Het is een lief, aanhankelijk hondje, dat zich op een week snel aan ons heeft aangepast. Ze is heel vinnig en nieuwsgierig, een heel ander hondje dan Noleke.

From conflict to communication, a new step is taken in pursuit of the truth
A scheduled two-hour debate regarding the Billy Meier UFO case, between nuclear physicist and UFO researcher Stanton Friedman and Michael Horn, appeared to transform into a conversation wherein Friedman, an expressed opponent of the Meier case, agreed to participate in an actual investigation of the evidence that he admitted being unfamiliar with.
Learning also that his own concern for future generations (including his own grandchildren) is addressed in Meier’s specific warnings about, and recommendations regarding how to overcome the dangers humanity faces on numerous from the environmental destruction to wars and terrorism, resulted in Friedman’s announcing that he would welcome a cooperative approach to evaluating the Meier case, which Horn has long referred to as the “key to our future survival”.
Hopefully, because Friedman is both a scientist and a UFO researcher, other parties, such as SETI, MUFON, etc., will also wish to participate in the investigation.

Missouri– 09-26-15 – I was flying on SWA flight 3357 on Sept 26, 2015 and had just taken off out of St. Louis to Florida.
About 15-20 minutes into our flight I noticed what I thought was another plane and all of the sudden whatever it was did a 180 without losing altitude or speed. I can only see two contrails but no object.
I was shocked as I’m a flight attendant and have never witnessed anything like this before and my husband also saw it and he flies every week for the last 25 years and has never seen anything like it.
I have shown many others, commercial pilots included, and they also have no idea what it could have been. The stills I have included are stills that I took from pausing the video.
Note: Just today I posted an article about Project Blue Beam and fake holographic-cloaked planes and I think this video is an excellent proof that fake planes exists.
Recent announcements from NASA and other scientific publications are pushing the limits of our understanding of our solar system and our universe. These events are unfolding as if on cue as events that are known as Black Swans change the way we view ourselves and the condition for our well-being.
Nearly ten months into the new year, we see that the Fall and even into the Winter our minds will be focused on the frontier provided by space and the overall discord we are seeing play out in places like Syria and Europe. Even though that many times this year, we have come to precipice of war – it becomes apparent that an announcement of life on Mars and elsewhere will have to be the very thing that unites us.
If experiments at the large hadron collider at CERN are successful we may also be able to open a wormhole that would be convenient to facilitate a straight conduit to planets like Jupiter, Saturn and Mars.
It appears that some areas of science already knew that the announcement about probable life would have to be made and that the study of the first moments, the first second that our Universe was born was crucial to understanding how life evolved not only on this planet but all over the galaxy.
Science tells us that we have now peered into the birth of creation and depending on who you listen to you will also hear that the universe is teaming with life. It is also interesting to note that as crazy as it may sound something as simple as TV static or the “snow effect” on analog TV signals provide the sound and 1 percent of the light that existed during the “big bang.”
We have discussed that buried in this electromagnetic noise may be the key to encrypted messages that have been broadcast by alien intelligence for a long time.
This may explain why analog signals were replaced by digital signals.
On June 12, 2009, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) mandated that all U.S. based television signals must be transmitted digitally. Who would have thought that the random pattern superimposed on the TV screen, as a random flicker of “dots” or “snow”, was the result of electronic noise and radiated electromagnetic noise from outer space echoing from the past into our present?
Was the idea of having all broadcasts being digital a clandestine way of blocking any signal that may have slipped through the static?
Science could have very well been aware of transmissions that could slip through the cracks after for some years Places like SETI have been using their radio telescopes for years just begging that we get a message just like the elephant Horton in Dr. Suess’ book, “Horton Hears a Who.”
Even renowned physicist, Stephen Hawking has weighed in on the “alien” question and says he most definitely believes that aliens exist. He has stated that “If aliens visit us, the outcome could be much like when Columbus landed in America, which didn’t turn out well for the Native Americans. Such advanced aliens would perhaps become nomads, looking to conquer and colonize whatever planets they can reach.”
While Hawking has given warning about our first contact, he also has engaged in a bit of doublethink by putting up the money necessary to finance the ongoing quest to communicate or otherwise intercept messages from extraterrestrials.
Last July, Hawking and Russian tycoon Yuri Milner held a news conference in London to announce their new project which included injecting $100 million and a whole lot of brain power into the search for intelligent extraterrestrial life, an endeavor they called “Breakthrough Listen.”
This seems to have presented a dubious paradox or a contradictory stance on whether we should or should not bait the aliens into coming into our contemporary world. With that NASA announcement about Mars we may find that alien life can be found in our solar neighborhood.
For the majority of scientists the theory of intelligent life existing out in space has been called a “pipe dream”, but microbial life and space bacteria have always been something that science have said will be the first discovery.
Believe it or not NASA has always kept in its files something called, The NASA Policy Directive 8020.7G. The Office of NASA’s Science Mission Directorate has issued a Policy on Planetary Protection Requirements for Human Extraterrestrial Missions.
The policy states:
“The conduct of scientific investigations of possible extraterrestrial life forms, precursors, and remnants must not be jeopardized.
In addition, the Earth must be protected from the potential hazard posed by extra-terrestrial matter carried by a spacecraft returning from another planet or other extra-terrestrial sources. Therefore, for certain space-mission/target-planet combinations, controls on organic and biological contamination carried by spacecraft shall be imposed in accordance with directives implementing this policy.”
The provisions of this directive cover all space flight missions, robotic and human, which may intentionally or unintentionally carry Earth organisms and organic constituents to the planets or other solar system bodies, and any mission employing spacecraft which are intended to return to Earth and/or its biosphere from extraterrestrial targets of exploration.
This policy also functions as a clear indication that NASA is already aware of biological contaminants leaving earth and contaminating other planets and the reverse where exobiological life could be brought back and destroy the biosphere.
When space exploration was first discussed in the 1950’s, our germs hitchhiking on our spacecraft and contaminating other worlds warranted concern from scientists.
However, there was also concern that wherever we end up in the solar system during our space missions, there is the possibility that astronauts, rovers and robot explorers could damage the absolute integrity of our biosphere.
The announcement on Monday from NASA about following the water to life forms should be met with extreme caution. That is if one of our various probes, astronauts of robots decides to bring back a glass of the briny water that has been discovered in the Martian regolith.
On Earth, we have learned that water has many things in it. Water is the elixir of life, but it also can be the home of various contaminants, heavy metals and deadly bacteria.
There are even horror stories of finding rare and deadly brain eating Amoeba that can contribute to the horrific disease known as Primary Amebic Meningoencephalitis.
Now imagine the scenario form bringing back the salty water from Mars and having dangerous bacteria – that would not only prove the existence of life, but also seal the inevitability of an extinction level event.
We have reported that there are life forms that have been called extremophiles. These are organisms that have been known to survive in extreme environments. One of those extreme environments is the salty, dehydrated conditions that we now know exist on Mars. Scientists have seen first-hand these organisms.
In the ultra-dry Atacama Desert in Chile, they have found microbes living in salt crystals. They survive by absorbing moisture from the atmosphere. This type of life just might be similar to the smoking gun they are looking for in their quest to find life on the Red planet.
I am sure that when Stephen Hawking mentions the possible colonization of aliens through hostile means – he may or may not have taken into consideration that our first exposure to hostile alien life, could be bacteria and other small life forms that could contaminate the biosphere and quite possibly wipe out the entire planet.
In fact, in his statements he has said the aliens may value us in the same manner that we value bacteria.
The International Committee against Mars Sample Return, or ICAMSR, is an advocacy group of scientists who campaign against Mars sample return. The committee was founded in the year 2000.
They have been quoted in news stories and books discussing these types of mission. The ICAMSR charter states their main goal is that samples should be certified safe in space first, before they are returned to Earth.
This would mean that a lab would have to be set up on the International Space Station or on the planet Mars itself.
Or as some scientists believe, most of the life found on Mars if it is microbial may die when it arrives on Earth. To that life, Earth would be an alien and hostile environment. They could possibly explode being exposed to the humidity of Earth.
If you were a scientist, would you take the chance at having the entire earth infected with a microbial life form? Would you require that a lab be constructed in space to analyze this life –or would you take the chance of bringing the microbes back and having them die in transit?
The other question is if the microbes and bacterial life were to die, how would anyone believe that science has provided the proof necessary to convince the world that alien life forms were discovered at all?
The truth is space is not always a place that suffocates life as we know it. Last year it was reported that plankton had been found living on the exterior of the International Space Station.
The plankton were not carried there at launch but are thought to have been blown there by air currents on Earth. Incredibly, the tiny organisms were found to be able to survive in the vacuum of space despite the freezing temperatures, lack of oxygen and cosmic radiation.
The discovery was made during a routine spacewalk by Russian cosmonauts Olek Artemyev and Alexander Skvortsov, who were launching nano-satellites into space. They used wipes to polish the surface of windows – also known as illuminators – on the Russian segment of the ISS and later found the presence of plankton and other microorganisms using ‘high-precision’ equipment.
The idea of diseases from an extra-terrestrial source has always been discussed but never really proven. However, the astronauts in the 1960’s and 1970’s were always forced into isolation in case they brought with them interstellar bugs from space.
The obligation of space agencies to prevent contamination of Earth and other planets is stated in the 1967 UN Outer Space Treaty, which started life as a means of preventing the Moon and planets being used for hostile purposes.
In the book, “The Andromeda Strain” by Michael Crichton, a sample retrieval satellite is sent into space to collect micro–organisms for study. A malfunction occurs and the retrieval capsule crash lands in a desolate area of Arizona.
Concerned citizens from a nearby town find the capsule and try to figure out where it came from. Two military officers are sent to retrieve the satellite. When the officers arrive in the town, it appears to be abandoned.
The officers are later heard on the radio screaming and gasping for breath. The capsule’s protective shielding has been breached and an alien bacteria is released into the air.
The new alien bacteria clots their blood within three seconds of entering their lungs.
The book was written at a time when there were serious concerns about astronauts being contaminated with space viruses when they traveled to and from the moon. It was eventually decided that there was no reason to quarantine the astronauts.
When Apollo 12 retrieved parts of the Surveyor 3, which landed on the moon in April of 1967, bacteria was found in the probe. It had survived the launch and managed to stay alive on the airless surface of the moon.
The bacteria were Streptococcus mitis. It is a bacterium that is normally found in the nose and throat. We really have not talked about this case and that the possibility exists that an alien or mutated virus could have been unleashed accidentally on the planet.
When someone suggests that perhaps a microbial life form could survive extreme conditions or mutate, it is usually laughed at because it seems many people believe conditions for life anywhere, including space, are narrow and rigid.
The Financial Times reported earlier this year that astrobiologists raised concerns about ultra-sensitive space instruments and their associated electronics were now made of materials too delicate to withstand heat sterilization.
While that is usually fine for orbiters, which do not land, it poses a challenge to missions such as NASA’s Mars 2020 mission, due to touch down on the Red Planet after 2020.
There is an urgent need to develop the technology required to make sure future landings are not the bringers of bacterial doom. As humanity embarks on a search for Martian life in the brine, we must ensure that our methods are ethically water-tight.
Perhaps Stephen Hawking will now be finding himself thinking twice about his paradoxical statements…or thinking twice at least one more time.

Brits Area 51? Groep claimt buitenaardse onderzoeksbasis te hebben ontdekt in Engeland
Onderzoekers claimen in Engeland een topgeheim buitenaards onderzoekscentrum te hebben gespot. De British Earth and Aerial Mysteries Society (BEAMS) heeft een 109 pagina’s tellend rapport uitgebracht over de basis, die op dit moment wordt gerund door het Britse defensiebedrijf Qinetiq. Dat meldt de Britse Daily Express.
BEAMS beweert dat in Farnborough veel UFO’s worden gezien en buitenaardse ontvoeringen zijn gemeld. De organisatie vermoedt dat dit te maken heeft met de vermeende geheime basis.
De groep baseert haar theorie naar eigen zeggen op cryptische buitenaardse symbolen die gevonden zijn op het complex, getuigenverklaringen van klokkenluiders uit de inlichtingenwereld en paranormale onderzoekers.
Aboriginals
Op de website van BEAMS is te lezen dat de groep in 1991 is opgericht om het paranormale te onderzoeken. Twee onderzoekers van de organisatie, voorzitter Kenneth Parsons en Hilary Porter, zeggen dat bewijs voor de ondergrondse basis afkomstig is van klokkenluiders die werkzaam waren voor de overheid.
Het stel concludeerde dat het wegennetwerk op en rond de basis (foto) op een buitenaards wezen lijkt. Ze trokken een parallel met de schilderingen die de Aboriginals duizenden jaren geleden in Australië maakten. Ze zeiden daarnaast dat een deel van het hoofdgebouw lijkt op een vliegende schotel.
Drie ondergrondse bases
Het tweetal claimt dat de basis van Qinetiq deel uitmaakt van een netwerk van in totaal drie geheime ondergrondse installaties in Groot-Brittannië. In hun rapport staat dat een overheidsbron heeft gezegd dat in de ondergrondse bases wordt gewerkt met buitenaardse technologie en geneticaprogramma’s.
Schrijver Nigel Watson vindt de theorie van het stel enigszins vergezocht, maar voegde toe dat er al op zijn minst sinds 1962 wordt gesproken over ondergrondse buitenaardse bases, toen Albert Bender uit Connecticut claimde dat aliens hem naar een ondergronds hoofdkwartier op Antarctica hadden gebracht.
Een woordvoerder van het Britse ministerie van Defensie zei: “We geven geen commentaar op UFO-gerelateerde zaken.” Qinetiq bestudeert op dit moment het uiterst gedetailleerde dossier en zal binnenkort een reactie geven.

Op 8 april 1665 zagen vissers uit Barhöfft (toen in Zweden, nu in Duitsland) even na de namiddag een gevecht tussen schepen in de lucht. Na het gevecht verscheen er een donker object aan de hemel.
“Na enige tijd kwam er een platte ronde vorm uit de lucht, als een bord; het leek op een grote hoed. Het hing precies boven de kerk van Sint Nicolai. Het bleef daar tot de avond hangen. De vissers wilden niet langer naar het spektakel kijken en sloegen de handen voor hun ogen. In de dagen erna werden ze ziek en hadden ze pijn in hun hoofd en ledematen,” schreef Erasmus Francisci in 1689. Hij had nieuwsberichten uit 1665 verzameld die gerelateerd waren aan de gebeurtenis.
In het juninummer van het tijdschrift EdgeScience verscheen een analyse van onderzoekers Chris Aubeck en Martin Shough over het incident. Het tweetal keek naar verschillende mogelijke verklaringen voor het fenomeen. Ze sloten uit dat het om astronomische fenomenen ging.
Fata morgana
Een luchtspiegeling of fata morgana is een verschijnsel waarbij er grote temperatuurverschillen bestaan tussen verschillende luchtlagen. Het scheidingsvlak tussen deze luchtlagen kan zich onder bepaalde omstandigheden als spiegel gaan gedragen.
Het incident in 1665 speelde zich hoger in de lucht af dan een fata morgana. Een luchtspiegeling biedt ook geen verklaring voor het bord- of hoedvormige object dat tot de avond bleef hangen.
Zwerm vogels
Het ‘gevecht’ viel naar verluidt samen met de verschijning van een zwerm vogels. Aubeck en Shough vatten de verslagen samen: “Een grote vogelzwerm verscheen aan de hemel. Na enige tijd vormden ze een soort ‘lange gang in een huis’. Dit werd een oorlogsschip dat vanuit het noorden leek te komen, gevolgd door talloze andere schepen. Vervolgens kwam er een andere groep grote schepen uit het zuiden. Er was vuur en rook te zien terwijl de twee grootste schepen elkaar bestookten met kanonnen en de vissers de stuipen op het lijf joegen. Het schip uit het noorden trok zich terug, kwam terug en ging naar het zuiden. Twee andere vloten kwamen uit het westen en oosten met kleinere schepen. Toen de rook was opgetrokken konden de vissers de gebroken masten van de zuidelijke vloot onderscheiden. Ook zagen ze een man in bruine kledij met een hoed onder zijn arm.”
Misschien zagen de vissers een ongewoon grote zwerm spreeuwen, aldus Aubeck en Shough. Mogelijk waren er in de lente van 1665 meer spreeuwen dan normaal en werden ze door het ongewone weer naar hun broedgronden gedreven.
Een zwerm biedt nog steeds geen verklaring voor het donkere object dat tot de avond in de lucht bleef hangen. Is het mogelijk dat twee ongewone fenomenen tegelijkertijd hebben plaatsgevonden? Enerzijds een gevecht en anderzijds een mysterieus object in de lucht?
Aubeck en Shough zeggen dat dit een opvallende case is die moet worden gezien als één van de eerste waarnemingen van vliegende schotels in de geschiedenis.

Al eerder deden we verslag van grote moederschepen die energie tanken in de buurt van de zon.
Nog niet eerder dat een groot moederschip dat ook doet maar dan boven een vulkaan in Chili.
Het kan soms raar lopen. Eerder in de week brachten wij een artikel over Chili waarin onder andere een eruptie van de Calbuco vulkaan ter sprake komt.
Daara ontvingen wij een e-mail van een lezer die zegt dat er helemaal geen uitbarsting van die vulkaan is geweest en er is daar bovendien helemaal niets over in het nieuws geweest.
Toch zijn er beelden en er ontstaat dan onzekerheid over wanneer die beelden nu precies zijn gemaakt.
Dan, een dag later, komt de Calbuco vulkaan weer in het nieuws. Weer zijn het nogal spectaculaire opnames en weer is niet zeker wanneer deze zijn gemaakt.
Zo’n indrukwekkende blikseminslag heb je nog nooit gezien
Of een vulkaan op zich nog niet spectaculair genoeg was, heeft onze God de Vader bij de schepping gezorgd voor een ander indrukwekkend natuurfenomeen. Wie denkt dat vulkanen niet te combineren vallen met een stevige bliksempartij, is er nu aan voor de moeite.
Want het wonder der natuur bij de vulkaan Calbuco in Chili dat je in het bovenstaande filmpje kan zien, komt maar heel zelden voor. Het fenomeen valt enkel te bewonderen wanneer een agressieve vulkaanuitbarsting gepaard gaat met een ontzettend grote hoeveelheid aan positief geladen asdeeltjes die in de lucht worden geschoten. Met spectaculaire bliksemschichten tot gevolg.
Mooie uitleg, maar zoals we nu ondertussen weten, is deze vulkaan helemaal niet uitgebarsten maar hangt er wel een grote wolk boven de krater die de indruk van een uitbarsting wekt. Of de opname hierboven zou oud moeten zijn, dat is nog een mogelijkheid, maar daar lijkt het niet op.
Mogelijk speelt hier een heel ander fenomeen. Die indruk wordt nog versterkt na het kijken van de korte video met de vreemde UFO-achtige wolk en bliksemschichten.
Er bestaat zo onderhand een lange historie van UFO’s die zich ophouden in de buurt van vulkanen. Ook hebben we het afgelopen jaar een indrukwekkende toename gezien van het aantal waarnemingen van zogenaamdeufowolken/dimensieportalen.
Is er hier sprake van iets dergelijks? Zeker omdat nu opeens overal beelden verschijnen van gebeurtenissen bij de Calbuco vulkaan zonder dat daar echt sprake geweest schijnt te zijn van een uitbarsting.
Is dit een groot vermomd buitenaards schip dat op deze manier energie tankt uit de vulkaan?

The staff at a new UFO museum spooked top FBI agents after allegedly discovering a secret memo establishing aliens exist. The unfolding of the Hakui Centre for UFO Research in Japanbrought some concerns to federal officials after museum workers found a document suggesting the FBI obtained three metallic saucer objects.
According to the memo, each object has three-foot tall occupiers. The US government reportedly kept files around the museum, creating craze of conspiracy theories.
According to the reports circulated online, the alleged flying saucers had been found in New Mexico. These things were described as being 50 feet in diameter with raised centers. Each one has three human-shaped bodies, but shorter at 3 feet tall, dressed in metallic cloth.
The memo reportedly blackened the name of Mr informant who said that the Government set up very high-powered radar in New Mexico where the saucers were found. It is believed that the mechanism of the saucers went crazy after the radar affected the saucers’ controlling mechanism.
WASHINGTON — The prototype of a rover designed to search for water ice at the poles of the moon passed a series of tests on Earth in August as project officials seek to line up funding and potential partnerships for the mission.
A NASA team put the prototype version of the Resource Prospector rover, dubbed RP15, through its paces on a test site dubbed the "rock yard" at the Johnson Space Center, testing some of the technologies needed to operate on the lunar surface.
"We wanted to take what we had learned so far and actually attempt to do an entire terrestrial mission, with as high a fidelity we could afford with the budget we're given," Dan Andrews, Resource Prospector project manager at NASA's Ames Research Center, said in an Aug. 31 presentation at the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics' Space 2015 conference in Pasadena, California. Andrews said the project came up with the idea of RP15 in the fall of 2014, just before the current fiscal year started, and set a goal of building and testing the rover by the end of this fiscal year. A group at JSC that previously worked on Robonaut, a humanoid robot flown on the International Space Station, built the rover hardware, with software developed at Ames based on that used on the Lunar Atmosphere and Dust Environment Explorer mission.
The tests in the JSC rock yard, he said, successfully demonstrated some of the key technologies of the rover, including its ability to drill into the ground and capture samples. They also tested distributed operations, with teams at Ames controlling the rover at JSC.

Current plans for Resource Prospector call for launching the mission on a medium-class rocket, like SpaceX's Falcon 9, in 2020. The spacecraft would land on the lunar surface, near one of the poles, using a "crushable pad" landing system that eliminates the need for landing legs and makes it easier for the rover to roll off the lander and onto the lunar surface.
The rover will carry a neutron spectrometer to probe for water ice deposits into the lunar surface. The solar-powered rover would also make brief excursions into permanently shadowed regions of craters most likely to have near-surface deposits of ice, drilling for samples before retreating back into sunlit regions to analyze them.
Andrews said Resource Prospector is designed to carry out its complete mission within a two-week lunar day. That eliminates the complexity and accompanying cost of designing the rover to survive the long lunar night.
Resource Prospector has a planned cost of no more than $250 million, excluding launch. Andrews said the mission would most likely be carried out in cooperation with an international or commercial partner that would provide the lander. "We've been told by the [White House] Office of Science and Technology Policy that commercial partnerships, or international partnerships, trump everything," he said.
A leading option is to work with the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency, which is planning a lunar lander mission. NASA and JAXA have discussed potential cooperation on Resource Prospector for a year and a half, including putting together a report on how the NASA rover would be included on the JAXA lander.
"They are building, as you might imagine, a very impressive lander, more than we need to execute this mission," Andrews said. A problem with that option, though, is that the lander may not be ready for a 2020 mission, since JAXA is not planning to fly a smaller prototype lander until 2019. A second option, he said, is to partner with Taiwan, which is also studying a lunar lander mission.
Andrews said he has also visited with the three companies — Astrobotic Technology, Masten Space Systems and Moon Express — that are part of NASA's Lunar Cargo Transportation and Landing by Soft Touchdown initiative to support development of commercial lunar landers. Astrobotic and Moon Express are among the teams in the Google Lunar XPrize competition to develop lunar landers by a deadline that has been extended several times, most recently to the end of 2017. A decision on some kind of partnership is needed by June 2016 to support a launch in the fall of 2020, he said.
Work on Resource Prospector, including the RP15 rover, has been funded by NASA's Advanced Exploration Systems program office. Future support, though, remains uncertain. One issue, Andrews suggested, was the politics of lunar exploration in the wake of the decision to cancel the Constellation program in 2010. "It got swept up in general with the politics of 'no' to the moon," he said.
Andrews said Resource Prospector is now ready to go into Phase B, the planning phase of project development, provided the funding is there. "The politics may not be lined up yet," he said. "Everything's right but the local U.S. politics."

The physicist, who has suffered from motor neurone disease since his twenties, explained that the existence of aliens is beyond doubt.
"To my mathematical brain, the numbers alone make thinking about aliens perfectly rational. The real challenge is to work out what aliens might actually be like."

He also explained that the best chances for the survival of the human race is to find a new home on another planet.
"There's an increasing risk that a disaster will destroy Earth," Prof Hawking explains.
"I therefore want to raise public awareness about the importance of space flight. I have learnt not to look too far ahead, but to concentrate on the present.
"I have so much more I want to do."
In July, Britain's most famous scientist helped to launch Breakthrough Listen , a 10-year, £64million project funded by US-based Russian billionaire Yuri Milner.

PARANORMAL investigators claim to have rumbled a top-secret Ministry of Defence (MoD) alien research centre hidden deep underground in a UFO hotspot.

The British Earth and Aerial Mysteries Society (BEAMS) has released a bizarre 109-page report, following a "special investigation" into the former MoD Defence Evaluation and Research Agency site now run by specialist defence, security and aerospace developer Qinetiq.
BEAMS claims Farnborough has had high UFO sighting and alien abduction activity for years and thinks this might be connected to the alleged secret base.
The group is convinced there is as much underground as above and what goes on there involves aliens, UFOs, intergalactic defence and futuristic flight development.
Their bizarre theory is based upon cryptic alien symbols they have "discovered" within the site, alleged intelligence service whistleblower testimonies, and the responses from psychic researchers, the report claims.
The BEAMS website says it was set up in 1991 as as a non profit-making studies group into the paranormal.
It said: "We have set up a network of active investigators who relay their gathered information through to our HQ.
"As reporters of the truth, duties of the BEAMS Team include research, interviewing, photography and journalism."

Two of its key researchers, chairman Kenneth Parsons and his "alien abductee" partner Hilary Porter, carried out the "inquiry" and said evidence of the underground areas came from government whistleblowers.
But they said the smoking gun evidence for the secret base were cryptic signs in the building and on site.
The couple concluded that part of the site's road system has been made to look like an alien being depicted in ancient Aboriginal paintings in Australia, as a sign of the base's significance.
On top of this they said part of the building has been made to look like a flying saucer.
The report said: "As with the top-secret Area 51 in Nevada, and how that officially did "not exist" for decades…if what we are about to expose 'does not exist' either (as it is bound to be claimed), then our Government/military have absolutely nothing to fear from us talking about it - do they?"
The pair claimed the Qinetiq site was the biggest of three secret underground facilities, also in the UK, including two other suspected ones.

Their report said Government whistleblowers had revealed: "Officers at Chicksands regularly simulated possible outcomes of nuclear war with their counterparts operating from an underground command centre beneath Qinetiq in Farnborough.
"One source (who holds a sensitive government post) says that he knows several people currently employed at British underground facilities where acquired alien technology and genetics programmes are being carried out."
The couple said the Cody technology park was also under tight security with armed guards and secret cameras.
But the clincher, in their opinion, was the roundabout system near the main building.
Referring to an aerial slide of the roadways on site, which highlighted this roundabout, the report said: "We suggest that this is a stylised, diagrammatic representation of a grey/reptilian figure - just like the Aboriginal supreme creator paintings attempted to portray - which is only visible like this from the air."
Posing the question "why was it there?", the report said: "Why incorporate a massive image of an alien, or supreme creator within a top secret subterranean military site - somewhere so sensitive that it is virtually our own British equivalent of the Area 51 complex in Nevada."
They surmised that the powers behind the site were confident the public would never see through their cryptic code, but "those" who needed to would recognise it instantly.
Besides, if the roundabout did not do the trick, there was more.
The couple concluded the roof and canopy of the main building had purposely been designed in the shape of a flying saucer just to hammer home the purpose of the secret base to those in the know.
They said the existence of the "underground" parts of the site described by "sources" were further proved by Qinetiq's involvement in mining coupled with a strange rumbling noise they allegedly heard a cross Farnborough over the last 15 years, which they deduced was it being secretly expanded.

Three so-called psychic remote viewers given the name of the site, but no more details, as part of the research, also came back with descriptions of a highly technological and disturbing underground base, they claimed.
Not convinced? Neither are some other UFO investigators.
Nigel Watson, author of the UFOs: The Nazi Connection, said: "It sounds like they are trying to bring a lot of separate things to make (something) whole."
But he added that "the idea" of alien or flying saucer bases being underground was "nothing new", dating back to at least 1962, when Albert Bender, founder of the International Flying Saucer Bureau (IFSB) in Bridgeport, Connecticut, claimed that alien beings took him to an underground HQ in Antarctica.
He said: "Sceptics think such stories are the product of malicious disinformation or fantasies, yet that doesn’t stop people believing in their existence. Perhaps if we all go under that flying saucer ‘shelter’ we might all believe."
An MoD spokesman said: "We do not comment on UFO matters."
Express.co.uk contacted Qinetiq to comment on the strange suggestions and awaits a further response.
A spokesman said: "We’re taking a look at the very detailed dossier and working on a response."

This is one of the most compelling UFO cases on record, it has been referred to as Australia’s Roswell. This group of students held a 40 year anniversary of this event in 2006. The skeptics claimed that this was some type of secret military aircraft but this type of technology is not available today let alone forty years ago. The Westall UFO encounter is an event that occurred on 6 April 1966 in Melbourne, Australia. Around 11.00 am, for about 20 minutes, more than 200 students and teachers at two Victorian state schools allegedly witnessed an unexplained flying object which descended into a nearby open wild grass field. The paddock was adjacent to a grove of pine trees in an area known as The Grange (now a nature reserve). According to reports, the object then ascended in a north-westerly direction over the suburb of Clayton South, Victoria, Australia. A class of students and a teacher from Westall High School were just completing sports on the main oval when an object, described as being a grey saucer-shaped craft with a slight purple hue and being about twice the size of a family car, was alleged to have been seen. Witness descriptions were mixed: Andrew Greenwood, a science teacher, told The Dandenong Journal at the time that he saw a silvery-green disc. According to witnesses the object was descending and then crossed and overflew the high school’s south-west corner, going in a south-easterly direction, before disappearing from sight as it descended behind a stand of trees and into a paddock at The Grange in front of the Westall State School .
After a short period, witnesses now numbering over 200, the object then climbed at speed and departed towards the north-west. As the object gained altitude some accounts describe it as having been pursued from the scene by five unidentified aircraft which circled the object. The Dandenong Journal covered the encounter in detail and ran two front page stories. The first was on 14 April. and the next was on 21 April. Broadsheet newspaper, The Age ran a very small article about the Westall incident on 7 April 1966.
