The purpose of these files is to report the UFO eyewitness and photo/video evidence that occurs on a daily basis around the world and in space. These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that the over a thousand UFOs reported each month represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of Earth. I personally became interested in UFOs when London Control ordered me to intercept one over England while flying for the US Air Force. Under Project Blue Book, the US Air Force investigated UFOs for more than twenty years; and we continue this research.

Commander Graham Bethune UFO Sighting

Commander Graham Bethune is a retired Navy Pilot and a good friend. During his 26 years of active duty he qualified in over 100 different models of aircraft.

In February 5, 1951, he and two other Navy Pilots were sent to Keflavik, Iceland on a Secret mission to meet with the Icelandic Government and Lockheed Overseas, who managed the Airport.

On February 10, 1951, while Piloting a four engine Navy R5D Transport returning from Keflavik, to Argentia, Newfoundland, he had an eight minute encounter with an "Unidentified Flying Object" that was 300 feet in diameter.

The first chapter of Major Keyhoe's book "Flying Saucers Top Secret" is devoted to this famous encounter

During the Disclosure Project, Commander Bethune revealed his Flight 124 from Keflavik, Iceland was involved with a near miss of a UFO in 1951, about 300 miles outside of Argentia, Newfoundland, over the Atlantic Ocean flying a R5D aircraft. Here is Grahams account of his sighting.

My name is Graham Bethune. I am a commander, retired pilot from the Navy and I went through the regular Navy program of training pilots. I graduated in 1943 from Pensacola Academy Air. All Navy pilots are trained navigators, which is very important because we had to know all of the star system. I navigated maybe 13 years around the planet with the stars. And when I first graduated from Pensacola in 1943 I went to the South Atlantic and we were hunting German submarines. This was all night flying.

Everything we did was at night in patrol planes.

I was transferred to Air Transport Squadron One in 1950. I was sent to Keflavik, Iceland, along with two other officers after a meeting that they had in Washington, D.C., where Iceland was involved in seeing UFOs over Keflavik, Iceland, and they wanted troops up there to protect them.

During our meeting they were explaining to us why they had requested the troops and what they were seeing. And we asked them if they could really go into more detail about the type of craft that they were seeing. And their explanation was that they were seeing lighted circular craft at night. And we knew coming from a Naval Air Test Center, that we had nothing like that that we had tested.

So I asked them, well, what did our government tell you that they were? And they said, "Your government said they were experimental, probably experimental Russian bombers."

The flight was normally about ten hours. But this particular night we had a 16-knot head wind. "About maybe 300 to 400 miles outside of Argentia, Newfoundland, I saw something below the horizon, on the water, that looked like approaching a city at night. It was just kind of an ambient light, no definition whatsoever. But it looked like we were approaching a large city at night. So I watched it for a while about 1:00 am.

Finally I called Kindens attention to it, who was sitting in the right seat. He was route checking me. He took a look at it but didnt know what it was. We couldnt figure out, there is only ocean out there. We had passed over the guard ship already. The guard ship had told us the weather was clear and no Northern Light activity, and there were no ships plotted in that area.

Control confirmed we were on course and hundreds of miles from land. So we watched it for a while and we were drifting to the right of it. Our heading was 222 degrees at 10,000 feet and we were 40 miles away originally. When we were about 25 or 30 miles away we could see defined lights and there was a pattern on the water. So, with that pattern we couldnt figure out what was going on. It was a circular pattern. And it was very large.

So I sent the crew chief back to get the other plane commander, Al Jones, because they wanted to land at Argentia. There were 31 passengers and we had two VIP crews that had pilots also, and patrol plane pilots. And at the time that they came forward, the lights went out on the water. There was nothing on the water. This was about 15 miles away. I mean it was just dark.

Now standing behind me was the navigator, the radioman, and also the plane captain the cockpit was full. All of a sudden we saw, on the water, a yellow halo that was very, very small, about 15 miles away. And it came up to 10,000 feet like that a fraction of a second.

And I thought that it was going to go right through us. So I disengaged the autopilot, pushed the nose over, because I was going to go under it at the angle that it was coming toward me.

The minute I did that it was up at our altitude and I could see nothing outside of the cockpit but this craft. And so I didnt know which way to go. And then all of a sudden I heard a racket. I didnt know what it was. And I said, "Fred, what the hell was that? He looked around and he said, "Everyone was ducking in the back of us and they collided and they are all lying on the deck back there, scrambling on the deck."

When I looked back it wasnt there. And he said, "Its over here on the right hand side. Now it was about a mile or so away. It kind of drifted forward, maybe to a position five miles away, and thats where it stayed with us for quite some time."

This is when we could first see it was below our altitude. But it was still above the horizon where you could see the side of the craft. You could see the dome and you could see the color around the perimeter of the craft.

And then we knew that it was a friendly encounter. We knew that it knew that we were there and had come out to see us. But we didnt think the reason that it flew up was because they wanted to show us what the Icelanders were talking about.

We watched it for a while and Al says, "Let him get in the seat. So I let him get in the seat and he disengaged the autopilot and was going to chase it." We had a head wind of about 60-knots, so our ground speed was only maybe 125 knots. So he wasnt going to go too far in chasing this thing. But he did turn to chase it.

Initially the UFO color was yellow. Since then I've learned from the boys upstairs why we saw different colors as it was coming toward us. The colors were around the perimeter. And it turned from a yellow to an orange to almost a fiery red and then almost a purplish red. And they said that that had to do with the amount of energy being used or dissipated. It had to do with the UFO power settings. When it slowed down, close to us, in a fraction of a second, it was back to the yellow range. And it was foggy around it or a plasma mist.

I decided to go back to see how the passengers reacted, and went to talk to the doctor. I said, "Doc, did you see what we saw? He looked me straight in the eye and said, "Yeah, it was a flying saucer. He says, "I didnt look at it because I dont believe in such things". Well, it took me a couple of seconds to realize what he was saying. He couldnt believe, being a psychiatrist, in that kind of thing. So I went back forward and I said, "Al, whatever you do dont tell anybody we saw anything, they will lock us up as soon as we get on the ground". He says, "Its too late. I just called Gander control, to see if they could track this by radar. So thats how the story got out".

When we landed at Argentia, an Air Force officer interrogated us and showed us photos of UFOs asking me to choose the type we had seen. He made a good report, which went to the headquarters of the Air Force in Washington, D.C.

Commander Bethune flew Naval Transports for 12 years, was a "VIP Transport Plane Commander," and held a "Top Secret" clearance. He was a test pilot and served six years with the Naval Bureau of Aeronautics. He accumulated over 10,000 Navy and civilian flying hours. He has flown the Secretary of the Navy, Secretary of the Army, Chief of Naval Operations, Commandant of the Marine Corps, the Supreme Allied Commander, and the NATO Commander Admiral Lynde McCormick, and numerous admirals. If a UFO crashed or an important meeting concerning UFOs occurred he would be chosen to pilot the VIPs to their destination. The other event was in the American SW, I believe Commander Bethune had mentioned somewhere in Utah - this craft was also about 100' in diameter and slightly oval - both events had high ranking US Army and Navy officers in attendance as well as scientists and academics from various stateside universities. Both discs were retrieved and brought back to Wright Patterson. 

Frank Chili sent me this photo that was given to him by Commander Bethune. He was quite insistent that US Air Force was getting the focus of UFO attention from the public, but the real player in this and always behind the scenes was the US Navy. Graham was informed by Admiral Forney himself and Graham never doubted that a ploy was set-up to divert attention away from the Navy. He also claimed we had a base on the moon and we had a Navy space shuttle fleet. He felt truth is often stranger than science fiction that ET movies are supported by the government to create acceptance. Thanks to the Disclosure Project and Frank Chili.

War of the Worlds May be Real

He was afraid the words of H. G. Wells, in his War of the Worlds were realistic.

"No one would have believed in the last years of the nineteenth century that this world was being watched keenly and closely by intelligences greater than mans and yet as mortal as his own; that as men busied themselves about their various concerns they were scrutinized and studied, perhaps almost as narrowly as a man with a microscope might scrutinize the transient creatures that swarm and multiply in a drop of water.

And we found this image in Gusev Crater on Mars taken by the Spirit Rover.

I found this interesting video on YouTube and the person seems to have found an actual animal on the surface of Mars. This creature's face has a mouth, cheeks, firm eyebrow area, and a gorilla-like body. Of course this could just be another ancient carving that survived the test of time. Remember the other famous statues of woman human-like figures on Mars?

Mars Mystery: Here's what we know

NASA says its Curiosity rover has made a discovery on Mars, but isn't saying more. Hypotheses have ranged from a discovery of complex organic matter to chemicals indicating the presence of water.

Results of soil sample analysis by NASA's Curiosity rover may have yielded a significant scientific discovery on Mars. Until NASA makes a more detailed announcement at a conference in early December, the public will have to sift through available clues.

The discovery was made by Curiosity's Sample Analysis at Mars instrument, (SAM). The Rover's onboard chemistry lab is capable of identifying organic compounds — the carbon-containing building blocks of life. The tool's mass spectrometer separates compounds and elements by mass to help scientists identify them, while the chromatograph vaporizes samples and analyzes the resulting gasses, and the laser spectrometer measures isotopes of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen in gasses. "Because these compounds are essential to life as we know it, their relative abundances will be an essential piece of information for evaluating whether Mars could have supported life in the past or present,"

China Lands First Jet on Aircraft Carrier

Beijing: The Chinese military has successfully landed a new fighter jet on the Liaoning Aircraft Carrier, according to a report by Xinhua, the state news agency. China Central Television showed a video of the J-15 jet landing on the deck of the carrier, which was put into service in September. The video also showed the yellow jet successfully taking off from the carrier. The carrier and jet are a symbol of China's modernization and its desire to extend its combat capacity.

China's military abilities and budget still lag far behind those of the United States.

China bought the carrier years ago called the Varyag from Ukraine and has completed more than 100 training and test programs. The report said the J-15 jet was designed and made in China and is the nation's "first generation multipurpose carrier-borne fighter jet." The jet is comparable to Russia's Su-33 and the United States' F-18, according to Xinhua.

ISS Spots UFO?

This image was taken by an Astronaut on the International Space Station in May of 2012.

This is an amazing UFO Photo, but it may be lightning above the clouds. This is allegedly a UFO photo from a government website.

Maltas Ancient Ruts

David from Malta writes, "All over Malta and our sister island of Gozo in the Mediterranean Sea there are strange parallel tracks carved in the ground rock. They go off cliffs, across bays and even underwater and are believed to be prehistoric."

They are commonly called "cart ruts" but since they're so ancient and as far as I know there's no historical information about them, one can't really be sure what their function was.

We also have prehistoric temples, some of the most ancient on the planet, which were built to have astronomical functions besides religious functions. And there are also subterranean temples which have certain acoustic properties and some researchers even say could have been portals to other dimensions, but as far as I know that is just speculation.

The Austrian out of place artifact collector, Klaus Dona, has been to this island to do research concerning elongated skulls in historical museums on the island.

As you surely know, the elongated skulls phenomenon is found in other parts of the world like in South America. There are also underwater archaeological structures here like a passage way and an arch and I'm sure there is more. We can only imagine how ancient they are.

Colonel Amos Chalif, the 'Heart and Soul' of the Shooting Star Dies

Colonel Amos Chalif, USAF ret. takes his last flight on November 2, while waiting for a doctors appointment. Peggy his wife said it was very peaceful in the way he passed away. He was a gentleman, a great man who always supported these files. He served his country well and will be greatly missed. We drove together to Washington D.C. discussing the reality of UFOs.

Sightings in the United States

Alaska Disk

Anchorage -- A disk with a couple of bright lights was just sitting in the sky, just exactly where planes turn around Cook Inlet. When I went outside to look at it from the balcony, it changed in illumination and color, showing a spiky halo around it. Each spike was blue towards the middle, with tips/ends. It was alternating this shape with the saucer that had three bright lights. It was not windy, so it was not an airplane on a stall position. I observed it for about five minutes outside. Arkansas Rectangle

Damascus At first, I thought I saw planes flying very low, but they were silent. I have watched night after night and finally one was in the right place at right time on November 6, 2012, at 9 PM. It was a solid dark rectangle with one light in the center and one on each corner. They flash like lighting when low but stop flashing when higher. They start flying at dark and stop about 9 PM. Arizona Light

KINGMAN -- I was driving east on the I-40, near Flagstaff, at 2AM, on November 25, 2012. It was a dark night and suddenly the northern sky became very bright. About 1000 feet AGL there was an enormous, energetic explosion of blue and white light with a shower of sparks like an electrical surge. The explosion seemed to create a ring-like effect, out of which emerged a large, oblong, glowing object. It had a blue, laser-like appearance. 

The object rapidly "skittered" and dashed across the sky, westward in 5 or 6 seconds leaving a trail of "sparks." By chance my video recorder was on and I was able to capture the majority of the event. Thanks to MUFON CMS

California Lights

Pal Verde -- This was November 14, 2012, around 8-9 PM, camping at Pal Verde on the border of California and Arizona.

We watched these lights dance in the sky for a good twenty minutes dripping fire. It was quite a spectacle :)

Colorado Light+

GOLDEN -- On November 25, 2012, I asked my husband to pull off the road as I saw a beautiful Sun Dog out the passenger side window and I wanted to take a photo.

I took some snapshots, as we drove further, the brilliance and size of the Sun Dog grew and I again asked him to pull over for me to try to take photos with my iPad, and I did this a few times more when the Sun Dog split into three sections, prior to arriving in Conifer.

When we finally reached our destination, we looked at the photos that showed numerous white dots that were in different locations on various photos. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Florida Moon Object

Palm Harbor -- I was driving North on County Road #1 in Dunedin area to work on November 1, 2012, and looked up to my left, to see the Moon. To my astonishment, a very bright spherical object with a pinkish hue around the edges appeared to fly off the surface of the Moon! It was ascending slightly at the 11 oclock angle. I saw this for three seconds and glanced at the road again, then right away looked up, it was still there ascending, after two seconds as I'm looking right at it, the object instantly disappeared! Hawaii Orange Spotlight

Laie An orange spotlight multiplied gradually to thirteen lights that shined on two witnesses as they fled on November 20, 2012, at 1:30 PM. It started with one bright white light that flashed to an orange spotlight, and then turned off. It then reappeared with more lights as they disappeared in a pattern until there were about thirteen lights. They shined brightly on the two witnesses as they fled Hukilau Beach. Illinois Lights

Naperville -- I was driving on November 21, 2012, about 7:05 PM, and observed a "falling star" in the east. Fifteen minutes later as I was traveling south down Book Road and saw dim orange lights hovering at a low altitude. I decided to pull over and observe the 35 to 50 feet in diameter object. The orange lights were in a triangular pattern moving north. There also appeared to be a dim orange light connecting each of the three outer orange lights to the middle/center light. The object flew faster toward the northeast ascending and turned. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Cicero -- I went out for a smoke on November 14, 2012, and looked at the sky and saw something unusual so I went back inside and grabbed my camcorder to record this object. I saw a solid white/orb flying pass at low altitude coming from northwest to southeast that then disappeared. This UFO was flying like it was in a hurry but moving casually and smooth. I knew it wasnt a plane or balloon because it was just a white solid glowing object moving pretty quickly without making any type of noise. I was amazed to see something like this again because this wasnt the first time Ive see this object pass by. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Maryland Jellyfish UFO

BALTIMORE These objects were filmed on a Sony HD Cybershot in bright daylight on November 21, 2012. The eyewitness states, "I was unable to use the on screen monitor so much of view is out of frame. Movement was almost due south at about 20 mph. Video is a clip of almost 16 minutes of view time. The lighting was definitely a reflection from Sun, There were very wispy clouds at about 20,000 feet and object was at about this height, dropping in and out of view as obscured from clouds." Michigan Light

Ferndale -- On Thanksgiving at 6:55 AM, November 22, 2012, I was just taking random pictures of my neighborhood, when I caught an object streak across the sky east of me. In the picture you can make out the white dot between the light pole and the power line pole just about dead center of both.

Note: The photo was enlarged about 1.5 times and could be Venus which was visible in the east. However, the object appears to be between the power line and the photographer so this explanation is unlikely. There may have been an electrical short on the line. Missouri Triangle

ST. LOUIS -- It was barely visible at first, but my 11-year old daughter spotted it on November 17, 2012. Im surprised my daughter spotted it because it was hard to detect in the night sky. It was clearly a black triangle when overhead and made no noise.

It only had some faint lighting around the edges, which may have been a reflection from the city below. It disappeared over some high cirrus clouds, so it was very large. It was stunning to watch! Thanks to MUFON CMS

Montana Brown Circles

Missoula -- Various sized discolored circles were found in the backyards of houses in our subdivision using Google Earth. These were found on a map of Google Earth taken in 2011. They no longer can be seen on the new maps of Google Earth! There are no other circles in the surrounding area where we live. I do not think they were caused by fertilizer, watering, springs, etc. As you can see they are of varying size and density of color. I measured those in my backyard and they were 28 feet in diameter. New Jersey Photos

HOBOKEN -- I was leaving home at 6:45 am, Monday morning on November 14, 2012, and looked up to see a thin white elongated oval moving southwest. I quickly ran to my car and grabbed my Canon Camera 20 d and took 15 shots of the object before it passed behind my building. The object moved at a steady pace without noise. Thanks to Doug Auld

CARNEYS POINT -- I was at my residence when I received a call from Mike Nelson, who was travelling south on Route 130, a mile north of me on November 25, 2012. He reported that he was observing a group of lighted objects similar to those he observed twenty days ago. He stopped at my residence and picked me up and we travelled a mile to the Delaware River, where the objects were now visible north of the Delaware Memorial Bridge, travelling south at about 5000 feet altitude six road miles south of us.

By the time we reached the beach at Delaware Avenue ten minutes had passed. The group of objects was now located south of the bridge and only three were visible, pulsing brighter then dimmer then winking out twenty minutes into the sighting. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Oregon Orange Lights

On November 22, 2012, at around 6:15 PM, I went outside to smoke and saw a series of orange orbs in the night sky. Most of them were in a perfect equidistant line. I ran back inside and told my wife and friend to come out. The orbs stayed in position for a short time and then they started slowly moving. They were perfectly round, the size of dime at arms length and very bright orange. We just stood there and watched and noticed one was dimming and then another one appeared when the dim one disappeared. Two more appeared when others disappeared then the rest of them slowly disappeared. Some moved left, some right, some up for ten minutes. The lights are all uniform, spherical dots in the picture and don't really show the size. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Pennsylvania Photos

Lansdale -- The picture was taken on November 16, 2012, at 7:13 PM, as my sons and daughter are always camera ready. The objects are bright orange lights and I told my daughter to snap a picture. Its almost become unsurprising to my children when we see them.

We always look every night to see if lights are out of place. One was shaped like a boomerang. Five of us: my daughter 19 years, my two sons 14 and 13 and my grandson who is 4 and I saw this object. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Philadelphia On November 22, 2012, I noticed blinking lights high in sky, and thought it was a star.

I grabbed my camcorder to get a closer look, and for a brief few seconds saw two rows of lights.

Texas Lights

FLINT -- I wanted to share a video and account of a sighting that I and my daughter had on November 16, 2012.

We were celebrating my Moms 70th birthday and my 16 years old daughter had brought her telescope to watch the meteor shower scheduled that night.

We got to the marina and parked at the lakes edge and saw some moving bright stars. Around 10:30 PM, I saw a nickel size bright object that was pulsating red, white, and blue inside its core. It flew south away from us and my daughter got tired so we went home. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Virginia Picture

On November 23, 2012, I was driving through Virginia and took a picture of the clear sky with nothing in the sky.

When I looked closely there was a UFO looking object in the picture but not visual in the sky.

Brazil Photos

RIO DAS OSTRAS --- Hello folks at MUFON, I am single and saw two UFOs around here on November 25, 2012.

I went up to the balcony of my house that has a city view and looked to the sky and went to take a picture. I saw in the camera cell phone a flying object doing strange maneuvers. I was afraid, but took five pictures using the screen to see the mobile objects. I've been running shows for my Mom. I do not know much English. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Canada Triangle

Richmond HilL On November 23, 2012, my husband and I were travelling north on Leslie, north of Elgin Mills at 6:30 PM. I first noticed the triangular object directly north of us. The distance from the left and right points on the triangle was much farther apart than the top point to the bottom. There were lights at each corner that kept changing to different colors. There were two spotlights shining on the underside or side of the object. These spotlights were on the far left and far right of the object - near the corners, and pointing toward the middle of the object.

It was between 500 and 750 feet away when I pointed it out to my husband, and we watched it travel southeast toward Markham. He was shocked and commented that he had no clue what it was. It definitely did not look like a commercial aircraft. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Toronto At 10:17 AM, on November 13, 2012, I took five pictures of the CN Tower some eight kilometers west of me at 10:17 AM. The last photo taken had a strange white translucent anomaly near the tower.

I am still uncertain if it was a plane or reflection. Could this be a UFO craft briefly uncloaked caught on film? I never saw this with the naked eye.

Note: The object(s) could be clouds? However, the fact that the objects didnt show up on other photos taken in the session casts some doubt on this explanation. India Red Circle

BANGALORE A red balloon shaped object was seen moving south across the western sky five minutes after midnight on November 19, 2012. A red circle was seen flying at moderate speed and faded out of view all of a sudden. Using binoculars, the shape of the object was like a balloon. There was an orangish glow in the lower part of the object, making it look like a flying lantern. The sighting lasted for less than a minute, until the object faded out of view.

Philippines Fireball

My husband and I saw the strange orange lights on three separate occasions. The first one was a few days ago on November 11 or 12, when I was hanging laundry on our second floor balcony at 10:20 PM. I saw a single orange light slowly moving silently above me. It slowly vanished in the clouds towards the north. I called my husband to check it out.

The second sighting was a single bright orange orb observed on November 16, 2012, at about 7 PM, flying east soundlessly that vanished in the clouds. The third one was three and half hours later, when my family was going on a road trip and saw the orange orb again going to the east. My husband yelled it wasnt an airplane, as there were 10 to 15 orbs flying east. The first group of orbs was flying in a wide triangular shape. The second group formed a line. They all vanished in the same spot.

Jelesnia -- My friend and I were walking in the fields and woods in a small town near Zywiec in May of 2004. We took photos with a digital Camera and when looked at them on computer we saw a black object in the sky. We thought that it could be a Sailplane.

Porto My friend and I were driving on the freeway at 11:30 PM, on August 11, 2012, to go to the port, and stopped at the first roundabout after the lighthouse to smoke! We saw a flying object for 30 seconds, but we did not think it was a plane. Then something went wrong and I managed to fall asleep for several hours. South Africa Lights

Pretoria -- We saw two shooting stars, but realized they were travelling parallel to each other on November 4, 2012 at 7:30 PM, not coming down towards earth. They were moving at extreme speed and started crossing back and forth each other's paths. They looked like dull stars moving across the sky and were definitely not any manmade object.

I grew up next to an air force base and their speed was as fast as a shooting star, and they were changing direction in a flash and zigzagging. There was a definite pattern to their maneuvers and they were gone in five seconds. We are both intelligent people that are100% sure that it was no meteorite. These were made by someone clearly able to maneuver in a very exact manner, only so fast it seemed incredible. UK/England Sphere

Leighton Buzzard -- Whilst smoking in my back garden at 10:10 pm, looking into the sky I noticed a bright orange light approaching from the SW. I observed two fast moving orange spheres within five minutes near Bedfordshire on November 1, 2012. The constant orange glow and the absence flashing of wing lights triggered my curiosity as it flew silently across the sky in ten seconds.

It flew in a straight line with identical brightness in the front and rear and these were not aircraft landing lights. Having witnessed two separate similar events two years ago, the hair on my neck started to tingle. Within a minute, I noticed an identical orange ball approaching from exactly the same point in the sky. It seemed to be flying on the same track at the same speed. This time l reached for a pair of binoculars. (8x30 Carl Zeiss). The binoculars gave me a very clear view of a perfect sphere emitting a constant bright orange glow. There also appeared to be a very slight ultra violet iridescence glow. Thanks to MUFON CMS

These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that the over a thousand UFOs reported each month represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of Earth. I personally became interested in UFOs when London Control ordered me to intercept one over England while flying for the US Air Force and Prince Phillip told me of his personal interest in UFOs. The US Air Force investigated UFOs for more than twenty years under Project Blue Book; and I continue this advanced research. I believe the God of the universe has spread life throughout the cosmos and UFOs are visiting us in ever-increasing numbers.

Happy Thanksgiving (weekend)

Thanksgiving Day is a harvest festival celebrated primarily in the United States and Canada. Thanksgiving was a holiday to express thankfulness, gratitude, and appreciation to God, family and friends. Traditionally, it has been a time to give thanks for a bountiful harvest and thanks to the Holy One.

A Native American Indian Squanto, who spoke English, is credited with teaching the settlers how to survive in Plymouth Plantation, in Massachusetts a new colony after they nearly starved to death in 1621. There is strong evidence for earlier celebrations in Canada (1578) and by Spanish explorers in Florida (1565).

Soviet Union Had Many UFO Encounters

Voronezh -- The Soviet daily, Tass on Monday October 10, 1989 detailed an account of an alleged landing of a UFO in a park in the Soviet city of Voronezh. Unusual looking humanoids exited the craft and apparently interacted with several local children which were apparently the main witnesses of the event. Later research by Russian researchers Genrih Silanov, Fyedor Kiselyov, Yuriy Lozotsev and Alexander Mosolov proved that there had been dozens of other close encounters and incidents in an around Voronezh starting in August through January 1990, the results were published in a book called "UFOs in Voronezh."

Before these events both leaders, President Reagan, and Premier Gorbachev spoke about the possibility of an alien invasion of earth and pointed out that if that happened all the nations of the earth would unite and do away with their petty political and geographical differences. Already in the spring of 1989 Hungary had begun to dismantle its fortified border with Austria, a clear signal that the division of postwar Europe was coming to an end. And before the astounded eyes of the world by the end of the year, on December 22, 1989 the Brandenburg Gate in East Berlin is opened.

After the unprecedented wave of close encounters with humanoids and UFOs during the decade of the 70s, 1980 signaled a clear slowdown of reports or encounters. They had not completely gone away but there were fewer reports of UFOs and their occupants. This trend appeared to last until the end of 1988 and the beginning of 1989 when reports of humanoid encounters exploded in the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. In my files alone I have over 500 high strangeness and humanoid encounters for 1989, more than half from the former Soviet Union, and for 1990 I have over 600 reports, again more than half from the former Soviet Union. As the wall crumbled interest in UFOs and aliens appeared to increase on a daily basis with many accounts of bizarre encounters being published by local government controlled newspapers. The wave of encounters, of all types, began in the former Soviet Union at the end of 1988 and lasted well into late 1997.  NOTE: The above craft image is a rendering. Phenomenon of Orange and Red "fireballs" Increase

For almost two years, Peter Davenport the Director of the National UFO Reporting Center has attempted to call to the attention of the public the fact that frequent sightings of clusters of red, orange, and yellow "fireballs" are occurring, for which there appears to be no adequate explanation. The objects clearly are not aircraft, meteors, satellites, weather balloons, swamp gasall objects that frequently are cited by UFO skeptics in attempt to explain the UFO phenomenon in pedestrian terms.

On the evening of Saturday, November 10^th, 2012, NUFORC began to receive a "pulse" of reports of sightings all over the US of these peculiar "fireballs," and that trend appears to continue.

The reports come from all over the US like the one below.

Castle Rock A current airline pilot (ATP pilots license), encountered three of the orange objects on a remote stretch of highway in Washington State. The witness reported to us via telephone that the objects appeared so low that he thought they were going to land on the highway in front of his vehicle. Also see California report below. Sun Is Erupting and Earthquakes Likely

Two huge 'arms' of hot plasma erupted from the surface of the sun - searingly hot streaks of plasma many times the size of Earth.

The eruptions were captured on video on November 16 between 1am and 5am EST. by the orbiting Solar Dynamics Observatory. NASA scientists say that the blasts are not 'Earth-directed' - they point away from us into space.
When such 'prominences' erupt towards Earth, they can disrupt radio communications, GPS signals electrical power and may even contribute to Earthquakes.

The red-glowing looped material is plasma, a hot gas made of electrically charged hydrogen and helium. The prominence plasma flows along a tangled and twisted structure of magnetic fields on the surface of the sun. An erupting prominence occurs when such a structure becomes unstable and bursts outward, releasing the plasma.

Strong Solar Activity Can Trigger Large Earthquakes

Stephen A. Reynolds writes, "Analysis of data from GOES and HAARP magnetometers suggests that a positive statistical correlation exists between strong solar activity and the triggering of high-magnitude earthquakes."

Strong solar activity creates a ring current around the Earth, caused by the particles trapped in the magnetic field. Ring current is known to interfere with the Earths ground level magnetic field. If the ring current is strong enough, it will cause swift and large variations/movements in the Earths magnetic field. The majority of 7.0 plus magnitude earthquakes (41.8%) occurred on the same day as magnetic variation of 50 nT followed the day after by (24.8%).

Any conducting material within this movement will therefore have the potential to gain an increase in voltage, called geomagnetic-induced current. Power outages can then occur to transformers and other equipment. On a large scale, a fault line in the Earth is a potentially large conductor containing water and conducting compounds such as metals and quartz within the rocks. Any fluctuation of reasonable size can be enough to increase ground currents and induce energy into a fault line.

The data proves electrical currents and geomagnetic currents exist within the Earth. In addition

lightning a massive electrostatic discharge caused by unbalanced electric charge in the atmosphere, either inside clouds, cloud to cloud or cloud to ground.

There is a strong indication that alien UFOs have the capability to use these strong electrical and magnetic currents. A typical cloud to ground lightning strike can be over 3 miles (5 km) long. A typical thunderstorm may have three or more strikes per minute at its peak. Lightning is usually produced by cumulonimbus clouds up to 10 miles (15 km high) high. Lightning is caused by the circulation of warm moisture-filled air through fields. When the local electric field exceeds the dielectric strength of damp air (about 3 million Volts/m), electrical discharge results, often followed by more discharges along the same path. Cloud-to-ground is the best known and it poses the greatest threat to life and property since it strikes the ground. 

Cloud-to-ground (CG) lightning is a lightning discharge between a cloud and the ground. It is initiated by a leader stroke moving down from the cloud. When a stepped leader approaches the ground, the presence of opposite charges on the ground enhances the strength of the electric. The electric field is strongest on ground-connected objects whose tops are closest to the base of the thundercloud, such as trees and tall structures. If the electric field is strong enough, a conductive discharge (called a positive streamer) can develop from these points.

Space Fence

Space Fence Bids In: Lockheed Martin and Raytheon submitted their respective proposals to win the rights to build the Air Force's Space Fence, announced both companies. The Air Force envisions the fence as an S-band radar system capable of monitor objects in low Earth orbit, even items just the size of a softball. "With decades of experience developing powerful S-band radar systems, Lockheed Martin has proposed a scalable and affordable Space Fence solution for the Air Force that will transform space situational awareness," said Steve Bruce, the company's vice president for space surveillance systems.

Meanwhile, David Gulla, Raytheon's vice president for global integrated sensors, stated in a Nov. 14 release: "Raytheon's decades of expertise building large-scale radars in remote locations, our investment in key technologies, and the proven success of our working Space Fence prototype enable us to offer the US Air Force a low-risk solution at an affordable price." The winner is expected to commence construction of the first Space Fence site—on Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands—around September 2013 to enable operations to commence in 2017, Air Force officials have said. A second site—in Australia—is under consideration. The Space Fence could track fast movers in our skies. Thanks to AFA

Montana Craft at Air Force Global Strike Command

MALMSTROM AIR FORCE BASE -- Unidentified Flying Objects continue to be reported over the 341st Missile Wing of the Air Force Global Strike Command at Great Falls on September 21, 2012. Two separate reports were filed with NUFORC. At 6:30 PM, a witness from nearby Moccasin reports watching a "yellow-orange, elongated bar shape converted to three individual dots." The witness stated, "It appeared as a bright light, yellow-orange, elongated bar shape that changed to three individual lights." The event lasted 20 seconds and then disappeared.

At 8 PM, a witness from Valentine states, "There was an orange light similar to a fireball, and then another appeared next to it, then a third, and a fourth," the witness stated. "Once the fourth appeared, the first disappeared, followed by the second, and the third. Then the third reappeared, followed by the second and first. Then one at a time the lights went away." The diameter of the objects was one-third the diameter of a full moon,"

Incidents of UFOs at Malmstrom Air Force Base have been chronicled by Researcher Robert Hastings who reported on the March 16, 1967, I was heading toward Artesia that was low and looked like a flying fire place yet it moved like it was under intelligence where ten Minuteman-I nuclear missiles malfunctioned soon after a "large, round object" was reported hovering directly over the base. Hastings said, "These events were reported by now retired USAF Col. Walter Figel, one of the two launch officers on duty at the time." Other base witnesses have come forward, according to Hastings, reporting that UFOs were observed over the base on several occasions prior to and following that incident. Arizona Boomerang

CASA GRANDE On November 18, 2012, at 9 PM, I was in my front yard looking on a clear night and the stars were so bright when I saw a very large boomerang shape block out the stars. It made no sound and was black against the sky and it seems to slightly reflect light towards the tips of the boomerang shape. It passed over low about the speed of a plane heading southeast. I watched it till it was out if my sight. I drew this picture of it and contacted my aero space engineer brother who thought I should report my sighting. It was so large and made NO sound. Arkansas Lights

WASILLA -- I was taking my kids to a haunted house when I saw two bright orange oval shaped objects coming through the trees and going straight up on October 27, 2012. My first reaction was to scream and point. I knew it wasnt a plane because planes dont go straight up. I took a picture and tried to get a video. I watched it till I could no longer see it and was scared out of my mind. I know this was a UFO sighting. Thanks to MUFON CMS

California Several Orange Spheres

Davis -- My dog was kind of acting up on October 2, 2012, and seemed anxious and seemed to want me to take her out. When I went outside I remember hearing a loud sound, of what seemed like horns at 2 AM, and thinking, why isnt anyone else waking to this sound? The same thing happened a couple days before. I looked overhead and saw a triangle of lights, with what appeared to be randomly moving lights running between each of the triangle points. It was very large and was darker within the confines of the lights on the corners. It flew south away from me, as I filmed 31 seconds of video before my battery died. BELLFLOWER -- I was walking on South Street going north and looked up and saw a bright orange sphere on October 11, 2012, followed by three more flying in a triangle shape. The one at the bottom seemed to go a bit faster than the other two and was going up and down almost out of formation. Then I saw four flying in a triangle shape with the fourth one in the middle again. They speeded up and slowed flying up and down out of formation.

SAN BERNARDINO I was in my backyard stargazing the moon on October 29, 2012, and I noticed two objects slowly approaching the top edge of the moon. I could see two white objects one larger than the other that were moving slowly so I took out my galaxy phone and took a picture. A week later I transferred the picture to my computer and enhanced it and to my amazement you can see a saucer shaped object to the upper left of the moon. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Delaware Triangle

Lewes -- On November 1, 2012, we observed dim horizontal lights in an isosceles triangle flying west from the Atlantic Ocean. It flew between the moon and Earth with three or four horizontal rows of lights. Each row was 1.5 to two times the width of a normal aircraft. It could have been illuminated by moon. I caught a moving object while gazing up and took a second for my sight to lock in on it. I was then able to track it for about four seconds. Florida Lights

OCEAN I was standing on my 15th floor balcony and saw an object hovering with bright flashing/pulsating lights on horizon over ocean on November 13, 2012. At first I thought it was a pretty large star and grabbed my DSLR with a 300mm lens. Thats when I was able to clearly see the multi-colored flashing lights and the object which was hovering. The lights were multicolored and were not flashing in any particular sequence. I took 35 photos most were different colored light blurs.

ORLANDO -- Walking my dog I saw a jet land and something moving in the sky on November 13, 2012. I thought it strange that it was orange and had no blinking lights like a plane. When I saw them come into the atmosphere, I thought they moved together like bubbles but in a line.
I stood there dumbfounded until I thought to go get my camera, then while trying to get pictures, my heart was pounding and I forgot all about how to ISO my camera!! After, when I calmed down, I thought how beautiful the orbs were!

Illinois Multi-Colored Objects

Chillicothe -- Over the past few weeks I have noticed these flashing, multi-colored objects in the sky over Peoria County. On November 17, 2012, I saw dozens just circling the train bridge over the river around town, then coming back to the island, then back to the train bridge.

They move at a leisurely pace, but change direction and circle a small area. Some hover and are very easy to spot, the colors flash quickly but you can see red, green, purple, white, yellow, orange, pink, blue, all changing lightning fast. Two hover near my driveway around 10 pm every night for the past four nights.

They sometimes disappear after a few hours but one stayed until 6 am. There is one in the video and its colors change quickly and it appears to be burning. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Indiana Orbs

Peru On November 15, 2012, I was walking through the backyard with my husband, Jess who yelled "Wait! Look!" and pointed up and to the north." Bright stars were hanging in the clear night sky - which was. 

Two dark glowing golden orange balls hovered in the sky. After almost 15 seconds of observation, the bottom one disappeared, then the top one seconds after. We did not know what they were.

The objects no longer glowed and disappeared. My husband had mentioned flares, but there were no jets in sight at the time and the skies were clear. He even admitted "Those things did not look like flares." A large jet flew over us and headed north to where we saw the orbs. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Michigan Dome Shaped Object

Flushing On November 19, 2012, I was outside on my deck when I noticed allot of jets streaking across the sky leaving trails. I noticed that to the left of the sun, there appeared to be a "rainbow-type" spot in the sky and to the left of that appeared to be a shrouded, dome-shaped object that the jets were flying toward. I grabbed my camera, and snapped this picture of the jets approaching the object. I know the small blue dots are "flare" from the sunlight, but the orb is NOT.

New Hampshire Light

Antrim -- I was walking my dog on the night of November 16, 2012, with my binoculars, that I always take with me, and was hoping to catch a glimpse of the scheduled meteor shower and took video.

For some reason the video part refused to work so I took consecutive pictures and got it changing color and powering up as shown. I had just charged the battery to my camera just two days before but, the cameras battery died. Thanks to MUFON CMS

New Jersey Triangle

Colonia On November 14, 2012, I noticed a stationary light in the southern sky. I took several pictures with my phone camera that looked like a spot until I enlarged the picture.

It had the shape of a triangle with lights on the two opposing edges. I will enclose one picture and have four other photos if needed. Thanks to MUFON CMS

New York Pyramid

SCOTIA -- I was sitting in my car with my husband in a nice secluded place near the Mohawk River on October 1, 2012. As we sat in my car in a large field, I pointed out this strange bright light in the sky. Of course my husband didnt believe me, but stopped talking when the light began to move away from the clouds and it got extremely bright.

We both looked through our binoculars and saw a bright white light that hovered and then changed directions. It was shaped like a triangle, or a pyramid. Behind the craft there was almost like a sail on it. It had a rainbow of colors with its white main light "searching" around. I knew it was a UFO. He started shining his LED red laser pointer at the object. We caught our breath, and regrouped.

My husband shined the light on it again in a rapid side to side motion and started saying "maybe we can get it to move closer." The craft flew ten times closer. As he continued to flash the laser light the object came closer and lower and I got frightened. We sprinted towards our car that was parked on the other side of the field and jumped in. We caught our breath, and reassured each other we had seen a UFO. We were about to leave when the object moved out of the dark cloud again that it was "hiding" behind and disappeared. North Carolina 'Brown Mountain Lights'

Brown Mountain -- No one knows the answer to the Brown Mountains mystery, including C.W. Smith, who has probably spent as much time around the fabled North Carolina Mountain as anyone alive. Smith, 67, spent 33 years with the U.S. Forest Service, patrolling the Pisgah National Forest as a federal law enforcement agent beginning in 1966. He is familiar with the so-called Brown Mountain l and while working one night, he saw a bonfire on the mountain, where there were no trails.

"It started going up the mountain to the ridge line, too fast for someone to be using mountain-climbing equipment and disappeared." With that, Smith became a believer. "If you ever see them, youll never forget it because youve never seen anything like it before."

Brown Mountain, a rugged lump in the wrinkles of the Blue Ridge has attracted attention since antiquity because of the lights. Folklore holds that Cherokee Indians thought they were torches held by ghosts of grieving maidens. A 1916 study concluded the glow was the result of "sulfurated hydrogen vapors" better known as swamp gas. In 1922, another geologist spent a week in the mountains and declared the lights were auto headlights and optical illusions.

Dan Caton, a physics and astronomy professor at Appalachian State believes most sightings are bogus people are seeing campfires, headlights, or aircraft. He favors a theory that the lights are ball lighting, a little-understood but long-observed phenomenon. Some people describe fireworks about as big as a beach ball floating up the mountainside. Caton and a team from the university are setting up a camera pointed toward Brown Mountain that will feed to the website brownmountainlights.org.

One of the best pictures taken of the lights was taken by Charles Braswell Jr., a professional photographer in 2001, who shot a video of lights rising above the North Ridge Mountain, the light flared and ebbed, crept to left, paused and drifted to the right, a streak painting its path three miles long. Braswell thought it was mountain bikes or off-road vehicles.

Les Burril a career Forest Service officer had a close encounter, "Something just illuminated a few feet away that looked like a candle that brightened for a few seconds and just sat there. Another one lit up a little farther away." I always looked at it as some kind of physical phenomenon. Burril, 56, retired and living in Georgia, said, "He has no idea what they are."

Pennsylvania Three Balls
SHELOCTA -- I was driving west on Interstate 422 when I witnessed a two glowing balls moving in the same direction as me about 4:50 PM, on November 16, 2012. These two balls converged and were joined by a third.

They stayed in a triangular formation and hovered a few miles in front of me for six to ten minutes over a nuclear power plant. I got some pictures but nothing showed on the video. While the objects were hovering flame came out of the bottoms. They resembled jellyfish. After ten minutes, they faded from site.

WILLOW GROVE On November 16, 2012, I drove over the PA Turnpike on Davisville Road, around 5:30 PM, and noticed three unusual lights. Two more sets of these lights were flying southwest right behind it. There were no blinking lights and these lights were flying close together. I shot several images with my cell phone.

Others saw strange lights near my sighting. Luckily someone else got a picture that looked exactly like what I saw earlier in the day right before dark. There were 8 UFO sightings in 5 states in 11 hours." Thanks to MUFON CMS

Rhode Island Lights

Providence -- Driving west on 95, I spotted a few lights moving very slowly on November 15, 2012. They flew closer and directly over my car. As I pass underneath I look up and see that there are two sets of lights. There were three bright white lights with two blue lights offsetting the white ones.

South Carolina Interesting UFO Photo

GILBERT -- This evening before dark I went to an open field to photograph a UFO on October 31, 2012, I have seen several during the last week. The object appeared again with lights pulsating in different colors. It moved in all directions and would hover low in the sky.

I also witnessed a bright white star like object and a lot higher that moved from side to side and up and down. When I returned home the object was very close to my home and low. Its shape looked like a boomerang and it had bright white separated lights. It would move down at an angle and then move straight across then stop.

While watching this object, another one appeared moving the same with reddish and white light pulsating and flashing. They are somewhat distant from each other. When planes fly by the object, it does not move. A fourth object has appeared and is flashing different colors and moving all directions and hovering. CEDAR Hills I was driving at mile marker #80 on Route 15 when I spotted a triangle shaped object at 7:30 AM, on October 30, 2012. I took photos of the black triangle that a groove in the belly center of the craft. There were no lights on the craft that flew silently. Thanks to Lance Brown

SEATTLE -- My 8 year old granddaughter was taking pictures as the family traveled down Interstate 5 southbound and snapped a shot of the sky on April 21, 2012. No one saw anything when she took the photo. Later we saw the object in the picture. I called the camera manufacturer and they said they do not have any software that would do that and it was definitely a photograph of something.

VANCOUVER On November 7, 2012, on 6:30 PM, I shared it with some close friends and then sat on it for a while because most of the people I showed it to thought it were a fake photo. So I just decided not to share it with anyone else. Then I saw a story on TV in Denver about UFOs flying so fast that they could not be seen with the eye but were showing up when slowed down on tape. 

We would just like to know what it is so Im submitting the original photo from the camera. I noticed a pinkish hue around the object after blowing it up. The object was floating just over the freeway wall over a quiet neighborhood. 

The lights moved from western sky to the north and stayed the same distance apart. Then they disappeared one at a time. I sent it to my local news but received no response at all. I know we are not alone.

Note: The winds in the lower 10,000 feet of the atmosphere were from the northwest to the west. Therefore these objects WERE NOT drifting with the wind. Setif -- My friend and I woke up at 5:00 AM, and I was drinking water and looked up to see a very bright star that shined abnormally on October 3, 2012. One very bright and a big sphere was standing alone when another big sphere approached it and mixed in it. There was another one suspended underneath it. I took a couple photos with my Samsung and my friend saw another abnormal bright star -around 10 degrees west from first star that moved slowly toward the first star, but in seconds. It was at high altitude flying as fast as a jet and reached the first star. The two stars combined into one. We left them both in the same position and went back to sleep. FENWICK, NS I saw an object moving northwest, the exact same size of a star, and then noticed that several other star sized lights were moving in the same direction, There was too many to count there was over 40 on October 3, 2012, at 3:00 PM.

After I noticed the number of moving lights I realized they were not planes nor shooting stars. While lifting my hand to the sky they were at 70 degrees moving northwest

Mexico Has Turned into a Hotbed for UFO Activity in October

Tijuana -- An orb, described by the YouTube video poster as 'not higher than an airplane hovered and flew across the skies on October 17, 2012, and captured by video at around 7:00 pm.

These round bright light objects have been seen throughout Mexico numerous times in the last few weeks, causing an Internet buzz on a Mexican UFO wave.

Recent sightings in include a UFO over Unam, Mexico City (Oct. 7), another one over the Mexican capitol (Oct. 10), and a beautiful one over a volcano. In the past, Mexican government officials have commented on UFO videos.

Two New Reports on the Chilean Videos Produce Conflicting Results

Two new studies on the controversial video tapes from the El Bosque case in Chile have just been released. Richard Haines, chief scientist for the National Aviation Reporting Center on Anomalous Phenomena (NARCAP) and Bruce Maccabee, retired Navy physicist, performed independent, meticulous analyses of the tapes.

For necessary background on this case, please see my previous articles: March 2012 with Ralph Blumenthal, and April 2012. I will not be repeating information here from these two posts but will assume everyone has read them.

Last June, I went to Santiago partly to seek further resolution on this case. General Ricardo Bermúdez, Director of the CEFAA, told me that the objects did not appear to be bugs, "but we can't be 100 percent sure; it's still under investigation." During my second visit to the CEFAA office in September, the general informed me that the case is now being put to rest, but it remains unsolved.

Haines and Maccabee worked with the two best videos for their studies. I learned during my first meeting with CEFAA staff that due to circumstances beyond their control, the other five videos are no longer in the CEFAA's possession. Therefore I was not able to view them nor can they be made available to others, as the CEFAA would have preferred. However, the two tapes which have been analyzed are by far the clearest tapes; the others were on cell phones and of poor quality.

It is both intriguing and puzzling that the two scientists disagreed about the most crucial question in this case: Did the same unidentified aerial phenomenon, or UAP, appear on two separate cameras? If the exact same UAP was filmed by the two cameras 20 to 30 feet apart simultaneously, then we would know the object was large, distant and not a bug. Haines concluded that the two cameras captured the same UAP in one sequence, while Maccabee concluded they did not.

"This investigation was carried out with the hope that at least two videos would provide image data that would allow for a triangulation and subsequent calculation of distance and size," Maccabee states in "Analysis of 'UAP' Images in two Videos Obtained During the El Bosque Air Show of November 5, 2010." Triangulation requires that the same object be filmed at the same time by observers at separate locations; without this, the distance to the object cannot be estimated and therefore its actual size cannot be determined. "Unfortunately, the two most promising videos did not show the same object at the same time from two locations," Maccabee concludes.

He analyzed only the UAP images that appeared during the Halcones fly by, the first planes to take off during the event at the Air Force base. These included footage of the approach of the Halcones, and their departure into the distance, which is where Haines discovered a "temporal coincidence" (the same UAP in two videos at the same time) and Maccabee determined that the images were different. "My analysis does not preclude the possibility that there might have been a temporal coincidence at some other time but I am unaware of such a coincidence," he says.

Maccabee's sometimes technical report includes section headings such as "Relative sizes and distances of the UFO if there were no motion blur," "Apparent motion of the object," and "Estimate of the distance traveled during the time between frames." His analysis of frames from one section includes calculations of possible distance-size-speed relationships "ranging from insect size and speed to "saucer" size and (great) speed."

He points out that some of the dark on the bottom of the two best images of the object may be due to the camera's electronics reacting to the presence of a bright top portion. "Video cameras often create a dark 'reaction' to a very bright, small object in the field of view," he explained in an email.

Maccabee concludes that the objects are not anomalies. "Without further information that would show the objects were distant and hence large, it must be considered most likely that the objects were small and nearby such as insects." In a recent email he explained that "Since I could not accomplish a triangulation of any of the objects I analyzed, I have to accept the scientifically conservative conclusion that the objects I studied could have been small and nearby."

Haines takes a different position, as shown in his 108 page report titled "The El Bosque Video Case: A Preliminary Study of Anomalous Objects in Active Airspace." His analyses consisted of plotting the trajectories of as many different UAP as he could find as well as enlarging and enhancing the UAP images from selected frames. "That at least one of these UAP was not a flying insect near the cameras is supported by analysis of video images of the same UAP recorded by two separated cameras," he writes.

And further, he explains that "the relatively short 'flight' durations, high angular velocities and high-speed changes in direction and small angular size of the UAP, recorded during seven of the ten airplane formation fly-overs, help explain why no one saw them at the time; these characteristics would appear to qualify these UAP as anomalous; they cannot be explained in prosaic terms."

Haines states that "NARCAP's interest in this case lay mainly in aviation safety" and it is for this reason that he conducted the study. He suggests that these UAP could have presented a risk to flight operations, but acknowledges that without knowing for sure whether they possessed finite mass it is not possible to say.

Many provocative questions are posed at the end of his paper: Why were there more UAP appearances associated with the fly-overs of certain types of airplanes than others? What are their energistic characteristics? What mechanism(s) guided their movements? What caused their changes in shape within very short periods of time?

The contradictory element of these two new studies, and the questions they raise about the nature of the UAP depicted in the videos, adds to the increasing complexity of this case. This material has proven itself worthy of scientific scrutiny, initially in Chile and now in the United States, and as been given a great deal of attention. And how encouraging it is to see high-ranking military officers, scientists and aeronautic specialists in Chile recognizing the existence of the "UFO phenomenon" and taking it seriously! I have observed this firsthand and talked to many of these officials in person.

It is in the well-established tradition of science that research results differ sometimes, and debate follows. The issues usually get ironed out over time - although with this case, that may not happen.

The controversy surrounding this case has centered around whether the object(s) could simply be bugs. It seems that if they are not some kind of anomaly, or "UFO," they are likely bugs. There are not many other realistic alternatives.

Maccabee has deduced that these objects most likely are bugs. "Lacking conclusive proof that a flying insect could not make an image such as recorded on the video, one may conclude that the 'anomalous phenomena' images were, in fact, images of insects," he writes. Others have put forward the same position on various internet blogs.

As I mentioned in my previous article, entomologists in the U.S. with knowledge of Chilean insects stated fairly uniformly that it is impossible to determine whether the objects were bugs; there was nothing in particular that would lead them to conclude that they were. Most thought it was unlikely. While in Chile, I talked to two independent scientists who believed the object(s) may be insects, but who also said we can't know for sure. And of course, none of them were photo experts.

I was curious: If indeed this were a bug, which species would it most likely be? Perhaps by observing the candidate in flight, we could see if it resembled the objects in question, particularly the two still images that show a consistent shape in two different parts of one video. This would not be a "scientific" process...but it could be interesting.

Last month, the CEFAA contacted Mario Elgueta, a leading Chilean entomologist with over 30 years of experience and Chief of the Entomology Department of the National Museum of Natural History in Santiago. When first looking at the images, Elgueta said "there is no noticeable detail in them to make me think on an insect right away" and that the images were too distorted for him to be of help.

With the assistance of the CEFAA, I followed up and asked him: If this were a bug, which species would it most likely be? After consulting with his colleague Fresia Rojas, Elgueta said that "by the rounded shape and convex back" the images suggest a species of Coleoptera from the Coccinellidae family. "Several of these species are frequent in spring [when the videos were taken] appearing even in very populated areas.," he replied. This family consists of the small dome-shaped beetles we call "ladybugs."

In his paper, Maccabee calculated various speeds of a potential bug in relationship to its distance from the camera. A ladybug is approximately a quarter of an inch, or smaller. "A quarter-inch sized insect could have been about two feet from the camera and traveling at about 12 mph," he told me in a recent email.

When a ladybug flies, its tiny wings flap, while it separates it's otherwise convex shell into stationary wing sheathes and raises them up like two umbrellas that never come down. Thus, it's clear that the domed shape of this insect at rest is not sustained when in fight. In fact, it looks entirely different because of the way its shell is split and suspended up above.

The clearest images of our dome-shaped UAP in the El Bosque videos show no such wing sheathes. Would the sheathes show up in a video of this bug two feet from the camera moving at 12 mph? Perhaps the tiny wings would be moving too quickly to show up...but the sheathes do not move at all. Should they be visible?

Furthermore, if you look at the body of the ladybug in flight, it looks elliptical and rather soft, since it has no shell covering it. It doesn't look much like the dome-shaped bug that we see sitting on a leaf or crawling.

Could this be a quarter-inch ladybug, flying two feet from the camera at 12 mph?

I sent Elgueta the links to some videos of ladybugs in flight, and asked him to comment on the fact that the flying bug does not look like the domed "thing" in our video. First he reiterated that it is impossible to say if they are bugs or not. "We estimate that no experienced entomologist regardless of what country can give a definite answer about these images."

Regarding specifically the videos of the flying ladybugs, he made the astute observation that these videos, "made with short focus in centimeters scale, cannot be compared with others made in a different scale. Perhaps, you can make new technical studies with videos that can be equivalent concerning speed, focus, lighting and distance." Maybe this is the next step if anyone wants to continue this exploration.

Haines makes some interesting observations as to why he believes at least some of the El Bosque objects are not bugs, even beyond his conclusion that the same UAP appears on two cameras 20 to 30 feet apart. He includes an image of an actual insect, dark and blurred, taken from one of the El Bosque videos. I recall quite a few bugs on this footage near the camera that looked like blurred, black blobs.) "Virtually all of the UAP images reviewed in this report were in sharper focus than was this alleged insect suggesting that they were all at a distance greater than the hyperfocal distances of these cameras!" Haines writes.

On the question of whether all the UAP could have been insects, Haines states that "on balance, the answer is very likely no." He offers a host of reasons why: "Because of the linearity of their flight, their high angular velocity, their occasional spontaneous and unexpected appearance within a video frame, their apparent trajectories relative to the different airplane formations, their almost consistent oval shape and nearly horizontal orientation, their lack of any color other than gray and white and perhaps most importantly, for one UAP at least found in Figures 8 and 11, its relatively large distance from the two cameras."

"Nevertheless," he concludes, "this hypothesis must be left unanswered at this time."

And after all this, what is the final position of the CEFAA on this case? I received this official response to that question: "After hearing from the entomologists who have looked at the images, we at the CEFAA agree that these photos do not show anything which allows for the conclusion that they are bugs. But since we are unable to identify the objects in the videos, the case remains unsolved. We are posting on our web page diverse analysis and opinions on this case, to allow each interested person to draw his/her own conclusions."

Along with the two new American reports, the CEFAA web page includes four Spanish studies which also provide conflicting results. Marcelo Moya, a Chilean photo analyst, affirms that "the object that caused a commotion because of its brightness would with a high probability correspond to the flight of an insect, the hypothesis being it is a fly or a botfly (the latter being a bigger size) that passed by the focus of the camera."

However, Carlos González Sasso, a photo expert from the DGAC Air and Space Museum in Santiago, states that the image of the same object shows something metallic, "a defined geometry, not being an object of biological origin, with an inclination that suggests ascending forward movement, this being reinforced by a flash of clear light at the base."

I commend the CEFAA for working so hard on this case with experts from many branches of the Chilean government, and for making whatever information they could available to these scientists. It's not clear what these videos show. At this point, each of us can form our own opinions about something that science cannot determine, or we can simply accept that we will likely never know.

Peter Khoury and the "Hair of the Alien" - 20 years on

The past week marked a fascinating anniversary of an extraordinary experience which drew me into a groundbreaking investigation and a potential breakthrough research direction. 

Peter Khoury had a bizarre experience on July 23, 1992, in Sydney, Australia.  He had a shattering experience on July 12, 1988, which he was ultimately able to understand as an alien abduction.  It changed his life. He would go on to help others who had similar experiences by establishing the UFO Experience Support Association (UFOESA).  But nothing prepared him for the July 1992 episode.  It was so shocking that Peter would only share the experience with his wife and a few close associates.  

The July 1992 incident had yielded a remarkable piece of evidence - a hair sample apparently from a blonde "nordic" entity.  I was able to work with a biochemistry team which would provide the world's first DNA analysis of a biological sample implicated in an alien abduction experience.  The team wanted to see if the sample provided forensic DNA evidence that might support the extraordinary story.  It did far more than that.

The evidence secured by Peter Khoury with his July 1992 experience enabled breakthrough research which has led to a focus on research into the hypothesis of intelligent alien intervention in the evolution of human DNA - the Alien DNA paradigm.

An Alien DNA paradigm?

A remarkable clue supporting the enduring idea that UFOs and alien abduction claims might represent credible evidence for alien intervention into human affairs, at an extraordinary and deep level, may have been found in the UFO haunted southern Chinese province of Yunnan.  As part of a developing hypothesis I call the alien DNA paradigm, a form of intelligent alien intervention may have occurred in us as humans on planet Earth.  We are very primitively tinkering with modifying life forms through transgenics and the like, therefore the idea that someone out there might already have been doing it elsewhere, maybe even here, may not seem so far out.
Evidence for this may also be found in human DNA signatures, particularly among those indigenous cultures that have potent claims of "sky being" lore and land rich in long historical focuses of UFO activity.  An extraordinary breakthrough alien abduction case from the other side of the world – right here in the middle of Sydney – had me to pursuing some very strange clues through Asia to Yunnan, China, leading to the hypothesis of the alien DNA paradigm through a long and complex 4 phase investigation. 

Phase 1: STRANGE EVIDENCE - 1999
Phase 1 centred on an alien abduction experience by a Sydney man Peter Khoury in 1992. This was not his first experience. 
On July 12, 1988 he experienced a frightening and life changing alien abduction experience. Khoury had lay on a bed and was overwhelmed by paralysis. A number of beings became apparent around him. One of them, a tall thin golden yellow coloured being, with large black eyes, inserted a long needle like object into the side of his head. Khoury blacked out. He regained consciousness with a start and rushed into the adjoining room where he found other family members in a "switched-off" state. Rousing them, Khoury found that while they thought only some 10 minutes had passed, in reality it seemed between 1 to 2 hours had passed. An injury to his head was verified.
At that time Peter Khoury had no real context to anchor his disturbing experience. Eventually he became aware of the alien abduction controversy and tried to understand what was happening.  Strange experiences continued, the most striking, and ultimately the most revealing, occurred on July 23, 1992.
At about 7 am, having returned to his Sydney suburban home from a train station, after dropping off his wife, Khoury felt unwell and lay down on the bed to sleep. He awoke with a start sometime later, becoming aware of something alighting on the bed. He was shocked to see two strange women kneeling on the end of his bed. Both were naked. One appeared Nordic and the other Asian.
Aspects of their appearance were quite odd. The Nordic female had a very elongated face and a sharply point chin. Her eyes appeared to be blue and 2 to 3 times larger than normal. She had very fine wispy blonde hair that seemed to be oddly blown up. Her skin colour was quite light. The dark brown skinned Asian looking woman seemed to have almost completely black eyes. Her hair was black and set in a firm page-boy style.
Although no normal communication occurred, the Nordic woman seemed to be in charge and Khoury got the impression she was giving the Asian looking woman some sort of instruction.
What followed was quite disorientating for Khoury. The Nordic woman, who seemed to be over 6 feet tall and apparently very strong, reached forward and pulled Khoury's head to her breast. He resisted, trying to pull away.  She did this 3 times. Finally Khoury, trying to cope with the shock and disorientating nature of this experience, bit on her nipple apparently swallowing a piece from it.  Although seemingly confused, she did not react with any pain and nor was there any sign of blood. She seemed to convey to the other woman, seemingly through a form of telepathy, that this was not the way things were supposed to happen. Khoury was overcome with a coughing fit. Moments later, looking up again, he found that both women had vanished.
The coughing caused Khoury to go to the bathroom to get a drink of water. When he went to urinate he found it very painful to do so, due to, it turned out, some very fine blonde hair wrapped tightly under his foreskin. Khoury removed the hair and had the foresight to place it in a plastic sachet bag with a seal. He did that because he felt there was no way it should have been there. It was unlike his wife's hair.
Khoury concluded that something extraordinarily bizarre had just occurred and linked the blonde thin hair to the strange tall, blonde haired Nordic looking woman.
I undertook a very detailed investigation.  Born in 1964, in Lebanon, Peter Khoury migrated to Australia in 1973. He met his future wife, Vivian in 1981, marrying in 1990. They have 2 children. What might be Peter's first encounter with a UFO occurred in Lebanon in the summer of 1971 at age 7. He and seven other children had gone up onto the flat rooftop of his neighbour's house to play. Peter was the last to walked through a heavy door that leads onto the roof. He then saw all his friends "frozen" like statues in front of him, while a silent egg-shaped craft hovered above. All eight children later found themselves on the ground floor after some time had elapsed, with no memory of the intervening period.
By 1998, I began an investigation into the hair sample, when biochemical colleagues agreed to undertake what was the world's first PCR (polymerase Chain Reaction) DNA profiling of biological material implicated in an alien abduction experience. The analysis confirmed the hair came from someone who was biologically close to normal human genetics, but of an unusual racial type - a rare Chinese Mongoloid type - one of the rarest human lineages known, that lies further from the human mainstream than any other except for African pygmies and aboriginals.
There was the strange anomaly of it being blonde to clear instead of black, as would be expected from the Asian type mitochondrial DNA. The study concluded, "The most probable donor of the hair must therefore be as (Khoury) claims: a tall blonde female who does not need much colour in her hair or skin, as a form of protection against the sun, perhaps because she does not require it."   The detailed results were published in 1999 in an article entitled “Strange Evidence” in the “International UFO Reporter,” a publication of the Chicago based Center for UFO Studies, which was originally formed by Dr. J. Allen Hynek.  The investigation at that point was limited to the shaft of the hair sample, and led us to important Chinese connections.

Phase 2: "HAIR of the ALIEN" - 2005
Phase 2 was focused on replication of the shaft result and on the root of the Khoury hair sample.  This work revealed the breakthrough complexity that supported the apparent “hybrid” nature of the DNA profile of the “alien” donor – the blonde “Nordic” female – namely that we had a donor with very unusual hybrid DNA profiles – the rare Asian mongoloid (Chinese) DNA in the hair shaft and the rare Basque/Gaelic type DNA in the hair root, along with the indications of the provocative CCR5 gene deletion factor – which would allow such beings to carry out intrusive activities amongst humans without concern for diseases such as HIV & smallpox. This phase gave us real insights into the possible nature of these beings and their activities. These aspects, along with the Phase 1 work, were reported in detail in my 2005 book “Hair of the Alien” published in New York by Paraview Pocket Books, a division of Simon and Schuster.

Phase 3: The Lahu connection (Thailand/China) - 2005/2006
Phase 3 allowed a focus on the genetic connections at a very specific and detailed level, because of the unusual nature of the rare Asian mongoloid sequence, revealed in the Khoury sample.  We found they occurred in the DNA signatures of an isolated group of people – the Lahu who are limited to the region of the southern Chinese province of Yunnan, and the immediate regions bordering that locality – northern Thailand, Myanmar (Burma), and Laos. The areas of Yunnan and northern Thailand yielded considerable data and research, particularly with fascinating UFO and unusual light phenomena connections in both regions.
Strange light phenomena and possible UFO connections are found in the shamanic type elements of Lahu society. Dr. Anthony Walker’s  907 page Lahu study “Merit and the Millenium – Routine and Crisis in the Ritual Lives of the Lahu People”, reveals one of the more fascinating Lahu shaman-like contact experiences involving a leading Lahu figure Ca Nu who claimed the Sky beings/spirits visited him and gave him a mysterious glowing stone with inscriptions.   He also reported seeing strange “hole” shapes crossing the sun, along with anomalous “stars”. Ca Nu connects his experiences with spiritual prophecy, a dynamic revealed on numerous occasions in not only shaman lore but in many contact and abduction situations.

A ball of light was encountered by dissident Chinese writer Ma Jian in 1986 in Lahu territory in southern Yunnan China.  Escaping from custody, he was trying to find his way through dangerous terrain.  Suddenly “a light appeared in the darkness. It was neither a torch nor a candle, nor a glow-worm shaking in the breeze. It seemed to come from another realm. It rose from a stream and floated through the trees then stopped by some branches ten meters away and slowly dropped to my eye level… I walked forward and the ball of fire followed me through the branches, guiding my way for twenty kilometers until the sky turned white.” He described the encounter in his book “Red Dust.”  I met Ma Jian during the 2003 Sydney Writers Festival.  He confirmed to me that his account was not a literary metaphor for his sense of alienation with contemporary China. It was a real experience with a ball of light about the size of a rockmelon. This Lahu region phenomena near the Lancang (the Mekong) River echoes the intriguing Naga light phenomena that most prominently plays out near Nong Khai, Thailand, on the Mekong.  I witnessed and filmed the Naga light balls coming out of the Mekong in 2006.  My investigations resisted the easy explanation of hoaxing for tourism purposes.
Yang Zheng of the Kunming UFO Research Association indicated his “most dramatic case” occurred in November 2006 (the month after my visit to Yunnan) when thousands of villagers in Zhenyuan Yi, Hani and Lahu Autonomous County of Yunnan Province witnessed 7 white hemispherical shaped objects hovering directly above the property of a local CPC (Chinese Communist Party) cadre for nearly two hours.  The objects appeared to keep changing shape.  As it was a small village word soon spread and many villagers arrived to witness the sighting.  They started pursuing the objects but the UFOs soon disappeared.  I had been in the Lahu territory a few weeks earlier. This seemed a compelling confirmation of the potential breakthrough research focus.
The Lahu people, via the DNA clue from the Khoury hair sample, may be connected with the apparent “Nordic hybrid” being, both through their DNA and their locality, which we found to be rich in UFO and unusual light phenomena. These investigations dramatically consolidated valuable UFO data from China, particularly in the province of Yunnan.

Phase 4: the global alien DNA nexus
This phase focuses on evidence for alien genetic “intelligent intervention” in various cultures (particularly indigenous cultures) around the world, and has been  driven by:
• Locations with high strangeness/breakthrough activities with UFOs, light phenomena, alien abductions
• cultures that feature “sky being” claims, diverse UFO phenomena
• possible unusual DNA markers within these cultures or present selectively or generically in human DNA
• locations or regions which bring together each of these factors (UFO “haunted” location, alien mediated culture, DNA aspects). 
The preliminary focus on the Lahu addressed in Phase 3 suggested that the “alien DNA paradigm” hypothesis could be evaluated and tested in terms of a long term focus on groups of people like the Lahu in Thailand & China, the Kayapo and their  Bep Kororoti tradition in Brazil, the Zulu connection (per Credo Mutwa) in Africa and other peoples whose traditions and localities seem steeped in alien lore.  Should all of the highlighted factors, particularly possible unusual DNA markers, become well established, we will have compelling evidence for the possibility of “intelligent intervention” by possible aliens.

THE YUNNAN UFO CONNECTION
Yunnan has a rich legacy of UFO reports.  One of the strangest occurred in the autumn of 1975, when two soldiers of a Chinese People’s Liberation Army unit stationed in Jian-Shui County in the Province of Yunnan encountered a huge saucer-shaped flying object.  It circled around above their heads and emitted beams of soft orange-colored light. One of the men raced to the nearby army camp. Within minutes the Camp Commandant and about a dozen armed men raced to the location of the encounter. The soldier, who had stayed behind, could not be found. Four soldiers took over sentry duty.  After a few hours they heard a moaning sound behind them.  There they found the missing man in an unconscious state. His facial hair had grown extremely long. When he had recovered consciousness the soldier found his memory was totally gone. His wristwatch indicated it had been stopped for a considerable time. The soldier’s weapons and watch were found to be slightly magnetized.
During 2009 and 2010 China experienced a large wave of UFO sightings many supported by photographs and videos, much of it in Yunnan province.  Professor Zhang Yifang of the Yunnan University physics department and president of the Kunming UFO Research Association spoke out publicly on the reality of UFOs and aliens in China., convinced that “extraterrestrials exist”, adding, “I am convinced, because I am a physicist and an astronomer.”  He reported that UFO sightings “are mostly in Yunnan, Xinjiang, and Heilongjiang. The history of UFOs in Kunming (the capital of Yunnan) is great.  Sightings are commonplace.”  Professor Zhang’s statements were reported widely in China.  I met him in Kunming in Yunnan in 2006 and made a detailed presentation to university faculty members and Yunnan UFO researchers.

MAINSTREAM SCIENCE DANCES WITH ALIENS
Mainstream science has regularly rejected the idea of possible “intelligent intervention” by aliens.  However some interesting cracks in the wall of science have appeared.  One of the pillars of biochemistry, Francis Crick, who won the Nobel Prize in 1962 for his part in unravelling the double helix structure of DNA, argued for a radical form of the panspermia idea – we were seeded naturally from space – namely that we were the results of “directed panspermia” – that life on Earth was the result of intelligent intervention by a superior alien intelligence out there millions of years ago.
Professor Paul Davies, has speculated that some sort of alien pattern might be encoded in our "junk DNA". While this sounds like science fiction, particularly if mathematical or symbolic codes are being sort, the idea is not as wild as it sounds. I briefly discussed this speculation with Paul Davies during a Macquarie University post graduate open day on campus on April 12 2005. He indicated his "junk DNA - ET evidence" speculations were meant to be serious. He felt the idea was no less serious than the idea of seeking out ET "radio signals," so why not try something that is far easier to do and is potentially well within our current technological reach - searching for coded clues within our own DNA.
Part of my “alien DNA paradigm” approach involves examining DNA for evidence of "non-Darwinian patterns", which might reflect extraterrestrial or intelligent influence - a sign of artificial evolution or intervention. My specialist group, the  Anomaly Physical Evidence Group (APEG), have been examining this intriguing area focusing in part on unusual mutations, polymorphisms, our "junk" DNA (or perhaps more appropriately "regulatory" DNA) and other aspects. Some intriguing areas are being looked at.
January 25-26 2010 – London, UK – an extraordinary discussion meeting takes place.  Its subject? “The detection of extra-terrestrial life and the consequences for science and society” – the first organised by the Royal Society in its 350^th anniversary year. 
To many, including me, it is one of the most important subjects in mankind’s history. Are we alone? And more specifically are we being visited?  The former question was the focus of the Royal Society meeting, but there were some winks and nudges at the more interesting question – Are we being visited? Or have we been visited? While people like Simon Conway Morris and Paul Davies were participants in the discussion, as expected, there were no really dramatic revelations, but there were plenty of fascinating signposts of a degree of expanding horizons.  SETI or the search for Extraterrestrial Life was a focus. Previous conservatism gave way to some intriguing directions of future science. 
Paul Davies lectured on “The eerie silence: are we alone in the universe?” arguing for a new approach to SETI, one that made room for even an inward approach, looking for evidence of alien life here on Earth.  Davies wasn’t referring to aliens as we research them in the UFO question; instead he is arguing we look for evidence of a “shadow biosphere”, a completely separate tree of life.  If we could establish this he argues, even if it was probably going to be microbial in nature, turning up in isolated and adverse ecological niches on Earth, then it would powerfully endorse the idea that life is everywhere in the Universe. 
Conway Morris, one of the world’s leading evolutionary paleobiologists, argued intelligent extraterrestrial life, if it existed at all, would most likely look like us, that is human in appearance, and that it would possibly share our propensity for exploitation of other life, for violence and greed.  He still thinks it is awfully quite out there, that ETs should have been evident by now, and wasn’t bringing UFO aliens into the discussion. 
Mainstream science examining if ETs are here on Earth!  Aliens likely to look human!  Both points are against the traditional positions of science.  But things are clearly changing.  I could argue I told you so.
In my 2005 book “HAIR of the ALIEN" I focused on a DNA forensic approach to alien abduction evidence. While prominence is given to the Peter Khoury "alien hair" case from Sydney Australia, other cases and experiences from around the world are also examined. My primary focus was to promote a forensic scientific approach to examining the alien abduction controversy, concentrating on the DNA approach where compelling biological evidence was available.
I also wrote::

“... Simon Conway Morris ... in (his book) Life's Solution: Inevitable Humans in a Lonely Universe (using) our best evidence for life, our own on planet Earth, (argues) against the prevailing scientific evolutionary paradigm, he states that because of the ubiquity of evolutionary convergence, not only does life have an extraordinary propensity for navigating multiple pathways to precise biological solutions, but that it repeatedly reprises the same evolutionary solution, mediated powerfully by "the weirdest molecule in the Universe" - DNA. In short, Morris contends that on suitable planets out there the genetic tape of life will play out into more "inevitable humans." But, contends Morris, the rarity of Earth-like planets means that we are most likely living in a lonely universe. Others argue, however, that life is everywhere, driven by a "life principle" that favors the spread of life through the universe.”
The Fermi Paradox looms large here.  If aliens exist where are they!   The simplest answer is they are already here, have been here, still are, and the ultimate answer awaits mainstream science’s serious open minded embrace with the UFO question rather than the litany of lost opportunities the sorry history of UFOs and science has revealed up till now.  A potent and well funded serious science of ufology which focuses on UFOs, alien encounters and alien abduction accounts would be a powerful change to the unscientific approach that has been the way of mainstream science’s nervous dance with the subject up till now.
The DNA found in the strange hair sample implicated in the alien abduction experience of Peter Khoury had a striking array of DNA anomalies.  Until the “Hair of the Alien” evidence came along the claims that alien abductions might involve hybrid beings was just unsubstantiated speculation.  Now evidence had been revealed that may support such a bizarre scenario.  Its not conclusive evidence, but it is enough of a potent breakthrough to argue that the research direction it inspired is a very worthwhile hypothesis to pursue.  I have created a blog site that focuses on this fascinating area.  I have put an introductory essay up on the site – “The Alien DNA Paradigm – an introduction” at http://aliendnaparadigm.blogspot.com   You can assist this long term effort with information and material that may support the work.  It may just help define our place in the universe.
During 2010 Peter Khoury was subject to a lie detector test, despite my efforts to advise him that polygraph testing was scientifically unreliable. Since such testing has popular kudos I have also included the context of that testing, which Peter passed:
polygraph examiner Gavin Wilson, on camera, reported to Mary Rodwell, Chris Rodwell, and Peter Khoury (I was at the same table out of camera shot), “Peter passed the test.”  Peter laconically responded, “Great, I’m happy.”  Gavin added, “So far as I’m concerned, what he witnessed, there has to be some merit in that.”

Belief, Polygraphs and alien abductions

 – the SBS “My Mum Talks to Aliens” documentary examined.

On November 30 2010 the documentary “My Mum talks to Aliens” was aired on the SBS TV network.  It has been repeated a number of times since then.  While the lurid title may have seemed off putting, the content was interesting and made a contribution to the debate about UFOs and alien abductions. 
The primary and most engaging aspect of the documentary was the relationship between alien abduction counselor Mary Rodwell and her son Chris, a veterinarian.  A kind of road trip through the alien landscape was played out, with Chris looking for credible scientific evidence that his mother’s obsession with matters alien are not an indication she has lost her marbles.  Mary sets about showing him a range of things that might persuade him that the UFO and alien abduction field is a serious area of enquiry and that she has a credible approach within it. 
While some apparently intriguing areas were touched on by the documentary, each had their own “devil in the detail” aspects – issues and problems which were not addressed, in part due to the limitations of the format of the programme.  It seemed to be up to Mary to present the case for each item and for Chris to see if it resonated well with his scientific sensibilities. 
The credibility of each segment really depended on how engaged and well informed Mary and Chris were with them.  This varied a lot through the programme.  For example, some interesting elements described in the abduction narrative of Greg Le Noel, one of Mary Rodwell’s clients, was overshadowed by issues associated with polygraph testing. In a Gosford UFO meeting Chris feels completely done with the strange world of UFO belief, which in the piece aired in the documentary seemed dominated by “alien language.” 
The Australian Academy of Sciences debate between Mary Rodwell and Dr. Charlie Lineweaver, with an audience weighted heavily with his students, was never going to take seriously Mary’s Exopolitics mediated litany of uncritical claims about the strange nature of UFO reality.  Confusing Paul Hellyer, former Canadian Defence minister for Colonel Corso was a stumble for Mary, and not having an appropriate response for Lineweaver’s slander of Dr. Brian Josephenson was disappointing.  Lineweaver was apparently hung up on a physics Nobel laureate lurching into non-scientific mainstream areas such as telepathy, an aspect that could have been soundly argued against, given Lineweaver’s close mind about such matters.  Lineweaver got some free hits, but his arrogance worked against him, in the context of the documentary.  It also understandably raised the ire of Mary’s son, Chris, who saw it as a personalised attack on his mother.
The photo evidence Mary presented to Chris impressed him, but that was because he was inexperienced with the video anomalies that occur with night time filming of distant light sources.  He even went as far to suggest Mary should have led with this Silbury Hill footage in the science debate.  Luckily that didn’t occur, as I suspect Dr. Lineweaver may have jumped on what Chris saw as “crystal clarity”, with the exotic looking diamond shapes being nothing more than the defocused images – a lens effect - of distant point light sources. An examination of the full footage on the SBS web site confirms this and supports the idea these light sources were probably prosaic sources, such as possible flares.  While such analysis can be debated the idea that they represented compelling alien UFO imagery was not sustained by the facts.
Mary’s “ace card”, abductee Peter Khoury, was filmed in a very limited way focusing on an all too brief recounting of only part of the DNA evidence related to his 1992 experience and then filming an unguarded moment which Peter would have wished wasn’t used.  It was pretty clear than both, Mary and Chris, were not well aware of the totality of the DNA evidence in Peter Khoury’s case, and if they were, they didn’t understand it or its implications.  Despite Mary’s preoccupations with matters DNA related in her claims of “new humans” she seems to prefer poorly documented “evidence” rather than well presented and detailed evidence such as in the Khoury “Hair of the Alien” case.  Neither, Peter or I, are aware of any occasion, other than the documentary, where she has highlighted the case in any significant way in her lectures or publications.  Indeed I was advised it was the producers that led Mary into choosing Peter Khoury’s case as her belated “ace card”, as stronger and more compelling material was needed, than the material she had already presented. 
Some other “ace cards” had fallen along the way and were not used.  The interview with a Woomera witness, who seemed to change her mind at the last minute, saying her observation and filming during a rocket test probably wasn’t an alien UFO, was not used.  The detour to Wycliffe Well was possibly not used because of the way it was filmed, with the segment seemingly more about UFO theatre rather than solid facts.  The visit to the National Archives did not focus on compelling material and so was cut out of the documentary.  A more detailed examination of the files would have revealed more compelling data. 
My own last minute reluctant agreement to be filmed talking very briefly about the DNA work, despite laboring with flu recovery, did not give a coherent or detailed account of that work, which had already been briefly covered by Peter talking about part of the research.  As I had been something of a pest re the polygraph testing I wasn’t surprised to see my brief DNA piece cut out of the documentary.  Beside it required a much more detailed presentation to present this evidence in a serious and acceptable way.  Later, Chris seemed hung up on the idea that it seemed to him unscientific to have part of the remaining hair sample on a broken slide, giving me no opportunity to highlight that the sample was secure and that it would have been scientifically irresponsible to risk another sample transfer just for the sake of a TV documentary.  In any event there is another segment of the hair sample held in a secure manner.
Once again it was a mellowed form of polygraph testing entrapment that overshadowed the very limited and skewed presentation of this case, and the polygraph testing was limited to his 1988 experience rather than the 1992 experience, in which evidence led to DNA testing.  The programme had not engaged with this 1988 experience, so it was probably confusing for the viewer. The polygraph was used, almost without question, as a way of discriminating between fact and fiction.  There was a brief narration comment that Mary had some issues about the use of lie detection, while in the background I had been waging a campaign against its use in general and more specifically in Peter Khoury’s case.  It was a campaign I waged with the producers and Peter, and my arguments were based on science, not vague popular perceptions of the utility of polygraph testing.  There was a huge debate that could be had here, but it was left unstated in the documentary, despite the history of the controversial use of polygraphs in both the wider community and its rather sorry history of use in the UFO controversy.
I will limit my further comments here to where the documentary addressed alien abductions.  It did this by examining two different abductees, Greg Le Noel, the client of Mary’s ACERN practice, and Peter Khoury, who had not been a client of Mary, nor had she been involved in any of the research about his abduction experiences.  In both cases Chris organised polygraph testing via Gavin Wilson, forensic polygraph examiner for Australian Polygraph Services.  Greg failed his test, while Peter Khoury passed his.  Mary Rodwell attempted to rationalise Greg’s failure as being due to his abduction “memories” being recovered via subconscious or trance recall, in other words, his abduction narrative came from the hypnotic regressions Mary carried out with Greg.  Peter Khoury’s abduction “memories” are clearly anchored in conscious recollection.
So the documentary’s “smoking gun” was Peter Khoury’s successful lie detector test, which had focused on his conscious recollection of witnessing 5 aliens in 1988. Peter Khoury has always wanted to have a lie detector test, to help validate his claims of alien abductions.  Of course Peter was pleased to have passed the polygraph test, but the documentary failed to reveal the background drama on this particular aspect of the programme.  Nor did it engage with the deeper issue of the use of hypnosis in validating alien abduction stories.  There is a rich and potent debate to be had there.  But it was not going to happen in this context, perhaps in part because so much of Mary’s evidence has been gained through the extensive use of hypnosis. 
I was a direct participant in this part of the story.  When Peter Khoury told me he had agreed to do a polygraph test I did my best to try to get him not to do it.  Why?  The answer was simple.  While popular perceptions and polygraph providers argue that lie detector tests are strong evidence of proving or disproving deception, there is no scientific evidence to back this claim up.  Indeed there is plenty of evidence which shows that such tests are unreliable and can give both false positive and negative results.  For example read about the sorry case of Wen Ho Lee, described in the book “A Convenient Spy – Wen Ho Lee and the politics of Nuclear Espionage” by Dan Stober and Ian Hoffman.  Contradictory FBI interpretations of the same polygraph results overwhelmed this affair.  It was not an isolated case.   Further, I had previously on a number of occasions reviewed the scientific evidence for polygraph testing, to see if they should be utilised as a research tool in the investigation of alien abduction claims.  I had concluded on each of these occasions that there was not sufficient evidence to support polygraph testing as an appropriate tool in researching alien abduction reports.  In fact there was compelling evidence arguing that such testing should be avoided as it potentially put abductees in the hands of an unreliable tool for determining truth about such matters.  See also New Scientist, 25 June 2011, “The truth about lies – Easy to tell, hard to detect” for a recent assessment of the issue.  Polygraphs remain in their scientific limbo, as unproven devices for the assessment of truth.  
If the evidence for polygraph accuracy had been strong and scientifically validated, I would not have hesitated in encouraging Peter Khoury to do polygraph testing.  Instead my own research meant I would not be protecting Peter Khoury’s best interests if I remained silent about his decision to eagerly embrace such testing.  In fact I became a thorn in the side of the documentary producers, who were intent on using the polygraph testing as a dramatic element in the show.  I was asked by Peter Khoury to be present when the documentary team, Gavin Wilson, the Polygraph examiner, and Mary & Chris Rodwell visited Peter’s home for the test on September 1^st, 2010.  As I was getting over a bout of the flu this was a draining experience, but a necessary one.  I had a debate with Gavin about the validity of polygraph testing.  He accepted that I had compelling evidence, but obviously stood by his profession.  I was also alarmed when I overheard the producer trying to encourage the polygraph examiner to ask Peter Khoury questions about whether he had had sex with aliens.  As Peter himself was not even certain about this, such a question was not appropriate to ask in a polygraph setting.  Gavin Wilson was a professional in his approach.  After questioning Peter at length he had decided not to address this, but rather focus on the 1988 experience.  Still, I was surprised, that despite all my arguments against the validity of polygraph testing, and potential risks to his career, Peter Khoury ultimately did the test.  I think that says a lot about his sense of truth and his integrity.  He was willing to put everything on the line.  A line though I felt was not a good line to cross, given it was defined by an unreliable tool.
Despite all this, polygraph examiner Gavin Wilson, on camera, reported to Mary Rodwell, Chris Rodwell, and Peter Khoury (I was at the same table out of camera shot), “Peter passed the test.”  Peter laconically responded, “Great, I’m happy.”  Gavin added, “So far as I’m concerned, what he witnessed, there has to be some merit in that.”
Despite Chris Rodwell being impressed that Peter had originally promptly agreed to his request to do the polygraph testing, and that he also passed it, Chris was less than forthright in his acknowledgement of this.  Instead we got from him, “I’m open-minded with Peter’s story.” Further he said referring to the material he found “most credible”, “A guy who says he was abducted by aliens and he passed a lie detector test.  You can’t deny that.  It swayed me, but I’m not a believer.”  Moving goal posts, it seemed to me.

Had Chris actually deeply engaged with the UFO data, rather than the light touch provided by this road trip down the UFO highway, he may have more deeply understood the intensity of his mother’s troubling UFO obsession.  Despite this, Chris had at least walked some distance into his mother’s alien world, and had developed some respect for her efforts, even if they didn’t always sit well with his scientific sensibilities.  The process had the benefit of deepening the bonds between a mother and a son.  
Mary often says she honors all realities.  Personally I don’t agree with such an approach, since some “realities” turn out to be false.  Everyone is entitled to hold their own UFO beliefs, but I for one, prefer to anchor my beliefs in verifiable UFO realities. In areas, were certainty is not possible, I am open to such matters, without incorporating them as matters of belief, but rather as matters for consideration and deep thought, and serious investigation where possible. UFO belief, often intense belief, is shared by many people, in many different ways.  We can all learn from examining other people’s beliefs and experienced realities. I have an enduring UFO obsession of sorts, but it is anchored in scientific perspectives, with an open mind to other approaches.  There are many paths to engage with the UFO reality, not just with UFO belief - the devil in the detail.

The purpose of these files is to report the UFO eyewitness and photo/video evidence that occurs on a daily basis around the world and in space. These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that the over a thousand UFOs reported each month represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of Earth. I personally became interested in UFOs when London Control ordered me to intercept one over England while flying for the US Air Force. Under Project Blue Book, the US Air Force investigated UFOs for more than twenty years; and we continue this research.

Special Reports

General Marshall and Commander Bethune

Frank Chile writes, "I had recalled that Commander Graham Bethune (US Navy - VIP Plane Commander in the Flag Division with Top Secret Clearance) who while piloting 31 passengers) had a UFO sighting (of a 300' craft) on February 10, 1951 which was written up in Project Blue Book"

Graham had shared with me that on two separate occasions he flew General Marshall (as well as other VIP's) to two saucer retrieval sites. One was outside Reykjavik Iceland the craft was about 100' in diameter and saucer shaped.

The other event was in the American SW, I believe Commander Bethune had mentioned somewhere in Utah - this craft was also about 100' in diameter and slightly oval - both events had high ranking US Army and Navy officers in attendance as well as scientists and academics from various stateside universities. Both discs were retrieved and brought back to Wright Patterson.

Commander Bethune gave me this photo and was quite insistent that US Air Force was getting the focus of UFO attention from the public, but the real player in this and always behind the scenes was the US Navy. Graham was informed by Admiral Forney himself and Graham never doubted that a ploy was set-up to divert attention away from the Navy.

Commander Bethune also flew Secretary of the Navy Kimball who discussed with him seeing a craft come up out of the Pacific Ocean pacing two Navy aircraft doing barrel rolls around them. Graham had also spoken with Admiral Radford - who became the first Joint Chiefs of Staff - about the discs as well as aides to Admiral McCormick, who had relieved Eisenhower as the NATO Commander. lt seemed to be common knowledge at that level

George Catlett Marshall, Jr. (December 31, 1880 October 16, 1959) was an American military leader, Chief of Staff of the Army, Secretary of State, and the third Secretary of Defense. Once noted as the "organizer of victory" by Winston Churchill for his leadership of the Allied victory in World War II,Marshall served as the United States Army Chief of Staff during the war and as the chief military adviser to President Franklin D. Roosevelt. As Secretary of State, his name was given to the Marshall Plan, for which he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1953.

"The United States has recovered UFOs and their occupants. The UFOs were from a different planet and they were friendly. They have been hovering over defense facilities and airports. The U.S. authorities were convinced they had nothing to fear from them. The U.S. wanted people to concentrate on the real menace, communism, and not be distracted by the visitors from space. There has actually been contact with the men in the UFOs and there have been landings."

In 1955, Dr. Rolf Alexander, a prominent British UFOlogist, had a remarkable conversation with his old friend General George C. Marshall who told him,"Visitors from outer space are trying to work out a method of breathing and staying alive in our atmosphere before landing and establishing contact. "Apparently the general was privy to secret reports containing information of aliens before that information became available to UFOlogists in the 1960s." Thanks to Frank Chile

Soviets Also Have Crashed Space Ships?

I was always surprised when the Soviets beat us into space with Sputnik satellite, but if they had an alien spaceship to obtain advanced technology it makes sense.

William Brophy writes, "I was invited by Dr. Roberto Pinotti to the San Marino Republic UFO Symposium as a speaker to talk about the 1933 UFO crash near Milano, Italy." On June 13, 1933, a UFO crashed near Magenta, Italy just west of Milano. The occupants were tall blond Nordics with oriental like features on their light blue eyes.

The Italians called the UFO la Campania; the Germans called it Die Locked. Benito Mussolini the Prime Minister of Italy informed Pope Pius 11 of the crash and placed G. Marconi in charge of the special RS-33 Study Group.

The Japanese told the Italians and Germans that those tall blonde-haired people were in their legends; this led to the Axis Alliance. Pope Pius 11 was furious and informed President Roosevelt about the UFO crash in 1938. Winston Churchill and Mussolini also carried on secret correspondence about the 1933 crash. Its thought at the end of World War 11 the Soviets invading Army captured the craft.

As confirmation Ufologist Jorge Martin was told Fidel Castro confided in his friend named Juan Mari Bras that, "The Soviets had captured several alien vehicles and Castro was taken to a Cosmodrome and shown several alien vehicles of various shapes." Juan is a person of great integrity, and would not say something like this if it not was true. Castro also told us, "The Soviets knew the Americans had a similar lab and research center with crafts and alien bodies."

It is likely Castro was taken to the Plesetsk Cosmodrome or the Kapustin Yar missile center. Here there are several large hangars and an underground facility with several floors, in which Russian scientists could study alien technology of captured and crashed alien spacecrafts.

Under these lines we are showing a sketch with data on some of the extraterrestrial spacecrafts that the Russian Government keeps at this research center, made by a confidential Russian source, which was delivered to Italian journalist and UFO researcher Constantino Paglialunga in 1997.

KGB officers sold secret Soviet film to several countries. I saw some amazing footage used in the film "Secret KGB UFO Files." A documentary that attempts to ascertain what the Soviet Union knew about UFOs. Via interviews with scientists, soldiers, and spies, viewers get a picture of KGB discoveries and their secret campaigns.

It is very possible that Fidel Castro saw the alien spaceship and the alien corpse at Kapustin Yar. Thanks to Jorge Martin

Brazil Crop Circle Season

Ipuau -- A. J. Gevaerd writes, "The 2012 crop circle season in Brazil started two weeks earlier than expected on October 13, 2012." An immense crop circle was found in the State of Santa Catarina, in south Brazil.

Again, for the fourth year since 2008, the formation was found 320 miles west of Florianpolis near Ipuau, where they always manifest.

Strangely, the phenomena was never reported in Brazil prior to 2008, and since then the crop circle season starts every year in the last days of October..

The first formation of this year was confirmed by residents of the city and is a beautiful exotic pattern. It has an immensely more complex shape and is significantly bigger than the formations of the previous years. The figure was found in a fresh green wheat field and is a perfect geometric composition. The "agroglyph" is composed by a larger circle of about 130 feet in diameter of folded plants in one extremity, circled by nothing less than 30 smaller circles disposed as satellites with plants in their interiors alternately folded clockwise and counter-clockwise.  

This set is connected by a "corridor" of folded plants towards another set of two concentric rings and another circle inside. All of the agroglyphs registered in Brazil are situated some 20 miles radius from that town, making it clear that the manifestations have something related to that specific location.

Russian UFO Crash

B J Booth writes, "According to the unsubstantiated reports, not far from the city of Prohlandnyi, in the USSR at 1 AM, on August 10, 1989, Soviet military radar picked up an unidentified flying object. An attempt was made to contact the craft, without success. The UFO was classified as "hostile." Soviet defenses were put on alert, and MIG-25s were put in the air to find and identify the UFO. The Mig- 25s closed on the UFO and were given the authority to attack. When the UFO refused to answer hails, the Migs fired, hitting the UFO that ditched over the Caucasian Mountains. A crew aboard an M1-8 helicopter located the disc-shaped UFO outside of Nizhnizy Chegem. The area was completely cordoned off to everyone except military personnel.

The UFO was about 20 feet long and 10 feet tall and shaped like a long cigar. There was a long rutted out place in the ground where the object had obviously skidded as it plowed to a stop. There was obvious damage to the exterior of the craft. The retrieval team, wearing protective outer wear, moved to the site. There was a small amount of radiation, and some members of the team were effected.

A helicopter on the scene was hooked up to the craft, and the UFO was transported to Mozdok Air Base. The base was rumored to store nuclear weapons, and long range bombers. Another investigative team was sent to Mozdok to begin a scientific analysis of the UFO. A KGB cover-up was in full operation by this time.

Team members entered the craft, and found were three alien bodies-two dead, one barely alive.

A team of doctors and other medical personnel made every effort to keep the alien alive, but failed. All three of the beings were about 3 1/2 to 4 feet tall, with gray outer wear. Underneath, their skin was a blue-green color with a reptilian texture. They had no hair, large black eyes covered with a protective lid, and web fingers ended their long, slender arms. The alien bodies were being kept in glass containers and UFO was taken to Kapustin Yar. This information originated from three Russian investigators-Anton Anfalov, Lenura Azizova and Alexander Mosolov who do not have documentation to support their claims. Thanks to B J Booth

Scientists Could Find Alien Life within 40 Years

Scientists could find alien life within 40 years, says royal astronomer

The question of whether alien life exists could be answered within 40 years, according to the Queen's astronomer.

Martin Rees, former president of the Royal Society said, "Evidence of whether beings exist not only beyond earth but beyond our solar system, could be found in that time."

Lord Rees, who has been Astronomer Royal - a senior position within the Royal Household offering advice to the Queen on astronomical matters - since 1995, said: "Within 10 or 20 years we will be able to image other planets like the earth, orbiting other stars."That will be a really exciting subject to see if there is evidence for extra-terrestrial life or not."

Scientists at Aberdeen University believe they can show millions more planets are capable of supporting life. Scientists have designed new models for testing whether a planet could support life by searching for evidence of underground water. Instead of looking for surface water, the new tools identify whether there may be water kept liquid by core heat, according to the BBC. The development could mean more planets and moons are found to be capable of sustaining life forms.

The research, which was presented at the British Science Festival in Aberdeen, challenges the "Goldilocks" theory that planets need to be within a defined distance from the sun to support life before water either freezes or evaporates.

Sean McMahon, a PhD student from Aberdeen University, said: "It's the idea of a range of distances from a star within which the surface of an Earthlike planet is not too hot or too cold for water to be liquid. "So traditionally people have said that if a planet is in this Goldilocks zone not too hot and not too cold then it can have liquid water on its surface and be a habitable planet."

The new research could be an important breakthrough in establishing signs of life where planets and moons generate their own heat rather than receiving heat from a star like the sun.

Professor John Parnell, lead researcher from Aberdeen University, said: "There is a significant habitat for microorganisms below the surface of the Earth, extending down several kilometers and that the bulk of life on Earth could even reside in this deep biosphere."

Mr. McMahon added: "If you take into account the possibility of deep biospheres, then you have a problem reconciling that with the idea of a narrow habitable zone defined only by conditions at the surface. There will be several times more habitable planets." Thanks to Telegraph and Sonya Porter

Heaven Is Real: A Doctors Experience with the Afterlife

As a neurosurgeon, I did not believe in the phenomenon of near-death experiences. I grew up in a scientific world, the son of a neurosurgeon. I followed my fathers path and became an academic neurosurgeon, teaching at Harvard Medical School and other universities. I understand what happens to the brain when people are near death, and I had always believed there were good scientific explanations for the heavenly out-of-body journeys described by those who narrowly escaped death.

Dr. Eben Alexander fell into a coma for seven days in 2008 after contracting meningitis.

During his illness Dr Alexander says that the part of his brain which controls human thought and emotion "shut down" and that he then experienced "something so profound that it gave me a scientific reason to believe in consciousness after death." In an essay for Newsweek to promote his book "Proof of Heaven."

Dr Alexander says, "I was met by a beautiful blue-eyed woman in a place of clouds, big fluffy pink-white ones and "shimmering beings".

He continues: "Birds? Angels? These words registered later, when I was writing down my recollections. But neither of these words do justice to the beings themselves, which were quite simply different from anything I have known on this planet. They were more advanced and higher forms." The doctor adds that a "huge and booming like a glorious chant, came down from above, and I wondered if the winged beings were producing it. The sound was palpable and almost material, like a rain that you can feel on your skin but doesn't get you wet."

Dr Alexander says he had heard stories from patients who spoke of outer body experiences but had disregarded them as "wishful thinking" but has reconsidered his opinion following his own experience.

He added: "I know full well how extraordinary, how frankly unbelievable, all this sounds. Had someone even a doctor told me a story like this in the old days, I would have been quite certain that they were under the spell of some delusion.

UFO Sightings in the US

Alaska Discs

seward -- Robert Mackey writes, "I have been using lasers to point at UFOs for last two years and have gotten wild results many times." UFOs appear in the night sky; they power up and then go dark. We live near a glacier area that is a hot spot for UFOs nightly. When I pointed at one with a laser, many more came flying in quickly, and many lit up all over the sky, right after hitting the first one. Ten or more showed up like they meant business. My wife ran back into the house in fear, that I was upsetting them.

"I keep thinking they have a base under the 1,100 square miles Harding Ice Field in our area, or an undersea base close by." Most UFOs come in via the Harding Ice Field and icebergs shown here. Ive seen small craft 50 feet in size to huge aircraft carrier size, with like fighter caps that rotate around the big ones. Many people in Seward have seen them, and told to keep quiet about this. Ive also seen Bigfoot creatures on the ground while ufo incidents are going on and feel there is a connection between these creatures and UFOs. Thanks to Robert Mackey

Arizona Rectangle

Yuma At 9 PM, on October 29,-2012, the rectangle shaped object was seen traveling at 2500 feet altitude. Then a total of four identical rectangle objects flew past in a perfect line then banking right to the southwest. The rectangles were outlined in black with very bright red light inside flying at a speed that seemed too slow for an object that long in length to be able to stay airborne. Their length exceeded my fist. Then top #4 blinked once then went out, #3 then blinked once and then went out with #2 and #1 following.

Arkansas Orb

RODGERS -- My son initially reported he saw a strange light outside on November 1, 2012. Then our entire family saw a second light fly overhead about five minutes later. I grabbed my digital video camera before the third one flew over silently five minutes later. To the naked eye, they appeared to be spinning orange colored flames. When you see the magnified video, the flames appear to have a square structure around them. These lights were not flashing like you see on aircraft, and didnt fall like you a flare. California Sightings

SAN FRANCISCO -- The video is posted on YouTube and a viewer posted a comment about seeing something I never noticed on October 7, 2012. If I stop the video at 3:53, I do catch and see it near the Bay Bridge tower and if I start and stop it quickly from 3:54 I see it to the far right. It is moving very fast and is too big to be a bird.

EL CAJON -- My sister and I were on our way home on October 31, 2012 (Halloween night) on Freeway 8 around 8:50 pm. As I approached Main Street I saw a straight line of blue lights in the sky.
Ive had other sightings and I quickly pulled over and sat in my car for over an hour. At first there was a pattern to the lights that were blinking on and off. This line started to move side to side silently, but above these lights I saw a small unlit round object. "It was a UFO." As it started to become foggy I was no longer able to see the small object but the lights remained.

My camera was able to capture them pretty high in the sky. My sister was also able to identify what I was seeing. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Florida Light

Miami Beach -- I was in the kitchen when I noticed a bright light, I grabbed the camera and took pictures of the object for ten minutes. The object was hovered and eventually went into the water.

I have never seen this before.

ORLANDO On November 4, 2012, I exited off Route 408 onto Challenger Parkway and looked up and thought I saw a helicopter. Then I noticed yellow/white lights circling around it, revealing a disc-like shape. It was moving away from me but I kept staring at it because I was confused. It was not a helicopter, and flying very low and moving smoothly away. A witness from another location also saw the UFO. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Hawaii Light

KIHEI I saw an orange light with no tail in the south sky off the island of Maui on August 31, 2012, at 7:40 PM. I know a lot about astronomy, and I know this was not a comet/meteor. I have never seen anything like this before. It increased speed, slowed down, increasing speed again, it slowed down again, and then it vanished. I am certain it was not a lantern in the sky! Illinois Moon UFO

CICERO -- As I was sitting in my backyard filming the full moon, two discs flew past the moon at high speed in less than six seconds. I saw the unidentified objects in the camcorder screen and was stunned. The first UFO flew pass at high speeds and kind of wobbled in a straight slanted line turning upside down. The second UFO dropped down like a tear drop at high speeds and it had like an American eagle shape to it at one point. I felt stunned to spot something pass the moon so fast and see on my camcorder. I showed my girlfriend and friends right after I caught it on film. After the sighting, I watched the video over 100 times to finally come to a conclusion that these were UFOs. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Kentucky Landing

PARIS --While mowing my pasture on October 20, 2012, I came across this circular patch of ground approximately 14 feet in diameter. The plants are dead, the soil is discolored and balled up, and the rock on the surface has an orange tint in the center of the circle.

I was thinking that this is the result of a lightning strike but Ive always seen lightning take some sort of path and not just be a circle. I have been careful not to disturb the possible landing site in any way. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Louisiana Object

NEW ORLEANS -- Walking down Bienville Avenue, going south towards the river when I noticed an unusual glittering, randomly blinking, and shining object about the size of an aspirin hovering over the Mississippi River. I was instantly suspicious as it did not have the traditional navigation or anti-collision lights and was just hovering in an unusual way.

I took pictures a mile from the hovering object and ran up Bienville towards the river stopping to take a few pictures. The object looked smaller as I got closer to the river and lost sight of it.
I asked some people who had been sitting on the levee if they saw it and they said they did not and couldnt believe the pictures I got. The object was not flying normally and it glinted in an unusual way. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Nebraska Hovering Large Rectangle-

Omaha -- I saw a large rectangle shaped object with lights in the sky on October 29, 2012 at 7:45 PM, over the 150th Street area just south of Dodge Expressway.
It had bright white lights all across the front and underneath the craft. You could see a faint light coming from inside the object. At the back was a red light.

New Hampshire Lights

Newton -- My boyfriend and I were driving in my Mustang to my house on Route 108 on November 1, 2012. He points and says, "Look at that light hovering over the treeline!" It dipped down then shot straight up and then came toward us. I pulled over as the aspirin size bright white light was coming toward us.

It was performing just for us, it hovered there for several seconds and then the lights went out. A second later seven horizontal lights came on nearly perpendicular to our view. In the Photoshop sketch above this is exactly what it looked like.

My boyfriend got my camera and took a video, but only two black still shots came out. The UFO flew directly over us and out of site. Thanks to MUFON CMS

New York Image

WOLCOTT -- My husband and I had a campsite on shore of Lake Ontario on September 24, 2012. I always carry my camera and take many pictures. We were watching a line of storms moving across the lake that were producing waterspouts about 8 am. I thought I saw a ship trying to avoid the storms so I took some images as the sunlight reflected on it.

The light seemed to be reflecting on all sides.

When I looked at pictures on my computer they really looked strange. We were facing north and it was just glowing. The whole object was illuminated and seemed above the water and showed no signs of being affected by the rough water. It also looked very square which didnt make sense for a ship or barge. It was traveling east and then turned north and just disappeared. Thanks to MUFON CMS

-- On October 31, 2012, I had been photographing this object for the last week. It is a bright white light and moves in all directions and hovers.

Texas Pitch Black Triangle

College Station -- I work graveyard shift on Texas A&M campus and went outside on October 29, 2012, between 1:40-1:45 am, and was looking at Orion's Belt and saw a very subtle motion near it. I noticed it was a perfect vshape. At first I thought it was geese because of the shape, but it was travelling too fast, and the shape was a perfect v with no fluctuation.

It appeared to be a solid V-shaped object, and I could see two V edges, but Im not sure about a third edge. It appeared solid and uniform. It was black on black against the night sky. The very large dark triangle/boomerang shaped v was flying southeast object about the altitude and speed of a regular plane.

West Wyalong -- On October 28, 2012, I noticed an aeroplane leaving a Chemtrail over my small town area. Thirty seconds later another one came into view on the same linear path but slightly east of the first one at 2 PM. They were both heading south and I thought this was a bit strange that two planes were so close together. Then another plane followed on the same path and again slightly east of the last one. Five seconds behind there was one more.

I was starting to get concerned about what these plane's were leaving in their wake in such a uniformed manner when my eye's adjusted to see one more object east again of the last plane following within meters of the last plane without leaving any trail at all... It was similar in size but didn't seem to have the span where the wings should be. There was no Chemtrail, no wings, and I think it was an escort and possibly atmosphere manipulation to help this escort. This image is a depiction of the event. Over 100 UFOs seen along India China border

NEW DELHI -- The Indian Army troops deployed along the China border from Jammu and Kashmir and Arunachal Pradesh in northeast have reported more than 100 sightings of UFOs in the last three months.

The Army Agencies have not yet been able to identify these luminous flying objects. The 14 Corps, which looks after military deployment along Kargil-Leh and looks after the frontiers with China, has sent reports of sightings of UFOs. Reports suggested that these yellowish spheres appear to lift off from the horizon on the Chinese side and slowly traverse the sky for three to five hours before disappearing. DUBLIN On October 31, 2012, I was in my back garden when I saw a bright red object move at steady high speed at about 15,000 feet altitude. At first I thought it was a meteor. I tracked it moving silently across the sky, and ran to the front of the house and object was on same trajectory at high speed. I finally lost sight as the object disappeared over horizon.

Peru Moving Glowing Cylinder

Lima I was talking on the phone on my roof due to poor cell phone service and looked up to see a bright red and orange glowing ball or a vertical rectangle-type object on October 27, 2012, at 9:12 PM. The district was firing off fireworks, but what I saw was NOT part of the show and was alone, and moving on its own. The fireworks were in a total opposite direction. It moved slowly to the right and when I ran downstairs to get my camera to film a video, I returned with my girlfriend to the roof but the object was no longer visible. Spain Lights

Benidorm -- This amazing footage was captured by me in, on the night of October 13/14th in the middle of the night. I recorded this ten minute video using my Sony Cyber Shot H70 Digital Video Camera using the best possible quality at 720P with Bionz technology and zoomed in as close as possible using 10X optical zoom. This is not a hoax, this footage is 100% authentic and I have the original film still on my memory card. The space ship craft appears to be morphing, changing size and shape as the lights in the video appear to be all over the place. The lights are also changing colors from white to BLUE and other colors too.

UK/England Light

NORWICH -- I was walking home with my girlfriend, when we stopped to decide if we should get some food, when a huge glowing light came across the sky on September 21, 2012. I thought maybe it was an asteroid as cars stopped to look, but then two objects were ejected from the primary object and trailing behind the biggest one. We both stood there and watched and I ran down the road to see but was blocked by buildings. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Ickenham -- Lying in bed I saw a flashing very bright red light in the sky on October 31, 2012. It was coming across our view above the airport so we jumped out of bed and went to the window. The object seemed to move quickly and as it turned toward the airport we saw another white light that we assumed was a plane that appeared to have taken off from Northolt.

The flashing red light turned towards the white constant light and the red light passed over slightly above the white one at a right angle. As they crossed the white light disappeared completely and was absorbed into the red light. The red light continued to go round in a circle and headed off towards the west. I am a private pilot and interested in all things aviation.

HIGH WYCOMBE -- In the evening I visited my friends house on November 3, 2012, about 8 PM, and came outside for a cigarette and saw a small object flying at high altitude. I thought it was a satellite passing over when I spot a second object flying parallel to the first one. Suddenly the second object changed direction and began to approach the first one and the two objects played with each other. They changed direction, accelerate, slowed down to overtake each other. They look like living creatures playing with each other and flew off over the roof of the building next door. I quickly went into the street, but I lost them. South Vietnam Unidentified

PLIEKU -- In the spring of 1969, I was 20 years old and in the U.S. Army stationed in Plieku, South Vietnam. I was in the 62nd Maintenance Battalion working in the security platoon. Guard duty was my main job.

On this day, I started the second shift at 3 PM and was scheduled to work until midnight. The temperature was around 75 degrees. I was on a SSE guard tower overlooking a 100 yards perimeter. Rows of razor wire extended 300 feet and the perimeter was surrounded by miles of rice paddies.

At 6 PM, I had been on tower guard for about three hours, when an unidentified glowing object caught my eye over rice paddies a couple miles out. I observed the yellowish glowing object for about five minutes, and I felt like this object was communicating with me by putting calming thoughts into my head. At this time, I had no fear of the object. It was hovering two to three feet off of the ridgeline near the rice paddies.

It made no sound, and I had a thought that this strange object was going to move directly in front of me. No sooner than I had this thought, the strange object flew from the rice paddies to directly in front of my location, some 300 feet from my guard tower. Now it was hovering just above two light poles. Whatever the object was, it moved with incredible speed. In just a split second, it had traveled three miles to my location. I was stunned by the speed, but I still had no fear of it.

Now I could see this cloaked cloud had what seemed to have a dirty mist surrounding it as this cloaking got thicker surrounding the object. The glowing was coming from inside of the cloud. After a minute or so, the mist surrounding the object was growing really thick and suddenly there were three or four silver colored orbs out in the perimeter. They were the size of a medicine ball and were just floating in the air at different heights from the ground and different locations from the razor wire. Still I heard no noise and as suddenly as the orbs appeared, they simply disappeared.

I observed this strange object for a few more minutes and suddenly it was gone. It just disappeared from sight. This sighting took place over an eight to ten minute period of time. I did manage to take a photograph of the object while it hovered above the light pole.

NOTE: The witness took the photo from a "30 foot gun tower" while on guard duty. He always carried a camera with him. He did not report the incident nor did he discuss it with anyone in his Battalion.

The witness showed this picture to a "UFO expert" that he had heard on a radio show around 1985. He signed a release statement and the UFO investigator sent the photo to the Jet Propulsion Lab (JPL) in Pasadena, CA. Two months later the witness received the photo back and a typewritten report. The report said that the object was "unidentified and was a genuine UFO." The witness moved to Florida and his house was burglarized and the JPL report was taken among other belongings. UFO enthusiasts admit the truth may not be out there after all

For decades, they have been scanning the skies for signs of alien activity.

But having failed to establish any evidence for the existence of extraterrestrial life, Britain’s UFO watchers are reaching the conclusion that the truth might not be out there after all.

Enthusiasts admit that a continued failure to provide proof and a decline in the number of “flying saucer” sightings suggests that aliens do not exist after all and could mean the end of “Ufology” – the study of UFOs – within the next decade.

Dozens of groups interested in the flying saucers and other unidentified craft have already closed because of lack of interest and next week one of the country’s foremost organisations involved in UFO research is holding a conference to discuss whether the subject has any future.

Dave Wood, chairman of the Association for the Scientific Study of Anomalous Phenomena (Assap), said the meeting had been called to address the crisis in the subject and see if UFOs were a thing of the past.

“It is certainly a possibility that in ten years time, it will be a dead subject,” he added.

“We look at these things on the balance of probabilities and this area of study has been ongoing for many decades.

“The lack of compelling evidence beyond the pure anecdotal suggests that on the balance of probabilities that nothing is out there.

“I think that any UFO researcher would tell you that 98 per cent of sightings that happen are very easily explainable. One of the conclusions to draw from that is that perhaps there isn’t anything there. The days of compelling eyewitness sightings seem to be over.”

He said that far from leading to an increase in UFO sightings and research, the advent of the internet had coincided with a decline.

Assap’s UFO cases have dropped by 96 per cent since 1988, while the number of other groups involved in UFO research has fallen from well over 100 in the 1990s to around 30 now.

Among those to have closed are the British Flying Saucer Bureau, the Northern UFO Network, and the Northern Anomalies Research Organisation.

As well as a fall in sightings and lack of proof, Mr Wood said the lack of new developments meant that the main focus for the dwindling numbers of enthusiasts was supposed UFO encounters that took place several decades ago and conspiracy theories that surround them.

In particular, he cited the Roswell incident, in 1947 when an alien spaceship is said to have crashed in New Mexico, and the Rendlesham incident in 1980, often described as the British equivalent, when airmen from a US airbase in Suffolk reported a spaceship landing.

Mr Wood added: “When you go to UFO conferences it is mainly people going over these old cases, rather than bringing new ones to the fore.

“There is a trend where a large proportion of UFO studies are tending towards conspiracy theories, which I don’t think is particularly helpful.”

The issue is to be debated at a summit at the University of Worcester on November 17 and the conclusions reported in the next edition of the association’s journal, Anomaly.

The organisation, which describes itself as an education and research charity, was established in 1981. Its first president was Michael Bentine, the comedian and member of the Goons.

It contains both sceptics and believers in UFOs and has been involved in several notable sightings and theories over the years.

Its current president Lionel Fanthorpe has claimed in its journal that King Arthur was an alien who came to Earth to save humans from invading extraterrestrials.

The summit follows the emergence earlier this year of the news that the Ministry of Defence was no longer investigating UFO sightings after ruling there is “no evidence” they pose a threat to the UK.

David Clark, a Sheffield Hallam University academic and the UFO adviser to the National Archives, said: “The subject is dead in that no one is seeing anything

evidential.

“Look at all the people who now have personal cameras. If there was something flying around that was a structured object from somewhere else, you would have thought that someone would have come up with some convincing footage by now – but they haven’t.

“The reason why nothing is going on is because of the internet. If something happens now, the internet is there to help people get to the bottom of it and find an explanation.

“Before then, you had to send letters to people, who wouldn’t respond and you got this element of mystery and secrecy that means things were not explained.

“The classic cases like Roswell and Rendlesham are only classic cases because they were not investigated properly at the time.”

But Nick Pope, who ran the MoD’s UFO desk from 1991 to 1994 and now researches UFO sightings privately, said there was a future for the subject: “There’s a quantity versus quality issue here.

“So many UFO sightings these days are attributable to Chinese lanterns that more interesting sightings are sometimes overlooked.

“The same is true with photos and videos. There are so many fakes on YouTube and elsewhere, it would be easy to dismiss the whole subject out of hand.

“The danger is that we throw out the baby with the bathwater. And as I used to say at the MoD, the believers only have to be right once.”

Hurricane Sandy

I live in South Jersey and Hurricane Sandy passed over my home about 8:30 PM, on Monday October 29, 2012, with 80 mph winds and heavy rain. Fortunately we had no major damage although I lost many major tree limbs and thousands of small ones. The roof sprung a leak but I was able to fix it from the inside with Dryloc Fast Plug with quick setting hydraulic cement.

Our barrier islands had billions of dollars of damage and were flooded out. Numerous trees were knocked down, fires and flooding damage. My family and I are fine. My sons brother in law had a tree fall on his new car. Some of our field investigators have lost electrical power and gas heat along with 8 million others. It will take a while to get back up and running.

Dr. Greer Reports on Research on Possible ET Body.

Steven Greer's group sent out the following email, After many weeks of travel, we are back to report that amazing results have been obtained from our study of the small possible ET body which was discussed in an earlier blog post.

Dr. Bravo, Emery Smith and I traveled to the country that is now home to this small possible ET body and were able to successfully obtain extensive X-Ray and CT Scans of the entire body. We were also able to obtain DNA samples under sterile, surgical conditions. These DNA samples are now being studied by one of the world's top geneticists.

The X-Ray and CT scan show an intact, actual biological humanoid organism, without question. Astonishing 3-D images were able to be constructed of the body from the detailed CT scan, and we were able to see internal organs such as lungs and what I am fairly sure is a heart structure.

These images have just been examined by the world's foremost authority on skeletal abnormalities, dysplasias and fetal skeletal syndromes and he has stated that this being is unlike any known skeletal structure found in humans. We also know that it is not an ancient hominid, and while humanoid, not apparently human.

Both this expert as well as the radiologist who is head of the imaging center where all X-rays and CTs were done have stated that the bone density precludes the body being that of a 20-22 week aborted human fetus. There is just too much calcium in the bone for this being to have been the result of a fetus of that age. Both doctors feel that the being was post-natal at the time of death (that is had lived for some time outside the womb, if indeed a womb is involved).

The procedures for the DNA studies are complex and time-consuming. Literally the state-of-the-art technology available on earth will be brought to bear on this study, and the teams of experts are without a doubt the most advanced and professional team that could possibly be assembled. The DNA studies will take around 2 months and possibly longer. We hope to provide some of these results, and the detailed CT and X-ray images, in the film Sirius.

The STAR team has provided film footage of our trip including the examination and surgical procedures performed on the small being, as well as the CT scan and X-rays to the A. Kaleka and the Neverendinglight team to use in the film Sirius.

We have also completed the Sirius Lecture Event in Santa Monica CA which was a great success and standing room only. A big thank you to all of you who came out to make that event a wonderful and historic event!

We have transferred to Neverendinglight hundred of UFO photos, video tapes, dozens of top-secret witness testimony and top-secret government documents as well as other materials for the film At this point there is enough evidence in hand for a 20 part series! We hope the film Sirius will be completed in December, 2012 and I will be further interviewed by NEL in November prior to our Contact expedition to the CA desert Nov. 10-17.

 First Abduction at Three Years Old.

 GREENVILLE SOUTH CAROLINA -- Tracy Barkley writes,
"In the summer of 2007, my three year old daughter Seanna first told us about being taken from her bed at night." She is now eight and likes to talk about them and share her stories. Now she is more aware of what is going on. She goes monthly to her alien school where she helps teach their breeds (hybrids), how we play and learn. I have some images she has drawn.

During her first adventure they took her from her bed, but not her whole body. She described it as her inside self was outside her body and she could look down at herself. She was never scared or feared what was happening. She went with short grey like aliens to the alien station as I call it. They operated on her right eye, that prior to this she had often complained was hurting her? She claims they changed her eye to be able to scan when she goes with them so they can identify her to be able to enter the alien station. She claims she was taken on a tour of the place and shown where thousands of babies are kept in tube like water balloons hanging from the ceiling. The babies were of both human and alien genes. She also was explained she was there to teach their babies of mixed breed how to play and learn as humans do. She said they told her that they were not here to harm her in any way or humans here on Earth. They will help us to evolve and learn. This amazed me coming from a 3 year old child who has never sat down in front of a TV of any kind or even heard of alien abductions.

She and I were sitting in her room when she brought up the story of her alien friends. Since then she tells me stories of her abductions. Last month I was awakened from sleep with a room full of bright light and saw a small short grayish figure pass beside my dresser and walked out through my wall. As he was doing so he communicated to me telepathically, "Everything is ok go back to sleep!" I must have fallen right back to sleep. The next morning, when I remembered seeing him, and I asked Seanna, "Were you abducted last night" and she said, "Yes." I get stories from her all the time, she can tell you some things that make me want to sit down and listen for hours.

While on their planet, she has a dome type mask over her head (I would assume she is meaning something like the astronauts wear in space.) At the top of the dome it has a pipe like material that connects to the top of a rail type system that is connected on the ceiling that when she walks it follows her through the craft or housing she is in. This provides her with Earth type oxygen those she breaths here on earth.

She explains that others are from different planets and they get a different type of oxygen or type of air to breathe that they need on their planet. She gets to take the mask off when she goes to the playground to play with their breeds (hybrids). She said she has to step into like a walk-in closet size area with two doors which close tightly and she removes her dome breathing mask and then has to move quickly out the other door into a dome type playground area. She teaches the kids how they play, and in this area the alien breeds are breathing in our Earth oxygen and adapting to it as they are both human and alien breeds (hybrids). UK blocks extradition of UFO hacker Gary McKinnon

Gary McKinnon and his mother Janis Sharp can breathe sighs of relief because British Home Secretary Theresa May officially announced that the UK will not extradite McKinnon to the United States.

McKinnon was charged by the U.S. with the "biggest military computer hack of all time" in 2001 and 2002 after looking for information about UFOs and extraterrestrials in NASA and Pentagon computers, and has been fighting extradition ever since. Lanny Breuer, the US assistant attorney-general in charge of criminal cases, has said, "Officials are "very disappointed" with the decision not to extradite Mr. McKinnon."

McKinnon, who has Asperger's syndrome had faced 60 years in prison if he had been found guilty in a US court.

But he won his battle against extradition after Theresa May last week told MPs there was a risk Mr. McKinnon , would likely commit suicide if he was sent to face trial in America.

After multiple delays, Home Secretary May finally issued her decision on Tuesday, October 16. 2012.

Note - If Mr. McKinnon's data is correct, it validates the assumption the US Navy may well be operating off-planet via back engineered ET technology. His data indicates the Navy and probably the Air Force operate a fleet of space craft and officers to either occupy otherwise control them.

Gary McKinnon states, "I found a list of fleet-to-fleet transfers, and a list of ship names. I looked them up. They weren't U.S. Navy ships. What I saw made me believe they have some kind of spaceship, off-planet" Aviation Week Magazine claimed the US has the Blackstar space craft. US Navy Clementine mission project mapped the entire Moon.

In his interview with the BBC, Gary claimed, "The Disclosure Project" had some very credible people all saying there is UFO technology, there's anti-gravity, there's free energy, and it's extraterrestrial in origin and they've captured spacecraft and reverse engineered it." Mormon the Angel Moroni

Ken Larson writes, "If the 1947 en masse (over 800 UFO sightings during June-July 1947 over America) sightings of the UFOs have some relationship to the creation and mathematical-engineering-chemical design of the planets of the solar system. Why didnt' the UFO occupants reveal this in 1947?" It could be that they cannot intervene in the normal progress of the Earth and other worlds--and serve only as observers or bringers of advanced information to humanity. This is what the two luminous UFO occupants told Udo Wartena in May of 1947 near Townsend, Montana.

"They cannot intervene but can observe and make surveys of the Earth's evolving progress and that of living beings and impart advanced information to humans" The UFO occupants may impart advanced or divine information to selected human beings--such as Jesus Christ and the Mormon prophet, seer and revelator Joseph Smith (1805-1844) or in a way to 1975 contactee and UFO boarder Travis Walton. In fact, Mormon associate Orson Pratt described young 14-year-old Joseph apparently seeing and watching a landed UFO near Palmyra, New York, in the spring of 1820, with two brilliant beings appearing and saying they were divine and the Father and His Son.

The Book of Mormon recounts that Jesus visited the Americas after He was resurrected. He taught people and established a church there.

Also the angel Moroni who was Gods messenger from the planet Heaven visited Joseph about eight times between 1823 and 1827 to give him advanced information and to tell him about the metal engraved plates of gold buried in a stone box on Hill Cumorah that Joseph and his wife Emma dug up on September 21-22, 1827, and translated into English with the Urim and Thummim optical instrument found with the buried plates and then published as The Book of Mormon in 1830. The Mormons Church official name is The Church of Jesus Christ.

I think devout Mormon presidential candidate Mitt Romney should in his talks explain some of these significant events and in a way help people to progress toward the immortality and eternal life cited by Joseph Smith. This is also explained in John 3:16 in the Bible. To Mormons we are spirits in heaven who come to Earth to get physical bodies, and then we return to heaven again after we pass away. The first Mormon Joseph Smith said, "God has a superior and glorified physical body as does Christ and glory of God is intelligence, Earth obeys laws of a celestial kingdom."

Like others, I puzzle over Armageddon statements and that God will visit Earth with Christ in His promised second coming with angels to Earth--as if this took place after Armageddon and Megiddo battles 50 miles north of Jerusalem where God would pour down fire and brimstone to stop battles and establish peace, takes seven years to clean up battle scenes (due to nuclear wars between battling Earth-armies?) or nuclear war wastes, etc. Mormons write that they will return from Salt Lake City and other areas with others during drastic times to Missouri to build up city of Zion or New Jerusalem in Jackson County, Missouri.

Joseph Smith dedicated the Zion site at Independence, Jackson County, Missouri, on August 3, 1831. Oddly, Joseph Smith (1805-1844) was also a legal American presidential candidate in 1844. He taught the ultimate aim for humanity is eternal life, Thanks to Ken Larson

Mars Step Pyramid

The well-known Italian Mars-researcher Matteo Ianneo has discovered a new geometric structure on Mars, a Ziggurat. Ziggurats were massive structures built in the ancient Mesopotamian valley and western Iranian plateau, having the form of a terraced step pyramid of successively receding stories or levels.

Matteo Ianneo has a great portfolio of discoveries which includes human face shapes, statues, artificial structures and geometric structures.

Moon Structure in Zeeman Crater

Artifacts and buildings on the moon and Mars.

On the moon and Mars can be seen in photographs of various types including construction type pyramids, these photos can be found on the internet and some books, but usually these are censored and not officially disclosed.

Then refer evidence that the photos released by NASA are altered to alter the actual color of the moon and Mars and to hide some buildings and remains of buildings, the material referred here and links to other sites may take several hours for analysis so it can be useful to go away this page to continue its analysis other day.

The Moon and Mars are possibly remnants of ancient civilizations and some modern.

Review Terrorist Attack that Kills US Ambassador in Benghazi

Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans were killed on September 11, 2012, when dozens of terrorists with automatic weapons and RPGs launched a night assault on the U.S. compound in Benghazi, Libya.

Ambassador Stevens had warned of the attack and complained that some of his security staff had been removed in August despite attacks on the UK Embassy. The terrorist attackers set the building on fire and used mortars on a supposedly secret safe house killing more Americans.

The White House press secretary Jay Carney said on September 14, the attack came out of a spontaneous protest riot caused by an anti-Muslim video on YouTube. President Obama at the United Nations on September 25, talked about the video six times, but apparently took no effort to have it removed despite rioting all over the World.

Intelligence personnel had leaked to Fox News on September 12, 2012, that it was a terrorist attack and had identified some of the terrorists as members of an al-Qaida affiliate. The Libyan Government announced it was attempting to round up some of the attackers. The State Department's Charlene Lamb was in contact with the security section at the Benghazi compound and apparently knew there were no rioters. It is most likely we were getting real-time video and intelligence from satellite or a drone over Benghazi.

Official emails surfaced last Wednesday indicating that the White House and the State Department were advised two hours after the attack that an Islamic Terrorist Group had claimed credit for the attack. The emails stated the Ambassador and four others were in the safe house in Benghazi but were later killed. There is strong evidence the government knew US property had been attacked and rioters were not involved...

President Obama told talk show host David Letterman seven days after the attack that it was prompted by protests over the video. Why?

The public deserves an explanation of why the Administration has chosen to keep us in the dark about Libya and UFOs. I wonder what else is being kept from us. Al-Qaida is apparently getting stronger and will likely conduct more attacks in the future.

No Administration should provide its own version of the truth, and it is wrong to blame the Libyan people for rioting, when they have been grateful for US help. Governments and intelligence agencies worldwide knew the truth. It seems very peculiar the US Administration chose to keep the real story of a very successful September11th, terrorist attack against the US Embassy from the public. Thousand oaks -- On October 27, 2012, I was at my daughters soccer about 2:30 PM when I noticed a very bright reflective object. I pulled my camera up to look at it and I couldnt see it. Thirty seconds later it was clearly visible.

I took eight pictures at high shutter speed and was in disbelief at what I was seeing. I eventually lost the object.

I loaded the chip on the computer and could see it clearly. It must have been rotating because it was a different look in the pictures and there were also were reddish orbs. Thanks to MUFON CMS

LAKEWOOD -- I was taking a break in the garden on October 13, 2012 at nursing home where I am a nurse. Just looking up enjoying cool evening when it came into view. I know it wasn't normal air traffic from DIA. You don't believe it when something like this craft comes into view. I am VERY familiar with military and general aviation type planes and this was unique! It was flat black with seven small red lights in random pattern on bottom surface. Its wing span was three times the wingspan of airliners. The effect was like the movie Predator when the creature came out of the water and its cloaking wasn't working properly. It was a full triangle with a smooth silent motion. I just happened to be looking in the right place at the time. It was definitely leading edge stuff whoever owned thee technology. Lakeland -- I was traveling on the Polk Parkway on October 27, 2012, around 8:30 pm, when something bright caught my eye ahead. My two children were in the back seat as I headed toward I4 on the Parkway. It was fairly low, and very bright. My first thought was that it was a plane on fire. As it got closer I realized it was nothing Ive ever seen before. It was disk shaped, tilted sometimes, level others. It seemed to have a light on top, with a skirt of lights all around the bottom. The lights pulsated and were very bright. We pulled over and took a few pictures. It moved slowly and then hovered, then moved again. After about 5 or 10 minutes we continued on our way home. Georgia Disk

Ball Ground -- On October 23, 2012 at about 4:00 PM, I was on my front porch along with my best friend and children. My 8 year old daughter saw a large black object above the tree line that she pointed out to us. It was slowing moving towards us and had a dull black color with a curved wing like shape. The wings did not move though and it looked to be a solid object with no noise. There were obvious lights blinking randomly as it slowly ascended to the NE. My daughters described this as a "spaceship" and my friend and I had never seen anything like this and felt it was a UFO. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Illinois Light

Around midnight on October 21, 2012, I was on my front porch smoking a cigarette when I saw something in the sky The photos I took are set at the highest zoom on my camera (coolpix) I thought it could be the 1/2 moon - however Ive never seen a moon that had a rainbow effect "reflection" above it...It was pitch dark out as it was silent and not a cloud or plane in the sky... It looked like to me a real bright light of some sort - with a multi-color reflection on top of it to best describe the reflection -> (Northern Lights) really cool. It was awesome enough for me to grab my camera and take a few pictures Sad thing is you cant see the reflection in the photos. However, if there is a good photo enhancer person out there, maybe they can filter it out in these images.

Kentucky Lights

Keene --It started when my daughter called me saying she and her cousin had seen a UFO on October 8, 2012. She was very emotional about what she and her cousin had witnessed. I grabbed my camera and drove off to prove to my daughter what she saw was explainable. I drove close to where she was at and saw a bright light hovering between two barns when suddenly the object flew low over the top of my car. I could barely hear the sound and its lights were very bright. It was about the size of my car, my camera screen was scrambling. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Louisiana Disc

New Orleans -- On October 24, 2012, a friend and I were on the of the Mississippi River levee with another guy taking pictures of the sunrise.

We both spotted a disc shaped object fly south just above the bridge. It looked like it was going the same direction as the road flying about 2-300 feet above the bridge moving south.

It was a shadowy misty disc shaped object that had a definite dark shape and outline against the bright morning sky. Planes were also flying over with navigation lights. The object flew quietly over the river and faded away. It looked to be about 200 feet across maybe more. The sighting lasted about 20 seconds and it was out of sight.

Michigan Glowing Light

Muskegon -- I was fishing and heard a humming sound on September 8, 2012, and cast out on the lake and saw a glowing red and orange UFO. I turned around and saw the object hovering in a heavy wind. I ran and got my phone and it slowly went across the lake and vanished.

A week later I went to California it was in the center of the parking ramp for about ten minutes. It looked pitch black and vanished. Later, I was outside of the hotel and I saw this amazing blue light come out of the ocean that maneuvered in the air. Whats the chance of seeing two in one week in two different States? WYOMING -- I was out for my nightly walk with my dog around 8 PM, on October 24, 2012. I looked up to check out the sky and saw an unusual object that flew overhead and was heading south. The object had four pinkish-red lights in two rows of two with 12-16 smaller pale blue lights around the perimeter. I couldnt hear any sound from the object traveling the speed of a small plane. My impression its around ten feet by ten feet, and that its altitude was 900 feet.

I thought I was looking at a small plane with some kind of light display attached. The object made a sharp turn to the west and as it came out of the turn there was a flash of green light, and the red and blue lights disappeared. I waited several minutes to see if the object would return, but it did not. Thanks to MUFON CMS

New Jersey Orbs

Bellmawr -- A friend posts pictures of scenery every day and one caught my eye as I saw four distinct orbs in his photo. I zoomed in and was astonished as to what I saw. I am a paranormal investigator and this was odd so I shared it with a team member and he enhanced it. My friend didnt see anything. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Hoboken On October 22, 20112, I went to the 3rd level of my building to use my Yukon Night vision 5x42 Monocular with a Mini Angel Eye Dvr. I observed some satellites, slow moving objects, and a faint triangle shaped pattern moving from right to left that is shown in the bottom of this image.

Pennsylvania Orange Objects

Edmond -- We were coming home on October 19, 2012, when my wife and I saw eight bright orange objects northwest that looked like the Big Dipper. They were too large for stars and not tower lights. We followed and pulled off the road to observe the fireballs that were bigger than a commercial plane. Four of the lead fireballs faded away, or turned off their lights. We could see four fireballs coming our way so we pulled over to get a photo.

A guy in the parking lot was looking up and we all watched as the orange fireballs flew 2,000 feet overhead traveling about 90 mph. Two flew straight up to 40,000 feet and then their lights went out. Later, zooming in on the picture from my cell phone, we could see that the orange fireballs were in reality white boomerang shaped objects.

CHAMBERSBURG -- Objects have been hovering in the early morning hours for days and in broad daylight hovering just above the treeline near my home. The lights are green, red, and white, and twinkle. It was first seen October 20, 2012, at 6:28 am. It is now October 23, and its presence is unwavering.

Another object is below the object. Three emerged higher in the sky dimming then becoming brighter. One orb changed into a bright crescent moon shape and vanished and then returned to its original position.

All five were in a "V" formation and remained suspended above the tree line. The object emitted an orange plasma orb. Thanks to MUFON CMS

South Carolina Orb

On October 23, 202, we have seen this object three times this week at the same location. It is a very bright light to the eye. Through binoculars it is glowing green and pulsating.

Photos show pink, purple, green and white lights with different shapes and sizes. It moves in all different directions and hovers. Last night it moved around a lot more. It scares me very much. Thanks to MUFON CMS

ROCKDALE -- I photographed this UFO on October 8, 2012 at dusk. The second photo is another look at the UFOs. They were stationary in the sky and looked like comets that stayed lit.

Australia Letter

Melbourne -- Jude Keen writes, "I have just been watching Mr. Filer's presentation at one of the MUFON conferences. I enjoyed it immensely and would like to go on your mailing list and receive the UFO Files mentioned. I am someone with a great interest in the subject."

By the way there is a photo displayed on your website today (October 22nd). It was labeled as a cylindrical object, but it reminded me very much of a story featured in the 'UFO Hunters' series, an episode on trace evidence. From memory there was a UFO that appeared to be in trouble, but eventually rose up to make contact with what appeared to be two parallel glowing bars. After the UFO made contact, part of one of the bars fell to earth and the person observing searched and found a gouge mark and at the end discovered a rather strange object which to me looked like nothing more than a weird, small stone Christmas tree.

It was sent for analysis, but was unidentified, except that it was highly unusual and might be some kind of quasi-crystal. Listening to peoples' experiences, one often finds connections to other experiences you may have heard about. Thanks Jude Keen

Canada Lights

Scarborough On October 25, 2012, at 9:55 pm, we were trying to take photos of Jupiter on our tripod with the self timer so there would be no shake. The first photo looked like there was a grayish bar beside the planet.

The grayish bar moves lower in the sky in each photo. When we zoomed in we saw two copper bars connected by different colored lights. We have a lot of Fireball Orb activity over Lake Ontario. Thanks to MUFON CMS

India Coin Shaped Yellowish Object.

Bongaon, West Bengal -- My sister and I were standing on the rooftop and I was showing her various stars on September 21, 2012. It was 11 PM, Indian standard time, and most of our small town was in slumber. I saw a circular, flattened object the size of a small 5 cent coin colored yellowish. It looked like if it was made from cheap plastic and flew from west to east in straight line. It was not emitting any light and flew faster than a bird, but much slower than a meteor. Ireland Orange Light Cluster

Dunshaughlin -- I was out with my dogs at 11 PM, when I saw what I first thought was a plane disintegrating on September 21, 2012. But as it got closer I realized it was like a fiery cluster. It was in our atmosphere so wasnt a meteor shower. Flying slowly across the sky it lasted three minutes.

I posted it on my Facebook page and it was seen in Dunshaughlin, Navan, Kells and went on to Oldcastle, County Meath. I have a picture that was taken over the Wicklow Mountains! Oyodo-cho, Nara prefecture -- Kiyoshi Amamiya writes,

My wife and I go to the hospital every day. We stay from 1:00 to 6:00 PM with my 40 years old daughter. We saw UFO over the Kongo Mountain out of the window. The shining clouds were also seen and photographed. When the orange clouds changed, I changed to infrared mode. These photographs were taken around 5:20 PM, on October 25, 2012.
All the clouds were black silhouettes and the UFO at a higher altitude was still reflecting suns rays. My camera is a YASHICA EZ Digital F5371R.

Kiyoshi Amamiya writes, "The elements contained in a meteorite are an interesting problem. I am searching for the origin of the meteorite in the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter. It is guessed that the origin of the asteroid belt is the collapse of a planet called "The Fifth Planet."
The residents of The Fifth Planet accumulated atomic energy underground and the accumulation developed into collapse of the planet. The atomic powers of the Earth are also burying waste underground. Mexico Cylinder

POPOCATEPETL  Prof. Ana Luisa Cid has shared a video from the Mexico's TELEVISA network showing the precise moment on October 25, 2012, a bright cylinder appears to plummet into the smoking Popocatepetl Volcano. The cylinder measured 1 kilometer in length and 200 meters wide is shown on the video assuming it is not a hoax. UK/England Sightings

Stonehenge -- I was with a lot of people for about two hours and the sun was going in and out of the clouds all day. I decided to take a picture with my phone to mark my location on the map.

The following day as I looked closer I noticed this black oval object in the clouds. I took several pictures in a row and didn't notice any dirt or interference on other photos. I only saw an oval or circular object. Who knows what it is, but I dont think it something normal. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Beeston -- Driving home from dog training with my cousin on October 17, 2012, at 9:30 pm we saw a large bright white spherical object hovering in the sky, over the army barracks in Chilwell, Nottingham. We pulled over and took photographs of a big light that didn't flash or pulse. A helicopter came from the northeast at the same altitude as the UFO and flew directly towards the object, as if to investigate what it was. The ball of light was about three times the size of the white light on the helicopter and they were both about 500 feet in altitude.

As the helicopter approached the ball of light and got within 250 feet away from it when it just disappeared! We saw a large tennis ball of bright red light that was hovering 100 feet above the ground over A38 in Derby, at 6.50 pm. The ball of bright red light was hovering and disappeared.
