Dit is ons nieuw hondje Kira, een kruising van een waterhond en een Podenko. Ze is sinds 7 februari 2024 bij ons en druk bezig ons hart te veroveren. Het is een lief, aanhankelijk hondje, dat zich op een week snel aan ons heeft aangepast. Ze is heel vinnig en nieuwsgierig, een heel ander hondje dan Noleke.
This is our new dog Kira, a cross between a water dog and a Podenko. She has been with us since February 7, 2024 and is busy winning our hearts. She is a sweet, affectionate dog who quickly adapted to us within a week. She is very quick and curious, a very different dog than Noleke.

Police in Dresden say they have arrested a 55-year-old police officer on suspicion of murder after the body of another man was found in the Erz mountains in eastern Germany.
Investigators believe that the two men met via an internet site for cannibalism fetishists.
The suspect denies eating body parts and says he killed the man at his request.
The dead man lived in Hanover and had been reported missing.
Police say that the victim was killed and dismembered, and that his body parts were buried on a piece of land in the mountainous region which belonged to the alleged killer.
The arrested man, identified as Detlef G, works for Saxony’s State Office of Criminal Investigation in the forensics department.
German media report that he is an expert in handwriting analysis.
Mark Perry, the man accused of ordering the hit on ”vampire” gigolo Shane Chartres-Abbott, will stand trial for murder in March.
Perry, 45, appeared briefly in the Supreme Court via videolink from prison on Friday.
He and two other men have pleaded not guilty to murdering Chartres-Abbott.
Crown prosecutor Andrew Tinney, SC, told the court the trial of the three men, which is due to begin on March 17, was expected to take six weeks.
Chartres-Abbott, 28, had been on trial in 2003 in the County Court for the rape and mutilation of Perry’s former girlfriend when he was killed.
He was shot by two men as he left his Reservoir home to go to court on June 4, 2003.
Chartres-Abbott’s girlfriend watched as the killers shot the gigolo in the neck, then bashed her father.
The court had heard bizarre claims a week earlier that Chartres-Abbott had told a client he was a 200-year-old vampire who drank blood to survive. Perry, who was arrested in Perth on July 2 after disappearing in 2007, is accused of being at the heart of the events leading up to Chartres-Abbott’s death.
He allegedly paid $200,000 to have Chartres-Abbott killed because of what he had done to his former girlfriend.
His two other co-accused, Evangelos Goussis and another man who cannot be named, pleaded not guilty at an earlier committal hearing and claimed a key witness could not be believed.

Humans emerged from male pig and female chimp, world’s top geneticist says
Humans are actually hybrids, who emerged as an offspring of a male pig and a female chimpanzee, according to one of the world’s leading geneticist.
Turning the theory of human ancestry on its head, Dr Eugene McCarthy — one of the world’s leading authorities on hybridization in animals from the University of Georgia has suggested that humans didn’t evolve from just apes but was a backcross hybrid of a chimpanzee and pigs.
His hypothesis is based on the fact that though humans have many features in common with chimps, there are a lot more that don’t correspond to any other primates. He then suggests that there is only one animal in the animal kingdom that has all of the traits which distinguish humans from our primate cousins.
“What is this other animal that has all these traits? The answer is Sus scrofa – the ordinary pig” he says.
He explains: “Genetically, we’re close to chimpanzees, and yet we have many physical traits that distinguish us from chimpanzees. One fact, however, suggests the need for an open mind: as it turns out, many features that distinguish humans from chimpanzees also distinguish them from all other primates. Features found in human beings, but not in other primates, cannot be accounted for by hybridization of a primate with some other primate. If hybridization is to explain such features, the cross will have to be between a chimpanzee and a non-primate – an unusual, distant cross to create an unusual creature.”
Dr McCarthy suggests that Charles Darwin told only half the story of human evolution.
“We believe that humans are related to chimpanzees because humans share so many traits with chimpanzees. Is it not rational then also, if pigs have all the traits that distinguish humans from other primates, to suppose that humans are also related to pigs? Let us take it as our hypothesis, then, that humans are the product of ancient hybridization between pig and chimpanzee,” he said.
According to Dr McCarthy, if we compare humans with non-mammals or invertebrates like the crocodile, bullfrog, octopus, dragonfly and starfish, pigs and chimpanzees suddenly seem quite similar to humans.
Pigs and chimpanzees differ in chromosome counts. The opinion is often expressed that when two animals differ in this way, they cannot produce fertile hybrids. This rule is, however, only a generalization. While such differences do tend to have an adverse effect on the fertility of hybrid offspring, it is also true that many different types of crosses in which the parents differ in chromosome counts produce hybrids that capable themselves of producing offspring.
There is substantial evidence supporting the idea that very distantly related mammals can mate and produce a hybrid.
Another suggestive fact, Dr McCarthy says is the frequent use of pigs in the surgical treatment of human beings. Pig heart valves are used to replace those of human coronary patients. Pig skin is used in the treatment of human burn victims. “Serious efforts are now underway to transplant kidneys and other organs from pigs into human beings. Why are pigs suited for such purposes? Why not goats, dogs, or bears – animals that, in terms of taxonomic classification, are no more distantly related to human beings than pigs?,” he said.
“It might seem unlikely that a pig and a chimpanzee would choose to mate, but their behaviour patterns and reproductive anatomy does, in fact, make them compatible. It is, of course, a well-established fact that animals sometimes attempt to mate with individuals that are unlike themselves, even in a natural setting, and that many of these crosses successfully produce hybrid offspring,” he adds.
Dr Eugene McCarthy says that the fact that even modern-day humans are relatively infertile may be significant in this connection.
“If a hybrid population does not die out altogether, it will tend to improve in fertility with each passing generation under the pressure of natural selection. Fossils indicate that we have had at least 200,000 years to recover our fertility since the time that the first modern humans (Homo sapiens) appeared. The earliest creatures generally recognized as human ancestors (Ardipithecus, Orrorin) date to about six million years ago. So our fertility has had a very long time to improve. If we have been recovering for thousands of generations and still show obvious symptoms of sterility, then our earliest human ancestors, if they were hybrids, must have suffered from an infertility that was quite severe. This line of reasoning, too, suggests that the chimpanzee might have produced Homo sapiens by crossing with a genetically incompatible mate, possibly even one outside the primate order,” he said. – Times of India

In 1990 a strange Sri Yantra mandala formation found in an isolated dry lake bed Near Steens Mountain Oregon, it was first seen by Air National Guard pilots.

Invitamos al próximo Café Ufológico RIO54 que será este jueves, jueves 5 de diciembre a las 18,30, como siempre en el Café de la Subasta, Río de Janeiro 54, Buenos Aires.
Estuvieron presentes en noviembre:Juan Faillá, Carlos Vales, Mario Lupo, Enrique Sepúlveda y esposa, Rubén Rombolá, Alejandro Merel, Germán Lorca, Roberto Biondi, Sebastián Araya, Verónica Suárez, Marcelo Flores, Aldo Barroso, Edgardo Stekar, Federico Meyer, Iván Orenstein, Alejandro Aucana, Horacio Sorbaro, Pablo Warmkraut, Ana Serrano, Javier Stagnaro, Rubén Morales, Alberto Zurlo, Carlos Coen, Javier Bertolotti, Miguel Arjona, Rubén Romano y Eduardo Penedo.
Fue gran intensidad emocional la reunión de noviembre del Café Ufológico RIO54, con destacados referentes de la investigación ovni, nuevos integrantes que se sumaron a la mesa y la visita del investigador chileno Enrique Sepúlveda Sariego.
Al inicio de la reunión se recordó la trayectoria y calidad humana de Liliana Flotta de Grosso, investigadora especializada en casos de abducciones y visitantes de dormitorio, que falleció el 2 de noviembre. Inevitablemente se habló de ella en varios momentos de la reunión. Enviamos desde aquí un abrazo fraterno a su esposo Eduardo con nuestras sinceras condolencias, y en esto todos los que participamos de RIO54 coincidimos solidariamente.
Entre los recién llegados a la mesa del Café Ufológico RIO54 estuvo Eduardo Penedo, de 73 años, técnico telefónico jubilado, a quien le interesan estos temas desde hace mucho tiempo y que un mediodía en los años '80 observó desde la terraza de su casa en el barrio de Belgrano, un objeto suspendido a unos 200 o 300 metros que era semiesférico por abajo y con una cúpula superior, el cual finalmente se alejó. Esa experiencia confirmó sus convicciones.
También compartió la mesa Roberto Biondi, de 88 años, tal vez la persona de mayor edad que haya venido al Café Ufológico de Buenos Aires. Es artista plástico y el tema ovni atrajo su atención luego de leer autores como Lobsang Rampa, Yogui Ramacharaka, Louis Pauwels y Jacques Bergier. Ha visto objetos no identificados desde la ventana de su departamento y también tuvo intensas experiencias de tipo espiritual vinculadas a la vida después de la muerte y la telepatía.
Marcelo Flores es otro interesado con inquietudes que se acercó a la mesa de RIO54. Dijo que además de los ovnis tiene otra pasión: Los trenes, y que muchas veces ha logrado viajar en las locomotoras, luego de convencer al maquinista para que le permita acompañarlo. En esas charlas con los conductores de trenes, comprobó que muchos habían hecho observaciones de ovnis, lo que generó sorpresa entre quienes estábamos en la reunión, ya que es un aspecto de la temática que jamás ha sido investigado. También en un viaje que hizo sobre Ruta 7, cerca de Salto Argentino, vio un "lucero" que hacía movimientos erráticos.
Federico Meyer vino a presentar su "lámpara ovni", un original aparato de iluminación muy bien logrado, que junto a su amigo Alejandro Sarmiento fabrican en dos diferentes tamaños y además tienen en desarrollo otra lámpara para colgar, con leds, muy vistosa. Pero más allá de su producto, Federico contó algunas historias muy intrigantes, por ejemplo que estando con su familia en Laguna La Zeta, cerca de Esquel, Patagonia, observaban el cielo nocturno cuando una estrella grande como Venus se apagó, y luego se encendió y volvió a apagarse varias veces, sin movimiento alguno. Luego de esa luz salieron otras tres más pequeñas que se pusieron a girar alrededor de la grande "como un átomo" -ejemplifica- y luego el todo conjunto comenzó a alejarse hacia la Cordillera de los Andes. Otra anécdota fue que en Uspallata (Mendoza) su mujer veía objetos o luces que él no podía ver, por más que ella le indicara la dirección y él se esforzara en localizarlos. Otras personas también veían lo mismo, y el seguía sin lograrlo pese a su empeño.
Inmediatamente se conversó en la reunión sobre si todos podemos ver lo mismo o no, y se puso como ejemplo que las cámaras digitales pueden ver el espectro infrarrojo invisible al ojo humano, "sobre todo las cámaras digitales más viejas, porque a las actuales les ponen un filtro justamente para no tomar el infrarrojo" -remarcó el investigador chileno Enrique Sepúlveda Sariego, quien junto a su esposa nos honraron con su participación especial en el Café Ufológico RIO54 de noviembre. Enrique es periodista, profesor universitario, empresario independiente, ex miembro de la Fuerza Aérea de Chile (FACH) y experto en aerofotogrametría. Sobre ésto último, expresó "El único elemento que los ufólogos tenemos para investigar es la imagen, nosotros trabajamos mucho en el espectro nfrarrojo, otras veces las fotos muestran objetos borrosos que corresponden al paso de insectos por la zona interfocal." Enrique preside la Corporación para la Investigación Ovni de Chile (CIO), constituida como "corporación de derecho privado sin fines de lucro" en Santiago, con personería jurídica desde 2002, que además cuenta con apoyo de la NASA y la ESA.
Acto seguido relató una perturbadora anécdota vivida el 23 de enero de 1992 junto a su esposa en Isla Negra (famosa porque en ella tenía su casa el poeta Pablo Neruda). Se había cortado la luz en una amplia zona, y a las 11,30 de la noche se comenzaron a escuchar ladridos de perros, muchos perros, como si fueran ladridos de distintas ciudades, que se perdían en la lejanía. "Qué extraño" -pensó Enrique. De pronto supieron cual era el motivo: Apareció flotando a baja altura y con movimiento errático una esfera de luz de unos 2 metros, y debajo de ella iban un montón de perros ladrándole, tal vez inquietos porque emitía un sonido, un pitido continuo. La esfera pasó a unos 50 cm. sobre el Peugeot 504 que entonces tenía Enrique, sin tocarlo, y se alejó entre los árboles, hacia el mar. Otros testigos la vieron en localidades cercanas, según pudo comprobarse después.

Se le preguntó qué hay de cierto acerca de la mítica Isla Friendship, al sur de Chile. Respondió que "son todas conjeturas" y que tuvo oportunidad de hacer una travesía por el Pacífico en barco, en una misión controlada por satélite que tenía por objeto localizar la supuesta isla. Luego de numerosas idas y venidas patrullando el mar, regresaron a puerto desilusionados por no haber encontrado nada, creyendo haber barrido toda el área. Pero al revisar el informe satelital por GPS, descubrieron que había una amplia zona no explorada, alrededor de la cual estuvieron dando vueltas en círculo, sin tomar conciencia de esa circunstancia.
Fue muy interesante contar con un exponente de la ufología chilena como Enrique en nuestra mesa para poder hacerle preguntas concretas sobre los casos chilenos más resonantes y opiniones sobre los investigadores trasandinos. También sirvió para reflexionar sobre lo poco que sabemos unos de otros, de lo escasamente comunicados que estamos, por más que existan internet y las tan promocionadas nuevas tecnologías. Ojalá este encuentro sea el punto de partida de una relación más dinámica y fluida entre la ufología chilena y la argentina.
Se trataron también otros temas, pero el centro de gravedad de la reunión giró en torno a la visita de Enrique, a quien nuevamente agradecemos su amable participación.
Hubo srteos gratuitos al final, y agradecemos vivamente a quienes aportan lo suyo para este esperado momento, que ya se ha hecho costumbre del Café Ufológico RIO54. En la ocasión se sortearon ejemplares de Alternativa Ovni (excelente revista gratuita realizada por Carlos Sainz), libros de Roberto Banchs, viejas guías de encuesta de la CODOVNI, un DVD con bibliografía ufológica y temas afines en inglés, español y portugués, generosamente aportado por Sebastián Araya, un video del Dr. Oscar Galíndez (de Jujuy), y tarjetas postales de Javier Stagnaro ¡Gracias a todos!. También Enrique se llevó algunos obsequios y la reunión terminó en una amistosa conversación coloquial entre todos, como suele suceder en el Café Ufológico RIO54.
Fuera de tema, informamos a los amigos y amigas que el co-coordinador de RIO54 Rubén Morales, el 23 de noviembre participó en una interesante "Expedición al Filo de los Comechingones" junto a veteranos antárticos y radioaficionados cuyo objetivo fue establecer una comunicación por radio con las bases Orcadas (Armada Argentina) y Marambio (Fuerza Aérea Argentina), en el marco de la Semana de la Soberanía. La iniciativa culminó con total éxito y motivó la entusiasta participación de personal civil y militar de las bases antárticas, mereciendo el aval institucional de la Base Marambio y el auspicio de la Universidad Nacional de Quilmes. There is too much knowledge and discoveries being swept under the carpet in particular by the Smithsonian Institute and anyone can do a search of this and find numerous instances where they have either ridiculed genuine finds and evidence or those that couldn’t be dumbed down in this way were apparently lost when enquiries were made about these finds by eminent archaeologists.
The Smithsonian Institute are very keen to hide many discoveries as it would mean all the books would have to be rewritten and they are very much aware of this – it would also mean academia had it wrong (we can’t have that can we) and they refuse to simply acknowledge that the nature of archaeology is such that as we make new discoveries we need to update with reference to new findings.
But hey, new findings may mean new understandings of who we are and new insights that will have intelligent investigation treating where they don’t want you to tread. Good thread you will find many in denial as always but thanks for sharing.
It use to be that I always thought Egyptian, and Greek mythology was just that, myth. But through reading and watching different presentations of new discovery, and old that maybe mythology isn’t really myth after all. All the stories of these ancient gods make a lot of sense, after all where in the world would ancient man get these intricate beliefs from? They had to have gotten it

Is what appears to be a sun-sized object in behind Comet ISON as shown in the images and videos below actually a planet/sun of some sort or merely a strange anomaly? The government of Brazil has openly acknowledged the topic since the 1950's and has released a number of UFO files from their investigations. From 1969 up until 1972 Brazil had an official UFO research organization called The System for the Investigation of Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (SIOANI). It'd investigation were open to the public, and they would often work with civilian UFO researchers. However, when the US closed their UFO investigation program, Project Blue Book, the Brazilians soon followed their lead and closed SOIANI in 1972.

Although I can feel it touch my arm before I go to sleep- my skin burns in the characteristic telltale sign of a negative entity making an attachment- astral sweeps and passive defenses seem to initially work to allow me some early unimpeded sleep.
But it is predominantly the last dream period, the longest REM period, where telepathic attacks are most horrid; I awaken from highly structured worse scenario nightmares feeling the burn of spectral arms fully around me.
The last dreams during early morning are always the most vivid and most disturbing.

It seems that the powers of darkness are strongest then.
This is the hour of Lucifer, the light bringer.
The worst attacks I have had over the years have occurred during this hour. Spending a lifetime, of abductions, recalled in snippets, with highly psychic alien beings makes one's intuitive prowess mushroom.
One technique that seems easy enough, is to internally tell yourself that you wish to be "open", and then to relax, as you await an insight or mind's eye picture.
I was once stopped in a busy college hallway by an unknown female student who grabbed my arm and blocked my path, to class, who said "Read me; I want you to read me!"
I was startled and affronted, wondering how this student had heard that I could do such things and suddenly worried about job security if Administration became aware. I told her,"forget it" but she actually half-pushed me against a wall, and insisted again.
I relaxed completely, still annoyed and was flooded with an image of water, lake water, a shore surrounded by water, accompanied by a feeling of dread.
I quickly asked her,"Why am I seeing water?", to which she shrugged. I asked her again.
"Oh," she said, "I'm on the swimming team."
I told her,"promise me that you'll never swim in a lake, it's far too dangerous and you might drown, and also promise me you'll tell no one about this conversation."
She agreed and I, late for class hurried elsewhere.
It's a total relaxed state that allows images to float in accompanied by an expectation that it will; the real problem is trying to figure out, what it actually means.
If one relives a snippet of a dream during daytime hours, if that image resurfaces, spontaneously, during one's waking day, it is a clear sign that an unclean one hidden or hiding within that image has either just exited or is now entering.
One must use slash/ cutting and burning of that image using an envisioned sword to sever connections between that image and its ropy connections to one's layered psyche and then a blowtorch envisioned to burn the severed remnant stumps of vestigial connections.
This metaphysics removal of the image that spontaneously surfaced is designed to eliminate the evil one's "Hiding place" within one's mind.
The image of an alien's face or a snakelike, bug like image or a skull and crossbones demon's representation in your mind's eye will scurry from its now discovered and now removed previous hiding place.
Fighting (metaphysics) fire with (metaphysical) fire works perfectly as envisioned "tools" are as real in that dimension as the interloper is real.
Now, that's something that Freud, psychiatry and psychology simply cannot ever wrap their analytically trained minds around .
If Freud's and Jung's models are wrong, then our mind's embrace of that whole subject can also be wrong.
Even as a 'jumping off place' towards understanding the layered psych, one is awry and stiltedly wrong in one's foundation premise .
The same holds true for Freud's dream analysis models of dream symbols; he was also predominately wrong about the very nature of dreaming, itself.
If one hears voices that sound sinister and threatening one is certainly far more psychic than psychotic, but one could not ever be seen thus by a trained Freudian or Jungian clinician.
There are dozens of such examples of unseen outside influences as a threat to the layered mind, a concept that psychoanalytically trained clinicians cannot grasp at all on any level because of their training.
Passive defenses which usually work:
-an EMF grounding cloth placed under your bed sheet attached to an alligator clip and plugged into an electrical outlet's ground attached to the house's plumbing to remove any building EMF and static charges(entities use EMF and static charges to manifest),
-burning sticks of incense,
-a lesser exorcism banishment tape recording playing on a loop all night on the computer,
These passive tools work to dislodge/ deter negative-thought-entities' single mindedness.
My wife sleeps in the same tortured bed and slumbers well, untroubled like a large stone dropped into a deep lake.
She thinks that my vivid experiences and my writings about them qualify me as chock full of wild blueberry muffins, but her sheer dubiousness has oddly helped to center me .
Alien abductions, just like a ghostly haunting, or demonic obsession are often person specific, and only one person may be affected, sometimes isolating that person from support in a family.
I once prayed hard to my spirit helpers and loved ones and kindred souls on the other side, to appeal for me to the Council of Elders, in Heaven.
This council of souls, chosen and wiser, are allowed to maintain their senior appearance and are the other side's 'chosen' to be responsible for final approval of soul- life -drawn- blueprints for each incarnation.
I fervently prayed for a rethinking of my blueprint, an appeal, towards what I believed was a too tough spiritual blueprint involving ghosts, demons, and abductions by alien non-human creatures.
That night, I awakened, elsewhere, underground, in a swift stark spiritual response, that same night, during what I believed was a deep sleep.
I viewed, from somewhere above, a dark and enormous cavernous underground rock grotto.
The overhead walls were jagged with dark overgrowths of black mineral deposits.
At the front of the cave formation, behind a pulpit looking down into a large manuscript book, bellowing at the top of its lungs, stood a towering, dinosaur-like monster, its raw size and fierceness beyond description, huge and muscular, scaly and rocklike, its voice radiating rage and hate.
To the far left, tiny by comparison in scale, was a small group of people.
They were huddling together, clearly shivering in fear but standing as my advocates, a painfully few number of frightened souls .
Only God knows how many lifetimes I had previously lived before that moment, but it appeared that I had garnered only six or eight friendly souls, a tiny accumulation, a bare handful willing to represent and stand up for me in my heartfelt, desperate spiritual request.
The towering Reptilian-T-Rex- like monster bellowed these precise words:
"First, an easy lesson, then, a hard lesson, then, a medium lesson, then another hard lesson!", in response to my challenge/ questioning about the bizarre paranormal sufferings I have endured.
The cave echoed and vibrated with its defensive rage..
I awakened, suddenly, in bed, in realized horror and understood the message intended, to some extent; I was very aware that my prayers for a spiritual blueprint jurisdictional "appeal" had truly been answered
and that my blueprint and my lessons for this lifetime, itself, were seemingly in the veritable hands of a hellish creature!

How could I , my higher self or my better angels, have entrusted a nightmarish reptilian demonic entity with the blessed and essential task of my spiritual growth and evolution? Had all of this paranormal evil inexorably followed me into this lifetime despite my having been "shifted" towards the 'light'?
If I could verify that I, how would it make my present life any easier for me ?
Some psychic mediums have reassured me that there indeed are many who have entrusted their souls, their blueprints, to dark entities to teach them essential lessons; that one must needs traverse certain spiritual domains of Hell, in order to reach any spiritual outskirts of Heaven.
I remember to regularly pray, since that horrid and lucid revelation, that the Christ-light, instead, reclaim ownership and stewardship of my blueprint's future inherent lessons that I must learn.

In his 2010 internal “Amazon.Love” memo to senior executives, Amazon (AMZN) Chief Executive Officer Jeff Bezos identified a serious problem that can plague big, successful companies: They tend to be feared and, in some quarters, hated. Retailers in particular often engender anxiety as they displace smaller, sympathetic competitors and as the frugality that pervades their operations starts to look suspiciously to some like exploitation of their own workers. Bezos had an answer to the perennial big-company image problem. “Risk taking is cool,” he wrote. “Inventing is cool.”
The memo—excerpted in my book about Amazon—was written more than three years ago but it perfectly captures current Amazon’s conundrum. The company is on track to record $75 billion in sales this year, and by most accounts it is winning the e-commerce holiday war. For today’s online spending spree known as Cyber Monday, Amazon plans to take 300 orders a second. Yet criticisms abound: Workers in Germany are striking, and a recent investigation by the BBC suggested there are physical and psychological consequences to the menial labor required of workers in Amazon warehouses.
So the decision by Bezos and his colleagues on Sunday to reveal the company’s latest lofty goal of delivering packages via unmanned aerial vehicles seems like a characteristic retort, directing the spotlight elsewhere. In a largely flattering segment on 60 Minutes, Bezos allowed correspondent Charlie Rose to tour a 1.2 million-square-foot Amazon fulfillment center and then pitched an eye-popping service called Amazon Prime Air. An army of small autonomous octocopters, Bezos told Rose, will one day leave Amazon warehouses, take to the skies, and transport packages up to 10 miles away, effortlessly dropping into customers’ picturesque backyards to deliver a single order.
The plan is utterly audacious, and before yesterday it would not have seemed out of place as the topic of a satirical news headline in the Onion. Bezos conceded there are plenty of issues that must be worked out first and that the actual service might not launch for years. The FAA is evaluating (PDF) new rules for commercial use of drones and must ensure total safety before opening up the skies to Amazon and other companies. There is also a universe of possibilities around interference: Won’t folks make a sport of stealing these vehicles or shooting them out of the sky?
And would Amazon’s coming drone army even be an efficient way to deliver products? Bezos said the drones can carry up to five pounds, which encompasses 86 percent of the items Amazon delivers. But many small items ordered by customers in the same shopping session are combined in larger boxes, and then those boxes are crammed into trucks with thousands of other shipments destined for customers who all live near each other. Dispatching an aerial vehicle for each individual order does not seem very efficient, particularly in high-density urban areas or during peak shopping seasons.
Yet all that is beside the point. The aerial drone is actually the perfect vehicle—not for delivering packages, but for evoking Amazon’s indomitable spirit of innovation. Many customers this holiday season are considering the character of the companies where they spend their hard-earned dollars. Amazon would rather customers consider the new products and inventions coming down the pipeline and not the ramifications of its ever-accelerating, increasingly disruptive business model.

Six weeks before he passed, the 4-star General who served as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff under President Eisenhower (and who was the Commander of the Air Materiel Command at Wright Field in July of 1947) confessed to his namesake son that the Roswell crash was an extraterrestrial event.
Even more astonishingly, he disclosed that one of the aliens had survived.
General Nathan Twining was a West Point grad who was born into a family that was long-associated with the military. As Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, he had risen to become the highest ranking military officer in the U.S. Armed Forces and principal military advisor to a President. Before retiring with over four decades of service, he was eligible to wear over 30 military medals.
Twining, concerned about the increasing rise in UFO reports during the summer of 1947, had advised the initiation of a formal study of the mysterious phenomenon. Known as Project Sign, this early official UFO study was authorized in December of 1947 by General Laurence Craige (Chief of Air Force R&D and implicated as Roswell-involved by Craige’s pilot, Ben Games.)
At the time of the Roswell incident Twining was at Wright Field (where the crash debris was flown) as Commander of the Air Materiel Command (AMC.) The AMC was charged with research, development, acquisition and flight testing of novel, prototype or foreign aircraft and weapons.
Twining would certainly have been well-positioned to have known about what had really happened at Roswell at the time of the crash. He likely garnered further details when he was later rewarded for his work by being named by a President to lead our nation’s Armed Forces as Joint Chiefs of Staff.
In a formerly classified (and infamous) letter to Air Force General George Schulgen (known as the “Twining Memo”) Twining writes to the General that the flying disc phenomenon reported “is something real and not visionary or fictitious.” He went on to consider natural phenomenon and controlled, engineered objects as possibilities.
It now appears evident that Twining knew far more definitively what the phenomenon actually represented.
Buried at the Arlington National Cemetery with full military honors, General Twining died in March of 1982 in Texas at the age of 84.
The General’s Son Reveals His Father’s Roswell Secret

Nathan Twining’s same-named son told investigators (including Tom Carey) that on UFOs, he had remembered that his father had mentioned to him that he was very concerned about the increasing number of pilots that were “lost” while scrambling for and chasing the illusive flying objects.
And a recent and very little-viewed video of testimony given by an unassuming Englishwoman suggests strongly that General Twining –and his son- knew far more about the true nature of Roswell crash than they had ever let on publicly.
In the video, released in September of this year by UK investigator Joanne Summerscales, a woman named Jo Walters (who is now is her 80s) relates that she had met Nathan Twining, Jr. during the 1997/1998 time frame. What he told her about his General father has left her startled to this day.
At the time, Jo was, along with two friends, considering retiring to the United States. She and her friends were members of a religion that was seeking to establish a community retreat there. It happened that one of her friends knew of Nathan Twining who was a member of the same faith in the US. She contacted him to let him know of their intentions- and to her delight he invited her, Jo Walters and another friend to spend some time at the guest quarters at his ranch. He would discuss placing a religious community on one of his expansive New Mexico land holdings. They accepted his invitation and arrived to a fine welcome.
Later in the visit, Nathan explained to Jo that he was the son of a military General. Given the ranch’s New Mexico location and his father’s time of service, the talk got around to the Roswell crash.
Nathan Jr. told Jo that his father and he had discussed the matter previously and that at the end of his life his father finally came forth on the true nature of the Roswell event.
Nathan said that his father believed that he was always ‘straight’ with his son and that he now wanted to set the record straight about the crash. General Twining was apparently sparing in what he told his son. But six weeks before he passed General Twining did confirm:
• The Roswell incident was in fact an event involving extraterrestrials
• A crew of beings had crashed in the desert
• One of these beings had survived, but later expired
• The General added that he had himself visited the being and had communicated with it telepathically while it was held at a secure government location in New Mexico.

And he was as generous as he was prosperous (donating, for instance, acres of land on which to site an observatory for the Albuquerque Astronomical Society.)
He is a man of inherited means with a reputation for genuineness. He had no reason to fabricate or to dishonor his father’s legacy with lies. And corroboration for Jo Walter’s claims about Twining comes from several, including these individuals:
• Respected veteran UFO researcher Ted Oliphant relates in a Facebook entry that he had also heard from Nathan Twining Jr. that his General dad saw the Roswell alien and that it had used telepathic means to communicate. Nathan Jr. added this important element: he was told by his father that the ET “wanted no contact with us.”
• Paranormal researcher Suzy Ward wrote in 2011 that about 20 years previous she had purchased some acreage from Nathan Jr. In conversations with him at that time (and perhaps because of her inclination to things universal and spiritual) she was related some amazing things about the crash. Like Jo Walters and Ted Oliphant, she was told of Nathan’ father’s story about a surviving crew member of a four-creature crew and about communication by telepathy with the living alien.
• Roswell investigator and author Tom Carey (when emailed the Jo Walters video by this author) confirmed to me that what Jo states matches up with what he knew to be true about Nathan Twining Jr. He has met Twining in the past and has been to his ranch estate. Carey said that what Walter’s details about Twining’s ranch, circumstance, demeanor and related fine points leads him to believe that she had indeed visited him in New Mexico.
The Highest Official Confirmation of ET Ever?
If what Nathan Jr. says about Nathan Sr. was true, it represents confirmation at the very highest levels of government -from one of the most decorated men in military history- that the Roswell incident was truly ET.

-Paranormal researcher Suzy Ward wrote in 2011 that about 20 years previous she had purchased some acreage from Nathan Jr. In conversations with him at that time (and perhaps because of her inclination to things universal and spiritual) she was related some amazing things about the crash. Like Jo Walters and Ted Oliphant, she was told of Nathan’ father’s story about a surviving crew member of a four-creature crew and about communication by telepathy with the living alien.
-Roswell investigator and author Tom Carey (when emailed the Jo Walters video by this author) confirmed to me that what Jo states matches up with what he knew to be true about Nathan Twining Jr. He has met Twining in the past and has been to his ranch estate. Carey said that what Walter’s details about Twining’s ranch, circumstance, demeanor and related fine points leads him to believe that she had indeed visited him in New Mexico.

If you are getting more sighting reports than listed here, please be sure to enter them manually into CMS. To make this happen automatically, make sure your local MUFON Website is pointing to the CMS Reporting form on www.mufon.com and direct all calls you get to the MUFON website so that witnesses can enter their own report directly into CMS.
ALL sighting reports received by CMS are already filled in by the witness, saving you and your investigators time. Each report is automatically sent to YOU, the State Director and Assistant State Director, for you to assign someone to follow-up and complete the report.
If a UFO sighting comes in over the phone, or by e-mail, and you want to enter it yourself, simply go to CMS at http://mufoncms.com (once logged in) and click on "ADD CASE" in the upper right hand corner of the screen. This gives you a blank sighting reporting form that you can fill out while the witness is on the phone. Once the report is filled out be sure to click "SAVE" and you will have easily added your NEW report to CMS.
