Het is een lief, aanhankelijk hondje, dat zich op een week snel aan ons heeft aangepast. Ze is heel vinnig en nieuwsgierig, een heel ander hondje dan Noleke.

Carlos Rieger reports that various lights – unidentified flying objects – have been seen over the Argentinean city of Gualeguaychú.
GUALEGUAYCHU – Carlos Rieger, a member of the Ufología Gualeguaychú group, reported recent sightings of lights in the sky over the Nandubaysal beach resort, the Pueblo Nuevo district and Plaza San Martin.
According to Rieger, lights were seen over the beach resort on Saturday, November 22, which were also sighted over Pueblo Nuevo. He added that last Tuesday, in the area of Plaza San Martin, a large, transparent violet-hued circumference had been seen.
“We have all of the reports, the times at which the occurred, the time of the most significant luminous point. Let us not forget that there is an air corridor over Gualeguaychú which comes from Aeroparque, a bifurcation of the domestic and international flights. Planes can be seen every ten minutes, but such lights are unmistakable. The luminous phenomenon is different. Everything leads one to suppose it is a UFO,” he added.
The subject was brought up last weekend at the UFO research conference held in Máximo Paz, Province of Santa Fe.

There has been much written about the mysterious ‘secret’ Antarctic underground base, the Ahnenerbe Society, the 'Thule Society' and Hitler’s UFOs.
The video below discusses the Ahnenerbe Society: the most mysterious organization of the Third Reich and their involvement in developing of UFOs and Hitler’s obsession to disclose the secrets of the Antarctic, after a map (Piri Reis Map – The map showed the area before it was covered in ice, 300 years before it's discovery) was discovered serendipitously on 9 October 1929, through the philological work of the German theologian, Gustav Adolf Deissmann.
Hitler and Himmler, they put together a team to search the area as shown on the map. They found a cave under the ice with warm water that could easily hide large crafts. Hitler was sure the Antarctic was where the lost continent of Atlantis once was.
A team was deployed to search the area in order to find the ‘Holy Cup’. Hitler already had possession of the 'Holy Spear', and the legend was that if he could get the 'Holy Cup', he could have world power. He was sure he would find the ‘Holy Cup’ there.
Furthermore, as a result of Hitler’s interest in the paranormal, he, Himmler and the Ahnenerbe formed an elite group of scientists to study the paranormal to make contact with unknown beings. But they didn't realize that contact with aliens already been done in 1919 by secret 'Thule Society' members (See: Vril and the alien woman). They found or received some documents that told how to build a flying disc that would take them into space using unconventional means.
They finally built it, but it needed a special engine. This is when they brought in Victor Schauberger. He built it 5 years later.
At the end of the War, probably they have used the cave as a secret ‘UFO’ base with the intention to keep their secret UFO technology, but when the U.S. found out about this, they sent their ships to investigate the area too.
When they got close, a large disc-shaped craft came up from the water and passed by them so fast it bent one of the antennas on the ship, and was gone in the blink of an eye. It sent down a ray and blew up a ship after that, so the fleet turned around.
The video show authentic video images, many of you will recognize the images, but some questions remain, what happened with the secret base, the people involved and the Third Reich UFOs at the base? A Utah man who claimed to see bright lights hovering over Area 51 has captured the mysterious UFOs on video. According to a Dec. 5 Metro report, the man was hiking in the Utah dessert near the top-secret military base known as Area 51, when he spotted lights in the sky. After several attempts to capture them on his cell phone, he filmed these mysterious lights as they appeared and disappeared over the Air Force base locate in Nevada.
The video captures at least five glowing lights over Area 51 that seem to appear from nowhere and then suddenly disappear. According to YouTube user Jachdinc, the lights appeared brighter than a plane and appeared just above the ridgeline behind the military base. Although he does not claim the lights are alien visitors, he asks the question, “What is that?”
Many UFO enthusiasts believe that the U.S. government retrieved aliens from the infamous Roswell crash at Area 51 in 1947, and have reverse engineered alien technology. While some contend the mysterious lights seen hovering over Area 51 is the U.S. Military testing alien technology, others believe Area 51 is a mecca for UFO sightings. The U.S. government denies any alien technology and claims the Roswell crash did not involve a UFO or alien spacecrafts.
According to a CNN report in Aug. 2013, the CIA officially acknowledged Area 51, but claimed that it was not that mysterious at all. They say the site was merely a testing site for the government's aerial surveillance programs, U-2 and OXCART. The CIA denies any UFO or alien connections to Area 51, but not everyone is buying it. The most common belief is that Area 51 houses an alien craft and possibly the remains of aliens. But, some believe Area 51 is the site of tests of time travel, says Time. The location is also referred to as Dreamland and Groom Lake.
Whether Jachdinc observed alien crafts as they approached Area 51 or filmed secret military testing and maneuvers, is not known. If there is some other explanation for the mysterious lights in the sky over Area 51, no one is talking about it.

Witness said: On this video you will see an Energy UFO Ball of Light traveling underneath some clouds. As I was Scanning the sky, I notice this orb traveling by some clouds. As you can see on the video this object seems to travel under the clouds. I continue to follow it as it traveled overhead..It appear to be under Intelligent Controlled. Was traveling at a constant speed and direction. At some point it began to get brighter and travels out of sight. In my opinion this object is clearly not an aircraft or weather balloon/satellite.

1. Peking vanuit de lucht
Deze video biedt een zeer exclusieve blik op de Chinese hoofdstad. In grote delen van de stad, en bovenal in de Verboden Stad, zijn drones ten strengste verboden. De fotograaf die deze video maakte, Trey Ratcliff, werd gearresteerd toen zijn drone net iets te dicht bij een overheidsgebouw vloog. Maar zijn videomateriaal mocht hij wel houden, met dit prachtige filmpje als resultaat.
Shaun O'Callaghan liet zijn drone afdalen in de krater van Mount Yasur, een vulkaan op het eiland Tanna in Oceanië die al acht eeuwen lang bijna ononderbroken uitbarst. Verrassend genoeg keerde de drone veilig terug, en hij bracht spectaculaire beelden mee.
3. Boven de wolken in Nederland
De kathedraal van Utrecht is de hoogste kerk van Nederland. Wanneer de rest van de stad in mist gehuld is, piekt de toren van deze kerk boven de wolken uit. De anonieme maker van deze video wachtte tien maanden op de juiste weersomstandigheden.
4. Een zicht op de noordpool
Een drone besturen in het hoge noorden is geen lachertje. "Ik liet mijn drone op abnormale hoogten vliegen om de natuur en de vogels geen schade te berokkenen, en had hem bijna niet meer onder controle", zegt Peter Cox, de ontdekkingsreiziger die deze video maakte.
Het nieuwe kantoor dat Apple in Cupertino aan het bouwen is, werd al vergeleken met een ruimteschip. Het is dan ook niet meer dan logisch dat Applefans de lucht ingaan om de vooruitgang van de werken in beeld te brengen. Deze video werd in augustus gemaakt door Jason McMinn.
6. Videoclip van OK Go
De Amerikaanse rockband OK Go bracht in de videoclip van 'I won't let you down' eenwielers en schoolmeisjes met paraplu's samen en filmde het spektakel vanuit de lucht.
7. Hoog boven Dubai
Dubai blijft tot de verbeelding spreken, en de stad doet dan ook vaak dienst als decor van dronevideo's. Een populaire trip voor de vliegtuigjes is naar de top van de Burj Khalifa, het hoogste gebouw ter wereld. Mooier is deze video, die een verbluffend zicht biedt op de stad.
8. De paraplurevolutie
Beelden van de paraplurevolutie in Hongkong gingen dit jaar de wereld rond. De omvang van de opstand was niet meteen heel duidelijk, maar deze video van Nero Chan bracht daar verandering in. Hij postte de video op Facebook, met als boodschap: 'Feeling hopeful'.
9. Walvissen spotten vanuit de lucht
Om walvissen te zien, moet je geen waterrat zijn. Dat bewijst deze mooie video van Eric Sterman, die de beelden schoot aan de noordkust van Oahu, Hawaï.
Een vuurwerk aanschouwen, doe je best vanop een veilige afstand. Maar Jos Stiglingh wou wel eens weten hoe het er middenin de actie uitziet en stuurde zijn drone naar boven tijdens een gigantisch vuurwerk op West Palm Beach in Florida. De drone raakte wonderwel niet beschadigd.

De stroomproducent Electrabel houdt het luchtruim boven de kerncentrales Doel en Tihange nauwlettend in het oog om overvliegende drones (onbemande vliegtuigjes) op te sporen. De nucleaire waakhond FANC en het overkoepelende terreurorgaan OCAD hebben Electrabel per brief gevraagd extra waakzaam te zijn. Dat deden ze na aanhoudende incidenten met drones bij Franse kerncentrales, schrijven De Tijd en L'Echo.
Sinds oktober werden al een twintigtal keer drones ontdekt die 's nachts boven Franse kerncentrales vlogen. Wie achter die illegale daden schuilgaat en wat de bedoeling is, is een compleet mysterie. De Franse uitbater van kerncentrales EDF heeft een klacht ingediend, maar verzekert dat de drones de veiligheid niet in gevaar brachten.
Electrabel bevestigt dat het systemen heeft om overvliegende drones te detecteren. "We hebben nog geen drones opgemerkt, maar we blijven waakzaam", zegt een woordvoerster van Electrabel.

Dat er in een verleden leven op Mars is geweest daarvan zijn in ieder geval wij zo langzamerhand wel overtuigd.
Ook duiken er steeds meer aanwijzingen op dat er ook nu, op dit moment, wel degelijk mensen op Mars aanwezig zijn.
De planeet Mars blijft ons fascineren, niet in de laatste plaats omdat er steeds meer vreemde dingen over tevoorschijn komen.
Zo zagen we eerder dit jaar de vreemde lichten op Mars. Onverklaarbaar en al zeker niet uitgelegd door de NASA die verklaart dat het reflecties van zonnestralen zijn.
Tijdens diezelfde radio-uitzending belt er een vrouw, Jackie genaamd. Zij woont iets ten noorden van Las Vegas en vraagt of John Lear haar kan helpen met de oplossing van een raadsel waar ze al 27 jaar mee rondloopt.
In die tijd werkte zij voor NASA en was verantwoordelijk voor de binnenkomende telemetrie gegevens. Zij vertelt dat terwijl ze op een nacht samen met haar collega’s naar de schermen kijkt waar de beelden van Mars binnenkomen, ze ineens twee mannen in een soort pak (niet echt een ruimtepak) ziet lopen op het Mars oppervlak.
De twee mannen verschenen aan de horizon en liepen naar de Viking. De beeldverbinding werd plotseling verbroken.
In 2007 was de Spirit Rover van NASA nog actief op Mars. Echter, er was een probleem ontstaan met het vele stof dat op deze planeet aanwezig is. De zonnepanelen waren bedekt met een dikke laag ervan en dit vormde een grote bedreiging voor de gevoelige elektronica van de Spirit Rover.
Wat gebeurt er? Enkele dagen later zijn de zonnepanelen volkomen schoon alsof iemand met een spons en een emmertje water aan het werk is geweest.
Dit is volgens NASA niet het geval want, zo zeggen zij, de wind heeft alle stof weggeblazen.
Wanneer je echter de volgende opname bekijkt die recentelijk is gemaakt door de Curiosity Rover dan is het misschien wel degelijk mogelijk dat er iemand met een emmertje water en een spons aan het werk is geweest.
Want, de linkerkant van de navigatiecamera legt de schaduw vast van iets dat niet anders kan worden omschreven dan als een menselijk figuur.
Je ziet duidelijk het haar en iets op de rug wat lijkt op een rugzak en onderaan benen. Dit is dan ook weer in overeenstemming met het verhaal van Jackie die zegt dat de mannen die zij zag lopen niet echt ruimtepakken droegen.
Zou hiermee dan ook gelijk de verklaring zijn gevonden voor de plots weer brandschone zonnepanelen van de Spirit Rover in 2007?

Three apparent UFOs in the sky above the Lincolnshire city of Lincoln in England seemingly photographed by a man.
A retired airline captain, Paul Howard, allegedly took the photo of the beautiful sunset that time. While taking a picture, he did not notice the three strange objects that he captured until he reviewed it afterward.
In a report by Lincolnshire Echo, the witness did not notice anything unusual when he snapped a photo, but he was quite surprised to know he captured three saucer-like shape UFOs. He saw these three very interesting objects in the sky when he looked at the picture on his computer.
As an airline captain for over 30 years, Howard says he never encountered anything like them. He notes that the three UFOs are the first time in the sky that he could not explain, so he was quite chuffed to see them on his camera.
The three objects that he captured in his photo resemble UFOs that appear in many UFO photos. Skeptics would say that they are just reflections from ceiling lights behind him. Howard reveals that he had been inside when he took the picture. He also did not rule out the possibility that he might have unintentionally caught the reflection of the kitchen lights in the window.
While many UFOs in pictures and videos can be eventually identified, many still remain mysterious and can’t be explained by careful investigations. It is important to bring this kind of photo to attention to help people become more educated observers. Through familiarizing ordinary things, fewer everyday objects will be reported as extraterrestrials, and more attention will be given to those truly mysterious flying objects in the sky.
Italy’s first woman in space can be heard calling out in shock at something she saw during the docking operation of the Soyuz spacecraft she was aboard and the International Space Station (ISS). Video of the docking operation shows a small white dot floating across the screen a few minutes prior to her exclaiming her shock, leading some to speculate that she was shocked at the sight of a UFO. Italian news agencies have been reporting on the incident, asking, “Did she see a UFO?”
European Space Agency (ESA) Astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti is a Captain in the Italian Air Force where she was a pilot and engineer before she was chosen to be an astronaut and Italy’s first woman in space. She is currently taking part in a long duration mission aboard the ISS.
Cristoforetti’s Soyuz capsule launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan in the early morning of November 24, 2014. The capsule carried three astronauts, including Russian Anton Shkaplerov and NASA’s Terry Virts.
The docking operation can be seen in a video on YouTube posted by the European Space Agency (seen above). In it, you can see black and white video from the point of view of the capsule as it approaches the ISS. A little more than a minute into the YouTube video, a faint small dot can be seen crossing the screen. It makes no strange movement.
A few minutes later, at about the four and a half minute mark, Cristoforetti can be heard sounding shocked and amazed. Her Russian colleague, Shkaplerov, can also be heard saying, “tiho, tiho, tiho,” which in Russian means, “calm, calm, calm.”

Italian news has reported that she has described what she has seen as being “almost alien,” adding to theories that what she saw was a UFO. They point out that this comments comes from her daily log in which she talked about the incident. However, reading the entire entry from her daily log on Google+ gives more detail as to what she saw and why she reacted the way she did.

It reads:
I had released my shoulder straps quite a bit at that point, so I was floating over my seat. As I turned to look outside, at first I looked back and saw one of our Soyuz solar panels, which I had seen before of course. Then my eyes caught something in the peripheral view. And as I slowly turned my gaze and when I realized what I was seeing, I was overcome by pure amazement and joy: the Space Station was there, but not just any view. The huge solar panels were flooded in a blaze of orange light, vivid, warm almost alien. I couldn’t help exclaiming something aloud, which you can probably hear in the recordings of our docking, since at that point we were “hot mic” with Mission Control. Anton reminded me of that and so I tried to contain my amazement and return to the docking monitoring. When I peaked again later, the orange glow was gone.
Butch told me later that he had heard my amazement on com when “the Station had turned orange.” I didn’t know, but apparently there’s only a few seconds during day-night transition that the Station is lit by that amazing orange glow. And it happened to be exactly when I peaked outside! I feel very fortunate that I had such a unique first glimpse of our human outpost in space: such a great welcome!
While it turns out that her sighting and shocked reaction had nothing to do with extraterrestrial technology, it was still an amazing extraterrestrial experience.

In an OpenMinds.tv interview with astronaut Michael Massimino, he explained the experience of being overwhelmed by the sights in space: “You are prepared to do your job, but you are not prepared for the view around you. You know, what you see around you is just so magnificent it just kind of blows your mind, and the view of the earth is just incredible.”
That sense of awe and wonder was certainly heard in the shout by Cristoforetti.
She makes no mention of the white dot that is seen earlier in the video, and it is likely that it is debris that is floating around the space station. This debris is often mistaken for UFOs by earth bound YouTube viewers.
Witness stated: “I recorded them my self with my own phone on November 9, 2014 at around 12, the sun was out and I was at a red light staring at the sky and they appeared out of no where.”
“At first they were not moving and just standing there then I parked in a parking lot and they were making weird shapes and shining and they started moving and making triangles and shapes.”
“I didn’t get to record the whole thing but I got something, when they disappeared there was 3 jets in the sky going the same direction as the ufo’s.”

Mais alors, comme ces deux approches sont également validées par des expériences instrumentales indiscutables, comment notre cerveau peut-il se représenter l'univers s'il essaye d'y faire simultanément appel ?
La réponse aujourd'hui la plus souvent donnée est qu'il ne le peut pas. Si bien que la plupart des scientifiques démissionnent devant la difficulté, parlant de Singularités pour la compréhension desquelles aucune théorie ne peut, pour le moment, être utilisée.
Face à de tels aveux d'incompétence, puisqu'il faut bien les appeler par leur nom, la cosmologie attend de nouvelles ouvertures, à la fois au niveau des modèles utilisés par le cerveau pour se représenter l'univers, et au niveau des expériences instrumentales susceptibles de crédibiliser ces modèles. Mais ces ouvertures tardent à venir, malgré la grande créativité des physiciens théoriciens et instrumentaux qui s'y attachent.
Or nous avions dans des articles précédents fait remarquer que ces physiciens ne semblent pas encore, tout au moins dans leur grande majorité, tenter de mieux comprendre les limites de la capacité du cerveau humain à traiter de tels problèmes, cerveau s'exprimant au niveau de l'individu comme au plan global des communautés de chercheurs. Autant ils cherchent à perfectionner, grâce à l'expérimentation, les capacités de traitement des données sensorielles par le cerveau, autant ils ne semblent pas s'intéresser aux capacités de ce que l'on appellera pour simplifier le cerveau associatif, qu'il soit individuel ou collectif.
Il s'agit pourtant du premier instrument à prendre en considération, lorsqu'il s'agit, non pas seulement d'imaginer des hypothèses, mais de tenir compte d'une façon cohérente et communicable sur le mode langagier de toutes les données fournis par les sens et utilisées dans la mise à l'épreuve de ces hypothèses. Autrement dit, le perfectionnement des capacités du cerveau, qui est l'instrument essentiel dont se servent les scientifiques, ne semble pas préoccuper les cosmologistes.
Cela tient indiscutablement à des raisons culturelles, spécialisation des connaissances et manque d'interdisciplinarité. Le Pr MacFadden, auquel nous avons donné la parole dans un précédent article, déplore que les biologistes et les neurologues n'aient pas suffisamment de compétences relatives à la physique quantique pour détecter des phénomènes biologiques ou cérébraux dans lesquels interviennent des q.bits.
Il en est de même, et sur le mode inverse, des physiciens quantiques et des cosmologistes. Ils n'ont certainement pas assez de compétences fines sur le fonctionnement en profondeur des neurones, du cortex associatif et des grands modèles cognitifs collectifs à base de traitements neuronaux, pour mesurer les limites de ces « instruments biologiques de la cosmologie » et suggérer des améliorations.
Une hypothèse pessimiste serait qu'ils ne le pourront jamais, tant du moins que le cerveau restera lié à des bases biologiques qui sont à la fois mal connues, sinon inconnaissables, et non susceptibles d'amélioration car trop liées à l'organisation génétique et aux structures sociales propres à l'animal humain.
Prenons l'exemple d'un rat. Ce mammifère dispose d'un cerveau perfectionné, dont nous ne connaissons d'ailleurs pas toutes les arcanes. Néanmoins il y a des tâches qu'il ne pourra sans doute jamais accomplir (butnever say never), tenant aux limites de son cerveau dans le domaine de la construction de grands modèles cognitifs.
Il se représente son monde. Ces représentations lui servent à y naviguer à l'aise. Eventuellement, il peut faire oeuvre d'imagination, son cerveau élaborant des hypothèses sur ce monde dont il vérifiera la pertinence par l'expérience:" il y a ici un orifice qui pourrait servir d'abri, ou une éventuelle source de nourriture". Il s'instruira de plus en plus par de telles opérations.
Mais imaginons que nous placions ce rat au bord de la mer. On peut penser que son cerveau, formé pour l'aider à survivre dans un milieu terrestre ou dans des espaces liquides de faible étendue, n'imaginera jamais qu'au delà de l'horizon marin puisse se trouver des terres fertiles au sein desquelles il pourrait s'abriter et se nourrir. Il imaginerait encore moins que la Terre soit une sphère où se trouvent simultanément des côtes et des océans.
Si dans le cadre d'un processus exploratoire peu conscient fonctionnant sur le mode essais et erreurs, il se jetait à l'eau pour élargir son horizon, il en reviendrait vite afin de ne pas se noyer. De plus, si avec des dispositifs optiques adaptés à sa vision, nous lui présentions des images de rivages lointains comportant d'appétissants morceaux de fromage, il ne serait probablement jamais capable (but never say never) de rattacher ces images aux modèles du monde que son cerveau à construit dans le cours de sa vie. Il ne chercherait donc pas à fabriquer un radeau pour tenter de s'y rendre.
De même, si un rat apprenait éventuellement à jouer d'un instrument de musique, il ne pourrait sans doute pas, son cerveau n'étant pas fait pour cela, inventer des mélodies.
Il est même à craindre qu'aussi adaptatif et perfectionné à son échelle que soit son cerveau, si nous réussissions à lui greffer des copies de réseaux de neurones extraites d'un cerveau de cosmologiste et comportant des modélisations du cosmos élaborés par celui-ci, son cerveau de rat ne pourrait rien en faire. Il ne les verrait même pas. Ceci a été souvent été dit à propos d'éventuelles communications avec des intelligences extraterrestres infiniment plus complexes que les nôtres. Nous ne les remarquerions même pas.
Mutatis mutandis, nous pourrions en conclure que notre cerveau ne sera jamais capable de seulement imaginer des modèles de l'univers suffisamment riches pour apporter des réponses aux mystères que sont pour nous les Singularités. En conséquence nous pourrions jamais les mettre à l'épreuve, avec nos instruments actuels ou d'autres à inventer. Comme le rat au bord de la mer qui n'imagine pas de lointains rivages, nous sommes peut-être immergé dans un univers où les Singularités trouveraient des explications toutes simples. Mais notre cerveau ne peut se représenter un tel univers.
Pourrait-on espérer améliorer les performances de ce cerveau, soit par des modifications génétiques soit par l'appel à l'intelligence artificielle? En principe oui. En pratique non, car il faudrait auparavant savoir dans quelles directions chercher et le type d'améliorations nécessaires. Même en faisant appel à des améliorations inventées au hasard, afin de ne pas rester enfermé dans les postulats de départ, il faudrait sans doute des centaines d'années de tirage au hasard avant de trouver enfin une ouverture susceptible d'enrichir radicalement notre instrument cérébral et ses bases cognitives.
De plus, tel le rat à qui nous montrerions des images de lointains rivages et qui n'en tirerait aucune conclusion, même si une telle ouverture se produisait un jour dans nos cerveaux, serions nous capables de l'identifier et d'en tirer parti? Ne rejetterions nous pas comme parasite, voire monstrueux et relevant de l'asile, tout enrichissement dans les associations neuronales et les modélisations du monde s'écartant d'une façon un tant soit peu révolutionnaire de nos façons de penser le monde, fussent-elles mathématiques?
Faut-il en conclure que nous ne pourrons jamais nous représenter ce qu'il y a derrière les incohérences apparentes de l'univers tel que nous l'imaginons aujourd'hui, superpositions d'états, infinitudes et finitudes, indéterminations et déterminismes...Il y a bien quelque chose, tout ne peut être simplement création de nos cerveaux. Quelque chose qui nous affecte comme cette chose affecte tous les êtres vivants, y compris les rats. Mais très probablement nous ne pourrons jamais nous représenter ce quelque chose. Jamais.

Vermont witness describes multiple UFOs with one object on ground
Vermont witnesses at Fairfax reported a two-hour UFO event involving two pulsating discs and a black triangle craft, according to testimony in Case 61834 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
The reporting witness was in his basement exercising at about 9 p.m. on December 4, 2014, when a bright light was noticed – sending the witness up a flight of stairs to a front porch for a better observation.
“Before noticing any detail I felt an intense sense of dread,” the witness stated. “I looked up toward the sky at a 45-degree angle, directly away from our house, toward Vermont’s highest mountain peak. In the near distance, perhaps a half mile from where I was standing, I saw an extremely bright object, pulsating red and blue lights, bouncing around slightly.”

After briefly watching the object, the witness moved back inside and ran up another set of stairs to alert his wife to the object. The two watched the object together.
“At the same moment I noticed another similar bright object to the north, but this object became a secondary consideration to us because it was partially obscured by tree branches near our window and appeared to be farther away and at a higher altitude.”
The witness then went to retrieve a travel telescope.
“When I returned, I noticed a light on the ground directly below the UFO, in a location that I know to be a patch of cow pasture void of any structures. I quickly found the UFO in my telescope lens. What I saw shocked me down to my core.”
The witness described the object.
“The object was disc-shaped, bright, colorful, pulsating and bouncing. The pulsating red and blue lights appeared to come from within the craft, passing out through its walls. I then found the light on the ground below the craft and saw that it was cylindrical, orangish-yellow and was illuminating a white angular object which sat closer to my house on the grass.”
The witness then turned his attention back to the object in the sky.
“When my wife again examined the craft, she asked, ‘What is that other thing…in the air, closer to us, in the bottom right corner of the view?’ I looked and saw the corner of another, mostly black and camouflaged object, perhaps two or three hundred yards closer to us. I watched this object for 10 minutes or longer and noticed that it was slowly rocking around and up and down. On several occasions, I could clearly see that the bright, pulsating disc was casting enough light on the angular craft to illuminate two corners of what appeared to be a triangular black craft.”

The witness then realized that the object on the ground had disappeared.
“Then, I noticed that the pulsating disc was calmer – more stationary and less bright. The red light, especially, was mostly or entirely gone and the craft appeared to settle into a lower-energy state. The triangular craft remained in the same position for another 30 minutes.”
The witness continued to watch the object.
“Immediately prior to going to bed, I saw that the disc and triangle had both changed positions. The disc was now higher, perhaps directly above the triangle, which was now oriented with a single corner pointing downward.
“Suddenly, I saw the full form of the triangle, which was hovering with its underside pointing directly at my window. I saw one faint, circular orange light at each of three corners.”
The next day the witness talked to a neighbor who had witnessed similar activity.
“This individual informed me that she had seen an object that matched my description of the bright object at 9 p.m. on December 3rd and 4th. I knew this meant that the object might return soon, and watched from my window throughout the night of December 5th. Two bright, pulsating objects appeared shortly before midnight, at least one half mile farther from my house than they had been the previous night. I watched for over an hour as they appeared to follow a grid pattern slightly above the tree tops near a river.”

Fairfax is a town in Franklin County, Vermont, population 4,285. Vermont has a current UFO Alert Rating of 5 with a low number of recent reports nationally. Vermont had no UFO reports that occurred during November 2014.
The UFO Alert Rating System is based on five levels – 1 through 5 – where states with 4.01 or higher reports per million residents are rated an Alert 1; 3.01 – 4.0 reports are an Alert 2; 2.51 – 3.0 are an Alert 3; 2.01 – 2.5 are an Alert 4; and those states with 2.0 or lower are rated an Alert 5.

'Faster Than Sound' UFO Caught Above Portsmouth
The latest UFO sighting comes courtesy of Lewis Rogers, who managed to snap the object while visiting a friend in Portsmouth.
Speaking to the Daily Star, Rogers confirmed that while he believes in UFOs he had never -- until now -- been able to get the chance of capturing one on camera.
“I was the only one who saw it who was quick enough to take the picture. I definitely believe in UFOs. I often look up at the sky in the evening wondering if there is anything or anyone else out there.”
The 26-year old is (rather conveniently?) an animation director which would have been suspicious had the sighting not been reported by an independent witness: Johnny Blackwell, a student from Southsea.
In case you're thinking it might be something meteorological the Daily Star reached out to Laura Young from the Met Office who confirmed that, “After looking at the images, I can say the object is nothing to do with the weather. It is not meteorological and is not a cloud.”
So there you have it. It's not a cloud, and it's almost certainly not a plane, so what is it?
