Star Wars Ship Becomes A Reality
An apparent giant ship was reportedly seen by an Illinois witness at Waltonville village. The witness reported his encounter to Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) and can be found in Case 59230 from the network’s reporting database.
The witness saw the large aerial object moving overhead with a slight glow on August 23, 2014 when he was fishing with friends. He said in the statement that the object was flying very high across the sky.
The witness estimated that the mysterious aerial thing had to be at least ½ mile long or maybe longer. He described the object as not lit up bright and it had a slight glow, nothing fancy.
The witness stated that he already seen a lot of things across the horizon, but nothing similar to what he had just seen. The encounter reminded him of some large ships on the Star Wars Hollywood film.
The witness submitted one illustration in his MUFON report on August 25, 2014. He said that the illustration was generic in which he made with the use of Paint just to provide a basic outline. He noted that he only illustrates the bottom of the object and he have no idea on how tall the mysterious thing was.
The witness saw the object flying in a straight path towards north from his location then it became out of the witness’ sight.
Residents of Lebanon, Illinois saw unidentified flying object that was as large as a house. This news eventually reached police officer Ed Barton, who responded to a call about a strange event.
The officer also witnessed a bright light from a distance and made a report to base about it. The officer observed that the object made a continuous change in shape as he came upon the object.
Commonly referred to as morphing, this characteristic or ability to completely amend its form is far-advanced from mankind’s known technology, and in fact, not perceives to happen in the near future.
The officer reportedly saw the UFO morph into a long triangle. The object also reportedly made a turn without banking as witnesses say that it made a flat pivot turn. This is another capability demonstrated by the UFO that is far beyond Earth’s technological advances.
Another surprising fact stunned the officer. The triangle managed to move around 6 miles in just a blink of an eye. It is also possible that one triangle disappeared, and another appeared a distance away, making an illusion of tremendous transfer of location.
Another police officer came forward to corroborate the sighting. Officer Craig Stevens was taking a break just 15 miles away in Millstadt. When he was about to return to his vehicle, he heard the chatter, but the transmission was broken. However, he heard enough to understand, so he join the hunt. He later provided a detailed description of what he witnessed, and made a sketch of the object.
“But if we assume the craft to be neither imaginary nor extraterrestrial, what is left? Only one possibility remains, and that is that the vessel seen in the skies over much of the United States in the winter of 1896-97 was a powered balloon or, more accurately, a dirigible, possibly being put through its paces by some intrepid inventor intent on bringing lighter-than-air flight to humanity.” (Jeff Allan Danelek. http://www.world-mysteries.com/gw_adanelek_1897.htm.)
“I’m not going to claim that dirigible airship technology is ‘the’ explanation for triangular craft, or even that there is a direct line of evolution from the early patents to today,” said Heiser. “For sure one could make that case, but that wouldn’t actually prove that airships are behind the triangular UFOs. It would only provide a working theory. I don’t know that triangular UFOs are dirigible, even nuclear ones.
“Their omission from the discussion is unwarranted. I read Marler’s book quickly and perhaps there’s some mention of any of this, but I would have missed it for brevity. He too quickly concludes that explanations not focused on ETs are the drawing board for some time…I’m no more omniscient than Colonel Alexander, but I’ll be more up front about that. What I do know is that this technology deserves to be part of the discussion…(not) only about delta-wing jet craft. Heiser continued with a list of modern Lighter Than Air (LTA) aircraft that demonstrated the actuality of this generation of flight. The Department of Defense (DOD) had committed $35,000,000 to an “Aero” prototype. Heiser acknowledged several modern LTA crafts, such as Lockheed Martin’s “Sky tug.” Another is the “Space Blimp”:
“The orbital airship, also called the space blimp, is a proposed space transportation system that carries payloads to and from low Earth orbit…In the Airship to Orbit (ATO) design envisioned by JP Aerospace, there are three components. A conventional airship (Ascender) lifts payloads up to 30-40 kilometers above the ground – roughly the maximum altitude a conventional airship can achieve. At this altitude the second component, a docking station (Dark Sky Station), acts as a resupply station for the third stage. The third stage is an ‘orbital airship’ (Orbital Ascender), which takes payloads to low earth orbit via an ion engine in three to nine days (i.e., it accelerates itself horizontally to orbital velocity and gains sufficient altitude). Tom Levine of Levicom, LLC (levicom@comcast.net. PO Box 1948, Fair Oaks, California, 95628) had done extensive research into the February, 2007 triangular ‘flap’ that occurred over the multiple areas during that month. Basically, Levine believed the triangles were Big Black Dirigibles (BBDs) using unconventional and electro kinetic drives. He also pointed to similar crafts such as the Dynaship 2 Aereons. Clyde Lewis outlined the opinions of UFO researcher Tim Mathews in UFO Evidence.Org:
“Tim Mathews is the ‘Angry young man’ of British ufology. He has upset the cozy state that the British scene had got into the post Bufora/Alien Autopsy film and has earned a fast reputation for straight talking and cutting through much of the malaise the scene found itself in the last year. He believes that many sightings can be explained by secret aircraft and suppressed military tests. Mr. Mathews exposes a world of political maneuvering by the authorities to protect financial and political interests. He has exposed the existence of secret planes from year's back, which would be considered ‘cutting edge’ today.
“Mathews believes that giving the label of an extraterrestrial craft to a UFO is premature, and has spent a lot of his time showing that Military Technology is the most likely answer behind the enigmatic UFO. His research has shown that a lot of flying disc and triangle technology comes from Nazi Germany. It has always been the objective of designers of aircraft to find a craft that can ascend and descend vertically. The craft would have to be circular without wings. Over time we have seen these craft and attributed their remarkable capabilities to some extra-terrestrial intelligence.
“To me the very thought of an alternative to the extraterrestrial explanation is just as intriguing. We must be careful not to eagerly romanticize UFO events; Tim Mathews is correct in stating that it is premature to label an unknown craft an extra-terrestrial vehicle.” (http://www.ufoevidence.org/documents/doc1573.htm.)
Marler offered the testimony of several noted ufologists and scientists on the topic of UFOs and triangular crafts.
John Alexander had commented on the belief that secret military operations impinged upon sightings of triangular UFOs, having previously been the director of all USAF research and development at Wright-Patterson AFB: he asked a military official in the Secret Projects division about his research and triangular aircraft:
“He indicated we had nothing larger than the C-5 although the Russian Antonov AN-124 is even bigger. Neither of these approach the size reported on many occasions. I am also aware of a proposal by one of the top most aerospace defense contractors to build a large semi-rigid, lighter-than-aircraft specifically for logistical purposes. They indicated they could not even get any military support for the concept and that was within the last fifteen years.”
Heiser noted that his research contradicted Alexander’s comments. He also wondered, despite outward appearances, if Alexander was privy to highest “Need to Know” information at many different security levels, or was simply being led away from “all” the facts.
“Certainly, many doubts remain, but I do believe that the U.S military has some sort of flying triangle, perhaps several types…even so, it is a long stretch to argue that all of the triangle reports can be attributed to ‘our’ technology. Frankly, many of these craft do not appear to come from any conceivable terrestrial source.” (Page 245.)
Investigator Ray D. Sanford said on November 18, 2014 that he likewise did not exclude an extraterrestrial source:
“Along with his gift of penetrating `trait analysis' [See, especially, chapter 7, Establishing a Profile.], the author thoroughly demolishes the myth that the class of triangular and quasi-triangular objects defined in his analysis could be `black project' vehicles. And Marler doesn't just provide abundant descriptive evidence that the classes of evidence defined in his fascinating study constitute a group of vehicles unmatched by any terrestrially-sourced technology, he provides readers some examples that reveal state-of-the-art terrestrial technology as highly inferior by comparison.
“For example, on page 200, the author bolsters that conclusion with his highly appropriate reference from the Washington Post of August 15, 2012, headed ‘Hypersonic craft X-51A fails latest test.’ That `Wave rider' aircraft had to be launched from a B-52 bomber, incorporated a scramjet combustion engine (producing a fairly conventional looking effect-trail behind it), and the flight had to be quickly scrapped due to a problem with a control surface.” (http://ufos.cc/ufo-books/triangular-ufos-an-estimate-of-the-situation-reviews/)
United Kingdom researcher George Wingfield pondered: “However scientists do speculate that travel through space and time might one day be possible if mass is somehow converted into energy in a non-destructive way that allows its reconstruction when it reaches its destination.”
Marler mentioned the extraordinary triangular-type craft that landed in Rendlesham Forest in the United Kingdom in December 1980. Marler, however, did not mention the witnessing of contact with humanoid occupants in that case, which might have been one of the most compelling UFO statements on the possible extraterrestrial origin of triangular craft.
“Much has been written on the subject (of the Rendlesham case…SE). However, this brief review serves to illustrate yet one more triangular UFO report,” said Marler, “that does not confirm to the typical profile we are familiar with.”
THE CENTER FOR UFO STUDIES
Mark Rodeghier, Scientific Director for the Center for UFO Studies, the international study group originated by Dr. J. Allen Hynek, summarized conclusions for extraterrestrial origin of high strangeness triangular craft:
“As we compared triangle UFOs to the triangle -and- boomerang- shaped aircraft developed by the military, it became clear that the vast majority of ‘triangle UFOs’ were not conventional, or unconventional, technology. I described this with aviation experts and aviation journalists, and they were uniformly unaware of any terrestrial craft that could be causing these reports.” (Page 245.)
“Finally, the large, slow triangle UFOs, viewed by hundreds, even thousands, demonstrated how willfully the establishment, represented by government, academic, and the elite news media, can disregard something that is so ubiquitous, so visible, and so unearthly. It is possible not to see the elephant in the room, even when that elephant is a 300-foot triangular-shaped UFO.” (Page 248.)
MAKE OWN CONCLUSIONS
A thorough search of Marler’s book did reveal many new aspects of the on-going triangular UFO mystery. There were ample artwork and witness documents in the book.
Certainly, the bizarre and very strange performances of many triangular UFOs did tend to dismiss a normal terrestrial origin. The key word here is: Normal. It may be possible that in the twists and turns of history there were hidden history wherein are secreted a hybrid origin of ‘normal’ but also alien roots.
Fortean researchers Nick Redfern and Irene Bott summarized in AlienEncounters Magazine:
“There are two scenarios: either AVRO and British Aerospace have been flying highly advanced triangular shaped aircraft throughout Manchester and the surrounding areas for at least four decades (and if so, why, forty years on, is such technology not in widespread use?), or an unknown presence has been operating in our skies and utilising triangular aeroforms for more than four decades.” (http://www.ufoevidence.org/documents/doc1571.htm.)
From an interview with Nikola Tesla - New York Herald Tribune, Oct. 15, 1911:
“Not at all,” said Dr. Tesla. “The aeroplane is fatally defective. It is merely a toy–a sporting play-thing…The flying machine of the future–my flying machine–will be heavier than air, but it will not be an aeroplane. It will have no wings. It will be substantial, solid, stable…My flying machine will have neither wings nor propellers. You might see it on the ground and you would never guess that it was a flying machine. Yet it will be able to move at will through the air in any direction with perfect safety, higher speeds than have yet been reached, regardless of weather and oblivious of ‘holes in the air’ or downward currents.
“It will ascend in such currents if desired. It can remain absolutely stationary in the air, even in a wind, for great length of time. Its lifting power will not depend upon any such delicate devices as the bird has to employ, but upon positive mechanical action.”
“You will get stability through gyroscopes?” the interviewer asked.
“Through gyroscopic action of my engine, assisted by some devices I am not yet prepared to talk about,” he replied.
“Until hard UFO evidence is presented for the general public’s consumption (e.g., actual UFO parts thereof), this mystery will continue,” said Marler, “However, the thirst for understanding to fuel the investigations and research until the day when a better understanding is made of this most intriguing phenomenon.” (Page 241.)
(An ending footnote of interest in regards to the triangular sighting report mentioned on pages 204-206 about the December 19, 1967 triangle. The report, if I am correct, was discovered by Steve Erdmann while he visited Marler’s home during one of several visits. Erdmann and Marler were researching the files for relative data. Erdmann made a somewhat “Eureka” exclamation upon spotting the previously undiscovered December 19 report and presented it to Marler, to his joy; history in the making.)

Leaked classified video shows fighter jets “engaging unknown aircraft” in the skies above the southern US on the night of one of the world’s most famous UFO sightings. The Phoenix Lights (also identified as “Lights over Phoenix”) was a UFO sighting which occurred in Phoenix, Arizona, and Sonora, Mexico on Thursday, March 13, 1997.
The Phoenix Lights were seen by thousands of Arizona residents but 17 years on what exactly happened remains a mystery.
The US military’s official explanation claimed the lights were flares from their aircraft.
The 14-second clip, posted on YouTube, shows American military aircraft on patrol during the Phoenix Lights sighting of March 13, 1997 when a series of lights were spotted above Arizona’s state capital.
The military footage was obtained exclusively by US investigative journalist David Collins, of Phoenix-based KWBV Investigations. .
Lights of varying descriptions were seen by thousands of people between 19:30 and 22:30 MST, in a space of about 300 miles (480 km), from the Nevada line, through Phoenix, to the edge of Tucson. There were allegedly two distinct events involved in the incident: a triangular formation of lights seen to pass over the state, and a series of stationary lights seen in the Phoenix area.
The United States Air Force identified the second group of lights as flares dropped by A-10 Warthog aircraft that were on training exercises at the Barry Goldwater Rangein southwest Arizona. Witnesses claim to have observed a huge carpenter’s square-shaped UFO, containing five spherical lights or possibly light-emitting engines.
Fife Symington,the governor at the time, was one witness to this incident; he later called the object “otherworldly.” The lights were reported to have reappeared in 2007 and 2008, but these events were quickly attributed to (respectively) military flares dropped by fighter aircraft at Luke Air Force Base[ and flares attached to helium balloons released by a civilian. Shortly after the lights, Arizona Governor Fife Symington III held a press conference, stating that “they found who was responsible”. He proceeded to make light of the situation by bringing his aide on stage dressed in an alien costume. (Dateline, NBC). But in March 2007, Symington said that he had witnessed one of the “crafts of unknown origin” during the 1997 event, although he did not go public with the information.
In an interview with The Daily Courier in Prescott, Arizona, Symington said, “I’m a pilot and I know just about every machine that flies. It was bigger than anything that I’ve ever seen. It remains a great mystery. Other people saw it, responsible people. I don’t know why people would ridicule it”.
Symington had earlier said, “It was enormous and inexplicable. Who knows where it came from? A lot of people saw it, and I saw it too. It was dramatic. And it couldn’t have been flares because it was too symmetrical. It had a geometric outline, a constant shape.”
Symington also noted that he requested information from the commander of Luke Air Force Base, the general of the National Guard, and the head of the Arizona Department of Public Safety. But none of the officials he contacted had an answer for what had happened, and were also perplexed. Later, he responded to an Air Force explanation that the lights were flares: “As a pilot and a former Air Force Officer, I can definitively say that this craft did not resemble any man made object I’d ever seen. And it was certainly not high-altitude flares because flares don’t fly in formation”.
In an episode of the television show UFO Hunters called “The Arizona Lights”, Symington said that he contacted the military asking what the lights were. The response was “no comment”. He pointed out that he was the governor of Arizona at the time, not just some ordinary civilian.
Frances Barwood, the 1997 Phoenix city councilwoman who launched an investigation into the event, said that of the over 700 witnesses she interviewed, “The government never interviewed even one”

A mysterious UFO video taken from Area 51 has made rounds on the internet recently despite many similar videos have been released for years. A Utah man claimed to have taken a video of bright lights hovering over the highly secured military facility. In a Metro report on December 5, the man was in the Utah desert hiking near the military facility when he noticed lights in the sky. He used the video camera of his cell phone to record these strange lights as they appeared and disappeared at the Air Force base in Nevada.
The video shows at least five glowing lights that appear and disappear above Area 51. YouTube user Jachdinc said that the lights are brighter than conventional airplane lights. The lights left Jachdinc wondered what they are and where they come from.
Many believe that the U.S. government recovered remains of aliens and their spacecraft during the Roswell crash in 1947 at Area 51. These people think that the government did alien autopsy and reverse engineering on alien technology. However, the government has been claiming that there’s no truth about alien technology and reverse engineering involving UFOs. The government has also been stressing that the Roswell crash did not involve alien spacecraft.
CNN has reported in August 2013 that the CIA has officially acknowledged Area 51, but claimed that it was not what UFO enthusiasts have been thinking. The CIA states that the government used the facility as a testing site for the aerial surveillance programs of the US, such as the OXCART and U-2. The CIA denies any alien or UFO connections to Area 51, but many don’t believe the official statement. Some even believe that time travel tests are done in Area 51. The facility is also called Groom Lake or Dreamland.
Nobody can tell convincingly whether Jachdinc recorded in video an alien craft or secret military craft. This sighting could be added to the mysterious lights or UFOs photographed or filmed near or directly over Area 51 that still not explained.

'Quite Creepy' Hotels
Boutique Hotel ZaZa is one of Houston's finest inns, but it holds a terrifying secret. One traveler showed up late one night asking if a room was available and was by accident put in Room 332. While the rest of the rooms are modern and inviting, Room 332 has a bare concrete floor, a bed chained to the wall and is about 1/3 the size. Hanging on the walls are creepy paintings as well as a photograph of an executive from the Stanford Group. When the renter complained, the desk clerk panicked, explained that the room wasn't supposed to be rented, and moved him to another. The hotel's official explanation is that Room 332 is supposed to be "prison themed," but some suspect it's a torture den for the Skull & Bones Society.
Many hotels around the world are rumored to be haunted, but London's Langham Hotel tops them all. This historic building, constructed in the 1860s, has long been a favorite destination for the Royals and other English celebs. One room, however, draws the lion's share of the terror, and that's Room 333. This third-floor single has been the location of a variety of weird paranormal phenomena over the years, most notably a glowing apparition materializing in front of a BBC newscaster in 1973. The hotel is very reluctant to rent the room, only opening it for special requests. Maybe it's the inspiration for Stephen King's story-turned-movie "1408."
One thing that can definitely make a hotel room weird is a haunting, and Little Rock's Crescent Hotel has a particularly nasty one. While the building was being constructed, a workman named Michael fell to his demise in what would eventually become Room 218. His malevolent spirit has been reported for decades since then, with all of the hotel's employees taking his existence as fact. If you're ballsy enough to rent the room, you can expect all manner of shenanigans, as guests have reported spectral hands reaching from the mirror and God-awful howling coming from the ceiling.
Hocking Hills is a 200 mile ride west from Pittsburgh, located south of Columbus, Ohio. May be worth a weekend trip:
* Ash Cave Lady: She's a shadowy apparition dressed in 1920's attire that likes to follow tourists as they wend their way along the trail.
* Ash Cave Lights: These are green and yellow orbs that have been reported floating around the cave.
* Athens Asylum: We don't know if this former sanitarium dating back to post Civil War days is spooked out or not, but its' old bones were featured on Fox Family Channel's television show Scariest Places on Earth.
* Conkle's Hollow: William Conkle was the first to settle in his neck of the woods, and fell so in love with the place that he just couldn't leave, even in death. It is said his spirit still roams his hollow that bears his name, decked out in 18th century gear. His friendly spirit watches over visitors, but he'll turn mean if you plan any harm to his woodlands.

* Hope Furnace: The spirit of a watchman who had fallen into the fiery furnace and burned to death over a hundred and forty years ago has been seen carrying an orange lantern while he ambles over the Hope Furnace, as if walking on air where old building roofs once connected to the furnace.
* Lavender Lady: It is said that as a local woman was crossing a RR trestle, she was struck and killed by a train. Legend has it that her ghost still walks the area under the bridge, where her broken body landed after the accident. The scent of her lavender perfume still lingers.
* Moonville Brakie: A RR brakeman took a nap while waiting for his train to take on supplies, and helped his rest with a little taste of likker. Well, the train pulled out without him, and in his haste to climb aboard, he fell under the cars and met his doom. The ghost of the man is said to be seen stumbling down the tracks inside the Moonville tunnel with lantern in hand, eternally trying to catch the train before it leaves the station.
* Old Man's Cave: Richard Roe went out to get some water for himself and his hounds one winter day at the turn of the 19th century, and found the stream frozen. All he had with him was a bucket and his musket, so he tried to break the ice with the butt of his weapon. It went off, and he fatally shot himself. Local lore claims that those camping at the park campground have heard the baying of Roe's hunting dogs on full moon nights, crying for their master to return. - Haunted Hocking
Recently, when consoling a boy whose dog had died, Pope Francis publicly stated that "paradise is open to all of God's creatures." Despite the ambiguousness of the statement, many animal lovers and rights groups have interpreted it as a repudiation of Catholic theology stating animals don't have souls.
Well now, the Pope is certainly endearing himself to a widening number of groups. Early in his tenure he has given hope to gays, unmarried couples, and advocates of evolution and the Big Bang theory.
"My inbox got flooded," said Christine Gutleben, senior director of faith outreach at the Humane Society, the largest animal protection group in the United States. "Almost immediately, everybody was talking about it."
Charles Camosy, an author and professor of Christian ethics at Fordham University, said it was difficult to know precisely what Francis meant, since he spoke "in pastoral language that is not really meant to be dissected by academics." But asked if the remarks had caused a new debate on whether animals have souls, suffer and go to heaven, Mr. Camosy said, "In a word: Absolutely."
[...] Citing biblical passages that assert that animals not only go to heaven, but get along with one another when they get there, Francis was quoted by the Italian news media as saying: "One day, we will see our animals again in the eternity of Christ. Paradise is open to all of God's creatures."
Theologians cautioned that Francis had spoken casually, not made a doctrinal statement. Indeed, the Catholic Church has been inconsistent in this regard. Pope Pius IX said dogs and other animals have no consciousness, while John Paul II said animals have souls and are "as near to God as men are." More recently, Benedict contradicted JPII by saying an animal's death "just means the end of existence on earth."
Pope Francis's comments aside, the Vatican has yet to make a definitive statement on this question. But don't hold your breath; a declaration that animals have souls would imply that killing animals is a sin. The Catholic Church likely won't go there. Read more at NY Times
THE HEADS ON EASTER ISLAND ALSO HAVE BODIES The monolithic statues of Rapa Nui (Easter Island) are called moai in the Rapanui language. Carved on the island by the ancestors of the current population, approximately 50% of the total of 887 statues documented to date still remain in the immediate vicinity of Rano Raraku, the quarry in which they were produced. The majority of the remaining statues were transported to and erected upon a variety of ceremonial structures called ahu. This feat is one of the greatest megalithic achievements of Pacific prehistory.
EISP is the longest collaborative and evolving artifact inventory ever conducted within the context of the Easter Island archaeological survey. Our primary goals are scientific. Our basic purpose is to shed light on the complexities of prehistory, and to integrate themoai into the unfolding time line of Rapa Nui prehistory. We aim to locate, describe, and understand the original context and use of all statues, including those in museums. Context and use, it is hoped, will reveal meaning. Our methods include archaeological survey, artifact description, research into the meaning of symbols, and cultural history interpretation. Our tools have always included camera, compass, measuring tape, and field notebook. Over time we have added large-scale calipers, the latest in GPS mapping technology, and advanced computer data management.
We have two other goals: to provide the results of our work to Rapa Nui families and to the island’s public agencies that are responsible for conservation and preservation of the moai. To that end, we have created an irreplaceable archive of unique documentation. It is anticipated that by making this study more accessible to colleagues we will further the critique of our goals, methods, and findings.
Finally, it is hoped that students and the interested and concerned public will gain increased insight into Rapa Nui prehistory. It’s not known exactly why the bodies were buried – Were they buried on purpose? Or were they buried as a result of time and erosion? While analyzing the latest images of the Curiosity UFOvni2012 of YouTube discovered some strange objects in two images taken by the Rear Hazcams of Nasa’s Curiosity rover what appears to be three objects flying across the Martian sky.
As both cams point to the same direction at the same time the images were taken within a split second from each other, in my opinion, we can rule out that it is an optical illusion, dust or spots on both lenses. What do you think?

David Marler analytically laid out the contours of special types of UFOs that somewhat appeared as triangular aircraft or similar phenomena going back as far as 1882.
“These are craft of unknown origin. We appear to be confronted with something other than human technology, therefore the implications are profound,” said Marler. “The objects may be spatial, temporal, or dimensional in origin.”
Not knowing the real intentions of the operators of such craft, Marler suggested we stand ever-vigilant to the phenomena and continue to gather as much hard facts as we can.
“Where we stand today in reference to triangular UFOS and the UFO subject as a whole is just a stepping stone in our examination of this phenomenon,” said Marler. “Questions remain as to the relationship, if any, of these triangular UFOs relative to the others of varying descriptions. Each person who reviews this material can make their own conclusions.”
CHARLES FORT AND DONALD KEYHOE
Charles Fort, the person who chronicled strange events at the turn of the century, and gave meaning to the term “Fortean,” recorded Charles Tilden Smith’s sighting of two triangular dark shapes on April 8, 1912 (Chrisbury, Wiltshire, England). “It is not a stretch of the imagination to assume,” said Marler, “that two large triangular-shaped shadows were most likely caused by two large triangular-shaped objects.”

The late UFOlogist Donald Keyhoe related accounts of triangular-shaped objects that were also seen in England and Scotland in 1895, said Keyhoe (page 63).
Mr. Helger Berg and a work-companion spotted a triangular UFO at Eklorna, Alaska in 1936. “…the sound reminded me of when the pilot shuts down a turbine. It had a kind whining sound until it finally peters out,” said Berg.
Similar triangular UFOs were seen in 1950, 1953, and 1954 in Korea, Germany, California, New York, and Canada, not to mention in many other countries about the globe.
Eleven crew members of a British Overseas Airways Corporation (BOAC) Strato Cruiser and most of its fifty-one passengers saw a similar UFO for eighteen minutes on June 29, 1954. The object at first appeared to be a dark blob accompanied by an “array of objects” lined up three in front and three in back. “They likened it to a battle ship with escort ships,” said Marler.
SHAPE-SHIFTING UFO
Captain James Howard noted that the smaller objects appeared to enter and exit the larger object. The larger object appeared to change from a pear-shaped UFO to “an enormous delta-wing plane” and then to a “giant telephone receiver lying on its back in the sky.”
A jet interceptor pilot noted that upon his approach to the UFOs, the smaller objects suddenly disappeared. Crew members said that the smaller objects went into the larger object. The larger object, said to be as large as an ocean liner, shrunk in size and disappeared.
Another typical sighting was on September 3, 1965 by law enforcement officials, deputies Bethel McCoy and Bob Goode, as they drove south of Houston, Texas. “It hovered in the air. It was eerie,” the witnesses said, “It was shaped like a triangle 200 feet long and 40 to 50 feet high. It had a purple light on its left side and blue one on its right side.”
The UFO followed them in a high-speed pursuit, and then abruptly stopped and disappeared.
Mrs. Robert Gorisek of La Salle, Illinois witnessed a triangular object on March 25, 1966 that hovered over her car for over an hour. The object seemed to follow her and several witnesses as they drove through several towns.
On the same day, Mrs. R.H. Chappell and Miss Janie Kidd observed the triangular UFOs in Victoria, British Columbia; both had ruby red lights that were flashing back and forth between the UFOs “as if they were signaling each other.”
THE JANUARY 5, 2000 TRIANGLE
Marler outlined one of the best typical triangular UFO cases, during the night of January 5, 2000, which invaded the skies over Highland, Lebanon, Shiloh and Millstadt, Illinois. The UFO was witnessed by multiple law enforcement officers as well as several civilian people. Sighting-descriptions varied from triangular to a box-shaped object as big as a “two-story house.”
Officer Craig Stevens gave a classic description of the object as it passed near Liederkranz Park on the north end of Millstadt, Illinois. The UFO appeared about 500 to 1,000 feet in altitude. It moved very slowly with a low decibel buzzing sound. “He could see the object had a white light on the left side, right side, and center of the back end,” said Marler, “In addition, there was a single red light on the bottom. The back end also appeared to be slightly recessed.”

The object very closely resembles the Petit Rechain triangle (below), also part of the Belgium wave. The triangles were reported by hundreds of witnesses during the wave over Belgium.
Officer Stevens took Polaroid pictures which did not turn out, except to show blurry lights.
Officer Ed Barron and Officer David Martin observed the object to travel about ten miles in two to three seconds, with an estimated UFO speed of 12,000 miles per hour.
“The resulting effect should have been the creation of a sonic boom which would have rattled the entire area,” said Marler, “However, no such reports were made by the witnesses or residents of the surrounding areas.”
Marler speculated amongst several theories including an unknown and secret military craft. “The second is that this was not a military vehicle and was completely foreign to military officials,” said Marler. “If this scenario is true, the implications are chilling. A genuine UFO flew by a major military installation and caught the military completely by surprise to the point where no overt defensive response was initiated.”
THE TINLEY PARK UFOs
On the evenings of August 21 and October 31st, 2004, at Tinsley Park, Illinois, a triangular UFO was sighted by numerous witnesses (including three videos and three photographs).
“In at least two videos the object was recorded rotating in base below and above itself. This is a very unusual maneuver clearly recorded and then mentioned in the narration,” said MUFON State Director, Sam Maranto.
One 48-year-old witness said that about 10 p.m. on August 21st, 2004, a red light came along the same path of the previous triangular UFO flight path. There was no noise and the object floated very slowly over the tops of houses.
“Their evaluations of footage and Graphic illustrations of the estimated size of the triangular object is nothing short of dynamic,” said Sam Maranto about a UFO Hunters television show, “they did an excellent job getting the point across in the show that, whatever the nature of the object, it was many times larger than anything in our flying arsenal today.”

In chapter Seven, Marler traveled through twenty profile characteristics that seemed to have defined the triangular UFOs.
A triangular craft spotted near Fleet, England in 1978 moved in a “triangular pattern.” “It was very erratic going backwards and forwards,” said the witness.
Triangle crafts were witnessed during 1980-1981 in the state of Pennsylvania. In one instance, the object “is described as a triangle shaped, makes no noise but moves quickly back and forth and up and down.”
Other triangle UFOs were flying with “blunt-end-forward.” On January 31, 1978 a New Jersey woman saw a triangle-craft about 11 p.m. “It was a triangle with the point at the back and a lot of red and white lights,” said the witness, “more than planes usually have.” There was no sound.
A triangular object with luminous points of light on its angles was spotted in 1965 in Bienne, Sweden, moving very fast north to south along the Jura Mountains. Suddenly, the object stopped, changing color from yellow to dark red, made a 180-degree turn – a 90-degree change of course – and vanished.
About 7:00 p.m., January, 1994, Fujitsu-gun, Japan, a witness was approached in his car by a bright light, which he recollected as three lights attached to a dark triangular-shaped object which flooded his car with a brilliant white light described “as being just like a search light.” The object increased its speed and disappeared.
On November 3, 1961, about 4:30 p.m. in Eyres Monsell, England, a witness observed a triangular object with an orange center; the object flew an estimated 600 miles per hour and resembled an Auro Vulcan bomber in size.
OTHER VIEWPOINTS
Marler’s book was forwarded by retired US Army Colonel John Alexander. Alexander had an impressive career as a Green Beret war hero, as well as advisor to the CIA, the U.S Special Operations Command and the National Intelligence Council on Foreign Relations. While genuinely upholding the reality of alien UFOs, Alexander has done his share of critical debunking of much of ufology, to the chagrin of many ufologists. He debunked, in this case, the belief that triangular UFOs were actually secret military vehicles:
“Regarding triangular UFOs in particular, conspiracy theorists repeatedly have taken the position mentioned above – secret government research. It never mattered that such a conclusion defies both facts and logic specifically, while the government does develop advanced aircraft in secret,” said Alexander, “they do not conduct test flights of well-illuminated prototypes near major metropolitan area. Yet, that is where many of the large triangles have been observed.” (Page 2.)

Dr. Michael Heiser's posts included summaries and opinions of Mr. Marler's work, as well as thoughts on a foreword for the book provided by Colonel John Alexander. Dr. Heiser supported Mr. Marler for his research and endorsed the book to those interested in UFOs. Heiser also expressed concerns about dodgy lapses of relevant data, particularly committed by Colonel John Alexander. Dr. Heiser posted at his personal blog, UFO Religions, in what had so far been a two-part post titled, Thoughts. Michael Heiser, who holds a Ph.D. in Hebrew Bible, recently made a couple particularly noteworthy comments on Marler’s book about triangular UFOs.
“…All the above makes it very odd that the words ‘dirigible’ and ‘airship’ do not even appear in Marler’s index. It’s as though research in that direction and behavioral overlap didn’t even register with him. Since those terms don’t appear in his index, it makes sense that the names of Busby and Danelek are also absent. They are the authors of the two major books on the airship sightings in the late 1890s.”
Dr. Heiser and others pointed to the Patent Office which housed numerous patents and diagrams of mechanized dirigible and triangular aircraft that he felt tangent to the discussion:

One desperate geologist tried to explain something about a pool of water and a soft rock and being rolled around until it smoothed. They are found in jungles, far inland, and other locations. This island has no signs that any humans ever tried to live there, it is unbelievably had to get to and dangerous and horrible conditions.

The events occurred in April of 1981 when the witness accompanied his fiancée and her parents to visit the fiancée’s brother and family in Scottsboro. “I drove the entire distance in her father’s car, a late model Olds Cutlass coupe,” the witness stated. “We had been visiting and talking into the night and I had a beer or two. It began to get late and my fiancée (now wife, Anna, of over 33 years) and I were to go stay with her brother’s in-laws in town.” The witness described the area. “Her brother lived in a log home on a peninsula into the back waters and main channel of the Tennessee River at Roseberry Creek. It was populated with some street lights, but not many. The evening was clear with few clouds and a partial full moon. “It should also be noted that just up the Tennessee River, in Stevenson, was, at that time, a nuclear reactor project which was in the process of being built in Hollywood, just to the north of the location of this incident, the Bellefont reactor project. “I am not sure if there was any nuclear material at the site at that time, as the unit is still unfinished. Another site just north of the Bellefont unit, at Widow’s Creek, is coal fired and likely being shutdown.” The witness describes the road trip. “At around 11:30 p.m. we left her brother’s house and began the 5-7 mile trip to the in-law’s house. After about a quarter-mile the car began to knock and shut off. The radio stopped and shut off. At the same time, a bright white light appeared over the tree line just off the road to the right – approximately to the northeast.” The sounds of Mother Nature disappeared. “We had the windows cracked about two inches and noticed no crickets which we heard upon leaving the house and entering the car. The road is narrow at that point, with water on the left side and a house just prior to it. There is a street light at that point, which had also turned off when the bright light appeared.” The witnesses did not understand what was happening to them. “As the intense and blinding white light shone upon us through the windshield with us trying to peer up and find out what was going on, Anna asked if we should get out to see. “I said, ‘No,’ also mentioning that we should stay buckled in and lock the doors, forgetting about the windows being partially down.” They then noticed another anomaly.“I looked at my new Seiko LCD watch and it had stopped, as the screen was blank and even the internal light would not work when I pressed the button. Anna’s battery powered analog watch even stopped. I don’t remember the exact time, though.” Then the light vanished. “After what seemed to be an eternity, the bright white light simply disappeared. No noise of any kind was heard until the radio came back on and the crickets began to chirp again. We looked at each other in shock at what had just occurred. I remember her watch having restarted, but was about 10 minutes ahead and thought that was very weird since the second hand had stopped when I looked at it while the light was present.” The witness had to restart the car. “I started the car after putting it in park. Apparently, I must have let the engine help slow us to a stop after the vacuum from the power brake booster was spent from my heavy braking. We continued on our journey to the in-laws and agreed to not speak a word of our experience as we thought people would think us crazy.” They then learned that other family members had experienced something similar. “Many years later, in 2007, while in Chicago visiting her youngest niece from Alabama who is now an ER doctor, we mentioned the above story to her from 26 years prior. She was not amazed as her grandparents whom we stayed with on that visit in 1981, had also experienced the exact same situation in the same location numerous times. They are both now deceased and cannot corroborate or tell their stories.” The witness says they had information about UFOs prior to this incident. “While I believed in UFOs before 1981, a now deceased uncle worked with the USAF’s FTD group at WPAFB here in Dayton and was elusively frank with me when describing Project Blue Book, using a non-denial denial phrase to let me know about this subject, I had never thought much about it for about 12 years. I don’t believe I was influenced by any unconscious belief in UFOs with this experience in April of 1981. However, since that time, both my wife and I are avid believers and do not push aside many stories of similar or more involved sightings. Sure, the government could be working on secret projects and the like, but that only begs the question: Where did they get the technology so quickly?” Scottsboro is a city in Jackson County, Alabama, population 14,770. Tijdens restauratiewerkzaamheden in 1926, waarbij de Sfinx uit het woestijnzand werd gehaald, stuitte men in de noordwesthoek van de romp op een ingang naar een onderaardse tunnel. Er is toen kennelijk iets gevonden, want de gang werd met nieuwe blokken afgesloten en aan het oog van nieuwsgierigen onttrokken.
De Amerikaanse helderziende Edgar Cayce sprak vaak over het legendarische rijk Atlantis, dat volgens hem omstreeks 10.000 jaar voor Christus door een wereldramp werd getroffen. Hij zei dat vlak voor de catastrofe een enorme onderaardse opslagplaats werd gegraven met archieven van het oude Egypte.
Volgens Cayce was het een soort museum met onder meer een historisch overzicht en medische kennis. Hij was ervan overtuigd dat ook op andere plaatsen een soortgelijke ruimte op ontdekking wacht: één in Tibet, één in de ondiepe wateren rond de Bahama’s en één op het schiereiland Yucatán, het gebied van de Maya’s.

This strange and unexplained skull was discovered in July 2007, in Olstykke which is on the Danish Island Sealand.
The Sealand skull was discovered while digging was being performed for replacement of sewer pipes. The strange mystery was no other bones that fit to the skull have been found at the site, dispite extensive digging.
The skull was however found with other artifacts pertaining to the Neolithic age. Carbon dating of the skull put it’s age between 1200 and 1280 A.D.
The skull was found above the pipes being replaced, which suggests that the skull hasn’t been buried for long, maybe only 100 years ago.
The skull is 1 1/2 times larger than the size of a regular human cranium. The eye sockets are extremely larger than a normal human.
The skull has a very smooth surface which seems to point to it being adapted to a cold climate and the relative eye size is hypothesized to point to a nocturnal creature, something that lived underground, or lived with a very dim sun orbiting its planet.
Suggestions to why it was recently buried include that someone was keeping the skull as a secret, and finally decided to bury the skull to keep its existence unknown.

The secret order!
There is an old tale in Olstykke and nearby villages, that tell of a member of the “Order of Pegasus’ Light” protected various items, which included an old mysterious cranium and several devices of extraordinary light. These extraordinary light devices were said to be unbreakable metal or ceramic.
Little is known about this “Secret Order” and what other artifacts it may be protecting, but locals claim alien artifacts are among the items hidden. The Order was established in 1350.
Some known members of the Order are William Shakespeare, H.G. Wells, Thomas Jefferson, Joseph Heller, Rene Descartes, Ambrose Bierce, Giovanni Boccaccio, and others – all writers.
Secrets, Aliens, Time Travel!
Why an order of writers would keep alien artifacts and devices is a little strange. But since the Order’s name suggests that possibly someone (time traveler or alien visitor?) from either the Pegasus galaxy or Pegasus constellation, came to Earth and gave us knowledge that was kept secret by this order. It does seem to suggest that these writers may have been influenced somehow by this “visitor” and they revealed some of the knowledge they learned through their writings. But no one knows for sure, and never will. But intriguing anyway right?

Wat er allemaal in de lucht gebeurd is niet "normaal"...
Harde knallen in de lucht, vreemde lichten/bollen/lichtstralen en geen onweer.
Dat is in het kort samengevat wat de laatste weken overal ter wereld voorkomt en zeker ook in ons land.
Het begon hier in Nederland enkele weken geleden met de enorme klap die op een zondagmiddag boven Den Haag werd gehoord en bij ons gemeld. Naar later bleek niet alleen boven Den Haag, maar hetzelfde werd waargenomen van Noord Holland tot Noord Brabant, waardoor een onweersbui is uitgesloten.
Via Paul Harmans van Ufowijzer kregen wij bijvoorbeeld het volgende verhaal, dat zich afspeelde in de Amerikaanse plaats West Warwick, Rhode Island.
Hij schreef het volgende:
Ik las vorige week over het oranje licht en de klap in Den Haag (overigens was er die middag ook in Dordrecht een geluid te horen dat op onweer leek), nu lees ik op de website van Linda Moulton Howe het volgende:
Een inwoner van West Warwick, Jeremy Dalnas, beschrijft wat er gebeurde:
“Je zag een oranjeachtig, geel licht. Het was heel helder. Twee seconden later hoorde ik een geweldige klap. Eerst dacht ik dat een auto het huis had geraakt. De klap was zo hard dat alles in het huis vibreerde”.
De klap bleef ook niet zonder gevolgen voor het huis, want zo zag zijn voorraam er uit na de harde knal.
Ook hier was het weer hetzelfde liedje: Geen aardbeving, geen militaire vliegtuigen in de lucht op dat moment en geen verklaring.
De harde knallen worden bijna een dagelijkse gebeurtenis. Hier enkele van de meldingen (dank!) die wij onlangs ontvingen:

Omstreeks 13.55 uur was er heden in onze omgeving ook een zeer luide knal te horen dat op onweer leek, doch was er dat moment geen sprake van onweer in onze buurt. B-2070 Zwijndrecht (Antwerpen)
Vandaag, 8 december 2014 hoorde ik en diverse collega's een hele harde knal in Almere (Almere Buiten). We dachten eerst aan onweer, maar hier was het te hard voor. Of aan een straaljager die door de geluidsbarrière ging. Het galmde ook een tijdje door. Het klonk als een soort van grote ontploffing. Zo hard was het. Echter klonken er helemaal geen vliegtuigen. Als een straaljager laag overgaat, moet je dat ook zeker wel horen. Ik moest gelijk denken aan de soortgelijke verhalen die jullie schrijven, dus moest dit ook even melden.
Naast de onverklaarbare harden knallen, zijn er ook de vreemde wolken, die eigenlijk geen wolken zijn. Ze hangen op een manier in het landschap waaruit duidelijk blijkt dat ze daar niet horen. Soms omringd door ufo's.
Hier enkele meldingen over dit soort vreemde wolken.
Op 3 november zag ik ook zo'n vreemde rode wolk; de zware bewolking op een plek waar dat niet volgens de verwachtingen kan voorkomen. Ik probeerde een foto te maken, maar de flits bleef afgaan, waardoor er niets te zien was, en ik moest even naar binnen om dat uit te zetten, het was buiten te donker.. De rode wolk was er nog wel, maar van een vreemde compacte ovale vorm inmiddels een beetje verwaaid maar nog wel zichtbaar. Vanuit onze tuin gezien was het in N. richting, voorbij de A9. (richting Zaandam ongeveer).
8-12-2104:
Ik zie al enkele dagen berichten voorbijkomen over oranje kleurige wolken boven bepaalde plekken in ons Nederland op deze site... Nu had ik zelf vandaag rond 06:15 boven het centrum van Leeuwarden een roodachtig gekleurde wolk gezien waarvan ik eerst dacht dat het een reflectie was van een soort van rood neon licht dat op een hoog kantoor gebouw die hier in het centrum van Leeuwarden staat. Dit dacht ik ook juist omdat de wolk hier dus eerst boven dit gebouw juist gesitueerd was... Het schertste pas mijn verbazing toen die wolk al genoeg verwijderd was van deze plek, en zich dus al meer buiten de stads grenzen bevond, dat hij nog steeds een rozerode gloed had die erg opviel terwijl de bewolking er om heen gewoon wit tot lichtgrijs was vroeg op de ochtend.
Naast dit alles lijkt er ook sprake van sterk verhoogde UFO activiteit boven ons land. Hier enkele meldingen zoals wij die de laatste dagen ontvingen:
Op 17 November 2014 reed ik met de auto (even voor 20:00) op de Apeldoornseweg richting Hoenderloo, toen ik plots rode lampen door de bomen zag oplichten. Vervolgens vloog het zonder geluid over de auto heen en ik zag dat het 3 felrode lichten waren, ze vormden een driehoek. Het moet heeel groot zijn geweest of heel laag hebben gevlogen, want het vloog voor mijn gevoel vlak boven mij. Helaas kon ik niet stoppen. Er reden meer voertuigen op de weg.. ik vraag mij af of ik de enige was die het zag, wat mij echt onwaarschijnlijk lijkt! Helaas heb ik er geen foto of video opname van kunnen maken.
Het was een koude winter nacht (7/12/2014) met weinig bewolking toen ik luid geraas hoorde buiten. Ik stapte de straat op en keek naar boven. Ik dacht eerst dat het een laagvliegend vliegtuig was, maar na beter te kijken zag ik dat het een schotelvorm had. Gedreven door angst rende ik naar binnen om mijn camera te pakken. Maar toen ik weer buiten kwam, was de UFO nergens te bekennen. Alleen een vreemd, griezelig, groen licht aan de horizon. Het klinkt misschien niet als veel, maar diep van binnen weet ik dat ik in aanraking ben gekomen met buitenaards leven.

Ik keek vannacht in de lucht. Ik keek vrij hoog en ik zag allemaal ufo's. Allemaal rustig vliegende lichtbolletjes. Een aantal wat andere vormen zag ik. Dit was rond 23.30 uur. Ik rende naar binnen om mijn telefoon te pakken, belde mijn fam om dit te vertellen, dat de lucht vol zit van die dingen. Toen ik weer keek waren ze ineens weg.

Vannacht keek ik om half 3 uit mijn raam terwijl ik achter mijn computer zat, en ik zag een lichtgevend object in de lucht hangen. Ik dacht eerst dat het een vliegtuig op grote afstand was, maar na een paar minuten viel het op dat hij stil hing en de kleuren waren heel verschillend, net een lichtshow. (Het was zeker geen ster die schitterde want het waren duidelijk verschillende kleuren licht, die knipperden als vliegtuiglampen) Toen ik nog wat beter keek zag ik er ook witte objecten omheen vliegen (al waren ze door de afstand zo klein als stipjes bijna). Vervolgens ging ik verder met waar ik mee bezig was, maar toen ik om 4u ging slapen keek ik nog eens uit het raam, en hing het object er nog steeds!
Duidelijk is wel dat wij in bijzondere tijden leven en dat er nu, op dit moment, dingen gebeuren die wij nog nooit hebben meegemaakt. Zij die dit soort dingen waarnemen zijn niet gek. Het zijn gewone mensen, verwikkeld in hun dagelijkse bezigheden die ineens iets vreemds waarnemen.
Wij vroegen aan Paul Harmans of hij enig idee had wat deze vreemde knallen in de lucht zou kunnen veroorzaken. Hij antwoordde het volgende:
Ik heb geen idee, maar gezien de gigantische toename van aardbevingen, vulkaanuitbarstingen en het absurde weer over ter wereld, zal het mij niet verbazen dat Niburu werkelijk bestaat en dichter bij ons in de buurt komt. Linda schreef enkele jaren geleden nooit iets over de huidige fenomenen (het bestond toen ook nog niet natuurlijk) maar de laatste tijd staat haar website vol met nieuws over harde dreunen, vreemde schrapende en kreunende geluiden, clusters aardbevingen (vooral in Noord-Amerika) en vulkanen die uitbarsten.
Overheden en wetenschappers lopen met oogkleppen op en doen net of dit soort dingen “normaal” zijn. Dat zijn ze niet en ongetwijfeld zal de tijd ons binnenkort leren wat de werkelijke bron van al deze vreemde en afwijkende fenomenen is.
We willen alle lezers die ons hebben gemaild met ervaringen nog eens heel hartelijk danken en ook Paul natuurlijk. Blijf ons vertellen wat er gebeurt want wie weet passen op een zeker moment alle stukjes in elkaar en vinden we samen uit wat er aan de hand is.
Nogal wat Italiaanse media maken melding van een klassieke retro UFO die boven een klein stadje op Sicilië is waargenomen.
Het gebeurde op 10 december, op klaarlichte dag, dat deze UFO op lage hoogte over het plaatsje Noto vloog.
Er is verder weinig over deze waarneming bekend, behalve dat de krant La Repubblica wist te melden dat de volgende foto's anoniem door een lezer waren opgestuurd en geplaatst op de website YouReporter.
Op de eerste foto zie je een typisch Italiaans straatje, met in de achtergrond de betreffende UFO.
Op de tweede foto is het betreffende gedeelte uitvergroot en zie je een klassieke retro UFO, zoals die veelvuldig in de jaren vijftig werden waargenomen.
Wat ook opvalt, is de lage hoogte waarop deze UFO over het stadje vliegt.
Het beeldmateriaal zal nader worden onderzocht door een UFO onderzoekscentrum op Sicilië en het schijnt dat men er op het Italiaanse eiland wel aardig aan is gewend om onbekende objecten door het luchtruim te zien vliegen.
