Cupid and his arrows gets all of the press but Greek mythology experts know the whole story about Cupid and his wife Psyche from the 2nd century CE novel Metamorphoses (The Golden Ass) by Lucius Apuleius Madaurensis. Psyche was the most beautiful woman in the world who was tricked by a jealous Venus, only to be saved by Cupid (it’s more complicated than that, but this is a story about a different Psyche). Today’s space news concerns a different Psyche – the largest metallic asteroid in the Main Belt between Jupiter and Mars that is the target of the upcoming “Mission to a Metal World” scheduled for a 2022 SpaceX launch date. While its metallic content has long been known (and makes far uglier asteroidly-speaking than its namesake), the reason why hasn’t … until now.

“Psyche is an interesting body to study because it is likely the remnant of a planetary core that was disrupted during the accretion stage, and we can learn a lot about planetary formation from Psyche if it is indeed primarily metallic.”

Wendy K. Caldwell, Los Alamos National Laboratory Chick Keller Postdoctoral Fellow, is the lead author of a paper published in the journal Icarus about 2D and 3D computer simulations of possible causes of Psyche’s metallic composition. The models paid special attention to telescopic images of the craters on Psyche, which are far different than those on rocky or icy asteroids. A Los Alamos press release gives the big reveal that Psyche was most likely a young planet on the path to formation when it was battered by other space objects during its core formation phase, stopping its growth and leaving the metallic core exposed.

“Our ability to model the impact through the modification stage is essential to understanding how craters form on metallic bodies. In early stages of crater formation, the target material behaves like a fluid. In the modification stage, however, the strength of the target material plays a key role in how material that isn’t ejected ‘settles’ into the crater.”

Then the Psyche mission – four shrinking orbits around the asteroid – will determine its metallic content, which many scientists believe is Monel, a strong nickel alloy based on ore found in the Sudbury impact crater in Ontario. A match would indicate that Monel is extraterrestrial in origin and the two current and former space rocks could possibly be related.

The Psyche mission won’t arrive at the asteroid until 2026, but this modeling emphasizes its importance in the study of how planets form, especially during their core phase. Unfortunately, it won’t help the other Psyche pass Cupid on the popularity list – Cupid still has Valentine’s Day and all that chocolate going for  him.

Het gaat om sterrenstelsel SPT0418-47 dat zich met de ALMA-radiotelescoop in Chili liet verschalken. Hoewel het geen spiraalarmen lijkt te hebben, heeft het minstens twee kenmerken die karakteristiek zijn voor onze Melkweg: een roterende schijf en een centrale verdikking of ‘bulge’, een grote groep sterren die zich rond het centrum van het stelsel hebben verzameld. Het is voor het eerst dat zo’n bulge zo vroeg in de geschiedenis van het heelal is waargenomen, beklemtoont de ESO waarvan België stichtend lid is. Het maakt SPT0418-47 tot de verste dubbelganger van de Melkweg.

“De grote verrassing was dat dit stelsel, anders dan op grond van modelberekeningen en eerdere, minder nauwkeurige waarnemingen was verwacht, nogal veel op nabije sterrenstelsels lijkt”, zegt Filippo Fraternali van de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. De jonge sterrenstelsels in het vroege heelal waren nog niet volgroeid. Daarom verwachtten astronomen dat ze chaotisch zouden zijn en niet de onmiskenbare structuren zouden vertonen die kenmerkend zijn voor volwassen stelsels zoals de Melkweg.

Het onderzoek van verre sterrenstelsels zoals SPT0418-47 is volgens de ESO essentieel voor ons begrip van hoe sterrenstelsels zijn ontstaan en zich hebben ontwikkeld. Het levert nieuwe inzichten op over het verleden van ons heelal. 

Licht 12 miljard jaar onderweg

Dit sterrenstelsel is zo ver weg dat we het zien toen het heelal nog maar tien procent van zijn huidige leeftijd had. Zijn licht heeft er namelijk 12 miljard jaar over gedaan om de Aarde te bereiken. Door dit stelsel te bestuderen, gaan we terug naar een tijd dat de ontwikkeling van deze babystelsels nog maar net op gang was gekomen.

Omdat deze sterrenstelsels zo ver weg zijn, zijn gedetailleerde waarnemingen met zelfs de krachtigste telescopen bijna onmogelijk: de stelsels vertonen zich normaal gesproken als kleine, zwakke vlekjes. Het team kon dit obstakel overwinnen door gebruik te maken van een nabij sterrenstelsel dat als een krachtig vergrootglas fungeert - een verschijnsel dat het zwaartekrachtlenseffect wordt genoemd. Bij dit effect wordt het licht van het verre stelsel vervormd en afgebogen door de zwaartekrachtaantrekking van het lensstelsel.

Ver verleden

Met hulp van dit ‘lensstelsel’ kon ALMA ongekend gedetailleerd in het verre verleden kijken. Daardoor ziet het verre stelsel er veel groter uit en lijkt het misvormd. In dit geval vertoont SPT0418-47 zich als een bijna volmaakte ring van licht rond het lensstelsel. Dat komt doordat de twee stelsels bijna precies op één lijn staan. 

Het onderzoek stond onder leiding van Francesca Rizzovan van het Max-Planck-Institut für Astrophysik in Duitsland. De resultaten staan in het jongste nummer van het vakblad Nature.

Sunspot Could Send Solar Flares Toward Earth That May Disrupt The Power Grid

A massive sunspot on the surface of the sun has the potential to shoot solar flares toward Earth, and this particular sunspot is one of concern. A solar flare could disrupt the power grid and take down some radio communications.

A massive flare is expected from sunspot AR2770. Not only is a massive flare likely, but this sunspot is also expected to grow in size and cause eruptions, The Financial Express reported. According to the report, the sunspot with an expected diameter of 50,000 kilometers is likely to release a huge amount of energy that will lead to solar flares and storms. This phenomenon is known as Coronal Mass Ejections (CME) which impacts radio waves and satellite communications.

This sunspot is about the size of the planet Mars. According to NASA, “solar flares are a sudden explosion of energy caused by tangling, crossing, or reorganizing of magnetic field lines near sunspots.”

According to NASA, very large flares can even create currents within electricity grids and knock out energy supplies. When Coronal Mass Ejections strike Earth they cause geomagnetic storms and enhanced aurora. They can disrupt radio waves, GPS coordinates, and overload electrical systems.

A large influx of energy could flow into high voltage power grids and permanently damage transformers. This could shut off businesses and homes around the world.

Make sure your preps are in place. This is only a “potential” for grid failure, but if it does happen and the power grid is down for an extended period of time, people will panic. Fear is a highly toxic and addictive emotion and with so many still cowering over the scamdemic, we could see massive riots and civil unrest.

The mainstream media has also been ignoring, for the most part, any changes in the sun while keeping attention diverted to a second lockdown and COVID-19 panic. Military F-4 Jet Chases Alien Craft Over Iran

SEPTEMBER 19, 1976 ……..TEHRAN IRAN AREA

An extremely compelling case of an invading UFO occurred in Tehran, Iran in September of 1976. On the 19th, the Air Force of Iran began receiving calls from local citizens reporting an unusual, unidentifiable object in the skies.

The Air Force duty officer called the Assistant Deputy Commnder of Operations informing him of the situation, and asking for guidance in how to handle the situation. He knew there were no planes flying at the time that could account for the strange reports.

At first Yousefit thought the edgy citizens were seeing just stars or the planet Venus, but after even more inquiries, he decided to look for himself.

As he checked out the unknown object, he knew immediately that it was no star. It was much larger and brighter. He made the decision to scramble an F-4 jet from Shahrokhi Air Force Base to get a closer look at the unusual object. The plane left the runway at approximately 1:30 AM to intercept the UFO.

The plane sped toward the large, bright unknown which lay some 70 miles north of them. About half-way there, the plane began to experience communication problems.

Instrumentation was also faulty, so the pilot dropped off course, heading back to Shahrokhi. As the F-4 changed course, instrumentation and communication was suddenly restored.

Had the UFO compromised the plane’s functions as it approached, and then allowed them again as the plane dropped from its course?

Another F-4 left the air base, attempting to identify the UFO. As the second jet approached the UFO, they made radar contact. Crew members stated that the size of the radar return was similar to that of a 707 jet. The actual size of the object was impossible to determine visually because of the brilliance of the glowing object.

The jet drew nearer to the UFO.

For a time, the F-4 bridged the distance between itself and the UFO, but even flying above Mach 1, the UFO suddenly shot away from the F-4. This incredible burst of speed was confirmed by the plane’s radar and also visually.

The pilot of the F-4 was not able to gain any ground on the UFO, but managed to pace it as they sped through the skies.

The crew of the plane would later say that the UFO had strobing lights arranged rectangularly. The lights alternated from red, blue, green, and orange in color. The plane’s crew was astonished to see another, smaller object emerge from the large UFO. The plane and UFO were now flying south of Tehran.

The smaller object made a bee-line to the F-4 moving at incredible speeds.

Fearing for their very lives, the pilot aimed an AIM-9 missie at the approaching object, but just as he did, the weapons control panel went off line, and he lost all communication. The only course of action left was to dive to try to avoid a collision with the approaching UFO or weapon.

The approaching object followed the plane into its dive briefly, but then tailed off, and returned to the larger UFO. All functions were again on line as the UFO left the jet behind.

There was never an explanation for what two F-4 jets chased over the skies of Tehran.

The crew members stated that the UFO moved at incredible speeds and had the ability to disable the plane’s instrumentation. This is one of the best documented UFO / Plane chases on record.

I found another elephant on Mars...yes you heard me correct. I found an head of an elephant carved into stone on a hillside. The elephant has features not only of an elephant, but of an young elephant. This elephant and the one I found last year both have the exact same features including a defining one...small tiny ears. Yes thats important, because it means there may be a relation to elephants on earth. 

There are many legends about elephants in old mythology and religions of earth. Stories that last millenniums always are based on truth.

I think its time for NASA to face the elephant in the room.

Rainbow Flashing UFO Seen Over Michigan On Aug 13, 2020, Video, UFO Sighting News.

This rainbow color changing UFO was seen over Michigan this week. The eyewitness was kind enough to keep the video original for us. When he zooms in on the object, I can see a hexagon shaped disk with a powerful glowing coming from its center. The colors could be done on purpose to get the attention of the human eyewitnesses and to put them at ease. What I mean is, some colors are less frightening than others and its showing a lot of purple/violet colors...which are considered soothing and meditative helping. Clearly the aliens wanted to be seen and wanted to make a good first impression on the humans watching. Its very possible this UFO came from an alien base below Lake Michigan, which has some very deep areas an has seen numerous UFO sightings every year.

This report just came in from Facebook. A white pillar shaped UFO was seen in the sky over Warsaw, Poland two weeks ago. The object which was seen during the day really stands out, but has taken a white appearance to match the clouds that it probably will hide within. This strange shaped UFO is tall, thicker on the bottom, thin on its top, with a single arm coming out. This is absolute a UFO, watching over Poland...possibly with the intentions of knowing how the Polish are dealing with both Coronavirus...and Polands aggressive neighbor...Russia. 

I have heard of such a UFO before, but it came from an astronaut report long ago...let me tell you about it.

In June 1965, Major James McDivitt saw, filmed, and photographed an object, which approached the Gemini IV (3rd June – 7th June 1965) capsule in which they were orbiting the Earth, passing over Hawaii. The UFO had a long arm sticking out of it. Here is what Major James McDivitt repeated many times: "I was flying with Ed White. He was sleeping at the time so I don't have anybody to verify my story. We were drifting in space with the control engines shut down and all the instrumentation off (when) suddenly (an object) appeared in the window. It had a very definite shape - a cylindrical object - it was white - it had a long arm that stuck out on the side. I don't know whether it was a very small object up close or a very large object a long ways away. There was nothing to judge by. I really don't know how big it was. We had two cameras that were just floating in the spacecraft at the time, so I grabbed one and took a picture of (the object) and grabbed the other and took a picture. Then I turned on the rocket control systems because I was afraid we might hit it. At the time we were drifting - without checking I have no idea which way we were going - but as we drifted up a little farther the sun shone on the window of the spacecraft. The windshield was dirty - just like in an automobile, you can't see through it. So I had the rocket control engines going again and moved the spacecraft so that the window was in darkness again - the object was gone. I called down later and told them what had happened and they went back and checked their records of other space debris that was flying around but we were never able to identify what it could have been. The film was sent back to NASA and reviewed by some NASA film technicians. One of them selected what he thought was what we talked about, at least before I had a chance to review it. It was not the picture - it was a picture of a sun reflection on the window."

Awide white-balanced panorama was taken by NASA's Curiosity Mars rover on Dec. 19, 2019, the 2,620th Martian day, or sol, of the mission. showing the Western Butte on Mars. The rover's Mast Camera, or Mastcam, used its telephoto lens to produce the panorama, which includes 130 individual images stitched together. 

But the image not only shows the landscape of the Western Butte. When zooming in onto the high resolution image a human-like figure becomes visible. 

A person with a pale face, long wavy hair and possibly wearing sunglasses who is staring at the Mars rover Curiosity.

It is not the first time that human-like figures have been spotted in NASA 's Curiosity images, but it is often dismissed as pareidolia. But is that really the case here?

Flurry of Reports on UFO Sighting Over Denver Prompts US Officials to Investigate

The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) launched an investigation into a UFO sighting following a series of calls on a mysterious object in the skies this week above Denver, Colorado. Videos of the almost-transparent object have made the rounds online, prompting the local CBS channel’s curiosity about the object’s origin.

 A journalist for CBS Denver Kelly Werthmann posted the video on Twitter and requested help in identifying it, setting off several conspiracy theories. The footage was captured by CBS 4 photojournalist Jeremiah Bellile, who noticed the UFO on Monday.

Werthmann said that the Denver TV station newsroom had received multiple calls from panicked locals. Bellile captured the UFO sighting video from the CBS4 rooftop.

FAA said that they hadn’t received reports of anything strange over East of Denver.

Werthmann’s post on social media received hundreds of comments, including from a former NASA official Joseph Gruber. According to Gruber, the object in question could have been one of Google’s high altitude balloons, known as Project Loon.

Gruber posted flight radar photos showing three such balloons that day of the UFO sighting in the sky over Denver. He added that they’ve been testing for a while in the area as well as in South America and Africa.

The FAA later confirmed this explanation, dismissing the sighting as a weather balloon from the Loon Project, a Google parent company Alphabet’s subsidiary.

The balloon that was spotted over northern Colorado had been flying at an altitude of around 53,000 feet. Project Loon is an initiative to provide internet service to remote areas by sending up balloons to the stratosphere with attached aerial Wi-Fi network equipment.

However, some stayed skeptical, such as YouTube username Cain Swanson, who believed there’s something mysterious on the object. He said that it was not a balloon but a UFO after seeing the object three times last week.

UFO in Berisso: vreemde geluiden en waarneming

Een buurman beweert een UFO te hebben gezien in Berisso, Argentinië, nadat hij in de vroege ochtend van 10 augustus 2020 vreemde geluiden had gehoord.

Deze website ontving een brief van een buurman van Berisso, Argentinië, waarin ze haar first-person ervaring met een UFO-waarneming in die stad vertelde, nadat ze in de vroege ochtend van 10 augustus 2020 vreemde geluiden had gehoord. Heb je een UFO gezien in Berisso?.

De brief van de buurman die de UFO in Berisso zag:

«Ik zou willen beginnen met te verduidelijken dat ik mijn naam of commentaar hierop aan niemand anders zal geven dan aan deze pagina, die ik al heel lang volg en ik denk dat deze zeer betrouwbaar is. Ik wil proberen uit te leggen wat er gisteravond met me is gebeurd.

Ik kom uit Berisso, provincie Buenos Aires, Argentinië. En zoals veel inwoners van de stad werd ik kort na één uur 's ochtends wakker met een vreemd geluid. Eerst dacht ik dat het een auto was die wachtte om je huis binnen te komen, of de uitgang van een buurman.

Het geluid was dat: dat van een auto die regelt, beweegt. Ondanks dat het geen hard geluid was, was het bijzonder vervelend.

Toen ik uit het balkon keek, was er geen auto op het blok, maar er was lawaai. Ik keek naar de lucht en ondanks de wolken was er geen storm, en hoewel het geluid niet als een storm was, leek het me het meest logische om te doen.

Het geluid ging door en hoewel, ik herhaal, het was niet verbluffend, het was vervelend genoeg om me niet langer dan 5 minuten per keer te laten slapen. Het was vervelender dan sterk, het verdoofde niet, maar het stoorde diep van binnen, als een andere sensatie.

Ik stond op het balkon en hoewel ik niets kon zien, was mijn zicht altijd midden op het braakliggende terrein voor me. Naast de begraafplaats Berisso park.

Het geluid ging door en dat vreemde gevoel ook. Terwijl ik naar het braakliggende terrein staarde, begon ik op te merken dat het geluid daar vandaan kwam. Ik probeerde uit te leggen dat ze zouden werken omdat ze soms dingen doen, ze komen binnen met busjes, maar wie zou er op dit moment werken, in het donker en met zoveel lawaai?

En toen zag ik het. Achter de wolken maar perfect. Ovaal, lichtblauw en helder. Ik heb nog nooit zoiets gevoeld. Een verkoudheid liep van het ene punt naar het andere door mijn lichaam en drong de achterkant van mijn nek binnen en ik had precies het gevoel dat ze mij op de een of andere manier ook zagen.

Gedurende de tijd dat hij in de lucht zweefde, kon ik me niet bewegen om de mobiele telefoon of iets anders te zoeken. Het was alsof ik verlamd raakte. Nooit in mijn leven heb ik me zo geobserveerd gevoeld.

Ik weet niet hoe lang de UFO in Berisso was, noch wat hij was, noch wat hij deed net boven die open ruimte naast het Parque Cementerio, maar ik weet dat het niets is dat we weten.

Toen hij wegging en ik terug kon naar mijn bed, was het 3:12 uur 's ochtends. Het geluid verdween na half drie.

Het gevoel dat ik me blootgesteld en geobserveerd voelde, alsof er iets achter me door mijn huis rende terwijl mijn herinneringen nog steeds niet waren verdwenen.

Ik zou graag willen weten of iemand anders het heeft gezien. Ik denk van wel, want het was heel duidelijk. Nu durf ik niet eens het balkon op.

Ik zou heel graag antwoorden willen hebben. Vriendelijke groeten."

Het is niet de eerste keer dat een UFO in Berisso wordt gezien en de autoriteiten zijn traag met het geven van een verklaring. Veel inwoners van de stad hebben het op sociale netwerken geuit, en ze zijn het er allemaal over eens dat het geluid erg sterk was en ze begrijpen niet wat het veroorzaakte.

Opgemerkt moet worden dat er een van de YPF-fabrieken in de buurt is, maar het bedrijf ontkent er iets mee te maken te hebben.

Deze zaak wordt toegevoegd aan de zaak die plaatsvond op 22 februari 2019, toen de Fundación Argentina de Ovnilogía (FAO) meldde «Last moment. Mysterieuze UFO doorkruiste de lucht van Berisso ».

In dat geval was het een pijlpuntvormig object vol licht dat door meer dan één getuige werd gezien. Er was sprake van overeenkomsten met wat in 1997 in Phoenix, Arizona, werd gezien.

“Op woensdag 20 februari om 20.45 uur, het echtpaar ANGELES. V. en JUAN. N. observeert samen met zijn kleindochter de beweging ZEER LANGZAAM en HOGE HOOGTE van een lichtgevend artefact in de vorm van een PIJLPUNT, waarvan de zeer open zijden 10 tot 12 sferische met elkaar verbonden lichten vertegenwoordigden. De indringer, in een schijnbaar noord-zuid traject, werd gedetecteerd vanuit de stad Berisso (Bs.As) gedurende 5 minuten en zonder enige waarneming van geluid of geluid ”. Het was wat de FAO destijds rapporteerde.

Phoenix lichten

De Phoenix-lichten waren een reeks UFO-waarnemingen die werden waargenomen in de lucht van de staten Arizona en Nevada (Verenigde Staten) en Sonora (Mexico) in de nacht van donderdag 13 maart 1997. Er waren twee verschillende gebeurtenissen bij betrokken die wekte de aandacht en verwondering van specialisten: een driehoek vol lichten en een reeks aan de hemel gefixeerde lichten in de omgeving van Phoenix.

Fife Symington, destijds gouverneur van Arizona, was een van de getuigen van die verschijningen. Later noemde hij deze waarnemingen iets dat 'uit een andere wereld' kwam.

Argentina is known to be a hotbed of UFO activity and Berisso, on the Atlantic coast across the river from Uruguay, is a hotpsot in the Buenos Aires Province. As in many other countries, officials are slow to respond to sightings and many questions remain unanswered. That’s why a recent report of mysterious loud noises and a UFO in Berisso on August 10, 2020, was kept anonymous by the UFO-Community.com website. Will this be the one that finally opens the disclosure door in Argentina?

“I am from Berisso, province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. And like many of the city’s residents I woke up shortly after one in the morning to a strange sound. At first I thought it was a car waiting to enter your house, or the exit of a neighbor.”

That doesn’t sound too mysterious or UFO-related, and the witness agreed … at first. The noise continued and “… it was annoying enough not to let me sleep more than 5 minutes at a time.” The witness, who the website says is a “neighbor,” went out on her balcony and determined the annoying sound was not from a storm but appeared to be coming from a vacant lot next to the Berisso park cemetery. However, before she could better identify it, the sky revealed something new.

“Behind the clouds but perfect. Oval, light blue and bright. I never felt anything like it. A cold ran through my body from end to point entering the back of my neck and I had the exact sensation that somehow they saw me too. 

During the time that he was suspended in the sky, I couldn’t move to look for the cell phone or for anything. It was like I got paralyzed. Never in my life have I felt so observed.”

No photos or video from this witness, but local social media reports indicate others in Berisso heard the noise and posted a recording (listen here). This is not the first time strange noises have been heard in Berisso. The site Info Berisso interviewed Diego Bagú, the director of the UNLP Planetarium (La Plata Astronomical Observatory), in May about another incident (possibly this one in late March) and he had this to say:

“I cannot say what it is because we do not know for sure what causes it. I’ve seen videos and it really is very eye-catching. There is a consensus from the scientific point of view that these sounds come from the atmosphere: pressure changes are taking place in the upper atmosphere and this produces large volumes of gas that move generating a sound, but we do not know for sure what it is. that may be causing it. There are some ideas but we are not clear about what causes it, so there is enough to study in that sense.”

OK, but what about the UFO? For that, fingers start pointing at YPF S.A. (Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales), a large Argentine energy company with a plant in the area. In both reports, YPF denies having anything to do with the noise nor the UFO.

However, back in August 2018, United UFO Field Researchers reported on another UFO over Berisso.

“… JOHN NAUMOVICH, neighbor of the central sector of Berisso (Bs. As) steps out to the bottom of his home and looks perplexed at the passage of a strange flying OBJECTO in straight west-east flight, that is, towards the Rio de la Plata. The artifact, with RED, YELLOW and WHITE lights, flew at moderate speed and regular height, resembling ′′ a rugby ball “. This mightily caught his eye, during the minute the passage lasted until he lost sight. This phenomenon has quite possibly been observed from other Bonaerenian sites.”

Are these UFOs connected to YPF, despite its denials? They could be drones or they could be the unexplained and mysterious UFOs often seen across South America over energy installation and mineral mines. Could the mysterious sounds be linked to YPF? The mysterious Windsor Hum in the U.S. has been linked to a manufacturing plant and others are suspected to be caused by corporate facilities that don’t want to be investigated. Energy and governments cover for each other, as do the military and governments, especially when it comes to UFOs and possible extraterrestrial contact. Is that the case in Berisso?

It seems to be a good idea to keep an eye on the skies and an ear to the gournd in Berisso, Argentina … especially when concerned witnesses say:

“The sensation of feeling exposed and observed, as if behind my back something was going through my house at the same time that my memories still did not go away. 

I’d like to know if anyone else saw it. I think so, because it was very evident. Now I don’t even dare go out onto the balcony.”

In 1957, something strange and highly alternative occurred in  the U.K. That was the year in which George King and his Aetherius Society attracted the secret attention of the world of officialdom, specifically in May of that year. It was on the 26^th of the month that an eye-catching article appeared in the pages of a weekly U.K.-based publication called The Empire News. In an article titled “Flying Saucer Clubs Probe: Peace Messages ‘from outer space,'” the following was revealed: “‘Warnings’ from outer space against Britain’s H-Bomb tests published in a flying saucer magazine take a similar line to Moscow-inspired propaganda. The ‘warning’ – in a special issue of the magazine – is being scrutinized by Scotland Yard’s Special Branch [the origins of which date back to 1883 and which, in 2006, was absorbed into the Metropolitan Police Service’s Counter Terrorism Command]. It is suspected that a number of flying saucer clubs – and some spiritualists as well – are unwittingly being used by the communists. The warning appears in the magazine of the Aetherius Society, which circulates widely among flying saucer enthusiasts.”

Not only that, The Empire News revealed that George King had, as he put it, received a channeled message from advanced entities from the planet Mars. The decidedly anti-nuke message of the Martians went as follows: “Have not the latest peace moves come from Russia? You in the West blame Russia and say it is necessary to make these weapons to protect yourselves from them. You in Britain are in a favorable position to show the larger countries the way.” It’s hardly surprising that a body like Special Branch would sit up and take notice of (a) this development in the world of the Aetherius Society and (b) the pro-Russian words of the alleged Martians. King wasted no time in contacting Scotland Yard, demanding to know why, exactly, he and his group were now under surveillance by government authorities.

Well, given both the time-frame and the climate, it should have been glaringly obvious: the authorities saw King’s words (and those of his claimed Martian friends) as nothing less than outright propaganda designed to make the U.K. government look bad and the Russians look good. In a letter of May 26, King scolded Scotland Yard and did his utmost to try and put things straight. He wrote in his letter that the Aetherius Society was actually “a religious and occult society, which has contact with Intelligences on certain other planets. We are non-political and non-sectarian.” That’s certainly not how the authorities saw things, though.

As to how Special Branch became involved in all of this weirdness, and learned of the activities and statements of King, well, that’s all very simple. The Empire News was very much a right-wing newspaper. King’s political views were anything but right-wing. It transpires that one of the staff of The Empire News, concerned and pissed that King was using his Cosmic Voice publication to promote communism, contacted Scotland Yard just a couple of days before their planned article on King appeared. According to Special Branch, their source at the publication “wished to bring it to the notice of this department in view of the, in his opinion, Communist bias of part of the contents which refer to the atom bomb.” The result was that Scotland Yard opened a file on King and his colleagues. They did much more than that, though. After receiving King’s letter of disgust as to how his organization was being portrayed and presented, on May 31 an officer headed out to King’s home. The matter of King, his motivations, the goals of the Aetherius Society, the comments concerning Russia and nuclear weapons, and alien life were discussed frankly – and in a surreal situation, too.

The Special Branch officer who had the task of speaking with King wrote the following summarized report: “I disclosed my identity and told King that I had come to see him in connection with his letter to the Commissioner. I pointed out to him that in this letter he stated ‘The article purports to give a report of some recent work of this Society and states that the Society is being scrutinized by the Special Branch of Scotland Yard,’ whereas the article states, ‘The ‘warning’ – in a special issue of the magazine – is being scrutinized by Scotland Yard’s Special Branch.” Many might say – justifiably – there is very little difference between scrutinizing the words of the “warning” and scrutinizing the work of the Aetherius Society. The head-to-head at King’s home was not cordial. From then on, however, and for a couple of years, King and his followers were watched intensely. Interestingly, Special Branch officers took careful studies of King’s written output, too. Take note of the following, prepared by a Special Branch officer in May 1957:

“COSMIC VOICE (Special Emergency May 1957) consists of a cover page and three pages of cyclostyle printed matter stapled together and is printed and published by THE AETHERIUS SOCIETY, 88, The Drive Mansions, Fulham Road, S.W.6. In page 1 of the printed matter one George KING is referred to as the Chairman of the society. On page 1, which is headed ‘Introduction. You are responsible’ it is stated that KING is able to tune in telepathically to mental radiations from a Space Station in the orbit of the Earth, 1550 miles above its surface, which is controlled by an entity from the Planet Mars, referred to as Mars Sector 6. It also states that an appeal for the cessation of nuclear experimentation was transmitted on the 7^th May, 1957 from the Space Station. Pages 2 and 3 give the text of this message in full. In brief, it is an appeal to the ordinary man to protest through spiritual progress against nuclear bombs. Reference is made on page 1 to the placing of blame by the West on Russia because it is said that it is necessary to make weapons for protection against this country, and the question is asked, ‘Yet, Western Civilizations, have not the latest Peace moves come from this country you condemn.’ The trend of the text is more religious than political in general. KING is obviously a crank. King claimed that some 600 copies of the Special Emergency Supplement of “COSMIC VOICE” dated 7^th May, 1957 has been printed, and that copies had been sent to Buckingham Palace, No. 10, Downing Street, President Eisenhower at Washington, to 125 Members of Parliament, Prime Ministers of the Dominions, etc., as well as to Religious and Social Reform authorities and to many newspapers.”

Special Branch certainly viewed King as, in their words, a “crank.” As the extract from the previously-classified document above shows, however, Special Branch also came to quickly realize that King was highly motivated when it came to getting the word out regarding his views on nuclear weapons and the Russians. That alone was certainly a matter of deep concern to the authorities. The surveillance, hardly surprisingly, continued at a steady and secret pace. Another Special Branch document, from 1959, provides the following on the Aetherius Society: “It crusades for the suspension of the H-bomb tests and supports the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament. It took part in the 1958 Aldermaston March and holds public meetings from time to time. One was held on 23^rd August 1959 when 200 persons formed a ‘quiet, amused’ audience. It was covered by Special Branch.”

Special Branch eventually discontinued its surveillance of the Aetherius Society. The strange affair – that involved the U.K. government, nuclear weapons, aliens, the planet Mars, and channeling – was finally over.

The dwarf planet Ceres, which is the biggest object located in the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter, is definitely a mysterious and strange world. For a long time it’s been believed that Ceres had a subsurface ocean at some point and that’s what NASA’s Dawn spacecraft was hopefully going to find out when it was launched back in 2007 to observe the dwarf planet. Although it was officially retired in 2018, Dawn certainly gathered some interesting data on the icy world.

While it was previously suggested that the ocean on Ceres would have froze a very long time ago, new analysis of odd features around recent craters indicate otherwise. Astronomers have been analyzing data for the past five years and they believe they have found evidence of large quantities of salty liquid on the surface of the dwarf planet. And based on its gravitational changes, a salt water reservoir stretching hundreds of miles and 25 miles deep may be present below the ice.

Haulani Crater is the white spot on the right side of Ceres.

In an interview with Astronomy, Maria Cristina De Sanctis, who is from the National Institute of Astrophysics in Rome as well as a Dawn team member and a co-author of the study, explained, “Past research revealed that Ceres had a global ocean, an ocean that would have no reason to exist [still] and should have been frozen by now,” adding, “These latest discoveries have shown that part of this ocean could have survived and be present below the surface.” The fact that the water is so salty would explain why it would have remained in liquid form as salt lowers the freezing point.

If they can confirm that this liquid water still exists on Ceres, it would mean that salty, muddy liquid approximately the size of the Great Salt Lake in Utah (75 miles long by 28 miles wide) would cover the dwarf planet that’s only 590 miles across.

Julie Castillo-Rogez, who is a Dawn project scientist from NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), revealed, “Oceans should be common features of dwarf planets based on what New Horizons learned at Pluto and Dawn at Ceres.”

A salty ocean isn’t the only odd characteristic on Ceres as Dawn found a pair of shinning white spots inside two different craters (Occator Crater and Haulani Crater) that when the impact hit, it would have revealed the muddy salt water.

Scientists conducted extensive studies on the Occator Crater (seven studies have been published about the crater and can be read here) and they think that a chunk of space rock hit the dwarf planet around 20 million years ago that would have broke the icy crust, revealing the salty water underneath. It would have, however, frozen back over within several hours but it would have left the liquid water underneath the crater and may have erupted from the middle part of the crater – which would have caused the mysterious white spots – as recently as just two million years ago.

Additionally, the European Space Agency’s Herschel Telescope noticed water vapor rising from the same area which would suggest that there were eruptions of liquid salt water even more recently. “It’s really kind of a smoking gun, because you would have expected it had gone away if it had been sitting there even close to the surface for millions of years,” stated Carol Raymond who is the Dawn Principal Investigator at JPL and another co-author of the study.

NASA scientists say that Ceres, a dwarf planet in the Asteroid Belt, is still holding onto pockets of a subsurface, liquid water ocean.

With the number of space telescopes in orbit and arrays on the ground increasing in number and power, discoveries of new phenomena or new data about old phenomena are becoming commonplace, so a good sign that something is a big deal is when astronomers can’t stop talking or writing about it. That’s the case with SGR 1935+2154, a discovery that checks off multiple items on the ‘this is big’ list: neutron star, magnetar, fast radio bursts and located in the Milky Way. The press release for a new study published in The Astrophysical Journal Letters shows just how excited astronomers are.

“A global collaboration of telescopes including ESA’s Integral high-energy space observatory has detected a unique mix of radiation bursting from a dead star in our galaxy — something that has never been seen before in this type of star, and may solve a long-standing cosmic mystery.”

Sandro Mereghetti of the National Institute for Astrophysics in Milan, Italy, and lead author of the study, says the fast radio bursts were detected on April 28, 2020, coming from the direction of SGR 1935+2154 – a known neutron (dead) star in the Milky Way that was recently identified as a magnetar because of its unusually strong (for a dead star) magnetic field. Word spread quickly and the FRB was also confirmed by astronomers using the Survey for Transient Astronomical Radio Emission 2 (STARE2) in the US, the ESA’s Spectrometer on Integral (SPI) and China’s Insight Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (HXMT). Analysis of the data from all of the telescopes was combined into the study which finally pinpointed the source of the FRB as the magnetar SGR 1935+2154 just 30,000 light years from Earth in the Milky Way – and came close enough for government work to solving the mystery of where fast radio burst originate. It’s not aliens.

Are you sure?

“Crucially, the IBIS imager on Integral allowed us to precisely pinpoint the origin of the burst, nailing its association with the magnetar.”

“This is the first ever observational connection between magnetars and Fast Radio Bursts.”

In other words, Sandro Mereghetti isn’t just saying it’s Fast Radio Bursts … it’s Fast Radio Bursts. And that’s a big deal worth talking about.

I was looking over some NASA mars photos and came across something on a hilltop. A structure. Its upper walls were made with horizontal layers, but its doorway was made of vertical layers. That shows intelligent design. That is undeniably alien made. The structure is about 2 meters by 2 meters. So the species that made it had to be small enough to go through the doorway...which is about .7x.7 meters square.

UFO crash on Mars - UFO parts are scattered all over the place!

It looks like a UFO has been crashed on the planet Mars. Since there are many UFO parts scattered all over the place it must have been a huge impact.

To recognize the several UFO parts, I have changed the images below into an extra large sized format (click on the images) as well as I have changed NASA's manipulated red color into true color.
