For the first time, the legendary 2006 Russian documentary ‘Third Reich – Operation UFO’ in its entirety, fully translated into English and available for free viewing. The film explores the historical mysteries and rumours of a Nazi secret base in Antarctica, the 1947 flying saucer attack on Admiral Byrd’s ill-fated ‘Operation Highjump’ expedition and the occult origins of Third Reich anti-gravity engines, flying discs and ancient Atlantean technologies viewed through the lens of perhaps the three most mysterious twentieth century German organisations of all: the ‘Thule Society, ‘Vril Society’ and the ‘Ahnenerbe’ One of the core themes of the film is the alleged existence of ‘Base 211′, the legendary underground Nazi base in the Antarctica. Drawing upon the pre-war Nazi interest in Antarctica and the creation of ‘New Swabia’; the testimony of German U-Boat submarine commanders and the alleged disappearance of thousands of Nazi scientists and engineers at the end of the war, personnel that cannot be accounted for by the Vatican and Odessa ‘rat lines’ or American ‘Operation Paperclip’ activities. In addition, the film analyses the actual geo-physical possibilities of an underground base in Antarctica.
The other core theme is the alleged existence of a Nazi flying saucer program and the many evidential strands that this area generates. From the supposed channeling of extraterrestrial engineering schematics by members of the German occult group ‘Thule Society’ in the early part of the twentieth century to the ‘implosion engine’ of Viktor Schauberger and its possible appropriation by the Third Reich. Bringing us to the the latter part of the twentieth century the documentary illustrates the many sightings of unknown crafts around the Antarctic region and the theoretical basis for polar wormholes as entrance and exit points for visiting extraterrestrial spaceships and the possible involvement of HAARP, as well as asking why nearly all American Antarctic bases seem to be populated by agents of the National Security Agency and CIA. Like the study of any phenomena and/or events that exist at the edges of consensus reality, occupy imaginal realms and are subject to historical revisionism; the interface of myth and reality is a shifting mosaic of fact, speculation, disinformation and fantasy, or to use the phrase of head CIA counter-intelligence spook, James Jesus Angleton, we have entered a “wilderness of mirrors”.
Certainly there are elements in the documentary that give cause for concern such as the alleged “Special Bureau 13″, the Nazi secret flying saucer research group and its similarity to the top secret government agency in the early eighties role playing game “Bureau 13: Stalking the Night Fantastic ” (though equally the RPG title could be an insider homage to this secret Nazi organisation). Likewise, there is the lack of information on the existence of the US Navy destroyer ‘Murdoch’ in the testimony recounted by pilot ‘John Sireson’ in his description of the flying saucer attack on Admiral Byrd’s fleet (testimony taken from an interview by the late pioneering American researcher Leonard Stringfield). Equally, the testimony of Admiral Byrd that flying saucers attacked the ‘Operation Highjump’ fleet is of historical record as is his testimony to Congress of enemies that have the ability to fly “pole to pole”. Likewise, the creation of ‘New Swabia’ is as much a historical fact as the ‘impossible’ existence of the ‘Piri Reis’ map. What sets this documentary apart from most others of its kind is the inclusion of high ranking Russian scientists and military personnel and their testimony should not be discounted.
As the great American anti-fascist researcher Dave Emory says of many elements of deep politics: “its food for thought and grounds for further research”. It took a *lot of hard work to make the translation of this documentary into English* [as well as 4 more the producers were pleased we found for a Western audience] and create the subtitles and we would like to dedicate our work to the late American researcher Wendelle Stevens who is quoted in the film, In our opinion, Wendelle, who sadly died in 2011 was one of the few genuine professional researchers in the UFO community who like Linda Moulton Howe, actually went and spoke to the subjects and witnesses and researched cases first-hand.

The number of UFO sightings is at an all-time high according to experts. More than 100,000 sightings have been recorded in the last 100 years, but in just a few months we have surpassed all records.
From a 1995 ” alien autopsy ” video to images of fighter jets apparently chasing a UFO over the Pacific Ocean, there are hundreds of pieces of evidence that for many people are proof of alien life on our planet.
But it must also be said that most of the videos have been disproved by experts.
This leads us to a strange theory, that secret government agencies publish videos that are clearly false in order to more easily discredit those that are true.
It would be a system known as ” distraction “, and it serves to make it impossible to identify the evidence that shows how intelligent extraterrestrial life exists cooperating with governments around the world, even controlling our destiny.
As we have commented previously, since the beginning of the pandemic we have seen a surprising boom in UFO sightings around the world, it has caused all kinds of reactions among the population.
And due to the unexpected response that is having en masse, the US Navy has been forced to act: it has recognized having a holographic system to create UFOs.
The United States Navy recently patented a method to create 3D images in the air using plasma.
The technology is intended to create a heat source, drawing hostile infrared-guided missiles away from their targets.
Experts are convinced that this advanced system is responsible for a number of UFO sightings reported by Navy pilots in 2004, 2014 and 2015. However, this technology does not explain everything.
The technology, revealed by Forbes magazine, is the result of years of research and development in missile countermeasures technology.
Infrared-guided air-to-air missiles are launched by fighter jets and aim at the target’s infrared signals. Currently, aircraft can destroy enemy missiles by firing flares or “blinding” the missile seeker.
Plasma-based anti-missile technology uses high-intensity lasers built into the rear of an aircraft to generate a “plasma filament.”
This plasma filament in turn generates an infrared signal that gets close to the target, enough to deflect an enemy missile.
It can also quickly tune the plasma to match the infrared radiation emitted by the target, creating an even more effective distraction.
However, there is something really strange about using laser-induced plasma filaments to create airborne images.
The patent does not mention the use of plasma filaments to fool anyone but the missile seekers.
That said, the ability to draw objects in the sky would apparently explain one aspect of the UFO sightings reported by the US Navy, as it might be possible to create UFOs.
Although it must be said that the Pentagon is unlikely to release videos of its own secret weapon. But conspiracy theorists have their own theory.
They consider that plasma filament technology is unlikely to be responsible for such encounters. While we don’t know what the mysterious objects are, there are aspects to the Navy sightings that apparently rule out holographic technology.
The technology behind the patent is an innovative way to defend aircraft from enemy missiles.
But it has been shown that it does not serve as an explanation for the UFOs observed by the Navy in the last 16 years, much less for the sightings that are being registered around the world.
So it seems that the attempt to discredit the extraterrestrial presence on our planet by the United States government has not been of much use. Don’t let them fool you.

Pentagon whistleblower warns of UFO intelligence failure on ‘level of 9/11’
FROM THE NY POST: Luis “Lue” Elizondo, former head of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, has told The Post about the document slated for release in June under a mandate contained in former President Donald Trump’s $2.3 trillion appropriations bill for this year.
The whistleblower said the highly anticipated report will address what UFO believers have been clamoring to discover about Tic Tac-shaped objects the Navy saw in 2004, the strange “cubes within spheres” seen by naval aviators in 2014 and mysterious black triangles reported around the world.
“I am not a UFO guy, I am an investigator, my job was (simply) to collect the data and speak the truth,” Elizondo told the US Sun.
“There is something in our skies, we don’t know what it is, we don’t know how it works, we don’t know fully what it can do, we don’t know who is behind the wheel, we don’t know its intentions, and there isn’t a damn thing we can do about it,” he added.
“If it turns out we have been leapfrogged technologically by a foreign adversary, then we are dealing with an intelligence failure on the level of 9/11,” Elizondo told the outlet. “It took three years to write the 9/11 report — and I am not sure if these things have been in our skies for decades that 180 days is enough time to provide the level of information Congress is asking for and deserves,” he added.
Elizondo made it clear in a press conference that UFOs have been observed to have qualities that are nothing less than otherworldly. He described vessels flying at 11,000 mph and being able to turn “instantly.” Providing a comparison, he explained, for our most advanced jets going at the same speed, “if you wanted to make a right-hand turn, it would take you about half the state of Ohio to do it.”
Elizondo resigned from the AATIP as he sought to bring the discussion about the UFOs into the mainstream, describing them as a “national security issue.”
“When I was at AATIP, our purpose was to try and find a conventional explanation,” he told the US Sun. “It was only when we exhausted all options that we became increasingly engaged.”
When asked whether Russia and China are also studying UFOs, he said, “We have every reason to believe that foreign adversarial countries are equally — if not more — interested in these topics than we are. “That has been validated through various sources. US government 'gearing up to share information about UFOs' after latest sighting
Following confirmation a video showing "pyramid-shaped" objects flying above a US Navy ship is genuine, the US government may release more information about UFOs, an expert claims
The US government is gearing up to share information about the "reality" of UFOs, an expert has claimed.
Luis ‘Lue’ Elizondo claims to be the former director of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (ATTIP), a secretive Pentagon unit that reportedly studied UFOs, between 2007 and 2012.
This groundbreaking programme, which reportedly had a budget of £16.5million allocated to it annually by the Department of Defence, is said to have been run from the fifth floor of Pentagon’s C RING in Washington DC and was tasked with investigating UFO sightings in the US and the rest of the world.
He now claims that a bombshell secretive new document slated for release in June touches down on the unexplainable.

“I think the government has acknowledged the reality of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP),” Elizondo told The New York Post, despite signing what he refers to as a “lifelong” NDA before he resigned from the Pentagon in 2017.
He added: “I think they all want answers and I think they are all willing to ask the hard questions.”
During a press conference this week, Elizondo described vessels flying at 11,000 miles-per-hour and being able to turn “instantly.”
He also revealed details of vessels that can fly 50-feet above the Earth’s surface or 80,000 feet in the sky and even submerge underwater without a compromise in performance: “When you see that, you recognize you are dealing with a technology more advanced than ours.”
The incredible clip, which was captured in July 2019, shows a triangle or pyramid-shaped object hovering high above the missile-carrying destroyer USS Russell.
It was recently made public by documentary-maker Jeremy Corbell, who claims the mysterious objects were definitely not either a US military secret project or any known man-made technology.
The UAPs were initially described in the clip as "drones" but Corbell says their bizarre pyramidal shape didn’t conform to any known aerodynamic principles.

He says the material he's released are from unclassified aspects of the briefing.
UFO hunters are now desperate for the authorities to release more information from the sightings, with Elizondo saying they should do so sooner rather than later.
“This is not a conversation like fine wine where the longer we keep a cork on it, the better it gets,” Elizondo said. “This is a conversation like rotten fruit or vegetables in the refrigerator. And the longer it stays in there, the more it’s going to stink.”
Many people with an interest in Ufology will recall how, beginning in November 2005, a controversial stash of UFO-themed papers surfaced. They collectively became known as “The Serpo Documents.” The source of the documentation, to this day, remains unknown. She, he or them chose to use the very appropriate alias of “Anonymous.” For some saucer-sleuths, the papers are leaked, highly secret files. For others, the entire thing is nothing but a big joke that has spun wildly out of control. Others suggest disinformation to muddy the ufological waters. The Serpo papers cover a huge amount of ground, but the primary focus is on controversial claims of an “exchange program” between us and the representatives of an alien race, one which began in the 1960s. Anonymous said: “I am a retired employee of the U.S. Government. I won’t go into any great details about my past, but I was involved in a special program. As for Roswell, it occurred, but not like the story books tell. There were two crash sites: one southwest of Corona, New Mexico and the second site at Pelona Peak, south of Datil, New Mexico.”
Anonymous added: “The crash involved two extraterrestrial aircraft. The Corona site was found a day later by an archaeological team. This team reported the crash site to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s department. A deputy arrived the next day and summoned a state police officer. One live entity was found hiding behind a rock. The entity was given water but declined food. The entity was later transferred to Los Alamos. The information eventually went to Roswell Army Air Field. The site was examined and all evidence was removed. The bodies were taken to Los Alamos National Laboratory because they had a freezing system that allowed the bodies to remain frozen for research. The craft was taken to Roswell and then onto Wright Field, Ohio. The second site was not discovered until August 1949 by two ranchers. They reported their findings several days later to the sheriff of Catron County, New Mexico. Because of the remote location, it took the sheriff several days to make his way to the crash site. Once at the site, the sheriff took photographs and then drove back to Datil.”
There was more to come: “Sandia Army Base, Albuquerque, New Mexico was then notified. A recovery team from Sandia took custody of all evidence, including six bodies. The bodies were taken to Sandia Base, but later transferred to Los Alamos. The live entity established communications with us and provided us with a location of his home planet. The entity remained alive until 1952, when he died. But before his death, he provided us with a full explanation of the items found inside the two crafts. One item was a communication device. The entity was allowed to make contact with his planet. Somehow, I never knew this information, but a meeting date was set for April 1964 near Alamogordo, New Mexico. The Aliens landed and retrieved the bodies of their dead comrades. Information was exchanged. Communication was in English. The aliens had a translation device. In 1965, we had an exchange program with the aliens. We carefully selected 12 military personnel; ten men and two women. They were trained, vetted and carefully removed from the military system. The 12 were skilled in various specialties.”
And, finally, there is this from the man or woman with no known name: “Near the northern part of the Nevada Test Site, the aliens landed and the 12 Americans left. One entity was left on Earth. The original plan was for our 12 people to stay 10 years and then return to Earth. But something went wrong. The 12 remained until 1978, when they were returned to the same location in Nevada. Seven men and one woman returned. Two died on the alien’s home planet. Four others decided to remain, according to the returnees. Of the eight that returned, all have died. The last survivor died in 2002. The returnees were isolated from 1978 until 1984 at various military installations. The Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) was responsible for their security and safety. AFOSI also conducted debriefing sessions with the returnees.” Despite the outrageous and unlikely tale that the documents told, Serpo very quickly became a sensation within certain ufological quarters and provoked massive debate – in magazines and journals, on radio shows, and at online forums. There is, however, one issue that has, for the most part, been overlooked, ignored and forgotten. In early 2006, a source that used the named “Chapman,” and who maintained they had a background with the British Ministry of Defense, claimed to know all about the Serpo files and what they really represented.
Chapman explained: “Interesting reading. However, these are NOT real events that are being described here, although the document they come from IS REAL. I saw this information in 1969 or ’70 in Whitehall. Originally it was a CIA document authored by a lady named Alice Bradley Sheldon. Its main purpose, if you will pardon the phrase, was to ‘scare the crap out of the Soviets’ in response to them scaring the crap out of us.” Admittedly, it’s fair to say that “Chapman” was as much an unknown whistleblower as was “Anonymous.” But, what’s the most likely scenario in this strange story? That “Anonymous” told an incredible truth of alien contact? Or that this was all a Cold War-based plot designed to disrupt the Russians? I say the latter. Here’s why: Alice Bradley Sheldon was born in 1915 and, in the immediate aftermath of the horrific events that occurred at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii in December 1941, chose to do whatever she could for her government. It wasn’t long before she was working in the heart of U.S. military intelligence. She ultimately rose to the rank of Major. In 1945, she married Huntington D. Sheldon.
The two decided to relocate to Washington D.C. and both accepted new and exciting careers in the CIA. Alice took part in espionage operations and worked on photo-analysis projects, such as studying imagery of Soviet military installations and then-new Russian aircraft. She remained with the CIA until 1955. As for Huntington, he rose to the position of the Director of the Office of Current Intelligence of the CIA. He held that same position until 1961. In 1967, Alice decided to turn her hand to an area that she had a great love for: that of science-fiction. She did so, however, under the alias of James Tiptree, Jr. In 1973, a collection of her short stories hit the stands. It was entitled Ten Thousand Light Years from Home. Then, in 1975, Warm World and Otherwise were published to high acclaim. More books appeared: 1981’s Out of the Everywhereand Other Extraordinary Visions and 1985’s Brightness Falls from the Air. Barely a handful of people knew, during her lifetime, that Alice and Tiptree were actually one and the very same.
The final years for Alice and her husband were sadly not good; not at all. Both were suffering from ill-health. Huntington finally became bed-ridden. The end was getting closer and closer. It finally arrived. On May 19, 1987, Alice shot and killed her sleeping husband, and then took her own life. Her secrets from that time spent in the employ of the CIA went with her. Unless there is a significant development in the matter of Alice Bradley Sheldon, the Serpo papers, and a plot designed to terrify the Russians, we may never get to see the full picture. But, I cannot think of a better, and more qualified, source than Sheldon –a sci-fi writer and a CIA employee – to have whipped up the saga of Serpo, as a means to freak out the Soviet Union during the Cold War.
Both inside and outside of the U.K., the death of Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh, at the age of 99 has provoked numerous news stories all around the world. That brings me to a UFO connection to Prince Philip, in a roundabout way. May 22 1955 was the date when an American journalist named Dorothy Kilgallen (who, some say, died under questionable circumstances) prepared an amazing story for the U.S. media, and specifically for International News Service (INS): “I can report today on a story which is positively spooky, not to mention chilling. British scientists and airmen, after examining the wreckage of one mysterious flying ship, are convinced these strange aerial objects are not optical illusions or Soviet inventions, but are flying saucers which originate on another planet. The source of my information is a British official of cabinet rank who prefers to remain unidentified.”
Kilgallen’s informant – evidently, someone powerful in the U.K. government – agreed to talk to her and reveal what he knew. The man didn’t say much, but it was still enough to turn heads and open eyes. His words went as follows: “We believe, on the basis of our inquiry thus far, that the saucers were staffed by small men – probably under four feet tall. It’s frightening, but there’s no denying the flying saucers come from another planet.” Kilgallen wasn’t done: “This official quoted scientists as saying a flying ship of this type could not have possibly been constructed on Earth. The British Government, I learned, is withholding an official report on the ‘flying saucer’ examination at this time, possibly because it does not wish to frighten the public. When my husband and I arrived here from a brief vacation, I had no premonition that I would be catapulting myself into the controversy over whether flying saucers are real or imaginary.”

So, who was Kilgallen’s anonymous informant? To answer that question we have to turn our attentions to Timothy Good, a longtime, and well-respected, UFO investigator and author; and to a man named Gordon Creighton who, for years, was the editor of Flying Saucer Review magazine. Good, who followed the Kilgallen story, said that the conversation “was alleged to have taken place during a cocktail party given by Lord Mountbatten, but I have been unable to substantiate this with Mollie Travis, Mountbatten’s private secretary at the time.” The theory is that Mountbatten was not only the host of the party; but, that he was also the man who had something sensational to say, to Kilgallen, about Flying Saucers. So, who, exactly, was Mountbatten? Town & Country provide a background on the lord: “A great-grandson of Queen Victoria, he was a distant cousin of the Queen’s as well as Prince Philip’s uncle. Philip’s mother, Princess Alice of Battenberg, was Louis’s sister…In August of 1979, Lord Mountbatten was killed at age 79 in a terrorist attack by the Irish Republican Army.” There’s another piece of the story to address.

Decades ago, Prince Philip just happened to develop a deep interest in the UFO subject, as UFO writer-researcher David Clarke says. That the prince spent time living with the Mountbattens makes it very possible – maybe, even, extremely likely – that Lord Mountbatten confided in Prince Philip what he, Mountbatten, knew about UFOs and alien life. If Mountbatten was comfortable speaking with a journalist about all of this – Dorothy Kilgallen – then there’s a strong likelihood he would have told the prince of what he knew, too. As for Gordon Creighton, he, also, was a person who moved in high circles. When he passed away in 2003, the U.K.’s Times newspaper ran an obituary on the man himself. An extract from that same obituary reveals:
“Government service occupied most of the working life of Gordon Creighton, but he perhaps made his greatest mark as an authority on unidentified flying objects. His conviction that extraterrestrials were visiting Earth seemed oddly at variance with the more orthodox worlds of diplomacy and Whitehall. His expertise took him into government research on maps in oriental and other languages with the Permanent Committee on Geographical Names, and he spent eight years as an intelligence officer on Russian and Chinese affairs at the Ministry of Defense. It is said that in the intelligence post he worked directly below the secret Whitehall department where the Air Ministry and the RAF were studying information on UFOs.”

The US Department of Defence has poured hundreds of thousands of dollars into the development of a 'Space-Time Modification Weapon' that will ensure battlefield supremacy by bending the laws of physics.
While the concept might seem like something dreamed up by tinfoil-hatted conspiracy theorists, the US military has a long history of dabbling in research that sounds like science fiction.
The radar-invisible F117A Nighthawk and its flying wing cousin the B2 Spirit still look like something from a Star Wars film despite both designs being around 40 years old.
This new initiative is based on the work of controversial scientist Dr Salvatore Pais.

Pais claims that artificially generated high energy electromagnetic fields can manipulate the "quantum vacuum" that underlies the entire Universe.
If Pais is correct, a craft surrounded by an electromagnetic "force field" of this kind could move through air – or water – with virtually no resistance.
This would allow incredible acceleration and produce a new kind of aircraft that – according to the enigmatic Dr Pais – would be able to "engineer the fabric of our reality at the most fundamental level".
But not everyone agrees with him.

But it’s pseudo-scientific jargon that has convinced at least some US defence chiefs. Pais has been handed over $500,000 (£365k) to research the bizarre concept.
Defence department emails reveal that there was at least one experimental demonstration of the technology. UFO hunters will note that the schematics Pais drew up for his experimental craft look suspiciously like the "Black Triangles" sometimes spotted gliding silently over the southwestern United States.

The US National Institute for Discovery Science catalogued sightings of so-called "Black Triangle" UFOs dating back to the 1990s, and concluded that the behaviour of the mysterious aerial objects "does not appear consistent with the covert deployment of an advanced DoD [U.S. Department of the Defence] aircraft".
In a recent publication, Pais describes his craft – which would operate as both an aircraft and a submarine – as a being shaped roughly like the point of a pencil: "The HAUC is conical in configuration with an elliptical cross-section, similar in geometry to a hypersonic glide vehicle [or] dart."
The hybrid craft, which would encase its crew in a Faraday Cage to shield them from the intense electromagnetic forces, would operate "as a submersible craft capable of extreme underwater speeds" as well as a supersonic or potentially hypersonic stealth aircraft.

Pais has filed several patents, with titles such as "Craft Using an Inertial Mass Reduction Device," "Piezoelectricity-induced High-Temperature Superconductor," "High-Frequency Gravitational Wave Generator," and "Ultrahigh Intensity Electromagnetic Field Generator".
He claims that they are all based on discoveries that will overturn the laws of physics as we currently understand them.
At least one of his patents was rejected by the US Patent Office in 2018 because it did not seem to be scientifically plausible, but then later resubmitted with further documentation that appeared to prove Pais’s wild claims.

According to The Drive, the US military is investing in these technologies because of concerns that China has already developed ultra-advanced aircraft of the type that reportedly "buzzed" the USS Nimitz in 2004.
Brett Tingley and Tyler Rogoway wrote: "The Chief Technical Officer of the Naval Aviation Enterprise personally wrote a letter addressed to the examiner claiming that the U.S. needs the patent as the Chinese are already ‘investing significantly’ in these aerospace technologies."
The claims made by Pais seem wild and implausible - but in a world where killer robots, pilotless aircraft and laser weapons are becoming commonplace, perhaps his reality-busting flying subs will one day seem as ordinary as the Stealth Bomber.

FireEye says the attackers stole some of its 'red team' software, which mimics cyber-attacks to test the security of its clients' computers.
Two lawmakers, who were briefed on the hack this week, told Politico that FireEye representatives said that one of their employees had apparently been duped into revealing their two-factor authentication security details.
Company officials have denied the account given by congressional staffers and said none of its employees were tricked.
FireEye said they caught the breach when hackers tried to register a new device on its systems, which tipped the company off to the wider cyber-attack.
Following an investigation, FireEye say they determined that SolarWinds' Orion software had been hacked.
'We initially detected the incident because we saw a suspicious authentication to our VPN solution,' a spokesperson has since said.
'The attacker was able to enroll a device into our multi-factor authentication solution, and that generates an alert which we then followed up on.'
They insist that the SolarWinds breach was the source of the attack against FireEye.
Once it determined that there was a wider cyber-attack, a FireEye executive alerted SolarWinds on December 12 of the compromise.
After learning of the SolarWinds breach, the National Security Council held an emergency meeting at the White House on December 12.
The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and the FBI were brought in to investigate after some government agencies were confirmed to have been hacked.
At this time, people with knowledge of the meeting reported that hackers believed to be working for Russia had been monitoring internal email traffic at the US Treasury and Commerce departments.
Sources told Reuters that they feared the hacks uncovered so far may have been be the tip of the iceberg.
SolarWinds began alerting about 33,000 of its customers on December 13 that an 'outside nation state' - widely suspected to be Russia - had injected malicious code into some updated versions of its premier product, Orion.
The company said in a statement that updates to its monitoring software released between March and June of this year may have been subverted by what it described as a 'highly-sophisticated, targeted and manual supply chain attack by a nation state'.
The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency issued an emergency directive ordering federal agencies to 'disconnect or power down' the SolarWinds Orion software due to the breach.
From US nuclear agencies and the FBI to Fortune 500: Who is known to have been targeted by hackers so far
The list of victims continues to grow from the cyberattack that is being described as the biggest hack in American history.
The two US agencies responsible for maintaining America's nuclear weapons stockpile - Energy Department and the National Nuclear Security Administration - have already said they were compromised in the attack.
The attack also breached the Pentagon, FBI, Treasury and State Departments.
The DOE and the NNSA have warned Congress that their breached networks may include the Los Alamos National Laboratory, which conducts the government's most sensitive and advanced nuclear research, Politico reported.
The US has an estimated 5,800 nuclear warheads, some of which are on missiles and bombs ready for launch from submarines, airplanes and land-based missiles, while others are held in storage. Most however are in storage, retired, or being decommissioned.
The FBI (above) has moved routine communication onto classified networks that are believed not to have been breached, according to two people briefed on the measures.

Their status is one of the government's most closely-guarded secrets, as are efforts to create new weapons, which are part of the Los Alamos National Laboratory's work.
Another attack was found in a field office of the Energy Department in Richland, Washington state, which Politico reported could have been an effort to gather information on how to disrupt the national electricity grid.
The sprawling attack also compromised broad swathes of the private sector, including Microsoft and likely most of the Fortune 500.
The true scale of who has been affected and what information has been stolen may never be known, officials and experts say.
How hackers used legitimate software updates as camouflage for the 'SUNBURST' attack
WHAT HAPPENED?
The hack began as early as March when malicious code was snuck into updates to popular software that monitors computer networks of businesses and governments. The malware, affecting a product made by U.S. company SolarWinds, gave elite hackers remote access into an organization's networks so they could steal information.
It wasn't discovered until the prominent cybersecurity company FireEye determined it had been hacked. Whoever broke into FireEye was seeking data on its government clients, the company said - and made off with hacking tools it uses to probe its customers' defenses.
Its apparent monthslong timeline gave the hackers ample time to extract information from a lot of different targets.
FireEye executive Charles Carmakal said the company was aware of 'dozens of incredibly high-value targets' compromised' by the hackers and was helping 'a number of organizations respond to their intrusions.'
He would not name any, and said he expected many more to learn in coming days that they, too, were infiltrated.
WHAT IS SOLARWINDS?
SolarWinds, of Austin, Texas, provides network-monitoring and other technical services to hundreds of thousands of organizations around the world, including most Fortune 500 companies and government agencies in North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Its compromised product, called Orion, accounts for nearly half SolarWinds' annual revenue. The company's revenue totaled $753.9 million over the first nine months of this year.
Its centralized monitoring looks for problems in an organization's computer networks, which means that breaking in gave the attackers a 'God-view' of those networks.
HOW DID IT HAPPEN?
The US Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency on Thursday released an alert detailing what it knows about the breach, which has been called the biggest in US history.
CISA says that hackers were able to compromise the supply chain of network management software from SolarWinds, specifically recent versions of the SolarWinds Orion products.
Beginning in March 2020, hackers used SolarWinds software updates to install a secret network backdoor, which authorities are calling SUNBURST.
The malicious code was signed by the legitimate SolarWinds code signing certificate. An estimated 18,000 customers downloaded the compromised updates.
Once installed on a network, the malware used a protocol designed to mimic legitimate SolarWinds traffic to communicate with a domain that has since been seized and shut down.
The initial contact domain would often direct the malware to a new internet protocol (IP) address for command and control. The attackers used rotating IPs and virtual private servers with IP addresses in the target's home country to make detection of the traffic more difficult.
'Taken together, these observed techniques indicate an adversary who is skilled, stealthy with operational security, and is willing to expend significant resources to maintain covert presence,' CISA said in the alert.
CISA said that once inside a network, the hackers seemed focused on gathering information, and would frequently target the emails of IT and security staff to monitor any countermeasures.
Without offering further details, the agency warned that the hackers used 'other initial access vectors beyond SolarWinds Orion,' meaning even groups that do not use the network software could be compromised.

On Friday Mike Pompeo, the Secretary of State, became the first U.S. official to publicly attribute a massive hacking campaign to Russia, after broad swathes of the federal government and private sector were revealed to be compromised.
Later on Friday night Rubio, the acting chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, urged a strong response.
The methods used to carry out the cyberhack are consistent with Russian cyber operations,' he tweeted.

'But it's crucial we have complete certainty about who is behind this. We can't afford to be wrong on attribution, because America must retaliate, and not just with sanctions.'
Donald Trump has remained tight-lipped about the attack. Russia has denied being behind it.
But the huge security breach, which is believed to have begun in the spring and gone undetected for months, is thought to have been so sophisticated that only a state-sponsored actor could pull it off.
The Russians are automatically the prime suspect for attacks of this scale and audacity.
The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency said the attack compromised federal agencies' 'critical infrastructure' in a manner that was hard to detect and will be difficult to undo.
It means that calculating the true size of the attack will be difficult.
'CISA has determined that this threat poses a grave risk to the Federal Government and state, local, tribal, and territorial governments as well as critical infrastructure entities and other private sector organizations,' they said on Thursday.
'CISA expects that removing this threat actor from compromised environments will be highly complex and challenging for organizations.'
Pompeo on Friday confidently pointed the finger at the Russians.
'This was a very significant effort, and I think it's the case that now we can say pretty clearly that it was the Russians that engaged in this activity,' Pompeo told The Mark Levin Show on Friday.
Russian President Vladimir Putin's spokesman has denied Kremlin involvement, and the Russian embassy said in a statement that the country 'does not conduct offensive operations in the cyber domain.'
The sprawling attack, which went undetected for nearly nine months, compromised the Departments of Homeland Security, Justice, Treasury, State and Energy, as well as a growing list of companies and local governments across the country.
Officials with the nation's cybersecurity agency warn that the breach could be difficult to undo, saying the hackers 'demonstrated sophistication and complex tradecraft' and that it was likely that they had built additional secret backdoors while active inside the compromised networks.
Experts say there simply are not enough skilled threat-hunting teams to properly identify all the government and private-sector systems that may have been hacked, and warn infected networks may have to be 'burned to the ground' and rebuilt from scratch.

Democrats in Congress have spoken out about the cyber attack in strong terms, demanding a harsh response and blasting President Donald Trump, who has not spoken about the attack or appeared in public for the past five days.
'The situation is developing, but the more I learn this could be our modern day, cyber equivalent of Pearl Harbor,' said Rep. Jason Crow, a Colorado Democrat, in a tweet on Friday.
'Our nation is under assault. This cyberattack could be the largest in our history,' he added, before slamming Trump for his lack of public response to the cyber attack.
Senator Chris Coons, a Delaware Democrat, told MSNBC: 'It's pretty hard to distinguish this from an act of aggression that rises to the level of an attack that qualifies as war.'
Coons, 57, called the attack 'as destructive and broad scale an engagement with our military systems, our intelligence systems as has happened in my lifetime.'
Trump has not yet said anything publicly about the intrusion.
He was being briefed 'as needed,' White House spokesman Brian Morgenstern told reporters on Friday.
National security adviser Robert O'Brien was leading interagency meetings daily, if not more often, he said.
'They're working very hard on mitigation and making sure that our country is secure. We will not get into too many details because we're just not going to tell our adversaries what we do to combat these things,' Morgenstern said.

'Cozy Bear': The Russian hacker cell suspected in attack
Russia denies involvement in the SUNBURST attack, but US officials say the nation is behind the 'Advanced Persistent Threat' (APT) that carried out the audacious breach.
Sources say that one top suspect is APT29, the Kremlin-linked group also known as Cozy Bear.
Cozy Bear is best known as the group said to be responsible for the 2016 breach of the Democratic National Committee's servers.
Experts believe that Cozy Bear operates as part of one of Russia's intelligence agencies.
Some doubt the attribution of SUNBURST to Cozy Bear, through, noting that the tools used in the attack have never been seen before.
The Democratic chairs of four House committees given classified briefings on the hack by the Trump administration issued a statement complaining that they 'were left with more questions than answers.'
'Administration officials were unwilling to share the full scope of the breach and identities of the victims,' they said.
Morgenstern said earlier that disclosing such details only helps U.S. adversaries.
The long-term planning of the attack became clear on Friday, as officials said that the hackers appeared to have conducted a dry run over a year ago, testing their ability to insert malicious code into network management software from SolarWinds Corp, which was later delivered to some 18,000 of the company's customers.
Private security companies say that the breach bears the hallmarks of a Kremlin operation. Some have pointed at the Russian hacking cell dubbed 'Cozy Bear' -- though other experts argue that the tools and methods used in the new attack are different from any past breach, making attribution tricky.
'At the moment, there are no technical links with previous attacks, so it may be an entirely new actor,' security firm Kaspersy said in a blog post.
FireEye, the cybersecurity company that discovered the intrusion into U.S. agencies and was among the victims, has already tallied dozens of casualties. It's racing to identify more.
'We have a serious problem. We don't know what networks they are in, how deep they are, what access they have, what tools they left,' said Bruce Schneier, a prominent security expert and Harvard fellow.
The only way to be sure a network is clean is 'to burn it down to the ground and rebuild it,' Schneier said.
He compared the situation to learning that a serial killer has been inside your house, with his own key. 'You don't know if he's gone. How do you get work done? You kind of just hope for the best,' he said.

Many federal workers - and others in the private sector - now must presume that unclassified networks are teeming with spies.
Agencies will be more inclined to conduct sensitive government business on Signal, WhatsApp and other encrypted smartphone apps.
'We should buckle up. This will be a long ride,' said Dmitri Alperovitch, co-founder and former chief technical officer of the leading cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike. 'Cleanup is just phase one.
Meanwhile, Microsoft President Brad Smith called the attack a 'moment of reckoning' that 'illuminates the ways the cybersecurity landscape continues to evolve and become even more dangerous.'
Microsoft, one of the thousands of companies to receive the malicious update, said it had notified more than 40 customers around the world whose networks were infiltrated by the hackers.
The list of victims includes not only government agencies, but security and other technology firms as well as think tanks and government contractors.
'The attack unfortunately represents a broad and successful espionage-based assault on both the confidential information of the U.S. Government and the tech tools used by firms to protect them,' Smith wrote in a blog post.
'The coming months will present a critical test, not only for the United States but for other leading democracies and technology companies,' he added.

On Friday, increasing evidence emerged showing that the hacking campaign had been carefully planned and executed over more than a year.
A version of the SolarWinds Orion product, which was ultimately used to deliver the SUNBURST backdoor to customer networks, was tampered with in October 2019 but did not contain the backdoor, according to the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.
The tampered files went undetected, and in March of 2020, the hackers began using Orion updates to deliver their backdoor.

The US issues an emergency warning, ordering government users to disconnect SolarWinds software which it said had been compromised by 'malicious actors'
The Pentagon, the State Department and the National Institutes of Health, as well as the Treasury, Commerce and Homeland Security departments reveal they were targeted
'We're thinking they wanted to test whether or not it was going to work and whether it would be detected. So it was more or less a dry run,' a source familiar with the investigation told Yahoo News.
'They took their time. They decided to not go out with an actual backdoor right away. That signifies that they're a little bit more disciplined and deliberate,' the person added.
SolarWinds, which disclosed its unwitting role at the center of the global hack on Monday, has said that up to 18,000 users of its Orion software downloaded a compromised update containing malicious code planted by the attackers.
The attack was believed to be the work of an 'outside nation state,' SolarWinds said in a regulatory disclosure.
In addition to major federal agencies and critical infrastructure, the hackers targeted entities as various as a county government in Arizona and a cable television company.
The Pima County, Arizona government and Cox Communications Inc were identified as victims of the intrusion by Reuters after running a publicly available coding script.

The popular software tool helps organizations monitor the performance of their computer networks and servers.
Hackers managed to install a secret network backdoor - which authorities are calling SUNBURST - into Orion's software updates.
Its centralized monitoring looks for problems in an organization's computer networks, which means that breaking in gave the attackers a 'God-view' of those networks.
It is not yet clear how hackers managed to infiltrate SolarWinds and go undetected for nine months.
During this time-frame, as many as 18,000 SolarWinds customers - including federal agencies and major companies - downloaded the compromised updates that contained the back door.
The software update became an instrument for hackers to steal information undetected for nine months.
Once installed on a network, the malware used a protocol designed to mimic legitimate SolarWinds traffic to communicate with a domain that has since been seized and shut down, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency has since revealed.
The initial contact domain would often direct the malware to a new internet protocol (IP) address for command and control. The attackers used rotating IPs and virtual private servers with IP addresses in the target's home country to make detection of the traffic more difficult.
CISA said that once inside a network, the hackers focused on gathering information and frequently targeted the emails of IT and security staff to monitor any countermeasures.
The hackers are feared to have had access to government emails as far back as June.

A SolarWinds SEC filing from December 7 - just days prior to the hack emerging -revealed that the company's board had appointed a replacement CEO.
SolarWinds' longtime CEO, Kevin Thompson, had months earlier indicated that he would be leaving at the end of the year as the company explored spinning off one of its divisions.
The SolarWinds board appointed his replacement, current PulseSecure CEO Sudhakar Ramakrishna, on December 7, according to the financial filing.
It was also on December 7 that the company's two biggest investors, Silver Lake and Thoma Bravo, which control a majority stake in the publicly traded company, sold more than $280 million in stock to a Canadian public pension fund.
The two private equity firms in a joint statement said they 'were not aware of this potential cyberattack' at the time they sold the stock.

Government Agencies Are About To Disclose What They Know About UFOs, And That Will Be A Dramatic Paradigm Shift
Do you believe in UFOs? Decades ago, if you answered yes to such a question many would have considered you to be a nutjob. But at this point UFOs are not a “conspiracy theory” any longer. In fact, even the U.S. government is admitting that they exist, and in just a few weeks we may learn a whole lot more about what the U.S. government really knows about this phenomenon. When President Trump signed a 2.3 trillion dollar COVID relief bill last December, it contained a provision which requires all U.S. intelligence agencies to submit an unclassified report to Congress that reveals all that they know about UFOs…
In December 2020, President Trump signed a coronavirus relief bill that included an interesting stipulation – the bill set into motion an 180-day time frame in which US intelligence agencies must tell Congress everything they know about UFO sightings, via an unclassified report.
Remarkably, in what sounds like the opening crawl of an unimaginative sci-fi film, the report must also include an analysis as to whether or not UFOs pose a threat to national security (perhaps, one day, our puny, primitive weapons will be used to “bring democracy” to a space-faring civilization).
Unfortunately, U.S. intelligence agencies insisted that 180 days did not give them enough time, and so now the report is expected to be released somewhere around June 1st.
The report will include all data found through “geospatial intelligence, signals intelligence, human intelligence and measurement and signals intelligence.” Classified information held by the Office of Naval Intelligence, the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force and the FBI will be included as well.
It will be fascinating to see what actually ends up in this report.
Personally, I don’t think that the intelligence agencies will come even close to revealing everything that they know. But the fact that former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe was willing to share so much information during an interview with Maria Bartiromo on Friday seems like a good sign. According to Ratcliffe, there have been “sightings all over the world”…
Ratfcliffe said some UFO sightings have been declassified in the past, but a report to be released by the Pentagon and other federal agencies will present more information to the American people.
“There have been sightings all over the world,” Ratcliffe said. “And when we talk about sightings, the other thing I will tell you, it’s not just a pilot or just a satellite or some intelligence collection. Usually, we have multiple sensors that are picking up these things.”
Yes, it is definitely quite true that there have been sightings all over the planet, but Esri has released an animated map that shows that more UFO sightings happen in the United States than anywhere else by a good margin.
“Frankly, there are a lot more sightings than have been made public. Some of those have been declassified. And when we talk about sightings, we are talking about objects that have been seen by Navy or Air Force pilots, or have been picked up by satellite imagery, that, frankly, engage in actions that are difficult to explain, movements that are hard to replicate, that we don’t have the technology for, or traveling at speeds that exceed the sound barrier without a sonic boom.”
Of course videos that the U.S. Navy has previously released have already confirmed the fact that UFOs often perform aerial feats that human pilots simply cannot match…
Videos from the Navy were released last year through the Freedom of Information Act that showed UFOs moving at incredible speeds and performing seemingly impossible aerial maneuvers.
One of the videos was shot in November 2004; the other two were shot in January 2015. The three videos were code-named ‘FLIR1,’ ‘Gimbal,’ and ‘GoFast.’
In the 2015 videos, Navy pilots can be heard expressing disbelief. All three UFO videos were captured by Navy F/A-18 Super Hornets.
If UFOs can perform “seemingly impossible aerial maneuvers”, that would seem to suggest that whoever is piloting them is even more technologically advanced than we are.
I am entirely convinced that the U.S. government knows a great deal about UFOs and those that are flying them, and millions of Americans are very much looking forward to the release of the upcoming unclassified report.
U.S. government agencies will certainly not tell us everything, but I do believe that they will reveal more details than they ever have before.
Ultimately, I believe that the stage is being set for a great deception of epic proportions, and that is why I am starting to write more about the UFO phenomenon.
As more information is shared with the public, the narrative will be that UFOs are “spacecraft” that contain “aliens” from another planet.
And I think that it is quite likely that officials will insist that they are “friendly” and that we should be open to “learning” from them.
But the truth is that they are definitely not our “friends”.
As humanity moves into the darkest hours that it has ever known, people will become increasingly desperate for someone to come along and save us.
And if “aliens” were to show up with technology that we do not currently possess, many would be tempted to embrace them as “saviors”.
For decades, Hollywood has been relentlessly priming us for such a scenario, and now the U.S. government is starting to publicly acknowledge that UFOs aren’t just science fiction.
This is a story that is going to become increasingly important over the next few years, and it isn’t going to end well.

Former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) said the U.S. government has information about UFOs that it has been hiding and covering up for years.
Reid, 80, served as a Nevada senator from 1987 to 2017. While in office, he sought to continue funding a Defense Department program called Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification that had had been discontinued.
In the documentary, “The Phenomenon,” director James Fox asked Reid if there’s some evidence on UFOs that still hasn’t seen the light of day, Huffpost reported.
“I’m saying most of it hasn’t seen the light of day,” Reid replied.
“There’s more than one up there,” Reid said, adding that he believes UFOs may have interfered with U.S. weapons.
The film examines the history of UFO sightings in and outside the U.S. with new details about encounters involving U.S. Navy pilots. It also details a 1967 report about how 10 missiles became inoperative over a U.S. missile base at the same time that a UFO appeared above the base.
The Pentagon studied recordings of UFOs in a classified program, launched at the request of Reid in 2007 that ended in 2012 due to lack of funding.
Luis Elizondo, the former head of the classified program, told CNN in 2017 that he thinks “there is very compelling evidence that we may not be alone. These aircraft — we’ll call them aircraft — are displaying characteristics that are not currently within the U.S. inventory nor in any foreign inventory that we are aware of.”
Elizondo said he resigned from the Defense Department in 2017 to protest the secrecy surrounding the program and the opposition to funding it.
“They did everything they could to stop the program from going forward … they wanted nothing to do with this … Nobody has to agree why it’s there. But shouldn’t we at least be spending some money to study all these phenomena? Shouldn’t we study this stuff? The answer is yes,” Reid said.
Instead, Reid said, “the federal government all these years has covered up, put brake pads on everything, stopped it. I think it’s very, very bad for our country.”
Elizondo described the documentary as setting “a new benchmark for disclosure” and “the most accurate and informative documentary ever made about UAPs (unidentified aerial phenomena),” according to “The Phenomenon” website.
The “unwarranted stigma” around UFOs has “prevented the government and academia from taking this important topic seriously,” said Chris Mellon, former deputy assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence in Defense Department.
“The rapidly increasing number and quality of land and space-based sensors is making the UAP issue impossible to avoid,” said Mellon, whose voice is also included in the documentary.
In August 2020, the Pentagon announced that the U.S. Navy was overseeing a new task force to investigate “unexplained aerial incidents” that have been observed on several occasions by U.S. military aircraft.
The new task force — the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force (UAPTF) — will report to the office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security.
“The Department of Defense and the military departments take any incursions by unauthorized aircraft into our training ranges or designated airspace very seriously and examine each report,” the Pentagon said in a press release. “This includes examinations of incursions that are initially reported as UAP (unidentified aerial phenomena) when the observer cannot immediately identify what he or she is observing.”
Dr. Steven Greer likes to suggest that he is in regular contact with extraterrestrials who are visiting Earth. Kindly, if for a price, Greer offers to train others in his "close encounters of the fifth kind" contact "protocols." But is Greer really in contact with unidentified flying objects or what the military refers to as unidentified aerial phenomena?
Well, like the U.S. military, I'm very confident that some UFOs are true unknowns not belonging to China, the United States, or Russia. That said, I'm not convinced these objects are what Greer is seeing or communicating with. A Jan. 27, 2015, Greer "contact" event in Florida offers a case in point.
That date saw Greer leading an expedition at Vero Beach on Florida's east coast. Greer's websitesaysthat his weeklong expeditions come with a "tuition fee" of "$2,500-$3,500 depending on facility costs." The website explains that "all of the Ambassador to the Universe trainings are similar. All participants are expected to complete and return liability release, confidentiality agreement and Ambassador Agreement, which will be sent after they have paid and registered."
Back to Jan. 27, 2015, when Greer's expedition claimed to have summoned two UFOs.
Video of the sighting was posted to Greer's YouTube channel, and the incident was the first case listed on the "photographic and video evidence" page of Greer's website. The video introduction says the "event" occurred between 9:10 and 9:15 p.m. and "was a result of an invitation initiated by the members using coherent thought and meditation practices, also known as, CE-5 protocols." The video description states, "There were NO boats or ships seen anywhere in the area of the objects and there were no jets or planes or other airborne objects anywhere near the objects before, during or after the event."
That's not true. But let's not jump the gun.
The video starts with one bright orange light appearing off the coast. Greer is heard directing a participant to "please turn off your night scope." Note that a night scope would assist in detecting low visibility aircraft in the vicinity. Shortly thereafter, a second light appears off the coast, to the left of the first light. Greer confirms that these are indeed UFOs.
"I'm looking with the night scopes. There's no smoke. There's no trails. These are not flares," he continues. "They were waiting for us to arrive." A few seconds later, Greer implores his group, "Let's welcome the beings on board to join us in meditation. That is such a beautiful color — see, you'll never forget that color," he says. "This is huge," one participant says. Greer agrees, "Yes, this is a major event." At the 3-minute, 32-second mark, the first light disappears. Ignoring the lights' slow but obvious altitude decline, Greer states that "they've stayed pretty much the same altitude, though. ... Let's invite them to come as close as they can." At the 4:11 mark, the second light dissipates. While the second light is quite obviously above the water as it fades out, Greer quickly states, "Oh, that's gone into the ocean. See what it did?" Greer concludes, "Now the way that you know that's not like something like a flare, first of all, it didn't shoot up and then come down." The video fades out. We then see a series of other photos and videos of the same event.
But were these UFOs? Or were they something more terrestrial?
Well, FlightAware flight tracking data attained by the Washington Examiner suggest the latter is true. At 9:11 p.m. on Jan. 27, 2015, a Beech 76 Duchess registered N110SU was recorded flying at 85 mph off Vero Beach. This is slower than the aircraft's normal cruising speed and would feasibly allow the aircrew to deploy parachute flares or some other illumination device. The aircraft took off and returned to the airport in Fort Pierce. The screenshot below shows the aircraft's location at the time of the "event."

The owner of the aircraft is listed by the Federal Aviation Administration as Ari Ben Aviator, Incorporated. The website of the Fort Pierce-based flight school, Aviator College of Aeronautical Science and Technology, lists Michael Cohen as its president and CEO, and "the Owner and only President of Air Ben Aviator, Inc. since its inception." The website explains that Cohen "has 33 years of experience with managing a successful flight training school in all areas including advertising and recruiting." The distinction between "Air Ben Aviator" and "Ari Ben Aviator" seems to be a spelling mistake. Florida state business records list Cohen as the owner of both the Aviator College and Ari Ben Aviator.
When I reached out to the Aviator College to ask about the Jan. 27, 2015, flight, Director of Maintenance Christopher Speer told me that the college never does things like dropping flares. After sending Speer a copy of the flight record, he did not respond to any further emails. Incidentally, another aircraft listed to Ari Ben Aviator was forced to land on a section of Interstate 95 in Florida on Jan. 30, 2017, after running out of fuel. CNN has alsoreported that Ari Ben Aviator received a loan between $350,000 and $1,000,000 under the federal government's coronavirus relief Paycheck Protection Program.
The top line, however, is that the flight was in the place and time that the witnesses saw the lights. I'd thus offer a pretty confident assessment that what was seen off Vero Beach that night were not UFOs but, in fact, flares of some kind. Numerous government around the world are slowly coping with the idea that the worldwide population has a right to know whether or not we are alone in the universe. Presidential Candidate Hilary Clinton has stated that if she is elected President of the United States, she would disclose all alien related documents and get to the bottom of the UFO phenomenon.

We have statements from the most credible sources, those in a position to know – about a fascinating phenomenon, the nature of which is yet to be determined.”
But despite serious attempts of disclosure, the government of the United States still maintains that they do not have knowledge of any information related to the Alien/UFO phenomenon.
However, many maintain that the reason why disclosure hasn’t happened yet isn’t because of the government. It’s very likely that such a subject might even go far beyond, extending into powerful corporations and a tight group of international elites.
Many governments around the globe have declassified a number of UFO-related documents which only proves that they have been extremely interested in the UFO phenomenon for years. However, not only have governments released classified information, agencies such as the FBI, NSA and CIA have also declassified some of their most secretive files on UFO’s and Alien life in the universe.

The declassified document was addressed to “certain scientists of distinction,” to“aeronautical and military authorities,” and to “a number of public officials.”
The declassified document is a letter sent to the director of FBI in Washington from their San Francisco office, detailing UFO’s and extraterrestrials.

The U.S. Navy has patents on weird and little understood technology. According to patents filed by the Navy, it is working on a compact fusion reactor that could power cities, an engine that works using “inertial mass reduction,” and a “hybrid aerospace-underwater craft.” Dubbed the “UFO patents, The War Zone has reported that the Navy had to build prototypesof some of the outlandish tech to prove it worked.
Dr. Salvatore Cezar Pais is the man behind the patents and The War Zone has proven the man exists, at least on paper. Pais has worked for a number of different departments in the Navy, including the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAVAIR/NAWCAD) and the Strategic Systems Programs. (SSP) The SSP mission, according to its website, is to “provide credible and affordable strategic solutions to the warfighter.” It’s responsible for developing the technology behind the Trident class nuclear missiles launched from Submarines.
The patents all build on each other, but at their core is something Pais called the “Pais Effect.” This is the idea that, “controlled motion of electrically charged matter via accelerated vibration and/or accelerated spin subjected to smooth yet rapid acceleration transients, in order to generate extremely high energy/high intensity electromagnetic fields.”
Essentially, Pais is claiming to use properly spun electromagnetic fields to contain a fusion reaction. That plasma fusion reaction he claims to have invented will revolutionize power consumption. Experts theorize that a functioning fusion reactor would lead to cheap and ubiquitous energy.
One of Pais and the Navy’s patents described what the propulsion system and fusion drive would be used for—a “hybrid aerospace-underwater craft.” According to the patent, the craft could travel land, sea, and outer space at incredible speeds. Other patents invented by Pais and filed by the Navy include a “high temperature superconductor,” a “electromagnetic field generator,” and a “high frequency gravitational wave generator.”
