Did Someone Photograph A Half Human—Half Animal ‘Monster’ In Argentina?
Did Someone Photograph A Half Human—Half Animal ‘Monster’ In Argentina?
What on Earth have people spotted walking on the streets of Santa Fe, in Argentina?
A bizarre creature, described as half human and half animal has been photographed in the South American country, sending the internet into a frenzy.
People who spotted the mysterious creature say that it couldn’t be identified, as it mauled two dogs, creating panic among the inhabitants of Totoras, Santa Fe.
The photograph, taken at night, and is somewhat blurred, has circulated on social networks to warn about the danger the mysterious creature represents.
In an audio broadcast, it is detailed that the ‘monster’ killed a pit bull and a German shepherd who confronted the unidentified monster.
Reports indicate that soon after it disappeared.
Obviously, the image didn’t take long to go viral, triggering many rumors and theories.
There are even those who compare it with the Demogorgon, the monster of the popular Netflix series ‘Stranger Things’.
Others have compared the massive creature to illustrations of werewolves of the Harry Potter Saga.
“Here in the Philippine it is called ASWANG a man transforms into a monster dog it is a demon it can even shift into a cat or a big bird,” wrote some users on social networks, while others compared it to mythical creature like the Chupacabra—a blood-sucking animal which, according to folklore, feasts on livestock.
It seems that for now, we can only explain the creature using fictitious representations, but does that mean it’s a hoax?
Well, not necessarily but the image is a fake.
As it turns out, it’s a fake, and a bad one at that.
The original image (drawing) was taken from the internet (it is from Harry Potter) and fused into another image. Adding a bit color, adjusting shadows and BAM! You got yourself a mystery.
The original image was taken from this one:
Notice the similarity with the image from the article from NOVAand El Perfil who ran the news?
Let’s flip the image a bit:
See the similarity now?
Now, all the artist had to do was remove the background and implement the alleged ‘monster’ into the picture.
And there you have it a perfect recipe served for an image and news article that quickly spread among Argentinian news outlets and made its way around the world.
So, don’t worry, the creature isn’t real, it’s just one of the many hoaxed images that quickly go viral due to their nature, and mystery surrounding them.

UFO SIGHTINGS: MUFON’S MOST BIZARRE EYEWITNESS ALIEN ENCOUNTERS AND TESTIMONIES
UFO SIGHTINGS: MUFON’S MOST BIZARRE EYEWITNESS ALIEN ENCOUNTERS AND TESTIMONIES
UFO sightings are a daily occurrence for MUFON, the Mutual UFO Network, and the organisation is always on alert for more alien encounters. Here are some of the most bizarre eye-witness accounts of UFOs.
The Mutual UFO Network was established in 1969 and has since grown to become one of the world’s largest bodies of dedicated UFO hunters.
MUFON’s goal is to study, track and gather data on daily UFO encounters from around the world.
The UFO hunters said: “As the world’s oldest and largest UFO phenomenon investigative body we aim to be the inquisitive minds’ refuge seeking answers to that most ancient question, ‘Are we alone in the universe?’”
The bulk of MUFON’s work relies on user submitted reports which the organisation claims to meticulously review before publishing.
1. Boomerang UFO in Singapore – Case 87184
One of the more recently published UFO sightings, submitted by a witness in Singapore, concerns a “fast moving, boomerang-shaped” object in the sky.
The UFO was seen dashing across the sky under cloud cover on October 6, 2017.
The eyewitness recounted in Case 87184: “It was a very clear and cloudless night when I looked up and saw this boomerang-like, ‘cloud’ flying by.
“The ‘cloud’ had a very faint body and it maintained its shape while speeding past.”
The witness estimated the object was roughly 2km away from their position but managed to cover the entire distance along the horizon in “just a mere couple seconds”.
The witness stressed the UFO was moving to the east – against a northeastern wind.
They said: “There was no light nor sound coming from the object.”
MUFON researcher Robert Spearing has since closed the case as an Unknown UAV, or unmanned aerial vehicle.

2. Teardrop UFO in Nevada – Case 83759
Thousands of miles away in North Las Vegas, US, a witness submitted a report of what appeared to be a teardrop-shaped object flying some 500 feet above the ground.
The MUFON testimony claims the witness was outdoors shooting photographs of airplanes landing at Nellis Air Force Base in southern Nevada.
The testimony reads: “The UFO is too far away, about two miles, to say what it was. It was like a bright light, but when I blew it up, it looked like a smoky goldfish cracker.
“I blew it up to about 200 percent and it looked like a cloud of circular smoke. I probably don’t have the best equipment to say what it was.
“And with so few pixels, well, we don’t have enough solid evidence other than its descending path, which can be calculated by time to say, yes this was a UFO. But the object started up at 1,000 feet and pulled a 45-degree descent.
“And then, just disappeared.”
Nevada MUFON State Director Sue Countiss closed the case as an Unknown UAV.
3. Square UFO over the Philippines – Case 83456
The next case presents another oddly shaped object floating over a city but this time over Angeles City, northeast of Manila.
This UFO was spotted by a “trained US Marine observer” who was sipping a cup of coffee at 5.45am local time on May 1, 2017, during the encounter.
The witness said in their report: “I heard my dogs carrying on outside and went to investigate.
“At first, I thought they had barked at nothing, when I suddenly caught sight of the object.
“I watched it only for 30 seconds or so before realising that it wasn’t a plane, helicopter, or hot air balloon and ran into the house and grabbed my cell phone as it was the closest camera available.”
The case was investigated by Chase Kloetzke who closed it as an Unknown UAV.

4. Low-flying triangle over California – Case 83410
A California witness claims to have seen a triangle-shaped object with seven, blinking lights pass over Fresno, US.
The UFO encounter took place on April 26, 207 around 9pm local time.
The eye-witness recollected: “I looked up in the sky and saw a triangle-shaped craft with seven white lights blinking all at the same time heading west.
“It was very clear and seemed too large to be an aircraft.
“I thought it might be a drone at first glance. But it was too large and too high in altitude to be a drone.
“The object made no noise. It seemed to be well above 500 feet at about 80-degrees above the horizon when we first spotted it.”
Adding: “After the event, I realized I may have viewed a possible UFO.”
The case was closed for MUFON by field investigator Hady Felfly as an Unknown UAV.

Carl Jung and UFOs: Ancient Alien Art
Carl Jung and UFOs: Ancient Alien Art
Because my academic credentials (and my wife’s) include a wee bit of Jungian depth psychology, I occasionally get asked the question, “What book do you start with if you’re new to C.G. Jung?”
It’s a fair enough question, one that I was asking at the beginning of my graduate studies.
Now, there’s an easy answer to this question, but it’s not the one I’m going with…
Erinnerungen, Träume, Gedanken…
Or, as the English speaking world calls it:
Memories, Dreams, Reflections, known affectionately by Jungians as MDR.
Now, MDR has a lot to say, especially about Jung, as it is semi-autobiographical. If you really want to explore Jung on Jung, it’s a great starting place, bar perhaps his artistic-psychological grimoire/magnum opus, The Red Book.
Still, I think there’s a work that captures Jung better than either MDR or The Red Book, for the following reason:
This text expresses Jung’s disinterest in Truth, capital T intended. Objective, scientific realism; material reductionism; consensus reality; all of these were modernist and scientific keystones that were non-issues for Jung.
What matters, what’s Real for Jung, is what an individual perceives.
A skeptic might counter: Jung must mean what they believe they perceive.
Jung would reply: and the difference is?
To put it in slightly more pesky/academic terms, he held a phenomenological worldview where ontology (the nature of Being) and epistemology (the nature of Truth) were not meaningful independent realities, but were functions of each individual’s Psyche.
In other words, he would lowercase both “Being” and “Truth”; perception not only trumps reality, it is reality.
Or to put it simply, if you experienced it, then it’s Real enough.
Gods and Devils.
Angels and Demons.
Humans and Aliens…
Mythology was central to Jung’s thinking. He gave a lot of thought to Gods and Devils, to Angels and Demons.
Even Men and Monsters…
Therefore, it isn’t surprising that he eventually got around to Humans and Aliens.
***
So, back to the beginning of this piece, if someone asks me what I think the best introduction to Jung is, it isn’t MDR, or even the Alchemical/Mandala-centric The Red Book. Nope, I’ll go out on a cosmic limb here:
If you want to start with Jung, get a copy of Flying Saucers: A Modern Myth of Things Seen in the Skies, trans. R.F.C. Hull.
Now, there are definitely many things that aren’t addressed headlong in this short book. You need to look elsewhere for detailed discussions of archetypes, synchronicities, animas and animuses (or animi and animae for the more pedantic). In other words, this isn’t a sweeping overview of Jung, but rather a slice, a snapshot of his response to events that were being reported with greater frequency towards the end of his life.
***
Ancient Aliens, on the History Channel, is replete with medieval paintings that purportedly depict UFOs. Given Jung’s fascination with Western alchemy, it’s not surprising that he compiled his own list of UFO art from the middle ages, which he deals with in the fourth chapter of Flying Saucers, entitled Previous History of the UFO Phenomenon.
Jung provides us with four medieval images (while the third image is dated to the 19th century, it is thought to be a reproduction of a much older woodcut). The first two are interesting in that they represent recordings of witnessed events; they are neither allegorical nor fantasy images. The latter two, on the other hand, represent inspired art; metaphysical imagery that contain what Jung considered signs of UFO-like psychic-phenomenon.
Once again, Jung isn’t advocating for the existence of UFOs per se (not that he’s denying it, either, which is clear from the next chapter, titled UFOs Considered in a Non-Psychological Light). Jung’s interest lies in the psychological dimension of these experiences, “Real” or “Imagined”.
So let’s take a look at them:
1. Basel Broadsheet
Basel Broadsheet, 1566
Residents of Basel, Switzerland experienced something in the sky at dawn on August 7, 1566. The image above is a representation – here’s a description from the Basel gazette:
At the time when the sun rose, one saw many large black balls which moved at high speed in the air towards the sun, then made half-turns, banging one against the others as if they were fighting a battle out a combat, a great number of them became red and igneous, thereafter they were consumed and died out.
Jung connects this to another, very similar image: the Nuremberg Broadsheet.
2. Nuremberg Broadsheet
Nuremberg Broadsheet, 1561
Like the Basel broadsheet, this artifact is a news report, in this case recording the events in Nuremberg in the year 1561. Like the Basel event, this encounter happened in the early hours of the morning. However, unlike the Basel recording, individuals present at Nuremberg reported multiple religious objects in the forms of blood-red crosses.
Jung quotes excerpts from the broadsheet; here is a lengthier extract, written by the plate’s designer, Hanns Glaser:
In the morning of April 14, 1561, at daybreak, between 4 and 5 a.m., a dreadful apparition occurred on the sun, and then this was seen in Nuremberg in the city, before the gates and in the country – by many men and women. At first there appeared in the middle of the sun two blood-red semi-circular arcs, just like the moon in its last quarter. And in the sun, above and below and on both sides, the color was blood, there stood a round ball of partly dull, partly black ferrous color. Likewise there stood on both sides and as a torus about the sun such blood-red ones and other balls in large number, about three in a line and four in a square, also some alone. In between these globes there were visible a few blood-red crosses, between which there were blood-red strips, becoming thicker to the rear and in the front malleable like the rods of reed-grass, which were intermingled, among them two big rods, one on the right, the other to the left, and within the small and big rods there were three, also four and more globes. These all started to fight among themselves, so that the globes, which were first in the sun, flew out to the ones standing on both sides, thereafter, the globes standing outside the sun, in the small and large rods, flew into the sun. Besides the globes flew back and forth among themselves and fought vehemently with each other for over an hour. And when the conflict in and again out of the sun was most intense, they became fatigued to such an extent that they all, as said above, fell from the sun down upon the earth ‘as if they all burned’ and they then wasted away on the earth with immense smoke. After all this there was something like a black spear, very long and thick, sighted; the shaft pointed to the east, the point pointed west. Whatever such signs mean, God alone knows.
Unlike the Basel broadsheet, Jung goes to town “amplifying” the symbolism of the image (amplification is a Jungian technique for forming meaningful associations). I’ll leave out the details; intrepid psychonauts can hunt down the book for Jung’s interpretations. However, his conclusion on both of the broadsheet images is worth considering (pg. 97):
Both reports have clear analogies not only with one another but also with modern saucer stories and with individual products of the unconscious today.
3. The Spiritual Pilgrim Discovering Another World
The Spiritual Pilgrim Discovering Another World, 19th(?) century woodcut
Jung isn’t certain as to the origin of the woodcut deemed the The Spiritual Pilgrim Discovering Another World. He sees in it a Rosicrucian element, perhaps pointing to the Vision of Ezekiel, which has became a recurring meme among ancient astronaut researchers. In the end, Jung considers this more of a psychological vision than a UFO encounter, stating:
In these symbols we have a prototype of the UFO vision…They cannot be heavenly bodies belonging to our empirical world, but are projected “rotunda” from the inner, four -dimensional world.
4. The Quickening of the Child in the Womb
The Quickening of the Child in the Womb, 12th century manuscript
Hildegard of Bengin was a devout Benedictine abbess who received multiple visions which she perceived as being divine in origin. She was also a gifted composer, one of the most prolific of the 12th century.
In her forties, she felt compelled by God to record her visions, visions she had privately guarded to all but her inner circle. This compulsion led to the illuminated manuscript called the Scivias, Latin for “Know the Ways (of the Lord)”. Over six hundred modern pages long, with 35 images overseen by Hildegard, it is an exceptional piece of religious art (Hildegard followed it up with two more books of visions).
So, did Hildegard dream of little green men?
Well, Jung thinks she did.
Just like Ezekiel; for Jung, UFOs represent something latent in the human subconscious, which Jung conceived as being universal.
In other words, any of us might find ourselves being visited by psychic forces that we deem divine – or alien.
For Jung, these patterns have an existence of their own. He called them Archetypes, and they are the denizens of the Collective Unconscious, the Ur-DreamTime that every human being is exposed to, even though most of us remain unaware of it.
The Archetypes express themselves, be it through dreams, visions or art.
And so, despite the Hildegard’s obvious piety – there’s no hint of “alien” contact in her theology – Jung finds UFOs a plenty – most evidently in the image of the The Quickening of the Child in the Womb.
While acknowledging that the square in the heavens that is tethered to the unborn child represents the Christian Trinity, he still see’s the Archetypal imprint of the UFO phenomenon stamped on the image.
In fact, this is where he digs his teeth in, spending more time on this image than the other three combined, all on a work which is by definition religious.
In fact, as far as Jung is concerned, it proves his point: UFOs are part of our mental makeup, as surely as angels and demons, and always have been. In an increasingly secular world, it makes sense that these archetypal forces would don new clothes.
To put it another way, the Gods of old flew through the heavens on Chariots.
By the middle of the twentieth century, They had upgraded to Starships.
***
So, did Jung think the whole UFO thing was just in people’s heads?
Well, yes, but then again, he thought every thing was just in people’s heads, and the fact they even existed in the collective unconscious made them important.
Still, Jung hedges his bets: he certainly wouldn’t have been surprised if UFOs were shown to have physical reality.
However, for Jung, that wouldn’t change his line of inquiry:
To Be, or Not To Be, that is NOT The Question.
To Dream or Not To Dream, now THAT’s The Question.

EXTRATERRESTRIAL UFO ARE REAL : BEN RICH LOCKHEED SKUNK WORKS DIRECTOR ADMITTED IN HIS DEATHBED CONFESSION
EXTRATERRESTRIAL UFO ARE REAL : BEN RICH LOCKHEED SKUNK WORKS DIRECTOR ADMITTED IN HIS DEATHBED CONFESSION
Ben Rich Lockheed Skunk Works director had admitted in his Deathbed Confession that Extraterrestrial UFO visitors are real and the U.S. Military travel among stars.
According to article published in May 2010 issue of the Mufon UFO Journal [Link] – Ben Rich, the “Father of the Stealth Fighter-Bomber” and former head of Lockheed Skunk Works, had once let out information about Extraterrestrial UFO Visitors Are Real And U.S. Military Travel To Stars
What he said might be new to many people today, but he revealed the information before his death in January 1995. His statements helped to give credence to reports that the U.S. military has been flying vehicles that mimic alien craft.
The article was written by Tom Keller, an aerospace engineer who has worked as a computer systems analyst for NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
1 : “Inside the Skunk Works: A Personal Memoir of My Years of Lockheed (Lockheed’s secret research and development entity), we were a small, intensely cohesive group consisting of about fifty veteran engineers and designers and a hundred or so expert machinists and shop workers. Our forte was building technologically advanced airplanes of small number and of high class for highly secret missions.”
2 : “We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects, and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity. Anything you can imagine, we already know how to do.”
3 : “We now have the technology to take ET home. No, it won’t take someone’s lifetime to do it. There is an error in the equations. We know what it is. We now have the capability to travel to the stars. First, you have to understand that we will not get to the stars using chemical propulsion. Second, we have to devise a new propulsion technology. What we have to do is find out where Einstein went wrong.”
4 : When Rich was asked how UFO propulsion worked, he said, “Let me ask you. How does ESP work?” The questioner responded with, “All points in time and space are connected?” Rich then said, “That’s how it works!”
Ben Rich Lockheed Former Director knew of extraterrestrial UFO visitors
Lockheed “Skunk Works” former director knew the Roswell extraterrestrial UFO influenced designs of Testor model kits for Roswell UFO models, and U.S. top secret aircraft. According to a CNI News report by Colorado resident Michael Lindemann, the design information was derived from forensic illustrations and numerous witness testimonies about the Roswell UFO, provided by William L. “Bill” McDonald.
In an e-mail, dated July 29, 1999, apparently addressed to Lindemann, McDonald referenced an excerpt of a discussion with Harold Puthoff, founder of the highly classified U.S. “remote viewing” program.
McDonald said: “Well Hal, you asked for it! Now that legendary Lockheed engineer and chief model kit designer for the Testor Corporation, John Andrews, is dead, I can announce that he personally confirmed the design connection between the Roswell Spacecraft and the Lockheed Martin Unmanned Combat Air Vehicles (UCAVs), spyplanes, Joint Strike Fighters, and Space Shuttles.
Andrews was a close personal friend of “Skunk Works” director Ben Rich — the hand-picked successor of Skunk Works founder Kelly Johnson and the man famous for the F-117 Nighthawk “Stealth” fighter, its “half-pint” prototype the “HAVE BLUE”, and the top-secret F-19 Stealth Interceptor. Before Rich died of cancer, Andrews took my questions to him.
Dr. Ben R. Rich former Lockheed Skunk Works director confirmed:
1. There are 2 types of UFOs — the ones we build and ones ‘they’ build. We learned from both crash retrievals and actual “hand-me-downs.” The Government knew and until 1969 took an active hand in the administration of that information. After a 1969 Nixon “purge”, administration was handled by an international board of directors in the private sector…
2. Nearly all “biomorphic” aerospace designs were inspired by the Roswell spacecraft — from Kelly’s SR-71 Blackbird onward to today’s drones, UCAVs, and aerospace craft…
3. It was Ben Rich’s opinion that the public should not be told [about UFOs and extraterrestrials] . He believed they could not handle the truth — ever. Only in the last months of his decline did he begin to feel that the “international corporate board of directors” dealing with the “Subject” could represent a bigger problem to citizens’ personal freedoms under the United States Constitution than the presence of off-world visitors themselves.”
Lindemann added that “Bill McDonald received the above information from Andrews from 1994 until their last phone call near Christmas in 1998.” Lindemann also noted “It should also be known that Dr. Ben R. Rich attended a public aerospace designers and engineers conference in 1993 before his illness overwhelmed him in which he stated — in the presence of MUFON Orange County Section Director Jan Harzan and many others that – ‘We’ (i.e., the U.S. aerospace community/military industrial complex) had in it’s possession the technology to “take us to the stars”.
Lockheed Skunkworks Engineer USAF, and CIA Contractor Admitted : UFO Are Real
Don Phillips, “These UFOs were huge and they would just come to a stop and do a 60 degree, 45 degree, 10 degree turn, and then immediately reverse this action”. During the Apollo landing, Neil Armstrong says, “They’re here. They are right over there and looking at the size of those ships., it is obvious they don’t like us being here”. When I was working with the Skunk Works with Kelly Johnson, we signed an agreement with the government to keep very quiet about this.
Anti-gravitational research was going on. We know that there were some captured craft from 1947 in Roswell, they were real. And, yes, we really did get some technology from them. And, yes, we really did put it to work. We knew each other from what we call an unseen industry. We can term it black, deep black, or hidden.
The knowledge I have of these technologies came from the craft that were captured here. I didn`t see the craft, nor did I see the bodies, but I certainly know some of the people that did. There was no question that there were beings from outside the planet.
And if alien were hostile, with their weaponry they could have destroyed us a long time ago .We got these things that are handhold scanners that scan the body and determine what the condition is. We can also treat from the same scanner.
I can tell you personally that we’ve been working on them. And we have ones that can diagnose and cure cancer. One of the purposes I had for founding my technology corporation in 1998 was to bring forth these technologies that can clean the air and can help get rid of the toxins, and help reduce the need for so much fossil fuel. Yes, it is time. I can tell you personally that it has already started. pp. 375 ,383.
What does the United States Government really know about UFOs, and are there secrets about advanced technologies that are being kept from the general public? If so, are these technologies of our own design, or has there been an unnamed source–possibly otherworldly–which can account for their presence on Earth?
As the old saying goes, “there’s nothing new under the sun.” In keeping with this, many in UFO circles–in particular advocates of greater transparency on such issues in government–argue that the United States could possess more knowledge pertaining to the UFO subject than it lets on. Further, it is argued that politicians who have attempted to get to the bottom of the mystery in the past have been met with resistance by those in upper echelons of the so-called “Deep State.”
However, is there any truth to such claims?
Putting ideological attitudes toward this subject aside, there is some legitimacy to the idea. However, to understand the dynamics of the issue, it helps to look at a few notable examples, one of which comes to us as recently as last Friday, when something novel aired on History Channel’s long-running and popular program, Ancient Aliens. In a departure from its usual running list of characters, former Hillary Clinton campaign manager John Podesta made an appearance on the show, discussing his candidate’s long-time advocacy of greater transparency toward the UFO issue.
While much of the content featured on Ancient Aliens takes healthy liberties with what it presents as facts, it is true that Hillary Clinton has a history with the politics (or maybe exopolitics, as it were) of the UFO issue. This goes all the way back to when her husband became President-Elect, and the Arkansas couple were invited by Laurance Rockefeller to his ranch to discuss his interest in the subject; ultimately, this led to the establishment of the UFO Disclosure Initiative to the Clinton White House in 1993.
Also during the recent airing of Ancient Aliens, it was further noted that with the election of Donald Trump, a broader effort toward UFO disclosure was stifled in American politics. This also may be true to some extent (as we’ll see in a moment), although the program’s narration, as provided by other commentators appearing on the show, appeared to insinuate that there could have been something tantamount to a “conspiracy” that orchestrated the entire affair; in other words, that Clinton simply wasn’t allowed to claim the presidency, since doing so might result in the release of UFO secrets to the American public.
In truth, all of this is a new iteration of a long-running narrative which holds that elected officials seeking the truth about UFOs have been repeatedly barred from obtaining such knowledge. The concept has threads that run all the way back to the end of the Second World War, and the supposed acquisition of alien technologies by the U.S. government. Many U.S. Presidents, including Eisenhower, Truman, and others of the postwar era, are implicated in such theories, although with the election of John F. Kennedy, they take on a more sinister tone.
One such narrative, based on a memorandum sent to then-director of NASA James Webb, holds that Kennedy possessed knowledge about UFOs, and wished to have clear communications with the Soviet Union pertaining to what he called “the knowns and unknowns.” This document, while legitimate, seemingly makes reference to unidentified flying objects and Kennedy’s apprehension that the Soviets might mistake such objects for being U.S. technologies. A similar memorandum, dated just days before Kennedy’s assassination, details his request to the CIA that he be briefed on these alleged “unknowns.” Thus, many JFK assassination conspiracy theorists lump the UFO issue in with possible reasons for Kennedy’s death, despite no clear connections that can be made between the two.
While the UFO subject can at least be tangentially linked to nearly every U.S. President, other notable examples include Jimmy Carter’s request to then CIA Director George Herbert Walker Bush about UFO information, to which he responded that Carter, “didn’t have a need to know for that information.” Carter had previously observed a light in the sky that he couldn’t identify while serving as Governor of Georgia; similarly, President Ronald Reagan once observed an object he couldn’t identify while serving as Governor of California.
Returning to Hillary Clinton’s interest in UFOs, prior to the 2016 election, her views on the issue were widely publicized following an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! where she discussed the issue of UAP, as she termed it at the time, and that she and her prospective administration hoped to get to the bottom of it. Also during the 2016 election season, with the release of a number of John Podesta’s private emails by Wikileaks, we learned that the longtime UFO advocate was apparently making allowances (despite the contentious election season) for meetings with other notable UFO advocates like Tom Delonge, in the months leading up to the launch of the former Blink 182 rocker’s To The Stars Academy.
Much of the discussion in the recent episode of Ancient Aliens seemed to rely on the presumption that Clinton, if elected, would have been more successful at releasing UFO data than predecessors that included her husband, former President Bill Clinton. By itself, her election would have been no guarantee that such information–if it exists–would have been revealed. On the other hand, based on her past statements in relation to UFOs, we do know that she would likely have been more proactive in this regard than our current commander in chief, who appears to show no interest in the subject.
Understandably, some might dispute the “if it exists” caveat given earlier, and so to clarify on this point, it is meant to reference prior investigations by researchers like John B. Alexander, Ph.D., who found little evidence of government interest in the UFO subject (see Alexander’s book UFOs: Myths, Conspiracies, and Realities for more on this). Granted, in light of more recent happenings, even Alexander’s well-reasoned assessment of government UFO interest seems in contrast somewhat with news like last December’s New York Times bombshell, which divulged a Pentagon UFO program; and one which, as researcher Paul Dean points out, seems to have at least a couple of different names.
Altogether, while it is certainly novel and noteworthy that someone of John Podesta’s prominence in U.S. politics would appear on a program like Ancient Aliens, it’s not entirely surprising, given his long history of involvement with the subject. However, to further assert that Clinton’s chances of winning the U.S. Presidency were somehow prevented on the basis of her UFO advocacy is a baseless claim; one which builds onto an existing narrative that involves UFO secrecy in the United States, comprised of a few obvious truths… and a lotof rumor and hearsay.
In my previous article – titled “A Strange Tale of a Black-Eyed Boy” – I told the story of a man I spoke with just a couple of weeks ago who suspected that aliens might be infiltrating our society by trying to make themselves appear far more human-like than they would look normally. It’s an undeniably outrageous and over the top theory, but (you knew the “B word” was coming…) there are more than just a few such reports on-file. In the previous article, the witness – “Mike” – described the Black-Eyed Child he encountered in Wimberley, Texas just a few years ago as wearing a black wig and painted-on eyebrows. Mike suggested to me that if the very pale-looking boy (or whatever it was) removed the wig and got rid of the faked eyebrows, then he/it might have appeared very alien-like. Yep, I said it was controversial! While this case is the first one I have come across where a BEC is seen wearing a wig and painted-on eyebrows, there are somewhat similar cases involving the Men in Black and the Women in Black. In fact, there are many of them. Is Mike correct? Are we being infiltrated by strange and unearthly things? Let’s see.
In the latter part of October 23, 1971, the U.S. press reported: “A part-time housekeeper at President Nixon’s Key Biscayne retreat has testified she was put in a hypnotic daze by a stranger who told her to shoplift four dresses. Shirley Cromartie, 32, and a mother of three, pleaded no contest Thursday and was given a suspended sentence after law enforcement officers and a psychiatrist testified they believed she was telling the truth. Mrs. Cromartie holds a security clearance to work in the Florida White House, according to testimony. She said a woman met her in a parking lot and asked the time, then ordered her to take the items and bring them to her.
“Mrs. Cromartie testified she fell into a daze when the young woman released a jasmine-like scent from her left hand. ‘I just sort of lost my will … it was a terrifying experience,’ she testified. Mrs. Cromartie joined the Key Biscayne White House housekeeping staff about a year ago, according to FBI Agent Leo Mc Clairen. He testified her background was impeccable. Dr. Albert Jaslow, a psychiatrist, said he examined her and found she could be hypnotized ‘quickly and easily’ and believed she was telling the truth. ‘But it wasn’t the same when he hypnotized me,’ Mrs. Cromartie said. ‘I couldn’t remember anything afterwards. Whatever that young woman did to me, it was like being in a sleepwalk, only awake.'”
It turns out that the mysterious woman was dressed in black, wore what was clearly a wig and seemed to take control of Mrs. Cromartie’s mind. John Keel – of The Mothman Propheciesfame – suggested that Mrs. Cromartie’s wig-wearing Woman in Black was linked to the bogus, and sometimes wig-wearing, “government census takers” who plagued certain witnesses to the Mothman of Point Pleasant, West Virginia in the 1960s. Keel even went so far as to suggest that the wig-wearing woman put on “…not some small demonstration for the benefit of President Nixon.”
Karen Totten is an artist and sculptor. Her experience with a similar woman is told in Mac Tonnies’ book, The Cryptoterrestrials. Karen said: “[W]hen I was 17 I was working in a small convenience store, when a ‘woman’ came in to buy cigarettes. At first I didn’t pay any attention to her until I saw her hand (when she handed me the money) – it was not like a normal human hand. This startled me so I looked up and saw a very pale entity, wearing a thin black coat (like a rain coat) with collar turned up to cover her neck, a heavy long haired wig, and very large black glasses. This did not entirely hide her strange face: a very pointed chin, scant lip and nose. She did not speak. Took her cigarettes and left! I was kinda stunned. Oddly I cannot remember the details of her hand (though it was the first thing I noticed). Nor do I think she left in a car which was odd since most patrons drove up the store (it was somewhat isolated).“
Karen added: “…whether this entity is a ‘gray’ or a ‘hybrid’, I can only guess. I have never seen what is described as a classic gray alien. Perhaps ‘hybrid’ is most fitting simply because there seems to be some variety of attributes associated with this general category; i.e. that do not fit perfectly with the classic gray alien type (size of head being foremost). Some details that I do recall with some clarity: First, her skin: it was very pale, white with an almost bluish-gray tint to it, and of an unusually smooth texture. I have never seen anything like it before or since. I had previously seen an albino person; it was nothing like that; i.e., her skin was not UN-pigmented though there was an almost translucent quality to it.”
“A Hesitant Believer” is someone who had just such an encounter, too, and only a handful of years ago. He told me: “The woman, who was about 5’6, emaciated, and looked about mid-20s, wore a black evening gown with elbow-length satin gloves and had a clashing bright green knit shawl around her shoulders. She had a short bob haircut with bangs, though it really looked like a poorly cared-for wig. She had the same high forehead, cheekbones, and blue eyes as her partner, although her eyes were more narrow and slightly slanted. Neither one had eyebrows. As I started cleaning up behind the bar, the woman began clearing her throat impatiently, so I walked over to see what they wanted (I wanted them to get the hell out of my bar). That’s when I noticed the stench emanating from this woman. Not only did she smell like she hadn’t bathed in a month, she also smelled like chemicals. I used to apprentice as an embalmer, and I swear that woman smelled just like formalin.”
It’s intriguing to note that the MIB and the WIB encountered by “AHB” lacked eyebrows – just like Mike’s Black-Eyed Child. And, just like the boy, the woman seen by “AHB” wore a wig. Moving on…
In November 2014, I spoke with an elderly woman – Gloria – from Decatur, Texas. In an in-person interview with Gloria, she told me that after seeing a UFO over her home in the summer of 2012, she was visited by a Woman in Black. The visitor was a pale-faced, thin woman of about thirty, wearing a long black wig and dressed in a black jacket, a white blouse, and a flowing, black skirt. And then there were the huge sunglasses. Gloria felt deeply uncomfortable as, upon opening the door, the Woman in Black proceeded to warn her not to talk about the UFO she had encountered the previous day, due to the claim that “the government is concerned.”
There are more of these wig-wearing, sunglasses-wearing figures – and sometimes without eyebrows – than you might think. The cases above are just the tip of the iceberg. Are supernatural/alien entities infiltrating us? Are they doing their best to appear just like us, but clearly failing in the process? Infiltration or not, the fact is that such absolutely bizarre cases abound.

‘STAR PEOPLE’ AND ‘FLYING SHIELDS’ ARE FAMILIAR NOTIONS INSIDE NATIVE AMERICAN TRIBES
‘STAR PEOPLE’ AND ‘FLYING SHIELDS’ ARE FAMILIAR NOTIONS INSIDE NATIVE AMERICAN TRIBES
Cultures with a deep understanding of the metaphysical planes of existence still recall a remote period in time when humans freely interacted with “people from the stars,” and it all happened on this planet we call our home.
Prior to the merciless conquest of the Americas by the rapacious Europeans, there were various cultures in these areas not sharing the beliefs of the colonialists, but instead possessing unique belief systems, as well as precious ancient knowledge.
Much of this information had been eradicated by the colonialists of that era, but several ideologies were fortunate enough to surpass the test of time and are now offering bewildering insight, since these ancient concepts are contradictory to the established Western paradigm.
Surviving tribes speak of the “Star People,” a term referring to various beings of otherworldly origins who at some point in time descended from the sky in order to share some of their wisdom with the early inhabitants of the Earth worthy of their “gifts” of knowledge.
These timeworn peoples had established contact with diverse species of advanced extraterrestrials, proof of this standing the multitude of myths depicting such encounters.
Although disconnected by millenary periods of time, former cultures of the Americas speak of flying objects and technology so advanced that it could have been confused with magic. The narratives of the Native American tribes are particularly luxuriant in details.
“My people tell of Star People who came to us many generations ago,” writes Richard Wagamese of the Wabaseemoong First People.
“The Star people brought spiritual teachings and stories and maps of the cosmos and they offered these freely. They were kind, loving and set a great example. When they left us, my people say there was a loneliness like no other.”
And he goes on saying that:
“If Star people did come to the Ojibway, where did they go? Where did they come from? Who brought teachings to them? What scientific magic did they own that allowed them to make such an incredible journey – and is it possible for us?”
Hopi Indians know they owe much of their cultural heritage to their ancestors who came from the Pleidaes, and much of their lifestyle seems analog to the depicted attitude of those aliens.
Does this prove their origins myths hold more truth than fiction? It could very well be the case.
Petroglyph at Legend Rock close to the Thermopolis, Wyoming
The Dakota people allude to the same star cluster as the place from where their ancestors had arrived.
Not far from them are the Cree, who believe that at some point in remote history, their founding fathers descended from the stars, just that in spirit form, and have later materialized into human beings.
Lakota natives speak of mystical celestial entities which developed energy shields around them whenever transcending into the material world. They were often seen as luminous orbs of light and would sometimes adopt gifted children to journey with them across the cosmos.
This entire concept of alien visitors is not at all new or unknown to the Native Americans, but they perceive this topic from a more spiritual point of view than us Westerners.
Author of Plains Cree, Stephane Wuttunee explains this more thoroughly in a UFO digest article:
“[My people] give far greater attention to the seeking of the spiritual understanding of things rather than going after ‘the truth’ as people from dominant cultures do. This is part of the reason why we tend to stand back and view or listen at first, rather than bare in with questions or take the hard, direct approach.”
The tightness of Wuttunee’s community allowed him to lend an ear to the stories of his elders which comprised information that had been passed down one generation after another.
The stories often reminded of “distant relations and Star People living among the stars” that had established contact with his tribe.
“Far from being anything to be feared, Star People was just another term i grew up around,” acknowledged Wuttunee in his paper.
“I remember listening in awe and fascination at the thought of us having relations that lived off and outside our world, and sometimes spoke to them in my silent moments at night. I wanted to know who they were and what they looked like, if they had families like us and so on.”
“It wasn’t until my later teens that I discovered that people from the dominant culture were talking about the same ‘people’ as my elders did, though each sides’s sense of perception of these people seemed radically different from one another.”
So, could Wuttunee’s words be the product of our modern-day understanding of extraterrestrials combined with the imaginative nature of his elderly’s tales?
It could be, but the fact that Native Americans have been talking about “flying shields” since forever speaks in favor of another reality.
Hopi petroglyphs displaying Star People and their “flying shields” hovering above their heads
Before the UFO phenomenon became a widespread media phenomenon, an Oglala Sioux mystic known as Black Elk (1863/1950) who had cruised along Buffalo Bill during his Wild West Show, depicted one of his UFO encounters, proving that such meetings were not just some isolated event, but they were instead embedded into the lives and culture of Native Americans.
“So, when I went to vision quest, that disk came from above. The scientists call that an unidentified flying object, but that’s a joke, see? Because they are not trained, they lost contact with the wisdom, power and gift.”
“So that disk landed on top of me. It was concave, and there was another on top of that. It was silent, but it lit and luminesced like neon lights…Then these little people came, but each little group spoke a different language.
“They could read minds, and I could read their minds. I could read them. So there wa silent communication. You could read it, like when you read silent symbols in a book. So we were able to communicate…They are human, so I welcomed them. I said, ‘Welcome, Welcome…”
There’s no denial that all Native American tribes maintain a vigorous bound with Mother Earth. They refer to themselves as the “original caretakers” of the Earth and condemn the Western path towards inevitable destruction.
According to them, the bond between this planet and her children has been severely disrupted, and this uprooting phenomenon humans are experiencing right now is the exact reason why it has become so hard to maintain connection with the Star People.
At the same time they offer a key to unlock this ancient and sacred union between the ETs and ourselves.
It comes in the form of a global awakening, a shift in consciousness that would make us once again worthy of reaching out (or being reached) by these advanced beings.
This may sound appealing and somehow realistic in the future, but I’m afraid that all Earth’s creatures are in the same boat, and the powers that be have all the necessary means to blow an irreparable hole through the deck, serving us all a one-way-ticket to the blackness of space.
Conspiracy Theorists Wonder Whether Clinton Lost Because the Deep State Wanted to Stop Her From Releasing Secret Alien Files
No, you’re not in the Twilight Zone: That really was Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign chairman and former White House Chief of Staff John Podesta on Ancient AliensFriday night.
The long-running History Channel series is a haven for believers in the government/UFO conspiracy, alien abductions, and “The Reptilians.” (Season 8, Episode 5: “Could ancient myths about reptilian creatures provide evidence that they are more than just a pop-culture creation?”). The show has even pondered whether the moon is hollow and houses a secret alien base (Season 11, Episode 11).
This weekend Ancient Aliens kicked off its 13th season with a review of efforts to get the federal government to release its treasure trove of documents and data on what really happened at Roswell, Area 51, etc.
And there—in between artist renditions of flying saucers and interviews with UFO conspiracy theorists like Georgio Tsoukalos and Stephen Bassett—was well-known Democrat politico John Podesta. Among the conspiracies promoted in this new (ahem) “documentary” is the suggestion that the real reason Hillary lost an impossible-to-lose campaign in 2016 wasn’t the Russians or the FBI.
It was aliens.
As conspiracy-debunker Jason Colavito says in his review of the episode:
“The show speculates that Clinton would have led a UFO disclosure movement had she won the presidency in 2016, and there is a strange implication that ‘the CIA and the Pentagon were worried about Hillary Clinton’ and therefore arranged for her to lose the election.”
John Podesta’s obsession with alien encounters and government disclosure is no secret. The Washington Postand others have written about it in the past. And video of Podesta’s 2002 appearance in a press event urging the government to release all its UFO files has a staple of “The Truth Is Out There” documentary industry.
Podesta’s passion has even made an appearance in the #Russiagate story, as InsideSources has reported. Among the Podesta emails released by Wikileaks during the 2016 campaign were several from Blink-182 front man (and UFO activist) Tom DeLonge referencing “Classified Science,” “DOD topics” and Roswell.
What is unusual about the latest Ancient Aliens episode (“The UFO Conspiracy”) is Podesta’s decision to sit down for an on-camera interview, participating directly in the program.
“Right after I left law school, I started working on that at the Department of Justice then at the Senate Judiciary Committee, and then when I worked for President Clinton’s White House,” Podesta says to the camera. “I was one of the people spearheading an initiative to declassify what turned out to be over a billion pages of documents that were resident at the national archives in President Clinton’s case. I think he was interested in the phenomenon.”
Podesta also discusses supposedly alien materials found at alleged UFO crash sites, materials currently in the possession of budget-hotel-billionaire-turned-aerospace-exec Robert Bigelow. “There were also indications that there were certain polymers that were discovered at crash sites that were unexplained and reviewed,” Podesta claims.
Podesta’s expertise on polymers may be suspect, but he knows his politics. In fact, there are a surprising number of political names in the episode: The Clintons; former Senators Harry Reid, Daniel Inouye and Ted Stevens; George Stephanopoulos, even President Obama who, the History Channel reminds us, oversaw the CIA’s release of 13 million documents, many of which related to the UFO issue.
These document dumps, according to conspiracy-theorist Bennett, are “all part of an effort to move us in a direction that we can accept as a society [the fact that] extraterrestrials are here and have been here for thousands of years.”
But are we ready? “Secretary Clinton was also interested in the topic” of releasing UFO documentation and was very open about that fact “if elected, she would have ordered a more thorough declassification review,” Podesta says.
After this statement from Hillary’s campaign manager, the show’s narrator intones: “Many believe that if Clinton had won, there would have been a seismic shift from the government’s long-held policy of secrecy concerning UFO investigations to a new policy of full disclosure.”
Is this the answer to Hillary’s question “What Happened?” That’s certainly the documentary makers’ implication:
“The CIA, the Pentagon, they were worried about Hillary Clinton…winning the presidency and going to the Pentagon and basically saying, ‘you’re going to get me the information I need to disclose the extraterrestrial presence, or I’m going to fire every single one of you,’” Bassett says.
He’s followed by Linda Moulton Howe, whose previous work includes “Neil Armstrong’s Secret: UFO’s on the Moon?”
“As this year of 2016 went forward. We all expected that this headline that we’ve been waiting for that is going to break,” she said. “John Podesta was trying to get ready to open up [the fact] that we’re not alone in the universe.”
“All of that crashed when a different person became president of the United States,” Howe said.
Was Hillary Clinton’s historic loss engineered by shadowy government figures afraid she would expose their relationship with our alien overlords? Was the real villain of 2016 the “Cigarette-Smoking Man?”
The truth it out there. On cable TV. And it stars John Podesta.
"James Cameron's Story of Sci-Fi" launches tonight on AMC at 10 PM Eastern. The first episode of this six-part series focuses on aliens and how they've been portrayed in science fiction.
Here in the real world, scientists have spent more than a half-century actively listening to the sky and searching for E.T. This is their story.
“Are we alone in the universe?”
Humans have been pondering this question since medieval times, and probably long before. But for most of history, people had little more than low-tech telescopes and highly active imaginations with which to explore the idea that there’s life out there in the cosmos. Not anymore.
“After a millennia of asking the priests and philosophers what we should believe about life somewhere else, we suddenly have the tools,” Jill Tarter told Popular Mechanics. “We can explore instead of believe.”
As the former director of the Center for SETI Research at the SETI Institute, Tarter has led the painstaking search for life beyond Earth. Even though such a discovery would deeply transform society as we know it, SETI operates on a shoestring budget.
"It has had this... 'giggle factor,’” says Stephen Garber, a policy analyst in the NASA History Division and author of severalreports about NASA’s decades-long flirtation with SETI. “It [gained] this bad reputation...It was...an uphill battle for members of Congress to think it was a worthwhile science."
Of course, great scientists throughout history have been ignored, disregarded, and laughed at while trying to find answers to humanity's greatest questions. Will SETI scientists fine their vindication?
The Search Begins

In 1960, 29-year-old radio astronomer Frank Drake at the National Radio Astronomy Observatory in Green Bank, West Virginia, lead humanity’s first organized search for interstellar radio transmissions. Fulfilling a dream he had since he was an eight-year-old living in Chicago, Drake pointed the observatory’s 85-foot radio telescope at two far-flung stars—Tau Ceti in the constellation Cetus and Epsilon Eridani in the constellation Eridanus. These stars are some 66 trillion miles away from Earth and about the same age as our sun. He called it Project Ozma, in honor of the fictional queen of Oz.
For six hours a day over the next two months, Drake and his team listened on a single frequency (1420 MHz) for signs of intelligent life. The hope was to hear a succession of uniform pulses or perhaps a numbering system, like a series of prime numbers. And, early on, they did.
FOR SIX HOURS A DAY AND OVER THE NEXT TWO MONTHS ON A SINGLE FREQUENCY, DRAKE AND HIS TEAM LISTENED FOR SIGNS OF INTELLIGENT LIFE.
The team stumbled across a strong, periodic, pulsating signal. Excited, they investigated further, but discovered that the signal was actually Earth-based, thought at an altitude thought impossible for modern aircraft to reach. Soon the rest of the world discovered what Drake and his team had heard—a U-2 spy plane had been shot down by the Soviet Union.
Undeterred, Drake still pondered the otherworldly. Using this first experiment and a few other calculations, Drake conjured a formula for figuring out the likelihood of intelligent extraterrestrial life contacting Earth. He called it the Drake Equation.
Drake's famous formula takes the number of stars born per year in the Milky Way that could conceivably host life-sustaining worlds, and multiples that by variety of factors including the fraction of stars that could have planets, the conditions for life, and the probability that the society is advanced enough to communicate beyond its own planet. Finally, that number is multiplied by a predicted average lifetime of advanced societies.
Drake’s equation.
UNIVESITY OF ROCHESTER
Drake admitted later that he was amazed that the equation became “one of the great icons of science because it didn’t take any deep intellectual effort or insight on my part.” His intention was simply to take a big idea and boil it down so that even beginners could understand what’s required to create advanced lifeforms.
Nonetheless, Drake concluded that more than 10,000 societies brimmed with intelligent life and were capable of reaching out to Earth. “[Drake’s estimate] of 10,000 galactic communicative societies is just as good today as it was in 1961,” says Seth Shostak, senior astronomer at the SETI Institute and author of the book Confessions of an Alien Hunter. “We still can’t make an [exact] calculation, [but it’s] an informed guess.”

Around the same time, Giuseppe Cocconi and Philip Morrison from Cornell University theorized that aliens would contact us via electromagnetic waves and over the frequency of 1420 MHz. The reason: That is the emission frequency of hydrogen, which, as any advanced species would know, is the most abundant element in the universe. The hydrogen hypothesis was just the beginning of a flood of ideas about how to find E.T.
In 1966, astrophysicist Carl Sagan speculated in his book Intelligent Life in the Universe that perhaps extraterrestrials had already come to Earth at some point in the planet’s history. Then five years later, during the apex of Apollo mania, NASA published the fateful Project Cyclops report.
Led by John Billingham and Bernard Oliver, the report laid out a bold and ambitious plan about how public funding could greatly enhance the search for intelligent life in the cosmos. One of the most prominent recommendations was doing away with big, self-contained radio telescopes and replacing with an array of radio telescopes in order to increase the total collecting area and thereby improve the sensitivity. A large number of small antennas not only cost less than one big one, but could be configured to look at many different spots in the sky simultaneously.
The report also offered that while 1420 MHz was perhaps the most likely frequency to meet our cosmic neighbors, it wasn’t the only place that a signal could be heard. It suggested stretching the search from 1000 MHz to 10,000 MHz with particular attention being paid to 1420 MHz to 1666 MHz, where the neutral form of hydroxyl radiates. This area on the dial that was coined the “water hole” due to the abundance of hydrogen and hydroxl—which together make water.
In the end, Project Cyclops never came to be. While the report did recommend starting with “minimum systems” and making additions until making contact or “until a new and superior technology was discovered,” the grand ambitions and the hefty price tag—with estimates reaching between $6 to $10 billion—were too much for Congress to approve.
“HERE WAS AN OLD QUESTION THAT HUMANITY HAD BEEN ASKING FOREVER AND I WAS IN THE RIGHT PLACE AND HAD THE RIGHT SKILLS.”
The report admits that there needed to be immense buy-in to make the project worthwhile, “to justify such an effort, which may require billions of dollars and decades of time, we must truly believe that other intelligent life exists and that contact with it would be enormously stimulating and beneficial to mankind.”
Regardless of its demise, Project Cyclops became a sacred text for those who truly believed in SETI. Tarter read the report while she was a graduate student at Berkeley. She was a computer programmer at the time and was the only one who knew how to program the PDP-8, the outdated computer that analyzed voltage signals from Berkeley's telescope at Hat Creek, a telescope in search for anything that’s particularly non-human.
Reading the report would change her life.
“Here was an old question that humanity had been asking forever and I was in the right place and had the right skills,” says Tarter, who also got her PhD in astrophysics, “this was a big question I could work on... and maybe help find an answer, too.”

While denied billions of dollars to extend humanity's search in the galaxy, Project Cyclops showed that there was an appetite for government-funded SETI research. By the late 1970s, NASA’s Ames Research Center and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Pasadena both had established SETI programs. Tarter worked on these programs and but the Cold War UFO craze made things difficult.
“Our early years... were dedicated to distancing ourselves from that pseudoscience,” says Tarter, “and showing that this was a rigorous scientific exploration.” They did this by simply approaching it the way it would have for any other science: writing lots of papers, proposals, giving presentations, and lobbying to be in prestigious reports.
This included the 1977 “Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence” report, written by many who were involved in Project Cyclops, in which it attempts to persuade the world that SETI was timely, feasible, prudent, and could be done at a lower cost (though it never proposes even an estimated dollar amount). The report even threw in some red terror by highlighting the advances the Soviets were making in the field, a powerful political motivator at the time.

NASA reports also advocated for “the search for extraterrestrial intelligence [to] be supported and continued at a modest level as a long-term NASA research program.” While not government supported, much attention was paid to Sagan and Drake's 1974 collaborative effort to send out a binary message to our possible cosmic pals using the Arecibo Observatory telescope in Puerto Rico, at the time the world's largest single-aperture telescope.
Tarter says it took awhile, but due to these projects they eventually had enough support from outside of the government to establish the non-profit SETI Institute in late 1984 with Tarter was one of its founders.
“Suddenly, all of this money was freed up to actually do science, build instruments, and figure out how to observe,” says Tarter. At the same time, the Planetary Society, co-founded by Carl Sagan, also began listening to the sky, not to mention many other teams doing the same across the world.
In 1988, NASA headquarters formally endorsed SETI research and, with an increase in federal funding, started building out needed hardware and training. It culminated in the 1992 Columbus Day announcement of a ten-year, $100-million SETI program called “High-Resolution Microwave Survey," which would focus on targeted searching and all-sky surveying.
While this was certainly a win for scientists, Congress wasn’t so happy. During the 1991 budget debate, Congressmen Silvio Conte made the case for all of those who didn’t want to believe. “We cannot spend money on curiosity today when we have a deficit,” the Congressman said, saying one could spend “75 cents to buy a tabloid [with reports of aliens] at the local supermarket.”
“WE CANNOT SPEND MONEY ON CURIOSITY TODAY WHEN WE HAVE A DEFICIT.”
Two years later, Congress cut off federal funding of SETI. On September 22, 1993, Senator Richard Bryan proposed a last-minute amendment to kill the agreed-upon $100 million program, saying SETI had not yet found any evidence of extraterrestrial intelligence and there was no guarantee they ever would. The money, he believed, was being wasted, and the majority of the Senate agreed.
“We’ve been able to be more aggressive and bold than we might have been,” says Tarter, relating how the cuts affected SETI. “[But] if we have had level and sustained funding over that period, we would have been able to attract the best and brightest of the younger generation.
"We might have had some breakthroughs that we haven’t.”
Narrowing the Search
Seth Shostak, senior astronomer at SETI.

In the two plus decades since the split, privately-funded SETI programs have popped up across the country. While few in number, the SETI Institute, Harvard and Berkeley all have well-known programs. Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen funded the Allen Telescope Array at California's Hat Creek Radio Observatory, which went online in 2007, and internationally, China is also searching the skies.
“It’s actually a better way to do science so you all are not duplicating the same ideas others have,” says Shostak.
The biggest technological changes over the past few decades were faster equipment, more sensitive receivers, the increased importance of optical searching, and the ability to monitor millions of channels at once.
Shostak says SETI monitors about 70 million channels all at once, so if our extraterrestrial friends want to reach out, we have a better chance of hearing them.
"I BET EVERYBODY...THAT WE WOULD FIND INTELLIGENT LIFE WITHIN TWO DOZEN YEARS...NOT MICROBES. I’M TALKING ABOUT ALIENS."
It’s thanks to this improved tech as well as NASA’s help that we now know more about our potential cosmic neighbors. Although in an unofficial capacity, NASA has helped SETI discover more about our potential cosmic neighbors in the past 25 years. Although expected to run out of fuel in the next few months, the nine-year-old Kepler Mission successfully confirmed over 2,300 previously unknown planets in our galaxy. Thirty of those planets are potentially in the habitable zone, meaning they are similar size and in a temperature region where liquid water could pool on the surface.
In other words, those 30 planets could be candidates for intelligent life and are perfect targets for SETI’s radio telescopes. “These are all candidates,” says Shostak, “They are like lottery tickets. Most are bad, but maybe not all.” NASA’s newly launched TESS will continue where Kepler left off in an ongoing search for “Goldilocks” planets.
“I bet everybody...that we would find intelligent life within two dozen years," Shostak says. "Not microbes. I’m talking about aliens.”
But what exactly would first contact look like? Shostak says it would be nothing like what we see in the movies.
It would probably be in the form of a radio bleep or a narrow band signal coming from a star system. Anti-climatically, it would takes hours, if not days, for numerous tests to be run to confirm it was in fact legitimate. If the signal was determined to be extraterrestrial, we would probably immediately start looking for more.
The entire world would likely get involved, pooling equipment, expertise, and money to help with the search. NASA would get back into the SETI game overnight, and we would try to figure out if it was a message.
“It would be the biggest astronomical research project of all time,” he says.
For now, we appear to be alone in the universe, but the nature of scientific reason would suggest otherwise.
“If we are alone, then we are a miracle,” says Shostak. “That’s usually a assumption in science.”

ALIEN CONCEPTS AN INTERVIEW WITH DR JOHN MACK
ALIEN CONCEPTS AN INTERVIEW WITH DR JOHN MACK
John Mack’s research into alien abductions has thrust him far out of the academic mainstream, yet the Harvard psychiatrist and his Program for Extraordinary Experience Research soldier on, constructing a “science of the sacred.”
“Virgin area — exciting,” John Mack wrote in a 1964 note to himself. He was referring to an opportunity to develop new ways of delivering mental-health services at a Massachusetts hospital. But that spirit of enthusiasm and risk-taking is a neat summation of the Harvard psychiatrist’s long and controversial career as a scientist and activist.
Mack has never shied from exploring frontiers. While most of his colleagues toiled away quietly in Harvard’s ivory tower, Mack protested nuclear tests in Nevada, flew to war-torn Lebanon to try his hand at Middle East diplomacy and drank toasts with Soviet colleagues in cold war Moscow. And most famously, he listened to people who told him tales of alien visitations and abductions-and believed them.
His behavior, unusual for an Ivy League academic, has made the lanky 71-year-old a figure of fun for the mainstream, a well-meaning modern-day Don Quixote to those with progressive leanings and a knight on a white horse to those who believe aliens are among us. Yet even those friends and colleagues dismissive of Mack’s abduction theories acknowledge his deep-seated commitment to tackling problems at all levels — personal, social and spiritual. “His really important insight is that people can change, that they can crack open,” says one academic friend.
Another friend says that at Mack’s core is a passion to understand and ease human suffering. Ironically, Mack’s unusual journey into the alien realm has reaped him his own share of suffering, from damage to his professional credibility to loss of old friends and the breakup of a long marriage.
Mack himself seems at a loss to explain why he is who he is, given a background lacking in either social activism or spiritual matters. A self-described introspective child, he was born into a family of prosperous German Jewish academics in New York. His father read the Bible, but only as literature in that atheistic household.
But suffering was not an abstract concept in his early life. Mack’s biological mother died of a ruptured appendix when he was only eight months old. His mother’s sister later married a Holocaust survivor, a man who became an expert in group process and psychotherapy. Another uncle was mentally ill and eventually lobotomized. “That was a big factor in my choosing to go into psychiatry,” he says. The dark-brick insane asylums that he and his family passed during trips to the country haunted him. By age 12, he was hunting out psychology books in his school library.
After finishing medical school and marrying Sally Stahl in 1959, they left for Mack’s two-year stint in Japan as an Air Force psychiatrist, where the first of their three sons was born. The culture shock was intense. Life there, he recalled later, taught him how “fantastically ethnocentric and ecologically destructive we Americans can be.” The family returned to the United States, and Mack plunged into Harvard psychiatry in the 1960s, when ideas about mental health were being overhauled. He played a key role in creating a novel psychiatric clinic for both in- and outpatients at a derelict Cambridge city hospital that Harvard University had taken over.
But ever the intellectual peripatetic, Mack’s fascination with T. E. Lawrence led him to write an in-depth biography of the enigmatic man who played a key role in Middle East politics, and in 1977 the effort earned him the Pulitzer Prize. Lawrence lived out a creative vision of changing the world that intrigued — one of his friends says obsessed — Mack.
By the early ’80s, when he had entered what for most tenured professors would be comfortable middle age, Mack, at the urging of his children, was drawn into two more virgin territories — the realm of spiritual questing and the world of political activism. He experimented with holotropic breathwork, est and psychedelic drugs. And he was drawn into Middle East politics, meeting solo with Yassir Arafat in Beirut to discuss prospects for peace. Next he threw himself into the growing antinuclear effort during the Reagan years, exploring the psychosocial aspects of the nuclear-war threat and testifying before Congress on such issues as children’s nightmares of an atomic holocaust. Eventually he turned to a more active role; his entire family was arrested in 1986 at the government’s Nevada Test Site for protesting underground nuclear detonations.
His breathwork in particular set the stage for his interest in aliens. “I was open to the possibility that there was a world beyond that which could be seen,” he recalls. Mack began seeing patients who described a variety of alien encounters, and then he created the Program for Extraordinary Experience Research (PEER) within Harvard’s Center for Psychology & Social Change. (Currently neither the center nor PEER is affiliated with Harvard.) His 1994 book on the subject (Abduction), which focuses on interviews that detail the experiences of a handful of the 70 people who said they were abducted, provoked ridicule and outrage in the mainstream media and a Harvard investigation into his scientific methods. Undaunted, Mack has soldiered on, gathering more data and interviewing people from all over the world, publishing Passport to the Cosmos: Human Transformation and Alien Encounters in 1999, which focused on alien-related myths and experiences in native cultures, from the Amazon to southern Africa.
In person, Mack has the cautious traits of a scholar, the wariness of a maligned media figure and the innocent enthusiasm of a young college student discovering himself. During a lengthy interview at PEER headquarters — a nondescript Cambridge walkup that resembles a postdoc’s apartment — Mack talked with New Age about his latest frontier. What follows is a much-shortened and edited transcript.
Q. What was your first encounter with the alien phenomenon?
A. I read an article that treated the phenomenon as a spiritual emergency, and a colleague in my breathwork training program took me to see Budd Hopkins [author of several alien-related books] in January 1990. At first I didn’t believe it was possible to encounter beings from beyond the Earth, but it became apparent that I didn’t have any other way to explain what was happening: If different people who are not connected have the same detailed experience, then you are not dealing with an internally generated effect. So I got curious.
Q. How do you test the reliability of these claims?
A. I do a careful psychological evaluation of their mental states, take their psychological history — the standard clinical exam and, in some early cases, batteries of psychological testing. I will get character witnesses to assess whether they embellish the truth. And there is something more, which I’m still struggling with. It is feeling that a person is speaking as if they’ve been there — this comes from body language, the look in their eye, from having no other agenda. I’m working to better define this.
Q. So do you see what you are doing as science?
A. I have to be open to the fact that there are realms or dimensions of reality that I don’t know about. Knowing is not the same when you can’t create a controlled experiment, but there still can be reliable ways of knowing. I can’t create an experiment that brings a bunch of UFOs together. But I do believe there is a quality of openness of mind and rigor we can apply. We can develop standards of authenticity, reliability, multiplicity of witnesses. This might be considered a science of the sacred or of human experience.
Q. What kinds of standards do you envision for such a science?
A. We have an anomalous-experiences project at PEER, which came out of a 1999 workshop on the topic that included theologists, anthropologists, astrophysicists and philosophers. We are looking not just at the abduction phenomenon, but near-death experiences and other such phenomena that don’t fall into a single discipline. And we want to explore traditions where there are, if not standards, witnessing and truth-telling traditions — that is, methods of how you decide who to take seriously. The Buddhist and Catholic traditions deal with this in detail, for example in determining what is a miracle and what is not. Father Corrado Balducci, a retired gentleman close to the Vatican, once shocked me by saying that the Church takes very seriously these reports of UFOs and abduction encounters because there seem to be so many reliable witnesses. The Church has a tradition of determining who is a reliable witness. I began to think about this notion of the sacred witness, or the witness of the sacred. We don’t want to take on, for example, Catholic or Buddhist standards wholesale, but they can be guides.
Q. So these standards could be applied to all sorts of anomalous experiences?
A. The new age world is filled with people working on everything from alien experiences to channeling, but there are no real criteria to tell you what to take seriously. There’s been appropriate criticism of a lot of new age work. Just because someone says he or she channels something doesn’t make it truthful. The scientific method has ways of deciding on the reliability of physical evidence. But if there is no physical evidence — no physical marks on the body, for example — there has to be a way to take data and determine its validity.
Q. Are you trying too hard to drag science into an area that is the domain of religion?
A. Barbara McClintock, a Nobel Prize winner in genetics, described her way of knowing as highly subjective. She would fall in love with ears of corn; she fused with what she was working with. Of course, after you’ve learned in that interconnected subjective way, then you use your rational mind to add it up and make sense of it. But your instrument of knowing is your whole self, your intuitive self, your full consciousness. What really good scientists and those who take us “beyond the veil” have in common is full engagement with that other self, with the matter at hand.
Q. You say breathwork opened you up to other worldviews. How did this unfold?
A. I realized I was not stuck in my academic, psychoanalytic tower — I expanded out of my shell. I had this sense of connection with all these people that was unexplainable to me. This sense that each of us were in some way open and loving people — and the same, that we were one in a way, and under natural conditions that we can connect in a way that is quite different from the usual competitive isolation in which we live.
Q. How does this relate to aliens?
A. We are spiritual beings connected with other life forms and the cosmos in a profound way, and the cosmos itself contains a numinous intelligence. It’s not just dead matter and energy.
Q. Are your ideas about abduction more accepted now by the mainstream than in 1994?
A. No, on the contrary. There are those who fear what they see as a danger of the return of the irrational. But on the fringes there is also a growing excitement and interest in understanding reality not known by the traditional scientific method. So there is a kind of heating up, not of a paradigm war, but a not-very-friendly discourse between contending worldviews.
Q. Alien “experiencers” are considered crazy by the mainstream. Do you see them as an oppressed minority?
A. The ridicule of these individuals and the dismissal of their stories has profound moral implications. A society cannot long survive if its truth tellers are rejected. I believe these witnesses are truthful, regardless of the fact that what they are talking about can’t be true from the dominant materialist worldview. And their dismissal does make them a kind of suppressed minority. I began to see that the outright dismissal of the testimony of reliable witnesses was because what they reported wasn’t consistent with the dominant worldview.
Q. How do you react to the weird varieties of aliens abductees describe?
A. The whole business of the demographics of alien beings is quite humorous in a way — blond ones, reptilian ones, insectlike ones, praying mantis-like ones and of course the grays. The whole thing in a way is comical. And then you get into what star system are they from. It’s almost like a cosmic joke. . . . When a culture become sterile and complacent and locked into a limited worldview, the trickster shows up and shakes up the whole system.
Q. So do you personally believe in this phenomenon?
A. It’s a no-brainer. It can’t be accounted for in purely interpsychic ways. Many people are having these experiences around the world, spontaneously. It has to come from somewhere, what William James called a “provocation from without.” I see it in the context of the global ecological crisis. The Earth is a source of creation and life, and out of ignorance, greed and aggression, we are destroying it. I see an awakening of consciousness about this, a spiritual reconnection with the sacred, with the divine.
Q. Has the personal and professional toll taken by delving into abductions been too high?
A. I don’t have regrets. Although there have been critics and attacks, I’ve met so many incredible people who are open to new knowledge. I’ve probably gained more colleagues and friends since I began this than I had in the period before — they are just different. I don’t resonate in the same way with a number of other people. Life is short, and one tends to gravitate to people one is in tune with. It’s been more of an expansion of my horizons and an opening to exciting connections and possibilities than it has been a suffering. What’s enabled me to feel on the whole pretty good is that people are starting to research other anomalies of other kinds. And there have been a lot of pioneers before me.
Q. Do you want to have an abduction experience?
A. I don’t think so. One reason is it is often scary, but I think I could handle that. Second, my reliability and role as a witness of the witnesses depends on my being clean on that score. I’ve seen examples in which investigators who had experiences or acknowledged their experiences really lost credibility as investigators. I feel myself to have a different role. I don’t even let myself think of that too much.

Universe Is Too Big For Extraterrestrial Life To Get Here… Wrong!
Universe Is Too Big For Extraterrestrial Life To Get Here… Wrong!
In our daily mundane lives, we are oblivious to much of the Universes grand weirdnesses. Our neurology has evolved to react to and manipulate its environment. To survive. Our minds and our intellect are forever separate and silent witness to the Universe. Many of science’s grandest and profound discoveries go against all those billions of years of evolutionary programming. On the surface, they do not make colloquial sense. Our sense which is a product of a long line of evolutionary winners, the ones that managed to survive to breeding age. Each and every one of us is the product of a very long unbroken line of winners.
The Universe has no obligation to make sense. The advanced science of the last century began to shed light on some of the more intriguing and profoundly bizarre physical characteristics of the Cosmos. It is one of these counter-intuitive bizarre physical characteristics that can if not destroy the old argument that the “Universe is too big for extraterrestrials to get here” it will put a huge kink in it.
We all have heard about light speed. It is an old staple in TV and Movies. The true implications of Special Relativity on what happens at light speed are not usually discussed with any actual substance on TV shows or documentaries. For some people, my explanation and supposition will be a new interpretation.
We must consider several aspects of Albert Einstein’s magnum opus “Special Relativity”.
Note: The following is an import part to understand to follow my suppositions later on.
One of the bizarre characteristics is what is called “Time Dilation”. A good example that some people have heard of is called the “Twin Paradox”. Embracing the twin paradox is an important first step as you dip your toe into the nonintuitive world of special relativity. If you dig a little deeper into the links given here (and show a little determination), hopefully, you’ll begin to be more comfortable that Einstein really was right.
One must be very careful. The “relativity” in the theory’s name comes from the absolute core premise of Einstein’s idea, which is that nothing is absolute. If you are standing on a train platform and a train whizzes by, you would say that a person on the train is moving. On the other hand, a person sitting on the train would say that he is stationary and that you are moving. Relativity says that both of you are right. Who is moving and who is stationary is just a matter of perspective, and the laws of physics must work equally well for both people.
But this raises a conundrum when applied to the question of moving clocks. How can moving clocks tick more slowly than stationary ones if the question of who is moving is a matter of opinion? If I can say you are moving and your clock is slow, and if you can say I am moving and my clock is slow, something is inconsistent.
This longstanding question about special relativity is called the twin paradox. Suppose one in a set of twins sets off in a spaceship, travels to a distant star and then returns. On both legs of the trip, he accelerates to high velocity and then coasts for most of the journey. According to the “moving clocks tick slower” premise, the twin who stays on Earth will have experienced one duration, while the traveling twin will have experienced another, slower duration. The spacefaring twin will return to Earth younger than his homebody brother.
“But wait,” says the traveling twin, “according to my definition, I was just sitting there on my stationary spaceship while the Earth zoomed away from me and then zoomed back. By all rights, Earth twin should be younger!”
The solution to this seeming paradox has to do with the idea of a reference frame, which is central to special relativity. “Reference frame” is just a fancy term that means “the world according to me,” putting each person at the center of his or her universe. All “inertial” observers — those who don’t experience any acceleration — will agree that the homebody never changed his reference frame. He just sat there. Similarly, all observers will agree that the traveler lived in two reference frames, one moving away from Earth and one returning. Any third observer coasting through space will see that the homebody’s velocity doesn’t change while the traveler’s velocity does.
The law of relativity takes the traveler’s two reference frames into account. Thus the so-called paradox isn’t really a paradox. While the question of who is moving is a matter of opinion, the question of who has experienced two reference frames is not.
This is not just unfounded claims, it has been proven way back in 1971. In 1971, American physicists Joseph Hafele and Richard Keating verified time dilation at low relative velocities by flying extremely accurate atomic clocks around the Earth on commercial aircraft. They measured elapsed time to an accuracy of a few nanoseconds and compared it with the time measured by clocks left behind. Hafele and Keating’s results were within experimental uncertainties of the predictions of relativity.
If in the “Twins Paradox” one twin zooms off in a rocket at 90% of the speed of light. Time on the spaceship would be running 44% as fast as his twins on Earth. If the spaceship kicked it into overdrive and traveled at 99.9% of light, the brother’s clock on the spaceship would be running at 4.5% as fast as the Earthbound one now. What this means is if the twin (from his reference frame) went on a trip for 5 years at 99.9% speed of light, he would age 5 years. But his brother would have aged 110 years on Earth. This is a fact.
That is interesting but not my point. Using the laws that we know to be true. It is what happens when 100% light speed is achieved. Only one thing that I am aware of travels at light speed and that is a photon. If time slows down as we approach the speed of light the equations tell us that at the speed of light time stops. That means that if you were a photon time does not pass for it at all. That has some freaky consequences and is the crux of my assertion.
The instant that a photon is emitted anywhere in the Universe, typically they come out of atoms or get sent out by a star. The instant it gets emitted it gets absorbed at its destination. If you are the photon. For the rest of us, we observe it trundle through the Universe at light speed. But, for the photon time does not elapse. Hundreds of millions or billions of years of our time are zero time for the photon. From its unique point of view, the Universe goes by in an instant. From the point of view of the photon distance as we know it does not matter. It can traverse a googolplex squared in zero time. It can be everywhere, from its reference frame. For the rest of us, we bask in the time it takes to get to its destination. If time is the fire in which we burn, we burn incredibly slow. With this built-in infinite transit ability in our Universe, is it so unfathomable that someone somewhere in the vast regions of darkness has figured out how to utilize it and become truly pan-universal? The power of infinity is a strong pull.
Think about that for awhile…
Now hypothesize about a highly advanced alien civilization that has solved the light speed barrier and can traverse space at the speed of light. They have mastered an ocean of unimaginable technology. Not the least of which is Mass cancellation.
What they would have to have figured out is how to cancel Mass. We do not have any clue at all at this time in our scientific pursuits how to do that. But who knows if an intelligence that is a million or a billion of years advanced has not figured this stumbling block out. If they can make their ships or crafts massless they could be everywhere and I mean everywhere at will at any time. Shades of Douglas Adams “Infinite Improbability Drive”. It is only us primitives that think distance is an issue, a showstopper for alien visitations. But that is not the case.
This alien race could act like the photon. Instantaneous Universal transport. Zero time for them to cross from one side of the Universe to the other. As soon as they turn on the light drive they are already at their destination. This, of course, would require some amazingly high and unfathomable abilities in which we have no human analog. The reason that mass is an important factor in this hypothesis is that it is integral to the properties of light speed. Nothing with mass can travel at the speed of light.
No need for such human contrived nonsense such as warp drive. No need for such things if they could cancel the physical property of Mass (there are other issues as well to consider which are beyond this article). As soon as the turn on the light drive they are already at their destination no matter where it is in the Universe. This, of course, would require some amazingly high and unfathomable abilities in which we have not discovered so far.
The aliens that were left at home would age as we do but their emissaries on the craft are timeless. For a civilization such as this, I would hypothesize that they bring their entire culture with them on civilization ships. Otherwise, the forces of relativity would disjoint the two factions of the civilization severely. Makes sense to bring them all with you to keep the temporal differential to an absolute minimum.
It must be noted that us primitive humans have already begun the quest towards Mass cancellation. It is startling to ponder that we newcomers to the pantheon of galactic intelligence’s have already had an inkling, a beginning success, a baby step, a beachhead in our sciences. Our cutting-edge scientific frontiers have identified and have been able to quantitatively gather information on what is referred to as the “Higgs Boson”. This tiny elusive subatomic particle is believed to a high degree of certainty to be the harbinger of all Mass in the Universe. It and its corresponding “Higgs Field” is the reason and method the Universe uses to create the phenomena of Mass. We can see it using billions of dollars of technology in infinitesimally small slices of time. We are nowhere anywhere near being hands-on with it at all. But if we hairy primates even can fathom it, it must not be that difficult in the grand scheme of things.
I get tired of the same old rhetoric that spouts such unfounded certainty in UFOlogy. We must open our minds to unconventional thoughts. No one knows what is possible in the Universe. Our knowledge is woefully incomplete. I do not know of course if any of this supposition is true or not. We must have this type of intelligent dialogue or UFOlogy will fall stagnant and be taken over by the UFO lunatic fringe. I wish that part of the human condition that is in each and every one of us contained the drive towards logical truths. It has manifested in many, many of us but not nearly enough. The real and verifiable Universe is more fascinating, wondrous, and awe-inspiring than we can handle. No need to play make believe with UFOlogy.
“The most beautiful experience we can have is the mysterious. It is the fundamental emotion that stands at the cradle of true art and true science. Whoever does not know it and can no longer wonder, no longer marvel is as good as dead, and his eyes are dimmed.”

Can Hyper Dimensional Alien Life Forms Exist In Our 3rd Dimensional Reality
Can Hyper Dimensional Alien Life Forms Exist In Our 3rd Dimensional Reality
There are many stories in UFOlogy that reference aliens that originate in the higher dimensions. Some believers have mentioned 4th-dimensional beings all the way up to 11th dimensional. It is the intention of this article to show how 11th or any advanced dimensional creatures can not exist in our 3-dimensional world. Or at least not have their fractional representation represent anything that resembles life.
In UFOlogy the vast number of people believe in what is known as “the nuts and bolts” hypothesis of ufos. UFO’s are real solid crafts from some distant star system. Technology analogous but completely different than our own. Advanced intelligence’s using science in ways we do not understand…yet. Advanced spacecraft just not from planet Earth.
There is another faction of UFOlogists that think our visitors are from higher dimensions in our Universe. It extends to the idea that they could even be from parallel Universes. The granddaddy of this line of reasoning is the brilliant scientist Dr. Jacques Vallée. His books are required reading for anybody interested into the serious investigation into the UFO enigma.
Many UFO experiencers describe experiences that are labeled “high strangeness”. “high strangeness” refers to a global phenomenon so strange and foreign to our daily terrestrial mode of thought, which it carries with it many implications of the existence of intelligence’s other than our own. It describes UFO cases that are not only peculiar but that can often be utterly absurd. In some cases, there are events before, during, and after the “sighting proper” imbued with elements of time and space distortion, bizarre synchronicity’s, strange states of consciousness, beings that act absurd, strange “creatures” associated with the sighting, but not necessarily part of the sighting, anomalous phone calls, electronic glitches, Immensely powerful Déjà vu episodes, and paranormal events including poltergeist-type activity.
The high strangeness aspect of many UFO experiencer’s experiences is hard to attribute to the “Nuts and Bolts” hypothesis.
What most people do not consider is that something or someone that exists nativity in say the 11th dimension also exists in all the lower dimensions below it. Some form of fractional representation will exist or display in the lower dimensions. So an 11th-dimensional alien will have some form of fractional representation in the 10th, 9th, 8th,7th,6th,5th,4th, 3rd (ours), 2nd, and single dimensional geometry.
If you are imagining additional spatial dimensions, it makes sense to understand those primarily as mathematical attributes that are necessary to make the math of the world work out. It’s not really that special. It’s just math, as far as our experience is concerned. It’s not even math that can give us special powers since the effects of these other dimensions are likely to be very, very small.
If you take a two-dimensional plane, and pass a three-dimensional sphere through it, the appearance on that plane would be a circle. Similarly, if you would take a single line, and try to pass a sphere through it, the image would be at most two points, though at the ends, potentially one point. The point of all this is that a higher dimensional object when it passes through a lower dimensional object presents the portions of the object according to the dimensions of the lower dimensional object.
In the picture below a human falls through the 2nd dimension. All the human would appear like is a series of expanding and contracting circlesoblongsellipsesetc. Hardly a representation of a person we are familiar with. This humans fractional representation is just variations of circles.
Let’s say that one of the extra dimensions, or maybe all of them, confer an ability to travel through time. To us, they would appear to be here with us when they were elsewhere. We couldn’t perceive them moving forward or backward in time. Some of the higher dimensions may not be spatial ones. You can think of a dimension as an axis of freedom. There are undoubtedly axes of freedom that is unknown and unfathomable to us.
I have worked out and conceptualized the 4th dimension. I’m talking about four macroscopic dimensions. Obviously, it’s impossible to be sure. But given what we know and guess about the conditions propitious for life, we could speculate. Here are a few ideas of why it might not be possible:
Stable orbits.
The question puts no restrictions on how physics could operate in the 4D universe. So in many ways, it could be anything. However, in order to have life as we understand it, one necessity is time; that is, physics which has some conservation laws and time symmetries so that the statistical laws of thermodynamics can be applied. In such a universe, life is happiest standing next to a fire; for instance, there’s us, with a burning sun on one side, and a cold vacuum of space on the other. The reason we can stay here is that the gravitational field of a point mass spreads in three-dimensional space with a flux proportional to the surface area of a sphere; that is, gravity is proportional to 1/r². That happens to allow for stable orbits, as the 4D equivalent, 1/r³, would not.
Surface to volume
At the simplest level, a surface to volume ratio always grows linearly with r, no matter what the number of dimensions. But as soon as that surface has some thickness, that is no longer true. In enough dimensions, the volume of an arbitrarily thin eggshell will be arbitrarily larger than the volume inside the egg. There’s no particular reason to believe this would be an insurmountable problem for 4D life, just one dimension up from us, but it would be a drag. Even here in 3D, our skin is already our largest organ.
Losing your car keys
It would also be really annoying in 4D space to leave something somewhere, then have to search for it later. Even if you were on the “surface” of a “hyperplanet”, you’d have to search in at least 3 dimensions; and 3D random walks, unlike 2D ones, are not recurrent. On the other hand, this same phenomenon would help when you wanted to throw out the garbage or move away from your parents. It’s hard to say for sure if on balance this would be a good thing or a bad thing for life or for intelligent life, but I suspect it would be bad.
In a universe with four spatial dimensions, life would be impossible on Earth—indeed, the Earth would not exist. In a universe with four spatial dimensions, atoms could not form: the orbits of the electrons around the nucleus of any atom would be unstable.
These extrapolations of the 4th dimension are sort of a randomizing factor. There may be many other randomizing factors in the higher dimensions but as before that is beyond my primate brain. The filtration through the 4th dimension will filter out anything that will be recognizable to us as anything particular. This does not necessarily mean that a higher dimensional creature has no controllable influence here in our limited 3 spatial dimensions. This is what I hypothesize is the cause of the “high strangeness” mentioned at the start of the article.
Since M-Theory became well known the UFO accounts now contain accounts of 11th-dimensional aliens. The other higher dimensions simply would not be apparent to us, unless they chose to present the results of their multidimensional behavior in a form we can perceive.
It is my hypothesis that “Any sufficiently advanced hyper dimensional creature will appear in our 3D world as background noise, unidentifiable, and indistinguishable from nature”. They would influence you in the form of your reality. Which your mind and all your collective past experiences have experienced, filtered through intellect and level of intelligence. All that in totality makes you. Your perceptions would be influenced (or modified) in the most ephemeral and conscious way. Your experience of these entities would be different for everyone as everyone has had a different experiential past and different neurology. The proof would be in the experience as no evidence as us primitive monkeys would expect would be possible. Perception and awareness are what it is all about.
If the reported “high strangeness” that is reported by so many UFO experiencers is caused by higher dimensional creatures. It can be surmised that they do not completely understand our perceptions completely. They do not understand how cause and effect work in our 3D worldview. They may have totally benevolent intentions in their manipulation but it turns out to be highly freaky and startling to us. Communication filtered through the mostly unknown higher dimension realities could account for what we call “high strangeness”.
Keep an open mind and consider that the Universe is stranger than we imagine, and is stranger than we can imagine.

NAVY ENGINEER: I SAW ANCIENT RUINS, ALIENS, AND TOP-SECRET BASES IN ANTARCTICA!
NAVY ENGINEER: I SAW ANCIENT RUINS, ALIENS, AND TOP-SECRET BASES IN ANTARCTICA!
On January 2, 2015 the editor of website earthfiles.com received a letter from an alleged retired U.S. Navy Petty Officer First Class Flight Engineer.
The letter recounts experiences where the anonymous Navy officer (who refers to himself as “Brian”) recounts his bizarre and extraordinary experiences flying cargo and rescue in Antarctica between the years 1983 to 1997. He claims that a collaboration between humans and aliens exist, and Antarctica is a major research ground for these collaborations.
In the letter the officer says he experienced things such as:
Silver discs darting around over the Transantarctic Mountains
During an emergency they entered a No Fly Zone and saw an entrance to a human and E. T. science research base under the ice
His crew picked up a dozen scientists who had disappeared for two weeks previous. They would not talk and their faces looked scared.
He has decided to share what he experienced between those years in the following letter, reproduced in full below:
Hi Linda
I am a retired United States Navy LC130 Flight Engineer that retired after 20 years of service in 1997. I have been wanting to write you for a long time about my experience on the Antarctic continent with flying vehicles that I was told not to talk about. I served part of my 20 years in the Navy with a Squadron called Antarctic Development Squadron Six or VXE-6 as it was also known. I served with this squadron from around 1983 till I retired March of 1997. Being a flight engineer and flying more then 4000 hours in that capacity I have seen things that most people have not even imagined on the Continent of Antarctica. The land there seems more alien then earthly. Our deployments to this land started in late September and ended the end of February every year until the Squadron was decommissioned in 1999. This time of year was the summer season when most of the science was done do to warmer temps and 24 hours of daylight.
During my time in the squadron I flew to almost every part of the Antarctic Continent including the South Pole more the 300 times. McMurdo Station which is 3.5 hours of flying time from the South Pole station was the point of squadron operation during our yearly deployments. Between these two stations is a mountain range called the Trans Antarctic’s. With what we called Severe Clear weather from McMurdo to South Pole the Trans Antarctic’s are visible from the altitudes which the aircraft flew approximately 25,000 to 35,000 feet. On several flights to and from South Pole our crew viewed air vehicles darting around the tops of Trans Antarctic’s almost exactly in the same spot every time we would fly by and view them. This is very unusual for air traffic down there due to the fact that the only aircraft flying on the continent were our squadron aircraft. Every aircraft knew where the other aircraft were do to flight schedules being followed.
Another unique issue with South Pole station is that our aircraft was not allowed to fly over a certain area designated 5 miles from the station. The reason stated because of a air sampling camp in that area. This did not make any sense to any of us on the crew because on 2 different occasions we had to fly over this area. One time due to a medical evacuation of the Australian camp called Davis Camp. It was on the opposite side of the continent and we had to refuel at South Pole and a direct course to this Davis Camp was right over the air sampling station. The only thing we saw going over this camp was a very large hole going into the ice. You could fly one of our LC130 into this thing.
It was after this medevac mission we where briefed by some spooks (Intelligence Agents I presumed) from Washington DC and told not to speak of the area we overflew. The other time we got close to “The air sampling Camp” we had navigation and electrical failures on the aircraft and was told to immediately depart the area and report to our squadron commanding officer when we returned to McMurdo. Needless to say our pilot (Aircraft Commander) got his butt chewed and our crew was not on the South Pole supply run for over a month. There were many other times we saw things that was out of the ordinary.
Navy Engineer: I Saw Ancient Ruins, Aliens, And Top-Secret Bases In
One outlying camp (near Marie Byrd Land) we dropped scientists and their equipment at was out of communication with McMurdo for 2 weeks. Our crew flew back to the camp to find out if the scientists were ok. We found no one there and no sign of any fowl play. The Radio was working fine as we called McMurdo to verify it working properly. We left the camp and flew back to McMurdo as ordered by our CO. A week later the Scientist showed back up to there camp and called McMurdo for someone to come pick them up. Our crew got the flight back there to pick them since we put them into that camp and we knew the terrain and location. None of the scientists would talk to any of the crew on the plane and to me they looked scared.
As soon as we landed back at McMurdo they (Scientists) where put on another of our squadron aircraft and flown to Christchurch New Zealand. We never heard about them again. Their equipment that we brought back from the camp was put in quarantine and shipped back to the United States escorted by the same spooks that debriefed us about our fly over of the air sample camp/ large hole in the ice. I could go on and on about things and situations that I observed during my tour with VXE-6. Talk among the flight crews was that there is a UFO base at South Pole and some of the crew heard talk from some of the scientist working at the Pole of EBEs working with and interacting with the scientists at that air sampling camp/large ice hole.
"A communication disruption can only mean one thing: Invasion." --Sio Bibble, Queen Amidala’s prime minister in Star Wars Episode I – Attack of the Clones
Despite the sage courtier’s assertion in the first installment of George Lucas’s second round of space epics, we might sooner believe that a planet-wide interruption of communications, or a collapse of the power grid, was due to a Carrington-level event more than an alien attack. Unless cloaking technology really exists, an alien fleet would be visible to our telescopes and hopefully our orbiting satellites, unless they too had been wiped out. Nevertheless, the opening rounds of an assault by hostile non-humans are the key moment of any science fiction movie. How would that translate into a real life event?
In November 1979, Thomas Muldoon, writing for the National Enquirer, published an article with the sensational headline: "Take UFOs Seriously or Be Prepared for Sneak Invasion by Space Aliens." Some may find it amusing to see this article included among the National Security Agency's cache of information on the subject of unidentified flying objects (https://www.nsa.gov/news-features/declassified-documents/ufo/assets/files/gov_super_secret_agency.pdf), but the Enquirer was at the forefront of much UFO journalism in those days, as evidenced by the sterling work of the late Bob Pratt. The NSA report - "obtained exclusively by The ENQUIRER", as we are reminded - was aimed at dispelling the notion that UFOs were unworthy of scrutiny by the military/scientific establishment.
"If America does not start taking the sightings seriously, we leaver ourselves wide open to the possibility of a Pearl Harbor-type UFO invasion. The very fact that UFO phenomena have been witnessed all over the world from ancient times, and by considerable numbers of reputable scientists in recent times, now indicates rather strongly that UFOs are not all hoaxes, and if anything, rather than diminishing, the modern trend is toward increased reports from all sources."
So far so good. The nameless report, allegedly prepared in 1968, then moves on to scorn the "leisurely scientific approach" and urge a more determined response to fight the perceived threat of an alien invasion.
Carl Sagan had issued his own thoughts on the matter just two years earlier. “One of the primary motivations for the exploration of the New World,” he wrote, “was to convert the inhabitants to Christianity – peacefully if possible, forcefully if necessary. Can we exclude the possibility of an extraterrestrial evangelism? Can we conclude even darker motives? Might an extraterrestrial society want to be alone at the summit of galactic power and make a careful effort to crush prospective contenders? Or might there even be the cockroach response – to stamp out an alien creature simply because it is different?”
The concept of an interplanetary war in our times, a thought which admittedly smacks of the Cold War's "flying saucer" scare, has been seriously invoked by Gen. Douglas MacArthur in the 1950's and by President Ronald Reagan in the 1980's. NATO allegedly prepared a document evaluating the threat posed to existing conventional and military forces in the 1960's, conceding that "we virtually have no defense against their advanced technology." Serious researchers like the late Dr. Olavo Fontes analyzed the possibility that northern Brazil would be occupied by a UFO invasion force in the wake of the attack on the Itaipú garrison in 1965. in the Summer 1998 issue of the Samizdat newsletter, Brazilian researcher Oriel Farías told the world about the incredible and still little-known UFO wave that covered northeastern Brazil and which centered on the town of Guarabira. According to Farías, the outstanding characteristic of the '98 flap was the sheer variety of objects reported, ranging from standard disk-shaped craft to massive objects projecting powerful beams of light. "Lengths of 30 meters have been reported, the size of a 20-storey building," he writes. The Guarabira "invasion" began on March 3, 1998 and was spearheaded by 26 UFOs flying over the city at 6:45 p.m., when the lights went out in Guarabira, and lasting until 3:45 a.m., when power returned to the city. This blackout remains unexplained to this day.
Almost 500 witnesses all over France reported seeing a veritable invasion force of giant black triangles on November 5, 1990. In an article translated by author George Andrews from OVNI-MAGAZINE, a publication of the Banque Internationale de Données Ufologiques, it was said that "...The flight path of this armada of over 70 ships (that is the minimal figure) was at an altitude of 1000 meters (some 320 feet), sometimes over the horizon, flying a horizontal course after rapidly descending from the skies, following parallel trajectories distant from each other by 5 to 25 kilometers...Considering the facts of the matter altogether implies that a non-human intelligence and technology were responsible for the phenomena." The French space agency, CNES, based in Toulouse, ascribed the sightings to the disintegration of the Soviet Gorizont booster in the upper atmosphere, using a telex received from NASA to substantiate their claim, in spite of the serious discrepancies between the booster reentry times and those of the sightings. The sightings recorded by OVNI-MAGAZINE appeared to indicate toward craft of the same nature as those seen in Belgium and the U.S.: spotlights on the underside of the vehicle' hull, strobes which swept the ground, simultaneous activation and deactivation of the spotlights were among the common characteristics. It is interesting to note that when UFOs were reported above the Pyrenees on March 31 1993, the CNES once again sought to dismiss the sightings as the reentry of another Russian space booster that had lifted the "Cosmos" 2238 satellite into orbit the previous evening.
In 1981, Colin A. Phillips of UFO Research had the following words to share in a meeting held in Adelaide, Australia: “Thirty years after the great UFO invasion of Earth occurred, because no physical war was fought, the battle of the mind was lost. Those who have knowledge of this event and dare speak of it, have been drowned out with laughter and ridicule or destroyed by character assassination. The world audience with its provincial view, narrow horizons and vested interests, is not ready for this new concept. However, those who talked about swamp gas and degraded facts to clues, are still "sifting carefully through the evidence", creating UFO jargon, statistics and methods of investigation, trying to make a science of what all the time was a major historical event. The UFO visitations to Earth of the 1950's have subsided now and the real work of UFO groups should be to use the best evidence to inform governments and citizens of the real significance of this event on our future civilization. We should have an informed public in readiness should the events of the 1950’s be repeated.”
Emery Smith, also known as the "Black Project whistleblower", alleges he worked in a deep underground biological facility located in the USA.
There, Smith claims work is taking place on extraterrestrial technology harvested from alien beings and their crashed or captured spaceships which would change the world as we know it.
In a YouTube video, he makes a number of incredible revelations including that ET flying saucers are mostly “organic and linked to the driver”, they can be “infused with life and intelligence” and “change shape”.
Smith claims he served in the US Air Force before becoming a scientist who worked for major corporations on US military projects.

UFOs: Self-proclaimed whistleblower alien scientist Emery Smith
“They have already mastered teleportation so the body can shrink within in its own living space. And that’s why they can go a million miles per hour and make a right hand turn, because they don’t feel it.”
Emery Smith
He alleges to have examined more than 3,000 body parts of alien beings.
It has been reported that Smith said he was based at a ultra-secret section of the huge Kirkland Air Force Base in New Mexico, USA.
In the YouTube video, posted by the 'Destroying the Illusion' channel, he makes some astonishing claims.
“I’ve witnessed many different craft in these projects, I was actually working with the craft and bodies because they’re connected,” Smith claims.
“A lot of the craft are organic material which means only the driver of that race can operate the vehicle due to their frequency of the genetic DNA and the frequency that they are emitting.
“It’s kind of like having a pet or a car that only responds to the owner.
“These types of vehicles are so amazing, they are usually made in space through harmonics and frequency.
“So they can actually give life to a craft and enthuse it with artificial intelligence or consciousness, or both.
“And match it to the driver or occupant, of this vehicle.”
He goes on to claim to having worked on number different types of downed flying saucers, which he claims are constantly “emitting an amazing energy from space” some 30 years after being captured.
“Of course there’s always the classic spheres, egg shapes and disc shapes,” he added.
“There’s also other craft that are inter-dimensional that can change shape.
“So they might come in the form of light and they can manifest and change their atomic structure to become a solid so these types of craft are a little bit more advanced than the craft than we hear about on pop culture and on tv.”
Some of his claims sound like they have been ripped from a science fiction movie.
But Smith claims that this technology which is “thousands of years ahead” is being “suppressed” from public knowledge.
And big companies are “fighting” to get their hands on the science.
He claimed: “These craft can actually go inter-dimensional, they can change shape with all of the occupants not knowing its happening and then reform again in different worlds and different dimensions, and different parts of the universe immediately.
“They have their own atmosphere, their own gravity, they have their own little space that they have projected from this craft which keeps them completely encapsulated in it.
“They have already mastered teleportation so the body can shrink within in its own living space.
“And that’s why they can go a million miles per hour and make a right hand turn, because they don’t feel it.
“Because they’re in their own dimensional holographic world, where they have to fall under those scientific algorithms.”
His reason for going public is that Smith claims the ET technology could completely change human life by offering free energy and groundbreaking medical cures.

Ancient aliens on Earth: Do these PREHISTORIC UFO drawings prove we are not alone?
Ancient aliens on Earth: Do these PREHISTORIC UFO drawings prove we are not alone?
THE idea of alien UFOs visiting Earth since the dawn of mankind is a popular conspiracy theory, but this bizarre collection of ancient drawings from around the world could stun even the hardest of sceptics.
From the raising of the Egyptian pyramids to the mysterious Nazca Lines and the ominous heads of Easter Island, the creation of many ancient constructions has been attributed to interstellar visitors.
For decades, these impressive man-made sites have been scoured by crypto-archeologists in the hopes of discovering evidence of extraterrestrial intervention.
Over the years many claimed to have uncovered concrete proof of ancient carvings, cave paintings and other iconography that is indisputable proof of UFOs.
But what are some of the most convincing of these supposedly alien depictions from a time long past?
1. The Helicopter Hieroglyphs in the Temple of Seti I
The magnificent great Pyramids of Giza are popular fodder for conspiracy theories and the whole of the ancient Egyptian civilisation has in one way or another been linked to bizarre alien conspiracies.
But one of the most convincing bits of evidence aliens have in fact helped raise the ancient civilisation is a set of unusual hieroglyphs in the 3,000-year-old Temple of Seti in Abydos, Egypt.
Among conspiracy forums, the icons have become known as the “Helicopter Hieroglyphs” for supposedly showing eerie pictures of what appears to be a helicopter and futuristic aircraft.
Some pseudo-archeologists who have seen the glyphs in person claimed they were left behind by time travellers while other suggested they were left behind to honour alien visitors.
Most genuine archeologists however will agree the icons are the simple result of typographical errors – overlapping symbols in a day and age where typos were quite literally set in stone.

2. The UFO ancient murals of Charama
This bizarre looking painting found in a cave in India has baffled scientists for its supposed depiction of an alien UFO beaming in the sky.
The fan-like antenna and the three legs of the vehicle's stand clearly show a similarity to UFO type craft
JR Bhagat, Archeologist
The puzzling mural from Charama, Chhattisgarh, dates back some 10,000 years to a time before humans have invited the wheel.
Archaeologist JR Bhagat who studied the cave paintings in 2014 argued they were concrete evidence Aliens have walked among us in the past.
He said: “The findings suggest that humans in prehistoric times may have seen or imagined beings from other planets which still create curiosity among people and researchers.
“Extensive research is needed for further findings. Chhattisgarh presently doesn't have any such expert who could give clarity on the subject.”
He added: “The fan-like antenna and the three legs of the vehicle's stand clearly show a similarity to UFO type craft.”
3. The alien astronaut rock murals of Val Camonica
The rock carvings in the Alpine valley of Val Camonica, Italy, are one of the world’s largest collection of prehistoric petroglyphs.
Most of the glyphs were carved out some 8,000 years before the Bronze Age, and typically depict the everyday trappings of early man, such as scenes of people and animals.
But a set of particular carvings has convinced conspiracy theories some of the glyphs represent alien astronauts walking among them.
The glyphs in question appear to show men with radiating helmets on their heads, wielding oddly shaped weapons – perhaps in battle.
UFO hunters from around the globe believe these images to be indisputable proof.

4. Mysterious winged object on the Palace of Ashurnasirpal II, King of Assyria
A piece of stone panel on the walls of the once mighty ancient palace contains the depiction of the Mesopotamian god Ashur inside of an orb with outstretched wings.
Although the stone carving clearly harks back to ancient Mesopotamian religious beliefs, some conspiracists believe this depiction of Ashur to be that of an alien traveller.
One UFO conspiracist going by the username of Luissaade, claimed the embossment is “early man’s way of drawing alien beings that were seen pilots flying machines, alien high technologies, on Earth.”
The Palace of Ashurnasirpal II, or the Palace of Kalhu, is an ancient site dating back to 879 BC in modern-day Iraq, just north of Baghdad.
Most of the palace was excavated in the 1840s by British archeologists, with its stunning findings found in museums across the planet today.

5. The bizarre sarcophagus lid of Mayan king Pacal
Ancient Mayan artwork is known for its intricately detailed, weaving and geometric designs and the sarcophagus lid of the Mayan king Pacal is a testament to the Mayan’s prowess.
However the 1968 book Chariots of the Gods, by Erich von Däniken, has pointed out that far from being an extremely lavish coffin, the sarcophagus contains references to alien UFOs.
According to Mr von Däniken, the central figure in the middle of the sarcophagus is an extraterrestrial alien riding what appears to be a rocket or some sort of space ship control centre.
He wrote: “In the center of that frame is a man sitting, bending forward. He has a mask on his nose, he uses his two hands to manipulate some controls, and the heel of his left foot is on a kind of pedal with different adjustments.
“The rear portion is separated from him; he is sitting on a complicated chair, and outside of this whole frame, you see a little flame like an exhaust.”

Could Aliens Have Experienced or Understand The Big Bang Differently Then Us?
Could Aliens Have Experienced or Understand The Big Bang Differently Then Us?
With the full force of infinite combinations and diversity that surely exists in the Universe. Could other alien life forms experienced or observed the Universe’s creation differently than we do? Could a sentient mind based on elements and events from a completely independent evolutionary lineage see the creation of the Universe differently? I don’t mean in more detail or complexity (as more advanced minds tend to do) but as a completely different phenomenon? Could there be competing theoretical entries in the Encyclopedia Galactica?
There are no competing theories with the Big Bang Theory because there is no such thing as the Big Bang Theory (other than the pop culture television show, that is.)
The discipline is called physical cosmology. Its theoretical foundations include general relativity and the standard model of particle physics, and additional assumptions about the conditions in the very early universe and about additional, yet-to-be-discovered fields that may have played a role, especially in the very early universe (e.g., during inflation).
As to the Big Bang itself: the idea that the early universe was hot and dense is no longer really subject to debate. The reason is that it is no longer a far-fetched conjecture supported only by the luminosity-redshift relationship (Hubble relationship) of distant objects. We now have direct observational evidence of very early galaxies, the composition of which is very different from galaxies of the present day: they contain virtually no heavy elements, for instance. We also have very detailed maps of the cosmic microwave background, which provide very specific constraints on the evolution of the universe. In particular, the so-called concordance or CDM model of cosmology actually predicted the shape of the curve that characterizes temperature fluctuations in the cosmic microwave background; these predictions were confirmed.
Now it is a good question if the early, dense phase of the universe really marked the beginning of it all (initial singularity) or if there was a prior state, e.g., a universe that contracted before it “bounced” back and started expanding again. Such bounce models are frequently proposed, though they are not without issues and shortcomings. There is also the concept of eternal inflation, in which our “pocket” of the universe (a “pocket” that is much larger than the observable universe, but still just a “pocket” in the big scheme of things) is just one region of something much larger, a universe in which rapid expansion (inflation) takes place all the time, forming pockets like ours, in a never-ending process.
And there are many other possibilities. The existence of dark matter, a core concept in the concordance model (CDM stands for Cold Dark Matter), is questioned by those who attempt to attribute the same effects that dark matter is supposed to explain to modifications of Einstein’s gravity instead. The acceleration of the universe, deduced from the luminosity-distance relationship of Type Ia supernovae, is questioned by those who attribute these observations to large-scale inhomogeneities in our universe (so-called “void cosmology” models.) And so on.
Physical cosmology is still a young science, and there are many unknowns (which makes it all the more exciting). Not even the most ardent advocates of the concordance model suggest that it is the last word on the topic. There are many alternatives. But there are a few things we (think we) know already, and the idea that the early universe was hot and dense is one of them.
This wasn’t always so. Before the observational discovery of the cosmic microwave background, there was another widely favored model: steady-state cosmology, in which the expansion of the universe is balanced by the continuous, spontaneous creation of matter so that on the largest of scales, the universe is eternal and unchanging. One of the best-known advocates of steady state cosmology was Sir Fred Hoyle, who, incidentally, was also the person who coined the term, “Big Bang”, when he ridiculed Big Bang cosmology on a BBC radio show. The Hubble redshift also had an explanation in the form of “tired light”, the idea that over cosmic distances, photons lose energy, e.g., by interacting with the intergalactic medium. These alternatives have since been discredited by data; as I mentioned, very little doubt exists that the early universe was in a hot and dense state, which is what the Big Bang is all about.
It is in the truth of science and shared experienced that understanding and a common ground can be found between us and the sentient unknown. We and alien life will be more different than we can imagine. At least we can appreciate and understand (in our own degree) some of the same things.

Aliens May Be Real, But Are Probably Trapped On Their Planets Say Scientists
Aliens May Be Real, But Are Probably Trapped On Their Planets Say Scientists
Scientists analyzed in two different scientific papers how hard it would be for aliens living on Super Earth’s—planets ten times the size of Earth—to reach space using rockets.
Elon Musk is currently developing the ‘Big F*cking Rocket’, but as it turns out Aliens would need an even Bigger F*cking Rocket to reach space, due to the gravitational pull of Super Earth’s.
According to a recent research paper that discusses alien life, if extraterrestrial beings are out there somewhere, they might be trapped by the gravity of their home planet.
Experts have researched just how hard it would be to launch a rocket into space from a Super Earth—planets in the universe believed to be up to TEN times the size of our world.
Astronomers have found that a large number of Super-Earth’s orbit their host star in the so-called Goldilocks-zone, the area in space around the star where the planet’s surface temperature is ideal to support life as we know it.
Now, scientists have analyzed just how hard it would be to reach space from such a world.
An exoplanet orbiting a Red Dwarf.

Experts calculated the gravitational pull of Super-Earth’s and found that it would be nearly impossible to launch a spacecraft into space, from the surface of these supermassive planets.
That is, using the technology we’ve developed on Earth.
Experts have calculated that to launch a spacecraft like the one that took mankind to the moon, a rocket would need a mass of approximately 400,000 metric tons, because of fuel requirements, researchers have found.
This means that for an alien civilization to reach space, they’d have to come up with rockets that don’t necessarily rely on chemical fuel.
study author Michael Hippke, an independent researcher affiliated with the Sonneberg Observatory in Germany, told Space.com that: “Many rocky exoplanets are heavier and larger than the Earth and have higher surface gravity, This makes space-flight on these worlds very challenging, because the required fuel mass for a given payload is an exponential function of planetary surface gravity.”
“On more-massive planets, spaceflight would be exponentially more expensive. Such civilizations would not have satellite TV, a moon mission or a Hubble Space Telescope,” added Hippke.
Here on Earth, we can overcome the gravitational pull of our planet with the use of massive rockets. For example, there’s Elon Musk’s upcoming space vehicle dubbed ‘Big Fucking Rocket.’
However, aliens on distant Super Earth’s might need an evenBigger f*cking rocket.
Two separate studied have taken a look whether it would be possible even to build a rocket powerful enough to beat the gravitational pull of distant super-Earth’s.
In one scientific paper, Hippke investigated just how hard it would be to launch a rocket into space from a hypothetical super-Earth that was around severity percent wider, and ten times more massive compared to Earth. Curiously, these are the approximate dimensions of an alien world dubbed Kepler-20b, located some 950 light years from Earth.
Falcon Heavy lifts off on its maiden flight, putting out about 5 million pounds of thrust, February 6, 2018. The 710-metric-ton rocket can put about 32 tons into low-Earth orbit.
Hippke found that in this super world, the escape velocity needed to reach space would be 2.4 times greater than that on our home planet.
Here on Earth, spacecraft need to achieve an escape velocity of around 40,000 kilometers per hour.
“Civilizations from super-Earths are much less likely to explore the stars. Instead, they would be to some extent arrested on their home planet and, for example, make more use of lasers or radio telescopes for interstellar communication instead of sending probes or spaceships,” said Hippke.
One possibility is that potential alien civilizations inhabiting super-Earth’s could use their home planet’s tallest mountaintops to launch a vehicle to space.
However, given the severe gravity on the planet, mountains would grow very tall, suggest scientists.
All of this doesn’t mean that aliens on super Earth’s cant go to space. It only means—hypothetically—that they would need to come up with different methods to achieve their goals.
In addition to Hippke’s scientific paper, another study, published by Dr. Abraham Loeb from Harvard University suggests that nuclear-powered spaceflight may be achieved by distant alien civilizations on large massive planets, helping them overcome strong gravitational pulls.
“An advanced extraterrestrial civilization could use other propulsion methods, such as nuclear engines or light sails which are not constrained by the same limitations as chemical propulsion and can reach speeds as high as a tenth of the speed of light. Our civilization is currently developing these alternative propulsion technologies, but these efforts are still in their infancy,” said Dr. Loeb.

NURSE REVEALS TOP SECRET ALIEN INTERVIEW TRANSCRIPTS FROM ROSWELL, 1947
NURSE REVEALS TOP SECRET ALIEN INTERVIEW TRANSCRIPTS FROM ROSWELL, 1947
It has been nearly 5 years since the Alien Interview transcripts were published, as requested by Army Air Force Nurse MacElroy. (Read her letter below) It has now been 66 years since the Roswell crash incident in 1947 revealed that we are not alone in the universe. The pilot of the crashed saucer revealed a great deal during the interviews that were conducted over the following 6 weeks. ALL of that information was suppressed by the U.S. Government, until 2008 when the interview transcripts were published in the book ALIEN INTERVIEW. If you have read these transcripts, you will realized WHY the Roswell incident, and the interview transcripts were so heavily and thoroughly hidden and covered-up!
These interviews reveal — for the first time in Earth history — the straight forward, simple fact that Earth is a Prison Planet! Further, that all of the Immortal Spiritual Beings (Is-Bes) on this planet are NOT native to this planet. Finally, that the “Old Empire” beings who established Earth as a prison planet more than 10,000 years ago, has been conquered by a new intergalactic invasion force, called The Domain.
The influence of the “Old Empire” prison system operation are can be seen everywhere on planet Earth, if you are brave enough to LOOK. The “prison guards” — who are also prisoners with amnesia — are quickly advancing a new Global Totalitarian Socialist Police State in the name of a “New World Order”. The ONLY PURPOSE and ACTIVITY of these criminally psychotic beings is to PREVENT ESCAPE FROM THIS PRISON!
In an excerpt from the following letter written by the Army Air Force nurse who conducted the
“alien interviews”, she reveals the following advice that isVITALLY IMPORTANTto the existence of every living being on Earth. Therefore, a small group of individuals have now dedicated themselves to the task ofCOMMUNICATINGthis information to as many people as possible! I invite you to join us in this effort. Factually, if we continue to remain silent and inactive, every being on this planet will perish here on Prison Planet Earth, and will be lost for all Eternity.

How Would Alien Life Forms Look And Behave On A Habitable Planet Around A Red Dwarf Star?
How Would Alien Life Forms Look And Behave On A Habitable Planet Around A Red Dwarf Star?
The largest population of stars in the galaxy hide in the shadows, too dim to be seen with the naked eye from Earth. Their limited radiance helps to extend their lifetimes, which are far greater than that of the sun. Scientists think that 20 out of the 30 stars nearest to Earth are red dwarfs; however, none of them can be seen with the naked eye. The closest star to the sun, Proxima Centauri, is a red dwarf.
Take the example of the recently discovered planet called Kepler 186f. It orbits a red dwarf star that has only 4% of the sun’s luminosity. It appears to have liquid water and to be habitable and it seems to have gravity similar to Earth. Due to their low luminosity, how do you think lifeforms would look like on a planet like this? There are a lot of factors that need to be considered, and most exoplanets are too far for those factors to be observed directly with current instruments.
Let’s first ponder the possible environments of a planet circling a red dwarf.
What would the sky look like?
For a blue sky: A planet needs to have a thick atmosphere with an abundance of oxygen, and preferably a clear ocean of water or methane. To have a thick atmosphere the planet will need to have a strong magnetosphere. To have a strong magnetosphere the planet will need to have a large, solid iron inner core rotating quickly within a fluid iron outer core. To have such a core, the planet must be larger than a certain size and must have been born after a certain amount of time after the big bang, and in a region of space relatively populated by iron dust created largely through supernovae and nucleosynthesis.
For a red sky: consider Mars. Its atmosphere is 1% of Earth’s and appears red because the ground is red. It’s literally rust. To have such a minimal atmosphere, Mars or any planet would likely have lost its magnetosphere. For that to be the case geological activity and core motion would need to have been dropped nearly to nothing (Mars, in fact, has some magnetism in the southern hemisphere). To be rust the planet must have a considerable amount of iron, so it needs to have accreted during a period when Iron has been nucleo-synthesized in abundance, and it needs to have formed in a region of space in which that is the case.
Let’s assume the planet has the same mass as Earth and is in the circumstellar habitable zone which, around Red Dwarfs, would be very close to the star. Tidal-locking would be inevitable, but models predict that atmospheric equilibration is potentially possible between the starward side and it’s opposite if CO2 and H20 are present. Still, the climate might be pretty turbulent, so expect the need for sturdy shelters capable of thermo-regulation.
The luminosity of a Red Dwarf is no more than 10% of our sun’s, so it will be like living in perpetual twilight.
Plants will need to photosynthesize much more efficiently, perhaps via black analogues of chlorophyll.
Life forms could have very similar metabolisms to earthly organisms. But who knows they might not even be carbon-based lifeforms. Metabolisms are a function of the chemical environment they evolve in. A life that evolves in an ammonia-rich atmosphere would be very different than on that evolved in a sulphur-rich atmosphere.
I would think that they would evolve big, big eyes or light sensors. It is logical to assume that their visual system would extend into the infrared end of the electromagnetic spectrum, since a red dwarf’s visible light emission peaks in the red portion of the spectrum.
They would not see colours like we do. They could see inside thick dust clouds, obscured galactic cores, and other hidden regions of the cosmos. These unique abilities are thanks to the infrared light, a wavelength invisible to the human eye.
Space would look like this to them:
This is how they would see us, humans:
How might they observe us?
In infrared, our petty reasons for racism and xenophobic behaviour completely vanishes.
Looking at us humans in the infrared like these aliens would, it would be impossible for them to understand our human failing of unenlightened racism. They would not see the superficial characteristic of white, black, red or yellow skin. In infrared, we would all appear to be the same.
We are all the SAME even when not viewed in infrared but many people still do not understand that.
Their physical size and bodily configuration depend on the gravity of the planet. On the massive planet, massive life forms. The Smaller planet, thinner lighter life forms. If there are aquatic life forms, they are probably on the level of algae and flagellates. Colors of organisms will be in the white to a pale region.
Red Dwarfs are thought to have frequent stellar flares. If you’re caught outside at the start of one, you better have a radiation-resistant coat that will envelop you rapidly.
