within 100 meters of the object. “I didn’t notice that it was spinning. It didn’t have windows or rivets, either. What startled me most is that it had no means of propulsion like any other aircraft.” While this went on, Santa María says the military radar units could pick up his jet, but not the UFO. However, ground personnel could see it from the ground, looking like a large luminous object in the sky.
Nearly 460 crewmen were ordered to their stations to repel the mysterious object. Nearly thirteen hundred people were on hand, all of them watching the maneuvers between the interceptor and the UFO. In other words, a total of 1800 people at the base witnessed the incident. At the end of the incident, and lacking fuel to continue pursuit, Oscar returned to base. To date, it is known that the department in charge of investigating the subject of UFOs in Peru, a division of the Aerospace Interest Office, classified it as case 0007 in its new stage of investigation.
Observer reported six blue coloured discs “about the size of a shirt button held at arm’s length” passing overhead giving him a feeling of static or magnetic feeling. When he first saw them overhead, they were circular, but as they sped away, they looked flattened like a disc. While in sight they were darting around each other though never crossing over each other’s path. There was always a gap between each disc. The point of reference in the sky was the Saucepan.
Additional Details: On this particular night, Craig was out in his front yard endeavouring to cool off after a 35 degrees plus hot day in the suburb of Fawkner in Melbourne. He noticed six disc shaped objects approaching from the northeast. These objects were travelling at first, in a tight circular pattern with an object of the same size in the centre.
As they passed overhead, Craig now saw clearly that each of the objects emitted an electric blue in colour though no sound could be heard. Given the clear viewing condition of that night, he could distinctly see that each of the objects was in fact darting in around, behind, and in front of each other. All were darting without actually breading the larger boundary of the group or formation. Craig, living in the flight path of Essendon and Melbourne Airports, is also quite familiar with virtually all types of low flying aircraft that fly over regularly each day at approximate heights of 2000 feet. Each of these objects to be the size of a small single engine plane.
The duration of the sighting lasted approximately seven seconds with the objects soon disappearing heading in a southwesterly direction. There were no particularly noticeable effects involved with this sighting except to say, and I quote, “It is without a doubt the most exciting thing I have ever witnessed or been apart of!”
Death Dive! Comet Plunges into the Sun at Mind-Blowing Speed
ESA and NASA’s Solar and Heliospheric Observatory, or SOHO, saw a bright comet plunge toward the sun on Nov. 16-17, 2016, at nearly 1.3 million miles per hour.
Like most sungrazing comets, this comet was torn apart and vaporized by the intense forces near the sun.
The disk of the sun is represented by the dark circle in the video clips.

Hi Ken : I was sky watching when I spotted a luminous object approaching.
The object was sphere shaped and the top half was blue while the bottom half was white. The sphere moved very slowly across the night sky before coming to a stop. The sphere just hung there in the sky like it was waiting for something. I looked through my binoculars at the sphere looking for a conventional explanation but there was none it was definitely odd and unusual.
After a while of watching the sphere I then spotted a larger object that was approaching from the west. This larger object was shaped like a gherkin. The gherkin shaped object glowed different colours as it moved and got closer. As soon as the gherkin shaped object was near and in front of the sphere it seemed to somehow attach it’s self to the sphere by using light. It was like the tractor beam out of star trek. The beam appeared to fluctuate in brightness as it began to pull the sphere.
I quickly took a photograph and watched in amazement as the gherkin shaped object pulled the Sphere away across the night sky and off in to the distance. I was speechless. I have seen a lot of UFOs but I have never seen anything like this before it was really incredible to witness this. I have been sky watching a lot lately and have seen and photographed some very unusual things. Why do I see UFOs on a regular basis? The photograph was taken on the 4th of November 2016 at Newton Abbot Devon England.
A drone at 9,000 feet? Not likely. Also, photos in this video are clearly not the actual incident.
UFO Report Canada:November 15,2016 ilot of passenger jet forced to put the aircraft into a steep DIVE to avoid a ‘UFO’ that was ‘too high to be a drone’ in emergency over Canada that injured two cabin crew. A UFO nearly caused an air crash over Toronto when a passenger plane with 58 people on board came face-to-face with the mystery object. Two flight attendants were injured when the pilots put the plane into a sudden nose-dive to avoid a head-on crash. They later reported the object which appeared on their flight path might have been a hot-air balloon or a drone but aviation experts have voiced doubt over both theories.

For some reason she said she was unable to move her feet or arms. She remembered that the local animals became unusually quiet while this was happening. She told investigators that she remembers seeing the beings floating back to their craft. She also noted that she had no idea how long the event took place.
When she returned home, she was scolded by her mother for having been away from the house for so long. It was the aftermath that investigators found intriguing, however. The girl developed a phobia about being alone. Shortly after the experience, she felt sick with a strange illness that doctors could not diagnose. Years later, she told investigators that she wondered if she’d caught some strange disease from the odd shaped beings.
Through her teens and into womanhood, she had nightmares about being chased by the strange visitors. Investigators experienced in abduction cases explain that the young woman’s incident, lifelong phobias and peculiar health problems were representative of the classic alien abduction scenario.

But in what may be a case of life imitating art, NASA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency and other government agencies engaged last month in a planetary protection exercise to consider the potentially devastating consequences of a 330-foot asteroid hitting the Earth.
The simulation projected a worst-case blast wave by an asteroid strike in 2020 that could level structures across 30 miles, require a mass evacuation of the Los Angeles area and cause tens of thousands of casualties. In 1998, the movie “Armageddon” dramatized an even greater fictional threat. In that blockbuster, a ragtag crew was sent on a mission to drill into an asteroid and set off a nuclear bomb to avert a global catastrophe.
As the character Harry Stamper, portrayed by Bruce Willis, summed up to his crewmates: “The United States government just asked us to save the world.”
The possibility has existed on the pages of Hollywood scripts. But in what may be a case of life imitating art, NASA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency and other government agencies engaged last month in a planetary protection exercise to consider the potentially devastating consequences of a 330-foot asteroid hitting the Earth.
The simulation projected a worst-case blast wave by an asteroid strike in 2020 that could level structures across 30 miles, require a mass evacuation of the Los Angeles area and cause tens of thousands of casualties.
That’s where the planetary protection exercise, conducted on Oct. 25 in El Segundo, Calif., comes in. The simulation that projected a strike in 2020 involved representatives from NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, the Department of Energy’s National Laboratories, the Air Force and the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services.
While a warning of four years may seem like a lot of time, it would probably not be enough to deflect an asteroid of the size and orbit outlined in the simulation, Mr. Chodas said.
“Engineers think the simplest way to deflect an asteroid is to build a large spacecraft and simply ram it into the asteroid” years before it is predicted to hit Earth, he said.
It could take up to two years to build such a “kinetic impactor” spacecraft and another year or more to reach the asteroid, so in the case of this simulation, an evacuation, not a “deflection mission,” was necessary.
For the organizers of Asteroid Day, a global movement that seeks to protect the world from dangerous asteroids, such planning is not out of this world.
The group, which maintains that one million asteroids have the potential to strike Earth but that only 1 percent of them have been discovered, was set on Monday to release a letter signed by planetary scientists supporting missions to increase knowledge of asteroids. The group promotes the “100x Declaration,” which calls for increasing the rate of asteroid discoveries to 100,000 per year in the next 10 years.
“The more we learn about asteroid impacts, the clearer it became that the human race has been living on borrowed time,” Brian May, an astrophysicist and a founder and lead guitarist for the rock group Queen, said on the group’s website.
Asteroid Day is observed each year on June 30, the anniversary of what is believed to be the largest space-related explosion in human history: an asteroid strike in Tunguska, Siberia, in 1908.
An asteroid, believed to be less than 100 feet in diameter, exploded at the altitude of an airliner and flattened tens of millions of trees across 800 square miles. Researchers estimated the explosion was as powerful as a medium-size hydrogen bomb and several hundred times more powerful than the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima.
While there were no official reports of human casualties, hundreds of reindeer were reduced to charred carcasses in the explosion, the British Broadcasting Corporation reported. – New York Times
Onlookers have captured video of bright flashes of light that lit up the sky over Wellington following a 7.8 magnitude earthquake that rocked New Zealand’s South Island.
Instagram user Syrian Kiwi posted video of the lights with the caption “Sky during earthquake in Wellington”.
The quake, located near Hanmer Springs in North Canterbury at a depth of 15km, struck just after midnight last night (10pm AEDT) and a swarm of powerful aftershocks have since rattled the country.
According to New Zealand news website Newshub reported that the video may have captured a phenomenon known as “earthquake lights”. where light is produced around continental rifts by electrical properties in certain rocks.
“When nature stresses certain rocks, electric charges are activated, as if you switched on a battery in the Earth’s crust,” senior researcher at NASA’s Ames Research Center, Friedemann Freund, told National Geographic in a 2014 article about the phenomenon.
Besides “earthquake lights”, Monday’s supermoon could have triggered the earthquakes according to seismologists.
Then, I just received an image taken by a resident in Perth, Australia, today (Monday November 14, 2016) which not only shows the supermoon but also a big blue/greenish UFO-like object.
Moreover, if you rotate the object 90 degrees a face of a human being appears in the middle of the object.
Although Friedeman suggests the mysterious blue lights in the sky are “earthquake lights”, I’m not convinced since “earthquake lights” look quite different (See image below) and normally they appear before or after an earthquake.
Maybe the seismologists have right about the supermoon, but then again, it does not explain the blue lights / flashes in the sky over New Zealand during the earthquakes and it certainly does not explain the strange blue / greenish object over Australia, captured many hours later.

I was on my way home from work and when I reached the 4 way stop I saw something large off in the distance to my left. I originally thought that it might be a blimp but as I continued to drive closer I realized that this wasn’t a blimp and it wasn’t an airplane. It was very large and it was flying very slowly from the North to the South.
When I got to a place where I could pull over and take pictures I observed 2 cars already pulled over doing the same thing and then another car pulled over right after I did. This large object was very large and solid and the only light that it gave off was it was glowing white at the top. There were no other type of lights on it to indicate that it was a plane or anything else that would have those type of lights. It continued flying South and I eventually lost sight of it behind some trees. Anyway this was something that I’ve never seen before and I thought I would report it to you guys to see if you could figure out just what it was.
