There are several important conclusions from Admiral Thomas Wilson’s failed efforts to learn about and gain access to a classified UFO program that involved a clandestine corporate effort to reverse engineering a retrieved extraterrestrial spacecraft as described in the leaked 15 page document received by Canadian UFO research Grant Cameron in November 2018, and uploaded to the internet on April 19, 2019.

First, Wilson’s failure to gain access to the classified UFO program described in parts one & twoof this series confirms one of Dr. Steven Greer’s major contentions that senior military officials are out of the loop when it comes to UFOs, despite the obvious national security implications they carry. The “bigot list” mentioned by Wilson in his conversation with Dr. Eric Davis about who was granted “need to know” access to the program, was dominated by corporate employees, with only a few Pentagon officials being briefed, and no one from the Executive and Legislative branches of government.

This is very surprising given the clear national security implications about UFOs due to the advanced technologies they possess, and the possibility that these could be or had been weaponized by foreign nations. A few years later this was the rationale for the creation of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) in 2007 with Congressional funding of $22 milliion. Significantly, some of the principal figures involved in the Wilson UFO briefing, e.g., Dr. Eric Davis, were also involved in the AATIP program.

A second conclusion is that corporations have been given an inordinate amount of power when it comes to deciding who gains access to the category of unacknowledged/waived SAPs that involved the study of retrieved extraterrestrial technologies. The corporate “watch committee” described in part two, bluntly turned down Wilson’s request for access.

What really surprised Admiral Wilson, however, was that the Pentagon’s Senior Review Group running the Special Access Program Oversight Committee (SAPOC) also turned his request for access down, despite him being DIA Deputy Director, and Vice Director for Intelligence (V-J2) for the Joint Chiefs of Staff. All this is very telling about the power of corporations when it comes to who is really in charge of the research and development of extraterrestrial related technologies.

Another conclusion is that Wilson’s testimony provides powerful support for the existence of a UFO cabal/control group running extraterrestrial related projects in a way that escapes conventional government and military oversight. Leaked documents going back to September 1947 have referred to this control group as Operation Majestic 12/MAJIC 12/MJ-12. 

Admiral Wilson’s experiences is telling us that the UFO control group is very real and exercises great power through its ability to restrict “need to know” access to whom it chooses regardless of an official’s constitutionally backed duties and positions. While it has long been known that US presidents and members of Congress were routinely cut out of the loop of such UFO related projects, it is was not known that this was occurring to senior Pentagon officials until the 1997 Wilson briefing.

Fourth, who leaked the 15 page document to UFO researcher Grant Cameron in November 2018? Was it one or more “white hats” wanting the disclosure process to move forward by leaking one of the most important UFO documents ever to publicly emerge as contended by UFO historian Richard Dolan describing it as the “UFO leak of the century”? Alternatively, was the leaking part of a limited hangout promoting Tom DeLonge’s To The Stars Academy through the involvement of figures such as Dr. Eric Davis as contended by Kerry Cassidy from Project Camelot?

Dolan addressed these questions in a blog post (insert video) published on June 15. He pointed out that Cameron’s source for the document is an Australian space/UFO enthusiast, James Rigney. In a Q and A with Dolan, Rigby wrote:

It is unlikely that these documents would ever have found their way to anyone within the UFO community were in not that for the fact that for number of years I was very active in the ‘Space’ community, belonging to an organization in Australia and making frequent trips to the US to attend conferences and other events. Along the way I was fortunate to make acquaintance in the US with several people in the US who knew of my interest in, knowledge of, and credible approach to the UFO/UAP phenomena, as well as my passive and occasional involvement in the UFO community.

The events that lead me to obtaining the documents were strangely the result of this strange and unlikely intersection between the usually incompatible Space & UFO fields….

Over a period of a couple of years, I gained [the] trust of these people to a point where I was invited to look over some documents, copy what I wanted, and get them into the right hands if I thought that was appropriate. Certainly there was no intrigue or ‘smoking gun’ type discussions at the time.

Digby was here confirming that the document’s original source was an individual connected to the US Space community who provided the document to him a few years ago. There is growing speculation that the leaked 15 page document came from the files of the deceased Apollo astronaut Edgar Mitchell. If so, who gave the document to Mitchell? The most likely source is Dr. Davis given his direct role in recording/summarizing the meeting with Admiral Wilson, but as mentioned in part 1, Davis had no comment on the 15 page document when I contacted him by email.

Tracking the ultimate source for the leaked document is very relevant given present circumstances surrounding topics concerning space and UFOs. The fact that the 15 page document was publicly uploaded on April 19 is significant given recent public interest over Navy pilots reporting UFO incidents, and the creation of a Space Force, as a new branch of the US military, which takes me to my last conclusion.

Finally, the three corporate officials in the “watch committee” that denied access to the classified program, claimed that the reverse engineering of the extraterrestrial vehicle was very slow, and little progress had been made over the years. Were they telling the truth or providing a cover story for successfully reverse engineered extraterrestrial technologies, which had been covertly deployed in a corporate run secret space program that was kept away from the prying eyes of the DIA and Joint Chiefs of Staff?

In the US Air Force Secret Space Program, I describe how differently sized and shaped antigravity vehicles were successfully reverse engineered by corporate contractors, including Lockheed Martin’s Skunkworks division, and began to be deployed in the 1970s and 1980s by the USAF. This suggests that there are many Unacknowledged SAPs that involve the research, development, and deployment of antigravity spacecraft by different military services and corporate contractors.

There is no indication in the leaked 15-page document over whether Admiral Wilson was aware of secret space programs runs by the USAF and the US Navy. He merely expressed his surprise that the UFO program that Steven Greer and Edgar Mitchell pointed out to him, which he was unaware of, involved a retrieved extraterrestrial spacecraft.

It’s quite possible that Wilson was aware of military-run space programs but simply had not been briefed about the specific reverse engineering program that was being run by the corporate contractor for unknown purposes, one of which involved a corporate run secret space program.

It’s perhaps not coincidental that the leaked transcript and summary of Admiral Wilson and Dr. Davis 2002 conversation emerges as Space Force is about to be formally launched. The US Congress is poised to pass legislation authorizing the creation of Space Force as a separate branch of the US military under the authority of the Department of the US Air Force.

The emergence of Space Force will ultimately address many of the questions and issues raised by Admiral Wilson’s investigation of the corporate reverse engineering program back in 1997, and the secret construction of antigravity spacecraft by multiple corporate contractors for the US military or other unknown customers.

Space Force will also provide a powerful institutional foundation for disclosing many secrets concerning antigravity technology, alien life, the reverse engineering of extraterrestrial technologies, and secret space programs. The leak of the Wilson Davis conversation comes at a propitious time for the disclosure process to move forward, and Space Force is the most likely institutional catalyst for all to be revealed.

Pentagon Eyes Military Space Station

The fact that the Defense Innovation Unit is even considering the idea of a space station in orbit is a pretty big deal -- and an even bigger deal if it grows over time to accommodate a human crew.

WASHINGTON: The Pentagon’s Defense Innovation Unit wants options for an unmanned orbital outpost to support space experiments and operations — a logistics hub that might even grow, DIU’s solicitation suggests, to a larger manned space station.

DIU, which is charged with tapping non-traditional commercial companies for innovative technologies to meet Pentagon needs, issued a solicitation last week that gives interested vendors until July 9 to propose a “solution… for a self-contained and free flying orbital outpost.” The platform is to support “space assembly, microgravity experimentation, logistics and storage, manufacturing, training, test and evaluation, hosting payloads, and other functions.”

While the near-term requirements are obviously aimed at prototyping an autonomous, robotic mini-space station to house experimentation, the “future desired capabilities” listed in the solicitation are much farther reaching. They include the capability to dock with unmanned and manned spacecraft and, even more surprisingly, “human rating.”

Human-rating is short-hand for a set of requirements developed by NASA and the Federal Aviation Authority (which licenses launch and re-entry of commercial spacecraft) to ensure the safety of astronauts aboard a spacecraft. These include things like special insulation to protect crew from extreme temperatures and radiation.

Even though the concept may be a long shot in DoD thinking, the fact that DIU is even considering the idea of a military presence in orbit is a pretty big deal. The idea will no doubt will be controversial if significant funding starts pouring into exploring it.

While the 1967 Outer Space Treaty technically does not prevent a military space station, manned or unmanned, it does prevent military operations and bases on celestial bodies such as the Moon or asteroids. It also guarantees freedom of “peaceful” use of outer space for all. US adversaries, as well as many allies, already are nervous about US intentions in space as the Congress debates President Donald Trump’s Space Force proposal. So the thought of space-based American troops is likely to raise concerns.

Before anyone gets too excited about a future US version of Star Trek’s Deep Space Nine, the baseline requirements for Orbital Outpost — including an 80 kilogram payload capacity and and internal volume of 1 meter cubed — are not even close to being able to accommodate humans.

“The thing is too small, 1 m cubed, and low power to do anything remotely human-rated,” said one space scientist.

One Air Force space official agreed, adding “I think the kicker is the 0 to 1 atmosphere pressurization. If DIU will accept vacuum or near vacuum, it won’t be able to support life at all, without some extensive upgrades. In short, this platform would be small, dark, cold, and without any life support!”

Indeed, Col. Steve Butow, director of DIU’s Space Portfolio based in Silicon Valley, says that DIU’s chief interest is in autonomous and robotic capabilities on orbit. “In short, we are casting a wide net for commercial solutions that can meet the basic needs described in the first part of the solicitation (autonomous/robotic, etc),” he told me in an email today.

He noted: “With respect to on orbit manufacturing, our DoD Partners are more interested in the ‘how’ rather than the ‘why’.  Many of the autonomous capabilities proposed in supporting on-orbit manufacturing have dual use applications for national security and defense. One example of that is logistics.”

There are a number of commercial companies that have been exploring on-orbit assembly and manufacturing, including 3-D printing — primarily for future commercial uses and for NASA.

NASA since 2017 has hosted a 3-D printer aboard the International Space Station (ISS) made by commercial startup Made in Space. Made In Space didn’t return an email asking for comment by publication time.

NASA also is sponsoring a number of on-orbit experiments such as the Tethers Unlimited’s Refabricator payload, recently launched as part of DoD’s Space Test Program-2 mission (STP-2) on SpaceX’s Falcon Heavy. The Refabricator “combines a plastic recycling system with a 3D printer to enable astronauts to recycle plastic waste into high-quality 3D printer filament, and then use that filament to fabricate new parts, medical implements, food utensils, and other items that the astronauts need to maintain their spacecraft and perform their missions,” according to the company’s website.

Rob Hoyt, CEO of Tethers Unlimited, said his company intends to bid for Orbital Outpost, and is currently working to align DIU’s interests with the company’s own interests. “We are working on a modular approach to start out small and address some of those opportunities, and that then can be built up over time by adding more modules,” he said. Tethers Unlimited’s products largely target small satellites and cross a wide range, from software-defined radios to a small robotic arm.

Further, there are 28 corporate members involved in Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) CONFERS consortium developing industry best practices for on-orbit servicing activities. These firms range from established space players like Airbus to startups such as UK-based Effective Space that intends to use drones to help satellites station-keep (maintain their orbital parameters after fuel has run out.)

William Bolton, head of marketing and business development for Altius Space Machines, a Colorado-based startup that is part of the CONFERS consortium, said his firm is “evaluating” whether to bid or not for Orbital Outpost, given that the company has not traditionally looked at DoD as a customer. Still, as Altius is developing satellite servicing vehicles, interfaces and hardware, Bolton said the call for proposals is interesting.

On the other hand, Butow said DIU also didn’t want to cut off possible interest from vendors with “non-traditional or disruptive approaches” to the Orbital Outpost effort. He explained: “We know that a number of companies are working on solutions that may dock or interface with the International Space Station. … We simply did not want to exclude any of those solutions if one proves viable for our needs.”

NASA on June 21 issued a request for proposals (RFI) calling for habitable modules that can attach to the ISS and provide accommodations for tourists, or other commercial activities such as manufacturing or biotechnology experiments.

For example, companies that might be interested in Orbital Outpost could include Bigelow Aerospace, which is developing a number of inflatable habitats for use in orbit and on the surface of the Moon. Bigelow’s BEAM (Bigelow Expandable Activity Module) docked with the ISS in 2016, and will remain on orbit until 2020. 

However, several military space experts cautioned that habitat concepts like Bigelow’s B330 would most likely be way too expensive for DIU’s small purse. The Pentagon’s fiscal year 2020 budget request included $29 million and change for DIU. Human rating of spacecraft is not an easy or cheap endeavor — as both SpaceX and Boeing have discovered in their (delayed) efforts to get their spacecraft certified by NASA to carry astronauts to the ISS.

Bigelow did not return a call requesting comment by publication time.

Still, the solicitation lists human rating among its “desired future capabilities” (emphasis mine) that could be “available as options for initial or future implementation.” This does not seem to indicate simply that these are ‘what-the-hell’ options, but capabilities someone in DoD might actually want. Further, there is a cadre of futuristic space thinkers who long have been arguing that a military presence on-orbit will be needed as commercial activities such as asteroid mining and space-based manufacturing become economically viable businesses.

Peter Garretson, former director of Air University’s forward-thinking Space Horizons Task Force, tells me: “If private citizens will be in space, then it makes sense for uniformed guardians to follow…and perhaps help lead and enable that desired future by retiring risk.”

Other interesting capabilities on that list include several that suggest the possibility of military space stations in farther-out orbits such as geosynchronous orbit or even in cislunar space, including:

• Servicing or re-provisioning to extend flight operations for a longer duration
• Orbit transfer
• Radiation hardening for beyond LEO applications

While just a few years ago, anyone proposing any military activities in cislunar space would have been giggled out of town, the future-oriented Air Force acquisition chief Will Roper has talked about doing cislunar space object tracking and former director of the Space Defense Agency (SDA) Fred Kennedy had developed an architecture that also included cislunar object tracking and even potential weapons-carrying Advanced Maneuvering Vehicles for rapidly “delivering effects” all the way out to the Moon. (Although the future of that proposed architecture is now in question following Kennedy’s departure and a likely re-think of priorities by DoD Undersecretary of Defense for Research and Engineering Mike Griffin who oversees SDA.)

A May 30 study on the US space industrial base by AFRL and DIU (of which Butow was an author) says that in the mid- to long-term (5 years and beyond) military activities will be driven by the “need to expand the locations and operations of critical assets into cislunar space to limit adversaries’ abilities to detect and attack these assets and to enhance ours and our adversaries ability to apply force through, from and in space;” and by the need “to establish the required infrastructure to return and establish a permanent US presence on the Moon and beyond.”

According to the DIU solicitation, bidders for the Orbital Outpost award will have to demonstrate that they can put their prototype station concept in LEO “within 24 months of award and have guidance, navigation and control for sustained free-flight operations. Favorable characteristics include modularity and scalability.”

While it does not provide a funding level, it does note that the Orbital Outpost effort will be multi-phased. The first phase will include engineering and design work. The subsequent phases will focus on the fabrication and test of the prototype, based upon the availability of fiscal year 2020 funding.

So marines patrolling space-launch corridors from an orbiting station, or airmen suiting up to repair spacecraft docked at a cislunar service station, are probably a long way off — but maybe they’re not just science fiction.

They live in the octillions, in scorching heat beneath the ground — and we’re just finding out about them

While some researchers are trying to find life on other planets, others are learning more about the hidden life here on Earth.

To say that subsurface life is poorly understood would be an understatement. We tend to think of habitats and ecosystems as being on the surface, or at the very most inside the oceans but the subsurface is also a very active place — it’s just that its inhabitants are very small. Using hi-tech studies of all sorts, different teams of researchers have surveyed all sorts of subsurface environments, from volcanoes to diamond mines. Microscopic creatures that were once completely ignored are starting to be brought to light — and researchers at the Deep Carbon Observatory are trying to make sense of all these new findings.

Recently, the Deep Carbon Observatory announced some of their recent findings: there are 200 to 600 octillion microbes live beneath the terrestrial crust, and almost certainly, even more of them living in the oceanic crust. That amounts to some 20 billion tons of living matter — or the equivalent of 200 million blue whales.

“I think this is one of the first times anyone has really looked at combining a lot of different environments in the continental subsurface and tried to think about how many species there might actually be,” said Cara Magnabosco, the lead author of the new study.

To make matters even more impressive, not only are there massive numbers of microbes surviving beneath the ground, but the conditions in which they do so are absolutely hellish.

Take Geogemma barossii, for instance. If you were to put it in boiling water (at 212 degrees Fahrenheit), it would probably freeze up. That’s because it’s used to much higher temperatures, of around 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Until recently, it wasn’t even known that creatures can survive at those temperatures. Meanwhile, Candidatus Desulforudisaudaxviator, which lives 2.8 kilometres (1.7 mi) underground in the Mponeng gold mine in South Africa, essentially survives by breathing rocks — or to be more precise, what’s released when particular rocks meet water. Other bacteria breathe uranium and expel tiny crystals. For many of these creatures, you could take out the sun tomorrow, and they probably wouldn’t even care.

The denizens of the underground largely fall into two categories: Archaea (single-celled microbes without a nucleus) and bacteria. But there are also other types of microbes, as well as some pluricellular creatures like worms and insects. Just like there are rainforests and mountains and deserts on Earth, there’s a comparable diversity beneath the surface — and we’re just starting to learn about it.

The Earth Strikes Back – 10 Signs That Nature Has Turned Against Humanity

All over the planet, nature is starting to behave in some very unusual ways.  And unfortunately for us, a lot of the changes that we are witnessing in nature are quite detrimental for humanity.  Of course, the truth is that we haven’t exactly been too kind to the planet that we are living on.  In fact, many would argue that we are in the process of absolutely devastating the Earth, and most of us don’t feel bad about that at all.  So could it be possible that it is now payback time?

Let me give you just one quick example of how we are destroying the planet.  According to a recent survey of U.S. beekeepers, an astounding 37 percent of all honeybee colonies were lost over the winter…

Every year since 2006, the University of Maryland’s nonprofit Bee Informed Partnership (BIP) conducts an annual survey to determine how many bee colonies were lost over the course of the year. The 2018–2019 survey asked 4,696 U.S. beekeepers to report how many colonies they lost, and the preliminary results of the survey suggest that things aren’t looking so good.

Of the more than 319,000 managed bee colonies in the survey, 37.7 percent were lost over the winter. This represents the largest die-off since the survey began, and a full 7 percentage points higher than the previous year. Having fewer honeybees is more than just an ecological problem, it’s also an economic one: Every year, honeybees contribute a nearly $20 billion value to U.S. crop production.

Of course, we don’t have to look too far to find the culprit.  We are the ones that are killing all the bees off, and in the process, we are setting the stage for an unprecedented ecological disaster because if all the bees suddenly vanished human civilization would not last much longer at all.

In the end, we will be held accountable for what has been entrusted to us, and it appears that we are starting to get what we deserve.

The following are 10 signs that nature has turned against humanity…

#1 In the middle of the country, farmers are freaking out because giant black vultures are literally eating their farm animals alive.  And since the vultures are “federally-protected”, the farmers can’t do anything about it…

They’ll devour slimy newborn calves, full-grown ewes and lambs alive by pecking them to death.

First the eyes, then the tongue, then every last shred of flesh.

And there isn’t much defense against black vultures and turkey vultures, both of which are federally protected and cannot be killed without a permit.

#2 All up and down the east coast, Americans are becoming the victims of “flesh-eating bacteria” when they go into the water.  Here is one recent example from Florida…

A woman who cut herself while walking along the water on the Florida beach she loved died after contracting necrotizing fasciitis, becoming the latest victim of the flesh-eating bacteria.

Lynn Fleming, from Ellenton, about 15 miles north of Sarasota, fell and cut herself while she was walking at Coquina Beach on nearby Anna Maria Island two weeks ago.

At this point, things have gotten so bad that the CDC is telling people with open wounds “to avoid bodies of water, especially swimming pools and hot tubs.”

#3 For decades, cockroaches have been multiplying despite our best efforts to eradicate them with insecticides.  But now they are developing resistance to our insecticides, and researchers are warning that this will make them “invulnerable”…

The day that squeamish humans—and exterminators—have long feared may have come at last: Cockroaches are becoming invincible. Or at least German cockroaches (Blattella germanica) are, according to a new study. Researchers have found that these creatures, which have long been a prevalent urban pest, are becoming increasingly resistant to almost every kind of chemical insecticide.

Not all insecticides are created equal. Some degrade the nervous system, whereas others attack the exoskeleton; they also have to be left out for varying amounts of time. But many insects, including cockroaches, have evolved resistance to at least one of the most commonly-used insecticides.

#4 Last week it was hotter in some parts of Europe than it has ever been before.  In fact, in one region in France, the temperature actually hit 114 degrees Fahrenheit…

Hundreds of firefighters battled on Saturday to contain wildfires in southern France as a stifling heatwave brought record-breaking temperatures to parts of Europe, killing at least three people in Italy.

In the Gard region, where France’s highest temperature on record was registered on Friday at 45.9 degrees Celsius (114 degrees Fahrenheit), scores of fires burned some 600 hectares (about 1,500 acres) of land and destroyed several houses and vehicles, emergency services said.

#5 Along the California coastline, temperatures have been so hot that mussels have actually been “roasting in their shells”…

A record-breaking June heatwave apparently caused the largest die-off of mussels in at least 15 years at Bodega Head, a small headland on the northern California bay. And Sones received reports from other researchers of similar mass mussel deaths at various beaches across roughly 140 miles of coastline.

While the people who flocked to the Pacific to enjoy a rare 80F beach day soaked up the sun, so did the mussel beds – where the rock-bound mollusks could have been experiencing temperatures above 100F at low tide, literally roasting in their shells.

#6 And of course the east coast is not being left out either.  According to meteorologists, some portions of the east coast could see heat index values hit 110 degrees “as early as Wednesday”…

Another round of oppressive heat is already in the forecast this week for the East Coast with oppressive heat index values on the way for the parts of the Southeast by midweek. Heat index values could approaching 105 to 110 degrees in parts of the region as early as Wednesday.

Major cities from North Carolina to New Jersey will see a long stretch of temperatures at or above 90 degrees, which means another heat wave is on the way for cities like Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.

#7 Thanks to the unusually high temperatures, wasp nests are absolutely thriving across the southern United States.  In fact, one expert anticipates that there will be dozens of “super nests” in his area this year…

Warmer winters contribute to these nests, Mr. Ray said. Most yellow jackets don’t survive the cold months because they freeze to death or have trouble finding food. They need a fair amount of sugar and carbohydrates, he said.

“The queens are the only ones who have an antifreeze compound in their blood,” Mr. Ray said. “So normally, a surviving queen will have to start a colony from scratch in the spring. With our climate becoming warmer, there might be multiple surviving queens producing more than 20,000 eggs each.”

#8 Meanwhile, the middle of the country is being absolutely hammered by the wettest year that it has ever experienced.  And just when you thought that it couldn’t possibly get any wetter, more storms are scheduled to come rolling through…

But a new system was moving through the Northern Plains Sunday morning and already bringing some severe storms to Minnesota.

The system will attempt to bring some cooler air down from Canada, which will interact with the heat situated in the Midwest and spark storms across parts of the Plains and the Midwest, from Wyoming to Illinois.

Thunderstorms that moved through southwestern Montana dropped baseball-sized hail in western Powder River County and golf ball-sized hail as the storm moved to the east.

The National Weather Service reports Wednesday night’s storm left behind broken windows and damaged crops.

Baseball-sized hail fell near Moorhead, a community about 35 miles southwest of Broadus, while Broadus recorded a 70 mph (113 kph) wind gust. Communities just north of Moorhead reported golf ball-sized hail.

While communities north of St. Louis are beginning the expensive path to recovery after record-breaking winter and spring precipitation and runoff, people below the Missouri River are shoveling mud from their houses and praying for a dry spell.

streets, homes, businesses, sewage and water treatment plants, and farm fields, including across some of the poorest counties in the United States.

These are ten examples that have just been in the news during the past few days.  If I wanted to cover all of the unusual events that we have witnessed so far in 2019 I would have to write an entire book.

The truth is that global weather patterns are dramatically shifting and our planet is becoming increasingly unstable.  And no matter how hard humanity tries to find solutions, the reality of the matter is that things are going to continue to get worse.

We have passed the tipping point, and we are starting to experience the consequences for decades of exceedingly foolish decisions.

We have entered the time of “the perfect storm”, and everything that can be shaken will be shaken.

Yahoo News Is Fooled By Fake US Gov Released Video, UFO Shooting Down Jet, UFO Sighting News.

Today Yahoo News reported a fake UFO sighting as real. They said  a secret video was leaked to Rumble Viral and was released today. The video is said to show a UFO shooting down an airliner. The video looks to be recored on an old TV security screen and almost looks believable. 

But Yahoo did not look at the person releasing the video. The Youtube channel is called Rumble Viral. They have over 1 millions fake subscribers on the channel. How can you tell, easy, most the videos on the channel have 600 views or less. Also they upload close to 100 videos an hour. Its to make fast money and appear big. Getting into Yahoo news only make them make more money and get more real subscribers. Its sad when so many fake videos are realised and are often mistaken as real.

Crop circles, elaborate patterns found in farmer’s fields, continue to fascinate people worldwide. Although some have been elaborate hoaxes, others remain a mystery, tangible and real yet unexplained. The first simple crop circles started to become a regular phenomenon when they appeared in the southern English countryside in the summers of the 70s. Ever since they seem to have become more and more elaborate. Some people believe the intricate geometric patterns are messages sent from higher intelligence, extraterrestrials, or even time travelers. One Italian inventor, Umberto Baudo, believes crop circles may be meant to impart secrets of new technology and free energy to humanity.

In 1991, a book titled, “Crop Circles: Harbingers of World Change” by Alick Bartholomew was published. It explored the idea that some crop circles could be messages from non-human intelligence from beyond this physical world. Maybe the formations were meant to deliver secrets for new advanced technology. In the book, an English historian and psychic, Isabelle Kingston, suggested that crop circles might reveal a molecular structure or blueprint for a new form of energy that would one day be unraveled by scientists.

It was the same year that two British men came forward to take credit for creating hundreds of crop circles: Doug Bower and Dave Chorley. As more and more crop circles are discovered, the idea that they could be messages from aliens persisted. Crop circles became more and more elaborate, and some believe they can’t all be chalked up to a hoax.

If crop circles are an intended message, then what is it?

In 2008, Umberto Baudo decided to use crop circles as an inspiration, a blueprint for a mechanism that he believed could deliver a source of free energy, similar to the ultimate goals of Nikola Tesla. Baudo’s work, like that of Tesla’s plans for free energy, has remained obscure, but now with a translation from researcher Pedro M. Duarte, we can look at his findings with English captions in the video below.

Baudo recognizes that some crop circles are hoaxes, but among the hundreds of images found, he chose the formations he believes represent authentic energy generating systems. He demonstrates that those formations can operate like the gears of a machine.

“Since 2008 I realized that it is absolutely possible to generate free energy to all of the planet, and instead of having to pay large amounts of money to have in exchange [for] a small amount of energy,” said Baudo.

In Baudo’s first experiments, he attempted to create magnetic motors. The prototypes were arrays of circles based on crop circle formations. His work progressed from magnetic systems to systems using centrifugal force and tested using computer simulations. The simulations allowed him to find out what happens when the shapes are rotated at high speed, generating energy both with and without the variables of gravity and counterweight mechanisms: magnets, springs, and chains.

Baudo believes extraterrestrials chose to communicate with crop circles for a reason.

“It’s important to understand that the Crop Circles are the maximum expression of a message because through an image you can communicate much more than with words without any doubt,” he explains. “…especially if the message [is addressed] to someone that does not speak our language.”

The inventor found that the rotating systems could whirl around an “eccentric core,” shapes he recognizes in many crop circle formations. Spinning around this core, the circular shapes generate momentum.

In the second part (below), Baudo is convinced that crop circles are meant as examples of using centrifugal force and that he has decoded their meaning. With modifications, including the addition of a spring, he says he has created perfect models that continue to build momentum even after the engine is turned off. All thanks to centrifugal force…

“After some years studying and researching, always with these images in my mind, finally I think I’ve found the key to understand the [main] part of these crop circles. The main key to understand it is fundamentally one: The centrifugal force. Just like that!”

The circular gears rotate until the spring slowly reaches full extension.

“The speed will increase, always in a constant way, until the spring achieves its maximum. In that moment [it] will stabilize,” he explains.

Although many people remain skeptical, he believes that these systems can work against the first principle of thermodynamics, that states the total energy of an isolated system is constant. Instead, the engine he simulates continues to accelerate, while the “eccentric core” of the disc appears distorted into an oval shape.

In part 3, Umberto Baudo has advanced beyond the computer simulations to create the mechanics of the centrifugal motors in three dimensions. We see his team working to test the pieces cut out of metal, and in the latter part of the video in English, he discusses his findings with a man who puts him in contact with experts in America. From here, we are left to wonder what happened next.

What happened to Umberto Baudo’s designs? If he had been successful, surely we would know about it, right? Yet delivering a source of free energy to the world would most likely be met with incredible resistance in a world where economies revolve around monetized methods of energy delivery. Finding a source of unlimited free energy would change the global economy, freeing people from the need to labor endlessly to pay energy bills.

Will Baudo’s ultimate findings remain a mystery, like crop circles? Like Nikola Tesla’s plans to deliver free energy to the people? Are beings with higher intelligence trying to tip the odds in the common person’s favor, allowing us to finally have such technology distributed to everyone worldwide? Or, are we all overly optimistic to think this is even possible? Are crop circles just elaborate hoaxes by people who want to keep our hopes alive?

Mystery Of Libyan Desert Glass: Meteorites Are Scattered Debris Floating In The Ocean Above

In theory, if there’s one phenomenon that could disprove the flat earth theory, it’s meteorites…. Though this is not really true. Meteorites are scattered debris floating freely within the sea firmament dome. Occasionally a meteor will violently pierce the dome and fall rapidly through the thin atmosphere of the first heaven in the third dimension. The proof is found in the composition of a meteor. Pyroxine, plagioclase and olivin are the three primary minerals found in both meteors and the seabed of the ocean’s floor.

Apparently, there is an ocean above and below. As above, so below.

Another piece of anecdotal evidence is the meteoric origins of Libyan Desert Glass, or great sand sea glass. Comprised of ninety-eight percent molten silica, Libyan Desert Glass is the byproduct of radioactive melting. Molded at three-thousand, six hundred and thirty-two degrees, which is the average temperature range of the thermosphere. Great sand sea glass are broken pieces of the sea firmament dome that have fallen to the flat earth. Molten glass? I’m sure I’ve read about that before.

Job Chapter 37 Verse 18 says, “Hast thou stretched out the heavens, which are strong and as molten glass.”

Below the sea firmament dome, the sun and moon revolve clockwise thirty-five-hundred miles above the flat earth. Not ninety-three-million… two hundred thirty-eight thousand miles respectively. Astronauts haven’t officially returned to the moon since 1972. Of course they were never there in the first place. Over the years, the copy and paste astrophysicists have run out of magic tricks. Non-existent ball planets don’t rotate around non-existent fireballs trillions of miles away. The physical truth hides in plain sight.

For example, the moon’s Tyco crater is visible to the naked eye. Yet it’s only fifty-three miles wide. Impossible to see if the moon were two-hundred and thirty-eight-thousand miles away. The static moon appears upside-down when viewed from the southern hemisphere because the moon never changes perspective. Only you do.

The Book Of Enoch, Section Chapter 72 Verse 1 says, “The book of the courses of the luminaries of heaven, the relations of each, according to their classes, their dominion and their seasons, according to their names and places of origin, and according to their months, which Uriel, the holy angel, who was with me, who is their guide, showed me all their laws exactly as they are, and how it is with regard to all the years of the world.

1 Corinthians 15:41 says, “The sun has one kind of splendor, the moon another and the stars another; and star differs from star in splendor.”

Another deception is cell phone towers communicating to non-existent high orbiting satellites twenty-two thousand, two-hundred and thirty-six miles in space. Let’s examine the satellite/cell phone relationship. We’ve been programmed to believe that when a phone call is made, the cell signal is connecting to a localized cell tower, which transmits your signal to a satellite, sending the signal to the closest localized tower of the cell phone receiver and connecting to the cell phone receiver.

Actually, that’s half accurate. A cell phone functions by communicating with towers connected to a base station in a configuration called a cell. As you move through the cell, the base station monitors your cell phone signal, transferring it to the nearest ground tower. Measuring the signal strength differences between multiple cell towers determines your cell location. All cables originating from a cell tower are underground. And all international calls are made via fiber optic cables, connecting to land-based cell towers in that particular country. Think about it. If there were twenty-five-thousand satellites cloaking the planet from twentytwo-thousand, two-hundred and thirty-six miles in space, cell phone and Wi-Fi dead spots wouldn’t exist. Dead spots are the result of the flat earth not having 100% land-based cell phone tower coverage.

 As above, so below illustrates the lie of duality and confusion. Freemasons and Knights of The Templar believe the Demiurge and Lucifer are equal, as demonstrated in the black and white trestle floor of Masonic Halls and Ying and Yang of Chinese philosophy.

The systemic lie of Kabbalah postulates that God is the total of everything: good and evil, knowable, unknowable, limitless, limited, merciful and cruel. In the beginning, Kabbalists believe God sent out an emanation of himself in the form of ten lights called the Sephiroth or Tree of Secret Knowledge. This equates to the name I Am.

The universe is comprised of layered spheres of frequencies, with the Ancient of Days ruling from the ninth dimension/heaven. To be one with the Light Bearer, disciples must pass through the nine guarded spheres, which are protected by angels and devils. Only those who know the guardian’s passwords can pass though the nine spheres. Gnostic knowledge enlightens the soul as it ascends the ladder of the Sephiroth, attaining apotheosis.

The ten Sephiroth spheres are the driving forces that move all of creation. In truth, there are ten heavens in the multi-universe.

The Book of The Secrets of Enoch, Chapter 22, Verses 1-2 says, “In the tenth heaven, the archangel Michael led Enoch before the Lord’s face. On the tenth heaven, Aravoth (the highest heaven of all ten heavens), I saw the appearance of the Lord’s face, like iron made to flow in fire, and brought out, emitting sparks, and it burns. Thus, I saw the Lord’s face, but the Lord’s face is ineffable, marvelous and very awful, and very, very terrible.” Kabbalists divide the universe into four worlds, each consisting of ten spheres, set and arranged into the Sephirothic Tree or Tree of Secret Knowledge. The secret philosophy is hidden within systemic structure of the Sephirothic Tree, revealing the mysteries of the Old and New Testaments.

Silent War In UFO Community Taking Place, Lets Talk About It. Scott C. Waring UFO Sighting News.

Hi everyone. I entered this area about 15 years ago because of the chaos I saw. I saw eyewitnesses attacked by Phil Plait who I believe is working for the NSA to do so. I jumped in and stopped him. He knows me. Thats when I became famous. He stated, "I guess I gave you your 15 minutes of fame." He was referring to an argument on his blog between me and him about how he mistreated and verbally abused UFO eyewitnesses and researchers. So I started UFO Sightings Daily site to help. 

I created an order of doing things, reporting things, rule of presenting the evidence that began to change the community. However I inspired thousands of UFO bloggers and Youtube who thought they could make money at this area, unlike me, and greed is causing them to attack each other for profit. I thought they were motivated to help, but instead I see daily attacks on me and other UFO researchers in comments, reports and Youtube channels. Such greed would only destroy the UFO community.

The is something that you don't know going on. A silent war within the UFO community that has gone untold to the public for years. For years I had comments on my blogs and then turned them off suddenly. Its because about ten different UFO researchers were each leaving rude and crude comments on my site under every post. I traced them down to their UFO sites, and asked them to stop, but it only made it worse. So I turned off comments so I could continue my work undisturbed. They thought they could scare me away from UFO research so that they could make a profit reporting UFO and alien news. 

Then my site was attacked by negative SEO, which reduced my readers from 150,000 to 7,000 over night. I asked google over 5 times to do something but they never did. Apparently UFO sites are low on their list. So I made another site ET DATA BASE. 

Now on Youtube, UFO channels are being attacked. Secureteam10 lost their demonetisation (adsence) but then got it back. Thirdphaseofmoon lost it and then got it back. But lots of UFO channels are currently reporting that some videos are being reviewed by Youtube because it might not be allowed to have adsence on it. I talked to six channels with this problem. 

Other UFO researchers are leaving rude and crude comments on my Youtube channel again. Probably because they are jealous of the attention I get or because of they are jealous of the discoveries I make. Ether way, most the negativity about my discoveries comes from UFO researchers not getting attention. 

Here is the deal, Google owns the platform my UFO Sightings Daily site is on, Google owns Youtube, Google owns Adsence. DO YOU SEE A PATTERN YET? Because I sure do. UFO researchers worldwide are being attacked by Google, which is an organisation worldwide controlling information that people are allowed to see. That Google itself is attempting to cleanup and delete the UFO community from the Internet. We are under attack by Google. 

I understand others greed for money has created a lot of chaos in the UFO research community, but why is Google attacking UFO researchers unless they are working with the US government to cover things up?

The octopus is already an impressive creature (and probably knows it) and it certainly doesn’t need any help from humans reinforcing that notion. Yet we keep studying them – possibly to prove to ourselves that we really are superior to them. Good luck with that – especially after a new study found that an octopus’ arms can and do operate independently from their brains, making snap decisions on their own. Who’s the sucker now?

Uh-oh. Is Dominic Sivitilli, a graduate student in behavioral neuroscience and astrobiology at the University of Washington in Seattle who presented the new research at the 2019 Astrobiology Science Conference (AbSciCon 2019) hinting that octopuses are from another part of the universe? Perhaps he’s implying that their arms are.

“The octopus’ arms have a neural ring that bypasses the brain, and so the arms can send information to each other without the brain being aware of it. So while the brain isn’t quite sure where the arms are in space, the arms know where each other are and this allows the arms to coordinate during actions like crawling locomotion.”

In a press release for the conference, Sivitilli describes how he watched the Giant Pacific octopus, the world’s largest, and East Pacific red octopuses captured in the Puget Sound off Seattle’s coast as he gave them objects such as cinder blocks, textured rocks, Legos and maze puzzles containing food. with food inside. After recording the arm movements on video, he used a computer program to analyze them. What he found was suckers picking up information from their environment and coordinating movements directly with other suckers, which then worked collectively to create arm movement.

Did he say “collective”?

“What we’re looking at, more than what’s been looked at in the past, is how sensory information is being integrated in this network while the animal is making complicated decisions.”

In other words, while the octopus’s brain is away, the suckers will play. Will they make decisions contrary to what the brain might make given the same data but more time? Good question. Ask an octopus.

It was just a year ago that a different scientific paper proposed that the first octopus on Earth came from “cryopreserved and matrix protected fertilized Octopus eggs” carried on-board a vessel sent here from another planet 270 million years ago. We know that octopuses can edit their own RNA. Now we know their suckers act in a coordinated collective without needing instructions from the Borg Queen brain.

What next? These researchers were having giant Pacific octopuses lift cinder blocks. They’re already smarter than us … do they need to be stronger than us too?

Bottom line … if a talking octopus head comes to your door and says he’s unarmed, check the back door – the Ocean’s Eight appendages are probably breaking in.

In April 1997, William S. Cohen, who was then the U.S. Secretary of Defense when Bill Clinton held the position of President of the United States, made an amazing and controversial statement to a packed audience at the University of Georgia, which is located in Athens. The conference at which the Secretary of Defense was speaking was The Conference on Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and U.S. Strategy. Cohen came straight to the point and told the audience that certain bodies and people – who he elected not to name, which is intriguing – were then presently “…engaging in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of Electro-Magnetic waves. So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations. It’s real.” Yes, it is real. We know that thanks to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. We now have in our possession an amazing – almost sci-fi like – document that details where the U.S. Air Force hopes to be in 2025, on the matter of weather modification and control – and with respect to multiple additional technologies, too. The document was written in 1996 and is amazing enough in content – even though it was written more than two decades ago.  The document is entitled USAF 2025.

Researched and written by the 2025 Support Office at the Air University, Air Education and Training Command, and developed by the Air University Press, Educational Services Directorate, College of Aerospace Doctrine, Research, and Education, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama, the document was “designed to comply with a directive from the chief of staff of the Air Force to examine the concepts, capabilities, and technologies the United States will require to remain the dominant air and space force in the future.” The section of the document that we need to focus our attentions upon is titled: Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025. Yes, “owning the weather.”

The U.S. Air Force offered the following, thought-provoking words: “In 2025, US aerospace forces can ‘own the weather’ by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies to war-fighting applications. While some segments of society will always be reluctant to examine controversial issues such as weather-modification, the tremendous military capabilities that could result from this field are ignored at our own peril. Weather-modification offers the war fighter a wide-range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary.” The USAF 2025 document adds: “The desirability to modify storms to support military objectives is the most aggressive and controversial type of weather-modification. While offensive weather-modification efforts would certainly be undertaken by U.S. forces with great caution and trepidation, it is clear that we cannot afford to allow an adversary to obtain an exclusive weather-modification capability.”

The Air Force presented a fictional scenario which goes some way towards explaining how, and under what specific circumstances, the weather may become the next weapon of conflict: “Imagine that in 2025 the U.S. is fighting a rich, but now consolidated, politically powerful drug cartel in South America. The cartel has purchased hundreds of Russian-and Chinese-built fighters that have successfully thwarted our attempts to attack their production facilities. With their local numerical superiority and interior lines, the cartel is launching more than 10 aircraft for every one of ours. In addition, the cartel is using the French system probatoire d’ observation de la terre (SPOT) positioning and tracking imagery systems, which in 2025 are capable of transmitting near-real-time, multispectral imagery with 1 meter resolution. The U.S. wishes to engage the enemy on an uneven playing field in order to exploit the full potential of our aircraft and munitions.”

So, steps are taken to engage that same enemy, but in a very strange fashion: “Meteorological analysis reveals that equatorial South America typically has afternoon thunderstorms on a daily basis throughout the year. Our intelligence has confirmed that cartel pilots are reluctant to fly in or near thunderstorms. Therefore, our Weather Force Support Element (WFSE), which is a part of the commander in chief’s (CINC) air operations center (AOC), is tasked to forecast storm paths and trigger or intensify thunderstorm cells over critical target areas that the enemy must defend with their aircraft. Since our aircraft in 2025 have all-weather capability, the thunderstorm threat is minimal to our forces, and we can effectively and decisively control the sky over the target.”

The Weather Force Support Element, the USAF 2025 document reveals, “has the necessary sensor and communication capabilities to observe, detect, and act on weather-modification requirements to support US military objectives. These capabilities, we are told “are part of an advanced battle area system that supports the war-fighting CINC. In our scenario, the CINC tasks the WFSE to conduct storm intensification and concealment operations. The WFSE models the atmospheric conditions to forecast, with 90 percent confidence, the likelihood of successful modification using airborne cloud generation and seeding.” Things then become even more science-fiction-like: “According to USAF 2025, by 2025 uninhabited aerospace vehicles (UAV) are routinely used for weather-modification operations. By cross-referencing desired attack times with wind and thunderstorm forecasts and the SPOT satellite’s projected orbit, the WFSE generates mission profiles for each UAV. The WFSE guides each UAV using near-real-time information from a networked sensor array.

“Prior to the attack, which is coordinated with forecasted weather conditions, the UAVs begin cloud generation and seeding operations. UAVs disperse a cirrus shield to deny enemy visual and infrared (IR) surveillance. Simultaneously, microwave heaters create localized scintillation to disrupt active sensing via synthetic aperture radar (SAR) systems such as the commercially available Canadian search and rescue satellite-aided tracking (SARSAT) that will be widely available in 2025. Other cloud seeding operations cause a developing thunderstorm to intensify over the target, severely limiting the enemy’s capability to defend. The WFSE monitors the entire operation in real-time and notes the successful completion of another very important but routine weather-modification mission.”

While the military stated that this scenario might be viewed by some as being “far-fetched,” it was as sure as it could be that “technological advances in meteorology and the demand for more precise weather information by global businesses will lead to the successful identification and parameterization of the major variables that affect weather.” The USAF 2025 peoplethen did a bit of digging into the future, which, one suspects, will not be too far off of the mark: “By 2025, advances in computational capability, modeling techniques, and atmospheric information tracking will produce a highly accurate and reliable weather prediction capability, validated against real-world weather. In the following decade, population densities put pressure on the worldwide availability and cost of food and usable water. Massive life and property losses associated with natural weather disasters become increasingly unacceptable.

“These pressures prompt governments and/or other organizations who are able to capitalize on the technological advances of the previous 20 years to pursue a highly accurate and reasonably precise weather-modification capability. The increasing urgency to realize the benefits of this capability stimulates laws and treaties, and some unilateral actions, making the risks required to validate and refine it acceptable.” Less than a decade from now, we can suggest, our planet may not resemble the world in which we live today. After all, consider the following from the Air Force, who are confident that they will be able to “shape local weather patterns by influencing the factors that affect climate, precipitation, storms and their effects, fog, and near space. These highly accurate and reasonably precise civil applications of weather-modification technology have obvious military implications. This is particularly true for aerospace forces, for while weather may affect all mediums of operation, it operates in ours.”

The military recommended that, “the DOD explore the many opportunities (and also the ramifications) resulting from development of a capability to influence precipitation or conducting ‘selective precipitation modification.’ Although the capability to influence precipitation over the long term (i.e., for more than several days) is still not fully understood. By 2025 we will certainly be capable of increasing or decreasing precipitation over the short term in a localized area.” Perhaps most important and relevant of all is the way in which the United States was guaranteed to benefit, strategically, from the deployment of such technologies in areas of hostility:  “Before discussing research in this area, it is important to describe the benefits of such a capability. While many military operations may be influenced by precipitation, ground mobility is most affected. Influencing precipitation could prove useful in two ways. First, enhancing precipitation could decrease the enemy’s trafficability by muddying terrain, while also affecting their morale. Second, suppressing precipitation could increase friendly trafficability by drying out an otherwise muddied area.”

As for the matter of not just creating storms – but definitive super-storms – that might decimate entire landscapes, and without even a bullet or a missile fired, the Air Force’s report makes things acutely obvious that it is this area, perhaps more than any other, which presents the biggest strategic gains: “The desirability to modify storms to support military objectives is the most aggressive and controversial type of weather-modification. The damage caused by storms is indeed horrendous. For instance, a tropical storm has an energy equal to 10,000 one-megaton hydrogen bombs, and in 1992 Hurricane Andrew totally destroyed Homestead AFB, Florida, caused the evacuation of most military aircraft in the southeastern US, and resulted in $15.5 billion of damage.”

On the matter of manufactured storms, we are also told: “At any instant there are approximately 2,000 thunderstorms taking place. In fact 45,000 thunderstorms, which contain heavy rain, hail, microbursts, wind shear, and lightning form daily. Anyone who has flown frequently on commercial aircraft has probably noticed the extremes that pilots will go to avoid thunderstorms. The danger of thunderstorms was clearly shown in August 1985 when a jumbo jet crashed killing 137 people after encountering microburst wind shears during a rain squall. These forces of nature impact all aircraft and even the most advanced fighters of 1996 make every attempt to avoid a thunderstorm.”

USAF 2025 then asked an important question, one which has a bearing everyone who flies – regularly or occasionally: “Will bad weather remain an aviation hazard in 2025?” In answering its very own question, the Air Force said: “The answer, unfortunately, is ‘yes,’ but projected advances in technology over the next 30 years will diminish the hazard potential. Computer-controlled flight systems will be able to ‘autopilot’ aircraft through rapidly changing winds. Aircraft will also have highly accurate, onboard sensing systems that can instantaneously ‘map’ and automatically guide the aircraft through the safest portion of a storm cell. Aircraft are envisioned to have hardened electronics that can withstand the effects of lightning strikes and may also have the capability to generate a surrounding electropotential field that will neutralize or repel lightning strikes. Assuming that the U.S. achieves some or all of the above outlined aircraft technical advances and    maintains the technological ‘weather edge’ over its potential adversaries, we can next look at how we could modify the battlespace weather to make the best use of our technical advantage.”

The technology and science surrounding the issue of turning weather into weapons was further explored: “Weather-modification technologies might involve techniques that would increase latent heat release in the atmosphere, provide additional water vapor for cloud cell development, and provide additional surface and lower atmospheric heating to increase atmospheric instability.” Paramount to the success of any attempt to ignite a storm cell, noted the authors, “…is the pre-existing atmospheric conditions locally and regionally.”

In essence, that means the Earth’s atmosphere must be deemed “conditionally unstable and the large-scale dynamics must be supportive of vertical cloud development. The focus of the weather-modification effort would be to provide additional ‘conditions’ that would make the atmosphere unstable enough to generate cloud and eventually storm cell development. The path of storm cells once developed or enhanced is dependent not only on the mesoscale dynamics of the storm but the regional and synoptic (global) scale atmospheric wind flow patterns in the area which are currently not subject to human control.”

The Air Force admitted that “the technical hurdles for storm development in support of military operations are obviously greater than enhancing precipitation or dispersing fog as described earlier. One area of storm research that would significantly benefit military operations is lightning modification. Most research efforts are being conducted to develop techniques to lessen the occurrence or hazards associated with lightning. This is important research for military operations and resource protection, but some offensive military benefit could be obtained by doing research on increasing the potential and intensity of lightning.”

Let’s now take a look at the final words on this particular issue: “The lessons of history indicate a real weather-modification capability will eventually exist despite the risk. The drive exists. People have always wanted to control the weather and their desire will compel them to collectively and continuously pursue their goal. The motivation exists. The potential benefits and power are extremely lucrative and alluring for those who have the resources to develop it. This combination of drive, motivation, and resources will eventually produce the technology. History also teaches that we cannot afford to be without a weather-modification capability once the technology is developed and used by others. Even if we have no intention of using it, others will. To call upon the atomic weapon analogy again, we need to be able to deter or counter their capability with our own. Therefore, the weather and intelligence communities must keep abreast of the actions of others.

“Weather-modification is a force multiplier with tremendous power that could be exploited across the full spectrum of war-fighting environments. From enhancing friendly operations or disrupting those of the enemy via small-scale tailoring of natural weather patterns to complete dominance of global communications and counter-space control, weather-modification offers the war fighter a wide-range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary. But, while offensive weather-modification efforts would certainly be undertaken by US forces with great caution and trepidation, it is clear that we cannot afford to allow an adversary to obtain an exclusive weather-modification capability.”

2025 is not that far way at all. It will be interesting to see if by that year we will have perfected weather-based weaponry to a highly significant degree.

Some people on Twitter and Youtube are saying I faked the UFO at the space station, that the filter was actually a program for making graphics. I made this video about the video converter I use as proof to it being real. 

My computer is 10 years old and so is my Wondershare video converter program. I'm not sure if the newer version has the filters, but if you search youtube, you will see dozens of other videos about the Wondershare program (older version). The filters are fun and my help others. Works for windows or apple computers.

This week, the Moscow Times has reported that the Russian military has developed bizarre ‘cyborg’ drones shaped like snowy owls. The avian drone was unveiled at the Russian Defense Ministry’s annual military expo in Moscow this week. Images of the drone shared by the Moscow Times show a massive, menacing owl with a creepy dome-shaped lens where its beak should be. According to the Defense Ministry, the owl drone can be equipped with cameras and other surveillance equipment as well as lasers to help guide artillery and guided air-to-surface weapons.

While the owl is sure to fool absolutely nobody with normal vision up close, at a distance the drone could easily be mistaken for an owl gliding in flight. The drone owls weigh just 5 kilograms (11 pounds) and have a range of 20 kilometers (12 miles). The body of the owl can also be swapped out for different bird species such as falcons, making it adaptable for different environments.

While this ‘cyborg’ spy owl may just seem like a kooky prototype, these drones likely represent the future of surveillance and reconaissance, at least in some small part. If the Russians and the Chinese have developed these robotic bird-shaped drones, rest assured that other nations have as well. The U.S. military has been testing their own bird drones since at least 2013. Last year, the South China Morning Postreported on the development of creepy dove-shaped dronesbeing used by the Chinese Communist Party to spy on Chinese citizens in at least five different Chinese provinces. 

As if snowy owls weren’t already terrifying enough.

Just wait until these things go full-on biohybrid. In 2016, some of the biggest biomedical engineering stories concerned half biological, half robotic creatures which combined living flesh and cells with electronics. How much longer until these bird-shaped drones are actually ‘wrapped’ in actual bird blood and guts or other types of biomimicry?

The world’s superpowers already have a long history of attempting to use animals as spies. It now seems as if we can no longer trust any of our seemingly feathered friends flying overhead. Is it time to start shooting every bird out of the sky?

Just off the northeastern coast of the United States is a huge freshwater aquifer underneath the Atlantic Ocean. The exact size of the aquifer is still unknown, but what is known is that it stretches from Massachusetts to the southern part of New Jersey and includes the coastlines of New York, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. And around 670 cubic miles of it could possibly contain a bit of salty water.

It is believed that the freshwater aquifer came from the last Ice Age. Back in the 1970s when several companies were drilling for oil off the coast, they occasionally hit pockets of freshwater. However, at that time, they were unclear as to whether they were just small pockets or if they were part of a much larger area of fresh water.

Study co-researcher Kerry Key (the study can be read here), helped oil companies find oil hotspots around twenty years ago by using electromagnetic imaging on the bottom of the ocean’s floor.

Recently, he decided to change the technology in order to detect underground pools of fresh water. And in 2015, he and his study co-researcher, Rob Evans, went out into the waters off the coast of southern New Jersey and Martha’s Vineyard in Massachusetts to examine the areas with fresh water. They put equipment into the water that measured the electromagnetic fields to find out which areas had salt water and fresh water.

What they found was that the fresh water began at the shoreline and ended up 75 miles offshore in some places, meaning that there definitely weren’t pockets that were scattered around, but instead one large uninterrupted area. It’s also quite deep, beginning at around 600 feet under the floor of the ocean and finishing at approximately 1,200 feet under the seafloor.

As for how the freshwater aquifer ended up beneath the ocean, it probably happened during the last Ice Age. Since a lot of the planet’s water was made up of glaciers around 20,000 to 15,000 years ago, the water levels were quite a bit lower than they are today. When Earth’s temperatures finally got warmer, the ice which covered the land melted which meant that much of the water washed away large amounts of sediments, forming river deltas. When the fresh water from the glaciers melted, it got trapped in the river deltas. So when the sea levels began to rise, the fresh water was stuck underneath the ocean.

Since the aquifer mixes with seawater slowly over time, the further away it is, the saltier it becomes. While the water would need to be desalinated prior to people using it, it would still be less expensive than trying to purify normal salt water. Key explained, “We probably don’t need to do that in this region, but if we can show there are large aquifers in other regions, that might potentially represent a resource” for dry locations around the planet, such as the Mideast, Saharan Africa, Australia, or Southern California.

People often ask me why I think that the creatures of Loch Ness, Scotland are supernatural in nature, rather than being flesh and blood animals. Well, the primary reason is because the loch is – and has been for centuries – an absolute magnet for paranormal activity. The real story of the Loch Ness Monster is very different to the one presented by countless cryptozoologists and monster-hunters over the years and decades. It’s also a story that many of those same cryptozoologists and monster-hunters have clearly ignored. Or, perhaps, even deliberately suppressed. That is evidenced by the fact that the supernatural data is out there, to be seen by one and all, yet it has barely been touched upon at length or discussed in the vast majority of Nessie-themed books. The reason why it has been ignored is abundantly obvious: mainstream cryptozoology does not wish to see the down to earth theories challenged by the world of the paranormal. I understand that cherished beliefs suggesting the Nessies are plesiosaurs are important to many. However, ignoring key data will not help solve the mystery. In reality, such an approach will have the polar opposite effect: it will stifle research and push it down the wrong road.

Time and again, we have seen the monsters of Loch Ness tied to the domain of the supernatural. No less than the very first recorded sighting – the 6^th century affair of St. Columba – was steeped in strange phenomena. The monster’s deadly games were reeled in by the saint, who called upon the power of the Christian god to try and rein-in the creature. More than a thousand years later the monster was still plaguing the people of Loch Ness. That much is made clear by the tales of the kelpies of Loch Ness. It’s important to note that not a solitary soul believed them to have been regular, albeit unknown, animals. Indeed, the unanimous conclusion was that the kelpies were deadly, paranormal monsters that had the ability to alter their physical appearances. Such theories, and fears, extended right up until the final years of the 19^th century – and made a resurgence years later, largely thanks to the work of monster investigator Ted Holiday. And still on the issue of the final years of the 1800s, there is the not insignificant fact that none other than the “Great Beast” Aleister Crowley lived at Loch Ness’ Boleskine House. That Crowley – deliberately, inadvertently, or a bit of both – conjured up infernal, supernatural entities and helped create an air of malignant menace at the loch, cannot be denied and cannot be without relevance.

Something else which cannot be denied is the fact that when the term “Loch Ness Monster” was created in the 1930s, it prompted a multitude of reports that described the Nessies in wildly varying ways. Arthur Grant encountered a monster with distinct flippers and a long neck. Hugh Gray’s famous photo shows a creature that pretty much lacks any kind of neck; as for its head it’s beak-like. Lieutenant McP Fordyce’s monster had long legs (rather than flippers), walked on the land, and was somewhat hairy, rather than dark and serpent-like. Add to that the tusked and frog-like Nessies of earlier years and what we have is a modern incarnation of the old kelpie – a creature that could morph into multiple forms. The implication is obvious: the kelpies of old never really went away. They were merely upgraded for new generations and given a new name: Nessie.

The highly bizarre, and downright sinister, situations into which ill-fated Nessie-seeker Ted Holiday found himself plunged are further evidence of the supernatural forces that lurk and manipulate at Loch Ness. Men in Black, strange synchronicities, a mysterious and deadly dragon cult, the Reverend Donald Omand’s exorcism of the Nessies, repeated encounters near creepy old Urquhart Castle, and Holiday’s very own unrelenting descent into a word filled with magic, mysticism, and the occult all make that clear. Even monster pursuer Tim Dinsdale – hardly publicly known for having beliefs in the supernatural nature of the monsters – admitted to having crossed paths with certain, paranormal aspects of the Nessie mystery. And then there’s the matter of UFOs.

In the summer of 2015, the controversy of the Loch Ness Monster was taken to a new height – as in literally. That was when the mystery was yet again linked to the matter of high-flying UFOs. The three key players in the story were Alan Betts and his wife, Anna, and Anna’s mother, Tatiana. The family, from the English city of York, were holidaying in Scotland. It was April 2015, and the three were staying at a cottage near Urquhart Castle. While at the loch, and as is the case for practically everyone who visits the loch, they took a good number of photos. It wasn’t until the Betts returned home, however, that they realized just how weird one of their vacation pictures was. Taken by Tatiana, it appeared to show a pair of anomalous objects in the sky, right over Loch Ness. As if Nessie wasn’t enough of a mystery on its own.

Alan – the director of a refrigerating company – said when the story hit the headlines two months later that the timing of their vacation was fortuitous. The weather was pretty much perfect: that’s to say it was bright and sunny for almost the entire time. However, on one particular day, and after the Betts spent hours of checking out the area, things changed. The sunny weather was suddenly gone and everything quickly became dark and gloomy and the rain poured in definitive deluge style.  Tatiana decided to take a photo of the moody skies – something which proved to be crucial to the story. It was only after the family got back home, and downloaded their holiday pictures onto their PC, that they noticed something odd on that particular photo. It was a pair of brightly lit objects that appeared to be flying over Loch Ness, but which weren’t seen at the time Tatiana took the picture. Alan was a self-confessed skeptic, but admitted that he was at a loss to explain what the camera had captured.  Interestingly, Alan added: “Our Akita dog, Yuka, was strangely unsettled that night.”

Anna, when approached by the Huffington Post for comment on the growing controversy surrounding the photo, said: “We can say 100 percent that the camera was perfectly fine. It was raining very heavily, there were no lights in the house to resemble the objects in any shape or form.” Some commentators suspected that the entire matter could be explained away via light reflection. Both Anna and Alan felt that such an explanation was unlikely, noting that no lights were on when the picture was taken. And, at the time of writing, that’s pretty much where things stand today. The Betts are sure they photographed something unusual, while the skeptics are positive the case can be explained in wholly rational terms.

Put all of the above together and what you get – as I see it, anyway – is a strange place and its stranger creatures, and all tied to the world of the paranormal.

The island of Puerto Rico is home to a number of different religions, one of them being Santeria – which is also practiced throughout much of the rest of the Caribbean. Its origins, however, can be found in the traditions of the Yoruba people of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, West Africa. While those that adhere to the teachings of Santeria believe in the existence of one, overall god, they also believe there are numerous sub-gods too, which are collectively known as the Orishas. Those that are initiated into the religion – and which are known as Santeros – are required to go through a week-long process of purification, one which involves the application of both herbs and water to carefully and completely cleanse the body. Not only that, a great deal of time and effort is expended by the Santeros when it comes to the appeasement of their many and varied sub-deities. One way in which this has been achieved (but far less so today) is by animal sacrifice – and, specifically, the killing of chickens and goats, which – allegedly – just happen to be the most favored delicacies of the Puerto Rican “vampire.”

In November 1992, three years before the chupacabra phenomenon took off big-time, a major controversy of legal proportions surfaced in Florida, where Santeria has a significantly-sized following. It’s a following dominated by the Church of Lukumi Babalu Aye, which was created in 1974. As a result, the city of Hialeah – situated in Miami-Dade County – passed a law banning the practice of animal sacrifice. In 1992, this law was challenged by the church, in the Supreme Court, no less. Anargument was made to the effect that preventing the followers of Santeria from carrying out a prime aspect of their traditions was unconstitutional. On June 11, 1993, the church won the case.

In mid-2007, I was once again on the island with which I have so much affinity. I decided that I would spend the four days at my disposal trying to get to the heart of the claims that at least some tales of the chupacabra, and its deadly attacks on livestock, might be the concoctions of groups that engaged in sacrificial activity. Since such rumors existed, they had, at least, to be addressed. Santeria has a long history on Puerto Rico: it took much of its inspiration from Nigerian slaves shipped over to the island in the 18^th century. As for the matter of animal sacrifice, this was typically carried out by a Santero who was well-versed in the many and varied intricacies of the religion. The reasons for such sacrifices were numerous and included a desire for physical well-being, riches, and good fortune. Just like each and every paranormal pact, this one came at a price: money, of course.

A Santero would rub the skin of a paying client with the body of the animal that was to be imminently sacrificed. Doing so, the followers of Santeria believed, transferred whatever ailed the person – or whatever they desire – into the body of the animal. The sacrificing of the animal was an act designed to ensure the wish reaches the Orishas, who granted them whatever it was that the person in question required. Sometimes, the corpse of the animal was destroyed; on other occasions it was eaten. As for the blood, it was served in a large vessel that is then offered to the gods.

Since Santeria has a large and acknowledged following on Puerto Rico (although, it’s important to note that the sacrificial angle, today, is largely symbolic rather than literal) it’s most unlikely that its adherents would need to pass any sacrifices off as attacks undertaken by the chupacabra. There is, however, another group, allegedly, on Puerto Rico that might find it to its advantage to do exactly that. Santeria has an offshoot known variously as Mayombe, Palo, or Palo Mayombe, but which, for the sake of ease, I will refer to as Palo. Its rituals – of supposedly being able to grant wealth, health and power – are essentially identical to those of regular Santeria.

While on Puerto Rico in May 2007 I was able to hook up with a man named Sal, who told me a profoundly disturbing story. It was around 7:00 p.m. on a bustling, hot, Friday evening and we were hanging out in a run-down, darkened bar in Old San Juan’s La Perla district. Sal, thirty-something, worked in a local restaurant. As I sat and listened, he told me a number of stories that had come to him, second-hand, by what he described as a friend in the meat trade. Admittedly, I wasn’t altogether happy about relying on a story that came from a friend of a friend (and, maybe, of yet another friend, too), but in this case, I really had no choice. Sal said there existed on Puerto Rico what can only be described as a rogue form of religion, one that practiced highly controversial rituals. The group, he added, was one that pretty much no-one knew about or was linked to. Unless, that is, you were a part of it. The rituals of the group typically revolved around the sacrifice of chickens, goats and peacocks.  According to Sal, the group began its deadly activities in late 1994, or maybe early 1995, and was focused on providing a unique service, in return for a great deal of money: a guarantee of power and wealth.

Sal said that many of the people were nothing less than major, household names: famous actors, politicians, musicians, authors, and even – he claimed – certain figures in the world of royalty. Some of the rituals, Sal said, were held in a large and spacious house, one that was owned by a rich and influential figure in the equally rich and influential area of Condado, which is situated in Santurce, a district of San Juan. Other rituals were supposedly undertaken, in somewhat dicey fashion, deep in the heart of the El Yunque rain forest. As well as sacrifices and the dishing up of dead bodies to ancient deities, wild, alcohol- and cocaine-fueled orgies were the name of the game, too. It all reminded me of something straight out of the Tom Cruise-Nicole Kidman movie of 1999, Eyes Wide Shut. I distinctly remember thinking at the time: I sincerely hope Sal hasn’t made all this up after seeing, and getting over-excited by, the movie.

As for the chupacabra connection to the story, Sal claimed that while the group was not responsible, per se, for creating the legend of the beast, the members most definitely exploited it to their great advantage and to the absolute hilt. By that, he meant – and particularly in relation to the events in El Yunque – when the group was busy killing chickens and goats in the rain forest, and then draining their blood and offering it up to the gods, it made a great deal of sense for them to spread tales of a chupacabra or several on the loose. By doing so, their controversial actions remained buried under a mass of tales of an animal-killing, blood-drinking creature that might not actually exist – or that actually might. Could Sal help me to track down the group? Nope. Could he give me its name? Not a chance. Was there anything else he could tell me? Not a thing. It was very much just a case of: here’s what I know; take it or leave it. I decided, on balance, to choose the former – to the extent that I could. Sal’s story proved nothing. It did, however, strongly suggest to me that the truth behind the chupacabra legend was far more complex and confusing than most observers of the phenomenon had ever realized.

Dozens of “Extinct” Creatures Found Alive in “Lost City” Deep Within Rainforest

A specialized team of conservation scientists has found what appears to be a hidden oasis deep in the rainforest of Honduras that’s teeming with dozens of rare and endangered creatures.

The remote settlement, known as the “Lost City of the Monkey God” or “White City” and located in the Mosquitia rainforest, is a stunning example of the biodiversity that was once common across the tropics and rainforests in the region. The rainforest is home to hundreds of species of bats, butterflies and reptiles, the Independent reports.

The “ecological SWAT team” from Conservation International’s Rapid Assessment Program (RAP) conducted their three-week expedition in 2017 after ancient ruins were discovered in the rainforest, which remains one of the least-explored areas of the region. Their full report on the expedition and its dizzying array of findings was only published this week.

The report details how the pristine ecosystem is filled with a number of rare and unique species, including those previously believed to be extinct.

This has included the False Tree Coral Snake, the pale-faced bat, and a tiger beetle which many had thought was already extinct. 22 species were also recorded whose presence in Honduras had previously been unknown, including the endangered Great Green Macaw and a livebearing fish that scientists have only now discovered.

In total, scientists documented 198 species of birds, 94 butterfly species, 40 of small mammals, 56 amphibian and reptile species, and 30 species of large mammals—including jaguars, ocelots and pumas—not to mention a huge variety of plants, fish, rodents and insects.

Trond Larsen, the director of RAP, expressed that his team was “shocked” by their major find. In a press release, Larsen noted:

The ‘White City’ is one of the few areas remaining in Central America where ecological and evolutionary processes remain intact.

The conservationist added that the diversity of the area’s wildlife makes it a very high priority for future conservation efforts. Larsen said:

One of the main reasons we found such high species richness and abundance of threatened and wide-ranging species (e.g., peccaries) is that the forests around the White City remain pristine, unlike much of the region.

This makes the area a high conservation priority for maintaining the broader landscape connectivity that is essential for the long-term persistence of biodiversity through Central America.

The White City has long been sought after by explorers searching for what is believed to be the home to an ancient civilization that inhabited the area during the pre-Columbian era.

The area, which is largely undeveloped, has faced threats from illegal economic activities such as deforestation due to cattle ranching, in spite of efforts by Honduras’ president in 2005 to extend official protection to the “lost city.”

Larsen said:

And these are areas with no road networks, no logistics or infrastructure to let people get in or let guards in, so it’s very hard to stop what’s happening.

In many cases, this illegal activity is being driven tangentially by drug trafficking, so it’s driven by powerful people with money. That’s the primary threat to the integrity of the forest of the area.

Another member of the RAP SWAT team, John Polisar, noted the importance of ensuring strong protection that would allow the treasure-trove of rare creatures to thrive:

We have been doing field work in the indigenous territories of La Moskitia for 14 years, and this site stood out as being simply gorgeous.

Because of its presently intact forests and fauna the area is of exceptionally high conservation value. It merits energetic and vigilant protection so its beauty and wildlife persist into the future.
