Dumbbell-shaped UFO filmed over Armistead, California | 2020

This daytime UFO sighting was caught on tape in the sky above Armistead in California on 11th June 2020.

Witness report: 

Daylight sighting of angular white “stacked” or dumbbell shaped craft near Red Rock Canyon State Park. Slow steady movement, no sound. My boyfriend and I were driving north on CA HWY 14 (395) outside of Red Rock Canyon State Park near Hart’s Place and Armistead when we spotted an object hovering roughly 500 ft above the open desert valley to our right. We pulled off the side of the highway to view the white object which seemed to be maybe 800-1000ft from us and made no sound. The craft was vertical, and almost looked like two separate objects stacked and connected like a Tinkertoy. The top portion of the craft was smaller than the bottom, which ruled out weather balloon for me. Both sections of the craft appeared to be angular and almost looked to be rotating separately, and it reflected in the sun. It slowly moved W towards us (getting only slightly closer) then moved NE up the valley and gained altitude slowly until it was no longer visible. Our sighting ended when we were no longer able to see the object high up in the sky. I know there are multiple military bases in the area (China Lake, Edwards AFB) and I have witnessed jets flying through the valleys multiple other times, but the only military equipment I could compare this to was a V-BAT UAV, and even that has its differences. I watch the skies often and keep up with UFO news frequently, but have yet to find anything similar to what I saw. I did my best to take video, but I also have zoomed still frames and drawings that were done minutes after the sighting. A huge flash of ultraviolet light has been spotted deep in the universe, and could potentially help illuminate some of the universe's deepest mysteries.

The discovery could help shed light on how stars come to explode, and how the universe forms the heavy metals that surround us, as well as enigmatic dark energy, scientists say.

The blast was sent through space following a white dwarf explosion – and astronomers have only ever been able to see such an event once before.

NASA captures the first images of Ganymede’s icy north pole

This will help to understand the formation of Jupiter's moons.

Extraordinary views of the largest moon in the solar system, Ganymede, were captured by NASA’s Juno Jupiter probe. This data provides the first infrared mapping of the massive moon’s northern frontier and could help to understand the evolution of the Jovian moons.

The moon has long attracted astronomers since Galileo discovered it in 1610. While he didn’t have many of the tools needed to examine it at his disposal, now NASA does. The Juno Jupiter probe captured infrared imagery, using the Jovian Infrared Auroral Mapper (JIRAM) instrument.

While JIRAM was initially designed to capture the infrared light emerging from deep inside Jupiter, thus probing its ‘weather layer’, it can also be used to study the moons. This includes Europa, Ganymede, and Callisto, collectively known as the Galilean moons for their discoverer.

“The JIRAM data shows the ice at and surrounding Ganymede’s north pole has been modified by the precipitation of plasma,” said Alessandro Mura, a Juno co-investigator, in a press release. “It is a phenomenon that we have been able to learn about for the first time with Juno because we are able to see the north pole in its entirety.”

Ganymede, which is larger than Mercury and Pluto, consists mainly of water ice and is the only moon in the solar system with its own magnetic field. On Earth, the magnetic field allows plasma to enter the atmosphere and create auroras. But Ganymede has no atmosphere so its surface receives plasma from Jupiter’s magnetosphere. The plasma stops the ice in Ganymede’s poles from turning into the structures we see on Earth.

On Earth, water forms a crystalline structure after it freezes, with layers upon layers of water molecules forming a lattice of hexagonal rings. But this doesn’t happen on Ganymede, where the ice has an amorphous form.

Analyzing and understanding these structures will help to understand the formation of Jupiter’s moons and the forces that shaped them. The European Space Agency also plans to explore the moon with the spacecraft JUICE (Jupiter Icy Mons Explore) which will be launched in 2022.

The European spacecraft will reach Jupiter by 2029 and should start performing close-up science at Ganymede around 2032. NASA’s plans are also set to continue, exploring another Jupiter moon around the same time with the assistance of Europa Clipper.

Juno will use diverse technologies on a spinning spacecraft placed in an elliptical polar orbit to analyze Jupiter’s gravity and magnetic fields, atmospheric dynamics and composition, as well as its evolution.

China launches ambitious Tianwen-1 Mars rover mission

China's first fully homegrown Mars mission is on its way to the Red Planet.

The Tianwen-1 mission launched atop a Long March 5 rocket from Hainan Island's Wenchang Satellite Launch Center this morning (July 23) at 12:41 a.m. EDT (0441 GMT).

Tianwen-1 consists of an orbiter and a lander/rover duo, a combination of craft that had never before launched together toward the Red Planet. The ambition of Tianwen-1 is especially striking given that it's China's first stab at a full-on Mars mission. (The nation did launch a Red Planet orbiter called Yinghuo-1 in November 2011, but the spacecraft flew piggyback with Russia's Phobos-Grunt mission. And that launch failed, leaving the probes trapped in Earth orbit.)

"Tianwen-1 is going to orbit, land and release a rover all on the very first try, and coordinate observations with an orbiter," team members wrote in a recent Nature Astronomy paper outlining the mission's main objectives. "No planetary missions have ever been implemented in this way. If successful, it would signify a major technical breakthrough."

Taking the measure of Mars

If all goes according to plan, Tianwen-1 will arrive at the Red Planet in February 2021. The lander/rover pair will touch down on the Martian surface two to three months later somewhere within Utopia Planitia, a large plain in the planet's Northern Hemisphere that also welcomed NASA's Viking 2 lander in 1976.

The solar-powered rover will then spend about 90 Martian days, or sols, studying its surroundings in detail. (One sol is roughly 40 minutes longer than an Earth day.) It will do so with six different science instruments, which the Nature Astronomy paper identified as the Multispectral Camera, Terrain Camera, Mars-Rover Subsurface Exploration Radar, Mars Surface Composition Detector, Mars Magnetic Field Detector and Mars Meteorology Monitor.

The orbiter will eventually settle into a polar elliptical orbit that takes it as close to the Martian surface as 165 miles (265 kilometers) and as far away as 7,456 miles (12,000 km). The spacecraft will relay information home from the rover and collect science data of its own using seven science instruments: two cameras, the Mars-Orbiting Subsurface Exploration Radar, Mars Mineralogy Spectrometer, Mars Magnetometer, Mars Ion and Neutral Particle Analyzer and Mars Energetic Particle Analyzer.

The lander apparently will not do any substantive science work, serving as a delivery system for the rover. That wheeled explorer, by the way, tips the scales at about 530 lbs. (240 kilograms), making it twice as heavy as China's line of moon-exploring Yutu rovers.

Overall, Tianwen-1 aims to take Mars' measure in a variety of ways.

"Specifically, the scientific objectives of Tianwen-1 include: (1) to map the morphology and geological structure, (2) to investigate the surface soil characteristics and water-ice distribution, (3) to analyze the surface material composition, (4) to measure the ionosphere and the characteristics of the Martian climate and environment at the surface, and (5) to perceive the physical fields (electromagnetic, gravitational) and internal structure of Mars," mission team members wrote in the Nature Astronomy paper. 

The paper also explained the mission's name: Tianwen means "questions to heaven," and it was taken from the title of a poem by Qu Yuan, who lived from about 340 to 278 BCE.

Summer of Mars

Tianwen-1 was the second Mars mission to get off the ground in the last four days. 

The United Arab Emirates' Hope orbiter launched on Sunday (July 19) to study the Martian atmosphere and climate, streaking into space from Japan atop an H-2A rocket. Like Tianwen-1, Hope (also known as the Emirates Mars Mission) is historic: It's the first interplanetary mission ever developed by an Arab state. 

And the summer of Mars isn't over yet. NASA's next Mars rover, the 2,300-lb. (1,040 kg) Perseverance, is scheduled to lift off on July 30. 

This clumping of launches is dictated by orbital dynamics; Earth and Mars line up properly for interplanetary missions for just a few weeks once every 26 months. (The European-Russian ExoMars rover was supposed to join the launch party this summer, but it suffered technical issues and now must wait until 2022.)

Going nuclear: NASA's Perseverance Mars rover gets its power source for July 30 launch

NASA's Perseverance Mars rover is ready to roll on the surface of the Red Planet now that its nuclear power source has been installed.

That update came via Tory Bruno, head of United Launch Alliance, which is responsible for launching Perseverance on its way next Thursday (July 30). The installation is a vital step toward liftoff for the rover, which will rely on the power system, called a Multi-Mission Radioisotope Thermoelectric Generator (MMRTG), to keep its instruments running and to stay warm during the cold Martian nights and winters.

"The #MarsPerseverance MMRTG is installed and doing well," Bruno wrote on Twitter on Wednesday (July 22). "This Red Planet dune buggy is fueled and ready to go!"

The MMRTG is designed to power the rover for up to 14 years, far beyond the $2.7 billion spacecraft's initial mission lifetime of nearly two Earth years, or one Martian year. It is based heavily on the system that powers NASA's Curiosity rover, which launched in 2011 and has been roving the Red Planet since August 2012.

When such a system launches, it can produce about 110 watts of power, according to NASA and the Department of Energy (DOE). The MMRTG contains radioactive plutonium, which naturally decays into more stable atoms. As it does so, it releases heat, which the MMRTG converts into electricity. Excess heat keeps a spacecraft's instruments warm enough to keep working smoothly.

Although an MMRTG runs on nuclear power, it isn't the same form of plutonium as what is used in bombs and cannot explode, according to NASA and the DOE.

For Mars missions, MMRTGs offer a key benefit: Unlike solar panels, they aren't affected by local weather, which means a spacecraft that carries one isn't vulnerable to dust storms, as NASA's Opportunity rover was. 

Another MMRTG is scheduled to power NASA's Dragonfly mission, a rotorcraft designed to explore the hazy skies of Saturn's massive moon Titan in 2026.

Earth’s magnetic field extends from the Earth’s interior out into space, surrounding our planet like an invisible force field , protecting life from harmful solar radiation by deflecting away charged particles from the sun. But this field is continuously changing. Indeed, our planet’s history includes numerous global magnetic reversals, where north and south magnetic poles swap places.

Deep inside the Earth, liquid iron is flowing and generating the Earth’s magnetic field, which protects our atmosphere and satellites against harmful radiation from the sun. This field changes over time, and also behaves differently in different parts of the world. The field can even change polarity completely, with the magnetic north and south poles switching places. This is called a reversal and last happened 780,000 years ago.

Between South America and southern Africa, there is an enigmatic magnetic region called the South Atlantic Anomaly, where the field is a lot weaker than we would expect. Weak and unstable fields are thought to precede magnetic reversals, so some have argued this feature may be evidence that we are facing one.

Now our new study, published June 12, 2020, in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, has uncovered how long the field in the South Atlantic has been acting up – and sheds light on whether it is something to worry about.

Weak magnetic fields make us more prone to magnetic storms that have the potential to knock out electronic infrastructure, including power grids. The magnetic field of the South Atlantic Anomaly is already so weak that it can adversely affect satellites and their technology when they fly past it. The strange region is thought to be related to a patch of magnetic field that is pointing a different direction to the rest at the top of the planet’s liquid outer core at a depth of 1,795 miles (2,889 km) within the Earth.

This “reverse flux patch” itself has grown over the last 250 years. But we don’t know whether it is simply a one-off product of the chaotic motions of the outer core fluid or rather the latest in a series of anomalies within this particular region over long time frames.

If it is a non-recurring feature, then its current location is not significant – it could happen anywhere, perhaps randomly. But if this is the case, the question of whether its increasing size and depth could mark the start of a new reversal remains.

If it is the latest in a string of features reoccurring over millions of years, however, then this would make a reversal less likely. But it would require a specific explanation for what was causing the magnetic field to act strangely in this particular place.

Volcanic rocks

To find out, we travelled to Saint Helena – an island in the middle of the South Atlantic Ocean. This island, where Napoleon was exiled to and eventually died in 1821, is made of volcanic rocks. These originate from two separate volcanoes and were erupted from between eight million and 11.5 million years ago.

When volcanic rocks cool down, small grains of iron-oxide in them get magnetized and therefore save the direction and strength of the Earth’s magnetic field at that time and place. We collected some of those rocks and brought them back to our lab in Liverpool, where we carried out experiments to find out what the magnetic field was like at the time of eruption.

Our results showed us that the field at Saint Helena had very different directions throughout the time of eruption, showing us that the field in this region was much less stable than in other places. It therefore challenges the idea that the abnormality has only been around for only a few centuries. Instead, the whole region has likely been unstable on a timescale of millions of years. This implies the current situation is not as rare as some scientists had assumed, making it less likely that it represents the start of a reversal.

A window into Earth’s interior

So what could explain the odd magnetic region? The liquid outer core that is generating it moves (by convection) at such high speeds that changes can occur on very short, human timescales. The outer core interacts with a layer called the mantle on top of it, which moves far slower. That means the mantle is unlikely to have changed very much in the last ten million years.

From seismic waves passing through the Earth, we have some insight into the structure of the mantle. Underneath Africa there is a large feature in the lowermost mantle where the waves move extra slow through the Earth – meaning there’s most likely an unusually warm region of the lowermost mantle. This possibly causes a different interaction with the outer core at that specific location, which could explain the strange behavior of the magnetic field in the South Atlantic.

Another aspect of the inside of the Earth is the inner core, which is a solid ball the size of Pluto beneath the outer core. This solid feature is slowly growing, but not at the same rate everywhere. There is a possibility that it is growing faster on one side, causing a flow inside the outer core that is reaching the outer boundary with the rocky mantle just under the Atlantic hemisphere. This may be causing irregular behavior of the magnetic field on the long timescales we found on Saint Helena.

Although there are still many questions about the exact cause of the irregular behavior in the South Atlantic, this study shows us that it has been around for millions of years and is most likely a result of geophysical interactions in the Earth’s mysterious interior.

Scientists in Australia have discovered a strange new phenomenon in deep space – “Odd Radio Circles” – that appear in radio telescope images as mysterious circles or rings.

Our universe is full of weird and wonderful things, and astronomers keep making new and increasingly bizarre discoveries. The latest discovery has them going in circles, literally. Using a radio telescope, astronomers at Western Sydney University in Australia spotted four unusual objects in deep space that look like a ring or bubble. They’ve dubbed them Odd Radio Circles or ORCs because they are circular … and so odd.

The researchers have submitted a new paper to Nature Astronomy, where it is currently awaiting peer review.

As explained in the paper’s abstract:

We have found an unexpected class of astronomical objects which have not previously been reported, in the Evolutionary Map of the Universe Pilot [EMU]survey, using the Australian Square Kilometre Array Pathfinder telescope (ASKAP).

The objects appear in radio images as circular edge-brightened discs about one arc-minute diameter, and do not seem to correspond to any known type of object. We speculate that they may represent a spherical shock wave from an extra-galactic transient event, or the outflow, or a remnant, from a radio galaxy viewed end-on.

In other words, they don’t know what they’ve found. They can only speculate.

Radio telescopes are able to “see” various kinds of circular objects in space. What makes these ORCs unique? From the paper:

Circular features are well-known in radio astronomical images, and usually represent a spherical object such as a supernova remnant, a planetary nebula, a circumstellar shell [composed of circumstellar dust], or a face-on disc such as a protoplanetary disk or a star-forming galaxy.

They may also arise from imaging artifacts [lens flares] around bright sources …

Here we report the discovery of a class of circular feature in radio images that do not seem to correspond to any of these known types of object or artifact, but rather appear to be a new class of astronomical object.

Scientists first noticed the ORCs in images from the late 2019 Pilot Survey of the Evolutionary Map of the Universe (EMU). The images were collected using ASKAP, one of the world’s most highly sensitive radio telescope arrays.

First, one faint circle was seen in the images, then another. Then the astronomers found a third. Were they glitches? One or two maybe, but three?

One idea was that ORCs might be supernova remnants like this one, G299.2-2.9, but there would need to be many more such remnants than are known to exist in our galaxy.

Another possibility was that ORCs are planetary nebulae, like the Helix Nebula. But the radio spectral index of such a nebula is not consistent with the radio spectral index of ORCs. In other words, the observational details of planetary nebulae don’t match those of ORCs.

Then, a fourth ORC was found in archived data from 2013. In that case, the Giant Metrewave Radio Telescope (GMRT) had been used, a few years before ASKAP began observing.

ORC 1 and ORC 2 were then later observed again using using yet another telescope, the Australian Telescope Compact Array (ATCA). All of these observations showed that these were real objects, not just glitches with ASKAP.

So scientists now accepted that these strange objects were real phenomena, ones that had not been seen before. But what were they?

We still don’t know.

What we do know is that all four ORCs are found at high galactic latitudes, well away from the plane of the galaxy, the flat part containing our sun and most other Milky Way stars. And, as observed, the ORCs are about one arcminute in size (a 60th of a degree or about 3% of the size of the moon).

Scientists still don’t know how far away they are. That’s a big gap in our knowledge about these objects, since, for many objects, the distance away can provide clues to the objects’ identities.

The ORCs are visible only at radio wavelengths, with radio telescopes. They can’t be seen at all in X-ray, optical or infrared wavelengths. Two of the ORCs have a galaxy near the center of the circles, but the other two don’t. ORC 3 appears as a uniform disk, while the other three look more like rings.

Could they be supernova remnants or planetary nebulae, two other well-known kinds of cosmic rings? There’s a similarity, but the researchers say no. They are unlikely to be supernova remnants because three of the ORCs were found in a very small patch of sky. That would imply they were very common, and there would need to be at least 50,000 such supernova remnants in our galaxy to make the numbers work. But astronomers only know of about 350. 

So what else could they be? One idea is that they might be huge circular shockwaves from some massive event(s), outside the galaxy. As the researchers noted in the paper:

Several such classes of transient events, capable of producing a spherical shock wave, have recently been discovered, such as fast radio bursts, gamma-ray bursts and neutron star mergers. However, because of the large angular size of the ORCs, any such transients would have taken place in the distant past.

It is also possible that the ORCs represent a new category of a known phenomenon, such as the jets of a radio galaxy or blazar when seen end-on, down the ‘barrel’ of the jet. Alternatively, they may represent some remnant of a previous outflow from a radio galaxy.

Since the discovery of these first four ORCs, the researchers have identified six other candidate ORCs that are fainter.

The ORCs are a fascinating new mystery for astronomers. For those with a truly speculative turn of mind, it might be natural to wonder if they could be artificial in origin. Right now, however, there’s no way to determine that possibility. For now, the ORCs are considered to be most likely natural phenomena. Stay tuned, as astronomers continue to probe for answers.

On May 18, 2020, a camera from the International Space Station (ISS) recorded something really unusual, thousands of strange objects that simultaneously shoot out from the surface of our planet and fly into outer space.

A device capable of seeing the past

Dr. Steven Greer, an American trauma doctor and founder of the ufological organizations Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI) and The Disclosure Project, has described a strange mechanism that was developed in a secret weapons laboratory. of the United States in White Oaks, Maryland. During his investigation, he described how a military adviser to the US Navy informed him of a device that could extract information at a specific location “a century, or even a thousand years ago.”

“One of my military advisers worked with naval intelligence, ” Dr. Greer told the Daily Express . “In the old days there was a naval facility at White Oaks just outside of Washington DC. The facility had an electronic device that could extract from any point in space something that had happened in the past in that place. They called it the white noise of space-time. ”

Without a doubt, Dr. Greer’s revelation is truly shocking, although it should not surprise us. Conspiracy theorists have for years been denouncing as active and passive that time travel is real and is used by governments. We also have witnesses that this technology exists , such as the American lawyer Andrew Basiago , who claimed to be one of the 140 children who, in the late 60s and 70s, participated in a secret program called Project Pegasus, which used the documents not disclosed by Nikola Tesla to take advantage of something called “radiant energy” , a universal force that curves space-time and allows teleportation in “real time”as well as time travel. He even claimed to have photographic evidence of himself as a child a few days before Abraham Lincoln’s murder in 1865.

It must also be said that this is not the first time that Dr. Greer has become the center of controversy for his controversial statements. In 2013 he presented the documentary “Sirius” , where he presented the physical evidence of a humanoid creature analyzed by a doctor and a scientist , found in the Atacama desert, Chile. This being was controversial in the scientific community, with some experts claiming that it was a human fetus with a malformation, while others said that it had human DNA in a being of unknown origin. What is clear is that when Dr. Greer every time he speaks, he ends up causing a true media storm at all levels. There must be a reason.

“U.S. Space Command has evidence that Russia conducted a non-destructive test of a space-based anti-satellite weapon. On July 15, Russia injected a new object into orbit from Cosmos 2543, currently Satellite Catalog Number 45915 in Space-Track.org.”

You read that right – on July 15, 2020, a Russian satellite, which the United States has been keeping close tabs on because of earlier sinister behavior, pulled a move right out of a sci-fi flick by opening an embrasure and firing some sort of projectile into space. The announcement came on the same day (July 23) as a phone call between U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin in which they were reported to have discussed arms control and exchanged congratulations on the 45th anniversary of the joint Soyuz-Apollo program. No mention was made of the space weapon in the public reports.

“The Russian satellite system used to conduct this on-orbit weapons test is the same satellite system that we raised concerns about earlier this year, when Russia maneuvered near a U.S. government satellite. This is further evidence of Russia’s continuing efforts to develop and test space-based systems, and consistent with the Kremlin’s published military doctrine to employ weapons that hold U.S. and allied space assets at risk.”

Not yet … but soon?

According to Gen. John W. “Jay” Raymond, Commander of U.S. Space Command and U.S. Space Force Chief of Space Operations, the satellite is Cosmos 2543, half of a pair with Cosmos 2542 that has been referred to as a “nesting doll” satellite system because they were launched as one unit but then separated. Russia admits that they are orbital inspector satellites. In keeping with that theme, U.S. Space Command originally considered Object 45915 to be the next smaller nesting doll satellite, but further inspection has convinced Gen. Raymond and others that it’s a space weapon – possibly destined to someday shoot down enemy satellites.

“This event highlights Russia’s hypocritical advocacy of outer space arms control, with which Moscow aims to restrict the capabilities of the United States while clearly having no intention of halting its own counterspace program — both ground-based anti-satellite capabilities and what would appear to be actual in-orbit anti-satellite weaponry.”

Dr. Christopher Ford, the U.S. Assistant Secretary of State and temporary Under Secretary for Arms Control and International Security, agrees. The announcement by the U.S. Space Command says it will join forces with the Space Force to deal with this – it sounds like they’re still trying to figure out how these similar groups will work together.

So, now what, Gen. Raymond?

“The United States, in coordination with our allies, is ready and committed to deterring aggression and defending the Nation, our allies and vital U.S. interests from hostile acts in space.”

Are you ready for the lights to blink out?

In other words … posture, accuse and threaten. The evidence released does not 100% identify Object 45915 as a weapon. The U.S. also has anti-satellite weapons and doesn’t appear interested in halting tests. Many countries besides these two and China are putting hundreds of communications satellites in space at a fast pace. Knocking out or severely damaging that communications grid would severely impact life on Earth. Should we try to put more satellites in space than any enemy could ever knock out? Should we push for diplomacy and treaties?

Ha-ha! That’s a good one.

UFO encounters seem to play out a little differently for everyone. It is a phenomenon that has many permutations and outcomes depending on who experiences it. However, there are some commonalities between UFO experiences that have often caused speculation and debate, and these have really run the gamut. One that has been tossed about it the recurring phenomenon of UFO witnesses having lapses in reality or warped perceptions of their surroundings, and this has gone on to actually spawn a whole new theory to try and explain it all.

The theory of what has come to be known as the “Oz Factor” comes from the British author, researcher, and former director of investigations with the British UFO Research Association (BUFORA), Jenny Randles. She has written numerous books and articles on the UFO phenomenon, and has covered such disparate subjects as crop circles, ESP, life after death, time anomalies and spontaneous human combustion. During her deep investigations into the UFO phenomenon, she came across numerous examples of a reported feeling of disassociation from reality from UFO witnesses, in particular those who claimed to have been abducted, and this worked its way into a theory that she would coin as “The Oz Factor.” It came to the attention of Randles that many of those who had had such encounters came away from the experience with some similar symptoms. In particular were feelings of a sense of timelessness, disrupted sensory input, paralysis, missing time, a dreamlike state, and other altered states of consciousness, which always left the experiencer as feeling like they had momentarily checked out of reality as we know it. Such cases are countless, with one early one cited by Randles herself, who writes:

It occurred one hot and thundery day in the summer of 1944.  World War II raged around the village of Le Verger, near Toulon-sur-Arroux, France, when a thirteen-year-old girl, Madeleine Arnoux, decided to risk the many Germans and resistance fighters in the woods to cycle out and pick berries.  In doing so she confronted a strange object in the grass, like a small car but dull grey in color.  She then noticed that small men stood beside it, no more than three feet tall and dressed in brown one-piece suits.  Feeling desperately afraid, she tried to run but was paralyzed and lost all sense of time (the Oz Factor once more).  Then, inexplicably, the object had gone and the hold on her was relaxed.  She fled back to her village.

Another case along these lines was reported on the site Phantoms and Monsters, with a witness who was out helping a friend move from North Carolina to Naples, Florida. After they had reached the destination and unloaded the truck, they stayed in the area a few days and made their way to the Naples Pier, and this is where a strange event would transpire. The witness says:

We walked out to the end, looked at what the fisherman caught that day, etc. While everyone else was at the end of the pier, I started walking back towards the entrance. While walking, I remember having this really weird feeling like something was happening. Time was slowing down or something. It’s really difficult to describe. Almost like some kind of magnetic feeling or hypnotizing feeling. I remember turning around and looking up at the sky for some reason. When I looked up, I remember seeing this weird metallic looking ball in the sky. Literally the same kind of UFO you would see photos of online. But the weird thing is, it was like everything else kept going on around me. Everyone was walking, I couldn’t really hear anyone talking. Almost like I was in a different time “field” or something. Then there was literally like a “snap” back to reality, and everything around me was normal. People walking, talking, at “normal speed.” As crazy as that sounds, it’s a 100% true story.

There are many, many other reports just like this, and this all fits into Randles’ theory that UFOs have the ability to somehow distort perceptions and reality around those who see them. The effects of this can include a wide variety of phenomena, such as physical tingling, perception of an electromagnetic field or electrostatic charge control body, alteration in electrical appliances, motor paralysis, blackouts, headlights off, deviation light rays, interference in communications (radio and radar), sense of timelessness, time distorting or slowing down, even stopping, amnesia, hallucinations, a persistent hum, dizziness, a sense of unreality, the elimination of all sound, perception of a mild low frequency hum, déjà vu, and many others. Randles herself describes it all as:

An induced form of sensory deprivation which seems to alter the state of consciousness of the percipient.  It can become visible as a sensation of time standing still, or interfered with, or it manifests as all sound vanishing, a very odd feeling of being isolated from our world into a magic world.  It is less easy to describe than recognize, since witnesses often refer to it without having any idea of its significance.  This underlines its importance.

The idea is that these entities behind the phenomena are somehow altering and twisting out perceptions to control us or influence us, and it is even suggested as a reason for why others might not have seen anything out of the ordinary during the event, as the whole thing has happened in some sort of “cocoon” away from normal reality, in its own little universe, in a sense. Such episodes could be profound, and Randles say of the reports she researched to come to this conclusion:

Witnesses would tell me that they felt a strange sensation prior to the encounter – a sort of mental tingling as if they were aware that something was about to happen. They would even tell me they just had to look up and see what was there – as if it had called to them silently. Then I would be told that during the experience, time seemed to disappear and lose all meaning. It was as if the encounter were happening in a timeless, magical void. Further clues kept popping up the more that I tabulated these cases. For instance, there were claims that at the onset of the episode all ambient sounds faded away c bird song, the wind in the trees, distant train noises, et cetera. All of these clues pointed towards an isolation factor at work, as if the witness were being singled out and put into a cocoon whereby he or she could experience the UFO, whereas anyone outside of it could not.

This all seems to suggest that the UFO phenomenon is having some effect on reality itself as it occurs, representing a disassociation from the barriers of time and space, and it is a theory that is no doubt debated, but nevertheless embraced by some other researchers who follow a similar train of thought. The legendary astrophysicist and UFO researcher Dr. Jacques Vallee has said of this:

At close range, the UFO phenomenon acts as a reality transformer, triggering for the witness a series of symbolic displays that are indistinguishable from reality. These displays, which frequently begin with a bewildering series of blinking coloured lights of extraordinary intensity, induce a state of intense confusion for the subjects who are vulnerable to the insertion of new thoughts and new visual experiences. What we see emerging in the UFO phenomenon is not gradual contact but rather gradual control – of our beliefs, expectations, fears, hopes and dreams.  We know from behavioural psychology that the best schedule of reinforcement is one that combines periodicity with unpredictability.  Learning is then slow but continuous, it leads to the highest level of adaptation.  And it is irreversible.  It is interesting to observe that the pattern of UFO waves has the same structure as a schedule of reinforcement.

Another researcher, Michael Talbot, also gives his opinion on this phenomenon and what it might mean. Talbot thinks that this is indicative of the holographic nature of the universe, and that it all represents a sort of “awakening.” Talbot has said:

At present we simply do not know, but in a world that is comprised less of solid objects travelling in space and time and more of ghostly holograms of energy sustained by processes that are at least partially connected to human consciousness, such events may not be as impossible as they appear …. the evidence suggests that we are still children when it comes to understanding the true nature of time. And like all children poised on the threshold of adulthood, we should put aside our fears and come to terms with the way the world really is. I propose that such phenomena are difficult to categorise because we are trying to hammer them into a picture of reality that is fundamentally incorrect. Given that quantum physics has shown us that mind and matter are inextricably linked, I suggested that UFOs and related phenomena are further evidence of this ultimate lack of division between the psychological and physical worlds. They are indeed a product of the human psyche, but they are quite real. Put another way, they are something the human race has not yet learned to comprehend properly, a phenomenon that is neither subjective nor objective but ‘omnijective’ – a term I coined to refer to this unusual state of existence.

What does this all mean? Do UFOs have the ability to warp our reality or perception of it, to envelope us in a seperate existence, and if so, how do they do it? Whatever the case may be, Randles believes it to be an integral part of the UFO phenomena as a whole, and has written:

The Oz Factor implies that the UFO Close Encounter has a visionary component. You might interpret that as meaning it is all in the imagination, but it really means that there is a direct feed, if you like, from the source of the encounter to the consciousness of the witness. Something makes them pay attention by tuning out the normal sensory flow and looking up to watch the show. Where that show is being projected from remains the subject of great fascination. And it certainly does not eliminate a [different] intelligence as running this show.

To me, the Oz Factor is a vital key to the UFO mystery, and may help us to resolve what is happening. We should not be afraid of its implications; just because it seems to suggest a fuzziness to the phenomenon. In truth, we should embrace these cases. Indeed they seem to make a lot more sense when seen in the context of modern physics and our understanding of quantum reality, multiple dimensions, and relativity. These fields are pretty weird and produce consequences that science has been wrestling with for 100 years. That UFO close encounters exhibit equal strangeness is, to me, a sign that we are on track for the right answers.

It is unclear what all of this has to do with the UFO phenomenon, but it is interesting to ponder. How deep do these experiences reach into out psyches and reality, and what ripples do they send out around all that we know? Is there some force that is tinkering with our perceptions during such events and what is its significance? Like everything else about UFOs we are likely to be left to the limbo of speculation and debate until something more concrete comes forward, and this is another theory that pervades the phenomena inviting us to discuss.

I was using an app on my iPhone called Saturn Atlas when I noticed a huge black structure on the moon Iapetus. The structure is massive...about 5km across, 4km wide and 1.5km tall. The area it totally blurred out by NASA to hide it, but it still stands out very well. I have searched many other photos of this moon, none of them still have this structure. This app uses an old NASA index which no longer has those photos there, but lucky for us, the app has not updated or changed them. 100% proof that aliens exist and thrive on a moon of Saturn. Just last week I reported a cube near our sun, but today I want to show you a cube hiding over our cities. This square UFO was hiding within some clouds over Ormond Beach, Florida and it pushed the clouds away from it to make room for itself. If you remember the O'Hare Airport UFO incident...then you will remember that the UFO sat below the cloud ceiling for over 20 minutes and then shot up at an angle through the clouds leaving a round hole for more than 12 minutes after the event...so UFOs do make holes in clouds. Thats been proven a fact. Here is a similar event in Florida. The clouds came from the ocean with the UFO hiding in it, but its so obvious that the square UFO is there. Awesome raw footage. Undeniable evidence that aliens try to outwit humans by hiding in the most obvious places.

Alien Disk Recorded On Tow Truck In Colombia, UFO Crash Retrieval. Video, UFO Sighing News.

This metal disk was seen on the flatbed of a tow truck in the capital city of Cali, Colombia last week. The object does resemble the classic UFO  with its unusual round upper dome and thick body. The video appeared on Instagram and it does appear to be an alien craft that may have crashed on someones farm and is currently being taken to the military. UFOs come in all shapes and sizes and do not conform to the norms that the public has come to expect due to sci-fi movies. This one has some interesting structures on its lower half. If its not a crashed UFO, then it was deliberately constructed, possible by an artist to appear as one.

For over a decade, the Pentagon's UFO program has only been discussed in classified briefings. Pentagon's UFO hunting department was NOT disbanded in 2012 as stated and could now give public reports every six months.

Now, the New York Times has just released a bombshell article titled "No longer in the shadows" on classified UFO briefings received by members of U.S. Congress and Pentagon officials amid claims it discovered and recovered objects 'we couldn't make ourselves' and 'off-world vehicles not made on this earth'.

The New York Times (NYT) story cites Dr. Eric Davis, a physicist currently working with the Aerospace Corporation, who gave briefings that classified corporate studies were being conducted on the "off-world vehicles" recovered and held in corporate facilities.

The answer to the question if we're alone in the universe may soon be answered.

I have many videos I want to send so basically I feel like I’m being watched. I get an electric energy that flows from my neck to my finger tips to my feet. I feel something is there. It’s like a thunderstorm feeling like your being approached but not directly. At first I thought it was drones and planes but I drove from Arizona to Ohio and the video speaks for itself. The feeling I get is my arm hair will stand up and some parts of my body feel like they’re being touch lighting not scary or bad. It’s like a feather touching you. They have followed me for weeks now. If you can provide any answers please help
