Any references to “top secret bases” instantly provokes imagery and thoughts of Nevada’s most famous place: Area 51. Utah has the Dugway Proving Ground. It’s a place that, for years, has been tied to rumors concerning UFOs and dead aliens. The U.K. has Porton Down, a highly protected base that also has UFO links attached to it. But, what about the bases that we’re not sure about? Do they really exist? That’s what today’s theme is all about. Let’s begin with the Dulce Base, an underground facility said to be buried deep below the town of Dulce, New Mexico. Back in the 1970s, Paul Bennewitz – who died in 2003, in Albuquerque, New Mexico – had his own company that stood adjacent to Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico. Its name was Thunder Scientific. On occasion, Bennewitz had seen – late at night and in the early hours of the morning – strange, unidentified objects flying over Kirtland Air Force Base and the nearby, huge Manzano Mountains. They could have been early drone-like craft. But, for Bennewitz they were alien craft. In ingenious fashion – but from the perspective of Bennewitz, in terrible fashion – a plot was initiated to, in essence, give Bennewitz exactly what he wanted to hear.

So, with that in mind, well-placed government agents, intelligence operatives, and experts in the fields of counterintelligence and disinformation, all fed Bennewitz fictitious tales of dangerous ETs, of thousands of people abducted and mind-controlled in slave-like fashion by the aliens, of terrible experiments undertaken on people held below the Dulce base, and of a looming confrontation between the human race and the deadly creatures from another galaxy. In other words, the Dulce Base probably does not really exist. On the other hand, UFOs, cattle mutilations, and black helicopters have all played “roles” in the story. Even the FBI took note of what was going on at Dulce. Moving on: how about what we might call a “little brother” to Area 51? Time and again, you’ll hear that whistleblower Bob Lazar briefly worked on retrieved UFOs at Area 51. We know Area 51 exists. We’re not sure about S-4 though. As for S-4, according to Lazar it was a massive facility; however, one would not know that if one were to fly over it. In fact, you would scarcely know if you were on the ground, either. Lazar explained that S-4 was actually built within the surrounding mountains, which had been carefully and massively hollowed out. It was within these reinforced, hollow areas that all of the work on the alien craft was undertaken. Nothing could be seen from the sky. Practically nothing could be seen on the ground. And, the whole facility was hidden in the mountains. We still don’t have the proof , though, that S-4 is the real deal.

How about a room that’s all blue? Well, that’s not quite correct. But, we are talking of something that is said to be called the Blue Room. So the story goes, it’s an underground building – possibly deep below Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. And what’s said to be stored in the Blue Room? Nothing less than the remains of dead aliens retrieved from crashed UFOs. One person who heard of the Blue Room was the late Senator Barry Goldwater. He had a fascination for the UFO issue, and, throughout his life and career, made more than a few notable comments and observations on the subject. The bulk of them revolved around his attempts to determine the truth about longstanding rumors that something of a UFO nature (and something of deep significance, too) was secretly held at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio. On March 28, 1975, Goldwater wrote the following, highly thought-provoking, words to a UFO researcher named Shlomo Arnon: “The subject of UFOs is one that has interested me for some long time. About ten or twelve years ago I made an effort to find out what was in the building at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base where the information is stored that has been collected by the Air Force, and I was understandably denied this request. It is still classified above Top Secret.”

Looks like they had all been partying hard the night before

Could there be a secret base on the far side of the Moon? That’s right: I’m going to tell you the intriguing story of Project Horizon. It fell under the auspices of the U.S. Army, and had its origins in the latter part of the 1950s. The plan was to take the first steps towards constructing an installation on the surface of the Moon by the mid-1960s. The goal was for the base to be armed with nuclear weapons and which could be used to decimate the Soviet Union if the United States was hit by a sneak attack and the infrastructure of the nation was significantly destroyed. After much preliminary discussion, it was in late March 1959 that the ambitious program was finally put into place. Overseeing many of the plans to create the secret base was Lieutenant General Arthur G. Trudeau. At the time, Trudeau was the Army’s Chief of Research and Development. Now-declassified files on Project Horizon demonstrate that Trudeau and his team estimated it would cost approximately $6 Billion to design, build and fully equip a base on the Moon.

In a document titled “Project Horizon: A U.S. Army Study for the Establishment of a Lunar Military Post,” Trudeau wrote the following words: “There is a requirement for a manned military outpost on the Moon. The lunar outpost is required to develop and protect potential United States interests on the Moon; to develop techniques in Moon-based surveillance of the Earth and space, in communications relay, and in operations on the surface of the Moon, for further exploration into space and for military operations on the Moon if required; and to support scientific investigations on the Moon.” Although Project Horizon was scuttled, there are rumors suggesting that, yes, there are bases on the far side of our Moon. I say: show me the hard evidence and then I’ll be satisfied.

On January 7, 1948, 25-year-old Captain Thomas F. Mantell, a Kentucky Air National Guard pilot, died in the crash of his P-51 Mustang fighter plane near Franklin, Kentucky, United States, after being sent in pursuit of an unidentified flying object (UFO). The event was among the most publicized early UFO incidents. 

Later investigation by the United States Air Force's Project Blue Book indicated that Mantell may have died chasing a Skyhook balloon, which in 1948 was a top-secret project that he would not have known about.

Mantell pursued the object in a steep climb and disregarded suggestions to level his altitude. At high altitude he blacked out from a lack of oxygen; his plane went into a downward spiral and crashed. 

While many will write this mystery off as having been solved, WartimeStories cannot come to that conclusion. he therefore will leave it to you, the listener, to decide for yourself what to believe after hearing the individual eyewitness accounts, those of various military personnel, regarding the strange unidentified flying objects they saw on January 7, 1948, from no less than three military bases in Kentucky and Ohio.

Rather than being out on its own, the Earth is at the centre of a giant, 1,000-light-year-wide bubble, created by at least 15 supernova explosions, a new study has found.

There are thousands of young stars at the edge of this bubble, according to astrophysicists from the Space Telescope Science Institute in Baltimore, Maryland.

Working with experts from Harvard and Smithsonian, the team reconstructed the evolutionary history of the galactic neighbourhood over 14 million years.

In the 1970s astronomers discovered Earth was in a cosmic void, after realising no stars had formed in 14 million years, with all stars inside this 'bubble' emerging either before it formed, or passing through on their orbit of the galactic centre.

The new study found that multiple supernova explosions 14 million years ago blasted materials needed for star formation to the edge of a huge area of space, creating a 'superbubble' that is surrounded by a frenzy of star bursts, but with none inside. 

The team likened the discovery to a Milky Way that resembles a 'hole-y Swiss cheese', where the holes in the cheese are blasted out by supernova, allowing new starts to form in the cheese, around the holes. 

'This is really an origin story; for the first time we can explain how all nearby star formation began,' said astronomer and co-author Catherine Zucker.

At the centre of this new study is a 3D spacetime animation, using data from the Gaia observatory.

The animation revealed all young stars and star forming regions within 500 light years of Earth in all directions. 

'We've calculated that about 15 supernovae have gone off over millions of years to form the Local Bubble that we see today,' says Zucker who is now NASA Hubble Fellow at the Space Telescope Science Institute.

The oddly-shaped bubble is not dormant and continues to slowly grow, the astronomers discovered, saying it is 'coasting along at about four miles per second.' 

'It has lost most of its oomph though and has pretty much plateaued in terms of speed,' added Zucker.

The expansion speed, as well as past and present trajectories of young stars forming on the surface, were gathered using the Gaia observatory.

'This is an incredible detective story, driven by both data and theory,' says Harvard professor and Center for Astrophysics astronomer Alyssa Goodman.

Goodman is a study co-author and founder of glue, data visualization software that enabled the discovery. 

'We can piece together the history of star formation around us using a wide variety of independent clues.

These include 'supernova models, stellar motions and exquisite new 3D maps of the material surrounding the Local Bubble.'

Using a trove of new data and data science techniques, the spacetime animation shows how a series of supernovae that first went off 14 million years ago, pushed interstellar gas outwards, creating a bubble-like structure with a surface that's ripe for star formation. 

'When the first supernovae that created the Local Bubble went off, our Sun was far away from the action' says co-author João Alves, a professor at the University of Vienna. 

'But about five million years ago, the Sun's path through the galaxy took it right into the bubble, and now the sun sits — just by luck — almost right in the bubble's centre.'

Today, as humans peer out into space from near the sun, they have a front row seat to the process of star formation occurring all around on the bubble's surface, the team explained.

Astronomers first theorised that superbubbles were pervasive in the Milky Way nearly 50 years ago, after spotting a void, where no new stars were being formed.

'Now, we have proof — and what are the chances that we are right smack in the middle of one of these things?' asks Goodman. Statistically, it is very unlikely that the Sun would be centred in a giant bubble if such bubbles were rare in our Milky Way Galaxy, she explained, suggesting they are common.  

Next, the team, including co-author and Harvard doctoral student Michael Foley, plans to map out more interstellar bubbles to get a full 3D view of their locations, shapes and sizes. 

Charting out bubbles, and their relationship to each other, will ultimately allow astronomers to understand the role played by dying stars in giving birth to new ones, and in the structure and evolution of galaxies like the Milky Way.

Zucker wonders, 'Where do these bubbles touch? How do they interact with each other? How do superbubbles drive the birth of stars like our sun in the Milky Way?'

The findings have been published in the journal Nature. 

WHAT IS THE EUROPEAN SPACE AGENCY'S GAIA PROBE AND WHAT IS DESIGNED TO DO?

Gaia is an ambitious mission to chart a three-dimensional map of our galaxy, the Milky Way, and in the process reveal its composition, formation and evolution.

Gaia has been circling the sun nearly a million miles beyond Earth's orbit since its launch by the European Space Agency (ESA) in December 2013. 

On its journey, the probe has been discreetly snapping pictures of the Milky Way, identifying stars from smaller galaxies long ago swallowed up by our own.

Tens of thousands of previously undetected objects are expected to be discovered by Gaia, including asteroids that may one day threaten Earth, planets circling nearby stars, and exploding supernovas.

Astrophysicists also hope to learn more about the distribution of dark matter, the invisible substance thought to hold the observable universe together.

They also plan to test Albert Einstein's general theory of relativity by watching how light is deflected by the sun and its planets.

The satellite's billion-pixel camera, the largest ever in space, is so powerful it would be able to gauge the diameter of a human hair at a distance of 621 miles (1,000 km).

This means nearby stars have been located with unprecedented accuracy.

Gaia maps the position of the Milky Way's stars in a couple of ways.

Gaia’s all-sky view of our Milky Way Galaxy and neighbouring galaxies, based on measurements of nearly 1.7 billion stars. The map shows the total brightness and colour of stars observed by the ESA satellite in each portion of the sky between July 2014 and May 2016. Brighter regions indicate denser concentrations of especially bright stars, while darker regions correspond to patches of the sky where fewer bright stars are observed. The colour representation is obtained by combining the total amount of light with the amount of blue and red light recorded by Gaia in each patch of the sky.

It pinpoints the location of the stars but the probe can also plot their movement, by scanning each star about 70 times.

This is what allows scientists to calculate the distance between Earth and each star, which is a crucial measure.

In September 2016, ESA released the first batch of data collected by Gaia, which included information on the brightness and position of over a billion stars.

In April 2018, this was expanded to high-precision measurements of almost 1.7 billion stars.

The cosmic void is surrounded by multiple star-forming regions created by the explosions. Earth is slap bang in the middle of a 1,000 light-year-wide bubble with a dense surface birthing thousands of baby stars. 

Researchers have long wondered what created this "superbubble." Now, a new study suggests that at least 15 powerful star explosions inflated this cosmic bubble. 

Astronomers in the 1970s first discovered the gigantic void, known as the Local Bubble, after realizing that no stars had formed inside the blob for around 14 million years. The only stars inside the bubble either existed before the bubble emerged or formed outside the void and are now passing through; the sun is one such trespasser. 

This setup had suggested that several supernovas were responsible for this void. Those stellar explosions, the researchers said, would have blasted the materials needed to make new stars, such as hydrogen gas, to the edge of a huge area in space, leaving behind the Local Bubble that's surrounded by a frenzy of star births. 

In a new study, published online Jan. 12 in the journal Nature, researchers accurately mapped the star-forming regions surrounding the Local Bubble and, in doing so, calculated how fast the superbubble is expanding. 

This allowed the team to work out exactly how many supernovas were needed to carve out the gigantic cosmic void and better understand how star-forming regions are created across the Milky Way.

NASA’s Webb Telescope Reaches Major Milestone as Mirror Unfolds

NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope team fully deployed its 21-foot, gold-coated primary mirror, successfully completing the final stage of all major spacecraft deployments to prepare for science operations.

A joint effort with the European Space Agency (ESA) and Canadian Space Agency, the Webb mission will explore every phase of cosmic history – from within our solar system to the most distant observable galaxies in the early universe.

“Today, NASA achieved another engineering milestone decades in the making. While the journey is not complete, I join the Webb team in breathing a little easier and imagining the future breakthroughs bound to inspire the world,” said NASA Administrator Bill Nelson. “The James Webb Space Telescope is an unprecedented mission that is on the precipice of seeing the light from the first galaxies and discovering the mysteries of our universe. Each feat already achieved and future accomplishment is a testament to the thousands of innovators who poured their life’s passion into this mission.”

The two wings of Webb’s primary mirror had been folded to fit inside the nose cone of an Arianespace Ariane 5 rocket prior to launch. After more than a week of other critical spacecraft deployments, the Webb team began remotely unfolding the hexagonal segments of the primary mirror, the largest ever launched into space. This was a multi-day process, with the first side deployed Jan. 7 and the second Jan. 8.

Mission Operations Center ground control at the Space Telescope Science Institute in Baltimore began deploying the second side panel of the mirror at 8:53 a.m. EST. Once it extended and latched into position at 1:17 p.m. EST, the team declared all major deployments successfully completed.

The world’s largest and most complex space science telescope will now begin moving its 18 primary mirror segments to align the telescope optics. The ground team will command 126 actuators on the backsides of the segments to flex each mirror – an alignment that will take months to complete. Then the team will calibrate the science instruments prior to delivering Webb’s first images this summer.

“I am so proud of the team – spanning continents and decades – that delivered this first-of-its kind achievement,” said Thomas Zurbuchen, associate administrator for the Science Mission Directorate in NASA Headquarters in Washington. “Webb’s successful deployment exemplifies the best of what NASA has to offer: the willingness to attempt bold and challenging things in the name of discoveries still unknown.”

Soon, Webb will also undergo a third mid-course correction burn – one of three planned to place the telescope precisely in orbit around the second Lagrange point, commonly known as L2, nearly 1 million miles from Earth. This is Webb’s final orbital position, where its sunshield will protect it from light from the Sun, Earth, and Moon that could interfere with observations of infrared light. Webb is designed to peer back over 13.5 billion years to capture infrared light from celestial objects, with much higher resolution than ever before, and to study our own solar system as well as distant worlds.

“The successful completion of all of the Webb Space Telescope’s deployments is historic,” said Gregory L. Robinson, Webb program director at NASA Headquarters. “This is the first time a NASA-led mission has ever attempted to complete a complex sequence to unfold an observatory in space – a remarkable feat for our team, NASA, and the world.”

NASA’s Science Mission Directorate oversees the mission. NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland, manages the project for the agency and oversees the Space Telescope Science Institute, Northrop Grumman, and other mission partners. In addition to Goddard, several NASA centers contributed to the project, including Johnson Space Center in Houston, the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama, Ames Research Center in Silicon Valley, and others.

It’s hardly surprising that 1997 was the year in which the Roswell “UFO” affair reached its pinnacle. It was, after all, the 50^th anniversary of the mysterious event. Just about everyone who was anyone in Ufology was commenting on, or writing about, the case. And, unsurprisingly, mostly from the perspective of promoting and championing the alien angle. That was not the case for exactly everyone, however. In 1997 – three years after the U.S. Air Force championed its 1994 “Mogul Balloon Report” on Roswell was published – the Air Force made a surprising acknowledgement that the reported sightings of strange bodies at Roswell did have a basis in fact. Not only that: so compelled by then was the Air Force to address the bodies issue that it authorized the release of yet another report on Roswell. The last word, lo and behold, was not the last word. The last word was not even anywhere in sight. Entitled The Roswell Report: Case Closed, it did very little – if anything at all – to dampen the notoriety surrounding the case, however. In fact, the question of why the Air Force had concluded there was a pressing need on its part to explain the reports of unusual bodies found in New Mexico (when it could quite easily have summarily dismissed them as hoaxes or modern-day folklore), only heightened the interest in what did or did not occur in early July 1947.

The Air Force report focused practically all of its 231 pages on the alleged recovery of the strange bodies and asserted that: “‘Aliens’ observed in the New Mexico desert were probably anthropomorphic test dummies that were carried aloft by U.S. Air Force high altitude balloons for scientific research. The ‘unusual’ military activities in the New Mexico desert were high altitude research balloon launch and recovery operations. The reports of military units that always seemed to arrive shortly after the crash of a flying saucer to retrieve the saucer and ‘crew,’ were actually accurate descriptions of Air Force personnel engaged in anthropomorphic dummy recovery operations.”

Aliens, human guinea-pigs, or dummies?

There is no doubt (it is, actually, a matter of historical record) that the Air Force conducted a wide array of tests using crash test dummies in New Mexico and that at least some of these tests did occur in the vicinity of both the White Sands Proving Ground and the town of Roswell. But were those same tests responsible – either in part or in whole – for the stories concerning highly unusual-looking bodies recovered by the military during the summer of 1947? At the time of its release, the conclusions of the Air Force’s latest (final…?) report provoked a furor of controversy. While there is absolutely no doubt that tests utilizing anthropomorphic dummies were widespread in New Mexico, the Air Force’s report largely and very carefully glosses over the fact that these particular tests did not even commence until the early 1950s.

Driving by the White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico

This was an issue not lost on the mainstream media during the Air Force’s press conference at the Pentagon, which accompanied the release of the report in July 1997. A reporter asked, “How do you square the UFO enthusiasts saying that they’re talking about 1947, and you’re talking about dummies used in the 50’s, almost a decade later?”” Air Force spokesman, Colonel John Haynes replied, slightly and noticeably awkwardly: “Well, I’m afraid that’s a problem that we have with time compression. I don’t know what they saw in ‘47, but I’m quite sure it probably was Project Mogul. But I think if you find that people talk about things over a period of time, they begin to lose exactly when the date was.”

It should be said that the Air Force still stands by its Mogul balloon and crash-test dummy scenario. And, it’s unlikely that those two scenarios will go away. Unlike so many people in Ufology, however, I don’t think that the Air Force of today knows what happened way back in 1947. And that also goes for the Air Force of 1997, when the 50th anniversary of the near-legendary affair came around. My tentative view is that someone knows what happened back in 1947 on the Foster Ranch, and someone knows where the old files are still kept. Or, rather a select group knows the truth. But, the numbers of people who are “in the know” are small. Indeed, small enough to make sure that the truth doesn’t leak out. And, finally, both Ufologists and the Air Force have one thing in common: they have both been denied the real story of Roswell.

Known as the $5 Billion Asteroid because it is believed to contain nickel, iron, and cobalt, Nereus made its closest approach to Earth around a month ago on December 11, 2021. During that time, NASA captured some very interesting and detailed images of the asteroid.

Named 4660 Nereus after a sea god from Greek mythology, the asteroid was discovered back in 1982 by Eleanor “Glo” Helin. It is referred to as a Near Earth Asteroid and a Potentially Hazardous Asteroid. It measures 0.33 kilometers in diameter (330 meters or 1,083 feet) and orbits the sun every 661 days. During different times of its orbit, it can be located as close as 0.95 AU to the sun or as far away as 2.02 AU (one AU is the distance that Earth is to the sun).

Nereus belongs to a family of E-type asteroids which are quite bright as they can reflect up to 50% of the sunlight that reaches its surface. To understand this better, S-type asteroids reflect approximately 15% of sunlight, while C-type asteroids only reflect a few percent of the light. It is believed that E-type asteroids could possibly be the source of the exceptionally rare Aubrite meteorites.

When it passed by Earth last month, Nereus was at a distance of just 3,934,298 kilometers from our planet (a little more than 2.4 million miles). The next close approach will occur on March 2, 2031 when Nereus will be at a distance of 17,212,772 kilometers from us (almost 10.7 million miles). Of the next thirteen predicted closest approaches, the nearest it will be to our planet will occur on February 14, 2060 when it will travel within just 1,198,023 kilometers from us (just over 744,000 miles). To put this into better perspective, the moon is located about 384,400 kilometers from us (almost 239,000 miles), so Nereus will be approximately three times further than the moon is to Earth. This means that those wishing to catch a glimpse of the asteroid should be able to do so with a small telescope or powerful binoculars.

On December 10^th – just one day before its closest approach to our planet – NASA’s radar observations captured several phenomenal images of Nereus. Scientists from NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory were able to get the most detailed radar images ever of the asteroid thanks to the 70-meter radio antenna at the Deep Space Network’s Goldstone Deep Space Communications Complex close to Barstow, California.

The images were so incredibly detailed that they showed features on its surface, like possible boulders and craters, as well as ridges. This most recent observation of Nereus will provide scientists with even more valuable information regarding its rotation, shape, and its orbital travels.

In what he is calling an “exclusive with The Sun newspaper,” The Liberation Times writer Christopher Sharp released an interview with a former US Air Force nuclear weapons technician who claims he saw an “orb” during a nuclear weapon transport and a 6-foot-tall “shadow person” inside a secure area of Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri between 2003 and 2007. Is this yet another extraterrestrial encounter at a US nuclear base? Why did he wait so long to come forward?

“Nothing was ever reported. Because if you did, you might be considered mentally unstable and have your clearance and PRP status (personal reliability program) revoked.”

Adrian Reister answered that question right away – he didn’t want to lose his job as a nuclear weapons technician at Whiteman Air Force Base, an ICBM missile base supporting LGM-30 Minuteman weapons systems and B-2 Stealth bombers and their weapons. Reister tells Sharp his first strange experience occurred in 2005 while he was supporting the transport of a nuclear weapon on the base.

“Naturally during this time I am being hyper-vigilant, and I notice a light or orb hovering along the top of the tree line, I’d thought it was just a star at the time but as I continued surveilling the area, the light/orb shot above the treetops and hung there for some time, maybe it was a satellite I thought. As the transport team arrived and secured the weapon within the facility, the orb bounced a little in the sky then shot to the left (north) then shot 90 degrees straight up and disappeared.”

This sounds similar to other UFO encounters reported by personnel at other US nuclear facilities. Reister had at least one more encounter with an orb, which he described as the “same single glowing orb, yellowish-white tint to it.” However, he doesn’t say what may have been going on at the base to prompt this visit. In neither case does he say if anyone else saw the orb.

“The sound went away as I looked up and scanned the room. Not seeing anything I just shrugged my shoulders and went back to work. Within a few more minutes I heard barefoot walking again, away from the support area, and this time I got up to look around.”

Reister says his ‘shadow person’ encounter occurred in 2006 on the third shift while a training crew was locked in a separate bay performing work on a trainer bomb. It’s obviously strange to hear bare feet in an area where everyone wears boots.

“I saw what I can’t really describe as other than a black mass in the shape of a person standing at 6ft, not really a shadow but something that was slightly blurry and didn’t reflect any light… it quickly turned the corner into the admin area of the shop, and I chased after it like a madman.”

That was the last Reister says he saw of the ‘shadow person’ in a highly secure area where no alarms were tripped and no seals were broken. In addition, it doesn’t appear anyone else saw the ‘shadow person’ – if they did, they kept it quiet like Reister. So, why has he come forward now to Sharp and The Sun? It appears he’s frustrated with what he sees as a lack of support from the government, military leaders and the general public for military personnel at nuclear bases who he implies are having similar encounters to his … and risking their lives in the process.

What was the ‘shadow’ person he saw?

Reister’s interview and revelations may convince others to come forward with their stories, but Sharp and The Sun got no answers to questions sent to Whiteman Air Force Base, which Sharp notes is the home of the 509th Operations Group which recovered the alleged crashed UFO at Roswell in 1947.

Will any other witnesses come forward to support Adrian Reister’s claims? If they do, what was the ‘shadow person’ seen in a highly secure area? Will the Pentagon investigate past cases like this one as part of its new commitment to investigate current military encounters with UFOs? Will Adrian Reister start making the rounds as another military UFO witness … or will he disappear?

The first ever pangolin in Europe dating back to the Pleistocene Epoch has been discovered. It is the youngest that has ever been found in addition to being a completely new species.

A humerus bone was unearthed at a rich fossil deposit called Grăunceanu which is located in the Olteţ River Valley of Romania. Grăunceanu and additional sites in Olteţ have been the focus of an international team of researchers for about the last decade. The sites were revealed by landslides that occurred back in the 1960s. Some of the fossils found there over the years include a short-necked giraffe, large terrestrial monkey, saber-toothed cats, and rhinoceroses. And of course, this new pangolin species.

Detailed analysis of a humerus bone revealed that it belonged to a new pangolin species that has been named Smutsia olteniensis. It dates back between 2.2 and 1.9 million years ago during the Pleistocene Epoch. It was previously believed that pangolins left Europe around 10 million years ago during the middle part of the Miocene Epoch in order to travel to warmer climates. However, this new discovery has debunked that theory as pangolins were in fact still in Europe for many millions of years.

Claire Terhune, who is an associate professor of anthropology at the University of Arkansas, noted, “What’s especially exciting is that although some work in the 1930s suggested the presence of pangolins in Europe during the Pleistocene, those fossils had been lost, and other researchers doubted their validity,” adding, “Now we know for sure that pangolins were present in Europe around at least 2 million years ago.”

She went on to describe the bone, “It’s not a fancy fossil.” “It’s just a single bone, but it is a new species of a kind of a weird animal. We’re proud of it because the fossil record for pangolins is extremely sparse. This one happens to be the youngest pangolin ever discovered from Europe and the only pangolin fossil from Pleistocene Europe.” (A picture of the bone can be seen here.)

The now-extinct Smutsia olteniensis shared some similarities with modern members of the Smutsia genus that currently live in Africa. Modern pangolins inhabit Africa and Asia. They are described as being scaly anteaters that slightly resemble armadillos that inhabit in the southern part of the United States. Even though they are full of scales, they are not reptiles and are instead categorized as mammals with close relations to carnivores.

UFOs caught on tape over Port Orchard, Washington 2022

These 5 UFO lights were filmed hovering North of Seattle on 12th January 2022.

Witness report:

I am familiar with local flight patterns for planes arriving and departing so when I first saw these lights I immediately was puzzled because they were brighter than your average plane displaying landing lights and their formation wasn’t in the normal path of most other planes arriving from the north. Also, in relation to the silhouetted trees one would have expected the lights to move toward the south if they were indeed planes arriving in from the north. The only movements I witnessed over the 5 minutes that they appeared was them, one by one, drifting off to the west as their lights faded.

Palatkwapi-Sedona: City of the Star People

A legend among the Hopis states that there was once a great temple city of wisdom built by the Star People, the Kachinas. Many of the Hopi clans visited this city during their respective migrations throughout the Americas and later shared stories of it when all the clans reunited at their final destination on the Hopi Mesas. This mysterious city, known as Palatkwapi, the “Red House,” was where the Star People taught important rituals and secrets of the universe that are still enacted and honored by the clans.

Over the last one hundred years there has been much speculation regarding the location of Palatkwapi. An abundance of ethnographers have located Palatkwapi in the Sedona-Verde Valley region, but there have also been other academics who have placed it much further south. Most everyone agrees, however, that the City of the Star People was someplace south of the Hopi Mesas. One Hopi legend of the Patki or Water Clan recounted by ethnographer Alexander M. Stephen in Hopi Journey states: “...no one knows just where the Red Land is, but it is someplace in the far southwest [of Hopiland].” Distance is, of course, relative, especially when you are traveling by foot.

Some researchers claim that Palatkwapi was Palenque in the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico, which is not to the southwest of Hopiland. Outside of having once possessed buildings painted red, this jungle city seems to contradict many of the known facts regarding the “Red House.” For example, one of the definitive Hopi legends regarding Palatkwapi maintains that the city was surrounded by “high walls,” and that the city’s name “seems to be derived from a high bluff of red stone.” There are no high bluffs of red stone in Palenque, nor was its temple compound completely destroyed by an ancient deluge. If there was a major deluge in the city’s past it is recorded in the “ Maya Flood Myth ,” which is, however, an astronomical event depicted on its temple walls. Moreover, Palatkwapi’s destruction began with the burning of the pine forest surrounding it and Palenque is in the middle of a sweltering tropical jungle consisting of cedar, mahogany, and sapodilla trees. And if Palatkwapi is linked to the Mayan city of Palenque simply because of the similarity between their names, let it be known that Palenque is not the city’s original name.

Its original Mayan name was Lakamha, meaning “Big Water.” Palenque is a Spanish name given it by the Conquistadors meaning “Fortified Place.” By contrast, Sedona and the Verde Valley possess almost all the characteristics that are ascribed to Palatkwapi, and this is why the most renowned Hopi historian and ethnographer, Jesse Walter Fewkes, conclusively identified it as the location of the ancient holy city. Fewkes was so convinced of his identification that he was prompted to name one of the most heavily petroglyph-adorned Hopi ruins in the Sedona area Palatki, which is a shortened version of Palatkwapi.

One difficulty in assigning a definite location for Palatkwapi are the many recorded land routes to it. This is the result of the various Hopi clans having arrived at the Red House via divergent pathways during their migrations. However, the routes taken by most of the clans when they left Palatkwapi and traveled north to the Hopi Mesas are very consistent and in many cases identical. It is this common route that has allowed ethnographers to definitively locate ancient Palatkwapi as the Sedona-Verde Valley area. In fact, this route still exists today and is known as the Palatkwapi Trail.

After closely studying the routes taken by 30 different clans after leaving Palatkwapi and traveling to the Hopi Mesas, Jesse Fewkes and other ethnographers synthesized a “universal route.” This universal route is fully delineated in The Fourth World of the Hopis by Harold Courlander. An abridged version of it, complete with northern Arizona place names, is presented below: 

The clans that went north from Palatkwapi [Sedona-Verde Valley] stopped at one place and another, building winter villages, and then moving on. It is said that they settled at a place called Kunchalpi for some years. There they rested and grew their blue corn. Old people died and children were born, and thus in time there were many for whom Palatkwapi was only a word in the mouths of the grandfathers. But one night there was a bright shooting star in the northeastern sky, and it was taken as a sign that the migration should be resumed. So the people abandoned Kunchalpi and travelled again, drifting a little to the east, until they came to a site they named Hohokyam. There they settled again, planting their fields and resting from the journey. After many years they departed from Hohokyam and moved to another place, Neuvakwiotaka, which is now known as Chavez Pass, and there they remained for a long time. And later on, after many harvests at Neuvakwiotaka, they went on until they came to the little Colorado River near where the present town of Winslow stands. There they made a settlement that they called Homolovi, Small Mound, consisting of two villages, a larger one and a smaller one. The people of the Water and Sand Clans occupied the smaller village. Sharing the larger village were the Tobacco and Rabbit clans, the Sun Clan, and various others, including the Eagle, Hawk, Turkey, and Moon clans. After a time they were joined by the Badger Clan and a group called the Reed Clan….

After many moons the various clans at Homolovi were attacked by the Apaches, who also decided to move into the area and attacked the people in their fields and took away their crops. In order to protect themselves the clans then invoked the Twin Sons, Palöngawhoya and Pöqánghoya, who then met the Apaches on the battlefield. At first the Apaches laughed at the sight of the two boys, saying “Are there no men left in Homolovi?” Then the warrior brothers slung their heavy stones and killed some of the enemy, whereupon the laughing stopped. The Apaches shot some arrows, but Palöngawhoya and Pöqánghoya moved quickly this way and that and escaped the arrows. After that the Apaches rushed forward, and now each of the brothers took out a lightning arrow and shot it. The Arrows struck with a great flash and a thunderous noise. Many of the enemy lay dead or dying on the ground. Again the Apaches attacked, and again the warrior gods loosed their lightning arrows, and the ground was now covered with corpses. Those Apaches who were still alive fled from the field…

When it became time to resume their migration from Homolovi to the promised land, some of the clans decided to split off and travel north to the San Francisco Peaks and then to Wupatki, finally completing their journey at Oraibi in the Hopi Mesas. Meanwhile, the majority of the clans remained together, journeying first to Little Ruin Mound near Walpi, then to Awatovi, and finally to Oraibi.

Building Palatkwapi

….it was the Kachinas that built Palatkwapi.

As previously mentioned, although the destruction of Palatkwapi appears to coincide with the end of the Third World the period of its initial construction is nearly impossible to pin down.

If, for example, one subscribes to the time periods known as the Hopi Worlds (A “World” is a cycle of time. Historically, there have been Four Worlds) or the Dream Time of the Australian Aborigines, then Palatkwapi could have been constructed as recently as 10,000 years ago or as anciently as a million or more years ago. This is because the “Worlds” and “Dream Time” are very inexact time periods.

And then there is the question of how the city could have been constructed in the distant past. If the building of the ancient megalithic circles and temples occurred during the time the Hopis refer to as the First or Second Worlds - when humans had their crown chakra wide open and remained in continual communication with the Creator - their designs could have been spontaneously implanted by the Creator into the minds of their builders. The creative “Gods” could have also received some supernatural abilities to build the temples from the same source. While constructing the temples in Sedona these “Gods” would have also been assisted by the natural earth energies of the area. The amplifying vortexual power combined with the iron and crystal-infused particles would have first magnified the thought forms of the “Gods” and then magnetically united the Sedona sand into the solid formations delineated by the builders’ mental blueprints.

The extent records of Palatkwapi imply that its original builders were the Kachinas. They also reveal that the city’s initial construction preceded the Fourth World.

Some Fourth World construction (or reconstruction) is, however, said to have been overseen by the Kachinas and carried out by the Hopis and/or the members of other tribes residing at Palatkwapi. States Waters:

Under the supervision of the Kachinas, Palatkwapi was built in three sections. Completely surrounded by a high wall, the first section was reserved for ceremonial purposes; the second section, adjoining it, contained storage rooms for food; and the third section comprised the living quarters for the people of all clans. Underneath all three sections ran a river.

“The ceremonial section was the most important. There were no kivas then, as there are today, divided to accommodate initiates and ceremonial participants. Instead, there were two buildings, one for the initiates and one for ceremonial purposes. The ceremonial building was four stories high, terraced like the pueblos we see today. The main door opened to the east, and there were two smaller doors facing north and south.”

On the first or ground floor the Kachina people taught the initiates the history and meaning of the three previous worlds and the purpose of the Fourth World to which man had emerged. On the second floor they taught the structure and functions of the human body and that the highest function of the mind was to understand how the great spirit worked within man. The spirits or Kachina people taught this so that the people would not become evil again and this Fourth World be destroyed like the first three.

In the third story initiates were taught the workings of nature and the uses of all kinds of plant life. Although the people were still relatively pure and there was little sickness, some evils would come, bringing resultant illnesses; and for each on there was a plant remedy for the people to remember.

The fourth story was smaller than the three below, making the ceremonial building resemble a pyramid. To this top level were admitted initiates of great conscience who had acquired a deep knowledge of the laws of nature. Here they were taught the workings of the planetary system, how the stars affected the climate, the crops, and man himself. Here too they learned about the “open door” on the top of their heads, how to keep it open, and so converse with their Creator.

(Note: The “open door” or Kopavi, that the Kachinas taught the Hopis about is known in the Hindu occult system as the Sahasrara or Crown Chakra that is situated at the top of the head.)

El Yunque National Forest Alien Encounters: A Camping Group Attacked By Aliens

National Forest El Yunque (El Yunque National Forest), formerly known as the Caribbean National Forest, is a territory of more than 28,000 acres of dense tropical forests in the northeast of Puerto Rico. 

It is the only rainforest in the US National Forestry System and the US Forest Service, as well as the largest rainforest in the Caribbean and the largest piece of public land in Puerto Rico. 

The park is located around two mountains, one of which is also called El Yunque, which means “Anvil”, at 3,540 feet above sea level and is home to an incredibly diverse menagerie of flora and fauna, most of whose animals are found nowhere else on earth. and many of which are endangered. 

This scenic spot is very popular with tourists, but it is also a place where reports of UFO sightings, unexplained disappearances, strange creatures wandering among the trees, Chupacabra sightings, cattle mutilations, the location of underground alien bases, and so on come with alarming regularity.

The Terrifiying Alien Attack In El Yunque National Forest

El Yunque National Forest is indeed one of the strangest places in all of Puerto Rico, and one of the most famous mysterious incidents happened here in 1973. In October, a group of nine people came here who dreamed of seeing UFOs, because in those days there were especially intense reports of UFO sightings in this part of Puerto Rico.

 In addition, the inhabitants of the villages located near the forest, as in those days, began to complain again that someone mutilates and kills cows and goats. They blamed the notorious Chupacabra for this.

From the very beginning of the journey, its participants began to see something unusual and even surreal. First of all, as they walked past the mountain, they met three people who were descending from the mountain path. The three wore the same clothes and had nearly the same facial features. 

It is possible that these were just three twin tourists, but when the participants of the hike greeted them, they did not seem to hear or see them, without uttering a word or raising their eyes, they passed the group and disappeared further along the path.

The group continued on their way and in the evening they set up camp on the side of the mountain, planning not to go to bed at night but watch the sky in the hope of seeing a UFO. It got dark quickly.

Suddenly, people sitting by the fire heard a loud rustle and crackling of branches in the bushes nearby. Since there are no large predators in Puerto Rico and very few large animals in principle, they decided that there might be another tourist in the bushes. They called out to him and did not receive an answer, and then the rustling and crackling subsided and it became very quiet, unusually quiet throughout the forest.

Several hours passed, but they did not see any UFOs and finally decided to disperse to the tents and fall asleep. And then they again heard a loud crack in the bushes, as if there was something large that was trying to get through the bushes to their camp.

Grabbing the lanterns, the members of the group illuminated the bushes and clearly saw five or six humanoid figures among the thickets, in crouching position, trying to surround them. People thought they were other tourists, but when the dark figures came closer, the flashlights illuminated the gray-skinned creatures.

The creatures had elongated ears, like elves, and had long claws on their hands.

The sight of these aliens frightened the group members so badly that several of them tried to escape from the camp. However, they were not allowed to do this, it turned out that the gray humanoids completely surrounded the camp and did not intend to release anyone outside of it.

The leader of the group, Heriberto Ramos, claimed that one of the creatures suddenly stared at him as if inviting him to contact. Ramos took this as a sign that he may want to communicate and therefore he came closer to the being. When he approached, he got a good look at his triangular head and “extraordinary eyes”. Ramos claimed he was able to get close enough to touch the creature with his hand. 

The creature stared at him curiously, as if it was as startled by the sight of Ramos. That quiet calmness of his belied the dangerous-looking claws on his gnarled hands. For a moment, Ramos thought that something important was about to happen, that they would begin to communicate, but the creature continued to just look at him and be silent.

Meanwhile, other similar creatures roamed the camp among the surprised and frightened members of Ramos’s squad. Soon one person, either due to stress or under the influence of aliens, suddenly wandered into the forest like a zombie, in a state similar to a trance. Another man ran after him in an attempt to get him back but stopped when he saw a luminous egg-shaped object behind the trees.

This “egg” lay on the ground and it looked like it was the object that lured the person who had gone into the forest. Then other members of the Ramos squad also went into the forest and saw there two humanoids, who were holding another shimmering “egg” in their hands. Later, there were suggestions that the “eggs” were special devices that influenced the state of people and forced them to leave the camp in the forest at the whim of the aliens.

For the rest of the night, the hikers wandered through the woods around the camp in a state similar to or close to a trance. And when the sun rose, the aliens suddenly disappeared, finally leaving the tired and exhausted people alone.

When Ramos and his people came to their senses, they found that the ground around the trees was trampled with strange footprints, as if the creatures that walked here were very heavy. They managed to take several photographs of these footprints, and then they quickly packed up their things and left the forest as soon as possible.

Six months later, in May 1974, explorer Federico Alvarez went to the El Yunque forest along with several students from a local college. He had heard a lot about the aliens that Ramos’s group met here, and he was eager to see something similar too.

When Alvarez and the students were just approaching the forest in their car, they all saw a very tall humanoid figure that crossed the road right in front of their car and disappeared into the bushes. Alvarez immediately braked and then he and the students spent a long time heating through the bushes and forest in an attempt to catch up with this creature. 

They found his tracks and walked along with them until the cliff, and then the tracks disappeared as if the creature had disappeared into thin air.

Then Alvarez and his guys set up camp near the observation tower and at night they decided to arrange there something like a homemade alarm from empty aluminum cans. 

“And between one-thirty and one forty-five in the morning, the cans rattled,” – said Alvarez. 

The students hesitantly descended from the tower’s observation deck and witnessed a disturbing sight: the cans moved by themselves, moved by an invisible force. 

Some members of the group felt that things had gone far enough and wanted to leave the place immediately, but they were persuaded to stay for what promised to be another interesting night. And expectations were met. About 15 minutes later, a huge UFO appeared in the sky, floating out of the gap between two adjacent mountains. 

The object remained stationary for five minutes in full view of the students before disappearing behind one of the mountains. The unknown ship no longer appeared.

Mysterious Stones With The Ability To Move, Grow, And Also Breed – These Strange Stones Are Located In Romania

Trovants are strange, growing, multiplying rocks that may be found in Romania.

Torvants are unusual, odd rocks not just because of their propensity to multiply, but also because they are primarily made up of a hard stone core and sand that creates a shell surrounding the core.

These rocks devour the rain’s minerals after each downpour. The minerals react with the chemicals in the stone, resulting in a reaction and pressure inside the stone.

The resulting pressure causes the rock to expand and proliferate from its core to its edges.

Torvants exhibit traits of both a plant and a rock, making it difficult to determine whether they should be categorized as a living or non-living creature. These developing stones are interesting to observe, touch, and use whether they are alive or not!

The high presence of different mineral salts beneath the stones’ shells, according to experts, causes the stones to expand in size. When the surface becomes moist, these chemicals begin to spread, putting pressure on the sand and causing the stone to “grow.”

For the time being, they are simply a famous tourist attraction in Romania that draws visitors year after year. Trovants Museum National Reserve was established in 2004 and is presently under UNESCO protection.

As of this writing, there have been twelve humans who know what it feels like to walk on the surface of Earth’s moon and experience lunar gravity – four are still alive to tell us about it. that total will hopefully change in a few years when one or more countries send humans back to the Moon. In the meantime, anyone (with the right credentials and security clearances, of course) can experience lunar gravity right here on Earth in China’s new artificial moon.

Wait a minute … didn’t China just make an artificial Sun?

You certainly are up on your artificial space bodies, Grasshopper. Less than two weeks ago, China’s EAST (Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak) nuclear fusion “artificial sun” reactor set a new world record by superheating a loop of plasma to temperatures five times hotter than the sun (158 million degrees Fahrenheit or 70 million degrees Celsius) for more than 17 minutes. While that certainly was impressive, it’s not as big of a challenge as eliminating gravity on Earth for long periods of time. That feat was accomplished by a team led by Li Ruilin from the China University of Mining and Technology in a lab in Xuzhou, in Jiangsu province that will soon be fully operational.

The South China Morning Post reports that the mini Moon has an artificial lunar landscape made of rocks and dust of the same weight and density as the real thing. The mini Moon is housed in a room inside a vacuum chamber with two powerful magnets on opposite sides. The magnets generate a field inside the chamber that ‘lifts’ the room and the mini Moon to whatever gravity level is needed – Earth gravity, lunar gravity (one-sixth Earth gravity), no gravity or anything in-between. The mini Moon is in the lunar gravitational state for as long as needed – Li says creep-testing (a kind of stress test to measure how much strain or load an object can handle under pressure) can take several days.

OK, when can we non-astronauts go for a walk on the mini Moon?

Ah, there’s just one catch. The mini Moon measures just 60 cm (2 feet) in diameter – not nearly big enough for your feet … maybe the feet of tardigrade (which would probably make a better astronaut than you). (A functional drawing can be seen here.) But it’s a start and the South China Morning says the benefits even at such a small size are big.

Two feet? Dieting won’t help.

“According to Li, the moon simulator could also be used to test whether new technology such as 3D printing could be used to build structures on the lunar surface. It could help assess whether a permanent human settlement could be built there, including issues like how well the surface traps heat. Some experiments conducted in the simulated environment can also give us some important clues, such as where to look for water trapped under the surface.”

Yes, China’s Chang’e-5 lunar lander just found water on the surface of the Moon – the first time scientists have found on-site evidence of water on the lunar surface. However, the mini Moon will make it easier the second time.

If you’re worried that this puts China ahead in the race to build a base on the Moon … Li says the lunar gravity simulator will be open to researchers from around the world.

It would be nice to take up a collection to send those four living lunar astronauts there to witness lunar gravity one more time.

Over the years, numerous UFO-themed movies have been made; some good, some bad, and some right in the middle. There is, however, one particular UFO caper that definitely deserves to be turned into a big-bucks movie. As you will see now.  The strange story of the alleged UFO crash at Aztec, New Mexico in March 1948 – and the recovery of a number of dead “little men” at the site – is a real hotbed of lies, disinformation, and shady characters. Most of those same characters were best avoided by those with dollars to spare. The tale was made infamous in the pages of Frank Scully’s 1950 blockbuster, Behind the Flying Saucers; it was a book which turned out to be a huge seller. Today, the Aztec affair is seen by some ufologists as Roswell’s “little brother.” As its “skeleton in the cupboard” might be a far more apt description, however. Many researchers of the UFO phenomenon dismiss the Aztec incident as nothing but a hoax; one which was perpetrated by a shady businessman/conman named Silas Newton. His far-less-than-shining FBI file can be accessed, right now, at the FBI’s website, The Vault. When it came to stories of aliens from faraway worlds, making money was always the goal for Newton. And the only goal. Along for the ride with Newton was Leo Gebauer. He was a quasi-scientist and the Igor to Newton’s ego-driven Dr. Frankenstein. There is, though, a very interesting and extremely odd aspect to the Newton/Aztec story. It serves to demonstrate how the UFO phenomenon was becoming the tool of manipulative disinformation specialists in the intelligence community. And not just of the Soviet Union. The United States was getting into the strange game, too.

Rumors of the alleged Aztec crash quickly reached the FBI. The Bureau’s files on Aztec are now  in the public domain,  thanks to the  the terms of the United States’ Freedom of Information Act.

Back in 1998, the late Karl Pflock, ufologist and CIA employee (and sometimes at the very same same time…), was approached by a still-anonymous source who had something very interesting to say about the Aztec caper, and about Newton too. It was a decidedly weird series of revelations that Pflock surely never anticipated receiving. To his dying day, Pflock refused to reveal the name of his informant in the shadows – rumors, however, were that the person may have been a nephew of Silas Newton – but, Pflock did say that all of the lunchtime meetings with his source occurred between July 11 and September 24, 1998 and took place in a restaurant in Bernalillo, New Mexico. So the story goes, Pflock’s informant had in their hands twenty-seven pages taken, or rather torn, from an old and faded, lined journal. No prizes for guessing who that journal had belonged to. That’s right, sly, old Silas Newton. Pflock was told that Newton had kept journals and diaries not just for years, but for decades. They were jammed with entertaining tales of sexual conquests, of Hollywood starlets, of the fleecing of the rich and the gullible, and of wild adventures across the United States. The outcome of all this? Newton decided, around the turn of the 1970s, that it was right about time for him to write-up his version of the Aztec controversy. It would surely have been a definitive page-turner. Death, however, inconveniently intervened in 1972, when Newton passed away in his mid-eighties. What happened to all of those journals is anyone’s guess.

As for those few pages that Pflock was allowed to see – and to transcribe word for word – they tell a tale of undeniable weirdness. By his own admittance, and a couple of years after the Aztec story surfaced in Frank Scully’s book, Newton was clandestinely visited by two representatives of “a highly secret U.S. Government entity,” as Pflock carefully and tactfully described it. Those same representatives of the government told Newton, in no uncertain terms, that they knew his Aztec story was a complete and bald-faced lie. Utter bullshit, in fact. Incredibly, though, they wanted Newton to keep telling the tale to just about anyone and everyone who would listen. This caused Pflock to ponder on an amazing possibility: “Did the U.S. Government or someone associated with it use Newton to discredit the idea of crashed flying saucers so a real captured saucer or saucers could be more easily kept under wraps?” Far more intriguing, though, and highly relevant to the theme of this book, is the next question that Pflock posed: “Was this actually nothing to do with real saucers but instead some sort of psychological warfare operation [italics mine]?” With the Newton revelations in hand, Pflock, no later than 1999, came to believe that back in the early fifties someone in the government, the intelligence community, or the military of the United States – and maybe even a swirling combination of all three – wanted the Aztec story further circulated. The purpose: as a means to try and convince the Russians that the U.S. military had acquired, or captured, alien technology. When, in reality, it had no such thing in its possession at all.

For the record, in 2002, when Pflock and I were corresponding regularly on the matter of these particularly curious revelations, he told me that he had been able to confirm who the two men that approached Newton worked for and specifically when their meeting with Newton occurred. The time-frame was late March 1950 and the pair of spooks came from a small group within the CIA. Slightly more than a year later, Pflock learned, that very same group was absorbed into the Psychological Strategy Board. Staff at the President Harry S. Truman Presidential Library & Museum state of the PSB that it… “……was established by Presidential Directive on April 4, 1951 ‘to authorize and provide for the more effective planning, coordination, and conduct within the framework of approved national policies, of psychological operations.’ An abbreviated version of the Presidential Directive was released to the public on June 20, 1951. The PSB was composed of the Undersecretary of State, the Deputy Secretary of Defense and the Director of Central Intelligence, or their designated representatives. The founding Presidential Directive instructed the PSB to report to the National Security Council “on the Board’s activities on the evaluation of the national psychological operations, including implementation of approved objectives, policies, and programs by the departments and agencies concerned.”

SpaceX Falcon 9 booster completes tenth launch and landing in a year and a half

Falcon 9 booster B1058 has successfully completed SpaceX’s Transporter-3 mission, acing its tenth orbital-class launch and landing in record time in the process.

The rocket lifted off as planned from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS) Launch Complex 40 (LC-40) at 10:25 am EST (15:25 UTC), Thursday, January 13th with 105 small satellites in tow, marking SpaceX’s third dedicated Smallsat Rideshare Program launch since January 2021. Beginning in 2022, the company aims to conduct three such rideshare launches annually, operating Falcon 9 a bit like an orbital bus service with the capacity for hundreds of small satellites from virtually any person, institution, or company on Earth – all for the unprecedentedly low price of approximately $5,000 per kilogram.

As such, it’s no surprise that SpaceX’s Smallsat Rideshare Program has received as much demand as it has. While relatively insignificant in the scope of the rest of the company’s substantial launch and services revenue, SpaceX has now safely delivered 323 small satellites to orbit for 100+ customers with just three dedicated Transporter missions. As an example, that means that in less than 12 months, SpaceX has launched about three times as many small satellites as dedicated small satellite launch company Rocket Lab has launched in the last four years. It’s no surprise, then, that Rocket Lab has already announced plans to develop a far larger, more reusable rocket after just 20 successful Electron launches.

Meanwhile, as dozens of other startups work on similar small rockets that aim to launch around 500-1500 kg to low Earth orbit (LEO), SpaceX – who began its existence developing the much smaller Falcon 1 rocket – almost immediately abandoned small rockets to focus on the much larger Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy vehicles. Thanks to reusability, even a moderately loaded two-stage Falcon 9 with a flight-proven booster almost certainly costs SpaceX several times less per kilogram launched than a fully-loaded Falcon 1.

The booster that launched Transporter-3 is a perfect example. Depending on how one measures it, the launch likely cost SpaceX between $15M and $30M to deliver 105 satellites – likely weighing 3-4 tons total – to sun-synchronous orbit (SSO). SpaceX charges customers a fixed price of $1 million for a 200 kg (440 lb) slot on a Transporter mission, meaning that a 4-ton payload would theoretically net the company $20M. In comparison, in 2005, SpaceX was selling Falcon 1 – designed to launch 1 ton to LEO and ~450 kg to SSO – for the equivalent of around $8 million today. In other words, Falcon 1 customers would have paid about $18,000/kg versus $5,000/kg for a slot on a reusable Falcon 9.

The kicker: Transporter-3 was Falcon 9 B1058’s tenth orbital-class launch in just 19 months, averaging one launch every 59 days. Technically, before a major downtick in SpaceX launch activity beginning in mid-2021, B1058 had actually managed eight launches in less than a year – one launch every ~45 days. Transporter-3 isn’t even its first dedicated rideshare mission – the same booster launched another 133 customer smallsats on Transporter-1 almost exactly a year ago. B1058 has also launched two astronauts, two Dragons, a South Korean geostationary communications satellite, and approximately 290 Starlink spacecraft, amounting to around 120 tons (~260,000 lb) of payload delivered to orbit in a year and half – roughly equivalent to an entire Saturn V launch to low Earth orbit for a tiny fraction of even the marginal cost of the giant Moon rocket.

SpaceX has plans for another two Transporter rideshare launches later this year. The company has as many as three more Falcon 9 launches scheduled for the second half of January, including Starlink 4-6 on January 17th and Italy’s CSG-2 Earth observation satellite on January 27th. Starlink 4-7 is expected to launch around the same time as CSG-2.

UFO Fleet Over Beach Park, Illinois Nov 26, 2021, UFO Sighting News.

Wow this report just came in a minute ago. Back in Nov 26th an eyewitness was driving down the street in Beach Park, Illinois and witnesses a fleet of glowing UFOs pass over him. The objects made not sound and were small and round. He said they were heading toward Lake Michigan which is known for its incredibly deep and cold water. The same location that I believe holds an alien base below the lake floor. Many UFOs come and go from this lake, so it stands to reason...there is something of importance to aliens there...and what is more important than their base?

Face of Jesus Found Near Base and Figure In Antartica! Video, UFO Sighting News.

Guys, I was messing with Google Earth map when I found something strange. I found a buried location of an ancient alien structure. When I changed the time of the photos, an earlier photo reveals an airport runway freshly made, dozens of trailers, tractors and it looks like the mound was being excavated by scientists and military. I believe they found an ancient alien structure under the snow and ice.

 

Also I found the face of Jesus near the the excavation site. The face is that of a male with long hair, beard, mustache, long face, and a crown of thorns around his head. Not to mention that his eyes, nose chin and cheeks all clearly showing. 

 

These two location are also close to a standing dark figure I found last year on the snowy mountains. It's the figure of huge bipedal being that could only be alien. 

 

It can't be just a coincidence that all these pieces of evidence are so close to each other. I believe they are all related and build on the theory the ancient aliens once inhabited Antartica. 

 

Oh, in the video, I didn't label the title Jesus face, and I didn't say Jesus, I wanted to ask the viewers who they thought it was. This way, we get a consensus on who's face it is. Not just my personal opinion. I ask people in the video to tell me in the comments below who the face is. And one more thing...Jesus was an alien who came to Earth to instill morals and rules to help a chaotic early humans rise to enlightenment.
