Ex-Israeli Space Head Interview On UAPs: Aliens Exist & Working With US Astronauts On Mars
Ex-Israeli Space Head Interview On UAPs: Aliens Exist & Working With US Astronauts On Mars
In December 2020, Haim Eshed, a retired Israeli general and former head of the Israeli Defense Ministry’s space directorate gained attention for making controversial claims about extraterrestrial life and alleged secret collaborations between humans and aliens. He stated that aliens and the U.S. government had reached some type of deal to stay quiet about their experiments on Earth and secret facilities on Mars.
In his claims, Mr. Eshed said ETs exist and monitor our nuclear capabilities. There is a “Galactic Federation,” and the alien species with whom humanity will contact is “Grey.” According to him, Earth is their Petri dish, and they are also trying to understand the whole fabric of the universe. He further stated that some of the smaller UFOs are robots/AI, consciousness is present after death, and humans have anti-gravity technology but it is still classified.
The above-mentioned information was shared by Mr. Eshed in his book “The Universe Beyond the Horizon,” published in November 2020 and discussed in his interview with Israel’s daily newspaper “Yedioth Aharonot.” He had been a director of space programs for the Israel Ministry of Defense for nearly 30 years, is a former chair of the Space Committee of the National Council for Research and Development for the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Space, and is a member of the steering committee of Israel Space Agency. He is responsible for the launch of 20 Israeli-made satellites and is widely cited as the father of Israel’s space program. (Source)
Israel’s former space head Haim Eshed
In the book, Eshed makes implausible claims that include stories of how aliens prevented potential nuclear disasters, including an unspecified nuclear incident during the Bay of Pigs Invasion. Below is the English translation of his interview titled “The UFOs asked not to advertise that they are here, humanity is not yet ready,” where he also discussed the Skinwalker Ranch and alleged contact between aliens and US presidents.
Until recently, Eshed actually managed to hold back, but then Trump officially established the “Space Force”, and the press was given an announcement that the Pentagon’s Task Force for Unidentified Aerial Phenomena” would begin publishing its findings to the public every six months. At the same time, the “Skinwalker” cattle ranch of the American billionaire Robert Bigelow in Utah – a place that was previously suspected to be a favorite destination for extraterrestrials – recorded some things that no amount of popcorn in the world would be enough to watch.
“Unidentified phenomena have now been recorded at this farm,” said Eshed. “A team of scientists from NASA and MIT graduates brought all possible instruments there – cameras, spectrometers, spectrographs, gamma-rays, X-rays, UV, IR, all fields, and they saw things that I was left with my mouth open. I spoke with Prof. Isaac Ben-Israel (currently the chairman of the Space Agency) who was also thrilled.”
'Aliens Exist,' According to Ex-Israeli Space Chief
What did they see there?
“You know the term portal in this context? So you see a UFO appear there – you photograph it in the entire spectrum of the cameras, you see the radiation in all frequencies, it’s raging!”
Could not it be some familiar aircraft?
“No! It shows definite signs of UFOs: crazy accelerations, lack of gravity, 90-degree changes of direction at tremendous speeds, shape-shifting. And all the scientists there are in complete shock.”
And what is the UFO doing?
“ You see the radiation jump, and you see how a shape-changing body arrives, light comes out of it at a frequency that you cannot see with the naked eye – in fact, you do not see anything when you look normally – but with the cameras, at the high frequencies, you see this body perform” Kill from utilization’ – drawing blood from the cattle on the ground in front of your eyes.”
What exactly did they see?
“Something like a cloud like that. Like you draw a ghost for children. It’s like an undefined cloud, amorphous, and the horns come out of it, and you see the cow twitching. And when it’s over, everyone runs to the field to see, and there’s nothing there, no blood – but the cow’s body has a cut which is like with a laser. They removed its organs and pumped the blood! If they had told me that, I would have said: Shit, it’s a show. But professors from MIT and leading researchers have seen and confirmed it, and everyone is shocked. So listen, we have to at least check.”
Why does not Robert Bigelow himself tell about it?
“He received huge funding from NASA as part of programs that my friends there only mumble about under their breath, and he made a written commitment that everything goes to the Pentagon and is housed there. It upsets him that the Ministry of Defense is not ready to release anything.”
…American presidents also testified to this. Truman admitted seeing a whole bunch of aliens over Washington. Nixon, who was a friend of comedian Jackie Gleason and knew he was crazy about UFOs, told him, ‘I’m going to make your life’s dream come true,’ and took him to the White Patterson base and showed him alien bodies. Gleason got depressed about it. Eisenhower’s granddaughter testified that her grandfather had signed an agreement with the aliens, that they would have a secret landing base here in Area 51 in Nevada, that they could come in contact with a small number of people, conduct experiments, and that the condition was that they provide us with technologies — for example, anti-gravity.
Former Israeli Space Official Claims Aliens Are Real
And we received these technologies?
Yes. We have anti-gravity and other things. So why are they hiding from us and how can all the governments and armies in the world be able to cooperate in concealment of this magnitude? Not “all the world governments”. There is a group of partners – the Americans, the Russians, the Japanese, the English, and the Chinese – all coordinated at a level that is still not allowed to publish, and those who asked not to publish it are them.
Who are “them”?
The Galactic Federation. Is there such a thing? It exists. I wrote about it even though it was perceived as a conspiracy theory, but lately former senior generals are also saying to publish [sic], and Trump was on the verge of finding out, and a few mainstream professors are also saying: guys, tell us. But the aliens in the federation say: wait, let the spirits calm down first, do not publish yet because look what’s happening. You’re still fighting each other, you’ll destroy yourself.
Why not come and talk to us directly?
Because it will create panic and collapse humanity. What will happen? The markets will collapse, there will be nothing to eat, people will become cannibals, hospitals will be shut down, all the dark passions will come out, it may be the end – and they are not interested in it. On the contrary, they are constantly keeping track – and there are a lot of reports about it – the nuclear events in the world, they are monitoring all the stations and nuclear weapons bases – I am willing to give you all the things in writing [sic] – and there have been things they have prevented. Know that it is not just luck that the Russians in the Bay of Pigs did not use nuclear weapons against the Americans. Someone neutralized it. Without them I have no doubt that humanity would have already destroyed itself. They want to say to humanity: children, calm down!
Why not make contact when their intentions are peaceful and say so explicitly?
The UFOs have asked not to publish that they are here, humanity is not ready yet. There will be a great rampage of everyone, and what the Inquisition did to guys like Galileo and Copernicus will return. They want to make us sane and understand first. In general, what are space and spacecraft – think, in World War I we did not even have planes – and they do not want mass hysteria here, with the best example being what happened in 1938, with Orson Welles’ World of Wars show, and the police collapsed and everything exploded And what they say is: first of all let’s stand, that the stock markets will not fall, that there will be no rampage, that humanity will calm down a little.
Are we in communication with them regarding the date of publication?
There is an agreement between the U.S. government and aliens – I can not prove it, I understand it sounds like a conspiracy theory – but the understanding is that the Galactic Federation has nine elements of advanced aliens of various kinds, who signed a contract with us to do experiments here.
What interest do they have in us?
There are all kinds of resources here. There is water here in quantities that are not found nowhere else, there is all kinds of vegetation, all kinds of animals, the ocean.
But for an intelligent species more developed than us, how are we useful to them?
We are their petri dish. They too are researching and trying to understand the whole fabric of the universe, and they want us as helpers. To date the petri dish has not been stabilized – but it is estimated that we are reaching this stage: religion is accepting their existence – the Vatican has already announced that it wants to baptize them; the UN has appointed an ambassador for foreign affairs (Molan Othman); the corona calmed everything and brought us closer to them.
Come on, in the present age there is no way such a thing would have been kept secret. How many years have they kept a secret that the earth is not the center of the universe? 1,500 years. Or the ‘Manhattan Project’ (US atomic bomb project)? Do you know how many people worked there? 150 thousand people. How many knew what it was? Three. So if you want to keep such a thing a secret, you can. And there is a terrible, obsessive system of silence, of the Americans, who have decided, under the guidance of the aliens, who are not yet publishing. Robert Bigelow also said: I can not publish the films.
How many life forms are there in space?
There are thousands of stars with conditions similar enough to ours, and serious scientists have identified and documented dozens of life forms – even though the mainstream does not accept it. The closest to us are what we call the ‘grays’, which are gray creatures with large eyes with them.
Where are they in geographic relation to us?
Supposedly some came from the Pleiades, planets that have living conditions we know of – we can not get there, but they can get to us because they are much more advanced. Where else in the neighborhood is there life? “There is an underground base on Mars. There are their representatives there as well as our American astronauts.” How do we know that? “Do you want articles? There are. But science, so far, doesn’t want to hear.”
What does their craft look like?
The big spacecraft is almost the size of a small town. Small spaceships come out of it – most of them robotic, manned by intelligent robots. At first, they will send such robots, primitive to them, or a message we will have to decipher
To reach us they need to move at least at the speed of light. What is their propulsion method – rocket? Nuclear? No. They have a method of producing a bubble that neutralizes time-space, and the tool does not move – space moves, and this is consistent with general relativity. Take for example an ant that wants to get from one end of a page to the other. Now let’s say I folded the page in half – it moves to its other side in a second. That’s how you fold time-space as well.
What do they use to move time-space?
This is a bit of complex physics; motion is based on dark energy – 25 percent of the universe is dark matter – which allows time-space to be distorted and reach other galaxies in no time. You can create a tiny black hole – that, by the way, is what you do with a particle accelerator in Switzerland – that sucks stars out quickly and spits them out. These are technologies that sound like science fiction but we are at the threshold.
And what will happen when they come to us?
Humanity will connect to the fabric of the universe, and once we connect, our science will leap in thousands of years, we will be capable of anti-gravity, we will move between star systems, religion will lose the control it has today – aliens do not believe in religion, they believe in deciphering the fabric of the universe, which is not God, it is math.
Tell me, why are they always described as relatively short creatures, with long necks and big heads?
This is exactly the way the immediate human imagination will see them. No. They have all kinds of shapes – they are a function of the star around which they cluster, and some of them can shapeshift.
Is it biologically feasible?
Yes. Here is an example that you will understand immediately [Eshed points to the heavy wooden table between us]. It’s a table, right? It’s made of atoms. And if the nucleus of the atom is here on the table – do you know where its electron is? Maybe in Rosh Pina, maybe in the middle of nothing. It’s quantum theory; the material is empty.
Even when we die we do not die, because we are made of molecules and atoms, and we move to another energy. You connect back to the cosmic fabric, to the web, to the connection of consciousnesses. You are consciousness. The consciousnesses will not die. Everything you have accumulated is added. It goes to the same network – and everything you have accumulated in your life, the personality, the total of what you have gone through, it accumulates. Stephen Hawking also realized that our consciousness adds to the fabric of the universe. We are building blocks. Stepping stones.
Most of us, whether we believe in the accounts or not, are aware of claims of alien abductions. Strange and bizarre tales of strange entities taking people from their cars, lonely roads, and even their own beds in order to perform experiments in strange locations, usually assumed to be a spacecraft somewhere in outer space.
However, as strange as those accounts might be, one intriguing detail that surfaces in regression sessions more than we might think is of going “under the water”. What’s more, many apparent abductees also speak of being taken not to a spaceship in outer space, but to a secret facility somewhere deep beneath the waters of our very own planet.
An Alien Abducted My Family and I Can Prove It! | This Morning
Husband and wife Betty and Barney Hill claimed to have been abducted on a lonely road in New Hampshire in September 1961. And their claims were met with intrigue from some and outright ridicule from others. There were several investigations of the case, though. As well as a string of hypnotic regression sessions. Opinion remains divided as to the credibility of the account still today.
Under one of these regression sessions – and of interest to us here—Betty makes reference to the strange craft she and her husband had just boarded “entering the water”. She even asks herself out loud (while under hypnosis) if theses strange objects actually went underwater.
It is a detail that has largely been missed aside from some several eagle-eyed UFO researchers. If Betty, and her husband, were taken under the water after entering the strange otherworldly craft, then it changes, if only slightly, the nature of the encounter.[1]
7. Betty Andreasson Taken To A “Museum Of Time” Under The Water!
Aliens & UFOs: The Betty Andreasson Case, considered one of the best cases of UFO abduction
Betty Andreasson claimed she had not only been abducted on one occasion but on several. And what’s more, these encounters went back to when she was a young child. One of these early encounters took place in 1950 when Andreasson was taken from her home. She would soon, though, find herself placed on a wheel-like vehicle that seemed to fly of its own accord. The next thing she knew it entered the waters somewhere off the coast of the United States.
Even stranger, this underwater vehicle took her to a large aquatic base. One there, she was taken through what she would later describe as a “museum of life”. She would claim this held examples of human beings in strange glass containers from all different eras of history.
As we might imagine, this encounter as well as others made by Andreasson are treated with a pinch of salt by many. However, several notable UFO researchers have examined and investigated her claims, which remain some of the most debated in the UFO community.[2]
6. Katharina Wilson Writes Of Aquatic Craft Taking Her To “Navy Vessel”
Perhaps one of the lesser-known claims of alien abduction is that of Katharina Wilson. She would speak in-depth of her experiences in the book Alien Jigsaw. When writing of one encounter, she makes claims such as heading “downward at a very steep angle” towards the water. The next thing she knew, there was “water all around us”.
She was, though, protected from it, and soon realized she was in a strange glass-like tunnel or tube. What’s more, this tunnel was heading downward deep under the sea.
Perhaps even stranger, she would further claim that on another very similar occasion when the strange object she was on board finally surfaced from the water, she was transferred to a military “navy vessel”. This would, if we assume the accounts to be authentic, suggest at least some partial involvement of the military in alien abduction cases.
What you might make of Wilson’s claims is, of course, up to you.[3]
5. Orlando Jorge Ferraudi Taken To A “Giant Underwater Dome!”
Although there is a discrepancy on the dates of the incident (with some sources stating 1956 while others quote 1965), the alien abduction encounter of Orlando Jorge Ferraudi is one of the most intriguing on record.
According to Ferraudi, he was approached by a 7-foot humanoid figure in a shiny “tight-fitting overall” while night-fishing on a beach in Argentina. He was then taken on board a disc-shaped craft and flown under the surface of the water. He would eventually be taken under the Gulf of Mexico and to a “giant underwater dome”. Ferraudi would further state that this underwater facility looked like a “giant igloo”. It was, his hosts informed him, a “base to recondition our ships”.
They would also inform him that genetic experiments had been taking place with humans in such facilities for thousands of years. What’s more, the Earth was seen as a “zoo-like planet” to other alien races throughout the universe. Even more bizarre, all life on Earth was, in some way, part of these genetic experiments, and all had their origins on other worlds.[4]
4. Linda Cortile – Abducted And Taken Under The Water Of The East River
1996 Budd Hopkins Hears of New Danger from Linda Cortile rev 022214
The alleged alien abduction of Linda Cortile is perhaps one of the more well-known of such cases, mainly as it was investigated by veteran UFO researcher, Budd Hopkins. However, it is one specific part of the abduction that is of interest to us here.
Unbeknown to Hopkins when he first took on the case of Linda Cortile – who claimed she was abducted from her high-rise New York apartment in November 1989 – was that several people had witnessed the incident from the ground below.
On the evening in question, two security guards—known as “Richard” and “Dan”—were driving near the Brooklyn Bridge. Their passenger was eventually revealed to be the security-general of the United Nations, Javier Perez de Cuellar. As they were driving, for no obvious reason, the car engine died. When they got out to investigate, they were shocked to see Cortile, along with three strange figures, floating through the air. What’s more, they were heading toward a disc-shaped object. Once inside, the craft made a sharp turn and crashed into the waters of the East River. In an instant it was out of sight below the surface.
Several months before the two security guards came forward with their information, Cortile (under hypnotic regression) had made some intriguing statements. She claimed to Hopkins that the UFO she was in had come to a sudden stop “under the water”. What’s more, she could see out through a window. She would recall seeing general garbage such as soft drinks bottles on the bed of the water. Was she recalling her journey to the depths of the East River?[5]
3.Filiberto Cardenas – From A Lonely Miami Road To A “Large Hangar” Under The Sea
Filiberto Cardenas Abduction and Contact Case
While driving with a friend and their family on the outskirts of Miami in 1979, Filiberto Cardenas was subject to one of the strangest abduction encounters on record. After exiting the vehicle to see why the car engine had suddenly stopped, Cardenas noticed a huge disc-like craft overhead. The next thing he knew, a beam of light had struck him and was lifting him toward the craft. His friend and those in the car witnessed the entire thing and reported him missing.
After a two-hour search Cardenas was eventually found, dazed and confused in the middle of a busy highway around 10 miles from his car. Following a medical test, he was allowed to return home. However, when he sought hypnotic regression several months later, he would recall what had happened following his capture by the strange beam.
After several strange experiments by bizarre humanoid creatures on board the disc-shaped craft, he was placed inside a smaller vehicle. This then appeared to launch and guide itself. It would head toward the water, breaking the surface and entering an underwater tunnel. Cardenas would eventually find himself in a “large hangar” somewhere under the sea.
What perhaps makes Cardenas’ account even more intriguing is that he was given several predictions of upcoming world events by his hosts, some of which would prove to be eerily accurate.[6]
2. Anna Jamerson Not Sure If Her Alien Abductors Took Her Under The Water
In her book Connections, Anna Jamerson would describe several apparent alien abduction encounters. And although they were not as direct as some on our list, the details she would offer are very suggestive of underwater activity.
For example, one encounter she writes of speaks of how she was in a strange craft when she noticed a “huge ocean liner coming at me, bow first”. The next thing she knew it appeared the ocean liner was above her. Or more to the point, she had been taken under the surface of the water below it.
Perhaps the most startling detail, though, is when she writes of being in such a craft before entering a “long tunnel with soft sides”. What’s more, there appeared to be green light at the end of it. Were the “soft sides” actually water around the tunnel, like the glass-like tunnels described by Katharina Wilson?
These revelations were made under hypnotic regression. However, at this crucial point, the therapist conducting the session directed her away from the green light. This means that Jamerson, like the rest of us, remains ignorant of what the encounter might have actually been, or where it took place.[7]
1. Was Fred Valentich’s Vanishing A Case Of Aquatic Alien Abduction?
The Disappearance Of Frederick Valentich | Unsolved Mysteries #1
The disappearance of Fred Valentich in 1978 could fill an entire volume in its own right. Perhaps not least as it remains unsolved over 40 years later. There remains debate still today as to just what happened to the young pilot from the southeast of Australia. It is, though, a case that UFO researchers have long claimed to be one of alien abduction. And one that possibly involved an underwater base somewhere under the waters of the Bass Strait.
It was while Valentich was flying over this mysterious stretch of water that he radioed the control tower. He would state there was an unknown object flying over the top of him, and it was obvious he was panicked. Several minutes after the first transmission, he claimed that whatever the object was “it was not an airplane”. Then, he simply vanished. The last sound the control tower heard was a chilling screeching of metal-on-metal.
A huge search of the region went ahead, but no sign of Valentich or his plane ever surfaced. Of even more interest, several witnesses in the region reported seeing a strange object around the same time as Valentich’s radio calls. One of the most intriguing was that of Roy Manifold, who would even capture a photo of the strange object. It was, though, the claims of his son, Jason, that were of most interest. He would state that after his father had returned inside, he remained where he was, listening to a plane somewhere in the distance. Then, “as if someone had turned it off” the plane went suddenly silent?
Was Valentich a victim of alien abduction? And if so, was he taken to one of the strange facilities that many researchers believe are deep under the surface of the Earth’s oceans?[8]
Seeing lights in the sky is perhaps one thing, even if these strange, unknown objects are witnessed close-up. However, seeing such craft with humanoid beings on board is completely another. The same can be said of closer, direct encounters with humanoid creatures presumably from another world.
There are more recorded accounts of such encounters than many people might think, ranging from standoffs with mysterious beast-like men who vanish into thin air to outright abduction by dark humanoid figures who spread nothing but feelings of menace and fear. Here are ten of the most intriguing of these alleged otherworldly encounters.
While skiing near the village of Imjarvi, Finland, in the late afternoon of January 7, 1970, experienced skiers Aarno Heinonen and Esko Viljo each came to a stop on a glade they would regularly use to rest. As they did so, each could hear a strange buzzing sound nearby. As they scanned the darkening sky, they focused in on a strange light moving quickly toward them. The buzzing sound became louder and louder as the light came closer.
When the object came within roughly 3 meters (10 ft) of the pair, it emitted a strange “red gray mist” which cloaked the craft and its immediate surroundings entirely. As the two men looked on, a sudden, intensely bright beam of light shot out from underneath the craft.
As the two men recovered from the temporary blindness caused by the sudden light, Heinonen suddenly felt as if “someone pulled him backwards” and almost fell back to the ground. As his feet became steady once more, both men noticed “the creature” standing in the glow of the lit tube. In its grip was a strange black box, itself appearing to be illuminated from inside by a yellow glow. After a few moments, the creature, which the men would describe as humanoid adult but with the “frame of a child,” pointed the box toward Heinonen, sending red-gray mist and a flurry of sparks in his direction. As the mist’s thickness grew, so did the light, until suddenly, the craft and the humanoid were gone. Heinonen, however, found that his right leg was numb and needed assistance from his friend in returning home. He would later pass black urine.[1]
The incident is believed by many researchers to be genuine, although some of the claims made by Heinonen of interactions with “blond alien women” following the encounter were not received quite so well and ultimately damaged his credibility.
The following year saw more humanoid sightings in Finland, this time in Kinnula.[2] On February 2, 1971, just after 8:00 PM, two women driving toward Oulu through Kinnula noticed that they were being followed by a strange light above them. The light eventually caught up to their car, which caused the driver to bring it to a halt. As she did so, the light suddenly vanished. However, where it was now stood a 90-centimeter-tall (3′) humanoid in a brown-green suit and a tight-fitting helmet. It looked at the two women before disappearing into the woods at the side of the road. Rather than pursue it, the ladies sped toward their destination.
Three days later, in the same region, two lumberjacks would witness a similar humanoid creature. Petter Aliranta and Esko Sneck decided to pack up for the day just after 3:00 PM as the snow continued to fall and looked to get heavier. As they did so, Aliranta noticed a silver disc hovering silently over a clearing in the trees.
The object would land shortly after, and a moment later, a roughly meter-tall humanoid creature emerged from the clearing. Dressed in a one-piece suit of green and wearing a helmet with a face mask similar to that of a scuba diver, the strange being started toward the two men. Sneck turned his industrial chainsaw toward it, which forced the being to retreat back toward its craft. According to the report, both men then gave chase, with Aliranta even managing to grab the creature’s heel, which resulted in a shot of pain entering his entire body. Seconds later, the silver disc, with the short humanoid back on board, lifted into the air, shot upward, and vanished.
8. The Luumaki Encounter
A third distinct humanoid sighting occurred in Finland half a decade prior to our first two entries in the summer of 1965 in the small town of Luumaki.[3] One particular afternoon, the Kuningas family were picking blueberries in the thick woodland. Parents Matti and Maria and their two children Tapani and Teuvo were the only ones in the area. It was a little after 12:00 PM, and with the entire area to themselves, they decided to spread out so that they could pick as much fruit as possible before heading home.
As the family were doing so, Matti began to hear a strange “bubbling” sound coming from above. Although it took him several moments, a scan of his surroundings revealed a “man-like” figure positioned on a rocky slope above and to the front of him. The figure looked at Matti intently for several moments before it started out in his direction. It was around 100 centimeters (3’3″) tall and of a particularly strong and robust build, with thick, orange skin. Matti watched the creature getting closer and closer, rooted to the spot, his legs refusing to respond to his desire to flee.
Once the strange beast-man was only yards away from him, however, it simply vanished into thin air. Matti spun around, surveying the woodland around him. The creature, though, was nowhere to be seen. The youngest Kuningas child, Teuvo, would later state to his parents when Matti was telling them of the incident that he had seen the creature approaching his father from the other side of the field. He also saw it simply disappear into nothing.
7. The Salzburg Abduction
According to a report in the December 1957 edition of British Columbia’s Prince George Citizen newspaper, an American soldier, while stationed in Salzburg, Austria, in the summer of 1951, was alleged to have been abducted by aliens, largely before such a phenomenon was widespread and part of human culture.[4]
The anonymous soldier worked as a driver and had just finished for the evening. He was making his way home at a little after 11:00 PM and decided to take a shortcut through some abandoned brush. As he did so, he saw a dark humanoid shape head toward him out of nowhere. The figure pointed an unseen device at the soldier, which paralyzed him immediately. The entity then fixed a strange black patch to his torso and, with the device, managed to control the soldier’s movements. It “dragged” him to a waiting craft as if with an invisible rope.
The soldier would claim to have been taken to a transparent room inside the ship, which then took off into space. He described the creature as about 152 centimeters (5′) tall, pale-skinned, and completely bald. Perhaps the most unusual aspect, though, were the eyes, which the witness likened to “that of a fly” and said were “eyes within eyes.” The soldier claimed the ship landed on a “paradise-like” planet, which he said might have been Mars. He was then flown back to Earth and taken to the spot of his abduction.
According to the newspaper article, the investigator who took the soldier’s account tried several times to lead the soldier into revealing his story to be false, but all attempts to trip him up failed.
6. The Encounter Of Filiberto Cardenas
Filiberto Cardenas was not only abducted by aliens, according to his claims and revelations through hypnotic regression only months after his 1979 encounter, but he has given several eerily accurate predictions of upcoming events.[5]
During the early evening of January 3, Filiberto was riding with his friend, Fernando, around the outskirts of Miami, Florida, in search of a pig for a barbecue. Suddenly, their vehicle lost power and came to a halt. Both men exited the vehicle and headed to the hood to see what the problem was. As they did, each could hear a humming sound coming from above them. Then they noticed the strange lights and illumination in the bodywork of the car, while at the same time realizing they were completely paralyzed.
Suddenly, Filiberto began to rise from the ground and into a bright light emanating from the craft. Then, he was gone. Fernando’s paralysis wore off just in time for him to see the craft disappear into the sky. Filiberto would turn up in the middle of a busy road two hours later, around 16 kilometers (10 mi) from where his car had come to a halt. Miami police picked him up, and after contacting his family and Fernando (who had reported Filiberto missing), he was released from their custody. Incidentally, this case is purported as the first time an official police report acknowledged that a person had disappeared as a “consequence of witnessing a UFO.”
Filiberto would seek hypnotic regression around six months later. His revelations were extremely similar to many other alleged alien abduction victims. He told of being stuck in a strange seat in a large room, held in place by a “suction device” on his back. He was subjected to several experiments and remembered several “small needles” piercing his skull. The aliens began to attempt communication with him. They would speak in several languages, adjusting a device in their hands after each one. After going through German and English, they finally settled on Spanish, which Filiberto understood.
Filiberto recalled being given information telepathically while viewing events on strange screens all around him. He would then tell of upcoming events, including a warning of a “city that is going to be destroyed [ . . . ] the capital of Mexico.” Six years later in 1985, Mexico City was struck by an earthquake that did indeed completely level part of city. He also stated that “almost all the great population centers of California will all go into the sea.” In Newsweek in March 1983, an article would tell of several coastal areas that had been lost to coastal erosion, the properties having fallen into the sea. Filiberto is also purported to have predicted the presidency of Ronald Reagan and the AIDS epidemic, among other things.
5. The Abduction Somewhere Between Columbus And Mansfield
As you might have guessed by the title of this entry, the exact details, such as the date and, indeed, the location, are uncertain. Perhaps that is because it came during an absolute wave of UFO and humanoid sightings throughout 1973, particularly the second half of the year.[6] As the witness drove along Interstate 71 in Ohio in late September, he noticed a strange light following his vehicle. He believed he blacked out shortly after spotting the light, as the next thing he knew, his location had changed, yet the car was still speeding along the road with him behind the wheel. He would gather his thoughts and continue on his journey. Only when he realized that he couldn’t account for an hour of missing time did he seek hypnotic regression.
According to his regression sessions, shortly after the strange light had appeared behind his car, he turned off the main highway and on to a lonely dirt road. He didn’t know why he was doing so. It was as if his actions were being controlled. Suddenly, he noticed “three entities” surrounding his vehicle. He then saw a large UFO descending toward them. The next thing he knew, he was on a table with the strange beings all around him. They were conducting various experiments on him and examining his body. One of them placed a device near his head, and an intensely bright flash assaulted his eyes. His next memory is of waking in his speeding car, back on the main highway.
4. The Boianai Visitants Over Papua New Guinea
Throughout the summer of 1959 in Papua New Guinea, missionary Father William Gill and many other witnesses would see strange lights in the skies.[7] For two evenings in particular, beginning on June 26, Gill, along with 37 other people, would witness the UFOs close-up. What’s more, on board these strange, otherworldly ships were four humanoid beings who acknowledged the onlookers by waving at them several times. Among the witnesses were many professionals, such as doctors and teachers, a fact which, along with Gill’s good standing and general believability, makes the case one of the most intriguing and credible.
Although the sightings had been happening for several months, this was the first time the craft had come so close so that the witnesses could make out occupants. The visitors would respond to the welcoming calls of the onlookers by waving back at them. When Gill used Morse Code with his torch, the humanoids used their lights on their craft to respond in kind.
Although many witnesses and, in turn, investigators would conclude the occupants to be of extraterrestrial origin, not least because of the ultra-futuristic craft, Gill himself would state his belief that they were human. Furthermore, he believed the craft was a secret military venture.
Although as many people cast doubt on the incident as find it genuine, the encounter of Jan Wolski in 1978 now has a stone monument in the place of the apparent meeting between him and humanoid alien beings.[8] In fact, many in the UFO community place this encounter as the first recorded incident of an alien abduction in Poland.
On May 10, 1978, 71-year-old Jan Wolski was driving his horse and cart through the forest area near Emilcin in Poland. It was a little after 8:00 AM, and only he and his horse were on the pathway. That was until he noticed two strange humanoid figures ahead of him. If that wasn’t bizarre enough, as he went to pass these mystery entities, they “hopped” onto his wagon, positioning themselves behind Wolski, who continued forward for want of a better idea of what to do.
Each of the figures was dressed almost entirely in black and was around 152 centimeters (5′) tall. He noticed their faces and hands to be a light shade of green. He would later recall that they spoke to each other in “thin voices” in a language that was “unknown to [him].”
As Wolski came to an opening, he noticed a huge, silver-white, oblong craft “hovering the air.” He likened it to the shape of a bus and noted how it glowed in the morning sun, with no seams or joints anywhere on its exterior. He would enter the craft via a waiting lift. Once inside, one of the beings placed two strange gray discs over his body. They would turn him around so that all of his body was exposed temporarily to these discs. It is possible that these were some kind of scanning or X-ray devices. After that, without incident, the beings motioned for him to leave, which he did after wishing them goodbye with a bow—something they returned to him.
While some believe the account to be false, Wolski attained no apparent financial gain or lasting notoriety following the encounter. Ultimately, opinion remains divided regarding the Emilcin incident.
2. The 1996 Fife Incident
On the evening of September 23, 1996, in Fife, Scotland, two women and a child would witness out-of-this-world events following a last-minute trip to the shops for coffee.[9] Mary Morrison (not her real name), her visiting friend Jane, and Mary’s son Peter set off at a little after 8:00 PM. As they drove along the road, they witnessed a strange, bright light which seemed to “split in two.” As they watched from the car, a huge, triangular craft with red lights on its underside passed overhead. It soon disappeared from sight. Perplexed and shocked, they continued on to the shop.
On the return journey, however, they saw the strange craft again. This time, it came extremely close to their car, hovering overhead for several seconds. After returning home, Mary reported the incident, and then the three of them, along with Mary’s daughter Susan, headed back out at the UFO investigator’s request to see if they could spot anything more of interest. As they approached the place where they had seen the strange craft, each could see an illuminated area at the edge of a field ahead. They stopped the car and positioned themselves behind a wall in order to watch events a little more closely. They could clearly see “several thin figures” moving back and forth to a huge object on the ground. Each of the figures seemed to be carrying a cube or a box.
They would return to the scene a fourth time, this time with binoculars. As they watched the entities that “were clearly not human,” a cocoon-shaped capsule raced toward their location. Although it is not entirely clear what happened following this, initial hypnotic regression would suggest an abduction incident took place before the four people were returned to their car, which is their next clear memory following the capsule’s arrival. The incident remains unexplained.
1. The Corroborative Sighting Of Edith Boatright
Although the sighting of Edith Boatright was intriguing, and ultimately important from a corroborative standpoint, it came off the back of the Piedmont High School basketball team sighting, seen at the time to be the “main” case by UFO investigators.[10] On the cold winter evening of February 21, 1973, following a heartbreaking loss in a high school playoff game, the team coach, two staff members, and three players witnessed an intensely bright craft as they made their way home to Piedmont, Missouri, along Highway 60. They would ultimately watch the craft for several minutes from the roadside as it hovered over a field.
At the same time as their sighting, Edith Boatright was lying in bed when she noticed a strange, bright, flashing light from outside her bedroom window. Her farmhouse was around 19 kilometers (12 mi) from the Piedmont High School bus and the members of the basketball team. She peered out of the window, and to her amazement, she could see a huge craft hovering over a field. Flashing lights of red, green, and white lit up its surroundings, including the window of Edith’s bedroom. Most intriguing of all, however, was her determined claim that she could see people moving about inside the craft. She watched it, and the beings, for several minutes before the ship vanished at great speed. It is almost certain that the craft Edith witnessed was the same one the Piedmont High School basketball team members and coaches saw.

Alien Abduction or Truth? The Charles Hickson Case That Passed the Polygraph Test
Alien Abduction or Truth? The Charles Hickson Case That Passed the Polygraph Test
One of the most compelling stories of alien abduction took place on the night of October 11, 1973, in Pascagoula, Mississippi. Two men, Charles Hickson and Calvin Parker, experienced a bizarre and traumatic event that would go on to become one of the most famous UFO cases in American history. What sets this case apart from other similar reports is that both men passed polygraph tests, providing a degree of credibility to their account. The Pascagoula incident remains one of the most intriguing alien abduction stories to date.
The Incident: A Night of Fishing Gone Wrong
On that fateful evening, Hickson, a 42-year-old Korean War veteran and shipyard foreman, and his friend Calvin Parker, a 19-year-old welder, were fishing along the Pascagoula River. As they enjoyed the quiet night, they were suddenly startled by a strange zipping sound and two flashing blue lights. Turning around, they saw an oval-shaped, hovering object, approximately 30-40 feet across and 8-10 feet high, descend towards them. The craft appeared to defy the laws of gravity, hovering just above the ground.
Before the two men could react, three strange creatures emerged from the craft. The beings were described as having no necks, coarse, wrinkled skin, and standing around five feet tall. Their movements were mechanical, and they glided toward Hickson and Parker. The men later reported being paralyzed, unable to move but fully conscious, as they were floated aboard the hovering craft.
Inside the spacecraft, both men claimed to have undergone a terrifying examination. Hickson described an “electronic eye” that scanned his body, while Parker recalled being laid on a table, subjected to a thorough physical examination by a more human-like, feminine creature. Both men said they were given telepathic reassurances not to be afraid, but the experience left them traumatized.
The Aftermath: Reporting the Incident
After being released from the spacecraft, Hickson and Parker were left standing at the river’s edge, completely shaken. Still in shock, the men initially hesitated to report the incident, but eventually decided to contact local authorities. They first called Keesler Air Force Base, only to be told that UFO encounters were no longer within their jurisdiction. With nowhere else to turn, they went to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.
Skeptical at first, the sheriff’s deputies interviewed the men separately and even placed them in a room wired for sound, hoping to catch them in a lie. However, their conversation, recorded when they thought they were alone, only reinforced the deputies’ belief that the men were genuinely terrified by something unexplainable.
The story quickly gained national attention. News outlets across the country reported on the Pascagoula abduction, and Hickson, in particular, became a media sensation. Despite the attention, both men maintained the truth of their account, never deviating from their original story.
Passing the Polygraph Test: The Truth or Belief?
A key moment in the investigation was the administration of polygraph tests, which both men passed. Charles Hickson’s polygraph test was conducted by a New Orleans firm on October 30, 1973, just weeks after the incident. The examiner stated that Hickson was truthful in his belief that he had been abducted by extraterrestrial beings.
Skeptics have pointed out that passing a polygraph test does not definitively prove the truth of an event. Instead, it shows that the person being tested believes they are telling the truth. However, the fact that both Hickson and Parker passed their polygraph tests adds a layer of complexity to the case, as they demonstrated strong conviction in the accuracy of their bizarre experience.
The Public Reaction and Ongoing Interest
Hickson, more open to sharing his story, appeared on popular talk shows like The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson and To Tell the Truth. Despite the public interest, Parker shied away from the limelight, choosing a quieter life, though he never contradicted his earlier statements.
In the years that followed, other witnesses came forward to support the men’s claims. For example, Mike Cataldo, a retired Navy officer, later reported seeing a strange, hovering object in the sky the same night near the Pascagoula River. Cataldo’s account described an object with flashing lights, spinning in the sky, and disappearing after hovering for about 30 seconds.
Despite the corroborative testimonies, skeptics, including renowned UFO debunkers like Philip Klass, challenged Hickson and Parker’s story. Klass pointed to inconsistencies in Hickson’s descriptions of the creatures, noting that his accounts changed over time. Others suggested that the men had entered a state of sleep paralysis and hallucinated the entire experience.
Theories and Skepticism: Was It Real?
Skeptics have tried to explain the incident in various ways. Joe Nickell, a prominent paranormal investigator, suggested that Hickson and Parker might have entered a hypnagogic state, a condition where a person experiences sleep paralysis and vivid hallucinations. This could explain the sensations of paralysis and the strange visual and auditory experiences the men reported.
Additionally, some investigators raised concerns about the polygraph tests. They noted that the polygraph examiner was relatively inexperienced, and Hickson had refused to take another test conducted by a more seasoned expert. These factors have led some to question the legitimacy of the tests and the overall story.

The Most Convincing Alien Abduction Victim (He Passed The Polygraph Test)
The Pascagoula alien abduction case remains one of the most perplexing UFO encounters in American history. With both men passing polygraph tests, numerous eyewitnesses coming forward, and their consistent storytelling over the years, the incident continues to baffle investigators. Charles Hickson passed away in 2011, and Calvin Parker in 2023, yet their experience still ignites debate among believers and skeptics alike.
Was it a genuine alien abduction, a shared hallucination, or something else entirely? The Pascagoula incident leaves us with more questions than answers, but it stands as one of the most convincing cases in the annals of UFO lore, made even more compelling by the fact that its key witnesses passed a polygraph test, indicating that—at least in their minds—their terrifying experience was very real.

The abduction of Betty Andreasson Luca is considered to be one of the most documented cases in the history of Ufology. The woman from Massachusetts experienced multiple abductions, and her case is widely studied by UFO researchers. It became popular after the publication of the best-selling novel “The Andreasson Affair,” which came out in the late 1970s. She attended many radio shows and TV interviews where she discussed her encounter with grey aliens and even drew sketches of the incident.
Betty Andreasson was born on January 7, 1937, to Waino and Eva Aho. She went to school in Westminster and Gardner MA and had a great interest in art since childhood, which later became her passion. Betty married twice and with her first husband, she gave birth to seven children. She met her second husband Bob Luca in 1977.
Betty Andreasson Luca
According to the official reports, on the evening of January 25, 1967, Betty was at home with her seven children and parents. At around 6:30 p.m., she was busy in the kitchen when the lights in the house started blinking strangely. Soon after it, the kitchen’s window was hit by a reddish light beam, and the whole house went out of electricity. The children got terrified with the scene and Betty tried to calm them down. Her father looked out to find the source of the light and saw five strange-looking humanoid creatures walking right towards the house. Before he could understand the situation, the beings walked inside the house through the door which put the whole family in a state of shock.
Betty Andreasson during one of her hypnotic regression sessions
One creature went to Betty’s father while the other four came to her, and one of them started talking with her telepathically. The one who was made telepathic contact with Betty was about 5 feet tall, while others were shorter than him. The description by the witnesses was similar to the modern illustration of grey aliens. They had only slits on their mouth, three fingers in one hand, and wore a blue-colored one-piece suit.
Betty was frightened but at the same time, she felt calm by the friendly nature of the beings. They did not harm any member of the family and even released her daughter from a state of unawareness. Then she was taken outside and boarded on their saucer-shaped craft with a small dome that was standing in the backyard. After that, the ship went up in the air and merged with the mothership where Betty went through medical tests and was under the effects of strange equipment. Later, she was taken to some strange place where she felt much pain which, according to her, was a “spiritual experience.”
UFO sketch by Betty Andreasson
Later that night, Betty returned home at 10:40 p.m. and found her family still in a frozen state, where one of the aliens was watching them in her absence. Then the family was put to bed by the beings and the aliens left. What’s more, she forgot about her abduction until undergoing hypnotherapy in later years.
Betty said in some of her interviews that the creatures were angelic in nature but not biblical. She is a religious person, had only some school education and did not understand much about UFOs. Only after this bizarre experience, she understood that whatever she had experienced that night was much like a UFO abduction
In 1975, Dr. Allen J Hynek posted an ad in the newspaper to learn more about the abduction experiences and asked help from common people. Betty answered his ad by sending a letter, but it was rejected due to its unusual details. It was only in 1977 when her case was deeply investigated by the experts including a solar physicist, an electronics engineer, an aerospace engineer, a telecommunications specialist, and a UFO investigator.
Her case was first investigated by Jules Vaillancourt, a Mutual UFO Network investigator in 1977. He said: “What I found most amazing about Betty was her ability to draw. The detail of the (space) craft and the beings she drew under hypnosis were such that it really made me believe there was something to this.”
He also added that the detective who had given a psychological stress evaluation to Betty and her daughter believed in her story. She even spoke the language of aliens under hypnosis. Her case investigation continued for 12 months where she and her daughter had gone through hypnosis sessions, lie detector tests, and a psychiatric interview. Both mother and daughter passed them with a genuine reaction. Author and UFO researcher Raymond E. Fowler wrote five books on her UFO experiences that include the famous “The Andreasson Affair” series.
During one of her hypnotic regression sessions, she remembered one of the early abductions that occurred to her in childhood. It took place in 1950 when she was taken from her home into a spacecraft as usual. But this time, the craft was flying toward an ocean or sea. She was terrified that the craft would crash into the water. But the ship submerged into the water and entered into a kind of tunnel. Betty could see everything underwater, as the place was filled with light. What she said next under hypnosis is so bizarre that even gave a chill to Fowler.
Betty Andreasson drew what Fowler called Museum of Time
She saw people from all eras, different races, encased in the glass container. Fowler called it “The Museum of Time.” Betty said that people in the container were in old-fashioned clothes, and there were uncountable cubicles with humans inside at that underwater base.
Fowler wrote that when he listened to her one of the regression session recordings, his mind blew up as he found it difficult to believe. “A cold chill coursed through my body when Betty was describing people and animals enclosed in glassy cubicles in an icy cavern.”
Betty Andreasson and her second husband Bob Luca
Betty traveled a lot across the country, attending numerous TV interviews and radio shows and lecturing about her UFO experiences. She and her husband Bob Luca had been unsettled for many years until 1995 when they moved to Virginia. They lived in VA for 5 years and then moved to Florida. Shed died on March 18, 2022.

If all the reports of mysterious objects buzzing our skies are taken as true encounters, the Earth appears to be under assault.
But spoiler alert: For the chief leader of the SETI Institute, established to search for and understand life beyond Earth, there's a need to step back and cuddle up to a cup of cosmic reality.
"We don't have any evidence of any credible source that would indicate the presence of alien technology in our skies. And we never have," said Bill Diamond, president and chief executive officer of the SETI Institute, headquartered in Mountain View, California. "The idea that the government is keeping something like this secret is just totally absurd. There's no motivation to do so."

U.S. Finds No Evidence of Alien Technology in Flying Objects, but Can’t Rule It Out, Either
SETI is a key research contractor to NASA and the National Science Foundation, and collaborates with industry partners throughout Silicon Valley. Space.com caught up with Diamond for a close-encounter with his own thoughts and counterpoints to claims of alien visitation and to ask whether there's any signal in all the UFO noise.

Thought experiment
Diamond said that, while we should not outright rule out the possibility that we might someday discover evidence of alien technology in our skies, "we should equally not jump to the conclusion that UFOs are alien technology in the absence of any compelling evidence to that effect. And there is no compelling evidence," he contends.
To help visualize why, Diamond urges people to try a thought experiment.
The fastest spacecraft that humans have ever built and continues to head outward from Earth is NASA's New Horizons spacecraft. It was hurled outward back in January 2006, cruising by Pluto and is still adding mileage to its odometer.
"If you sent that spacecraft to our closest neighbor star, Alpha Centauri, it would take 80,000 years to get there," said Diamond. "Any civilization that has mastered the ability to traverse the incomprehensibly vast distances of interstellar space would have technology so far advanced from our own as to be beyond our comprehension."
The closest star system to the Earth is the Alpha Centauri group at a distance of 4.3 light-years. The NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope snagged this view of Alpha Centauri A (on the left) and Alpha Centauri B (on the right), appearing as cosmic headlamps in the dark. (Image credit: ESA/NASA)
It would be much like a smartphone to a Neanderthal, Diamond suggested.
"If such beings exist, they would likely send hardware here first and not biology, and they certainly wouldn't crash-land in our deserts," he said, like the alleged and highly acclaimed 1947 nose-dive of a UFO and its accident-prone occupants near Roswell, New Mexico.
In short haul language, that's a long way to travel and run out of braking fluid.
Where's the mothership?
"Long before they sent any craft into our sky they would have some understanding of what they were dealing with," Diamond observed, "as they would already know everything about our atmosphere, our airspace, our technology and more."
It just wouldn't happen, Diamond emphasized.
"And if it did they wouldn't leave them behind. And by the way, if you have a small craft zipping around in our airspace, where is the mothership? And if they didn't want to be observed, they wouldn't be!"

Connective tissue
All the same, in the public mind, is there some kind of connective tissue between SETI and UFOs?
"There is definitely connective tissue," Diamond responded. "Why do people have these beliefs? It is because they want to believe. Nobody really wants to think that this Earth is the only place in the vastness of space where life has emerged. Even that idea is also kind of absurd."
For example, Diamond points to the revelations cranked out by the NASA Kepler mission, lofted in March 2009.
That hunter/data-gatherer spacecraft discovered more than 2,700 planets beyond our solar system. Compiling deep space data for nine years, the message from Kepler: there are billions of unseen planets, indeed, more planets than stars.
Statistical probability
"Statistically speaking, every single star in the sky has one or more planets around it," Diamond pointed out. Furthermore, 50 percent or more of these are Earth-like (rocky surface and similar size) and in the habitable zone of their host star, he said.
"That implies the existence of tens of billions of potentially habitable worlds in our galaxy alone," Diamond said. "So indeed, the statistical probability that we are alone in the Universe is zero. Surely there is life beyond Earth!"
But the presence, both in space and time, as well as proximity, of advanced alien civilizations is another matter completely, Diamond continued. "There are innumerable variables, all of which in the sciences of astrobiology, planetary science, astronomy and astrophysics, we are trying to figure out."
Accidental observations

Diamond questions why any alien civilization would send biology when they could isntead send hardware.
"The farthest things we have sent into space are hardware. And that's logical," said Diamond. "But if you did send beings and the most interesting thing you can do is draw circles in crops … come on!"
One other scoop of skepticism Diamond added is that every single UFO — now tied to the term Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) — are all "accidental observations."
"Therefore, they are highly unreliable. They don't have instrumentation, technology, or methodology to discern what they are looking at," said Diamond.
Lastly, the SETI Institute leader said if the government actually believed in ET buzzing our planet, where's the study money?
"The lack of government funding to study UAP/UFO is evidence of either the government being quite certain that there's nothing to these accidental observations — or — the government preferring that we not use available technology to closely watch our skies because of our own human technologies that are being developed — in secret," said Diamond.
"I think that's the most compelling bit of evidence against the idea that we've got visitors in our skies," Diamond concluded.

Bob Lazar is a controversial figure in the UFOlogy community, who claims to have worked on reverse engineering extraterrestrial technology at a site called S-4, located near Area 51 in Nevada. Moreover, Gene Huff, Lazar’s former colleague, also claimed to have worked at S-4 and seen extraterrestrial spacecraft.
There is a video of Bob Lazar hanging with Huff and Lear in the Nevada desert. It is claimed that Lazar reportedly took Gene Huff and five other people to the edge of Groom Mountain on two consecutive weeks, where they could observe strange, glowing objects lifting off the mountain. They managed to dodge security patrol to witness these events.

It is claimed that Lazar reportedly took Gene Huff and five other people to the edge of Groom Mountain on two consecutive weeks, where they could observe strange, glowing objects lifting off the mountain. They managed to dodge security patrol to witness these events.
“It came up above the same mountain, moved around it, and did a step move. It actually went up in the air like this and hovered then dropped way down then it just floated around and cruised around and then it started coming up to the mountain range,” Huff said.
A videotape was recorded during one of the trips to the groom mountains, where all the witnesses saw a bright light moving up in the sky. At some point, John Lear, who had worked for the CIA as a pilot, appeared in the video, speaking of his experience during the trip. He admitted visiting eight miles due east of Groom Lake, Nevada, at the government secret test site on March 22, 1989.
Still from Bob Lazar and Friends Filming Test Flight Alien Craft at Area 51 (1989)
Lear said:
“March 22nd, 1989, we’re standing just about eight miles due east of Groom Lake, Nevada – the super-government secret test site – and just a few minutes ago, we saw one of the government’s extraterrestrial UFOs fly over there. We all watched it for about seven or eight minutes. Right here, I have my Celestron scope, it’s eight inches, and I had it focused in for about 15 seconds and saw it myself. In fact, it is what it is.
We are going to stay here for another couple of hours here to see if we can show you, folks, an actual extraterrestrial flying saucer being flown by the government. So if you just came by and we’ll be looking over that mountain, which is where they are. They also come over here, which is over at Bald Mountain.
There is some lights over there which you cannot see but there are a number of trucks. We do not know whether they are looking down here…We are standing on public land. It is completely legal where we are. And if you’d like to come here later in the show, we’ll tell you exactly how to get you…We have Bob Lazar and we have Joy Lazar, Bob’s wife and we have Gene Huff. This mission was organized tonight by Bob Lazar, who is a theoretical physicist who works at Groom Lake.”
Gene Huff testimony
Gene Huff
Before going into Huff’s statement on the incident, we should know the relationship between Lazar and Huff. Huff has a background in real estate appraisal and has known Lazar for many years, both before and after his alleged involvement in a flying disc reverse engineering program at S-4. In “The Lazar Synopsis by Gene Huff,” he wrote that he was introduced to Bob Lazar in the mid-1980s after moving to Las Vegas in 1979.
Along with Lazar, Huff co-produced the video “The Lazar Tape and Excerpts from the Government Bible” and wrote the screenplay for “S4, The Bob Lazar Story,” which has been considered by Hollywood studios but has not yet been made into a film. Huff has also been involved in other ventures with Lazar, such as co-owning Tri-Dot Productions and producing the “Desert Blast” summer event featuring fireworks, guns, and explosives.
Huff wrote: “The first Wednesday, March 22, 1989, we arrived right at dusk, turned our lights off, and went in about 5 miles on the Groom Lake road. Soon we saw a bright light rise above the mountains which were between us and S4. The light begins jumping and dancing around, doing step moves in the sky, then would come to a dead stop and hover, etc.”
He continued: “The light repeated this type of activity for a few minutes, which was thrilling, but it was so far away we could only see so much. This activity by the object was blatant, and it wasn’t our eyes playing tricks on us with starlight and planet light being distorted by the atmosphere or clouds or anything of that sort. Eventually, the light slowly sat back down behind the mountains.”
During their next visits on consecutive Wednesdays (March 29 and April 5, 1989), Huff said they observed a disc-shaped object in the sky that appeared to approach closer to them and had a bright glow, which they attributed to its method of propulsion and the way it distorted space and light. They were so startled by the object that they moved behind the open trunk of their car for protection.
On their April 5 visit, they were chased by security personnel and issued a warning for approaching a military installation. They also had a run-in with a local police officer, who took their IDs and radioed them into the security base station. Clearly, they had a strong interest in observing UFOs and were not pleased with the response they received from security and law enforcement.
Note:
Bob Lazar was an employee of the military defense contractor, EG&G. Huff explained that on the following day, when Lazar reported to EG&G, he was stopped by a security man, Dennis Mariani, who told him they would not be flying out to Groom and instead drove him to Indian Springs Air Force Base.
At Indian Springs, Lazar was debriefed, reprimanded, and his security clearance was revoked for bringing his friends to watch the disc test. The security personnel also told Lazar that if they caught any of his friends again, they would arrest them for espionage. They also showed Lazar transcripts of his wife’s phone conversations with her boyfriend, indicating that they had also been monitoring her.
After losing his job and his wife, Lazar decided to go on television to expose what was happening in Area 51. However, he faced retaliation from the authorities, including a threat and a shooting of his car’s tire. Lazar decided to work with journalist George Knapp to expose the story.
Medium user SignalsIntelUFO has done great work by transcribing over 50 interviews of Bob Lazar with in-depth information. Bob claimed to have been hired as a physicist at Los Alamos in May 1982. For evidence about his employment, there is an article written by Terry England on June 30, 1982. “To Lazar, a physicist at the Los Alamos Meson Physics Facility, the important thing is the jet engine. It’s something he’s been working on for years,” England wrote.
Terry England article on Bob Lazar
In July 2020, during Joe Rogan’s podcast with Jeremy Corbell and George Knapp, Corbell said he asked Terry England about Bob Lazar’s occupation as a physicist at Los Alamos. Corbell said: “Look, here’s the point, you said Bob Lazar was a physicist at Los Alamos. So how did you base that? You’re writing a paper…” and he [England] goes “yeah,” — and it got picked up by AP news — he goes “if I [England] had misrepresented that he was a physicist at Los Alamos I would have been blackballed by everybody at Los Alamos. They take that very seriously. He was a physicist. I reported it. AP News picked it up, they repeated it. Not word one from anybody saying he wasn’t a physicist at Los Alamos.”
In July 2020, during Joe Rogan’s podcast with Jeremy Corbell and George Knapp, Corbell said he asked Terry England about Bob Lazar’s occupation as a physicist at Los Alamos. There are two former lab employees who worked directly with Bob. The first one is a physicist named John Jarmer, and the second one, according to SignalsIntelUFO, had an administrative role but remained to be unidentified. Jarmer worked at the lab for over two decades in the Polarized Proton section. Besides, Joe Vaninetti, who worked alongside Bob,is listed as an author on multiple original research papers with John Jarmer.
John Jarmer, Bob Lazar, and Joe Vaninetti’s Lab Directory Entries.
There are other documents and accounts stating that Lazar had worked at S-4, a government laboratory near Groom lake. Richard Geldreich has done great research in connecting the dots to Bob Lazar’s mystery. Exactly as Lazar had described it in the 1980s, a craft of unknown origin can be seen spinning and flying belly-up in one of the US Navy’s declassified UFO videos. “The craft that I worked on, that when it’s going to travel a long distance, that is how it operates. It puts its belly to the target and then brings all of the amplifiers to power, and you know it shoots off in that direction It doesn’t fly as it would in a science-fiction movie. It flies with the belly, the bottom, forward,” Lazar said. (Source)
Take a look at the so-called Gimbal UFO if the preceding description of a tilting spacecraft seems at all familiar to you. In 2017, the Pentagon made a video available online. In 2015, naval pilots flying off the coast of Florida came face to face with a fleet of unknown ships. Since then, they have had scores of further encounters of a similar nature.
“In the Gimbal video, there’s a mechanistic turn against the wind without deceleration, and so we have a craft without rotors, without heat signatures, without plums, without tail fins, and certainly no tail number, moving in a way that is counterintuitive to our aeronautics,” filmmaker Jeremy Corbell said. “When Bob saw it, he said it has to be a gravity-propelled craft. That it does mimic the propulsion system, Bob Lazar described.”
It is eerie. When Lazar initially began discussing the possibility of using Element 115 as a power source for antigravitational propulsion, the element was not even included on the periodic table. Now it is. It does not seem like much of a coincidence, does it?
“The study of UFOs did not end in 1969 with Project Blue Book. That was a lie, and it was an admitted lie by our own Pentagon,” Corbell said. “We are living in a world where it is understood that there are craft technologically advanced from an unknown origin that are performing maneuvers that far exceed human technology. It’s been going on a long time, and our government has been studying it.”
Could advanced Earthlings be hiding their UFOs under the sea?

Aliens passing as humans meet an advanced reptilian race living in a subterranean kingdom. Sounds like the script of a Mork and Mindy vs Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crossover episode, but it’s actually the contents of a fantastically speculative new paper about UFOs.
Penned by researchers from Harvard’s Human Flourishing Program and Montana Technological University, the wild study – as yet not peer-reviewed – delves into the slightly insane world of "cryptoterrestrials", which encompasses a bizarre cast of “intelligent beings concealed in stealth here on Earth (e.g., underground), and/or its near environs (e.g., the moon).” According to the authors, these clandestine Earth-dwellers may in fact be responsible for many of the unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) that are typically attributed to intergalactic visitors.
Jumping down the rabbit hole, the researchers present their first category of potential UFO pilot, which they call “human cryptoterrestrials”. These are described as “a technologically advanced ancient human civilization that was largely destroyed long ago (e.g., by flood), but continued to exist in remnant form.”
Possibly lurking in volcanoes or deep beneath the ocean, these few surviving ancient superhumans were apparently exposed by Albert Einstein’s former assistant Dr Shirley Wright, who claimed that she and her famous boss were invited to inspect the “biological entities” recovered from the supposed Roswell UFO crash in 1947. Speaking in 1993, Wright said the pilots were “just humans, but an advanced form,” and that their species “reside underground on our planet.”
Other subtypes of cryptoterrestrials may include highly-advanced non-human primates or reptiles that store their aircraft beneath mountains. For instance, the Popocatepetl volcano in central Mexico and California’s Mount Shasta are both UFO sighting hotspots, and have therefore been identified as possible residences for these secret yet highly intelligent beings.
Navy personnel reports of Unidentified Submersible Objects (USOs) traveling at incredible speeds, meanwhile, have fuelled speculation that some of these cryptoterrestrials may in fact reside in the ocean. In one such report from 1987, a New Zealand frigate was supposedly followed by a 243-meter-long (800 foot) USO that traveled at a top speed of around 4,800 kilometers per hour (2,980 miles per hour).
The authors also cite wild claims by the highly controversial Harvard astrophysicist Avi Loeb - who, surprisingly, had nothing to do with the study - that the Moon may in fact be a cryptoterrestrial base, and houses many of these strange creatures and their incredible spacecraft. Finally, the researchers say that the engineers behind most UFOs could be hiding in plain sight, and may just be aliens that have mastered the art of blending in as humans.
Admittedly, this all pretty fanciful stuff, and much of the rationale for these claims comes from sources even more dubious than Loeb – including podcaster Joe Rogan and believers in the sunken realm of Atlantis.
Recognizing the many flaws in their proposals, the authors explain that “although this idea is likely to be regarded sceptically by most scientists, such are the nature of some UAP that we argue this possibility should not be summarily dismissed.” They also admit that they themselves consider the existence of cryptoterrestrials to be “unlikely” – but not impossible.
Based on all the available evidence regarding UFOs, the researchers rate the possibility of cryptoterrestrials actually existing as 10 percent. Most observers will probably see that figure as pretty generous.
The study, which has been accepted for publication in the journal Philosophy and Cosmology, is currently available as a preprint.
In the world of UFO research, the name of retired Army sergeant Clifford Stone is nearly a legend. Stone claimed to have been serving for 22 years as a Decorated Vietnam combat veteran. From 1968 to 1990, he was a part of the secret elite group that was assigned to recover the crashed UFO or E.T. parts, alien bodies, and artifacts. Besides, he said that intelligent life had been visiting our planet in highly advanced crafts that are capable of covering many light-years in less time which is beyond modern human knowledge.
Initially, he was assigned to the NBC Team (nuclear, biological, and chemical retrieval and abatement detail) at Fort McClellan Army post in Alabama and did some regular assignments until he was called for retrieval duties. He was reportedly out for a week when the army required him for UFO retrievals. What is more, his army service record was manipulated and excluded all his UFO recovery activities, showing him as a typist.
To support his claims, Stone cleverly disclosed the existence of classified projects such as Moon Dust and Blue Fly, that had been created to hide the UFOs’ debris by using Freedom of Information Acts.

For example, in reviewing an Air Force Intelligence letter known as the Betz memo (1961), Sgt. Stone was able to reveal to the general public evidence that Project Moon Dust involved a “potential for employment of qualified field intelligence personnel on a quick reaction basis to recover or perform field exploitation of unidentified flying objects.” (Source)
Stone’s catalogs in UFOs are real documents he had been able to retrieve by FOIA even during his years of military service. Consequently, Stone’s pioneering documentary research into UFO crash retrievals is strong support for his testimony of actually having served on such teams during his military service.
Stone claimed in his old interviews that during his military service, he was monitored by an individual whose rank he was never told but whom he called “Colonel.” The colonel was present at UFO crash retrieval locations and led debriefing sessions of Stone. He noted that the colonel allowed him to read a three-inch thick notebook manual that contained information on 57 types of extraterrestrial biological entities (EBEs) known to the military.
He said that many species looked like humans, but their eyes were slightly larger and had black iris. According to him, extraterrestrial species contacted only through telepathy and could even read minds.
In 1973, Stone was involved in the retrieval of a crashed UFO. He hid a small metallic piece of UFO in his shoe and buried it near his property in New Mexico, Nevada, after his retirement in 1989.
He said: “Yes, I have it and wouldn’t dare to keep it in the house. I had it here to show some people where I kept it, a day longer than I should have and then somebody actually came here and tried to take it. That was some tense moments, I almost shot somebody that day.”
On May 9, 2001, over twenty military, intelligence, government, corporate and scientific witnesses came forward at the National Press Club in Washington, DC to establish the reality of UFOs or extraterrestrial vehicles, extraterrestrial life forms, and the resulting advanced energy and propulsion technologies. As part of the Disclosure Project, Sgt. Stone publicly revealed his story and was willing to testify before Congress if they asked him.
Below is the transcript of Sgt. Stone’s part in the Disclosure Program (Full Video link here):
“Morning ladies and gentlemen, my name is Clifford Stone, I was a sergeant first class United States Army. I had a secret clearance with nuclear surety. I could get the clearance that I needed to do whatever it was necessary for me to do at the time on special operations when I was called in on those.
What I’m referring to here is that I was involved in situations where we actually did recoveries of crashed saucers. There were bodies involved with some of these crashes and also some were alive. While we were doing all this, we were telling the American public there was nothing to it. We were telling the world there was nothing to it.
I’d like to go into detail on some of the cases about the nuts and bolts cases right here. But I will be available if you have any questions concerning my involvement in this, you can talk to Dr. Greer to arrange for me to get to talk to you. But the whole situation is, we have setback, we’ve told the American people that there’s no such thing as UFOs. I’ve been involved where we have recovered these objects, we know them to be of extraterrestrials.
In 1969, I had an event that happened to me while I was stationed at Fort Lee Virginia. We went to Indiantown Gap Pennsylvania that would be my first exposure to any time that we would be recovering an unidentified flying object. When we went there, we already had people that were in the facility with a backup team which was supposed to be NBC because there were supposed to be some nuclear materials that were on board this craft.
Later on, most people involved were told that there was nothing on board. It was nothing more than to crash at one of our aircraft. I know better because I was one of the people that approached it with a Geiger counter to get surface readings. I was the first person to go ahead and see that there were bodies on it that would be the first of approximately 12 events.
UFO crashes are not events that take place every day. They’re rare. I know we’re not alone in the universe. I know that the absence of evidence is not evidence of absence, it’s evidence that has been denied to the American people. I stand before you today and my Almighty God, and I tell you this: if the Congress calls me in and says: ‘Will you testify in detail what you know?’ I stand here today prepared and ready to do just that, governments must never lie to the people for no reason. Thank you.”
Further, she talked about Stone’s alien encounter in Vietnam, where he helped aliens to escape from military custody, as he cared for the rights of extraterrestrials who visit Earth.
Sgt. Clifford Stone claimed that he had been good at communicating with the ETs found at the crash sites or in an encounter with his military team. Once, his team fired a bullet at an ET, but they deflected it with some advanced technology. He also mentioned the teleport techniques of ETs when he found himself hundreds of feet from his initial position.
Stone also claimed that there are many alien groups that visit our solar system and Earth as well, but when humans learned how to detect their crafts, they limited their visits but did not stop.
He had no intention to benefit from his claims and evidence and no desire to gain publicity. His only desire was to let the US citizens know the truth about the UFOs and extraterrestrial hypothesis (ETH), that these are interplanetary spacecraft. Sgt. Clifford Stone, aged 72, passed away peacefully at his home on February 10, 2021.
The origin of humanity is perhaps the most significant mystery that the world needs to unravel. In mainstream science, the theory of evolution is proposed to provide an explanation for human biological history. However, not many people subscribe to this theory, and there may be much more to the story that we are not yet aware of.
In episode number 2028 of the Joe Rogan podcast, the two current popular figures in UFOlogy, Jeremy Corbell & George Knapp discussed the possibility that humans were genetically engineered by a non-human intelligence for nefarious purposes, and some individuals within the government are aware of this. Knapp also mentions that he knows someone high-ranking who told him that human conflict, specifically war, is sometimes intentionally designed by a malevolent non-human intelligence through manipulation.
During the podcast, George Knapp discussed Bob Lazar and mentioned that Lazar was told while working on “the program” that humans were viewed by extraterrestrials as “containers of souls.” This may sound bizarre and fictional to many people; however, Lazar can be seen saying the exact same thing in his 1989 interviews. (Source)
“These beings conveyed information about the capability of affecting the human brain to anesthetize the human body. This is done without any physical contact from a remote source. For this anesthesia to be accomplished, the brain has to be in a relaxed state, similar to that required for hypnosis. If the brain is subject to any external stimulation, like stimulant drugs or loud music, this manipulation of the nervous system is ineffective.
These beings said that man was the product of externally corrected evolution. They said that man, as a species, had been genetically altered 65 times. They referred to humans as containers. Yet, I don’t know what we’re containers of. As I’m sure you now know, it was impossible for me to corroborate the information in the second section. And obviously, if this information is true, the ramifications are far-reaching and you don’t have to be a nuclear physicist to figure that out.”
In the podcast, Corbell discusses John Lear, who told him that “Aliens see us like a wine and our bodies are containers and our souls are beings matured as like a commodity.” Moreover, according to another bizarre theory that has been covered by researchers like Linda M. Howe, David Icke, etc., these non-human intelligence or extraterrestrials feed on human souls.
“It’s my conclusion over many years that reincarnation is a trap. It’s not that it doesn’t exist although I don’t think it’s quite the same as it’s explained it’s a bit more subtle maybe but I do think it’s a trap, said David Icke.” Whereas Linda said, “The recycling of souls reincarnation is the Machinery of this universe.” (Watch this episode of the Why Files for more context)
Robert Allan Monroe (1915-1995) was a radio broadcasting executive from Indiana known for his research into altered consciousness and founding The Monroe Institute. His 1971 book, “Journeys Out of the Body,” popularized the term “out-of-body experience.”
In 1958, Monroe suffered a series of bizarre events, prompting him to seek medical advice, but doctors found him to be healthy. He decided to dedicate his life to studying altered states of consciousness, eventually developing Hemispheric Synchronization (Hemi-Sync), a technology using binaural beats to harmonize brain hemispheres.
The US government took an interest in Monroe’s work and invited him to join a classified project called the Gateway Process, aimed at using his techniques for remote viewing. According to declassified files, this program aimed to alter consciousness, allowing participants to access intuitive knowledge and other dimensions. (CIA file)
During these experiments, participants sat in darkness wearing headphones and reported encountering interdimensional entities. According to Robert, subjects would often encounter interdimensional entities. Most frequently, reptilian humanoids were witnessed. Viewers referred to the uncanny creatures as ‘the alligators’ due to their crocodilian features. Curiously, Monroe was already quite familiar with the unsettling breed. During countless expeditions, he observed identical saurian creatures. For over 35 years, he gathered insight about these startling beings.
Experiments opened portals to other dimensions where reptilian humanoids reside.

Here is what he uncovered: For millennia, humanity has been controlled and enslaved by nefarious vertebrates known as Reptilians, who operate within the 4th dimension, invisible to most but those who can perceive beyond our limited spectrum of visible light. These parasitic entities thrive on our spiritual lifeforce, referred to as “loosh” by Monroe, and rely on negative and low vibrational energy for their survival. Viewing Earth as a vast farm, they harvest human emotions such as fear, hatred, anxiety, anger, and depression. With intelligence equal to or surpassing that of humans, this elusive lizard-like race considers itself superior and the rulers of mankind.
Robert Monroe pursued transcendental endeavors until he passed away in 1995. His beliefs never changed, and he frequently warned of the sinister spiritual vampires. Gateway’s revolutionary experiments continued throughout the 1980s.
There is a case of a British woman named Samantha McDonald who claimed that she had been repeatedly abducted by reptilians since her first contact in the 1990s, but on every abduction, her memory was wiped by her abductors. In 2014, she was invited to a British talk show named “This Morning,” where she revealed there were two alien species, the Greys and Reptilians, who worked together. (Source)
She said that when she woke up, there were needle marks, scratches, and bruises on her body. “I’ve asked them what they want with me and they said they have come to take me and my family. What they were after was my energy and soul essence. I don’t know why they keep coming back to me. I think it is to do with my energies as I’m into healing and meditation.”
Dr. Ellis Silver, an author of the book “Humans are not from Earth: A Scientific Evaluation of the Evidence,” has a strong belief that life on Earth was sparked by aliens thousands of years ago. He said, “Mankind is supposedly the most highly developed species on the planet, yet is surprisingly unsuited and ill-equipped for Earth’s environment: harmed by sunlight, a strong dislike for naturally occurring foods, ridiculously high rates of chronic disease, and more.” (Source)
Ellis strongly believes that Earth is some kind of galactic jail made by aliens to teach humans a behavior lesson. Similarly, in 2019, members of METI (Messaging Extraterrestrial Intelligence), a San Francisco-based research organization, convened in Paris and suggested that we could all be living in a Galactic Zoo run by aliens.
Florence Raulin Cerceau, who is the METI director as well as an astrobiologist explained: “This puzzle of why we haven’t detected extraterrestrial life has been discussed often,” adding, “But in this workshop’s unique focus, many of the talks tackled a controversial explanation first suggested in the 1970s, called the ‘zoo hypothesis.’” METI president Douglas Vakoch weighed in by saying, “Perhaps extraterrestrials are watching humans on Earth, much like we watch animals in a zoo.” (Source)
MIT researcher John Ball presented the zoo hypothesis in his 1973 paper. He wrote, “Extraterrestrial intelligent life may be almost ubiquitous,” adding, “The apparent failure of such life to interact with us may be understood in terms of the hypothesis that they have set us aside as part of a wilderness area or zoo.” He later wrote in another research paper: “ETI may be discreetly and inconspicuously watching us but not dabbling.”
Additionally, former U.S. Army Counterintelligence Special Agent, UFO advocate, and media personality Luis Elizondo explained his reasoning behind claiming that UFO mysteries have made him “somber.” His speculative ideas are straight out of middle 20th-century science fiction, particularly the so-called “zoo hypothesis” that appeared in a number of stories at that time, imagining that Earth was essentially a zoo run by space aliens.
“What if it turns out that there’s another species that is even higher on that ladder than we are? Do we need the social institutions that we have today, do we need government and religious organizations that we have today, if it turns out that there is something else or someone else that is technologically more advanced and, perhaps from an evolutionary perspective, more advanced? Have we been wasting our time all this time? Or are we doing exactly as we are supposed to be doing?
[What] if it turns out that mankind is in fact just another animal in the zoo? If we saw ourselves as the zookeeper before, maybe we’re just another exhibit inside the zoo? What would that mean to us?
So, when I say ‘somber’ or ‘sobering’, I mean there’s going to come a point in this conversation when we’re going to have to do a lot of reconciling with ourselves, whatever that means, from whatever philosophical background you have. This is going to impact every single one of us. And I think that’s important. Do we find ourselves in a situation where history may have to be rewritten? So that’s what I meant.”
I-Team: A look back at 1989 Bob Lazar interview; it started new UFO conversations
Area 51: Aliens, UFOs, Bob Lazar & Advanced Technology
The idea that aliens may have visited the Earth is becoming increasingly popular. Around a fifth of UK citizens believe Earth has been visited by extraterrestrials, and an estimated 7% believe that they have seen a UFO.
This belief is slightly paradoxical as we have zero evidence that aliens even exist. What’s more, given the vast distances between star systems, it seems odd we’d only learn about them from a visit. Evidence for aliens is more likely to come from signals from faraway planets.
The belief is now rising to the extent that politicians, at least in the US, feel they have to respond. The disclosure of information about claimed Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs rather than UFOs) from the Pentagon has got a lot of bi-partisan attention in the country.
Much of it plays upon familiar anti-elite tropes that both parties have been ready to use, such as the idea that the military and a secretive cabal of private commercial interests are keeping the deep truth about alien visitation hidden. That truth is believed to involve sightings, abductions and reverse-engineered alien technology.
Belief in a cover-up is even higher than belief in alien visitation. In 2019, a Gallop poll found that a staggering 68% of Americans believed that “the US government knows more about UFOs than it is telling”.
This political trend has been decades in the making. Jimmy Carter promised document disclosure during his presidential campaign in 1976, several years after his own reported UFO sighting. Like so many other sightings, the simplest explanation is that he saw Venus. (That happens a lot.)
Hillary Clinton also suggested she wanted to “open [Pentagon] files as much as I can” during her presidential campaign against Donald Trump. As seen in the video below, Trump suggested he’d need to “think about” whether it was possible to declassify the so-called Roswell documentation (relating to the notorious claimed crash of a UFO and the recovery of alien bodies).
Former president Bill Clinton claimed to have sent his chief of staff, John Podesta, down to Area 51, a highly classified US Air Force facility, just in case any of the rumours about alien technology at the site were true. It is worth nothing that Podesta is a long-time enthusiast for all things to do with UFOs.
The most prominent current advocate of document disclosure is the Democratic Senate leader Chuck Schumer. His stripped back 2023 UAP disclosure bill for revealing some UAP records was co-sponsored by three Republican senators.
Pentagon disclosure finally began during the early stages of Joe Biden’s term of office, but so far there has been nothing to see. Nothing looks like an encounter. Nothing looks close.
Still, the background noise does not go away.
Problems for society
All this is ultimately encouraging conspiracy theories, which could undermine trust in democratic institutions. There have been humorous calls to storm Area 51. And after the storming of the Capitol in 2021, this now looks like an increasingly dangerous possibility.
Too much background noise about UFOs and UAPs can also get in the way of legitimate science communication about the possibility of finding microbial extraterrestrial life. Astrobiology, the science dealing with such matters, has a far less effective publicity machine than UFOlogy.
History, a YouTube channel part owned by Disney, regularly delivers shows about “ancient aliens”. The show is now in its 20th season and the channel has 13.8 million subscribers. The Nasa astrobiology channel has a hard won 20,000 subscribers. Actual science finds itself badly outnumbered by entertainment repackaged as factual.
Alien visitation narratives have also repeatedly tried to hijack and overwrite the history and mythology of indigenous people.
The first steps in this direction go back to Alexander Kazantsev’s science fiction tale Explosion: The Story of a Hypothesis (1946). It presents the 1908 Tunguska meteorite impact event as a Nagasaki-like explosion of an alien spacecraft engine. In Kazantsev’s tale, a single giant black female survivor has been left stranded, equipped with special healing powers. This lead to her adoption as a shaman by the indigenous Evenki people.
Nasa and the space science community do support efforts such as the Native Skywatchers initiative set up by the indigenous Ojibwe and Lakota communities to ensure the survival of storytelling about the stars. There is a real and extensive network of indigenous scholarship about these matters.
But UFOlogists promise a far higher profile for indigenous history in return for the mashing together of genuine indigenous stories about life arriving from the skies with fictional tales about UFOs, repackaged as suppressed history.
The modern alien visitation narrative has not, after all, emerged out of indigenous communities. Quite the opposite. It emerged in part as a way for conspiracy-minded thinkers in a Europe torn apart by racism to “explain” how complex urban civilisations in places like South America could have existed prior to European settlement.
Squeezed through a new age filter of 1960s counterculture, the narrative was flipped to value indigenous people as having once possessed advanced technology. Once upon a time, according to this view, every indigenous civilisation was Wakanda, a fictional country appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics.
If all of this stayed in its own box, as entertaining fiction, then matters would be fine. But it doesn’t, and they aren’t. Visitation narratives tend to overwrite indigenous storytelling about sky and ground.
This is a problem for everyone, not just indigenous peoples struggling to continue authentic traditions. It threatens our grasp of the past. When it comes to insight into our remote ancestors, the remnants of prehistoric storytelling are few and precious, such as within indigenous storytelling about the stars.
This may be why these tales in particular are heavily targeted by alien visitation enthusiasts, some of whom even claim to be “Pleiadeans”. No surprises, Pleiadeans do not look like the Lakota or Ojibwe, but are strikingly blond, blue-eyed and Nordic.
It is increasingly clear that belief in alien visitation is no longer just a fun speculation, but something that has real and damaging consequences.

It was only by a strange sense of foreboding that would grip Steve Kilburn whenever he passed or even just thought about one particular stretch of Maryland road that memories of his alien abduction began to surface. This alien emotion eventually led him to speak with UFO researcher Budd Hopkins. When Kilburn underwent hypnotic regression in an attempt to get further clarification on where this shadow of dread was coming from, it revealed that something utterly bizarre had happened there years back.
Steven not only saw a weird object that night during the early ’70s while driving back home, but he was also visited by strange beings who eventually got him on board. Even worse, he would be subjected to medical procedures for the better part of a year. The specifics that would later come to light through regressive hypnosis wouldn’t just offer insight into an encounter Stephen Kilburn experienced—a number of these precise details are present in universal human stories about alien abduction, adding credibility to his account.
This is yet another case from the files of Budd Hopkins, described in great detail by authors with a contemporary perspective who run through details not included elsewhere. It can be read about at length in *Missing Time: A Documented Study Of UFO Abductions*. This, as we will see, is one of the most complex and nuanced cases in history.
When Steven Kilburn first mentioned to Budd Hopkins this peculiar sensation troubling him, they were no strangers. Through his friendship with Bloecher, another Fortean Society member, Kilburn attended more than one meeting of UFO buffs at Hopkins’ New York studio apartment — gatherings arranged and hosted by the two researchers.
In *Missing Time*, Hopkins said that after a meeting, where everybody was getting their things together and preparing to leave, Kilburn went up and said, “Something might have happened to me in college.” He countered with, “there was probably nothing to it,” but mentioned one particular stretch of road he had to drive on whenever he visited his girlfriend.
Hopkins asked if Kilburn could remember any UFO sighting connected with the road in question, to which Kilburn replied that he didn’t recall “anything particular.” However, he always had a sense that “something happened to me one time when I was driving home.” That was when Kilburn mentioned that he would be interested in trying hypnotic regression to see if there was something more to discover.
The two let the matter lie for a while, but one day Hopkins called Bloecher and told him about his chat with Kilburn, confiding that he suspected there was more to those foreboding premonitions. They eventually talked with psychologist Dr. Girard Franklin, who agreed to do the session. What they discovered would be astonishing for all involved.
The session took place in May 1978 at Dr. Franklin’s office in downtown Manhattan, several weeks after Kilburn revealed his doubts to Hopkins about the strange events that occurred that night in 1973.
Steven explained that when he lived in Baltimore before moving to New York, his girlfriend lived six miles away in Frederick. He remembered making the drive to see her, occasionally driving west along Route 40. “Ten or fifteen miles of that road is completely empty,” he said. He added that he often left his girlfriend’s house very late, and this part of the road was dark and seemingly endless.
One night, about a year into doing this drive, he was driving from Frederick to Maryland. Somewhere between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m., “I couldn’t remember if I had actually seen something [high up], but I felt it the first time.” He added that all of a sudden, he felt weird and didn’t know why, noting: “That feeling someone is watching you when you wake from sleep.” Ultimately, he said that for some reason, the experience seemed too weird to him or even weirder “going to be happening.”
After that, every time Steven drove down that road, he felt the same way. As years passed, Steven tried hard to forget the event. But every once in a while, he would wonder if the impossible had actually happened that night between Frederick and Baltimore.
Dr. Franklin posed more questions about the night in question, attempting to access any memories Steven could recall and what those recollections did for him before hypnotizing him. These memories were often nebulous at best. He remembered, for instance, staring at the dashboard during that particular drive but had no idea why. Then more memories were shared.
He remembered walking in front of his car after it had been pulled over on the side of the road. He saw light emanating, which he figured was from his car but couldn’t be sure. He said he could not remember how he got outside the car but distinctly felt like he was out of the car while it was stopped behind him.
When Dr. Franklin asked what he was thinking when this occurred, Steven replied that he remembered feeling scared, so much so that he felt shivers down his spine. He added that he felt “trapped” in his car and unable to go faster.
As he continued to talk, flashing memories seemed to take over his thoughts. He remembered glancing at the rearview mirror as if searching for someone—or something—tracking him. Even more troubling was the sensation that someone or something else had power over him.
At this point, Dr. Franklin called for Steven to be hypnotized, and the true revelations began.
Dr. Franklin regressed Steven to that evening when these strange feelings had crept in. He remembered that it was getting dark, which added to his sense of sleepiness. He opened the window to bring fresh air into the cabin as he tried, unsuccessfully, to regain his alertness. Suddenly, the car stopped as he leaned in to examine what was on the dashboard. He was completely lost and did not know what to do.
He then exited the car and glanced at a metal fence some yards away. He stopped there, continued silence as he was on the couch in his office. To all who were watching, he looked scared to death. He screamed, “On my shoulder … a clamp…pain and I cannot move!”
The whole event veered into the surreal during that session. Dr. Franklin tried to hush Steven as a recorded incoming message clicked on his answering machine. The click prompted Steven to “literally almost jump off the couch.” It was obvious that he had plunged into a massive state of fear and panic.
At last, Dr. Franklin was able to calm him down enough for Bloecher to start asking Steven questions.
Bloecher then asked him what was on his shoulder. Steven said it looked like a “big wrench” and seemed to be coming from behind him, although he wasn’t sure of that. He went on to say that this wrench-like item lifted him and landed about a foot on either side of his chest and back.
Then, he remembered seeing a light. Bloecher asked if that light was from his car, and Steven immediately said, “No, there’s something else you’re not seeing behind the fence.” He then mumbled: “…dressed in black…can’t see their faces…more than two…three or more…”
He asked if the figures he saw were behind the fence. Steven replied affirmatively, saying that they were. He began to panic again, saying over and over, “I don’t know what’s going to happen!” He paused and then said, “There’s someone coming towards me.”
While this was going on, Steven said he heard some type of noise. He had no idea whether it was the sound of them inhaling or some kind of sliding noise. Bloecher requested that he focus on the sound more, but instead of focusing, Steven began talking about what was occurring. He insisted that his sides and back were hurting, and it felt as though something had been twisting him towards the road.
It was then that Steven’s memories started to blend together. He remembered being maybe six feet away from the car, and now it was light out. Bloecher could hardly tell if it was day or not due to all the bright lights. Steven exclaimed in confusion: “Day… but now it’s night!”
Steven then described when one of the two figures that came out from behind or over the fence was now on his right. When ordered to describe the figure, Steven managed to say it was “very white” and later told investigators he did not want to look. Bloecher asked Steven whether the figure was as big as he was, and his answer was it’s ‘almost our size,’ only a little smaller. He added that its “neck and face were very white” with no hair above the neck.
Steven said the figure kept flickering in and out of sight, then declared, “He ain’t one of us,” adding, “Every time I see him, it gives me a fright!” This was followed by an account of something he said or did next. He put it this way: “…They want something from me. I don’t know what they want…”
At this stage, it was agreed to conclude the session and bring Steven out of the hypnotic state. He was shaken by the revelations, but it seemed Steven had finally found some peace knowing they were starting to uncover the layers from years earlier. A few months later, he’d repeat the process for another session that showed more results than anyone would have expected.
Seven months after the first session, Steven was willing to undergo a second hypnosis session in 1978. This time, the session was conducted by Dr. Aphrodite Clamar, who had worked with Hopkins before on an alien abduction case.
Once more, Dr. Clamar brought Steven back to that trip in 1973. He remembered that he was driving and feeling tired and sleepy. He said it was late, but when Dr. Clamar asked him to look at the time on the dashboard, he told her it wasn’t working. He said he briefly turned on the light in his car to check his watch, then looked back at the road and suddenly woke up. He remarked he had momentarily driven onto the shoulder, which woke him up.
He was now driving down a hill and began to accelerate. At that point, he leaned forward toward the dashboard, maybe to adjust his seat. As he did so, a luminous light shined from somewhere. He wondered why there were no other cars around.
The car then abruptly “turned violently” and snapped to the right. “Like a giant magnet just pulled it right to the right!” Steven said.
The next thing he knew, the car came to a halt, and out of nowhere, he felt an intense sensation that someone was watching him from behind. He looked in the mirror, but there was no reflection. The car stopped, and Steven was asking himself why he had even pulled over in the first place. The situation, which he found beyond confusing, opened up before him.
As he started to scan the area, his eyes landed on a big tree and a fence not too far away. He was “out of the car” and staring at the fence.
Surprised, he wondered whether or not another vehicle was driving by on the road surrounding him. It was only then, when he looked down, that he noticed that though his car had pulled off the road, it still was on “something solid,” as if it was the future location of a new street.
He heard an alien noise by the fence or just something wind-borne. He sat in front of the car and looked into the fence. All at once, the feeling hit him that he was not supposed to look that way toward the fence. Only then did his memory of what had brought him there come rushing back.
He said when he was going downhill, he saw “two lights in the sky” and leaned forward to get a better look at them. He first thought it could just be a reflection in the car window, so he turned on the light inside to check if they were gone — but they weren’t. He then deactivated the interior lights and still stared at the lights. He said, “Look at it go right there; it’s going way off to the right, up in the lights, over the highway and up with those trees.”
At this point, he was completely befuddled as to what the object could be, saying it looked like “two light beams, kind of worked diagonally,” one off to his right and another in the lower left. He said there were “lights and a shadow of something” behind the lights, indicating they may have been some sort of opaque object.
The lights kept moving and flew toward the vegetation on his right. He went back the way he came down the road, and as soon as he got to where it looked like the object had landed, his car started turning right. We can suspect that something else was pulling him. He said, “I wasn’t really that interested in going over there,” but the car made a right turn as if it had been yanked by some malevolent force.
He remembered looking at the fence from outside of the car. He watched the fence a few more seconds and then just found himself back in his car, driving home. He said that when he thought of this, “…I just don’t want to remember. I shouldn’t remember!”
Dr. Clamar asked him what he meant by this. His reply: “I know I’m not! It’s really serious! I might die. I mean, I know I won’t, if I remember, but I feel really, really afraid to see…”
Finally, Dr. Clamar brought him back to the point where he was outside his car staring at the chain-link fence and feeling nauseous all over again. He said he felt the “sense of things standing around him” and that something was going on near the fence. He remembered seeing a light on the regular that lit up his surroundings.
Then suddenly, he was faced with three grotesque figures before him. He could not say what made him so sure of it, but he knew one among them was overseeing the others. He said one of them was doing something behind him, and he believed they were “suspicious” about him. At that moment, he remembered the sight and sound of leather. Now, he could see that beyond their clothing—or whatever they were wearing—had a texture reminiscent of leather. And the material covered their arms and hands.
Looking back toward the figures, he continued. He said: “…I can see the faces, and they are white… chalky … like they are made out of rubber, or,… not rubber…. something…. only really a dull finish…”
One of them reached out and touched him. What struck him was that the moment one of those figures touched him, he felt pain. In addition to the hurt, he felt a sense of puzzlement from them. He said the figure in front of him was “motioning to the others” with his arm. He believed it had some sort of suit. Is it part of him or is it a suit? It does not appear to be skin.
He also described the figure’s rubbery fingers as “white plastic tubes” which seemed shiny.
He added that one of the figures appeared to be digging behind him while the one in front (the leader) was encouraging it to speed up. Although he couldn’t make out the figure behind him very well, it appeared more like it was poking around in the dirt than actually digging. He felt that this figure was not particularly strong.
Steven realized there were a few other figures he had not seen previously, digging near the first one. They were identical to the others and also watched as the figure behind Steven continued to fill in the “grayish” soil.
As Steven recounted the events, he seemed to lose any sense of fear: at one point, “the troubled tone [vanished] entirely,” and his speech was even “punctuated by small, ironic chuckles.” Hopkins realized he was “in some manner artificially calmed,” apparently by the figure on his left. We remember that Steven felt a bump in his hand as soon as he noticed it. What kind of narcotic was the figure injecting into him—one to turn the hysterical Steven calm, even serene?
Due to this newfound calmness, Steven let more information about his surreal environment emerge. He remembered, for instance, when his fear of the fast-moving vehicle just stopped, and he looked around to see if any more cars were coming from a distance (none).
He then turned his gaze towards the figures in front of him—a figure he called “the boss”—and, more specifically, at the eyes. They were “really shiny,” he remembered, quite large and devoid of pupils. He said the figure’s head was not roundish but more like “an upside-down teardrop” and had what looked like a “big, huge rounded bar across it.”
He followed this up by stating, “He looked like he wasn’t alive,” and that “he was very wooden and awkward to be there.” Steven said that while no communication from the figure had been made, it was “clear” to him that it hoped simply to leave. Steven remembered getting the sense the figure “wants me to say something or help him out or whatever”—but he did not understand what.
He later said he felt compelled by the figures, that they “could make me do whatever” they wanted to control him. He explained that he saw them kind of “communicate with each other, but they are not talking,” or at least nothing audible. Dr. Clamar replied, “Do you think they were speaking in their minds?” to which Steven responded that it appeared so because there was no doubt about what they were talking about.
He further said that there was a common thread among them as they engaged in some kind of argument or dispute, saying the leader wanted something while another didn’t. Steven got the impression they were arguing over where to dig, but he wasn’t sure.
Steven refocused his view toward the light penetrating the walls from behind, revealing silhouettes with a strong tang of musty, fiery old smell, finally putting a face to everything he saw. He looked back down at the eyes and said they were ‘so black’ and bottomless, like a liquid but fitting perfectly.
Not content with being perceived as uncomfortable, the figure shifted slightly, allowing Steven to realize it moved like “my knees hurt really bad,” hobbling clearly in discomfort. The figure dragged its feet a little. Steven described the boots, but there was no mention of feet.
He further detailed that the feet were shaped like cat’s eyes—had no toes, and pointed frontwards or backwards. He observed that the figure’s ankles, legs, and arms were very long and slender. He stared into the mouthless face and realized for the first time there were no ears, only a slit where a mouth would be. He pointed out that the figure never expressed any emotion.
The figure’s eyes trailed behind Steven, where the blinding light originated. Steven heard what sounded like something coming down, causing shadows to shift.
At this time, unable to guide his attention away from the falling object, Steven again saw what had seemed like “digging” behind, experiencing something like two forms of attack: one in front and another from behind. Hopkins described it as “so obvious that Steven was holding back from getting further into his story,” the kind of reflex we all possess. This might suggest something had been implanted in his mind to keep him from continuing even under hypnosis.
It would take almost two years before Steven agreed to be hypnotized once more. By then, he remembered that some physical examination had been made after an object came out of the sky. Due to the nature of what this involved, he resisted more regression sessions. Nonetheless, when the session resumed in February 1979 and drew a blank, another session two years later, presided over by Dr. Clamar, would reveal much more about this bizarre encounter with apparent alien entities.
Steven was directed in the sessions by Dr. Clamar to walk back to his BMW, where the figure (the leader) was waiting outside. He remembered what happened after the object fell from above behind him. He said, “This long clamp kind of thing,” seemingly from nowhere, grabbed him around the shoulder.” He described: “…it has a joint in the center like an elbow, one almost shaped like part of an arm around my shoulder. And I catch it standing behind me, to my right side. It is related to it…I have no clue what this can be…it seems like a frisbee!”
He went on to say that this particular saucer was “whitish” and looked like it was standing upright from some sort of platform. He felt the vice around his lower back. The figure then started waving its arms, and the clamp moved him in a direction that turned his back to them. He wasn’t quite sure what he saw, but it was completely dark.
Next, he saw a ramp, and it was clear the figure was trying to lure him inside.
He then said he could hear a weird noise that sounded like it was coming from the object, “it sounds like vibrating,” but stationary in one place. It then clamped down on his shoulder and shoved him toward the object.
The next thing he knew, he was moving along a tunnel-like walkway and realized he was actually walking. The clamp had vanished, and the figure was walking next to him. Moving into the familiar ‘Mass Abduction’ sequence, he found himself being guided through a door into another white room, well illuminated with the same almost “all-white” light. Despite the light, it didn’t seem to come from any real source of illumination—it was as if the very walls were themselves luminescent.
He remembered something going into his back and then suddenly being on the table in the middle of the room. At this moment, he saw that the walls were curved with no straight lines. He could make out more of the peculiar figures in the room; two were near him, and several others were against one wall.
While looking around and wondering how everything “had this metallic glow to it,” including himself, he noticed he was no longer wearing his clothes but some sort of crisscross type adult diaper. A gadget he described as “like a fancy ray gun,” with a needle attachment, descended from overhead. It started to spin on its own—it appeared that no one was controlling it. It stopped when its needle was right on top of him. He could not see it any longer, but he immediately felt something touch his back and imagined the needle had stuck him.
At the same time, Steven noticed that the person who showed him in was standing in a corner of the room, watching everything unfold.
During the exam, he was instructed to lay on his back, each side, and then his front. By the time he had done so, they had likely run a “full body sweep” with various devices placed on or around him. Despite the surreal circumstances, he managed to stay calm, almost as if a sedative was already in his bloodstream. There was something about the feeling of being unable to move yet at peace that made him fall asleep.
At this juncture, the regression session ended, and Steven emerged from hypnosis.
In the days that followed, Steven remembered additional minor details that were common in other alleged alien abduction scenarios. He recalled how the table didn’t just sit in the middle of the room but seemed to “grow” out of the floor with no seams or bolts visible, as if carved from the same material.
Many of the other devices used during these procedures were no different—they either emerged from the floor or hung down from the ceiling and even sidewalls as integral parts rather than separate apparatus.
There were probably more memories still buried deep in Steven’s unconscious, but he had found the key to the mystery that had cornered him for so long. Something very strange and unusual had happened.
According to Hopkins, certain elements of Steven’s story could only be validated by other documented cases of alien abduction. Such specifics as the texture of their skin (weird, like warm putty) and the description from Travis Walton of his purported captors, which took place a little over two years after Steven’s experience.
Walton not only said the creatures were about Steven’s size (5′ tall), but also described their “marshmallow-white flesh” with no fingernails on their fingers and “spotless” hands with “bare, smooth” non-wrinkled fingers. Steven described the hands similarly, saying, “And all those fingers were full-on beautiful.”
Among other incidents, Hopkins mentioned several others dating back to 1957 where marshmallow-like skin (or color and consistency) was noted, and strange hands were described.
The detail about substances apparently administered to pacify Steven also recurs in many alien abduction encounters, as does Steven’s strong feeling that he shouldn’t remember and that his memory was deliberately abolished. The abductors in numerous other alien abduction cases seem to have made a point of mental programming to ensure the victims forget the incident and resist any attempts, like hypnotic regression, to recall it.
Hopkins added that under hypnotic regression, Steven had no memory of his original sighting until the UFO re-contact session. Counterintuitive as it may seem, this is true in many other instances—an indication of intentional efforts to ensure witnesses remember nothing about their experiences.
The Steven Kilburn abduction seems to have been one of the most complicated cases (in terms of time spent pulling it out) and also one that appeared realistic. After the third and final hypnotic session with Steven, Hopkins called neurosurgeon Dr. Paul Cooper. Steven had detailed an elaborate neurological examination administered by his alien abductors, so he asked Dr. Cooper to evaluate whether the responses mimicked what would be expected during a real exam. The findings were interesting.
Ten days after Dr. Cooper met with Steven for the final time, he spent an afternoon with him and then called Hopkins, describing it as the “spookiest two-and-a-half hours” of his life. He stated that no matter which process Steven described, his answers about what would happen to his body and where exactly it would be felt were accurate. To sum it up: short of having advanced medical knowledge, Steven described a verifiable event.
In his medical opinion, Cooper concluded that they only wanted to examine Steven: “They just wanted to see how he works.” This conclusion is one that many alien abduction researchers and investigators have reached.
David Michael Jacobs was an Associate Professor of History at Temple University for nearly four decades before his retirement a few years back. Tenured in 1981, he taught a variety of classes with a focus on 20th-Century American history, including one that's made him infamous: Unidentified Flying Objects in American Society. The three-credit course was perpetually popular. Students were invited to learn about "American society's reaction to the UFO phenomenon". Jacobs analyzed "UFOs and the controversy that has surrounded them by studying the attitudes of various groups toward the phenomenon". At the culmination of the course, Jacobs shared his own personal research, comprised ofthousands of hypnosis-based interviews with 150 people who claimed to have been abducted by aliens. He also told students his personal beliefs: that aliens are here, they are abducting humans, and may be intent upon planetary domination.
A few more of his conclusions, not necessarily shared with students, but openly available on his personal website: Humans are being impregnated and forced to have hybrid babies. These hybrids are now walking amongst us. At least two percent of Americans have been abducted. Aliens use a "mindscan" procedure to effectively entrance humans.
If not for his ivory tower position, Jacobs could easily be dismissed as a crank. His genial, humble demeanor also cloaks his pseudoscientific stance.
"I have tried to be as objective and as 'agenda free' as possible," he says. "I have no New Age, spiritual, religious, transformational, or transcendent program to promote. I try to stay as close to the evidence as I can. However, there is no possibility that I have avoided error. The majority of evidence for the alien abduction phenomenon is from human memory derived from hypnosis administered by amateurs. It is difficult to imagine a weaker form of evidence. But it is evidence and we have a great deal of it. Still, readers must be skeptical of what I say and of what all others say in this tangled arena of alien abductions, hypnosis, popular culture, and memory."
Jacobs' self-deprecation doesn't shield him from being wrong, however. His evidence – interviews with alleged abductees using amateur hypnosis – is not really evidence at all. Rather than the stories being real, it's far more likely that Jacobs is accidentally prompting his subjects to unwittingly fabricate them. Alternatively, in subjects' relaxed state, they may just be regurgitating information that was widely available. Or they may be misinterpreting nightmares or sleep paralysis as alien visitation. Jacobs admits that alleged abductees have a key commonality: either their mother, father or both were abductees as well. This suggests a compromised mental state may factor in to their frightening tales.
Jacobs' claims also have no convincing physical evidence, which he persistently attempts to explain away.
If you argue that there's no actual evidence of abductions, no smartphone movies, for example, he says the aliens are invisible.
"They take people through walls, windows, and ceilings. During this part of the abduction scenario, the UFOs, the aliens, and the abductees have been rendered 'unseeable.' This is advanced technology at work."
If you contend that there's no way intelligent aliens could reach Earth due to the vastness of space and the inconceivability of traveling faster than light, he counters that aliens have technology that we can't fathom.
"At this point we cannot know the levels of science and technology that ultimately led to the development of a method of transportation to Earth that surmounted what we presently see as insuperable difficulties."
If you ask why scientists haven't noticed any human-alien hybrids by now, Jacobs simply says you can't tell them apart from real humans.
"A fire-breathing dragon lives in my garage," Sagan claims...
"Show me," you say. I lead you to my garage.
You look inside and see a ladder, empty paint cans, an old tricycle — but no dragon. "Where's the dragon?" you ask.
"Oh, she's right here," I reply, waving vaguely. "I neglected to mention that she's an invisible dragon."
You propose spreading flour on the floor of the garage to capture the dragon's footprints.
"Good idea," I say, "but this dragon floats in the air."
Then you'll use an infrared sensor to detect the invisible fire.
"Good idea, but the invisible fire is also heatless."
You'll spray-paint the dragon and make her visible.
"Good idea, but she's an incorporeal dragon and the paint won't stick."
And so on. I counter every physical test you propose with a special explanation of why it won't work.
"Now, what's the difference between an invisible, incorporeal, floating dragon who spits heatless fire and no dragon at all?" Sagan asks, before explaining. "Claims that cannot be tested, assertions immune to disproof are veridically worthless, whatever value they may have in inspiring us or in exciting our sense of wonder."
Just like Jacobs' human-abducting, malevolent aliens...

Woman, 29, has 'daily' encounters with aliens after first UFO visit during lockdown
Lily Nova, 29, from St Louis, Missouri, US, says she had her first encounter with aliens in November 2020 after taking up astrophotography to cure her lockdown boredom
A woman who claims to have spotted a UFO during lockdown says she's been visited by aliensever since.
Lily Nova, 29, from St Louis, Missouri, US, says she had her first encounter at the end of 2020 after taking up astrophotography to cure lockdown boredom.
But the encounters did not stop there, with Lily now claiming the extraterrestrial beings visit her on a daily basis.
They've approached her in all manner of spacecraft, including metallic ships, black triangles and orbs that move in an "unearthly" way, she claims.
She also says she knows what some of the beings look like.
She claims the alien beings showed themselves to her through "telepathy"
( Image: Caters News Agency)
She first started getting into astrophotography in the summer of 2020 during the lockdown which eventually led to her first encounter with aliens just a few months later, in November.
She said: "My first encounter with aliens and UFOs was very intense.
"I went outside for some fresh air one night and I immediately locked eyes with bright light hovering over the neighbourhood.
"I started investigating and realised it was a UFO. Seconds later I looked away briefly and when I looked back there was a second craft that was much closer.
"I could actually see the triangular shape of the craft.
"The UFOs did some impressive manoeuvres to show me that it wasn't a regular aircraft before they disappeared above me.
"It really spooked me because aliens and UFOs aren't something I have thought about much before. It was a total reality shifting experience.

"A couple of months later I had my second encounter. After that, it kept happening more frequently and now I am having experiences daily.
"During my encounters I have also been able to see what the beings look like.
"One of the first beings I saw was a girl with light blue skin. She had no hair, but she was very beautiful. She was wearing a skin tight grey suit and I saw her ship mates standing behind her in the same uniform.
"I have also seen another group of beings with light blonde hair, fair and glowing skin and bright blue eyes.
"I believe they send images of themselves to me through telepathy. I think they are easing me into an introduction as it would be such a shocking experience for any human to have an alien walk up to you."
Lily believes that the aliens were testing the waters with her after her first shocking encounter as she says they were motioning towards her and knew she was recording.
She thinks that they then gave her some space to process the experience before appearing to her again.

Lily added: "My encounters have been very close from the start. I could not believe what I was seeing, it was groundbreaking and it piqued my interest in astrophotography even more.
"I needed to find out as much as possible.
"I abandoned my career as a nutritionist because it was overtaken by my passion for finding out more about UFOs and aliens.
"It's not something I ever expected to happen.
"The shock of my encounters with the UFOs eventually turned to comfort as I had more and more experiences. "It felt like I was developing a relationship with them.
"These experiences have changed everything for me. It has totally changed my view of the world and I have learnt so much about the cosmos and other beings.
"I have been focusing on spreading awareness of what I have found."
Lily now believes that she can invite these experiences with aliens and UFOs when is she is in a relaxed, open and blissful state of mind.
She says that she has even developed a sixth sense and intuitive gut feeling for when they are going to appear to her.
Lily added: "Whenever I am out doing my creative passion, astrophotography, this is when I believe I can make contact and invite these encounters.
"During my first initiated contact, where I have invited them instead of them just showing up, I even received a vision of being on the space ship and of the ships crew members.
"I have been out with a friend who is experienced in meditation, and we set our intention for them to appear to us, and within five minutes of getting out the car, a bright golden orb appears and was moving around to our questions
"Since the shock wore off, I just feel joy, love and peace. They are such beautiful and positive experiences, sometimes I even ball my eyes out crying while it's happening.
"I believe that they come to me because I believe in them, I am open-minded and I am welcoming towards them.
"It has been fascinating to learn about the universe and to create the incredible connection that has been formed."
A woman from St. Louis, Missouri named Lily Nova claims to have daily encounters with aliens and even gave up her career to pursue more knowledge about them.
Nova claims that her first alien encounter occurred during the pandemic after she took up astrophotography to combat her boredom.
“My first encounter with aliens and UFOs was very intense,” the Mirror reports she claimed. “I went outside for some fresh air one night and I immediately locked eyes with bright light hovering over the neighborhood. I started investigating and realized it was a UFO.
“Seconds later I looked away briefly and when I looked back there was a second craft that was much closer. I could actually see the triangular shape of the craft. The UFOs did some impressive maneuvers to show me that it wasn’t a regular aircraft before they disappeared above me.”
Lily Nova claims that she has seen numerous aliens over the span of her many encounters with UFOs.
She says she once saw an alien girl with light blue skin with no hair who “was very beautiful” and “wearing a skin-tight grey suit.”
“I have also seen another group of beings with light blonde hair, fair and glowing skin and bright blue eyes,” Nova added. “I believe they send images of themselves to me through telepathy. I think they are easing me into an introduction as it would be such a shocking experience for any human to have an alien walk up to you.”
Nova says that after her alien encounters she gave up her career as a nutritionist “because it was overtaken by my passion for finding out more about UFOs and aliens.”
She also claims that she has developed a sort of sixth sense when it comes to knowing when the encounters will occur.
“Whenever I am out doing my creative passion, astrophotography, this is when I believe I can make contact and invite these encounters,” she said. “I have been out with a friend who is experienced in meditation, and we set our intention for them to appear to us, and within five minutes of getting out the car, a bright golden orb appears and was moving around to our questions.”
Lily Nova and Demi Lovato should get together sometime and exchange notes.

The second country with the most UFO sightings and alien encounters after the US is Brazil. Very few of us know about the “Operation Saucer” also known as Operação Prato carried out by the Brazilian Air Force under the command of Colonel Uyrangê Hollanda to investigate the series of UFO sightings that happened in the mid-1970s that included attacks by light rays. Before the beginning of all these, a mysterious woman arrived at Ilha do Meio, situated in the Brazilian State of Pará.
Researcher Vitorio Peret recalled that in 1975, a woman named Elizabeth Quimine Berger arrived in Urumajó, now Augusto Corrêa. Her intention was to purchase lands on the Island of Meio, located 200 km from the city. She was a white blonde with blue eyes. The woman claimed to be a divorcee and a fashion designer by profession. Interestingly, according to locals, she was very short, only 132 cm. She was born in Switzerland, had an English passport, and was a resident of Paris.
Researcher Vitorio Peret was involved in Operation Saucer when the Brazilian Army learned facts related to extraterrestrials in the 70s
There was one boatman named João Olaya, who could carry travelers across the island. She got acquainted with him and asked him to take her to the island where she offered the locals to sell their lands to her in exchange for good cash. At first, the locals had no intention to sell their properties to some strange foreign woman. But later, she offered them a huge amount of money and bought plots on the island. Soon, she purchased all other properties near to her previous purchases. Although she became the owner of many lands, the mysterious woman used to spend very little time there as she was mostly out of the island.

In some time, the local fishermen and other people started spotting strange lights over the island, and this sparked a rumor that the woman was an extraterrestrial. Some fishermen reported seeing her taking a group of white people with blond hair (around 40-50) to the island. She also used to buy large quantities of fish (around 400 kg of fish) every month from the local fishermen.

According to the reports, the locals saw a white ball of lights that looked like “small moons” that landed on the island. What’s more, at the time when the UFO sightings began in the area, Berger was reportedly seen going out in the middle of the night. Some boatman who had access to traveling to the island once followed her and saw her walking on the water without any clothes. The woman became popular among the locals after such details. Some of them even complained to the police about it.
She was questioned by the police three times but was always released as they had never found any strong evidence against her related to the strange light phenomenon. Colonel Uyrangê Hollanda became aware of the strange resident and suspected that she had been feeding guerrillas, as they said that she regularly was seen with dozens of men.

Only when she was on the island, strange cylindrical lights and objects, looking like probes, appeared and evolved at night. The colonel searched her place and was surprised. The house had no windows, no doors, no dishes, no furniture. Just a bed and two chairs, Peret said.
Peret recalled that an American arrived on the island in 1975 when there were already reports of the phenomena that affected the North and Northeast regions of Brazil. Some people were hit by beams of light, including that caused burns. This American claimed to be a commercial pilot who joined NASA and appeared on Mosqueiro Island amid evidence of extraterrestrial activities in the area.
“His neighbors on the island reported that he had very modern equipment for the time and in relation to what was in the region, such as a structure for radio communication that did not even exist in Belém, and even a notebook, something unthinkable for the time. his was the fastest in the region and he never bought anything on the island. Not even a loaf. Twice a week, he went out on a speedboat and came back with groceries,” said Peret.
Peret was suspicious of the NASA interference in Operation Saucer because when the room of that man was searched, his walls were full of formulas, and images of space and rockets were found on the site where his house was. He died on the island in 1982.
Meanwhile, when Berger was arrested the third time, she was escorted by four policemen but vanished soon after she asked to go to the bathroom. It is shocking that she could disappear from the bathroom which had only one door and a small window.
According to Ufologist Moacyr de Mendonça de Uchôa, she was seen dressed as a nurse in Los Angeles 1985/1986 Earthquakes, helping the wounded. Interpol tried to track her but failed. Later, she was seen in South Korea. Later, the police found out that her passport fake, and Elisabeth Queminet Berger was a Swiss woman who died in 1937.
It is one of the unsolved mysteries that still astonishes people. There is a theory that she was either an extraterrestrial or a time traveler who traveled to Earth for some business but had to go due to too much interference by the Brazilian officials.

UFO mystery may be result of advanced 'stealth civilization' living on Earth among us, say Harvard scientists - as they reveal where their secret bases could be located
Skeptics have long questioned why UFOs, if they are alien craft, would visit Earth so often.
But two Harvard scientists suspect the beings may have been here all along.
In a new research paper, they estimate there is a one in 10 chance the true solution to the UFO mystery could be 'cryptoterrestrial' — meaning they belong to an advanced species hiding on Earth.
'While this notion may sound unlikely on first hearing, many observers are persuaded that it is at least conceivable,' the team wrote in their new study, 'not least because whole swathes of our planet remain virtually unexplored and uncharted.'
With 80 percent of our oceans unmapped, and still revealing ancient mysteries like Yonaguni Jima, the 'Japanese Atlantis,' not to mention unexplored caves and the dark side of the moon, they argue there's plenty of space for a 'stealth' civilization.
The researchers described, as one example of a potentially hiding advanced species, a massive submerged stone structure discovered by a diver off the coast of Yonaguni Jima in Japan that some marine geologists argue are might be the remnants of a 'Japanese Atlantis'
'If another intelligent species had inhabited Earth (or Mars) long before Homo sapiens, it is possible that we could have no idea,' the trio notes in their article, which is set to appear in the journal Philosophy and Cosmology this June.
The work is a collaboration between scientists who have independently tried to make sure that all viable theories are considered for the UFO mystery, which has seen a major effort effort for government declassification in recent months.
Congress, the Pentagon and others in government now more commonly refer to UFOs as UAP for 'unidentified aerial (or anomalous) phenomena.'
Multiple regions on Earth and near Earth were cited in the new study as worthwhile candidates for investigating the chances of a 'cryptoterrestrial' species' secret base.
One region, dubbed the 'Alaskan Triangle,' is a remote and sparsely populated area between the cities of Anchorage, Juneau and Utqiagvik that the authors described as 'a prominent 'hotspot' for UAP [UFOs], as well as other oddities.'
The triangle, they noted, has been ground zero for over 20,000 unexplained disappearances since the 1970s, above and beyond its penchant for UFO sightings.
Luis Guerra, a resident in the central Mexico city of Atlixco, photographed this image of an apparent UFO above the Popocatépetl volcano in Mexico. Sightings near this and other volcanos have fueled speculation that the UFOs might come from a hidden underground base
More concretely, the researchers pointed to a series of intriguing archeological finds that suggest the existence of ancient civilizations that would not only predate any known advances species, but may still exist in hiding.
They described a massive submerged stone structure discovered by a diver off the coast of Yonaguni Jima in Japan that some marine geologists argue are might be the remnants of a 5000-year-old pyramid from a Japanese Atlantis.
Habitable regions underground also remain to be explored, some with the right conditions to support life.
'The internal structure of Earth is still mostly a mystery,' the team wrote.
'For instance, it was recently found that the mantle transition zone (255 to 410 miles underground) acts as a large reservoir of water.'
They speculated that it is entirely possible that hundreds of miles below humanity 'another hominid species, or even a branch of Homo sapiens, could have adapted to live underground,' although it would likely scarcely resemble us.
Stunning photos taken by Luis Guerra, a resident in the central Mexico city of Atlixco, last year, have fueled similar speculation of a hidden UFO base underneath the country's Popocatépetl volcano, which has become a UFO hot spot.
Other major candidates, the researchers put forward, include long-term bases deep underwater in ocean trenches or on the dark side of the moon, whether built by an ancient advanced terrestrial race or our long-term extraterrestrial co-inhabitants.

While researchers working with Nasa's LROC moon-mapping mission have debunked the theory that this lunar image captured a 3.5-mile (5.6km) 'alien base' spire, much of the dark side of the moon remains unexplored and may yet hold such a discovery

'Of course,' the researchers noted, 'the limits of our knowledge provides no particular argument for the CTH [the 'cryptoterrestrial hypothesis'].'
'Crucially,' they added, 'it means we must have [...] humility and realize neither can we dismiss it just because it contradicts the standard narrative of history.'
The new research follows prior exploratory work by the authors working separately.
The study's co-author Dr Michael Masters, a professor of biological anthropology at Montana Technological University, had previously written a book arguing that the beings piloting UFOs might be 'extratempestrials' or time travelers.
'The phenomenon may be our own distant descendants coming back through time to study us in their own evolutionary past,' Dr Masters told KBZK News 7 in Bozeman.
Using his evolutionary biology experience as an anthropologist, Dr Masters made the case that the so-called 'grey' aliens from UFO abduction lore resemble what time-travelling future humans might evolve to look like in a more high tech society.
His coauthor, psychologist Tim Lomas with Harvard's T.H. Chan School of Public Health, had just recently laid out the full case for the more traditional 'extraterrestrial hypothesis,' in another article for the same journal, Philosophy and Cosmology, earlier this year.
Brendan Case, the associate director for research at Harvard's Institute for Quantitative Social Science, joined them in their call for scientists to pursue the 'cryptoterrestrial' UFO hypothesis.
'The hope is that we can begin a new dialogue and get past some of this stigma,' Dr Masters said. 'And not have to defend this as science, because it is very scientific.'
A man from Los Angeles claims that he witnessed aliens fleeing from a UFO after it crashed landed in the desert - and he has a piece of the spacecraft to prove it.
Jose Padilla was just a nine-year-old boy growing up in San Antonio,New Mexico, when he and his friend discovered the 'avocado-shaped' UFO.
To this day, he swears that what he witnessed was real.
Jose Padilla claims to have had a real alien encounter as a young boy living in San Antonio, New Mexico - he even has a piece of the UFO to prove it.
The encounter occurred while the two boys were horseback riding in the desert just 13 miles from the Trinity nuclear test site, Robert Oppenheimer and other members of the Manhattan Project detonated the world's first nuclear bomb in 1945.
The encounter occurred that very same year, and at first, Padilla thought the sound of the crash was just another bomb test, he told CBS News Los Angeles.
'I told my friend, 'it must be another test from the bomb' and he said, 'no, it's not a bomb, look at the smoke coming out of the ground,'' Padilla said.
Upon closer inspection, the smoke appeared to be coming from a crashed aircraft.
Then, all of a sudden, three extraterrestrials emerged from the aircraft and began 'sashaying and running in circles,' he said.
But Padilla wasn't afraid of these creatures.
'They had crashed at my father's ranch, and they needed help,' he said.
Over the next ten days, the military cleaned up the wreckage while Padilla and his friend watched from a nearby ridge, despite being warned to stay away.

When the soldiers took a break from cleaning up the wreckage, Padilla and his friends entered the aircraft.
The 'extraterrestrials' were gone, giving Padilla the perfect opportunity to extract a souvenir from inside.
He pulled a small 'dial' off the wall, brought it home and hid it in his garage.
Frontier Analysis, a chemical testing lab based in Ohio, analyzed the artifact in 2015. Their report revealed that it was made of aluminum mixed with silicon and copper, CBS Los Angeles reported.
This mix of metals is commonly found in engine parts, and the report stated that the isotopic ratios were terrestrial.
An artist's rendering of the 'dial' that Padilla extracted from the inner wall of the crashed spacecraft.
But an extraterrestrial source for the metals could not be ruled out, the report stated.
'No one knows what it is,' Padilla said.
The years passed, and Padilla moved from San Antonio to Rowland Heights, an unincorporated area of Los Angeles, California, and quietly raised a family.
But he always held onto that strange artifact from his childhood.
Padilla has held onto the strange metal artifact for all these years, claiming that it's proof of his alien encounter.
In 2012, Padilla and the friend who was with him when he witnessed the UFO were interviewed by investigative journalist and UFO researcher Paola Harris.
At the time, Harris was investigating a claim by the son of World War II army pilot William Brophy.
Brophy's son told Harris that one of his father's last missions was to fly over the area that Padilla claims the UFO crash landed in. During one such flight, he saw two young boys on horseback, Harris told CBS Los Angeles.
She believes those two little boys were Padilla and his friend.
There is a UFO/alien controversy surrounding Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico, where one of three UFOs allegedly landed in May 1971. The incident has been recently discussed by “Moment of Contact” filmmaker James Fox, who says the full video of the UFO landing exists, including the alien entities walking out of the craft.
However, as it is so often in such cases, instead of the government releasing a film of the entire incident to author/filmmaker Robert Emenegger as promised, it only released 8 seconds of this special footage that ultimately made it into the film. Holloman Air Force Base is the United States Air Force base established in 1942 and located six miles southwest of the central business district of Alamogordo, New Mexico.
The story begins in 1971 when Emenegger and producer/director Allan Sandler were invited by US intelligence to Norton Air Force Base in California to discuss the significant UFO phenomenon that had occurred previously and create a documentary film about it.
Apparently, Mr. Fox recalls the Holloman incident on Julian Dorey Podcast, published on February 25, 2023. He says that he interviewed Sandler and Emenegger about it and they as well believe the UFO landing film footage exists. He points out this happened not far from Socorro, where Lonnie Zamora had his famous sighting roughly a year prior of a similarly shaped “tic tac” white craft and beings walking around the UFO.
There is no official record of the reason why the US government allowed giving secret UFO footage for a documentary film. It is believed that the administration of President Nixon did it to look strong in the science field for the upcoming 1972 re-election campaign.
Emenegger said that he was promised by the USAF officials to get the authentic UFO landing footage that happened at Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico in 1971. It showed the alien visitors emerging out of the craft that met with the US military. Even though Emenegger was skeptical about it, the Air Force assured him that the footage was authentic.
One of the military’s officials named Paul Shartle, who was in charge of the audio-video department, said in a 1988 national television broadcast with Mike Farrell that he had watched the 16mm film of three disc-shaped craft. One of them landed and the others flew away.
“I saw footage of three disc-shaped crafts one of the crafts landed and two of them went away. It appeared to be in trouble because it oscillated all the way down to the ground. However, it did land on three pods, a sliding door open a ramp was extended, and out came three aliens. They were human-sized. They had an odd gray complexion and a pronounced nose. They wore tight-fitting jumpsuits, thin headdresses that appeared to be communication devices, and their hands in their hands they held a translator I was told.”
Robert Emenegger (Right) and Paul Shartle (Left)
Mr. Fox revealed on the podcast that Allan Sandler told him on the phone call that he had seen three discs escorted by a military jet. “He was not sure of the altitude, but he estimated that they were at roughly 10 to 12,000 feet,” Mr. Fox said. He continued: “Paul Shartle (One of the military’s officials at Norton Air Force Base in California who was in charge of the audio-video department) admitted that he had seen it and that it was not of Earth origin.”
Sandler told Mr. Fox that two of the discs peeled away while one wobbled to the ground. He said it was like a leaf floating down from the sky, and it looked like it was in trouble. Mr. Fox said that the wobbling movement was similar to the footage he had seen of a UFO before. He does not think that Allan knew how the UFO hovered. The disc eventually went to the ground.
“He said James, just like in a sci-fi movie, the seamless door opens and out come these beings that had very large noses, slits for mouths, and their eyes were almost like a vertical slit, like a cat’s eye, very, very big. They had… I’m just like… I [Fox] need to make this abundantly clear to your audience. I’m not saying what’s true or what’s not true, or if it happened or if it’s alien or whatever it is. I’m just telling you what I was told by people who saw it, and claimed to have seen it. They came out and they met with the base commanders, and then they either got into a Jeep or were about to get into a Jeep or do something and then the film footage just cuts.”
Emenegger claimed that he personally visited the landing site and inspected the area where the extraterrestrial craft had been stored, and that the US military and the alien visitors had held meetings that lasted for several days.
Additionally, Emenegger’s production team was granted access to highly classified documents at DoD facilities, and they received assistance from military officials who had expertise in UFO-related matters, such as Col. William Coleman of Project Blue Book and Col. George Weinbrenner, who headed Foreign Technology at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.
Paul Shartle, who showed the footage to Allan Sandler, faced some men in dark suits that showed up from an unknown location and warned him not to speak of the incident. They confiscated the footage, stating that it was not supposed to have happened. Sandler did not inform Emenegger for over 40 years.
Emenegger completed extensive research and film production only to feel cheated when the authorization to use real footage was withdrawn. Despite this setback, he went ahead and released his documentary “UFOs: Past, Present, and Future,” which was nominated for a Golden Globe in 1974. The documentary was groundbreaking because it provided information from the Department of Defense (DoD).
High Speed Test Track at Holloman Air Force Base
The United States Air Force (USAF) required Emenegger to add animated footage of the alleged Holloman UFO landing. According to Emenegger, some frames from the original footage were used during the editing stage with USAF authorization, which was not entirely missing from the frames. The viewers spotted a genuine bright disc coming down slowly in the distance against the backdrop of Holloman’s surrounding landscape.
David Cameron, a UFO researcher, shared in an interview that he was involved in confirming that the Pentagon was not covering up UFO sightings. He recounted the story of the Holloman Air Force Base film, where the government allowed producers to use eight seconds of footage of a landed alien ship in a documentary, but the classified part where an alien got out was removed.
Mr. Fox explains that the point of the story is that there is compelling evidence of an event occurring involving an unidentified object and that there may be film footage of the incident. Despite the existence of this evidence, the story has been overshadowed by other sensational claims, such as secret meetings between President Eisenhower and aliens.
While it is unclear what exactly happened, there is substance to the story and it should not be dismissed outright. However, the addition of other claims has muddied the waters and made it difficult to investigate the case of the president making contact with extraterrestrial life.
