Het is een lief, aanhankelijk hondje, dat zich op een week snel aan ons heeft aangepast. Ze is heel vinnig en nieuwsgierig, een heel ander hondje dan Noleke.

The first Russian contact with grey aliens allegedly took place in 1942. At that time, a series of diplomatic visits to discuss matters of mutual concern were planned, according to alleged Russian documents and a treaty was made.
Under the treaty 23/04, these meetings would take place in secrecy, a limited number of special agents would escort visitors and they would only meet high ranking officers.
According to the document 072 / E, at the meeting of 1961 there was an incident involving 3 subjects due to the violation of the agreement by the officers at the military base when they discovered that their arrival was filmed with a hidden device without their consent.
Under the treaty 23/04, the meetings would be confidential and filming or taking photographs would not be allowed.

Sverdlovsky UFO crash and alien autopsy in Russia in 1969 UFO
In 1969 in the state of Sverdlovsky, a UFO was reported to have crashed. It is alleged that a UFO crashed, and was recovered by the Russian military. Video film is shown of the recovery, with close-ups of the UFO itself. There was one dead alien found in the craft. The remains of the alien and the UFO debris was taken to a secure Russian site, where the saucer was analyzed, and an autopsy was done on the alien.

According to Pravda, the KGB has allegedly had a special unit designed to gather and monitor all pieces of information regarding mystical and unexplained phenomena reported inside and outside the Soviet Union. An article published some time ago by a Madrid magazine Mas Alla probably indicates that the above allegations hold water. The magazine also published several stills from a film by U.S. TV station TNT affiliated with CNN. Both the magazine and film say that in 1968 the KGB supposedly took possession of an UFO, which had either crashed or been shot down by the Soviet air defense. The Soviet secret police were alleged to have obtained the body of a humanoid in the cockpit. The body was thoroughly examined in an anatomy department of the Semashko Medical Institute in Moscow. The TV station claims that the film was based on a footage of the incident provided by one Pavel Klimchenkov, a former KGB officer. According to TNT officials, the documents are a deliberate “leak” to the media.
Also according to Pravda, a photocopy of the order shown in the TNT documentary by the Soviet defense minister looks authentic too. Pursuant to the order, General A. G. Ponomarnko, head commander of the Urals military district, was to ensure that KGB agents be involved in the work pertaining to the UFO at all stages. The agents’ reports were promptly forwarded to Colonel A. I. Grigoriev, chief of the KGB scientific department. It is noteworthy that Kamyshev, Savitski, and Gordienko – the coroners who performed a postmortem – all passed away on the same day, on March 24, 1969, one week after completing the examination of the humanoid’s body. The cause of their death is still unknown.
The Prohlandnyi Crash
According Billy J Booth on About.com there are unsubstantiated reports that a UFO crashed or was shot down near the city of Prohlandnyi, in the USSR at on August 10, 1989. Soviet military radar tracked an unidentified flying object and the Russian attempted unsuccessfully to contact the craft.. The UFO was classified as “hostile.” Soviet defenses were alerted, and MIG-25s flew to find and identify the UFO.
The MIG- 25s found the UFO and were given the authority to attack, according to Booth. When the UFO refused to answer hails, the MIGs fired, hitting the UFO which crashed over the Caucasian Mountains. A crew aboard an M1-8 helicopter located the disc-shaped UFO outside of Nizhnizy Chegem. The area was completely cordoned off to everyone except military personnel.
The UFO was about 20 feet long and 10 feet tall and shaped like a long cigar. There was a long rutted out place in the ground where the object had obviously skidded as it plowed to a stop.

There was obvious damage to the exterior of the craft. The retrieval team, wearing protective outer wear, moved to the site. There was a small amount of radiation, and some members of the team were effected.
A helicopter on the scene was hooked up to the craft, and the UFO was transported to Mozdok Air Base. The base was rumored to store nuclear weapons, and long range bombers. Another investigative team was sent to Mozdok to begin a scientific analysis of the UFO. A KGB cover-up was in full operation by this time.

Russians entered the the UFO and discovered three alien bodies-two dead, one barely alive.
A team of doctors and other medical personnel made every effort to keep the alien alive, but failed. All three of the beings were about 3 1/2 to 4 feet tall, with gray outer wear. Underneath, their skin was a blue-green color with a reptilian texture. They had no hair, large black eyes covered with a protective lid, and web fingers ended their long, slender arms. The alien bodies were being kept in glass containers and UFO was taken to Kapustin Yar. This information was first reported by three Russian investigators-Anton Anfalov, Lenura Azizova and Alexander Mosolov who had no documentation to support their story.
Zaostravka, Perm, Russia Crash
According to NICAP, during the 1989 UFO wave, witnesses north of Zaostravka, Perm, Russia watched several disc-shaped objects engaged in what looked like an aerial battle or “dogfight” with another gold-colored disc. After several explosions the electrical power in Zaostravka went off. The gold-colored disc was seen crashing into a swamp. Several military personnel tried to get near the crash site, but the isolated location seemed impossible to access. The zone was declared off limits by the local military, several families living nearby were displaced, and a barbwire fence was installed in the area. Aircraft flying over the area afterwards reported equipment malfunctions and were diverted to other flight paths. Volgens Amerikaanse astronomen is de kans dat we de komende jaren buitenaards leven vinden niet denkbeeldig. In het Amerikaanse parlement hebben ze daar hogere budgetten voor gevraagd.
De anderhalf uur lange zitting ging door in het Huis van Afgevaardigden, het Amerikaanse equivalent van onze Kamer van Volksvertegenwoordigers.
Tot recent zouden politici en wetenschappers die in alle ernst over buitenaards leven praten gek verklaard zijn. De laatste jaren zijn er echter 3500 planeten ontdekt rondom andere sterren. Ongeveer een vijfde daarvan bevindt zich in de leefbare zone rondom hun sterren, waar de temperatuur geschikt is voor vloeibaar water en dus potentieel voor leven.
Op zoek naar 'biosignaturen'
"De kans dat er elders in het universum leven is, is zeer hoog", zei Sara Seager, astrobiologe op het Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). "De vraag is of er leven is in onze eigen interstellaire buurt. Wij denken dat de kansen goed liggen."
Concreet willen de bollebozen op zoek naar zogenaamde 'biosignaturen'. De Hubble-ruimtetelescoop heeft water ontdekt in de atmosfeer van een handvol exoplaneten, werd onlangs bekendgemaakt. De aanwezigheid van gassen als zuurstof en methaan kan wijzen op de aanwezigheid van leven. Let wel: dat is wellicht geen intelligent leven. Net zo goed gaat het over weinig meer dan bacteriën.
Om zulke gassen op te sporen, hebben de wetenshappers vooral hun hoop gesteld op de James Webb-ruimtetelescoop. Die wordt gelanceerd in 2018 en moet de krachtigere opvolger worden van de Kepler-telescoop. Die ontdekte honderden exoplaneten, maar raakte eerder dit jaar defect. "Als er daadwerkelijk leven is in de ruimte, dan hebben we nu voor het eerst de kans om het te vinden", zei Seager.
Geld ligt moeilijk
Maar daar is dus geld voor nodig. Feit is: de Amerikaanse regering bespaart op de ruimtevaartorganisatie Nasa. "Ik weet dat meer geld moeilijk ligt, maar het is het beste wat u kunt doen om ons te helpen", zei Nasa-astrobiologe Mary Voytek aan de parlementsleden.
Het Amerikaanse parlement kreeg overigens kritiek omdat het zich met buitenaardse wezens bezighoudt. Het Congres heeft nog zeven werkdagen voor de boeg in 2013. Een miljoen Amerikanen dreigen per 1 januari hun werkloosheidsuitkering verliezen. Ook een nieuwe landbouwwet moet nog goedgekeurd worden. Gebeurt dat niet, dan dreigt de prijs van melk te verdubbelen in de VS. Critici vonden het dan ook onzinnig dat de parlementsleden zich met andere planeten bezighouden.

Meet the UFO man who says the truth is out there
Unexplained UFO stories from around Yorkshire have been investigated by Philip Mantle.
The strange light filmed hovering over Leeds recently has reignited the debate about UFOs. Though the sighting is unlikely to answer any fundamental questions, one Yorkshireman is convinced these unexplained phenomena have a deeper meaning.
Whatever your views on UFOs (unidentified flying objects), it cannot be denied that it’s a subject which continues to ignite our imaginations.
Philip Mantle might not fit the bill in terms of the stereotypical UFO hunter. The son of a coal miner, he works in the complaints department at a well-known high street bank and is nothing if not pragmatic.
He interest in ‘the unknown’ goes back to childhood - while other children would play cops n robbers, Philip was quite content attending the local spiritualist church with his friend’s grandmother.
“I’ve always loved sci-fi,” says the 55-year-old father and grandfather. “I can remember seeing Close Encounters and I thought it was nice but I wasn’t mad on it. By co-incidence, the very same week there was an advert in the Yorkshire Evening Post for a new Yorkshire UFO society and they were having their first meeting on North Street, Leeds. That was 1979.
“It was started by two brothers, Gordon and Mark Birdsall, and they had a good mixture of people in the room, including architects, a police officer and so on. It was at that point I thought that perhaps this is not the crazy subject that it’s been made out to be.
“This was long before the birth of the internet but it was people coming together to ask serious questions about things which were unexplained. I’ve always been one to ask questions, if there’s a big red button saying ‘do not press’, I’m the one who wants to know what happens if you press it.”
The group began to produce its own material and launched its own investigations, many of which looked at reports of UFO sightings in and around Skipton, North Yorkshire.
“We would go out and speak to people, we befriended a good number of farmers. We would reports but in terms of finding an answer, I can’t give you one.”
It’s the kind of sober response which sums up Philip’s approach, which he takes very seriously.
Commenting on the UFO footage on the YEP website posted last week he said: “It looks to me like a model aircraft, based on the way it moves.
“One of the frustrating aspects of todays UFO research is that there are more cameras than ever before but the images of alleged UFOs seem to get worse. Why is that I wonder?”
He’s fully aware of the media bandwagon which infrequently rolls into town and all that goes with it.
“There’s a lot more to it, once you start looking, you find it’s not what you thought. The Roswell incident in 1947 is the most famous UFO case but it wasn’t the first. About a week before it happened, a US fighter pilot called Kenneth Arnold was flying over the Cascade Mountains near Washington looking for a crashed aircraft which had a reward when he observed a flash of light and then saw several objects flying in a V-formation. They appeared to have no wings but were moving very fast. He timed them as they travelled between two mountain peaks and later concluded they were travelling faster than anything which was around at that time.
“This was a pilot who served during the Second World War, he had no reason to make something up like that, he was as reliable as they come. His description described their movement as ‘like a saucer skipped across a pond’, from which the term ‘flying saucer’ was derived.
“When I first started out I thought it wouldn’t be long before I got all the answers and while I may have found some, there’s more still waiting.”
He’s co-authored several books on the subject, among them Russia’s Roswell Incident and Without Consent: True Life Stories, which deals with accounts of ‘unexplained abduction’.
The most famous abduction case is probably that of Whitley Streiber, whose book Communion chronicles his alleged abduction by aliens and while the book was turned into a film starring Christopher Walken in 1989, but there are other abduction tales which originate much closer to home.
Take the account of former North Yorkshire police officer Alan Godfrey, who, in 1977, had an altogether unusual experience. PC Godfrey had been out looking for some lost cows in Todmorden when he came upon an object blocking the road.
He pulled up and stopped and even sketched the object, which as far as he could tell was hovering above the road. He remembered seeing a flash of light and the next thing he knew, he was driving away from the scene and the object was gone.
The account, which is part of UFO folklore, was partially backed-up by the reports of three other police officers, who had been on the moors above Halifax on the same night when they observed a UFO in the sky.
Philip took up the story: “What’s interesting about that is PC Godfrey is a credible witness. When he got back to the station, he discovered the sole on his shoe was split and he had a burn mark on his instep. Also, he could not account for about 30 minutes.
“Under hypnosis, he related he had been taken aboard the object. This loss of memory is known as ‘missing time’.”
Which leads us onto Philip’s latest venture, Once Upon A Missing Time, a solo-project and something he calls ‘faction’, because while it is in essence a work of fiction, it is based upon years of first-hand witness accounts of alleged abductions.
“I would like to think it will serve to give the topic publicity.”
In addition to his book, he has just launched a new digital UFO magazine, UFO Today, which is available at www.ufotoday.net or #looktotheskies.
He added: “I think it’s important we record such things. We might not be able to explain them yet but we have to think that we’ve only been flying for the last 100 years - there are breakthroughs all the time in things like anatomy, medicine, astronomy. It’s my job to record these things, perhaps someone else will make sense of them.”
When it comes to UFOs, it would seem that the truth is still very much out there.
ENCOUNTER WITH UFOLOGY
Nuances aside, ‘UFO’ is the acronym used to denote ‘unidentified flying objects’, a phenomenon which has its roots in Roswell, America in 1947, although these days there are also an increasing number of reports of ‘USOs’, which refer to unexplained phenomenon at sea.
There are an average of 70,000 reported UFO sightings every year, worldwide.
The most famous incident in UFO history is Roswell, in July 1947. After the incident, the US Air Force announced being in possession of a flying saucer but later changed its statement, saying it was a weather balloon.
Mass UFO sightings sometimes happen - one of the most famous was that of November 1989, in Belgium, witnessed by dozens of people. The Belgian Air Force even sent some F-16 fighter jets to intercept the objects seen in the sky. The pilots attempted to chase the objects for over an hour but were continually out-manouevred. One pilot described how, at one point, the object dropped from 10,000ft to 500ft in under five seconds.
USOs are unidentified submerged objects, reports of which have increased in recent times. In one case, a Russian wreck-hunter claims to have found an underwater object which looks as though it may have crash-landed at some point.
In February 1942, just three months after the attack on Pearl Harbour, which drew America into the Second World War, US radar operators picked up a series of shapes heading toward them in a V-formation. The incident is known as the Battle of Los Angeles. The objects got to within a few miles of the coast and then vanished. At the time, it was assumed it was another attack from Japan but this was later discounted and the true identify of the objects has never been properly established.
Whitley Strieber is an American writer who claims to have been adbucted in 1985, although in his book he never claims this was done by aliens but rather leaves the question open. He wrote a book about his alleged experiences in 1987 called Communion, which was later made into a film starring Christopher Walken.

Witness said: UFO sighting on December 2nd 2013. In the sky over Cranbourne, Vic, Australia. We pulled over at about 9pm to film these four lights floating around the sky. All four were pretty close to the ground and eventually disappeared. They didn’t do a lot, but were amazing to watch!

Sasha Shaker used his iPad to record footage of a strange glowing sphere as it danced across the sky.
Sasha and his wife Carly had been returning home from the cinema when they noticed something unusual in the sky over Wincheap. The glowing orb-like object seemed to move across the sky in an unusual fashion, looping back on itself in a feat of impressive aerial gymnastics.
After watching it for a few minutes Sasha went in to the house and fetched his iPad so that he could start recording it.
"It was making no noise and a couple of times moved really quickly from left to right, which made us think it wasn't a remote controlled plane," he said. "It was pretty much your archetypal UFO; circular, silent and changing colour between blue, red and green. We didn't know what it could be."
The couple continued to watch the object for around half an hour and it was still visible in the sky when they went to bed. Neither of them could determine what it was and the footage has since been posted online in the hope that eagle-eyed viewers may be able to shed some light on the mystery.
However, when he later examined his footage, he realised he had captured the unidentified shape hovering in the sky.
The photographer zoomed in on the object - but was still unable to identify what it could be.

Chivenor Search and Rescue told the North Devon Journal that it had not received any reports of UFO sightings in the area.
It also pointed out that rescue workers had been on a training exercise on Saturday, so the mysterious object may have been one of its aircraft.
However, since the photos were published by the newspaper, people across the southwest of the country have spoken out about their own spooky aerial sightings in the past week.
Matt Naughton, from Devon, said: 'Driving to Torrington on Thursday night, I saw strange bright lights in the sky and the car had flashes of blue in it. Very creepy!'

These covert NSA and CIA activities, at home in the U.S.A., are precisely why we hated the Russians during the cold way, for the evil surreptitious things that it did to its own citizens. But, sometimes, Big Brother is just family.
Knowing full well that government disclosure of UFO/alien realities would cause complete religious and social societal disintegration, our government has thoughtfully and parentally organized covert agencies of disinformation to sustain the fabric of societal equilibrium, I herein list only a few:
-The DEFENSE INTELLIGENCE AGENCY (DIA) – Coordinates the intelligence data gathered from the various Armed Services intelligence branches (Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard and Special Forces), and provides counter-threat measures, which include providing security at ultra-classified installations by the deployment of U.S. "Thought Police," who conduct surveillance, by scientific remote viewing [SRV] and other para-psychological measures, against penetrations and scanning by foreign or civilian remote viewers [clairvoyants/out-of-body seers], at the Pentagon, VA, Fort Meade, MD, and the entire astral plane.
-The NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY (NSA) – Monitors and screens all telephone, telegraph, computer modem, radio, television, cellular, microwave, and satellite communications, and electromagnetic fields "of interest" around the world, and orchestrates information-control and cover-up activities related to UFO secrecy and surveillance of extra-terrestrial operations, Fort Meade, MD.
-The NATIONAL RECONNAISSANCE OFFICE (NRO) – Controls and collects information from global spy satellites, monitors UFO traffic entering and leaving Earth's atmosphere, coordinates firing of energy beam weapons from orbiting Star Wars satellites at selected human ground and airborne targets and selectively at extra-terrestrial craft, Pentagon basement and Dulles Airport area, VA.
-The NATIONAL RECONNAISSANCE ORGANIZATION (NRO) (aka MJ-TF) – The military/intelligence operations arm of the PI-40 Subcommittee, conducts surveillance, interdiction, capture and confiscation of UFOs and their extra-terrestrial occupants for intelligence and "International Security" purposes; surveilles and "interacts" with close encounter experiencers, including occasional physically and sexually assault mind-control kidnappings disguised as "Alien abductions" for psychological warfare and dis-informational purposes, (headquarters unknown), highly compartmented and dispersed among various elite Delta Force Special Operations units, such as the USAF Blue Light at Hurlburt Field, Mary Esther, FL and Beale Air Force Base, Marysville, CA.
-The CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY (CIA) – Commands, often controls and sometimes coordinates the gathering of secret overseas information gathered by spies (HUMINT), electronic surveillance (SIGINT), and other means; carries out covert unconstitutional paramilitary counterinsurgency operations and preemptive political pacification projects in violation of international law, as well as counter-intelligence sting operations against foreign agents; engages in domestic surveillance, and manipulation of the U.S. political process, "in the National interest" in direct violation of its congressional charter; operates proprietary "false front" companies for profit; conducts a major share of international trans-shipment of illegal drugs, using National Security cover and immunity; and cooperates with NSA's UFO cover-up operations, Langley, VA, and worldwide branches.
-The FEDERAL BUREAU of INVESTIGATION - Counter Intelligence Division – The branch which investigates, conducts surveillance and neutralizes foreign Intelligence agents operating within the U.S., and cooperates with the National Reconnaissance Organization in the surveillance of those involved in close encounters with UFOs and extra-terrestrials [EBEs].
-The DEPARTMENT of ENERGY (DOE-INTEL) – Conducts internal security checks and external security threat countermeasures, often through its contract civilian instrumentality, the Wackenhut Corporation.
-NSA's CENTRAL SECURITY SERVICE and The CIA's SPECIAL SECURITY OFFICE – The USG's version of &q quot;Internal Affairs" which respectively spy on the spies, and conduct special operations which cannot be entrusted to line intelligence officers, Ft.

-U.S. ARMY INTELLIGENCE and SECURITY COMMAND (INSCOM) – Their assignments include psychological and psychotronic warfare (PSYOPS), para-psychological intelligence (PSYINT), and electromagnetic intelligence (ELMINT), Ft. Meade, MD.
-U.S. NAVY OFFICE of NAVAL INTELLIGENCE (ONI) – Gathers intelligence affecting naval operations, and has a compartmented unit involved in UFO and USO [Unidentified Submerged Objects] information gathering.
-U.S. AIR FORCE OFFICE of SPECIAL INVESTIGATIONS [AFOSI] – Gathers intelligence affecting aerospace operations, and has a compartmented unit involved in investigating UFO sightings, extra-terrestrial contact reports, as well as IAC [Identified Alien Craft] surveillance, and coordination with NRO interdiction operations, Bolling Air Force Base, MD.
-NASA INTELLIGENCE – Gathers intelligence data relating to space flights, sabotage threats, astronaut and reconnaissance satellite encounters with UFOs and ETs, and coordinates the transfer of alien technology to U.S. and allies' aerospace operations.
-AIR FORCE SPECIAL SECURITY POLICE – Is an NSA/USAF joint intelligence operations unit dealing with possible threats to aerospace operations from foreign powers, terrestrial or otherwise.
-DEFENSE INDUSTRY SECURITY COMMAND (DISCO) – Conducts intelligence operations within and on behalf of the civilian defense contractor corporations engaged in classified research, development, and production.
-DEFENSE INVESTIGATIVE SERVICE (DIS) – Conducts investigations into people and situations deemed a possible threat to any operation of the Department of Defense.
-The NAVAL INVESTIGATIVE SERVICE (NIS) – Conducts investigations against threats to Naval operations.
-AIR FORCE ELECTRONIC SECURITY COMMAND – Conducts surveillance and interdiction of threats to the security of Air Force electronic transmissions and telemetry, and to the integrity of electronic countermeasure (ECM) warfare equipment.
-DRUG ENFORCEMENT AGENCY (DEA) Intelligence – Conducts surveillance and interdiction of drug smuggling operations, unless exempted under "National Security" waivers.
-FEDERAL POLICE AGENCY INTELLIGENCE – Coordinates intelligence relating to threats against federal property and personnel.
-DEFENSE ELECTRONIC SECURITY COMMAND – Coordinates intelligence surveillance and countermeasures against threats to the integrity of military electronic equipment and electronic battlefield operations), Fort Worth, TX.
-"Project DEEP WATER" – The ongoing effects of the compromised personnel, sources and methods resulting from the secret importation of Hitler's own Nazi Intelligence chief, Gen. Reinhard Gehlen, to redesign the U.S.'s Intelligence apparatus.
-"Project PAPERCLIP" – The ongoing results of the secret importation of Nazi weapons and aerospace/UFO scientists into U.S. secret military research and development bases.
So, by now, it's clear that UFO/alien realities must be covered up in the name of National Security.
And I agree.
Alien presences on Earth should not ever be disclosed by world governments.
Why?
Aren't the peoples of the World entitled to know and aren't we all smart enough to grasp, adapt and resist after such a disclosure?
On a different note, think of the ontological shock.
The full truth is awful and would cripple society's fabric.
Could nations EVER embrace that they are mere cattle to our "space brothers"?
That we are not seen, as we see ourselves, as divine beings, but as someone else's valuable property?
That our existence and presence on Earth wasn't 'ordained', by God?
With such disclosure, we would have to face a horrid past, and a likely wretched future.
In the name of 'National Security', this is hidden from the public, but 'National Security" becomes an oxymoron, in the face of this larger reality.
I have an metaphorical inspirational tadpole frog story, one that teaches the dangers of having and cultivating a closed, unimaginative mind.
FACT:
There are a myriad variety of alien entities, inter dimensional and intergalactic, predominantly unseen and elusive, who frequent this planet.
Mountains of worldwide multiple witness and abductee evidence, military gun camera evidences all document craft whose pilots specialize in psychic intrusion, abductions and deception..
Earth's populations of citizens are like tadpole frogs, who cannot imagine a larger world above their pond's surface.
Our government is well aware of these alien beings, and their nefarious motives, tactics and agendas.
But many human tadpole frogs perpetually dwell in abject ignorance about this mind boggling, greater pond truth.
What's the real danger from alien disclosure?
Twice upon a time (maybe, even thrice upon a time), a tadpole frog who lived by the side of a vast blue-green ocean visited his distant tadpole frog cousin who lived very far away in a deep, small well in a very dark cave.
"Isn't my world amazing ?
Isn't it wonderful and complex and totally beautiful?!", said the cousin tadpole frog who lived in the cave in the dark deep well.
And the close relative tadpole frog who lived by the side of a vast blue-green ocean said;"One day, my cousin, you must come and visit with me and see where I live and visit my home!"
So it came to pass, that his cousin, one day, packed his suitcase and left his small well in the dark cave and traveled far to visit his cousin tadpole frog who lived by the blue-green ocean.
And when the cousin from the small cave got there, he saw his tadpole frog cousin's house on the beach and he viewed the unlimited expanse and spectacular majesty of the shore and the blue-green ocean, and his head exploded and he died.
Knowing full well that this would happen on a National level, our government has carefully organized security disinformation and covert agencies to sustain ignorance and thus sustain its equilibrium of control and society's fabric.
Ontological shock is the sound barrier;should mankind ever grasp the truth about our history, all faith in the Bible as the living word of God shall implode for the misinformation within, telling us wrongly that we were ordained, by God, for this resident planet.
That's the essential frog ontological shock; next, comes the shock that the "image we were created in" wasn't divine but alien!
This would make people's heads explode.

However, the real God of the Universe is as real as the nose on your face and equally as hard to see, too embued within our consciousness and immersed in everything all around us, to be easily detected.

Depuis que l'ère UFO moderne a débuté en 1947, les enquêteurs en sont toujours à se demander ce qui se cache derrière ce phénomène et à quelles fins il se manifeste. On a déjà trouvé un semblant de réponse en 1957, lorsque le fermier Villas Boas fut enlevé à bord d'un OVNI et eut un "intermezzo" sexuel avec une extraterrestre. Cependant, ce cas tellement étrange ne fut publié qu'en 1966, en même temps que le cas des époux Hill.
Le sondage Roper de 1991
En1991, l'institut de sondage américain Roper- fondé par Budd Hopkins et Robert Bigelow [aujourd'hui NIDS], a mené une enquête auprès de 5947 personnes afin de savoir si elles avaient été confrontées à des expériences RR4. Il est intéressant de constater que 18% des personnes interrogées s'étaient déjà réveillées paralysées et avaient aperçu des silhouettes près d'elles, 15% ont répondu avoir vu des créatures étrangères ! Le résultat de ce sondage a montré que, statistiquement, 2% de la population américaine montrerait des symptômes d'enlèvements extraterrestres. Un fait très intéressant également est que la plupart des personnes interrogées étaient cultivées, aisées et actives dans la société!
La menace :
L'historien, enquêteur et auteur David M. Jacobs présente peut-être dans son livre "The Threat" ["La Menace" Simon & Schuster, New York 1999] la solution du mystère UFO et des abductions. Il a, ces dernières années, questionné et hypnotisé près de 700 abductés et a obtenu de nombreux récits et informations semblables qui nous permettent de jeter un œil dans cet "agenda alien". Les résultats qu'il a obtenus correspondent à ceux qu'ont obtenus d'autres enquêteurs.
Jacobs a dû avant tout se battre contre diverses réactions car ce phénomène n'a pas seulement fait sourire le public mais également les collègues enquêteurs, tout comme le défunt astronome et ancien conseiller scientifique de la commission d’enquêtes "Bluebook", J. Allen Hynek, qui ne voyaient pas l'utilité d'une étude à long terme de ce phénomène bizarre.
Cela semblait ne jouer aucun rôle que dans 20% des cas étudiés par Jacobs, plus d'une victime soit impliquée durant un seul enlèvement et que nous n'avions plus à faire à des expériences subjectives mais à une réalité objective concernant plusieurs personnes en même temps!
Le scepticisme initial est compréhensible lorsqu'on constate les interventions "quasi médicales", le prélèvement d'ovules et de sperme, la confrontation avec des créatures hybrides, des bébés "éprouvette" extraterrestres -auxquels les abductés doivent enseigner des choses, ou bien jouer avec eux, ou bien encore doivent les toucher- qui sont le noyau sexuel et reproductif du phénomène. De plus, le thème tabou du sexe vient s'ajouter à cette liste et ce mélange rend une enquête objective très difficile.
Une curieuse complicité lie certains abductés entre eux, beaucoup affirment s'être rencontrés, ou vus, à bord d'OVNIs. Des amitiés et des amours se tissent, c'est pourquoi on peut se demander si les abductés sont vraiment libres de leurs choix?! Avons-nous à faire à des individus qui ont été "sélectionnés" et "réunis" par les aliens? De plus, il est très curieux que d'anciens enlevés aient un rôle à jouer lors d'enlèvements, doivent calmer d'autres ravis ou bien même participer à la série de tests que ceux-ci doivent subir.
Au cours de ses enquêtes, David Jacobs a même été témoin auditif d'un enlèvement ; alors qu'il menait une conversation téléphonique avec l'une de ses patientes, celle-ci lui fit remarquer qu'elle entendait, dans la pièce où elle se trouvait, un étrange son qu'elle connaissait bien puisqu'elle l'avait déjà entendu plusieurs fois avant qu'on ne l'emmène. Ce bruit a également été entendu par David Jacobs.! A peine avaient-ils raccrochés que la femme recevait la visite des créatures et fut enlevée! D'autres témoins lui ont rapporté que les abductés sont effectivement physiquement absents durant leurs enlèvements et qu'ils réapparaissent d'un coup, bien souvent dans des pièces où on les avait cherché peu de temps avant. La moyenne des enlèvements chez une seule personne est dramatiquement élevée : Jacobs rapporte que la fréquence des enlèvements chez une seule et même personne peut varier entre 9 et 100 fois par an et que depuis un certain temps, elle a tendance à augmenter!
Dans de nombreux cas, les créatures se "camouflent" lors de leurs "missions : elles apparaissent en prenant l'apparence de personnages religieux ou de proches décédés. La mise en scène joue un grand rôle lors des abductions et est apparemment insinuée afin de détourner l'attention sur le véritable objectif des créatures. David Jacobs a cependant fait un tri parmi tous ces témoignages et ne s'est concentré que sur le matériel analogue rapporté par tous les abductés, du moins, par une grande partie d'entre eux.
Les preuves solides au sujet de ces rencontres sont rares surtout parce qu'elles ne sont pas reconnues immédiatement comme telles par les abductés. Comme par exemple, cette femme ayant trouvé après un enlèvement, un petit objet jaune, ressemblant à du plastique dans son vagin. Elle s'est empressée de le jeter dans les toilettes et de tirer la chasse d'eau. On a bien souvent l'impression qu'inconsciemment, les personnes concernées trouvant de tels objets sur eux ressentent un certain malaise et se sentent obligés de s'en débarrasser au plus vite.
L'anatomie des "autres".
Que sont-Ils et d'où viennent-Ils? David Jacobs répond, en partie, à cette question grâce à ses nombreuses données.
Si l'on en croit certains abductés, ces créatures viennent d'une planète étrangère. Il n'y a aucun indice sur des mondes parallèles, des voyages temporels et autres sources exotiques du phénomène. Certains enlevés, qui apparemment étaient sur les lieux, décrivent une planète désertique. Une femme dit avoir vu, près de gros nuages, trois soleils et que le sol ressemblait à du sable cuit et durcit. Elle "lévitait" avec les créatures vers un bâtiment aux grandes baies vitrées. Apparemment, les aliens vivent autre part que dans leurs OVNIs.
Plusieurs sortes de "races" ont été observées à l'intérieur des OVNIs: tout d'abord, le "petit Gris" classique qui semble être responsable des tâches les plus simples, comme kidnapper, déshabiller les abductés, etc. Puis viennent des créatures leur ressemblant physiquement mais plus grandes et qui elles, semblent être responsables des tâches plus complexes, des examens médicaux, et communiquent parfois avec les ravis. En arrière-plan, se tiennent des entités insectoides, le plus souvent portant des robes ou des capes et semblent avoir le commandement. Ces créatures sont, la plupart du temps, décrites comme des "Pray Mantis", "mantes religieuses".
Des créatures de type "hybride" qui ne se différencient plus des humains, sont également observées. Physiquement, il sont humains et intérieurement "Gris", du moins, en ce qui concerne leurs facultés. Ces créatures se trouveraient entre temps parmi nous, dans nos villes et y rencontreraient des abductés, elles auraient le rôle de "personne de confiance" ou de "directeurs de projet". Ces informations sur les insectoïdes et les hybrides sont captivantes. Les Gris sont, d'après ce qu'on aurait raconté aux abductés, eux-mêmes un mélange génétique. Ils ont été, en partie, lors du "premier programme", créés avec du matériel génétique humain. En outre, l'autre partie génétique reste inconnue. Nous ne savons pas non plus qui fut le créateur de ces êtres, on nous parle d'une "intelligence supérieure" sans qu'elle soit nommée.
Le premier essai n'a pas été concluant puisque les Gris ne peuvent se reproduire. C'est pourquoi le "deuxième programme" (se déroulant actuellement) a été mis en route, afin que leur espèce artificielle reste en vie et soit capable de se reproduire. Nous, les humains, nous avons été choisis car nos gênes correspondent le mieux aux leurs et qu'ils peuvent facilement se croiser. Cependant, les Gris ont été également "mélangés" à d'autres racesextraterrestres, ce qui pourrait expliquer les différents aspects physiques de ceux-ci. Les Gris absorberaient leur nourriture par la peau. Une enlevée a été menée par un hybride dans une pièce où se trouvaient des réservoirs emplis de liquide. Une créature est sortie de l'un de ces réservoirs au travers de la paroi et s'était apparemment offert un petit goûter! Par contre, nous ne savons pas ce que pourrait être ce liquide absorbé par les créatures extraterrestres. Le même genre de pratique a été observé chez d'anciens hybrides, d'apparence alien, tandis que les hybrides actuels, d'apparence humaine, semblent pouvoir se nourrir normalement. La technique alien ne semble pas parfaite, certains enlevés auraient vu des hybrides avec de graves déformations, les hybrides femelles seraient, en grande partie, incapables de procréer. Ces informations ont été rapportées aux enlevés par des hybrides d'apparence humaine. On aurait montré à une abductée, à l'intérieur d'un OVNI, un "musée" bizarre où étaient "exposées", sous forme d'hologrammes, les différentes étapes de leurs travaux d'hybridation. Jacobs a pu, d'après les témoignages, recenser trois sortes d'hybrides qui prendraient de plus en plus l'apparence humaine. Ceux-ci seraient conservés à l'état embryonnaire dans des réservoirs remplis de liquide et y grandiraient. Des abductés auraient vu des salles remplies de milliers de réservoirs de ce genre. Les hybrides semblent remplacer peu à peu les Gris et sont, dans certains cas, les seuls occupants à bord des OVNIs. Il est possible que le type d'aliens que nous connaissons actuellement disparaisse bientôt pour faire place à des créatures d'apparence humaine. Cela pourrait expliquer le phénomène connu des "MIB" car les hybrides sont souvent décrits comme maladroits, bizarres et semblent étrangers dans notre environnement. Le sang des enlevés semble important et leur serait aspiré en grande quantité car l'hémoglobine serait utilisée pour les hybrides. Les victimes d'enlèvements en sont finalement réduites à l'état de machines reproductives et de pièces de rechange ambulantes. Peut-être est-ce la vraie raison des mutilations humaines?
Positif – Négatif :
On retrouve, au sein de la petite communauté des abductions américaine, une polémique en cours depuis des années, à savoir, comment traiter les expériences et de quelle façon les mettre en valeur. Les chercheurs Leo Sprinkle, Hunter Gray (et oui, c'est son véritable nom!) et Richard Boylan (tous trois convaincus d'être des abductés) défendent le côté positif et les bonnes intentions des aliens. Les personnes concernées, d'après eux, disent avoir grandi spirituellement et se verraient elles-mêmes comme actives dans le "grand plan" des aliens. Le tout devrait être interprété comme "un rite d'initiation cosmique" qui se répercuterait sur l'état de conscience de l'humanité entière. Tout comme ces alliances de contacts positifs classiques [space Brothers] qui prétendaient dans les années 50 et 60 communiquer avec des extraterrestres se préoccupant de l'avenir de notre planète surtout en rapport avec l'holocauste atomique. Joseph Nyman et John Mack ont hypnotisé des abductés et ont remarqué que certains d'entre eux se souvenaient d'une vie antérieure durant laquelle ils étaient eux-mêmes des aliens. Ainsi, on ne parle plus d'abductés, mais d' « Experiencers » et les abductions deviennent des « Encounters ». Tout cela ne change rien au fait que plus de la moitié des abductés souffrent du syndrome de stress post-traumatique, qu'ils sont enlevés contre leur gré afin de subir des examens extrêmement pénibles et qu'ils doivent également supporter, impuissants, de voir leurs enfants et leurs proches subir le même sort! Si les ravisseurs avaient vraiment une motivation positive, ils demanderaient leur accord aux victimes ou bien, feraient en sorte que ces personnes testées involontairement restent en bonne santé - un deal à l’amiable en fait, ce qui n'est absolument pas le cas. Des abutés meurent de maladies qui seraient certainement facilement curables pour une civilisation de haute technologie. Le fait qu'elles ne soient pas aidées montre en fin de compte que les victimes sont, aux "grands yeux" des Gris, comme des rats de laboratoire et dans ce cas, les relations génétiques ne nous aident pas vraiment! Il est toutefois humainement compréhensible que, afin de s'auto protéger, face aux expériences traumatisantes et effrayantes auxquelles ils sont confrontés, les abductés s'imaginent ne pas être les victimes des aliens mais leurs partenaires.
Les abductions peuvent-elles être évitées?...
Le phénomène des enlèvements extraterrestres est examiné depuis de nombreuses années et des projets ont été établis afin de mettre à jour d'éventuelles preuves scientifiques. Il y a quelques années, trois groupes ufologiques américains proposaient leur aide au projet "Ambient Monitoring Project": Le MUFON [Mutual UFO Network], le CUFOS [Center for UFO Studies] et le FUFOR [Fund for UFO Research] ont, sous la direction de Tom Deuley [membre du MUFON et créateur du projet], élaboré un appareil placé chez de potentiels abductés afin de mesurer des interactions et phénomènes secondaires physiques possibles lors d'un éventuel enlèvement.
Nous n'avons pas pu apprendre plus de détails à l'époque, mais apparemment, ces expériences ont été planifiées en 1998 et le projet a débuté en l'an 2000. L'appareil a été placé chez des abductés pour une période d'essai de 4 à 6 mois afin de rassembler des données.
Comme on peut le constater, cet essai s'est avéré être un échec - aucune anomalie n'a pu être notée. En fait, les abductés n'ont pas été visités durant cette période d'essai. Les aliens semblaient éviter cette technique. Jacobs en est arrivé également à une telle constatation : chez de nombreux abductés, les enlèvements ont diminué de manière tangible lorsqu'une technique de surveillance était utilisée. Il y a eu quelques petits incidents, des abductés ont par exemple, comme télécommandés, éteint les appareils ou d'étranges pannes d'électricité sont survenues mais il semblerait que cela soit un bon moyen de dissuasion. En fin de compte chaque technique doit être évité et manipulée par les aliens afin de pouvoir la contourner et le risque d'erreurs est possible. Pour une intelligence opérant en cachette cela peut poser des problèmes !...
Que pouvons-nous penser de la théorie de David Jacobs? L'avantage de ses réflexions est qu'elles sont basées sur les déclarations des témoins - naturellement si les Aliens ne nous ont pas livré de fausses informations. Jacobs n'explique pas seulement le phénomène OVNI mais également les abductions, la présence d'ufonautes d'apparence humaine, des MIBs et, indirectement, le phénomène des mutilations. Ses conclusions sont également approuvées par d'autres enquêteurs tels que Fowler, Carpenter et Hopkins. Cette théorie est solide. Ainsi nous avons à faire à des extraterrestres qui possèderaient une haute technologie, qui seraient en relation avec la Terre et pour cette raison seraient toujours présents puisqu'ils disparaîtraient sans nous. Cela semble plus logique que l'hypothèse de "contrôle de système" de Jacques Vallée qui, justement, échoue aux abductions et aux mutilations et qui finalement n'est qu'une interprétation de simples observations d'OVNIs [et c'est certainement la raison pour laquelle Jacques Vallée a si souvent critiqué le phénomène des RR4].
Jacobs explique pourquoi les aliens n'ont aucun problème avec nos conditions atmosphériques et la gravitation de notre planète puisqu'ils sont constitués de matériel génétique humain et disposent apparemment de certains dons paranormaux qui ne nous sont pas inconnus, comme par exemple, leurs facultés télépathiques.
Les insectoïdes et les reptoïdes sont également un point intéressant, ces créatures ont effectivement des ressemblances frappantes avec notre faune terrienne, ils auraient éventuellement aussi été créés par cette "intelligence supérieure" - la même qui créa les Gris. Apparemment, la Terre leur sert de marché génétique.
La "pré-astronautique" est également confirmée indirectement par Jacobs, car les Gris auraient été créés lors du premier projet des aliens, ce qui signifie que nous aurions eu au moins deux sortes de " visiteurs "différents sur notre planète : Les Gris et leurs "partisans" et l'autre "intelligence", sur laquelle, en fin de compte, nous ne pouvons que spéculer puisque nous ne savons rien d'elle. Est-ce que cette intelligence nous aurait aussi manipulés? Cela ne peut être exclu complètement.
Peut-être étaient-Ils vraiment les "Dieux" d'antan qui nous ont créé à leur image et qui, de plus étaient les créateurs d'une [?...] autre espèce ?...

Nasa finds water in atmosphere of five distant planets.
WASHINGTON: In an encouraging sign of life beyond earth, NASA scientists have found faint signatures of water in the atmospheres of five distant planets.
Though the presence of atmospheric water was reported previously on a few exoplanets orbiting stars beyond the solar system, but this is the first study to conclusively measure and compare the profiles and intensities of these signatures on multiple worlds, NASA said.
The five planets - WASP-17b, HD209458b, WASP-12b, WASP-19b and XO-1b - orbit nearby stars, a NASA report said adding that this was based on the research done through the Hubble telescope.
The strengths of their water signatures varied, it said. WASP-17b, a planet with an especially puffed-up atmosphere, and HD209458b had the strongest signals. The signatures for the other three planets, WASP-12b, WASP-19b and XO-1b, also are consistent with water, NASA said.
"We're very confident that we see a water signature for multiple planets," said Avi Mandell, a planetary scientist at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland., and lead author of an Astrophysical Journal paper, published yesterday, describing the findings for WASP-12b, WASP-17b and WASP-19b.
"This work really opens the door for comparing how much water is present in atmospheres on different kinds of exoplanets, for example hotter versus cooler ones," Mandell said.
NASA said the five planets are hot Jupiters, massive worlds that orbit close to their host stars. The researchers were initially surprised that all five appeared to be hazy.
"These studies, combined with other Hubble observations, are showing us that there are a surprisingly large number of systems for which the signal of water is either attenuated or completely absent," said Heather Knutson of the California Institute of Technology, a co-author.
"This suggests that cloudy or hazy atmospheres may in fact be rather common for hot Jupiters," he added.

As most people in the UFO community will be aware, Jesse Marcel Jr died in August. Jesse had been 10 in 1947, when his father, the intelligence officer at the military base at Roswell, woke him to show him pieces he said had come from the crash of a flying saucer. Whatever one believes crashed, with Jesse Jr’s passing, the last witness with a direct and undisputed link to the Roswell story is gone. The time is right, therefore, to ask what many ufologists might regard as a heretical question – is it time to give up on Roswell?
Any police officer will tell you that your best chance of solving a crime comes very early in the investigation, often within 48 hours. Witnesses can easily be located and their memories are fresh. The crime scene is uncontaminated and evidence can be quickly secured and analysed. As I know from my government work, UFO investigations are similar, in that if you don’t solve a case quickly, your chances of doing so diminish rapidly, for pretty much the same reasons as I cited in relation to police investigations.
Once a police investigation has run for a certain time, with no successful outcome, the situation is reviewed. Resources are finite, new crime reports are coming in all the time and officers ask whether it’s worth continuing to investigate a case that seems unlikely to be solved, or whether resources might better be targeted at the new investigations. That’s not to say that the unsolved cases are closed; rather, they’re put on hold, until some new witness comes forward, a new piece of evidence emerges, or some new scientific technique (e.g. DNA testing) is developed which allows old cases to be successfully revisited. Is it time for the UFO community to do the same in relation to Roswell? I think the answer is yes, for two reasons.
The first reason is the obvious one. If it’s unlikely that a UFO incident that took place over 65 years ago is suddenly going to be solved, why waste the time and resources on it anymore? Imagine what might be achieved if the effort currently put into solving Roswell was focused on more recent cases, or onto more general UFO-related projects such as trend analysis of past cases, looking for patterns that have previously been missed, that might tell us something genuinely new and useful about the phenomenon.
The second reason is rather more subtle, but perhaps no less important. What message does it send politicians and the mainstream media if ufology’s so-called “Best Case” happened over 65 years ago? I suggest it sends the message that ufology is stuck in the past, looking at something that is as much history as mystery. Has nothing more interesting happened since 1947?
In Neuro-linguistic programming (and in the business community) there’s a saying that “If what you’re doing isn’t working, try something else”. Similarly, there’s the military concept of “reinforcing failure”, which is something to be avoided. And yet, I ask myself, isn’t this precisely what ufologists are doing with their endless attempts to investigate and re-investigate something that happened long before most of us were born?
Nobody can (or should) stop anyone investigating Roswell if that’s what they want to do. But those who do so should go in with their eyes open, realise they’re unlikely to succeed, and consider whether they might better target their efforts elsewhere.
Put bluntly, if we haven’t solved Roswell by now, the chances are that we never will. Continuing the police analogy, Roswell has become the ufological equivalent of the hunt for Jimmy Hoffa or the search for the identity of Jack the Ripper. It’s hugely interesting from a historical perspective, and there are lots of TV shows about it, but you don’t see cops working the case.
Another relevant point here is that the case has so polarised views in the UFO community that it’s become little more than the battleground for an ugly skeptic versus believer dogfight. Many people on both sides of the belief spectrum regard the case as already having been conclusively proven, either as an alien spacecraft, or as Project Mogul. And when a serious, mainstream journalist – Annie Jacobsen – tackles the subject, what do we get? A story about a Soviet plot to cause mass hysteria in America with a remote-controlled circular craft and grotesque children who are the result of experiments from Nazi scientists. And we mustn’t forget the alien autopsy fiasco, or “Anonymous”, the supposed CIA whistleblower whose ‘deathbed testimony’ about Roswell and UFOs is ufological buzzword bingo at its cheesiest. Roswell has come a long way, but it’s a dead end, part pop culture, part parody.
s time to realise that the Holy Grail is illusory and that some sacred cows should be slaughtered before they become mad and infect the rest of the herd.
The UFO community should face the facts. Roswell is dead. It’s time to move on.

De Republikein Lamar Smith, voorzitter van de commissie voor Wetenschap, Ruimte en Technologie van het Amerikaanse Huis van Afgevaardigden, gaat vandaag een hoorzitting houden over buitenaards leven.
De commissie zal zich woensdag twee uur lang buigen over de methoden die worden gebruikt om te kijken of andere planeten leven kunnen herbergen.
De hoorzitting is getiteld ‘Astrobiology: Search for Biosignatures in our Solar System and Beyond’. De commissie heeft verschillende experts uitgenodigd om over het onderwerp te komen spreken, waaronder dr. Sara Seager van het Massachusetts Institute of Technology, dr. Mary Voytek van de afdeling planeetwetenschappen van NASA en dr. Steven Dick van het John W. Kluge Center.
Geheime wetenschap
Nu buiten ons zonnestelsel steeds meer aardachtige planeten worden ontdekt, wil de commissie onderzoeken hoe het beste kan worden vastgesteld of er al dan niet leven aanwezig is op deze exoplaneten.
Smith, die tijdens zijn campagne meer dan 500.000 dollar aan donaties heeft ontvangen van de olie- en gasindustrie, is fel gekant tegen het idee dat klimaatverandering wordt veroorzaakt door de mens. Al in 2009 zei hij dat de pers zich iedere keer achter de alarmisten schaarde.
Afgelopen maand beschuldigde hij de Amerikaanse milieubeschermingsdienst EPA van het toepassen van ‘geheime wetenschap’ bij het opstellen van nieuwe richtlijnen voor de luchtkwaliteit. Ook andere Republikeinse leden van de commissie noemen klimaatverandering een grote zwendel.
