Er is een nieuwe drone video opgedoken die de vooruitgang bij de bouw van de nieuwe Apple Campus in beeld brengt. In Cupertino wordt al een tijdje hard gewerkt aan een nieuwe campus, die nog groter en spectaculairder moet worden dan de huidige. De campus krijgt een eigen auditorium om nieuwe producten te lanceren en heeft de vorm van een UFO.

Hikers In Peru Noticed Something Strange Hidden Away On This Cliff Face. What The…

February 9, 2015 - Ever wish you were an adventurer, or an explorer, discovering environs and relics unseen by human eyes for centuries? It’s certainly a fantasy I had when I was much younger, but it’s one that I can always feel a tinge of in my adult-life. Wanting to escape the everyday and see something new, different, or unfamiliar is a feeling we all can relate to. Sometimes just surfing the web a little bit can give us a taste of what being a real explorer is like, but from the comfort of our homes. Check out the story below about some ancient statues in Peru, and do some exploring of your own.

These sarcophagi are ancient and awesome relics and one’s that you know it would be really cool to travel to see.

Hanumann

The site is called “Karajia,” and is the site of the tombs of ancient wise men. The local people call the sarcophagi the “Purunmachos.”

Each sarcophagus is about 2.5 meters high, with the head of each ornamented with horns, and some with skulls!

The Purunmachos are around 600 years old and were discovered in 1984 by archaeologist Federico Kauffmann.

There were 8 sarcophagi originally, but two were destroyed by natural causes. Luckily, because of the remote location of these six sarcophagi have stayed relatively intact.

Our close encounters: Meet the alien abductees - and the pictures they drew to prove they weren't imagining it all...

It is a divisive subject - those who believe in alien visitors to our planet, and those who do not.

But there are many people on this planet who earnestly claim they have been visited by aliens, and have been abducted and taken off this planet, even to alien homeworlds.

While their accounts may vary, the one thing they share is a  conviction in what they saw, what they experienced, and the impact it  had on their lives.

New York photographer Steven Hirsch, 63,has interviewed and photographed many abductees.

He said: 'I don't want my audience to have any preconceptions about these people before they see my images and read their words.

'My interviews barely break the surface of what is going on in their lives  ... or in their minds. I'm not an analyst, my questions are not intended to find answers but to allow people to tell us their stories.

'We've become desensitized to the TV sound-bite. With these projects we can  stare at the picture. Stare into their eyes. Feel their angst. It's a  very simple approach. There's no distractions.'

Here, the 'abductees' tell the stories, in their own words:

Cynthia:

CYNTHIA:'I've got to meet numerous types of beings'

When I was in my thirties I found out from my father the truth about a  government experiment that I was part of in which they were using other  alien DNA to create me. I also have been on the ships most of my life  off and on. I've had lots of contacts. Most of my contacts began when I  was a teenager although I had it when I was younger. I was being taken.  I've been taken on ships quite a bit.

I've also been on various ships. Mother ships and transporter ships. I've  got to meet numerous types of beings. I've met Salamander beings and  I've met Greys, various different types of Greys. I've also met the Blue Arcturians which are incredible. They all have their own personalities  and their own purposes. So I've met Blue Arcturians. I've met  Andromedans, the Assyrian Warriors of Light. I've met the Sirius  Nephrons. I've also met the Cat People that are from Sirius. I've met  many. I've actually seen people that can shape shift from human looking  to Reptilians.

As far as  the abductions. I've had numerous of them where they've shown me around  various ships. They've also explained to me about the Hybrids and about  the Starseeds that are here on planet Earth, why they're here and how  they're here to help humanity. My job primarily is to awaken the  Starseeds to remember why they're here on planet Earth.

'I have communication with beings of all different races. I've had  communication with Reptilians as well as those that look like  werewolves. They look like werewolves on steroids. I've also had  communication with the human looking ones, with Ashtar, with Sananda,  with Archangel Michael. I've also been able to help others go to the  ships. Part of my mission is to help people get to the ships that need  to be on the ships.

'There's a lot of what you would consider updating when it comes to with what's  happening to planet Earth and when strategies have to change then many  of the Starseeds that are here on special missions are taken to the  ships where they are then informed of the changes in the strategies and  so forth of what is going to be happening in the future. I've never yet  ever met a being that was malevolent. I've always meet the benevolent  ones. I've never experienced unconditional love till I've met them face  to face and had conscious contact with them. They have taught me the  importance of living with unconditional love and working with the light  of source. This is the power that rules the universe.'

JEFFERY: 'They took my memory away'

It happen eleven years ago in St.  Louis, Missouri at an exotic dancing bar in North County and I went in  there to just have a few drinks and look at some strip you know girls  dance around the pole and this guy comes in out of nowhere and he was uh black in color but he had a very strange voice.

And he knew things about me that no one in the bar knew. Like how many trips I took.

He knew things I was doing. He knew  when my parents were gonna die and what they were gonna die of. Then he  tells me he's here to abduct me. Replace forty nine chips. And Dr.  Lewinsky one of those hybrids, Grey hybrids was gonna do the operation.

And they were gonna take me aboard a  flying saucer. Um, I thought I escaped this guy. I did a physic reading  yesterday with a lady, she told me I was abducted, I was swept up for  like three hours and they did exactly what they said they were gonna do  to me and then took me back to the bar and woke me up and I lost like  three hours in time. That's all I remember. They took my memory away  from this abduction.

It was a human hybrid. He looks like a black man but he had a strange voice that wasn't like black in origin.  He sounded like a white man.

About my life? I remember my father told me he was abducted by aliens in the  1950's. And now he's dead. He died of cancer just like the aliens said  he would. He died in 2001 after September 11th. The aliens said my  mother was gonna die in 2011 and she did. 

She said I do but I don't know where they are.

JILL:

JILL: 'Zeta Reticulians'

These beings that call themselves pure light beings and they were a collective of beings that were here to assist humanity.

And they came through with this message that had about shifting conscious for human kind at this time. I sensed the wholeness of them that there were many and they came through with information every time.

And I also felt other beings that were present. The little kind of classical beings but kind of silvery light. They would be doing things to my aura or to my energy and I could feel them.

I could see visual images of them activating something in my conscious. That's how I perceived it, they basically said that into my mind that they were activating things. So they could communicate better with me.

There's beings from everywhere out there. And it's fascinating. Some of them were also the Zeta Reticulians. The messages from the Zetas are basically that they're helping us in our evolutionary process and all of these events that are happening, that people are experiencing such as abductions are to help us evolve.  Help us evolve as a species. Into a more luminous being, a lighter being.

Our actual DNA is being shifted so our physical bodies are actually becoming lighter in frequency and they're helping us to do this. And to activate abilities that we have inherently but that have been basically been shut off. Not activated.

So we have this extra DNA that we're not using. Or another level to our DNA that we're not using. And we're supposed to be as a species moving in evolutionarily speaking into a lighter dimension actually. They also say it's an awareness. A new level of awareness. So all of the being Zetas are on one level or another from different perspectives. And the Zeta beings that often are experienced as abduction, experiences are here specifically, they were asked to help with this process because they're actually experts in genetic, I'd say manipulation, but it's really not what they would call it.

They have the ability or they've developed the ability to work with genetic structures. It's beyond what we think of as genetic because there's an energetic level, that I'm not a scientist so I don't know what to really call it but there always comes that message that there's an energetic component to this.

Jocelyn:

JOCELYN: 'It was a mantis being'

We were taken  to an underground base near the Sedona area. At the underground base, my friend and I were separated from the rest of the group that had been  abducted. Which was my two daughters, my husband and another woman that  was staying next door.

My friend and I were seated in kind of these egg  shaped seats. Some kind of apparatus was put around our head. And there  was this long cylinder kind of device that had a blue, looked like a  blue flame that was coming out of it and they put this up around my  head, around this other golden device and a alien came in.

It was a  mantis being. And they said, there was this little teardrop, kind of  looked sort of like a pendulum upside down. What they wanted me to do  was move it with telekinesis through this hoop and literally jump  through this hoop and I couldn't do it so the mantis helped me put it.  Then they did this blue flashing thing and then they said now you try it and I was able to move it through the hoop. I was told at that time  they were upgrading my pineal gland for intuition so i have  more physic ability.

Sebastian:

SEBASTIAN: 'I saw this ET'

It was like three years ago. I saw this ET. It woke me up in the middle of the night, while I was mediating. They exist. If some could go like this and open your eyelids while you're mediating, while you're in deep man there's something out there. It looked like a little kid except it had big eyes, it looked just like a little kid except it had big eyes, small nose and a little mouth. Big eyes, small nose and a little mouth.

I'm thinking that because, Einstein was right about something. Albert EInstein was right about something. How there's different dimensions and different realities and stuff. I'm thinking they went through time if you will you know.  If their out there if they know all this and they have all this technology and all this stuff, what are the odds of them coming back you know?

They didn't probe me, they didn't do nothing. They just opened up my eyes. It was kinda crazy because before that I just asked for something like that to happen just for proof and I just got it you know? It was there. It happened. I was a little bit scared at the moment. It was something crazy.

How did it leave? Just like that it disappeared. You think what you want but that's what happened to me.

Jeanie:

JEANIE: 'They're gonna knock me out with that white light again'

Anyway this particular night this was around the time of the full moon and the Hale-Bopp Comet was very prominent in the sky and I had just come home from a fire walking ceremony so that was an intense evening and I kind of awakened in the middle of the night with feeling this weird heat down around my sexual area and I was waking up going, 'What in the world' and then all of a sudden I could feel these long skinny bony fingers drawing circles on my right ovary and I felt the paralysis and I thought, 'Oh shoot they really are here, oh my God.'

I'm not sure how I saw them. If it was you know tuning in and seeing them on what level. My room looks dark and I always sleep with my light on. I've done that since I was a child.

So when I'm realizing they're with me the energy feels different. It was totally unnerving to me to recognize that they really were visiting with me and I could see there was a smaller Grey on my right hand side and a slightly taller one on my left and I remember telepathing to the Grey, 'Please stop doing that, I don't want you to touch me.' I asked him three times.

It didn't stop so I'm not sure if it was my astral arm that came out and I reached over and I grasped his long skinny bony fingers with my left hand and said, 'I asked you not to touch me, please do not touch me.'

And then I noticed the Greys on each side of my bed looked at each other and I thought, 'Ah shoot, they're gonna knock me out with that white light again.' 

I have seen myself on ships. Either driving them with somebody who is a well known abductee or I was in a huge mother ship one time where I was being taken by, guided by a taller Grey that had on a bright red robe. He's more or less like my teacher.

Then I went into this conference room and there was all these different beings from wherever and then there was a seat that I knew was just for me. So then I sat next to this being that had a body that looks similar to, I wanna say like a beef jerky stick, beef stick. It had that shape and then he had just a round head and three tubular extensions.

And when he looked and little tiny skinny arms and legs and he looked at me and I heard this energy, I could see it go 'wit were wit.' And I laughed because I knew he was saying hello to me, 'How have you been?  I haven't seen you in a long time.'

Sasha:

SASHA: 'They were all humanoid'

I was lying breathing deep and fast to the powerful evocative music and  there I was. My consciousness was in the middle of this huge dome like  structure.

The inside of the structure was white and then there were  coves in it that were big enough for people to sit in meditation and  they were sitting cross legged. Some of them wore white robes. Some of  them had long hair. They were all humanoid.

There were some I couldn't  quite tell what they were. But I got the feeling they were a type of  human. Some of them were huge. Some of them were small and they were all in their coves and it was all part of this huge dome and  the atmosphere in this place was absolutely beautiful. It was golden  light and the background was white, like it was whitewashed and it was a place of meditating on peace and love. 

Lisa:

LISA: 'I had a hole in the back of my head'

There was a knock at the door and there was a Grey being standing there.

And this being handed me this small baby.

I looked up to him and he handed me a second one that shouldn't have been there.

I woke up screaming and so angry.

Come back with bruising or woken up I guess with bruising that shouldn't have been there.

I had a hole in the back of my head that under black light glowed with a triangle around it.

I like to tell myself that they were dreams but somewhere inside myself I know it was more than that.

Nancy:

NANCY: 'The car was totally immobilized'

In the summer of 1961 when I was twelve years old, I was at my girlfriends house  and we were playing and her father yelled for us to come outside, he wanted us to see something. When we walked outside we immediately saw a giant silver craft. It was silently hovering above a tree. It had red, green and white lights that I thought at the time were rotating but I realize they were pulsating.

Someone called the police. Two Novi police came. Her father actually brought a telescope out and he asked me to look through the telescope, I said, 'Why? It's right there.'

I didn't even understand why I would even look through a telescope. It was so close. And then there was a car coming down the road. There was a tree here and a craft here and a car coming down the road and as it got right underneath the craft, a beam of light came out of the bottom and it went right to the roof of the car and as soon as it touched the car the car was totally immobilized.

I just remember screaming and being excited and jumping up and down. I remember tugging on one of the police officers arms and saying, 'Do something. Do something.'  After that I remember being home and Mom and Dad telling me to not talk about it, forget about it, hoping that I would forget about it and it would go away. So for fifty years I never shared it with anyone, not with family or friends or anyone.

Six months ago I met Dr. Harry Wellness and I told him my story  because he was a Ufologist and I knew he would believe me and not think I was crazy. He found a regression therapist for me. I had no idea I just wanted to remember the incident more clearly. And at the end of the first regression I remember seeing that my body was rumbling, was a word I never used. My body was rumbling and waving to the low hum of the craft and that was the end of the first regression.

In the second regression, I actually remember being aboard and a procedure that was performed on me. There were three Greys. They performed a laparoscopy on me. In 1961 in the medical field there were no laparoscopy.

They explained to me that they wanted to see inside. They described themselves as teachers. They promised they would get me home safely. I remember in that regression that as the craft was leaving they let me see them leaving and they wanted me to see them leaving. The reason being that they promised and they telepathically told me, 'See we told you we would get you back safely.' That was important  to them to relay that message to me.

In the third regression I remember communication that I had with, I called him Mr., because that's how we refer to adults, Mr. and Mrs. back then. And I remember my conversation with him as I was leaving the craft. And he corrected me that it was called a ship and the reason it was called a ship was that it goes in the water as well as in the air.

And I watched how the doors shut. They shut like this. They wrapped around. All the instruments that they use on me when they did the laparoscopy were retractable. They all came out of the wall. It was all neat and clean. There was nothing in there. It was just silver, white floor, a silver table that I was on.

Three Grey beings. The pilot looked like a normal anybody's dad. I said Mr. why did you let them hurt me. And he said, 'Your pain was perceived.' And I got really mad at that remark. I realize that my pain. I realize now that my pain was perceived.  They didn't hurt me. They didn't want to hurt me. But I was watching the needle and seeing the needle. My pain was perceived. 

I remember the first night that I got home after I was taken, staring out my bedroom window forever. And wishing for them to comeback. 'Please come back, please comeback.' I'm here. Come get me.

Camille:

CAMILLE: 'They had big white heads'

I had a sighting with my boyfriend. We were walking the dog and the dog  was barking at this squirrel that had run up a tree and we were looking  up. We were looking at the squirrel.

This was in Silver Lake section of Los Angeles. And we saw this thing in the air that was black and it wasn't moving. It was a bright blue sky day  and I remember looking at him and saying, 'It's a UFO'.

A blue light had come through my ceiling. It was this very particular  turquoisey kind of blue. And it was very solid like a column with like a bottom but it didn't flare out, it was like a solid beam. And it came  into my room and when it touched me I was frozen and I curled into a  ball and I went through the ceiling.

And the next thing I know I'm in this white misty room on a table. I saw  this row of beings to my left that were tall. They had white robes on  with high collars. They had some kind of emblem here. I wanna say it was like a triangle inside a circle. They had big white heads and big black wrap around eyes. They all looked the same. I was terrified.

Vivian:

VIVIAN: 'They're so ugly'

Me and my partner decided we were going to go for a walk up on Bell Rock  in Sedona. Bell Rock is known for being a vortex, an energy vortex. I  didn't  know what that meant. I just thought we would go up there and  feel some energy changes or something. My partner doesn't feel anything  so we basically we're going for a walk in a nice area and see if we can  feel anything. I had no idea there was any connection with alien  activity there at all. Zero. Didn't even cross my mind.

We had to walk a distance, maybe three miles to get there. I started to  notice out of the corner of my eye there's a figure next to me and the  figure, we call them the shirt boxes because if you can imagine a man's  shirt box it's that shape except that the thing is about four feet tall  and it's got little sticky legs, its got two eyes and something that's a little off center and kinda looks like a turkey gobble for a mouth.

It's made of white plasma material in some kind of square membrane and it's  lit up. Anyway it appears to be about four feet tall something like  Sponge Bob. So Sponge Bob was walking with me and I'm getting tired. I  said, 'I don't think I'm going to make it to Bell Rock today.'

And Sponge Bob says, by the way we  communicate telepathically, I've never ever heard a voice, Sponge Bob  says, 'Yes you are, you're going'.  All right. All right, I'm going. So I walked a little bit farther and I said, 'You know I really am getting  tired.'

And Sponge Bob says, 'No you're not,  you're going, you're going'. All right, I'm going, I'm going. So I go a  little bit farther and I'm really tired now and I turn to Sponge Bob and I say, 'Look it, I don't know who you are but I think I'm done'.  'You're not done' and Sponge Bob starts pushing me, physically pushing  me, from the behind.

Oh my God. 'All right, all right I'm  going'. And then I notice there's another one of these guys. Now there's two of them and they're walking with me. Wait there's another one. I  walk a few more, maybe ten or thirty feet and there's ten of them now.

The whole thing's so bizarre I don't  know what to think of it anyway but I'm walking. So I'm walking and  there's ten of them now, then there's more and there's more and by the  time we get to Bell Rock there are literally thousands of these guys.

And I see other humans walking around and nobody sees them but me. They are laughing and singing and dancing. The happiest most loving little  creatures. And I asked them, 'Why me?' and they said, 'You're one of  us.' In the back of Bell Rock there's a Stargate. There was a pipe going up. I could see their little bodies were being sucked up in the vortex  in the pipe. Sucked up into the heavens.

Bruce:

BRUCE: 'You're on one of the moons of Saturn'

When I was seven years old, i went to sleep one night in Indiana. I was a corn feed farm boy. In the middle of the night I woke up just basically cause my nose was itching and I went to scratch my nose and there was glass over my face and it startled me for a second and I couldn't understand what was happening so I reached up and I was kind of panicking, when someone reached out and took my arms, folded them across my chest and held them down across my chest and said: 'Relax you're perfectly fine, just stay calm' and I said, 'What's happening?'

He said,'If you're ready I'm going to let you loose and show you something.' Well he let me loose and I sat up and I was on some kind of metal stand and I was wearing a space suit and in from of me was a guy wearing a space suit.

And I couldn't see his face cause his shield was gold in color. And I said 'What am I doing here' and he said, 'Well we wanted to show you something that human beings have never seen and we wanted you to see this'.

So I said, 'Really this is cool.' You know this is a little boy having and experience of a lifetime you know, I said 'Great.' So he said, 'Follow me.'

So he goes off and he opens the door, he reaches up on the panel, activates this thing. These doors open. This ramp goes down and I follow this guy out, down this ramp. I was standing on dirt and I was wondering where I was at.

And right in the sky to my left was a huge moon like body and in the immediate background was Saturn. And I could see hundreds and hundreds of rings. And I said, 'Where am I?' and he said, 'You're on one of the moons of Saturn.' I said, 'Why did you bring me here?'

And he said, 'Because these two moons are going opposite directions. They get to a certain point and they revolve around each other and go back the opposite direction. I just wanted you to see that.' Well the thing is after he showed it to me, they took me back in, he knocked me out and when I woke up the next morning I was in my bed.

I looked off in the distance and I saw a light over the mountains. It clearly looked like a UFO to me. So I said out loud, 'If you're coming for me, you outta get your asses over here and get it over with.' And as soon as I said that, this thing leaped at supersonic speeds, it went zoom and just stopped right over my head. It was huge. It was circular, anywhere from fifty to seventy five feet across. And it was surrounded in light.

And this thing was ebbing, this light at a slow ebb. And it had all these colors in the rainbow like pink and teal green and red and orange and yellow. It was just sparkling at this low ebb. But it didn't do anything. It just stayed there. So I'm sitting there looking at this thing and about ten  the higher it got the brighter it got then ten minutes came and went and nothing happened. Then suddenly this thing starts ebbing way, way up and the higher it got the brighter it got untill it got almost white hot looking and when it went bright white looking it suddenly disappeared right in from of my eyes. It didn't fly off it didn't shoot off it literally just went, 'sheeeeeesh', disappeared.

10 Of The Weirdest Alien Encounters People Really Claim To Have

There’s a certain template people have for how they envision aliens. The hypothetical beings will be featureless, grey, small and slender-bodied. Additionally there is a perceived formula for how the alien encounter/abduction goes. Someone in an isolated environment sees a glowing ship and is taken on board for medical experiments, then returned with their memories partially suppressed or erased.

But many close encounters of the third and fourth kind are hugely different from that. Some are much more bizarre and elaborate, others are counterintuitively uneventful (down to earth, as it were). These stories are sometimes so bizarre that you at least wonder how someone could have come up with them.

Are we saying that any of these encounters with non-Earthlings are real? Let’s just remember Carl Sagan’s comment that extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. Almost every instance here features rather ordinary evidence. Nevertheless, the stories are are not to be missed. 

10. Malaysia’s Tiny Aliens

In Douglas Adams’s book The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, there is a passage where two powerful alien races send huge fleets to Earth. They cross galaxies and in their quest and fly for thousands of years on the way to their target . . . but don’t realize how small they are compared to Earthlings and all get swallowed by a small dog. A similar sort of alien encounter has been reported many times in Malaysia.

Probably the most notable story of this type occurred on August 19, 1970 to six kids playing in a heavily forested area. They later claimed they saw a UFO less than a meter across, from which five very humanoid aliens filed out. The main visible difference between them and a human being was that they were about eight centimeters (three inches) tall. Four wore blue outfits while one was in yellow with a spiked helmet, who the children interpreted as being the leader. They went to a tree and were attempting to install some sort of “aerial device” in it when one of the kids, identified only as K. Wignerswaran, attempted one of the few alleged civilian abductions of aliens. Unfortunately for him, it turned out that the aliens all possessed ray guns and began shooting at him and his schoolmates, driving them away and inflicting an insignificant wound to Wignerswaran’s thigh.

9. Cardiff’s Fleet Of Space Thieves

Earlier this year, the United Kingdom’s Ministry of Defense released a case file of hundreds of report they’ve received of UFOs and alleged extraterrestrial activity. By far the most high-profile story released was found on page 167 of the document. In 1992, a man in Cardiff, Wales reported that he and friends were out camping when they saw a group of 12-15 UFOs over their campsite. The fleet then “abducted” their car, a dog that was at the site, and their tent (you wouldn’t assume that would require 12 ships). The man was quoted as saying that the theft left him “gobsmacked.” How exactly a tent and car can be abducted as opposed to stolen was not explained. Unfortunately, it seems unlikely an investigation will ever uncover the desired answers—the reason these stories were released to the public was because the department for UFO analysis was being shut down.   

8. Voronezh’s Trigger-Happy Invader

The Western Hemisphere naturally has no monopoly on stories of alien encounters. In fact, probably the most frightening one comes from Russia right around the time the Berlin Wall fell. In the Voronezh City Park on September 27, 1989, some kids were playing soccer when a red disc landed. Out came a three-eyed creature, standing 2.7 meters (nine feet) tall and holding a ray gun-like device, which it used disintegrate a boy identified by at least one source as Dmitri. After the alien took off again, the boy reappeared. While all the witnesses of the event were children, there were adults that saw the UFO itself, including police officers, as reported by the New York Times. It is also worth noting that that Voronezh was going through a period of UFO hysteria at the time.

7. Brawl With An Alien

In 1954, Gustavo Gonzalez and Jose Ponce were driving their truck along a lonely road outside Caracas, Venezuela when they rounded a corner and found a large luminescent sphere blocking their way. More annoyed that someone was disrupting traffic than the fact there was a sphere hovering over the road in front of them, Gonzalez got out to investigate.

At that point, a hatch opened on the ship, and out came three short, hairy humanoids. One of them jumped on Gonzalez, who was barely able to shake him off at first because the alien was both light and extremely strong. In the scuffle, the alien threw him 4.5 meters (15 ft) through the air. Gonzalez then drew his knife and tried to stab the alien with it, but found it’s body was like steel, and his blade glanced off. Still, the aliens were intimidated enough to get back in the ship and fly away, leaving the pair to report their odd encounter to the police. They got a surprise corroboration from a police officer who claimed he had seen the whole thing.

6. An Alien Cookout

Some people seemingly don’t get too worked up about encountering aliens. Among them is Joe Simonton. On April 18, 1961, in Eagle River, WI, a spaceship landed near his home and “Italian-looking” aliens disembarked. Of all things, the aliens evidentally set up a grill and started making pancake-like foodstuffs. Rather than abducting or threatening Simonton in any other way, they asked him through mime to fill a jug with water, which he did. When he came back, he saw the aliens had finished making some food and asked for some. He got four cakes, one of which he ate. Later he sent a few to local universities, which reported that the ingredient were all of earthly origin. If Simonton could encounter beings from beyond our world or understanding and mostly think to just fill their jug with water, it must be said that perhaps he was even stranger than the creatures he claimed to have seen. Reportedly much more bothersome to him were all the journalists that kept coming to the farm and interfering with his work. 

5. Aliens Out For Fertilizer

Similar to Joe Simonton’s story in terms of amazingly casual encounters of the third kind was Newark farmer Gary Wilcox’s meeting with aliens on April 24, 1964. Seeing a cigar-shaped object he mistook for a crashed plane, he rode up to it on a tractor. It turned out to contain two beings in clothing that hid their faces. They told Wilcox that they were Martians and then began asking him questions. This lasted for over two hours until they eventually got down to business and explained that they were attempting to terraform Mars by way of studying samples of Earth soil. To that end they asked for a bag of fertilizer, as they had no cows on Mars. Wilcox obligingly went to retrieve a 75-pound bag only to find the Martians had left before he got back. So he left the bag. When he checked on the spot the next day, it was gone.

4. Pier Zanfretta And The Lizard People

We now head over to Italy, where a private security guard was driven to unusually dangerous extremes by an alleged encounter which left behind atypically strong (though still hardly conclusive) evidence. On December 6, 1978, he was out doing his rounds when he saw four lights coming toward the house he was guarding. Approaching the lights with pistol drawn, he saw that they were three meters (10 ft) tall, green-skinned, mouthpiece-wearing reptilian things with spikes extending from their heads. He claimed the aliens then seemed to hit him with some sort of heat beam. He sprinted away, radioed in, and then broke off contact, having to be found by a later security patrol. When he saw the other guards, he aimed his gun at them, but fortunately didn’t fire. When the scene was later investigated, very large unusual footprints (about 50 cm or 20 inches long) were found along with evidence of scorching among the trees, which indicated at least something out of the ordinary had happened.

But that wasn’t the end of it for Zanfretta. On December 26, the aliens returned, and this time they got him. As he later recalled under hypnotic suggestion, the aliens took him inside their craft and attached a sort of communication helmet to him. One of the aliens shot Zanfretta’s gun into a piece of metal, apparently to see what would happen. Zanfretta told the lizard men that he was afraid and wanted to be released. They obliged.

That was until they abducted him again on July 29, 1979, yet again on December 2, 1979, and a fifth time in 1980. On the fifth occasion, the aliens took him to a crystal mothership and showed him a frog-like being suspended in a tube that they claimed was an enemy of their species. Through it all, they provided very little actual motive for why they repeatedly abducted a security guard for short periods. As with others we’ve described, Zanfretta seemed to benefit very little from his claims, and in fact spent decades languishing in obscurity after an initial media flurry over his claims.

3. Lee Parish Is Abducted By . . . Structures?

On January 27, 1977, 19-year-old Lee Parish was driving home when he claimed his car was lifted into the air by a beam of light. Under hypnosis, Parish later described being taken before three strange objects that looked so unlike any known life that he could only guess that they were sentient. One was a large, black, 20-foot-tall rectangle, with a jointless robotic arm extending from it. There was also a red rectangular prism with a similar arm, and a motionless white prism about two meters (six feet) in height.  Somehow, the white one gave the impression that it was the leader. The red prism approached him and extended the robot arm, with Parish getting the sense that it was afraid of him. Nevertheless, when it touched him, it gave him a sensation of coldness and pain. Parish thought that was done to run a scan on him. After that, the three objects merged together, dispelling a later impression among some UFO enthusiasts that the things were robots. The next thing Parish was aware of, he was back in his car. Analysis of his missing time indicated the reported experience lasted 38 minutes. 

2. Brains On The Road

On August 17, 1971, John Hudges and Paul Rodriguez were driving home in Palos Verdes, California when they saw aliens on the road. They looked like cerebrums, with the smaller of the two slightly bigger than a softball. The larger of them had a large red eye, and began to float toward them. The pair immediately hightailed it away, and Hodges dropped Rodriguez off at his home.

But when Hodges got home, the aliens returned, and this time he was taken to their leaders. According to Hodges, these were aliens of a type more commonly described, with the brains essentially pets that they used for telepathic communication. Why they would let the brains wander free or reveal their existence to their first human contact was not explained.

1. Aliens Elaborately Stalk Ed Walters

In 1988, Gulf Breeze, Florida became the epicenter of a string of UFO sightings and photographs mostly centering around one Ed Walters. With their unusually non-aerodynamic structure, color scheme, and general shape, the UFOs Walters (and allegedly other people) photographed looked less like interstellar craft of galactic villains and more like they should be on tilt-a-whirls—which is very fitting for the odd experience he described.

Starting on November 11, 1987 and ending May 1, 1988, the Walters family claimed to have 20 encounters with aliens that were flying around in an estimated 20 ships, with him seeing at most six crew members to a ship. This was exhaustively described in his book The Gulf Breeze Sightings. Walters’s book also has the odd photo of himself and his family members. One photo has him standing in a towel on the deck allegedly yelling, “Land, or get the hell away!” at a UFO. Another has a blue beam that the aliens purportedly used as a tractor beam of sorts being dodged by his terrified wife. From first photographing a UFO to the end, he experienced such weird telepathic signals as a woman speaking Spanish to a baby, a series of images of dogs, and (some days later) a bunch of images of naked women (“if this was to try to persuade me to board the ship, it wasn’t working”). At one point, they dumped liquid onto his home, some of which landed in a pool. It turned out to be salt water.

Additionally, aliens showed themselves to him repeatedly, both while he was driving at night and outside the sliding glass back door. The road encounter was where he came up with the assumption there were six to a ship: Five disembarked the ship, and he assumed one stayed aboard while it hovered. They were 1.2 meters (four feet) tall and though their faces looked like those of stereotypical aliens with black eyes and almost no features, they were only visible through slits in helmets because the aliens were supposedly dressed in blocky, bulky armor, of a type almost never reported since.

Once relegated to the realm of myth and imagination, ball lightning has gradually gained acceptance among scientists as a real—albeit rare, fleeting, and elusive—aerial phenomenon. Although it’s not unheard of for ball lightning to be seen during perfect weather, it’s generally associated with thunderstorms, typically occurring near the ground after an incident of cloud-to-ground lightning.

• Ranging in size from one half inch to many meters in diameter, ball lightning can occur in a variety of different colors, the most common being red, orange, and yellow. It’s luminous enough to be seen clearly in daylight; rarely is it dazzling. Most instances of ball lightning last only ten seconds or less; instances of more than a minute are rare. Often the object is accompanied by a hissing sound and distinct odor resembling ozone, burning sulfur, or nitric oxide. In most cases, the object will be seen to move about and then vanish, decaying either explosively or silently. “After the ball has decayed, it is sometimes reported that a mist or residue remains,” Martin Uman explains. “Occasionally a ball lightning has been observed to break up into two or more smaller balls.”1

Countless theories have been advanced to explain the existence of ball lightning. One such theory views the phenomenon as magnetic field induced hallucinations caused by being in close proximity to a lightning strike. However, without overlooking the possibility that there may be many different types of ball lightning, each with its own mechanism of production, the phenomenon can best be explained as a form of high-density plasma. While some of the attempts by physicists to create ball lightning in the laboratory have yielded intriguing results, so far none of them have come close to producing anything as spectacular and awe-inspiring as that which nature produces herself.

Proving that ball lightning is physically real is the fact that numerous cases exist where the object has left behind traces of physical damage, such as by burning or melting objects in the vicinity, or by injuring or killing people and animals. There are cases where ball lightning has left perfectly circular holes in panes of glass, in some cases by melting a hole straight through the glass; in other cases by removing a circular piece of glass as though by means of a glass cutter. It’s possible, too, for ball lightning to pass straight through a pane of glass—or wall, ceiling, or floor—without the least amount of hindrance. It can even enter a room by squeezing through the keyhole of the door, adjusting its shape in order to fit. Just as mysterious, ball lightning has a tendency to enter homes via the chimney.

Putting aside for the moment the more spectacular characteristics of the phenomenon, let’s take a look at a typical incident of ball lightning, as reported by E. Matts of England on November 10, 1940:

• “I was working at the far end of my garden; the weather was normal, no rain, [and] no signs of thunder. Suddenly I seemed to be in the centre of intense blackness and looking down [I] observed at my feet a ball about 2 ft. across. It was of a pale blue-green colour and seemed made of a mass of writhing strings of light, about 1/4 in. in diameter. It remained there for about three seconds and then rose, away from me, just missing a poplar tree about 3 ft. away. It cleared the house by about 20 ft. and landed at the rear of the Weavers Arms on the Bell Green road, a distance of about 1/4 mile. There was a loud explosion and much damage was done to the public house.”2

Sometimes ball lightning materializes inside homes, airplanes, and other types of enclosures, suggesting as a possible mechanism of production some form of electrostatic induction. The following case took place in 1960 onboard a KC-97 U.S. Air Force tanker en route to Nevada:

• “As I was concentrating on the instruments on the panel (no outside visual references were visible) a ball of yellow-white color approximately 18” in diameter emerged through the windshield center panels and passed at a rate about that of a fast run between my left seat and the co-pilot’s right seat, down the cabin passageway past the Navigator and Engineer. I had been struck by lightning two times through the years in previous flights and recall waiting for the explosion of the ball of light! I was unable to turn around and watch the progress of the ball as it proceeded to the rear of the aircraft, as I was expecting the explosion with a full load of JP-4 fuel aboard and concentrated on flying the aircraft. After approximately 3 seconds of amazingly quiet reaction by the 4 crew members in the flight compartment, the Boom operator sitting in the rear of the aircraft called on the interphone in an excited voice describing a ball of fire that came rolling through the aft cargo compartment abeam the wings, then danced out over the right wing and rolling off into the night and clouds! No noise accompanied the arrival or departure of the phenomenon.”3

By far the strangest ball lightning reports are those where the object displays apparent intelligence. According to Paul Snigier (1943–2008) in his book Ball Lightning: Paradox of Physics (2004), “Although many balls act dumb, others exhibit puzzling behavior that seems almost supernatural and quasi-intelligent. Some balls chase people across fields and up or down stairs. A few circle people, spiraling up from the knee level to the head and then dart out the nearest window or up a chimney, then explode.”4 Snigier, who wrote Ball Lightning under the pseudonym Paul Sagan, worked as an electrical engineer for Raytheon and Texas Instruments, later becoming editor of the computer magazines Mini Microsystems and Digital Design.

Featured in Paul Devereux’s book Earth Lights Revelation is a clear and credible report of seemingly intelligent ball lightning. The report was sent to Devereux by a University of Illinois industrial design professor named William Becker. Becker’s ball lightning encounter took place in the summer of 1958, while on a canoeing trip with five high school friends in a region north of Grand Marias, Minnesota. At one point during the trip, the weather turned bad, forcing Becker and his friends to seek shelter in an abandoned cabin. Becker and one of his friends made themselves comfortable in the back room of the cabin; the others occupied the remaining rooms.

Before long the rain outside had turned into a downpour and the sky had darkened considerably with the onset of evening. Becker opened the window a crack to emit some of the heat that had accumulated in the room throughout the day. A moment later, he and his friend saw “what looked like a flashlight moving around outside the opened window.”5 At first Becker assumed he was witnessing a prank perpetrated by a member of the group. He picks up the story:

• “To our complete amazement, the ‘flashlight’ illumination began to squeeze through the open, one-inch crack above the window sill. As we watched, a ‘bubble’ of light emerged from the space in the open window and slowly floated into the room. The lightball I estimated to be just larger than a basketball. It hung in the air a moment and seemed to be making a lot of rapid short movements which added up to overall ‘smooth’ motions.
• “The ball had a bright outer perimeter of yellow-white light with an inner core of darker orange light. As it moved from the window on my right to just in front of me, I saw what looked like ‘worms’ or short ‘strings’ of light writhing at its center. It made no sound, but slowly descended towards the floor where an old black and white, Indian-style rug still lay inside the door. Inexplicably, the lightball moved down just over the rug, and as it continued across the room from my right to my left, it ‘traced’ or followed the dark patterns in the rug on its course. It then slowly proceeded towards the end of the room where it angled away and shrunk in size as if finding an escape hole in the corner kick boards. In a moment, it was gone.”6
• Before Becker and his friend had time to discuss the astonishing incident, they heard from behind the wall of the room “a sharp piercing report, like a loud firecracker.”7 The following day they found, at the location where the explosion had occurred, some damage in the form of a broken drain pipe connection. It is Becker’s hypothesis that “lightning must have interacted with some of the many copper deposits in the area to produce the ball.”8

• “If not a rational skeptic, your author could suspect that fireballs might be a transient life form with some form of “alien” intelligence,” Snigier adds. “Perhaps DNA-based life is not the only form of life on earth. If so, then are fireballs non-carbon-based life forms?”9

The notion of ball lightning as non-carbon based life forms is not as outrageous as it sounds. In fact, a number of erudite UFO researchers view both ball lightning and their “cousins” earth lights as “plasma-based” life forms indigenous to Earth.

I wish to conclude our discussion on ball lightning with the following quote by William R. Corliss (1926–2011), a respected physicist and author of books on scientific anomalies: “Perhaps the intense electrical forces occurring during some thunderstorms somehow distort our space-time continuum and provide a fleeting glimpse into some unknown cosmos. Ball lightning is strange enough to stimulate such wild thoughts.”10

Huge Oddly Shaped Plasma Filament Snaking Over The Sun (Video)

Most solar flares come from sunspots. The next big explosion, however, could come from a different source: On February 5, 2015, a huge filament of magnetism is snaking over the sun’s southeastern limb.

According to spaceweather, the structure, a tendril of plasma of more than 400,000 km long held suspended above the surface of the sun by magnetic forces.

If the filament were peeled off the sun and stretched out, it would easily reach from Earth to the Moon.

If the filament becomes unstable and erupts, it could hurl parts of itself into space. Pieces of the filament falling back to the solar surface would explode upon impact, creating one or more Hyder flares.

Astronomers with backyard solar telescopes are encouraged to monitor the structure as it turns toward Earth. A photogenic explosion may be in the offing.

Red-Eyed Owlman Or Black-Eyed Alien?

This has led to an intriguing theory: that the sightings of owls are actually nothing of the sort. They may be nothing less than skilfully-created “screen memories” which are implanted into the mind of the abductee or the experiencer, with the specific intent of masking the true nature of what occurred.

Whitley Strieber is the author of what is probably the most widely recognized book on the alien abduction phenomenon: the bestselling Communion, which was published in 1987, and the cover of which displays a near-hypnotic image of an alien entity. It may not be a coincidence that immediately after the first abduction experience that Strieber recalled, on December 26, 1985, his mind was filled owl-based imagery.

Strieber’s sister had her own experience with an anomalous owl in the early 1960s. Strieber said that as his sister was driving between the Texas towns of Comfort and Kerrville, and after the witching hour had struck, “…she was terrified to see a huge light sail down and cross the road ahead of her. A few minutes later an owl flew in front of the car. I have to wonder if that is not a screen memory, but my sister has no sense of it.”

This all brings me to something else – a creature that has become a staple part of a completely different subject: cryptozoology, which is the study and search for unknown animals, such as Bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster. Or, based on what I’m about to say now, maybe they are not so unconnected, after all. In November 2013, I penned an article for the New Page Books’ blog titled The Owlman of the Woods. In part, the article said:

“In 1976 the dense trees surrounding Mawnan Old Church, Cornwall, England became a veritable magnet for a diabolical beast that was christened the Owlman. The majority of those that crossed paths with the creature asserted that it was human-like in both size and design, and possessed a pair of large wings, fiery red eyes, claws, and exuded an atmosphere of menace. No wonder people make parallels with Mothman.

“It all began during the weekend of Easter 1976, when two young girls, June and Vicky Melling, had an encounter of a truly nightmarish kind in Mawnan Woods. The girls were on holiday with their parents when they saw a gigantic, feathery ‘bird man’ hovering over the 13th Century church.” (End of quote.)

Since that fateful day, a handful of additional reports of the so-called Owlman have surfaced – collectively suggesting the presence in the area of a somewhat-Mothman-like beast of cryptozoological or supernatural proportions, or possibly a combination of both. But now, however, there is a new angle to the mystery.

Just a couple of days ago, I received an email from a woman now living in the English town of Lowestoft, but who previously lived very close to Mawnan, and specifically in the small Cornwall village of Gweek, the distance between which, by car, is approximately six and a half miles. It transpires that in 1998 she had a profound UFO encounter while taking the road from Mawnan to Gweek.

It was after 11.00 p.m. and the woman was driving home after visiting a friend in Mawnan. She had barely left the little village when she saw what she could only describe as a UFO, one that appeared at the side of the road – around the size of a large beach-ball and glowing bright orange. The next thing she knew, she was parked at the side of the road, with what she was able to determine was no less than two hours of time unaccounted for.

But there was something else: as she came out of her groggy state, she caught sight of a huge owl-like creature, but which had somewhat humanoid characteristics attached to it, too. It was hovering in the air, at a height of around fifteen feet, but was not employing the use of its wings to keep it aloft. Given the fact that this was practically on the doorstep of where the Owlman was seen back in 1976 (and since, too), the idea that the two issues are unconnected is highly unlikely.

The witness admitted she knew of the Owlman legend. Living so close to Mawnan, it would be more astonishing had she not heard of it. There was little more she could tell me, beyond the facts surrounding the sighting of the curious ball of light, the period of missing time, and the appearance of a “humanoid owl,” as I term it.

This particular encounter – which has not been publicized before – set me thinking. What if the Owlman of Cornwall is not a beast of cryptozoological proportions, after all? What if, instead, it is some strange manifestation of the UFO phenomenon, one that is designed to trick the witnesses into thinking they have encountered a large owl, when, in reality, the event was of an otherworldly nature?

A screen-memory, in other words.

Maybe we need to reevaluate the true nature of the enigmatic Owlman…

Mysterieus (buitenaards) voorwerp gevonden in Siberië ( Video )

Onlangs kwam er tijdens graafwerkzaamheden in het Russische Siberië een mysterieus voorwerp tevoorschijn.

Het lag op een diepte van ongeveer 40 meter onder de grond en had de vorm van een klassieke vliegende schotel.

Het vreemde schotelachtige voorwerp werd opgegraven tijdens werkzaamheden van een mijnbouwonderneming.

Al snel werden er archeologen bij gehaald met de vraag om het voorwerp nader te onderzoeken.

De mensen die het voorwerp hebben opgegraven hebben geen idee wat het kan zijn, maar sommigen zijn er van overtuigd dat dit door mensen is gemaakt. Anderen denken dat dit object ooit uit de hemel is gevallen. 

Het ongewone object is bijna perfect cirkelvormig met een diameter van ongeveer 1,2 meter en een gewicht van bijna 200 kilogram.

Wat in ieder geval duidelijk is, is dat we hier niet te maken hebben met een natuurlijk gevormd object.

Omdat het voorwerp is gevonden op een diepte van 40 meter is het misschien wel ouder dan de mammoetbeenderen die aangetroffen zijn op een diepte van 25 meter in datzelfde gebied.

Wetenschappers onthouden zich van ieder commentaar omdat ze op dit moment geen flauw idee hebben wat het zou kunnen zijn.

Multiple UFO Encounters in Infrared over Taylors Hill
On the 28th of December 2014 at 3.21pm, I recorded several encounters with objects that seemed to be unidentified in nature. The day’s skywatch session includes a large ORB that circled overhead for over ten minutes, a cluster of flashing/reflective UFOs in close proximity and a single UFO floating across the sky. Due to my circumstances at the time i was not able to place the camera away from the influence of glare. The footage has been trimmed to remove segments washed out by the sun and an unknown interference which has yet to be determined.  The field of view ranges from the South to South-West in the sky near my house in Taylors Hill, Australia. Unfortunately, I was not able to submit this report sooner.

UFO Close Encounter - My Father's Close Encounter With an Unknown

I have been busy with other parts of my life and have had little time and energy to share. There are things to come..but first I feel sharing my father's close encounter is important to me. 
I have not yet shared this encounter on my site.

Do close encounters run in the family? I will share my thoughts after you learn of my Dad's near sighting.
 The first time in his 70 years of life that he saw anything of the sort.

The encounter takes place in Saskatoon Saskatchewan early December of 2005...and these are my father's words..

I was in Saskatoon traveling north along the South Saskatchewan River and going home when I turned west onto ravine drive and drove about half way up the hill. That is when I first noticed something to the southwest of me, an object that was all lit up . 
It was not moving when I first saw it. So my first thought was that it was a brightly decorated spruce tree for Xmas. 

I quickly realized that it was approximately 50 feet off the ground and hovering in the sky without support. It was no more than a city block away from me.  
Things quickly settled in as the realization of what I was looking at was not normal..It still shocked me, after I had another good look at it.

In the sky I saw what appeared to be a craft that looked almost tear shaped but sideways and flat edges. 

I slowed the vehicle down to a crawl and watched the UFO hovering for about 10 seconds. I rolled down my window to get a more clear view and to check if I could hear any sounds from it. 

I could  see the outline of the craft by its multicolor lights that surrounded the object. I could not see what color the craft itself was nor could I see anything jutting out, as it was too dark out. 

Still thinking rational and trying to make sense of what it was that I was looking at, I then thought maybe a helicopter. 
It was a fleeting thought though as I knew it could not be that.. helicopters make a lot of noise and there was none. Even the trees near the object were not moving from any wind either. 
Also in that fleeting moment I remembered that the local police and emergency service do not have a helicopter for Saskatoon.

What I did see,  looked like the body of the craft had only straight lines to it, no curves just straight lines. The glare of the lights prevented me from seeing the actual structure itself.

 The lights were very bright and the colors that were on it were bright light red, dark red, blue, green and gold. The lights were very rich in color and it all was becoming overwhelming.

My heart was now racing as I was moving the car very slowly. I was now side by side with the object and I could tell that it was creeping very, very slowly ahead with me. 

The UFO then banked slightly turning slight to the south. After about 10 seconds the object banked sharply to the direct south, giving me full view of the bottom of the craft. 
Still there was no sound from the craft. It slowly descended down the other side of a hill that it was now above. It then headed down toward the river.

It was less that a block away at all times, as I slowed down to a crawl. 
It did not vanish quickly, but it moved at a very slow pace. When it slowly disappeared from the top of the hill and headed down toward the river, that is when I lost sight of the object.

The entire sighting took about 15 to 20 seconds with no sounds ever coming from the unknown craft .

I do feel that when I slowed down more..That it (they) took notice to me observing them, and that caused the unknown to start its sharp bank and then slowly leave.

When the craft left, it was going about 5 mph as if it was looking for something as it was leaving.

The size from what I could tell..It was approx.. 
35 ft long ---15 ft. wide -----10 ft high.

I did make a couple quick drawings of the craft.

The black dots on the pictures represent the placement of the multicolor lights on the craft as I saw it.

 
It seemed that the front of the craft was the larger part, the cockpit area so to speak. The narrow part was the rear of the UFO..That is what I am assuming from how it flew as I watched the craft in motion.

After watching this unknown leave as it did, it seemingly continued in search of whatever they were looking for.

I feel it was not ours and had to ask myself,  How is this real? How can this be? 

It was all very weird to me.

My Father has listened to my own encounters in the past..but I could read him much like a book. I understood he never really accepted what I said to be real. Being his son..he just ``accepted`` what I told him but never beleived me..until his own eyes were opened...at close range.

Now an interesting part to "if it runs in families".

As mentioned  in past posts..I am adopted and not of blood relationship..yet my adopted father whom I have known all my life and spent a life with..had his own close encounter.
That solidifies one thing to me for certain..Not only can blood families be tied to it...but people who are close to an abductee may also experience close encounters and sightings. I do also have close friends who have seen with their own eyes but not before my encounters started again..only after..

When eyes are opened....they can never be shut again.


I hope you all have the oppertunity to observe something that will change the way you look at the world...It will open your eyes..to so much more.

UK engineers will send probe to look for alien 'twinkle' in the sky of Earth-like worlds

February 8, 2015 - A small satellite, named 'Twinkle', is set to give radical new insights into the formation and evolution of alien planets.

The spacecraft will watch for a dip in light as a planet passes in front of its star to work out its composition, and whether it could host life.

Within four years, the UK-based mission could provide much needed data on some of the 1,800 exoplanets that have been discovered.

'Twinkle is a very ambitious mission,' said lead scientist, Professor Giovanna Tinetti of University College London who are working on the probe with Surrey Satellite Technology.

'Nearly two thousand exoplanets – planets orbiting stars other than our sun – have been discovered to date, but we know very little about these alien worlds.

'We can measure their mass, density and distance from their star.

'From that, we can deduce that that some are freezing cold, some are so hot that they have molten surfaces, some are vast balls of gas, like Jupiter, or small and rocky, like Earth.

'But beyond that, we just don't know. 

'Twinkle will be the first mission dedicated to analysing exoplanets atmospheres, and will give us a completely new picture of what these worlds are really like.'

When an exoplanet passes in front of the star that it orbits, a tiny amount of starlight is filtered through the molecules and clouds in the planet's atmosphere.

Twinkle will measure this light and pick out the characteristic spectral 'fingerprints' that show if gases like water vapour or methane are present on the planet - and whether the planet could host life.

Knowledge of the chemical composition of exoplanet atmospheres is essential for understanding whether a planet was born in the orbit in which it is currently observed or whether it has migrated from a different part of its planetary system.

The make-up, evolution, chemistry and physical processes driving an exoplanet's atmosphere are strongly affected by the distance from its parent star. 

Atmospheric composition is a clue to an exoplanet's history as well as whether it might be habitable – or even host life.

Twinkle will analyse at least 100 exoplanets in the Milky Way.

Its infrared spectrograph will enable observations of a wide range of planet types including super-Earths, which are rocky planets 1-10 times the mass of Earth.

It will also look at gas giants orbiting very close to their suns, otherwise known as Hot Jupiters.

Some of the target planets are orbiting stars similar to our sun and some are orbiting cooler red-dwarfs.

For the largest planets orbiting bright stars, Twinkle will even be able to produce maps of clouds and temperature.

'The light filtered through the planet's atmosphere is only about one ten thousandth of the overall light from the star,' said Professor Tinetti.

'That's a big challenge and one that requires a very stable platform outside the screening effects of Earth's atmosphere.'

Twinkle will be launched into a polar low-Earth orbit. The spacecraft will be built to operate for a minimum of three years, with the possibility of an extended lifetime of five years or more.

UFO Buzzes Russian ‘UFO’ Jet In Paris Air Show Video — What Is Blinding Object Flying Past Su-35?

The Russian Su-35 fighter jet is known as the “UFO” in honor of its incredible maneuverability in the skies while flying at incredible speeds topping 1,500 miles per hour. But a recent video of the UFO plane in action may have yielded an actual UFO sighting — an object flying so fast past the Russian fighter that the jet’s pilot seems to simply miss it.

Or is the whole thing just a photographic illusion of some kind? What is that object that can be clearly seen zooming from left to right across the frame of this video, which is believed to have been taken at the 2013 Paris Air Show. But the UFO flying past the “UFO” was spotted only this week, by UFO Sightings Daily editor Scott Waring.

“Looking at this Paris Airshow footage its easy to miss the UFO in all the awesome shots of these jets, but at 2:47 into the video you will see the UFO move from left to right of the screen,” Waring points out. “It is long and small and thin. This object comes extremely close to the jet, threatening the safety of the craft. The pilot seems oblivious of the UFO, because of its incredible speed.”

Watch the video above to see what Waring is talking about. At the 2:47 mark that he mentions, some sort of object unmistakably buzzes the Russian jet.

Could it be nothing but a bird? If so, this “bird” appears to fly as fast as the deadly Russian fighter jet itself.

Or is the object’s speed also an illusion, created by the depth of field in the camera. If the UFO is actually much closer to the camera than the aircraft, it would have a relatively short distance to traverse, creating the illusion of super-speed.

The Su-35 itself is considered Russia’s most dangerous fighter jet, capable of matching or exceeding any jet in the United States or NATO fleet. The plane’s devastating capabilities have also made it highly desirable for other countries. For example, North Korea has recently approached Russia with a proposal to purchase several of the planes late last year.

Armed with Su-35 jets, the North would immediately become a serious threat to invade and conquer South Korea within a week.

While there has not yet been any confirmation as to whether North Korea was able to purchase the jets from Russia or not, China has already reached a deal with the Russians to buy 24 of the so-called UFO jets.

The Pascagoula Abduction Incident

Location: Pascagoula, Mississippi, United States

The Pascagoula Incident involved two men, Parker and Hickson, both of Gautier, Mississippi, who were fishing in the Pascagoula River when they heard a buzzing noise behind them. Both turned and were terrified to see a ten-foot-wide, eight-foot-high, glowing egg-shaped object with blue lights at its front hovering just above the ground about forty feet from the river bank.  As the men, frozen with fright, watched, a door appeared in the object, and three strange Beings floated just above the river towards them.

        The Pascagoula Incident involved two men, nineteen-year-old Calvin Parker and forty-two-year old Charles Hickson, both of Gautier, Mississippi, who were fishing in the Pascagoula River when they heard a buzzing noise behind them. Both turned and were terrified to see a ten-foot-wide, eight-foot-high, glowing egg-shaped object with blue lights at its front hovering just above the ground about forty feet from the river bank. As the men, frozen with fright, watched, a door appeared in the object, and three strange Beings floated just above the river towards them.  

The Beings had legs but did not use them. They were about five feet tall, had bullet-shaped heads without necks, slits for mouths, and where their noses or ears would be, they had thin, conical objects sticking out, like carrots from a snowman's head. They had no eyes, grey, wrinkled skin, round feet, and claw like hands.  

Two of the beings seized Hickson; when the third grabbed Parker, the teenager fainted with fright. Hickson claimed that when the Beings placed their hands under his arms, his body became numb, and that then they floated him into a brightly lit room in the UFO's interior, where he was subjected to a medical examination with an eyelike device which, like Hickson himself, was floating in mid-air.  

At the end of the examination, the Beings simply left Hickson floating, paralyzed but for his eyes, and went to examine Parker, who, Hickson believed was in another room. Twenty minutes after Hickson had first observed the UFO, he was floated back outside and released. He found Parker weeping and praying on the ground near him. Moments later, the object rose straight up and shot out of site.  

Expecting only ridicule if they were to tell anyone what had happened, Hickson and Parker initially decided to keep quiet; but then, because the government might want, or ought, to know about it, they telephoned Kessler Air Force Base in Biloxi. A sergeant there told them to contact the sheriff. But uncertain about the reception their bizarre story might get from the local law, they drove to the local newspaper office to speak to a reporter. When they found the office closed, Hickson and Parker felt they had no alternative but to talk to the sheriff.

The sheriff, after listening to their story, put Hickson and Parker in a room wired for sound in the belief that if the two men were left alone they would reveal their hoax; of course they did not. The local press reported their tale; the wire services picked it up; and within several days the Pascagoula Encounter was major news all over the country. The Aerial Phenomena Research Organization (APRO), founded in 1952, sent University of California engineering professor James Harder to Mississippi to investigate; J. Allen Hynek, representing the Air Force, also arrived. Together they interviews the witnesses. Harder hypnotized Hickson but had to terminate the session when Hickson became too frightened to continue.  

Hickson and Parker both subsequently passed lie detector tests. Hynek and Harder believed the two men's story. And Hynek was later quoted as saying "There was definitely something here that was not terrestrial".

But the military and are considering the possibility of aggression and the current plan of action in emergencies includes a plan - detonate a nuclear weapon in the deep caves to "seal" the enemy in the hope of destroying their communications that will prevent further attacks from the bowels of the earth.
