Space discoveries have absolutely erupted in recent years thanks to incredible scientific technology like the Kepler space telescope, the Cassini spacecraft, and the Herschel Space Observatory, just to name a few.

Scientists continue discovering new places in the far reaches of the galaxy where life might exist. Articles discussing alien planets and the increasing number of potentially habitable worlds have become common in the media.
It’s hard to believe that the first planets outside our solar system were only discovered in 1992. In the short span of two decades, the number of confirmed exoplanets has grown to more than 1,700, based on the tally maintained by the University of Puerto Rico at Arecibo’s Planetary Habitability Laboratory. Twenty or so of these worlds are potentially habitable.
NASA’s Kepler space telescope has been a valuable tool in the hunt for alien worlds. Since its launch in 2009, Kepler has identified more than 3,800 planet candidates, and scientists expect at least ninety percent of those will end up being confirmed. But hunting for potentially habitable worlds isn’t the only method scientists are using in the search for extraterrestrial intelligence.

On Friday, April 11, io9 posted an article titled “14 Intriguing Ways We Could Detect Signs Of An Alien Civilization.” Naturally, using radio telescopes to listen for extraterrestrial communication is included in this list. For many, the radio signal research of the SETI Institute is the first thing that comes to mind when thinking about efforts to detect alien civilizations. SETI primarily utilizes the Allen Telescope Array in Hat Creek, California in the organization’s survey of radio transmissions, as depicted in the movie Contact. A much more powerful radio telescope array called the Square Kilometer Array (SKA) is scheduled to begin construction in 2016. As the South African Government News Agency explains, these thousands of antennas spread across nearly 2,000 miles will work together “as one gigantic, virtual instrument – creating a radio telescope at least 50 times more powerful, and 10,000 times faster than any other radio telescope currently in existence.”
But University of California at Berkeley astronomer Geoff Marcy believes that more advanced and precise technology, like lasers, would be a more likely method of communication utilized by an advanced alien civilization. So he and his team are using the Keck Observatory in Hawaii to look for beams of light flashing from distant star systems that could indicate an alien laser-based internet.

Pollution is another way scientists could detect alien civilizations. The European Space Agency’s Plato (Planetary Transits and Oscillations of stars) space telescope, scheduled to launch in 2024, will be able to study the atmospheres of alien worlds. The Science Coordinator for the Plato mission, Professor Don Pollacco of the University of Warwick, explains, “There are certain things you would not expect to occur naturally, and pollution is the obvious one . . . I’m talking about various kinds of metals that would not occur in that state in that atmosphere . . . You would have to interpret that as a sign of some kind of civilisation.”
Obviously, looking for extraterrestrial spacecraft could be another way to detect alien civilizations. And Geoff Marcy was recently awarded a grant to do just that. Marcy is credited with finding nearly three-quarters of the first one hundred exoplanets discovered with data collected by Kepler. These planets are detected using the transit method, where scientists look at a star’s dimming to calculate the presence of planets. Marcy will use this same technique to look for extraterrestrial spacecraft.

Liefhebbers van bijzondere hemelverschijnselen kunnen de komende maanden in Amerika, Nieuw-Zeeland en Australië een aantal maansverduisteringen zien. Er zijn liefst vier volledige maansverduisteringen in aantocht. Op 15 april valt de schaduw van de aarde de eerste keer over de maan. De maan krijgt dan een oranjerode kleur doordat de atmosfeer van de aarde nog een aantal rode zonnestralen richting de maan buigt.
De serie van vier opeenvolgende totale verduisteringen vindt plaats met tussenpozen van ongeveer zes maanden: 15 april 2014, 8 oktober 2014, 4 april 2015 en 28 september 2015. De totale verduistering aanstaande dinsdag is in de Benelux net niet zichtbaar. De eerstvolgende maansverduistering die vanuit deze streken goed te zien is, is de totale maansverduistering van 28 september 2015.
Gemiddeld doet een maansverduistering zich twee keer per jaar voor, maar het gaat lang niet altijd om totale verduisteringen. Er zijn drie soorten verduistering: Een penumbrale maansverduistering doet zich voor wanneer de maan door de bijschaduw van de aarde trekt en niet door de kernschaduw. In dat geval is de volle maan wat minder helder. Een totale maansverduistering doet zich voor wanneer de maan wel door de kernschaduw van de aarde trekt. Als slechts een gedeelte van de maan door de kernschaduw gaat, is er sprake van een gedeeltelijke maansverduistering.
Maansverduisteringen doen zich alleen voor bij volle maan, wanneer de maan tegenover de zon staat. Er doet zich niet bij elke volle maan een verduistering voor, doordat de baan van de maan helt ten opzichte van het baanvlak van de aarde rond de zon. Als zich vier totale maansverduisteringen op rij voordoen, spreekt men van een tetrade. In de 21e eeuw zijn er in totaal negen tetrades. Tussen 1600 en 1900 waren er helemaal geen tetrades.
Eerder deze week was er ook al een ‘zeldzame samenstand’ van Mars, de aarde en de zon. Deze oppositie doet zich maar één keer in de 778 dagen voor. Volgens christenen luidt de tetrade het einde der tijden en de wederkomst van Jezus in. Zij verwijzen naar Joël 2:31: De zon zal veranderd worden in duisternis, en de maan in bloed, eer dat die grote en vreselijke dag des heeren komt.

Een tetrade is de laatste paar duizend jaar slechts een paar keer voorgekomen. De laatste drie keer viel de tetrade samen met een belangrijke religieuze gebeurtenis. Pastoor John Hagee uit Texas heeft een boek geschreven over dit fenomeen. Volgens hem zal er iets gaan veranderen op aarde. “Dit is niet bedacht door één of andere religieuze denktank,” zei hij.
Tijdens de eerste tetrade sinds de middeleeuwen, in 1493, vond een grote verbanning van Joden plaats na de herovering van moslim-Spanje, die door de Spaanse Inquisitie werd gevolgd. De tweede tetrade viel samen met de erkenning van de staat Israël in 1949. De laatste vond plaats in 1967, precies tijdens de Zesdaagse Oorlog tussen Israël en zijn Arabische buurlanden Egypte, Jordanië en Syrië.
“Volgens de Bijbelse profetie zal de wereldgeschiedenis ingrijpend gaan veranderen,” zei Hagee. “Om vier bloedmanen te krijgen, moet er astrologisch gezien heel wat gebeuren.” Hij wees erop dat de vier totale maansverduisteringen samenvallen met joodse feesten. “De eerste bloedmaan komt op 15 april, tijdens Pesach. De tweede zal te zien zijn op 8 oktober, ten tijde van het Loofhuttenfeest,” zei hij. “Op 4 april 2015, tijdens Pesach, is er opnieuw een bloedmaan. Tijdens het Loofhuttenfeest van volgend jaar, op 28 september, is de vierde en laatste bloedmaan te zien.”
Niet iedereen is ervan overtuigd dat de tetrade een bepaalde betekenis heeft, laat staan het einde der tijden zal inluiden. Oud-pastoor en hoogleraar van de Universiteit van Aberdeen Gary Shogren zei: “Een verduistering tijdens Pesach lijkt onwaarschijnlijk, maar we moeten niet vergeten dat maansverduisteringen zich alleen voordoen bij volle maan en dat Pesach altijd wordt gevierd bij volle maan. Het Loofhuttenfeest valt ook samen met de volle maan.”
Witness said: I was alone visiting the archeological site of Teotihuacan in Mexico on February the 1st, 2014. I was resting, sitting and leaning by the base of one step pyramid. I turned to see on my left side up to the sky when I noticed a shining dot far in the sky. I immediately turned on my Nikon P500 camera and started shooting some pictures and the video I am sending you. The quality of this video is not that good, it was pretty hard to focus the object due to the distance. The object was moving slowly in straight path, I noticed that for a few seconds the object slowed down (near stopping) and then continued its path smoothly till the moment I couldn’t track it either with the camera or with naked eye, the object simply disappeared in the distance. I consider this a strange event because the altitude this object registered was similar to the supersonic crafts but it did not leave any trail at all and it was very round as an orb.

This is a record of my rare experience while flying home from Texas one day in January. My friend, John Miller, who piloted B-24 bombers during the World War II years, was along on the trip for the ride. The year was 1974 and I was going to a law seminar in Phoenix. We stopped in Texas for fuel and checked the weather en route. It looked like there might be considerable weather over the mountainous portion of the route into Phoenix. We continued on to El Paso and stopped to check again with Flight Service. It did not look good so we remained over night in El Paso and took a commercial flight to our destination the next morning. Following the seminar, we returned to El Paso to pick up our plane and return to Columbus. The date was January 12, 1974. My airplane was a Cessna Centurion, a 6 passenger, high performance plane (so classified for light aircraft) with a single Continental IO-520 engine. Our aircraft registration number was 9458M. It was a cold clear day for our return. I recall that we stopped in Springfield, Missouri for refueling and landed on an absolute sheet of ice. Fortunately the wind was directly on our nose as we landed and we didn’t have to deal with a crosswind landing which could have been a real challenge. We soon departed for Columbus. The flight was smooth and unremarkable as we proceeded East bound. It started to get dark in Illinois and just after passing Indianapolis, Indiana, in the clear but dark sky on this moonless night, we noticed a bright light approaching some distance ahead. We believed it to be another plane at or near our same altitude. We were cruising at 9000 feet and in contact with Indianapolis Approach Control. We were conscious of the fact that no other aircraft were contacting Approach Control on the radio frequency we were using, suggesting that at that particular time, we might be the only plane in their control area. Let me note that Approach Control in the major air traffic areas had radar at that time and could identify any airplane separately from any other. It is also common for Air Traffic Control to contact any planes in its area of jurisdiction and alert them to any other traffic flying near the same altitude when two planes are approaching each other or likely to cross paths. For example, I expected Approach Control to contact me and say “58 Mike, you have approaching traffic, 3 miles, 1000 feet above you.” He never did.
We watched this oncoming light for what seemed like 5 or 10 minutes. Of course we had no idea of its distance from us-there are no benchmarks up there to gauge distance, and at night time you might see a light many, many miles away. Soon I could tell it was getting much closer and I turned on my landing lights in the nose of the aircraft, in addition to my wingtip navigation lights as a precaution. The light just kept coming at our altitude and I was getting tense. In a moment it was close in front of us and I banked my plane sharply in a steep right turn and bank to get away. The very moment I did this, the object with its light, in the flash of a moment, abruptly reversed direction by rapidly climbing and proceeding more than 90 degrees to the right of its former course. Picture the bottom half of the letter “Z”. That was it’s trajectory. All of this happened in a split second and I observed what I thought was the tail of this object climbing in the darkness at incredible speed, with 2 less bright lights, which quickly disappeared from our view. Given our right turn position and the speed which this object displayed, I cannot describe it further, it just could not be made out in the darkness, and what seemed a split second. It was a frightening event. I turned to John and said “John was that a jet”? He replied “Hell no, that wasn’t a jet”. I immediately contacted Approach Control and asked if they showed traffic in our area, saying that we just had a close call. They answered that they were not showing any other traffic but would contact Center Control which controls traffic at the higher altitudes. In a moment he came back and said ” Indianapolis Center shows nothing-you’re the only traffic we see at this time, 58 Mike”. All I could think to say was that something else came awfully close. We were both incredulous. This was something tangible, it traveled a considerable distance, it maneuvered, it changed direction in an amazingly abrupt motion, and no other aircraft, even those flying today, would be capable of such aerodynamics. I’ve heard the responses to UFO sightings before: it was moonlight on a cloud (there were no clouds nor moon), it was a reflection (of what,…. and its long trajectory and complete change of direction would argue against this). It was the pilot’s hallucination–if so, two seasoned pilots experienced it at the same time. The remaining flight home to Don Scott Field went quickly and I don’t even remember that part. This occurrence was heavy on my mind for weeks and, indeed, was one of my most memorable experiences ever. It remains vivid in my memory. John Miller would say the same thing. After observing an amazing flotilla of assembling UFOs overhead, it appeared, beyond logic, that alien entities climbed down the ladder of my awe to cause paranormal experiences. Interdimensional 'bleed-throughs” happen regularly.
My energies, which I cannot 'ground', are light-beacons for negative-thought-entities of many ilks, tipping my rational-emotional scales more towards, “Who needs this paranormal inglorious chafing?” rather than ,”Wow, I clearly sense the unseen!”.
I now perceive E.T. and spirit hypersensitivity, as a form of an inter-dimensional allergy reaction.
I felt electric vibrations in bed and saw my body float out of my body, astral abduction of my spiritual essence, which retained all my predilections and discrimination, leaving my chop-meat DNA contrived body, bereft of spirit, behind in bed.
At first, I believed that I had died! Out of body, I had sublime and terrifying experiences directly tied to my previously monitored thoughts. This is one recollection that illustrates that alien-proprietary- monitored-consciousness, suffered by abductees:
I awakened slowly, and found myself underwater. it was an experience real in sensory totality, more than a vivid dream, another alien fingerprint, an imposed nighttime OBE, Out-of-Body-Experience.
Alien entities who specialize in astral abductions, are more predatory of our spiritual essences, essences we, as a race of beings, are barely aware of. One's car is stopped on a lonely road and one ascends into an overhead waiting craft as one watches one's body in the car below recede from view.
But abductees rarely assess such contradictions, in their daily functioning concepts, of 'self'.
In this experience, under twenty feet of water, I was semi-conscious but aware; I could doze, float and breathe normally, all while immersed under a shoal deep under a narrow inlet.
As I floated, I slowly became dimly aware that visually, ten or fifteen gray ghosts, torpedo shapes, which had hovered nearby, now swam closer, nearer than twenty feet away. Porpoises, a school of thirty gray forms, hovered in the inlet's shoal, nearby!
I struggled to come to my still dull senses, and watched as large torpedo shapes swam closer and as they approached they radiated discernible and palpable curiosity. A large school of inquisitive silver-gray porpoises came very close, now, some within five feet, for a better look at me, still half awake and floating .
The very instant that my mind asserted a greater awareness, in an attempt to seize upon my predicament, at that very moment, they started en-masse, startled away, as though privy to and threatened by my thoughts. With quick tail movements, they all vanished into the water's distant murky gloom.
Slammed with a jolt, back into my body, awakened in bed, I suddenly recalled a thought-sentence that I had very often repeated in my writings: ”In the spiritual ocean tidal currents between two and six o'clock, I have stumbled across only negative thought entities, nighttime bedroom intruders; I have sadly met predominately sharks, and not ever, enlightened porpoises..”
This experience underlined aliens' astral abductions, and their meddling psychic
omnipresence.
This nighttime vivid OBE, Out-Of-Body-Experience, pointed to a proprietary alien creature with a too literal sense of my sentence's meaning, or perhaps, instead, one with a rarefied sense of humor.
On September 6, 2013, Rochus Misch, who served as one of Adolf Hitler's dedicated bodyguards for most of World War II died at the age of 96. Burkhard Nachtigall, the co-author of Mr. Misch's memoir, Der Letzte Zeuge (The Last Witness), published in German in 2008, confirmed the death to The Associated Press.
Misch and his comrade, fellow SS member Johannes Hentschel, accompanied Hitler almost everywhere he went — including his Alpine retreat in Berchtesgaden and his forward Wolf's Lair headquarters. In the spring of 1945, Mr. Misch was one of the few members of Hitler's inner circle to take up residence with him in the bunker, beneath the Chancellery, the government headquarters in Berlin. Rochus Misch was an uncaring Nazi radical once quoted as saying: It was a good time with Hitler.
Interviewing Mr. Misch in 2003, The Sunday Express, the British newspaper, put it more bluntly, calling him the most unrepentant and unapologetic Hitler supporter you could ever have the misfortune to meet.
Rochus Misch did his very best to stick to the official story of Adolf Hitler's bunker suicide. But Misch probably slipped up when he described the hasty incursion of a third man to the Fuehrerbunker with Gestapo chief Heinrich Mueller.
In late April 1945, as the Soviet Army neared Berlin, Mr. Misch retreated to the bunker with Mr. Hentschel, Hitler and a few others. Mr. Hentschel operated the air, water and lights, Mr. Misch the telephones, taking charge of the switchboard that connected Hitler to his men outside.
On April 28, Mr. Misch saw Goebbels and Hitler's private secretary, Martin Bormann, enter the bunker with a third man. The man was a civil magistrate, who married Hitler and Braun in the early hours of the 29th.

Who was the puzzling third man that entered the Berlin bunker on the final days of the war?
The Third Man is a 1949 British film noir, directed by Carol Reed and starring Joseph Cotten, Alida Valli, Orson Welles, and Trevor Howard. It is the account of a corrupt instigator who steals from military hospitals and makes an effort to avoid exposure by faking his death and escaping by way of underground tunnels. It is particularly remembered for its atmospheric cinematography, performances, and musical score, and it is considered one of the greatest films of all time.
During the last days of Hitler's life, Misch followed him to live underground, protected by the so-called Fuehrerbunker's heavily reinforced concrete ceilings and walls. But bodyguard Misch admitted that he had never seen the third man before:
On April 28, Misch saw propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels and Hitler confidante Martin Bormann enter the bunker with a man he had never seen before.

A civil magistrate is charged with the meting out of the law, as distinguished from an ecclesiastical authority. But the marriage of Adolf Hitler and Eva Braun on the eve of their deaths was a highly symbolic rite to exemplify the religious aspects of Nazism.
It is often claimed by skeptics that Hitler and the Nazis were Christians. However their swastika religion incorporated Vedic and Germanic rites and beliefs from alleged Aryan ancestors. The Nazi Fuhrer established a type of Antichrist Empire and was worshipped like a god.
Himmler devised new festivals to take the place of such Christian events as Christmas and Easter, and he wrote out baptism and marriage ceremonies — though he believed harem-like polygamy would best serve the interests of the SS elite. Himmler issued instructions on the correct manner of committing suicide.
Hitler's chief propagandist Joseph Goebbels said in an announcement on April 19, 1936, Germany has been transformed into a great house of the Lord where the Fuhrer as our mediator stands before the throne of God. After his forces quickly conquered France in 1940, The Nazi Fuhrer claimed that he was now more godlike than human, and was no longer bound by the conventions of human morality.
The foundation of the SS cult became the castle of Wewelsburg in Westphalia, which Himmler bought as a ruin in 1934 and rebuilt over the next 11 years at a price tag of 13 million marks. The central banqueting hall contained a vast round table with 13 throne-like seats to accommodate Himmler and 12 of his closest apostles — making, as some occult writers have pointed out, a coven of 13. Beneath this vestibule was a Hall of the Dead, where plinths stood around a stone table. As each member of the inner circle of the SS died, his coat of arms would be burned and, together with his ashes, placed in an urn on one of these plinths for veneration.

The report was considered “credible” by the Exopolicy Institute based on the claims of Veterans Today doing some war reporting in context of the commission of a cabinet agency to field ET relations. It is not my role or intent to prove or disprove the existence or agenda of any extraterrestrial race as a governing body. On the contrary, my policy paper is about protecting my right to be completely heretically indifferent to the aims and agenda of extraterrestrials as touching government and to oppose the commission of another federal agency with appropriations. We may need a Constitutional amendment protecting your right to be left alone by aliens and to prove indifference by an appropriations block for extraterrestrial advocacy in your government.”
Dean assets, “If there are 3 people making demands for an extraterrestrial agency with czars and bureaucrats, that is more government than I really want to be bothered with to support. There should be at least 6 people opposed to the Imperial Presidential cabinet and the Black Budget. Those opposed should exhibit in debate why we should not have an appropriations session for another agency cabinet to deal with aliens.”
The other layer of exopolicy gets to address reasons for founding the NSA agency: the oversight of all electronic communications. The NSA’s global mass surveillance aperture is fundamental to their agency’s mission. According to several government whistleblowers, one reason to override your 4th amendment is to troll for extraterrestrial activity. There are other freedoms that are being sacrificed on the altar of controlling alien information on planet earth. Particularly, your right to a fair trial, to know what you are accused of, and to face your accusers.
Dean maintains that at the moment, these agencies are putting the interests of clandestine machinery above guaranteed rights. They have been getting a pass from Congress to do it. If the excuse they seem to be using behind closed doors is alien subject matter, it is worth addressing this in a more direct manner. This way you can get past the carefully worded Rumsfeld-era chicanery of “known-unknowns”.
The game the government plays may insert whatever vaguely implied threat of any scary faceless boogeyman as reason to shake you down of your freedoms or your liberty. It may be really useful to articulate on the alien threat as a creative means to demand the reform. You can rightfully decommission of programs intended to dissolve the efficacy of the US Constitution.
Since systemic corruption is already illegal, we are in full right to demand a cease and desist of any reason they provide, known or unknown, when it is a threat to US sovereignty. If it is extraterrestrial intrigues, I’m humble enough to humor the excuse. Even if I actually don’t care what an alien does or doesn’t do. Extraterrestrials may be one giant metaphor for corruption continuity and appropriations gatekeeping, but we will cross that bridge when we get there.
If I write any policy paper it is to compell others to mind the force of ideas in government. Ideas are not grounded necessarily in reality. They do get there in lawmaking or policy regulation in our government bodies.
If I make these assertions directly about the proposals for an above board representative government for ETs, it may point to current black budget expenditures that are left to the analysis of mediums, alien channelers and political faith proponents who identify as global extremists, with or without an alien agenda. Once the wheels start turning about these things, you might turn to Congress and start making more asks about any dark budget items. Be more direct about the presumption they are protecting alien interests. Then you can try to get that defunded.
The point is you do not have to prove there are aliens in your government to start demanding that your government protect your interests. We all know the US Air Force, the Navy, NASA, the ODNI and others who contract hundreds of millions of dollars in agency appropriations have their policy proposals in about how to deal with “the alien” scenarios.
If I want to gut a federal budget dealing with extraterrestrial interests and defund a black program, I have got to ask. A policy proposal is one of the right ways to do something and be taken semi-seriously. The point isn’t to go over the sincere housing of alien living and comfort on planet earth. It is to address the absurdity that we need to start craftsmanship on an alien house with federal resources pulled up from the US people.

There is no legitmate claim to govern the people of the United States by any extraterrestrial interest. Any internal claims by US Defense or Intelligence agencies to allow ETs to govern for reason of trade or extraterrestrial defense dominance dissolves the foundation of the oath of agency and the agency commences with treason. The actions of deferring governance to an extraterrestrial race dissolves the public contract of that agency for becoming a live operating enemy to the sovereignty of the American government and a threat to the US people. These agencies then become the homegrown terror agents themselves, promulgating a coup and commit an act of war against itself.
The myth of extraterrestrial supremacy then is debunked for it relies on the agency of treason in existing government to proceed. Proponents of global extremism in exopolicy would need to actively rely on collusion of current government resources with ETs to undermine the natural rights of constituents as their proof of governing supremacy. Extraterrestrials have no agency or representative body of their own to enact governance on this planet or to produce any use of enforcement against sovereign publics. Nor have they put forward any such claim.”

He then moved to Portland, Oregon and worked as a laboratory technician for an environmental testing company until 1999. In the fall of 1999, Jordan returned to Oregon State University to pursue a Master’s degree in anthropology, zoology, and philosophy. Portions of his final essay, “Evidence for the Personhood of Chimpanzees,” were published by the Jane Goodall Institute in 2002. His daughter, Anna Nina, was born on November 27, 2003.
Jordan worked for seven years at Oregon State University, teaching courses on human evolution. In 2007, he received the OSU Anthropology Department’s Outstanding Instructor of the Year Award. In addition to biological anthropology, Jordan also taught primate natural history, biological and cultural constructions of race, science fiction and anthropology, and visual anthropology (Anthropology and the Films of Werner Herzog).
In 2009, Jordan was laid off from the OSU Anthropology Department due to budget cuts in the recession. During this period, Jordan became a Research Specialist in Anthropology with the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) and presented, for the first time, the concept of evolutionary ufology. He wrote the young adult novel Saucerville (the first in a trilogy) and the nonfiction book Evolutionary Ufology. After digging out four feet of guano they found many broken arrows that the Indians had fired into the cave as well as other interesting artifacts, and they found red-haired giants. Even in the shrunken mummified condition the skeletons ranged in height from 8 feet to just under 12 feet.
The Review-Miner June 19, 1931 reported the find of two giant skeletons in the Humboldt lake bed. Both skeletons were wrapped in a gum treated fabric. The first skeleton was 8 and one half feet tall, the second was just under 10 feet tall.
The height of Goliath varies between the various witnesses (manuscripts) to 1 Samuel 17.4 - between 4 1/2 and 6 1/2 cubits (even coming in at 5 1/2 cubits in one witness).
Deuteronomy 3.11 only offers us the length of King Og’s coffin (which, due to uncertainty in translation, could possibly alternatively refer to his bed). So, we might expect that the giant lying inside the coffin is about a cubit shorter than the 9-cubit coffin itself, or 8 cubits.
There was no standard measure for a cubit (the measure of a forearm) or a span (the measure of a spread hand width). So, (the author of the post) has estimated that 1 cubit = 45 cm, and that a span is half that.
Check this link out about a find in Alaska – Five skeletons, nearly complete, were exhumed and each is the set of bones that belonged to a giant of prehistoric times. One of the skeletons measures over seven feet in length, so that the man must have been considerably over that height. Then there were two others of within an/Inch of seven feet and the remaining two “were more than six feet in length and the men were of gigantic frame.”
Check out this interesting source of descriptions – When Hernando De Soto reached the territory of the Apalachee around Tallahassee, he recorded meeting a giant Indian chief whom he described as “a man of monstrous proportions.” At the same time as De Soto, across the continent near present day California/Arizona, Francisco Coronado was leading a team to search for the legendary beautiful “Seven Cities of Cibola,” and ran into several tribes of giants. Pedro de Castaneda, one of Coronado's team members later wrote a complete history of the expedition mentioning their meetings with giant Indians. In one such passage he wrote of their encounter with the Seri Indian tribe: “Don Rodrigo Maldonado, who was captain of those who went in search of the ships, did not find them, but he brought back with him an Indian so large and tall that the best man in the army reached only to his chest. It was said that other Indians were even taller on the coast.” (**Were indians taller on the coast because this is where the giants landed and bred with locals? We find this in Florida and Texas with taller than usual Native People as well as the `Patagonian Giants' at the tip of Cape Horn. Seems those who are on the coast faced the newcomers by boat.**)

At 6ft 8in tall, he would have been easily eligible to compete amongst those giants of sport in the U.S. basketball leagues today. In third-century AD Rome, where men averaged only about 5ft 6in, he would have been a giant the likes of which most people had never seen. It's no legend – archaeologists believe have discovered the first complete ancient skeleton of a person with gigantism near the capital of the ancient empire.

Source: A very interesting find in North Wales – the Great Orme Copper Mines. These mines that date back 3500 years were the site of an interesting find of 2500 hammers, but the size of these hammers were 60 pounds as compared to 20 pound sledge hammers of today. It is believed the people (proportionally) who swung these in the copper mines were 12-18 feet tall! In perspective, the average height of a home ceiling is 8 feet.

And it was presumably early pioneer stragglers of this same Nordic race at the end of the Old Stone Age who are represented by the “Red Man” of Paviland Cave, in the Gower peninsula of Wales, of the mammoth age, and the “Kneiss Chief ” in the stone cist at Keiss (Kassi?) in Caithness. Both of these are interred with rude stone weapons, and are of the superior and artistic Cro-Magnon type of early men, which seems to have been the proto-Nordic or proto-Aryan. Huxley found his cranial index was 76, with projecting eyebrow ridges which gave the forehead a “receding” aspect and the forehead “low and narrow.”

The idea that Mars was once the home of an ancient civilization is, of course controversial and NASA and most mainstream scientists won’t even consider the notion with any degree of seriousness.
Yet there are many very interesting photos that show structures that do not look natural like the building-like structures captured by Curiosity.
Now, in the follow-up series of images taken in the same area as the building-like structures we see some interesting objects what looks like ancient tools that have been used to build structures.
Could these objects be optical illusions of natural geological formations? Of course. But to dismiss them outright as not possibly being artificial in origin is just as unscientific as declaring that they absolutely are created by intelligent being.

These huge concrete rings were built by the Germans during World War II on the coast of the Barents Sea.
For decades, the Soviet military limited access to them after the war was over, fuelling speculation about their purpose. Conspiracy theorists and local folk claimed they were test grounds for Nazi wonderweapons and antigravity devices.
These rings, some said, served as launching pads for Nazi UFOs, flying saucers that used antigravity devices that were later captured by the United States and the Soviet Union. Of course, these aircraft were never used again except to spook the conspiranoics and break their cameras.
No images of these fabledwunderwaffe exist and, given the fact that Nazis documented all their technology experiments with photos and movies (didn’t you see Raiders of the Lost Ark?) it is logical to assume that these UFOs have the power of destroying any cameras around them.
Other people claim that one of these awesome devices was The Bell, a metallic bell-shaped object that was being developed by the Nazis in Poland.
The machine was so powerful that the project ended with the killing and mass burial of about 60 scientists working on it because, apparently, it makes sense to kill 60 scientists capable of building these machines instead of putting them to work in, say, a bloody nuclear bomb.

Described by a Polish journalist and self-proclaimed military historian based on the alleged testimony of that SS general, the Bell held two counter-rotating 2.5cm thick lead cylinders inside.
The cylinders contained a liquid metal called Xerum 525. It looked like mercury but glowed purple while the machine was powered up using high amounts of electricity.
Once activated, nobody really actually explains what it did, except killing people and animals around it, disintegrating them. Some even say it was designed to look into the past, bending gravity and time, but not into the future.
Of course, the only thing that actually bend reality are the neurons of all these conspiranoics.
These are not launching pads for UFOs. The concrete rings are located near the village of Liinakhamari, in the region of Murmansk Oblast, Russia, next to Finland, and were used as fortifications for artillery pieces.
Soviet marines invaded the area and took over these positions on 12 October 1944. The harbour became a base for the Red Fleet and a base for submarines was built nearby, which explains the prohibited nature of the site for decades, until the base was dismantled.

Two young men, Vincent L, and John, were on a camping trip and were suddenly awakened by noises, close to their tent. Fearing the possibility of a scavenging bear, they went outside, flashlights in hand and noticed back in the woods what they thought at first was a large Airstream trailer. Jo…hn headed into the woods to get a closer look. He had gone barely a few yards when he realized that this was no ordinary camper trailer, it had as smooth, irregular shape, a mast at one end with some kind of spinning unit mounted to it, but most surprising of all, its entire surface appeared to be faintly luminous. Vincent, who was walking behind him, had the same startled reaction at the same time, they tramped back to their shelter and sat down, trying to convince one another that it could not be what they thought it was. “There is no such thing,” John said, “There’s no such thing.” He was holding the flashlight, which had not been turned off, and in an idle swing to his left, illuminated a figure standing in the woods. The figure, which appeared to be looking at them, was tall and simple in outline, with two large dark “eyes” and a series of diagonal slashes or stripes on one cheek being the only interruptions in the clear un-detailed shape. Its surface was also faintly luminous. Thoroughly frightened, John swung the flashlight beam around and picked up three more of the creatures, one of which was apparently in a tree. They were absolutely silent and identical except that the number of “cheek stripes” varied. For moments John and Vincent believed these figures were some sort of apparition created by slide projectors, or something like it. It was only when the creatures approached to within 15 feet that they realized they were “more dimensions” than a mere flat, projected illusion would be. A state of siege ensued. The figures approached and withdrew, approached and withdrew. They moved with incredible ease when one considered the dense undergrowth in the woods. No arms or legs could be discerned within their closed silhouettes, and most mysterious of all, each time the flashlight beam fell upon one of the figures it would stop, remaining immobile until the beam was removed. One three striped figure which hovered towards the back of the group seemed to control the others, when the light beam fell upon it; all the others were simultaneously immobilized. The two campers were convinced they were going to be kidnapped. Later, when Vincent recounted the nightmarish experience, he said, “I really thought I was going to die there.” Brandishing axes, they built up their campfire, realizing that in light and fire they had their only defensive weapon. Their car was parked nearby, perhaps 100 feet away, in a cement parking lot that serviced the picnic area, but both men were too afraid to leave the campfire to make a break for it. Four Duroflame logs had swollen the flames to dramatic proportions and after a short while the mysterious figures withdrew. John and Vincent had noticed earlier that one of the creatures, way over to their left, had been slowly approaching them accompanied by an apparently hovering flat object that John described as looking like a small wheel-less covered wagon, perhaps 30 inches wide by six feet long. It had several hoops running up across its width, and these hoops supported what looked like a transparent, plexi-glass type of cover. All of these descriptions both men insist are as accurate as they can remember, though they underline the fact that they were totally petrified during the encounter. John and Vincent had transformed the various picnic tables and benches around them into a “kind of Alamo” in front of their tent. When the creatures withdrew back into the woods, Vincent threw their possessions into the tent, cut the ropes, and raced down to the car to start the engine. John remained under the picnic shelter at the fireside and prepared to photograph the creatures which had at this moment begun to return. Before he had raised the camera to his eye, Vincent shouted for him to put it down—“They’ll think it’s a weapon”—and John complied. Everything was now in the car and they were ready to flee. John dumped some water on the stack of flaming logs, the fire sputtered out, and at that moment the figures rushed towards the campsite. John went down the stairs “six at a time” to the parking lot below, but there was a problem with car’s engine. Vincent recalls that at first the motor almost died, then surged forward, “the wheels leaving rubber,” but John remembers “the battery going dead” and the car starting immediately. Moments later, John and Vincent raced out of the park, heading for home in a state approaching abject terror. John recalls a stretch of road marked by small, metal enclosed glass reflectors down the center strip. The moment their headlights picked up the row of glowing spots both men nearly cried out in panic, assuming that their luminous tormentors were still with them. Several days later Vincent found several diagonal abrasions above one another on his back (found by his fiancé) which straddled his lower spine. The faint scar marks persist to this day. John’s case was even stranger. He noticed some days after the event a small “burning” mark near his navel. It slowly expanded downwards towards the groin, and was consistently painful, as the weeks passed two other similar marks developed in the same region. Eventually he consulted his doctor but without mentioning the incident at the campsite. By April 6 months after the encounter, the condition was sufficiently disturbing for the doctor to send John to the hospital for tests. However nothing was ever found to be the cause of the disturbing marks. John was released after 7 days and pronounced perfectly healthy. According to John following his encounter he experienced occasional episodes of absolute clairvoyance.
