The Allagash Abductions: Undeniable Evidence Of Extraterrestrial Intervention

The Allagash Abduction is a purported UFO sighting and alien abduction that is alleged to have occurred in 1976.

The witnesses said the incident started on August 20, 1976, when four men, all in their early-twenties, ventured on a camping trip into the wilderness near Allagash, Maine. The group consisted of twin brothers Jack and Jim Weiner, their friend Charlie Foltz, and their guide, Chuck Rak.

They say their first day went by without incident. However, on their second night, they noticed a bright light not far from their campsite which they first passed off as being a helicopter or weather balloon, but later noticed it displayed a strange quality of light.

Suddenly, the object imploded and disappeared. The following day went by without incident, as the first. The men were unlucky in their fishing so they decided to try it at night.

They set camp on the shore of Eagle Lake on August 20. As darkness settled, the men built a blazing campfire which they expected to burn for several hours to be used as a beacon for their campsite while out on the lake. They then headed out in a canoe.

After a short time, Rak noticed the bright light they had seen two nights before in the distance above the tree line. He called the others’ attention to it. They watched the object intently and noticed it appeared to be much larger this time and made no sound. Foltz grabbed a flashlight and began flashing an SOS.

Suddenly, a bright beam of light shot out from the bottom of the craft and it quickly made its way towards the men. All men, minus Rak, began to paddle furiously back towards shore. Rak seemed entranced by the object as it closed in on them. Suddenly, the light enveloped the canoe and the four men.

The next thing the men knew, they were back on shore at their campsite. They stood at the edge of the water and stared blankly at the craft, which was hovering no more than a few dozen feet from them. After watching for several minutes, the craft suddenly imploded, as it had done two nights previous, and reappeared over the treetops on the other side of the lake. It then shot upwards into the sky.

The men suddenly all felt exhausted and decided to sleep for the night. The large fire they had made only minutes previous was now a pile of burnt embers. Without much conversation following the unusual incident which just took place, the men went to sleep. The next morning, the men spoke little of the incident and packed their belongings to move to a new campsite.

Jack Weiner was the first to start having nightmares. In these dreams, he saw beings with long necks and large heads. He saw the beings examining his arm while Jim, Chuck, and Charlie sat on a nearby bench, not able to intervene.

The beings had large metallic glowing eyes with no lids, and their hands were insect-like, with four fingers. The other three men were experiencing very similar dreams, with short, mental clips of that night on the lake. In 1988, out of curiosity, Jim Weiner attended a UFO conference hosted by Raymond Fowler.

Weiner met Fowler afterwards and related his strange encounter. The investigator was excited about Jim’s story, especially the fact that it was a multiple witness occurrence. Fowler suggested to Jim that he and the others undergo regressive hypnosis.

After the sessions it was revealed that all four of the men had memories of being abducted and subjected to humiliating physical examinations, including the taking of skin and fluid samples.

The description of the aliens was consistent. The four men – being artists – were able to make detailed sketches of the entities, the craft, and the examining instruments. Chuck Rak added that the aliens’ test area was similar to a vet’s office, with a silvery table.

He also related a strange fact: he had much difficulty in focusing on the aliens. When he tried, he could not put an exact image to them. He compared it to trying to tune in a fuzzy radio station.

After the psychiatric examinations, all four of the men were deemed to be mentally stable, and they all passed lie-detector tests.

Contact with alien life is just around the corner, according to leading physicist, but we shouldn't expect it to be friendly.

String theory expert and futurist Michio Kaku believes we'll find signs of life in the universe within the century.

But just blindly reaching out to extraterrestrials is 'a terrible idea,' he told The Guardian, comparing it to Montezuma meeting with Hernan Cortés before the Spanish decimated the Aztec in the 16th century.

Kaku, the author of several science best-sellers, advises making first contact 'very carefully.'

The reference to Montezuma may spark fear among Earthlings, as the ancient ruler of the Aztecs in the 1500s who welcomed Cortés and was killed because of his good deed.

Cortés took advantage of the welcoming, took Montezuma hostage so that he could take the Aztec throne. 

Montezuma is said to have later been killed by his angry subjects who believed he had willing given up to Spanish rule. 

And Kaku warns that welcoming foreign beings to Earth may have the same outcome.

Kaku is a professor of theoretical physics at City College in New York and a leading proponent of string theory.

He popularizes physics on TV and has written several New York Times best sellers, including Physics of the Future and The Future of the Mind, which postulates on the possibilities of telepathy and programmable memories.

His latest book, The God Equation, discusses the ongoing quest to develop a 'theory of everything' that unites the fundamental forces of nature.

But Kaku's scientific curiosity extends into other realms, including the search for intelligent life in the universe.

In a 2018 reddit AMA, he said he felt humanity would make contact with aliens 'within the century.'

His optimism comes from the planned October 2021 launch of the James Webb Space Telescope, which will offer even greater infrared resolution and sensitivity than the Hubble telescope.

'We'll have thousands of planets to look at, and that's why I think the chances are quite high that we may make contact with an alien civilization,' he said in a new interview with The Guardian.

But the noted futurist is ambivalent about ringing an ET's doorbell.

'There are some colleagues of mine that believe we should reach out to them,' he told the Guardian. 'I think that's a terrible idea.'

'We all know what happened to Montezuma when he met Cortés in Mexico so many hundreds of years ago.'

Montezuma II, the last emperor of the Aztecs, was defeated by Spanish conquistador Hernán Cortés in 1520.

'Now, personally, I think that aliens out there would be friendly but we can't gamble on it,' Kaku added. 'So I think we will make contact but we should do it very carefully.'

In our rush to communicate, he said in the reddit AMA, we also should think about their intentions: 'Are they expansive and aggressive, or peaceful?'

And communication may not be that easy.

Because we're using radio waves, 'talking to them will be difficult, since they could be tens of light years away,' he said in the AMA.

Kaku is hardly alone in having reservations about a close encounter. 'We don't know much about aliens, but we know about humans,' renowned physicist Stephen Hawkings (pictured) said in 2018

'[Another] possibility is that they land on the White House lawn and announce their existence,' he added. 'But I think that is unlikely, since we would be like forest animals to them.'

Kaku is hardly alone in having reservations about a close encounter.

'We don't know much about aliens, but we know about humans,' renowned physicist Stephen Hawkings said in 2018, Live Science reported.

'If you look at history, contact between humans and less intelligent organisms have often been disastrous from their point of view, and encounters between civilizations with advanced versus primitive technologies have gone badly for the less advanced.'

An alien civilization receiving a message from Earth could be 'billions of years' ahead of human development, he added.

'If so, they will be vastly more powerful, and may not see us as any more valuable than we see bacteria.'

But, like Kaku, Hawkins still supported the search for alien life.

In fact his comments were given at a press event announcing a ten-year, $100 million effort to listen for broadcast signals from the million closest stars, using two of the world's most powerful telescopes.

'It's time to commit to finding the answer - to search for life beyond Earth,' he said. 'We are alive. We are intelligent. We must know.'

When it comes to the issue of what really happened on what was once known as the Foster Ranch, Lincoln County, New Mexico in early July 1947, there are things we know, things we suspect, and things we will probably never know. But, that something happened – something which caused the U.S. Air Force to offer multiple explanations for the event – is not a matter of any doubt at all. It was an incident that clearly concerned elements of not just the military, but the government, too, and to a highly significant degree. Eye-witnesses – both military and civilian – were warned not to talk about what they had seen and / or heard. More than a few of those warnings crossed the line and can only accurately be described as death threats. People were plunged into states of fear. Lives were changed forever; even scarred. Some lives may have ended; as in terminated. It was on July 8, 1947 that the strange event surfaced publicly. Associated Press (among many other news outlets) reported on the startling, then-breaking news:

“The many rumors regarding the flying disc became a reality yesterday when the intelligence office of the 509^th Bomb Group of the Eighth Air Force, Roswell Army Air Field, was fortunate enough to gain possession of a disc through the cooperation of one of the local ranchers and the sheriff’s office of Chavez County. The flying object landed on a ranch near Roswell sometime last week. Not having phone facilities, the rancher stored the disc until such time as he was able to contact the sheriff’s office, who in turn notified Major Jesse A. Marcel of the 509^th Bomb Group Intelligence Office. Action was immediately taken and the disc was picked up at the rancher’s home. It was inspected at the Roswell Army Air Field and subsequently loaned by Major Marcel to higher headquarters.” The story was quickly picked up not just across the United States, but across the planet, too. In barely no time at all, however, the flying disc angle was blown out of the sky: the whole thing was nothing but a huge, embarrassing mistake. The materials found on the massive ranch – by rancher William Ware “Mack” Brazel – were not the remains of a disc, after all. What had really been found, and subsequently collected and brought to the Roswell Army Air Field, was weather-balloon debris. Or, so the military was careful to try and assure everyone.

With Brazel at the time of the discovery – which had actually occurred days earlier – was a young boy named Dee Proctor. He would go on to be one of the most important people in the Roswell story. We also know for sure that three, key military men, all of whom were destined to become part and parcel of the Roswell affair, were also present at the ranch – and specifically before a veritable battalion was on-site and ordered to recover the massive amount of whatever-it-was. They were Major Jesse Marcel, the intelligence-office of the 509^th Bomb Group at Roswell; Captain Sheridan Cavitt, of the Counter-Intelligence Corps; and CIC Master Sergeant Lewis S. “Bill” Rickett. All three were at ground-zero. They all saw the wreckage. Years later Marcel would open up wide on the matter of the debris he saw and collected. Cavitt and Rickett may have seen more than debris. Way more. Possibly bodies, strange bodies. Brazel and little Dee may have seen one or more of those bodies, too.

When the media revealed the weather-balloon explanation, something amazing happened: Roswell was largely, and very quickly, forgotten. Granted, those implicated in the affair never forgot what they saw and experienced. But, the media certainly moved on to other things. Plus, back in 1947 there were no UFO research groups around to look into the case. The result? Aside from a few, occasional, brief references in books and magazines in the 1950s and 1960s, Roswell was for all intents and purposes dead and buried – which is precisely how those charged with keeping the disturbing secret wanted it. Things changed, however, in the mid-to-late 1970s. Both William Moore and Stanton Friedman were eagerly pursuing the Roswell story by then; it was a story that was slowly but surely destined to be resurrected. It was Friedman who found the now-elderly Jesse Marcel. The long-retired major had a most interesting story to tell:

“I saw a lot of wreckage but no complete machine. It had disintegrated before it hit the ground. The wreckage was scattered over an area about three quarters of a mile long and several hundred feet wide. I was pretty well acquainted with most everything that was in the air at that time, both ours and foreign. I was also acquainted with virtually every type of weather-balloon or radar-tracking device being used by either the civilians or the military. What it was we didn’t know. We just picked up the fragments…it certainly wasn’t anything built by us.” Mack Brazel’s son, Bill, would later say that what was found on the Foster Ranch was “…something on the order of tinfoil except that [it] wouldn’t tear…You could wrinkle it and lay it back down and it immediately resumed its original shape. Quite pliable, but you couldn’t crease or bend it like ordinary metal. Almost like a plastic, but definitely metallic in nature.”

When Friedman spoke with Bill Rickett, in 1985, the also-long-retired Counter-Intelligence Corps man revealed a few snippets of information on what happened, but practically froze like a deer caught in headlights when Friedman brought up the matter of bodies. It was clearly an issue Rickett had no intention of discussing – and he didn’t. As for Sheridan Cavitt, he proved to be one of the trickiest players in the entire story. He revealed very little of substance. On occasion, he even denied having ever been at Roswell or at the crash site. Cavitt may even have withheld what he knew of the incident when, in 1994, the Air Force came knocking on his front-door, wanting answers. As for Dee Proctor, well, he had the fear of God put into him by the military – and to the extent that he barely ever talked about the mysterious events of July 1947. Back then, a lot of people knew something of the case. The men above, however, knew more than most. Much more.

Russian Navy Captain: Aliens Probably Build Their Bases On Earth’s Seabed

Hundreds of new reports on UFOs appear everyday. One percent of those reports remain a mystery unraveled though 99% of them could be explained by natural or man-made factors.

Let us assume that aliens exist and visit Earth on a regular basis. What would be the best place for them to build a secret base? Seabed would be the best option. The oceans cover two-thirds of the planet.

The ocean remains virtually unexplored. We have a much clearer picture of processes that occur on the Moon, our knowledge of things that happen deep under the surface of the sea is scarce. As it turns out, reports about certain mysterious undersea incidents arrive steadily.

Those incidents are reported by naval officers who normally have good technical expertise and composure. The Navy officers are subject to annual medical examinations.

Submarines have no skylights. Maintaining radio communication under the sea is not easy though a radio wave passes through the water a lot better than it does above the sea surface. That is why submariners largely report incidents related to strange acoustic signals.

Roswell "Aliens" Were Human Hybrid: Fallen Angel Breeding Program

In reviewing the Roswell, New Mexico “alien” crash of 1947, there’s a contradiction hiding in plain sight for those who believe aliens are fallen angels. During the infamous autopsy film of the two beings who were found at the crash site, it became obvious they were not the dead bodies of humans, but a hybrid of some sort  

Angels have a celestial body and are immortal. Therefore, the Roswell crash victims could not have been angels.  I believe they were not human nor angelic, but a combination of both. An interdimensional hybrid being, which is the result of a breeding program instituted by fallen angels.

Not only do fallen angels continue to mate with human women to this very day.  They’ve been passing their forbidden knowledge to the Luciferian elite, who control this fallen world. In the Book of Enoch it is disclosed the fallen angels educated man in the secrets of the esoteric religion including sorcery, incantations, and the dividing of roots and trees. (Enoch 7:10) They also taught men to make swords, knives, shields, breastplates, the fabrication of mirrors, and the workmanship of bracelets and ornaments, the use of paint, the beautifying of the eyebrows, the use of stones of every valuable and select kind, and all sorts of dyes, and our knowledge of these things caused the world to become altered and corrupted. (Enoch 8:1-2) And they taught men every kind of iniquity upon earth, and disclosed to the world all the secret things which are done in the heavens. (Enoch 9:5) The whole world was corrupted by their knowledge and God pronounced judgment upon those angels for this crime. (Enoch 10:12)

And the angels who did not keep their proper domain, but left their own abode, He has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness for the judgment of the great day; (Jude 1:

The secrets of their origin and future incursion may are also found in the ancient texts of   The Book Of The Secrets Of Enoch, The Book Of Jubilees, The Testaments of the Twelve Patriarchs and The Book Of Giants.

For seventy generations, the dark angels have been imprisoned in the second heaven of the fourth dimension. And in the Abyss, thirty-six-hundred miles below the surface of the earth, included in their rank are the two-hundred Watcher angels – aka Grigori – who descended on Mount Hermon, putting on a garment of flesh and procreating with female images.

Genesis 6, verse 4, says, “There were giants in the earth in those days, and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them. The same became mighty men, which were of old, men of renown.”

The Book of Enoch, Chapter 7 says, “It happened after the sons of men had multiplied in those days that daughters were born to them, elegant and beautiful. And when the angels, the sons of heaven, beheld them, they became enamored of them, saying to each other, ‘Come, let us select for ourselves wives from the progeny of men, and let us beget children.’”

The Book of Jubilees, Chapter 5 says, “And it came to pass when the children of men began to multiply on the face of the earth and daughters were born unto them, that the angels of God saw them on a certain year of this jubilee, that they were beautiful to look upon; and they took themselves wives of all whom they chose, and they bare unto them sons and they were giants.”

The Book of Enoch, Chapter 7, Verse 2 says, “Wherefore have you forsaken the lofty and holy heaven, and have lain with women; have defiled yourselves with the daughters of men; have taken to yourselves wives; have acted like the sons of the earth, and have begotten an impious offspring?”

The Testaments of the Twelve Patriarchs: Testament of Reuben, Chapter 2, Verses 18-19 says, “For thus they allured the Watchers who were before the flood; for as these continually beheld them, they lusted after them and they conceived the act in their mind; for they changed themselves into the shape of men, and appeared to them when they were with their husbands. And the women lusting in their minds after their forms, gave birth to giants, for the Watcher appeared to them as reaching even unto the heaven.”

Ezekiel 23:20 says, “There she lusted after her lovers, whose genitals were like those of donkeys and whose emissions was like that of horses.”

Moses, Enoch, Ruben and Ezekiel each describe a giant race of satanically-inspired hybrids known as the Nephilim: half-dark angel, half-human. They were created for the singular purpose of corrupting the DNA genome code of humans and preventing a future offer of redemption from God.

Before the fall, Adam and Eve reflected the Ancient of Day’s perfect triple-helix DNA genome code, wearing their spirits externally and bodies internally. After their expulsion from Eden, both were downgraded to a perishable double-helix DNA genome code, displaying their bodies externally and their spirits internally.

The Testaments of The Twelve Patriarchs: The Testament of Naphtali, Chapter 1, Verse 27 says, “In like manner the Watchers also changed the order of nature, whom the Lord cursed at the flood, on whose account He made the earth without inhabitants an fruitless.”

God creates within a framework of three. When Adam and Eve fell, their systemic triple-helix DNA code transmuted from three strands into two. One whole comprised of three became two-thirds of one… or sixty-six-point-six percent of one…… Six, Six, Six. The number of an image. It’s the third strand of DNA code that enables images to telepathically communicate with The Demiurge and trans-relocate into the ten dimensions or heavens without the obstacle of time and space.

Every human contains a scroll of DNA determining their physicality, intellect and emotions. Forty-six chromosomes from the father and mother form one individual set containing a double helix DNA genome code. This physical testimony and record of the parents’ lives has been passed down and preserved since the deluge. Prior to the flood, the Ancient of Days initiated the DNA destruction of the Nephilim by turning them against each other through mutual slaughter.

The Book of Enoch, Chapter 10, Verse 13 says, “To Gabriel also the Lord said, ‘Go to the biters, to the reprobates, to the children of fornication and destroy the children of fornication, the offspring of the watchers, from among men. Bring them forth, and excite them on against another. Let them perish by mutual slaughter; for the length of days shall not be theirs.’” The Ancient of Days then forced the Watchers to observe the slaughter of their progeny, the Nephilim.

The Book of Enoch, Chapter 12, Verses 5-7 says, “Then the Lord said to me, Enoch, scribe of righteousness, ‘Go tell the watchers of heaven, who have deserted the lofty sky, and their holy everlasting station, who have been polluted with women and have done as the sons of men do, by taking to themselves wives, and who have been greatly corrupted on the earth; That on the earth they shall never obtain peace and remission of sin. For they shall not rejoice in their offspring; they shall behold the slaughter of their beloved; shall lament for the destruction of their sons; and shall petition for ever; but shall not obtain mercy and peace.’” These satanically-inspired hybrids consumed all vegetation, animals, images, and finally each other.

The Book of Enoch, Chapter 7, Verse 2-5 says, “The women became pregnant and gave birth to giants, four-hundred and fifty feet tall. They ate the labors of men. As they were unable to supply them, the giants grew bold against them and devoured the men. They began to sin against birds, animals, reptiles and fish, and to eat the flesh of each other. And they drank the blood.”

The Book of Giants 1Q23 Frag 1&6 says, “Two-hundred donkeys, two-hundred asses, two hundred rams of the flock, two-hundred goats, two-hundred beasts of the field from every animal., from every bird were selected for miscegeneration (interbreeding).

The Book of Giants 4Q531 Frag. 2 says, “they defiled…they begot giants and monsters…they begot, and, behold, all the earth was corrupted…”

The Book of Jubilees, Chapter 5, Verse 2 says, “And lawlessness increased on the earth and all flesh corrupted its way, alike man and cattle and beasts and birds and everything that walketh on the earth- all of them corrupted their ways and their orders, and they began to devour each other, and lawlessness increased on the earth and every imagination of the thoughts of all men (was) thus evil continually.”

Engaging in beastiality, the Nephilim produced multiple varieties of chimeras and monsters. The satyr, griffin and faun were not fictional mutants of Greek mythology, but actual historical abominations. Tales of the Titans in Sumerian, Egyptian, and Roman civilizations are further evidence of the Nephilim’s incursion before and after the deluge.

The Nephilim maintained their power by human blood sacrifices, becoming the first DNA genome code carriers of Black Goo Programmable Matter, the sentient agent of infection found in the bowels of the Abyss, and contained within the apple that transmuted Adam and Eve from incorruptible to corruptible.

Goliath was allegedly thirteen feet tall. Can you expect me to believe that the pre-flood giants were four-hundred and fifty feet tall? . Consider the red kangaroo. Weighing only three-one-hundredths of an ounce at birth, it grows to an adult weight of one-hundred and eighty pounds, an increase of ninety-six thousand times its birth weight. In a similar fashion, the weight of a Nephilim is comparable to an infant.

However, it was the corrupted seed of the Watcher angel that precipitated the exponential growth after birth. Nephilim are eternal beings. Although their mortal bodies died in the flood, the disembodied spirits exist today as fierce, terrestrial spirits known as demons, whose purpose is to torment and destroy.

The Book of Enoch, Chapter 15, Verses 8-10 says, “Now the giants, who have been called upon earth evil spirits, shall proceed from their flesh, because they were created from above; from the holy watchers was their beginning and primary foundation. Evil spirits shall they be upon earth, and the spirits of the wicked shall they be called. The habitation of the spirits of heaven shall be in heaven; but upon earth shall be the habitation of terrestrial spirits, who are born on earth. The spirits of the giants shall be like clouds, which shall oppress, corrupt, fall, contend, and bruise upon earth. They shall cause lamentation. No food shall they eat; and they shall be thirsty; they shall be concealed, and shall not rise up against the sons of men, and against women; for they come forth during the days of slaughter and destruction.”

Without hope, demons feed off the generational destruction of images and animals. Whether cast out or forced to leave after the death of its victim, demons will continue to seek another host. My minions are restricted to two locations: the third dimension of the first heaven, and Hell, which is thirty-six hundred miles below the surface of my flat earth.

Luke Chapter 11, Verse 24 says, “When an impure spirit comes out of a person, it goes through arid places seeking rest and does not find it. Then is says, ‘I will return to the house I left.’”

Pre-flood vegetation was abnormally large. During the Antediluvian, pre-deluge age, images lived hundreds of years. Multiply the size of an average redwood tree by five and you’ll have an idea of the landscape from Adam to Noah. Prior to the flood, thousands of forests were packed with giant silicon trees reaching into the clouds. Pre-flood trees were the first organic skyscrapers. Today, the desert rock landscapes are the remains of these giant silicon forests. Before the deluge, millions of Nephilim quarried all of the giant forests with their insatiable appetite.

Finally, when all of the vegetation and animals were depleted, the Nephilim resorted to consuming images and each other. Observing the carnage from the third Heaven, the arc angels submitted their petition to the Ancient of Days. Judgment and the deluge followed. Because their double-helix DNA genome code wasn’t tainted with Black Goo, only Noah and his family were spared from annihilation.

Genesis Chapter 6, Verse 9 says, “Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with The One.”  Perfect in his generations goes a lot deeper. Here is a description of Noah’s birth. Get ready for your theology to be rocked.

The Book of Enoch, Chapter 105, Verses 1-4 & 15-16 says, “After a time, my son Mathusala took a wife for his son Lamech. She became pregnant by him, and brought forth a child, the flesh of which was as white as snow, and red as a rose; the hair of whose head was white like wool, and long; and whose eyes were beautiful. When he opened them, he illuminated all the house, like the sun; the whole house abounded with light. And when he was taken from the hand of the midwife, opening also his mouth, he spoke to the Lord of righteousness. Then Lamech his father was afraid of him; and flying away, came to his own father Mathusala, and said, ‘I have begotten a son, unlike to other children. He is not human, but resembling the offspring of the angels of heaven, is of a different nature from ours, being altogether unlike to us. His eyes are bright as the rays of the sun; his countenance glorious, and he looks not as if he belonged to me, but to the angels.’ ‘This child, which is born to you, shall survive on the earth, and his three sons shall be saved with him. When all mankind who are on the earth shall die, he shall be safe. And his posterity shall beget on the earth giants, not spiritual, but carnal. Upon the earth shall a great punishment be inflicted, and it shall be washed from all corruption. Now therefore inform thy son Lemech that he who is born is his child in truth: and he call his name Noah, for he shall be to you a survivor.’”

Despite an acute awareness of the consequences, the Watcher angels procreated with female images in a corrupted alchemical mix of mortal and immortal.

The Book of Enoch, Chapter 7, Verses 3-7 says, “Then their leader Samyaza said to them, ‘I fear that you may perhaps be indisposed to the performance of this enterprise; and that I alone shall suffer for so grievous a crime.’ But they answered him and said, ‘We all swear and bind ourselves by mutual execrations that we will not change our intention, but execute our projected undertaking.’ Then they swore all together, and all bound themselves by mutual execrations. Their number was two hundred, who descended up ardis, which is the top of mount armon.”

Enoch the scribe communicated the Watchers’ supplication before the Ancient of Days, who rejected their request for grace. The Watchers/Grigori witnessed their Nephilim offspring perish in the flood as they were cast into the great darkness of the second heaven for seventy generations. The end of seventieth generation is upon us.

The Book of the Secrets of Enoch, Chapter 18, Verse 3 says, “And they said to me, ‘These are the Grigori, who with their prince Sananail rejected the Lord of light, and after them are those who are held in great darkness on the second heaven. And three of them went down on to earth from the Lord’s throne to the place Ermon, and broke their vows on the shoulder of the hill Eron and saw the daughters of men how good they are, and took to themselves wives, and befouled the earth with their deeds, who in all times of their age made lawlessness and mixing, and giants are born and marvellous big men and great enmity.’”

The Book of Daniel, Chapter 9, Werse 27 states that the seventieth week is reserved for my rule over the flat earth. “He will make a treaty with the people for a period of one set of seven.” One set of seven is seven years. The Ancient of Days designated four-hundred and ninety years

Who Will Resist The Aliens Who Want To Destroy Us?

Military news site Task & Purpose confirmed a disturbing fact: the newly created U.S. Space Force has no intention of fighting aliens.

Despite the recent uptick of military UFO sightings, the Pentagon appears uninterested (at least officially) in the possibility of hostile aliens. But if an alien invasion does take place, which arm of the Pentagon would respond? The answer: probably all of them.

During a recent Pentagon roundtable, Task & Purpose’s Pentagon reporter Jeff Schogol asked if the Space Force “is concerned about threats posed by extraterrestrial intelligence.” The official answer he got back? “No.”

Schogol’s question was asked with tongue firmly planted in cheek, but the revelation last year that U.S. Navy fighter jets encountered alleged UFO craft in 2004 and again in 2015—in both instances appearing on radar and leaving behind video evidence—makes one wonder.

If the unidentified flying objects described by Navy pilots, as well as military and civilian personnel for the past seventy years, are really of extraterrestrial origin and unfriendly, how would the Pentagon deal with them?

If UFOs suddenly descended from the skies, toasting the Statue of Liberty, the Great Mall of America, and the Golden Gate Bridge with death rays, the Pentagon would need to convene some sort of study group to quickly determine what kind of threat it was dealing with. If that happens, forget the Air Force.

Ironically, the service that would most likely take the lead is the U.S. Navy.

Why the Navy? Aliens would likely come from vast distances, traveling light years in long distance voyages, to smash puny humans. The U.S. Navy is unique among the services in planning similar, though much, much shorter voyages.

Both submarines and UFOs deal with pressure—in the case of submarines the pressure is on the outside, while in space the pressure is on the inside of the vehicle. From an operational and technical standpoint, aliens and sailors have a few things in common.

There are other reasons the Navy might take the lead. Seventy-one percent of the Earth’s surface is covered by water, and if aliens operated from the water (remember, the 2004 sighting included reports of a 737-sized object on the surface of the ocean) the Navy is unique in having manned aircraft, surface ships, and submarines prowling above, on, and below the surface of the ocean.

The Navy could also sail to the most remote locations in the world’s oceans, establishing a military presence for weeks or months, to investigate and monitor for enemy activity.

The Air Force could operate against aliens, but the service’s fighters and bombers could only remain on station for mere minutes or hours before returning to base.

Against a terrestrial threat this isn’t really a big deal, but against an alien threat we know nothing about—and according to the 2004 incident, theoretically capable of traveling extraordinary distances in a blink of an eye—such a force will be less useful.

If humans could lure aliens into a set-piece battle the Air Force could bring a lot of firepower, but how one lures aliens into battle is anyone’s guess. In the meantime the Space Force, nestled under control of the Air Force, would contribute to the alien war by maintaining the U.S. military’s network of position, navigation, and timing/GPS satellites, communication satellites, and other space-based assets.

The Army would be the service responsible if aliens attempted a landing in the United States, or presumably one of our allies. The Army’s 10 combat divisions would spring into action, attempting to destroy the aliens with fire and maneuver.

It would be in many ways similar to countering an airborne landing, with the Army attempting to destroy the alien’s landing zone and prevent the flow of alien reinforcements.

The Marines could also get in on the alien fighting, particularly overseas in Asia, Europe, or even the Middle East—though one would like to think aliens would be smart enough to avoid that region and the prospect of their own 18-year war altogether.

Of course, all of this is contingent on the U.S. military being on par with alien technology… which, frankly, is extremely unlikely.

The universe is billions of years old, and other races could easily have a head start of a million years or more on us. And certainly, any species capable of interstellar flight is far more technologically advanced.

Consider that a handful of 21st-century tanks could crush an army from the 11th century, or even the 19th century for that matter. Even a difference of a thousand years would be ample enough to ensure humanity’s defeat from even a minor alien expedition/hunting trip/bachelor party.

If aliens do exist, ultimately it may not matter if they are hostile or not. Our destruction at their hands would be about as inevitable as destruction from an extinction-level meteor impact.

They could even be friendly, the combination of advanced, destructive technology and violent tendencies leading to intelligent life self-screening itself from interstellar travel. (That would be bad news for humanity.)

The “UFOs” people are seeing could even be top secret U.S. government craft. The aliens could be us. In the end, maybe it doesn’t matter if the Pentagon has a plan to fight aliens after all.

The world of ufology revolves around some famous stories of sightings and abductions. One abduction account that has withstood the tests of time, skeptics, investigations and a movie depiction is that of Travis Walton. In 1975, six fellow loggers in Snowflake, Arizona, including one Mike Rogers, reported to local authorities that they encountered a flying saucer which Travis had jump from the truck and run towards, only to be knocked to the ground by a beam of light. Thinking he was dead, they left him and, when they returned with searchers, could not find him. Walton showed up five days later with a story of being abducted and taken to a space ship, encountering two species of aliens and being dropped off a few miles away. The witnesses, especially Walton’s friend and logging-crew-leader and truck driver Mike Rogers, stuck by their stories and passed polygraph tests. Walton wrote “The Walton Experience” which became the basis for the 1993 film “Fire in the Sky” and has continued to tell his story. (A Google search brings up many accounts of the story.) As for Mike Rogers …

“I, Michael H. Rogers, being of sound and rational mind, do hereby give notice that I am no longer to be considered a witness to Travis C. Walton’s supposed abduction of November 5, 1975.”

That post appeared on Rogers’ Facebook page on March 19, 2021. After all these years, is he saying that the alien abduction of Travis Walton he said he saw in 1975 never happened and he, Mike Rogers, is a sound-minded liar? The comments on this post and others on subsequent days could make for another book – or better yet, a soap opera script – but don’t really answer the question. In one response to a similar query, Rogers says:

“No, it wasn’t a scam or hoax, as far as I know, ***. But you never know?”

As far as he knows? You never know? That’s pretty vague – like a remark made to get attention rather than release new information or make a confession. The comments and counter-comments on the posts – especially the back-and-forth between Rogers and Travis Walton himself – suggest some sort of personal vendetta is at the source … and that vendetta is, not surprisingly, about money. It appears there is talk of a remake of “Fire in the Sky” in the posts and they imply that this is the at the root of this big – at least in the ufology world – fight. Money has been a part of this story from the start, with The National Enquirer giving Walton and his co-workers a $5,000 prize for “best UFO case of the year” after they passed polygraph tests administered by the Enquirer.

“I have been waiting a very long time to say this… I am very tired of holding this in.”

Does that sound like someone looking for a bigger piece of the pie or someone dealing with covering up a lie for 45 years? Travis Walton sticks by his story, which has not changed in 45 years. That, plus the witnesses, is what gave his story such credibility and durability. As of this writing, there don’t appear to be any other witnesses coming forward to un-witness themselves. Subsequent posts on Rogers Facebook page indicate a lot more “He said … he said” comments and, it should be noted, promotions of a book of illustrations Rogers is working on.

Will a real-life soap opera bring down one of the most enduring UFO and alien abduction cases of all time? You never know. It’s safe to say this is far from over.

You may know Jerome Clark as a former editor of Fate magazine, or as the author of “Unnatural Phenomena: A Guide to the Bizarre Wonders of North America” and other books, or co-author (with Loren Coleman) of “Cryptozoology A to Z”, or from his many television appearances discussing the subject of UFOs. However, none of those things nor his other noteworthy accomplishments in the field of UFO research will get him as much exposure and notoriety as a few sections in his latest seven-volume collection, “The UFO Phenomenon,” which covers UFO reports from 543 BCE to present times. (Note: this series is an updated Kindle version of the “The UFO Encyclopedia: The Phenomenon From The Beginning” which was first published in 1998.) In particular, “UFOs in the Late 20th Century and the New Era 1991–2020 (The UFO Phenomenon Book 7)” has already made headlines for Clarke’s revelation that by his count a total of 212 people have been abducted by aliens since 2014 for the purpose of sex.

“Abductions can happen anywhere and may last anything from 20 minutes to five days. The usual duration is one to three hours. Most happen at night. A key procedure is inspection of the reproductive organs, often followed by extraction of sperm or eggs.”

That sounds pretty clinical, and in fact many stories of sexual encounters between humans and extraterrestrials emphasize that, even if the intercourse was consented to and the alien was sexually attractive, the experience was generally not pleasurable. That sexual attractiveness in some other cases is what apparently drew The Sun to Clark for an interview.

“Their usual dress is a coverall or one-piece jumpsuit, often skintight, perhaps even so snug that the beings appear (or are) nude.”

In the chapter titled “Khoury Case,” Clark describes the experiences of Peter Khoury, the head of Media at Australian news company NMRA, who claimed his 1992 abduction involved having two nude blonde aliens kneeling on his bed, one of whom engaged in foreplay before attempting to have sex – a failed attempt that allegedly left him with a few blonde hairs for evidence. According to the review, the hair was analyzed and found to be a hybrid of Asian and Gaelic advanced DNA.

Clark doesn’t ignore really close encounters of the female kind. The review tells the account of a woman from Indianapolis who told Clark aliens impregnated her while she was on a cruise ship (Earthly, not alien), returned a few month later for the fetus, and again to introduce her to her hybrid daughter.

In the sample of the Kindle book on Amazon, Clark tells of Antonio Villas Boas, who claimed he was abducted in 1958 by many small beings who “dragged him inside a landed UFO, drew blood samples and left him in a room where he had sexual relations with an almost-human female.” To show how times have changed, Clark shares that the “few ufologists who knew of this report kept it hidden in a plain brown envelope of secrecy” because of the damage inter-species sex would do to the field. However, stories of alien abductions picked up in the latter half of the 1960s and today this kind of sex is almost mandatory in TV and movie alien encounters.

Contact With Nordic Extraterrestrial Beings in USAF Uniform Whose UFO Was Recorded

JP, an anonymous source who has provided hundreds of photos of different types of craft belonging to a classified US Air Force (USAF) space program, claims to have encountered a human-looking “Nordic” extraterrestrial on May 24. He believes the Nordic was dressed in a US Air Force uniform and invited him to fly in a saucer-shaped craft that had landed in a secluded wooded area of Orlando, Florida.

JP turned down the offer but photographed the spacecraft after it had departed (attached below). His recollection of the conversation with the Nordic reveals that they are directly cooperating with the USAF and adhering to the terms of an agreement on their communication with the general public.

The transcript of my Skype conversation with JP is included below, along with some commentary. I’ve produced a page with older articles and videos featuring his photos, as well as originals, for independent review.
The debate began at 10:32 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time. I’ve removed grammatical errors and added extra text in square brackets to clarify what JP is saying: 9:00 a.m., JP Today’s touch was superb. Michael Salla, what happened?

JP: I went for a stroll through the jungle. I was getting ringing in my ear. I assume it was a sort of calling. As I discovered from the previous touch. I happened to run into this guy. I’m dressed in a suit from the United States Air Force. Indigo blue. His demeanor had shifted. Maybe a Nordic.

JP wears a United States Air Force jumpsuit and has light blue eyes and blond hair. He was outstanding. Many of these craft, he says, can be seen all over the world. He asked me to join him in his hobby. No, I answered. Yes, [he inquired] if I was certain….

JP: I told him that we would need video evidence soon. He explained that they couldn’t because of a treaty they have with the United States and other countries.

This is consistent with what contactees like George Adamski, Howard Menger, and others have said about human-looking extraterrestrials that they helped blend into local communities in order to escape detection by the general public and even national authorities.

It’s worth noting that the current Russian Prime Minister, Dimitry Medvedev, claimed in December 2012 that when he became President, he would be granted a highly classified file containing details on how Russian and global authorities register and track extraterrestrials living among us.

All of this implies that secret agreements have been concluded between public authorities and Nordic extraterrestrials, according to which no video recording of their lives is allowed by anyone they approached.

Returning to my Skype conversation with JP, I asked him about his decision not to accept the Nordic offer to work in his craft:

Michael Salla: I was taken aback when you said no. Have you ever had a bad gut feeling?

JP: No, I was pleased, but I was annoyed because I didn’t get any video.

Michael Salla: Will you have been allowed to take photos?

JP: He told me. This type of ship can be found all over the place. After he’d finished listening to me. He got in touch with me. I knew I was inside the ship when I saw a light. I’m just floating in space. It had only been a fraction of a second. He then told me that you had returned.

JP is saying that the “Nordic” arranged for him to see inside the craft without physically entering it. Perhaps there was astral projection or some other form of non-physical experience.

JP then inquires about Nordic-US Air Force collaboration:

J.P. : I’m wondering what’s going on with you and the US Air Force. He told me that they are working on a big project together. Several Gulf of Mexico ventures involving MacDill Air Force personnel.

Michael Salla: Why was he dressed in a uniform of the United States Air Force?

JP: Both of these sonic booms are part of the concept they’re developing.

Was it emblazoned with the USAF Special Operations patch, Michael Salla?

JP previously claimed that he was taken onboard a rectangle-shaped spacecraft and saw passengers wearing USAF uniforms with the Air Force Special Operations patch. The mishaps occurred near MacDill Air Force Base, which houses the US Special Operations Headquarters.

JP defined the Nordic patch as distinctive, with symbols of a star and a crescent.

He later explained to me that the uniform itself featured the acronym, USAF, with the acronym also written out in a foreign language he didn’t understand at first but later discovered to be ancient Sumerian after some internet research.

This, it appears, allowed the Nordic to move freely inside USAF bases:

JP: A distinctive type of space insignia.

Michael Salla: What led you to assume it was a US Air Force uniform rather than a Nordic one?

JP: To blend in while walking around the [USAF] base. “United States Air Force,” the patch read.

Michael Salla: Did he tell you, MacDill, that he hangs out on US Air Force bases?

JP:… There are other bases around the world.

Michael Salla: That makes complete sense. Did he say how long his organization has been working on joint ventures with the USAF? When did it all start?

JP: We didn’t get very far with that talk. I’ve been thinking about you for a long time, Michael. I dashed to my truck as he walked away.

Michael Salla: Was the conversation conducted in English or by telepathy?

JP is fluent in English. The European variant. In the same way that English people speak. The perfect English. This is not a traditional American remark.

Michael Salla: Were you able to take any pictures?

Of course, JP.

JP claimed to have been able to photograph the craft after it took off, but not while it was still on the ground. The first images of the departing craft are shown below. Many of the photographs he sent are included in the video below, as well as zooms of two of them.

JP says he was about 25 meters away from the craft when it landed, but his phone didn’t work. The craft’s diameter was approximately 20 meters, and it had three window panes through which he could see.

JP was then questioned about what the Nordic had told him about the USAF partnership:

Michael Salla: What kinds of systems did the Nordics work on with the USAF?

JP: Playing with ship maneuvering. Invasive maneuvers are being carried out all over the world, including in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Russia, and Asia.

Michael Salla: Were the Nordics demonstrating intrusive maneuvers to the US Air Force? Could you please elaborate?

JP Another craft is being accompanied by another craft. This isn’t the same as a plane following another plane.

Michael Salla: Were the Nordics sharing technologies with the US Air Force, or merely understanding how?

JP: The US Air Force has the supplies, but they don’t know how to use it. It’s the equivalent of handing over a smartphone to an Indian on Amazon. The Indian would have no idea how to charge [the] phone or navigate…

In other words, they are teaching physics to technology. What to do with the guns because weapons can impair the craft’s ability to fly.

The craft’s cannon is a superheated pulsing weapon fire. How to deal with thunderstorms to save and gain electricity, using radioactive light beams.

It’s worth remembering here that, according to William Tompkins, Corey Goode, and others, the US military industrial complex decided to work with German scientists after WWII to learn about the technology of crashed extraterrestrial spacecraft recovered from Roswell and elsewhere. My most recent book, Antarctica’s Hidden History: Corporate Origins of Secret Space Programs, goes into great detail on this subject.

According to JP’s testimony, the USAF is also in need of assistance in understanding Nordic extraterrestrial technology, which is more advanced than recovered spacecraft belonging to tiny Gray extraterrestrials whose bodies are often discovered inside crashed vehicles.

It’s worth noting that in previous incidents involving his sightings of USAF aerospace vehicles and Nordic spacecraft, covert agents caused him to look in the direction of the craft. This suggests that he is a part of a licensed transparency movement in which he is being supported in revealing the presence of an Air Force Secret space program, as well as their alliance with a group of Nordic extraterrestrials who mimic humans.

JP previously stated that he has been informed that he is not permitted to take videos of the craft, but that he is permitted to take photographs. When he tries to record videos of the spacecraft he sees,his phone shuts down, he says.

I’ve known JP since 2008, and I believe he’s telling the truth about what occurred. The photographs show without a shadow of a doubt that the remarkable events he experienced were authentic.

Aliens Implanted ‘Nano Chips’ Into Human Bodies And Controlling Them For Decades

One of the strangest features in the cases of alien abduction is when physical evidence remains on victims’ bodies. Roger Krevin Leir (1935-2014) was an American podiatric surgeon and ufologist who had found alien implants while performing surgeries on his patients.

According to Leir’s findings, these implants were pieces of rare metals, strange wiring, something that looked like electrodes or microcircuits. Most often, they were found in the nose area (pushed very far, almost to the brain) and in the limbs.

Leir started his career as an orthopedic surgeon in California and initially had no interest in ufology. But gradually, he found his interest in UFOs and aliens and then became a member of the local branch of MUFON.

However, for many years, it was just an exciting hobby for him and he did not mix this hobby with his work. But in 1955, everything changed. That year, Leir attended a UFO event, where he saw X-rays of a woman claiming to had been abducted by aliens.

Leir, being a surgeon, found something abnormal in the photographs of a woman’s body. He found several metal objects in the pictures at once and then told the woman that he could remove them from her body. Leir was driven by curiosity, he wanted to study these objects and understand what they could have been.

When he operated the victim, he discovered that they were two tiny pieces of metal that consisted of aluminum and meteoric iron. There were no scars on the surface of the skin near the area where he pulled these objects out, and there was not the slightest trace of inflammation in the connective tissue, as if the woman’s body did not consider these objects to be foreign bodies.

How could these objects have got into the body and what were they? Leir was confused. But then he found another patient with the same implants, and when he pulled them out, they again turned out to be objects with unusual properties.

Leir operated about dozens of people, removing many different strange objects from their bodies. All implants were unique, their shapes were not repeated, it seemed that the implants were made for each person individually.

Some of them consisted of very rare elements, for example, one implant contained U-236, an isotope of uranium, and another contained iridium. And a whole group of implants was elements that are found only in meteorites.

Sometimes implants were showing strange crystalline structures, implants like carbon nanofibers or nanotubes, covered with a very hard oily layer that prevented the body from rejecting them. Some implants were magnetic, and some were said to emit obscure radio waves at the deep space-frequency and continued to emit these signals even after being removed from the body.

Leir said that he had several cases when these implants were trying to avoid a surgical scalpel and remain in the patient’s body. And when he tried to cut the implants, they were extremely resistant to conventional instruments, and only with a laser, he was able to damage some of them.

There was one frightening case when one implant, during removal, suddenly broke into several pieces, but then began to come together by itself.

According to Leir, in that case, a man from southern California had had several abductions in his life, including when he was abducted with his wife and their children.

One morning, he woke up with a pain in his toe, and then he saw several spots of blood on the sheet. After examination, Leir found a foreign body in his finger, although there was not a single wound on it and there were no traces of blood anywhere. He took x-rays and decided to remove it surgically.

After several visits, the man told Leir that he had been abducted by aliens. Leir carried out the whole operation under C-Arm (X-ray image intensifier). For the first time, the alien object split into several parts. Lier placed each piece on gauze and then transferred it to a container filled with serum from the patient’s blood.

Leir and his team managed to remove all pieces of the object except for the last one which suddenly disappeared somewhere and was never found.

After three days of the operation, Leir found that all the broken pieces were lined up next to each other. He could only say about the properties of the foreign object that all the pieces were made of a material with a special magnetic memory.

Another frightening discovery by Dr. Leir was that he found that some implants had been in the bodies of patients for many years and even for decades.

With each of these strange occurrences, Roger Leir became more and more convinced that they were dealing with alien technology. He assumed that these implants were a kind of tracking sensor for certain people, or they were supposed to track the physical condition of those people.

Leir was well aware that his work would cause a lot of critical reviews, but until his death, he assured that in the study he adhered to the most rigorous scientific methods.

Leir wrote several books on the topic of aliens and implants, many articles in magazines, and appeared on TV and radio. A lot of accusations fell on him from skeptics, who believe that his implants are just random pieces of glass or metal that got into his patients’ bodies under various circumstances not related to aliens. Leir steadfastly resisted criticism.

The Legal Rights Of Extraterrestrials On Earth

When an alien lands on the White House lawn, who should greet him (her? it?): someone from the Immigration and Naturalization Service, or someone from the Fish and Wildlife Commission?

How, one might ask, can an extraterrestrial (ET) visitor have any rights at all? The ET is not a member of our society, our species, or our planet. And, loosely speaking, these three qualifications are the most fundamental bases for justice under modern human law. Must we then sadly admit that any ET visitor must necessarily remain totally rightless?

In the most general sense, a right is a power or privilege, a fair claim of freedom of action inherent in one person as against all other persons. It may be based upon any one of a variety of legal theories, ranging from the doctrine of natural rights (“equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family”) and civil rights (equality of treatment for all inhabitants), to civil liberties or legal rights created by law and dependent upon the existence of civilized society (as opposed to natural rights).

In practice, it has proven exceedingly difficult to apply the doctrine of natural rights. In this country, as elsewhere, there exist no absolute privileges for any individual. There is no justice in a legal vacuum or state of anarchy.

Rights must therefore be defined by law. That is, the value society places on a particular right (through its laws) may be measured by the complexity of procedure and burden or proof that must be borne to destroy it. While one’s driver’s license can be revoked rather easily, the right of a person to his life is very highly valued by society, and can only be wrested away by substantial justification before several batteries of juries and appellate courts.

If rights are defined by law, then to whom are rights of various kinds accorded under American jurisprudence? In general, both our Constitution and our statutes speak of “persons” as the entities to whom right may accrue.

Nonpersons, such as animals, trees, rocks and machines, have no rights and are treated as property. Property may not bring legal actions on its own behalf, although the human owner of property may do so to recover his own losses. (Private groups and governmental authorities can also initiate lawsuits against an owner for misuse of his property, such as in nuisance or animal cruelty cases. But the reparation rarely flows to the benefit of the property itself.)

The history of the scope of protection and legal rights in general is most illuminating. In The Descent of Man (1871), Charles Darwin pointed out that among primitive tribal states it was widely accepted behavior to commit what we would regard as serious crimes (robbery, murder) against strangers or innocent travelers.

As an example, he cited the “North-American Indian…[who] is well-pleased with himself and honored by others, when he scalps a man of another tribe…. In a rude state of civilization the robbery of strangers is generally considered as honorable.”

The tales of Homer tell us that Odysseus, returning home after the Trojan wars, summarily executed at least a dozen of his slave girls – for suspected “misbehavior” in his absence. At that time, slave girls were regarded as mere property, possessed of no rights whatsoever. As one commentator put it, “the disposal of property was…a matter of expediency, not of right and wrong.”

In early Roman times prior to the introduction of Justinian law, a father retained jus vitae necisque – the right of life and death – over his children. Male parents could banish or execute their children, or sell them into slavery. Children (nonadult humans) were thus not legal persons, in our modern understanding of the term.

More recently, certain other classes of humans have had less than complete rights under American law. For instance, in the well known Dred Scott v. Sanborn (1857) case, Supreme Court Justice Roger B. Taney wrote with solemn judicial punctilio that blacks were “a subordinate and inferior class of beings, who had been subjugated by the dominant race.”

A Virginia court (one year later) articulated this position with even greater clarity: ‘So far as civil rights and relations are concerned, the slave is not a person but a thing.” Hence, little more than a century ago in this country, human beings of a particular race were deemed nonpersons (and therefore mere property) in the eyes of the law.

Over the years, the status of personhood has gradually been extended to include blacks, children, women, aliens (foreigners) and prisoners, and has come to signify in most recent times a “human being.” But it should be noted that in each case it was a long, hard battle to extend rights to any new class of entities. It will be no different in the case of the extraterrestrial.

On the other hand, there are a few liberal trends on the horizon. The law has long recognized that groups of humans – such as corporations and municipalities – may be considered as legal persons for some purposes. A corporation is sometimes referred to as a “citizen” of a country, though in reality it is just a fictitious entity. Also, there are many groups working for an increase in the rights of animals. (While enforcement remains a problem, dolphins and other marine mammals may be killed only in very well-defined and specific situations under federal law.) And at least one jurist has suggested that trees and rivers be granted a measure of legal personhood.

There is ample material to construct either a liberal or a conservative view of the ET visitor under American law. In any prima impressionis situation, the legislators and courts must draw upon all arguments available to them. But we must bear in mind that the law is primarily a product of social problems and conflicts. If there are few problems, there is little law. Hence, there is not and cannot be any body of substantive doctrine to direct us in assessing the rights of the ET.

There are, however, a few basic guidelines that have been established. “Metalaw” is that branch of theoretical law which deals with a generalized jus naturale (natural law) relating to all sentient beings, be they on Earth or on other worlds.

Metalaw Today

How should we treat extraterrestrial visitors? This fundamental ethical question must first be dealt with before we may address ourselves to their rights under the law.

As we sift through the mountains of philosophical and sacred writings which represent our species’ collective anthropocentric wisdom, we find the so-called “Golden Rule” cropping up again and again. For example: “What is hateful to thyself, do not unto they neighbor” (Babylonian Talmud); “A man should treat all living creatures as he himself would be treated” (Sutra-Kritanga); “You must expect to be treated by others as you have treated them” (Seneca); “Do naught to others which if done to thee would cause thee pain” (Hindu Mahabharata 5.1517); “We should behave to friends as we would wish friends to behave to us” (Aristotle); “Hurt not others with that which pains yourself” (Buddhist Udanavarga 5.18); and, of course, “As you wish men to do to you, so also do you to them” (Christian Bible, Luke vi. 31). Should we, then, apply the Golden Rule in dealing with sentient extraterrestrial beings?

The world’s first space lawyer, the late Andrew G. Haley, addressed just this question at the Seventh International Astronautical Conference in Rome (September 17-22, 1956). The Washington D.C. attorney stated that Metalaw, defined as “the law governing the rights of intelligent beings of different natures and existing in an indefinite number of different frameworks of natural laws,” would require a different moral basis than present earthly law.

The Golden Rule, Haley observed, is starkly anthropocentric. It promotes as a standard of ethical behavior the subjective needs and wishes of humans. In his paper ‘Space Law and Metalaw – A Synoptic View,” he pointed out that to treat other sentient creatures as we would desire to be treated might well mean their destruction. There is no equitable or ethical basis by which we may be allowed to impose our values on ETs. Instead, we must find out how they wish and require us to treat them.

Haley framed the Great Rule of Metalaw in a deceptively simple form: Do unto others as they would have you do unto them. This is that only way to ensure justice for beings that are “scarcely imaginable.” Absolute equity is the only principle of the laws of mankind that we should permit ourselves to project into our considerations of intelligent extraterrestrial life forms. The Great Rule preserves this principle, by granting individual sovereignty to each sentient race in the cosmos.

What of the possibility of malevolent ETs? Surely we must violate the Great Rule and ruthlessly defend ourselves at all costs? Haley argued not unconvincingly that virtually all extraterrestrial civilizations will either be inferior to us by a fair margin, or will be far superior technologically. (This is also the finding of modern exobiological theory.) Of the inferior ones, we should have little trouble physically restraining them from doing us harm. Of the superior ones, they should have no fear of us whatsoever and will most likely treat us with benevolence as a result.

This is, of course, an old argument – and not fully satisfying, since it solves the problem by defining it away. The solution to our dilemma lies in the Great Rule itself and the principle of absolute equality. Each set of facts must be examined on its own merits. More specifically, we should authorize the use of “reasonable force” in dealing with less-than-benevolent ET visitors: Just enough force to restrain them from damaging us, but only exactly that much, and no more.

The next great leap forward in the development of Metalaw occurred in 1970, with the publication of the first full-length book on the subject. Relations with Alien Intelligences, written by the Austrian jurist Dr. Ernst Fasan, represents an excellent attempt to evolve a sophisticated set of metalaws consistent with jus naturale. Dr. Fasan relies on a theory of absolute equity in the form of an ethical “litmus test” – the Categorical Imperative, as proposed by the 18th century German philosopher Immanuel Kant.

In Kant’s own terminology, the Imperative proposes a moral axiom which is true a priori for every sentient being: “Act in such a way that the maxim of your will can at the same time always be valid as a principle of general legislation.” In other words, when considering a particular course of conduct, judge whether or not it is desirable that it become a general rule. For instance, if one contemplates murder, he should ask: ‘Would it be desirable for everyone to murder?” Clearly it would not, since acceptance of this proposition would lead to the death of the murderer himself.

Using the Categorical Imperative, the Great Rule, and a few very basic assumptions about the character of the extraterrestrial creature (alive, three-dimensional and physically detectable, intelligent and possessing a “will to live”), Dr. Fasan derives eleven fundamental metalaws of general validity. In descending order of importance, they are:

(1) No partner of Metalaw may demand an impossibility.

(2) No rule of Metalaw must be complied with when compliance would result in the practical suicide of the obligated race.

(3) All intelligence races of the universe have in principle equal rights and values.

(4) Every partner of Metalaw has the right of self-determination.

(5) Any act which causes harm to another race must be avoided.

(6) Every race is entitled to its own living space.

(7) Every race has the right to defend itself against any harmful act performed by another race.

(8) The principle of preserving one race has priority over the development of another race.

(9) In case of damage, the damager must restore the integrity of the damaged party.

(10) Metalegal agreements and treaties must be kept.

(11) To help the other race by one’s own activities is not a legal but a basic ethical principle.

Unfortunately, these fine metalegal concepts have not found their way into American law. Fasan’s metalaws provide an elaborate ethical-legal superstructure upon which practical statutes and juridical decisions may eventually be constructed. But the rules do not now have the force of law – hence, they are not directly applicable to the early phases of first contact on planet Earth. What will our government, and our present legal system, do in a first contact situation?

First Contact Jurisdiction

There are innumerable ways in which first contact may occur. Relations may take place with the whole extraterrestrial race, or with representative organizations of their race, or with individual members. Similarly, interaction may occur with all of humanity, a part of humanity, or single persons.

The scenario frequently discussed by exobiologists involving radiotelescope communication would be a case of race meeting race. Murray Leinster’s science fiction classic “First Contact” is an example of a meeting between two representative organizations – a subgroup within each race.

Contact may also be classified according to the intensity of interaction. Remote Contact, probably the safest method, would involve interstellar or galactic radio links. Direct Contact might entail a well-publicized (authorized) landing at an Air Force base, with clear prior notice given us by the ETs – or perhaps an arranged rendezvous on the Moon. The most dangerous and controversial of all, however, is Surprise Contact – a sudden confrontation without warning or advance preparation.

Let us analyze such a case of Surprise Contact: A single extraterrestrial visitor, landed in a relatively conspicuous local (park, open field, etc.) in a typical state.

First of all, unless the ET is buzzing houses in his spacecraft, has a grossly nonhuman appearance, or is wreaking destruction far and wide, his presence may actually go unnoticed for quite some time. But eventually a passing motorist or pedestrian will spot the creature, who perhaps is garbed in a spacesuit or other unconventional attire. The local police will receive a report of a strange creature roaming the streets.

Since local authorities get mountains of crank calls, they probably won’t dispatch a patrol unit until several reports have been received or until the ET inadvertently maims someone. The police cruiser will arrive at the scene shortly thereafter. Depending on the alienness of the extraterrestrial, the policemen may suspect a prankster at first (as has happened many times!), until the creature either reveals its primary physiological differences or displays command of superior technology.

If a large crowd has gathered, the ET may be in trouble. There are cases on record of crowds mobbing and killing “admitted space beings” (who were really human pranksters, as it turned out). The officers will immediately call in local reinforcements, which should arrive in ten minutes or less. The county sheriff will also be notified, as well as the State Police or Highway Patrol – these groups will dutifully respond within twenty minutes, but will make no decisions.

The police will also quickly alert the local Civil Defense authorities. From there the buck passes swiftly up through the county Civil Defense office to the state Civil Defense office, at which point the governor of the state will be apprised of the situation. He has the authority to declare a state of emergency or invasion and call out the National Guard (state militia) for assistance.

The militia maintains local bases equipped with jeeps, tanks, and cannons, should these be required. The Guard can probably be mobilized and on the scene in less than an hour to assist in the apprehension and detention of the extraterrestrial, and in crowd and riot control. The governor, in the meantime, will have notified the Federal Department of Defense, and, of course, the President.

The Defense Department will place the Army Area Commander in immediate charge of maintaining order, and the local Air Force and Naval District authorities will probably also enter the picture, but with clearly subordinate roles. Pending direct Presidential orders, the Army commander remains in temporary control.

The President will undoubtedly notify Congress immediately, calling an emergency session to obtain legislative direction. But it is important to realize that, on his own, the President already possess sweeping authority should he care to exercise it. A vigorous, “expansionist” Chief Executive would be likely to assume far greater personal control than a more passive, wait-and-see President. The personality of the person in the White House may therefore be a decisive factor in the early stages of first contact.

The United States is presently in a state of national emergency. (It has been continuously since the early 1930s!) This fact is not generally known or appreciated by the public. The Presidential proclamations of national emergency issued under Roosevelt (1933), Truman (1950), and Nixon (1970, 1971) were not terminated when the crises that spawned them had passed. Our country remains under four separate active declarations of emergency.

This means that broad Presidential authority is available to dispose of the ET as the Chief Executive sees fit. Another declaration of national emergency could also be forthcoming at this point. But even if the President does assert full, immediate control, considerable confusion will still result.

Federal agencies will jockey for jurisdiction, based on entwining statutes and overlapping authority that would put a Gordian knot to shame. The CIA and FBI, suspicious of the possibility of a foreign hoax and the dangers to national security caused thereby, may try to intervene at the holding area and assert some influence of their own.

Even more important, they will be trying to protect the ET – a potentially valuable military resource – from foreign agents, saboteurs, kidnappers and assassins. (The entire American defense establishment will probably be placed on full alert status.)

The Treasury Department, also suspecting a hoax and fearing for the President’s life, may try to get into the act by sending in Secret Service agents to verify the authenticity of the ET. Of course, Army Intelligence, Naval Intelligence, Air Force Intelligence, and the Defense Intelligence Agency will all be vying for power as well.

The Public Health Service, under the Department of Health, Education and Welfare (HEW), will want to establish local quarantine and detention authority under 42 U.S.C. §264 et seq of the Federal Code. (The Department of Agriculture may try a similar trick under 21 U.S.C. §101 et seq, if they argue that the extraterrestrial is an animal and not a “person” – see discussion below).

The Attorney General, under 8 U.S.C. §1222, has the legal authority to order immigration officers to “temporarily detain” the ET in contemplation of deportation proceedings. And naturally, the Department of Transportation will be anxiously searching for the space traveler’s vehicle, as will the military and various intelligence agencies.

A host of civilian organizations will clamor to be heard, probably within hours of first contact. The SPCA, Humane Society and other animal protection groups will want assurances that the ET is receiving “adequate housing, ample food and water, reasonable handling, decent sanitation, sufficient ventilation, shelter from extremes of weather and temperature” and so forth, as required by the Animal Welfare Act (7 U.S.C. §2131 et seq, as amended to include any warm-blooded animal used for “laboratory purposes”) and state animal cruelty laws.

NASA will probably have some complaints to make, along with the national Academy of Sciences, assorted astronomical and zoological societies, and many other scientific groups. And, sooner or later, the United Nations will get wind of the “capture.” Although the UN has no real authority within domestic borders, vehemently unfavorable world opinion could easily be roused to a fever pitch.

My point is simply this: Our federal laws provide no clear and unambiguous legal direction. Without the leadership of a strong President, tremendous confusion and jurisdictional squabbles will erupt almost instantly. And we have assumed a rather passive, obeisant extraterrestrial. If he is in any sense more active, there could be fearful and unfortunate complications.

The creature will at last be safely in military custody, under very heavy guard and probably under quarantine. (I suspect a contingency plan lies dusty in some half-forgotten Pentagon file.) As for his future legal rights, our visitor must await a final adjudication by Congress.

Animal or Person?

As suggested earlier, an entity cannot be said to hold legal rights unless some judicial or administrative body is authorized to review the actions of those who threaten to usurp those rights. Furthermore, most of our laws, codes, statutes and constitutions afford rights only to “persons.” The distinction between animals and persons is therefore of critical importance.

The strict legal definition of “animal” is: “Any living being, not a human, endowed with the power of voluntary motion.” The ET is clearly not a member of the species Homo sapiens, and is therefore nonhuman. He does, however, appear capable of voluntary motion. Hence, a rebuttable presumption of animalhood will arise: the ET will be considered a legal animal by default.

There are several kinds of animals. Under Roman law all animals were considered ferae naturae (wild animals) – they were regarded as common property having no owner. As the law developed, and animals began to play more important roles in society, the courts created a second class, domitae naturae (domesticated animals).

These were further subdivided into “generous” (of commercial value to man – cows, sheep, and other herbivores) and those of “base nature” (animals not useful for work – household dogs, cats, etc.). Domestic animals can be the subject of ownership, and can therefore be estrays (a kind of wandering property). Estrays may be impounded as public nuisances and destroyed after thirty days if no owner makes a claim.

If the ET visitor is to be regarded as an animal, he will undoubtedly be classified as ferae naturae, no proof of tameness or ownership being evident. A wild animal running loose on private property may be hunted and killed, and thus reduced to personal possession.

Such an animal on federal lands is subject to the Department of the Interior’s Fish and Wildlife Commission: on state lands, it is subject to the state’s department of fish and game. Either authority may declare a “special open season on said game,” or the department itself may destroy the animal causing damage to property.

Even if the extraterrestrial is somehow regarded as being tame, his position is not improved. The fact that animal cruelty laws exist in virtually all states does not alter the creature’s basic rightlessness. Also, most cruelty statutes specifically exclude invertebrate animals. If our ET resembles a cross between a sea scorpion and a grasshopper, he’ll be out of luck.

The whole idea of treating the extraterrestrial visitor as an animal may seem outrageous to many at first, but this is the letter, if not the spirit, of the law. We’ve seen that human beings have often been denied the elementary status of personhood. (It should come as no surprise that in the thirteenth century, a law was passed in England proclaiming humans of the Jewish faith to be “men ferae naturae, protected by a quasi-forest law. Like the roe and the deer, they form an order apart.”)

But with a little luck we can chart a course to legal personhood for the ET. This may best be accomplished by demonstrating the wider implications of humanness. While some may myopically argue that the essence of humanity is strictly defined by the human genome, the sounder view is that the essence of man is mind – the rationality of a sentient organism. Attempts to articulate this elusive characteristic have included “mental ductility,” “ability to transmit culture,” “ability to fashion tools,” “ability to symbol,” “predisposition to learn from experience,” and “self-awareness.”

Raw intellect is not enough, however, to qualify one for personhood. Dolphins and whales, elephants, dogs, pigs, and other animals are able to demonstrate surprisingly high intelligence in certain situations – and the law doesn’t consider them legal persons. Yet infants, drugged people, insane or retarded people, all are considered legal persons, though their mental faculties may be practically nonexistent. Intelligence is perhaps a necessary, but not sufficient, condition for personhood.

High technology is not good enough either. Although they have visited us, and so possess superior technology a priori, this does not presuppose the existence of intelligence. For instance, it is possible that a society of antlike creatures could develop a technology without any single member possessing independent intelligence.

In his book Persons – A Study of Possible Moral Agents in the Universe, Dr. Roland Puccetti, Professor of Philosophy at the University of Singapore, proposes another kind of test for personhood. The basic assumption – and it is a persuasive one – is that “moral persons” should also be considered “legal persons.”

The Puccetti Test thus asks the following of the extraterrestrial: Can he take a moral attitude? Alternatively, is he capable of making moral judgements? If so, if he possesses some system of ethics, Puccetti would class him as a moral and legal person. (Puccetti allows that intelligent machines could be considered persons using this test – a perfectly acceptable result.)

If the ET visitor can pass the Puccetti Test, and demonstrates his intelligence, Congress would doubtless be justified in granting him legal personhood under our laws.

Extraterrestrial Persons

In ancient and medieval times, as well as in primitive tribal states, the general tendency was to view the foreigner as an outlaw, criminal, or enemy. The jus gentium (the equitable law of nations) of the Romans, and the unity of all humans promoted by Christianity (“You shall have but one law for alien and native alike.” Leviticus xxiv. 22), helped to encourage a greater universality of attitude.; However, it was not until modern times that the legal alien acquired significant rights under law.

As far as basic rights for the extraterrestrial visitor are concerned, once he has been declared a legal person he has crossed the most fundamental juridical threshold. Our Constitution speaks of the rights of “people” and “persons,” and the 14th Amendment extends this mantle of protection into state jurisdictions as well. Hence, any person physically present within the borders of our country will be protected by the Bill of Rights – whether citizen, alien, or extraterrestrial.

As far as the specifics of classification are concerned, there are many ways to judicially view the ET. For example, he may be considered a refugee. A refugee is a technically stateless person – he is neither citizen (or national) nor subject of any foreign government on Earth. one definition of the refugee is as follows: “Any person uprooted from his home, who has crossed a frontier – natural or artificial – and looks for protection and sustenance to a government other than his former one.” This seems to fit the extraterrestrial rather well.

In many foreign countries, where the United Nations Convention relating to the Status of Stateless Persons is operative, refugees are guaranteed minimal legal rights commensurate with foreign nationals. In the United States, however, even stateless persons are protected by the Bill of Rights.

Another way the ET may be viewed is as an alien, defined as “any person owing allegiance to an foreign government.” The home planet of the extraterrestrial is certainly “foreign,” in a very broad sense, and so the ET may be classified accordingly.

There are several kinds of aliens. An illegal alien is one who has entered the country illegally, without passing through the normal channels of admission (i.e., the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, under the Department of Justice). Our extraterrestrial has certainly made an illegal entry, and theoretically should be subject to immediate deportation proceedings. But a decision to “deport” the ET would create more problems than it would solve.

Another kind of alien is the alien enemy (a citizen of some hostile foreign power). If the President proclaims that the landing of the ET is a prelude to or threat of invasion and war, he is authorized under 50 U.S.C. §21 to order a federal marshal to “apprehend, restrain, secure and remove” all alien enemies. This course of action seems unlikely in the extreme, since the creature is already in Army custody and, in a practical sense, cannot be “removed” (deported – where?).

A way around the immigration problem is to classify the ET as an essential alien. 50 U.S.C. §403h provides that, with the concurrence of the Director of the CIA, the Attorney General, and the Commissioner of Immigration, any alien deemed “ essential to the furtherance of the national intelligence mission” or vital to the interests of national security may be admitted for permanent residence (and ultimately naturalization and citizenship) without regard to admission procedures.

This would seem quite possible in the case of the extraterrestrial, since a major foreign policy consideration will be the creature’s advanced technology. Any nation on Earth in possession of the visitor and his hardware would theoretically gain a significant psychological and military advantage.

The ET might also be classed simply as an alien amy – a friendly alien. Although this normally requires proper immigration, there are ways around this rule. Alien crewmen of foreign vessels, and aliens in transit, are exempt because their stay in the country is very temporary. If the ET is viewed as having entered the country for “business or pleasure,” or as a “bona fide student, scholar, specialist, or leader in a field of specialized knowledge or skill,” he is again exempt under 8 U.S.C. §1101 as a visiting alien.

Another distant possibility is the granting of ambassadorial status to the extraterrestrial. As a full diplomat, the ET would serve as the representative of his own government while on Earth. (Diplomats have full immunity from prosecution.) Or the ET may be seen only as a consul, a mere commercial agent for his government, entitling him to fewer immunities. Normally, however, there must be diplomatic reciprocity before a foreign envoy of any kind is afforded ambassadorial rank. Since we know nothing of the extraterrestrial government, such unilateral diplomatic relations are highly improbable.

As a last resort (in my view the wiser course), Congress may decide to entirely junk the above anthropocentric pigeonholes. A new legal classification might be created – the “extraterrestrial person” or “pseudoperson” – which grants the ET a measure of rights and responsibilities in keeping with the basic principles of Metalaw. At long last, jus naturale, galactic conscience and universal equity may find a home in American jurisprudence.

On March 8 of this year I wrote an article here at Mysterious Universe titled “All About Those Flaming UFOs! Literally Flaming!” The article was focused on why I concluded that aliens from faraway worlds would never soar around our skies by using something so primitive (for them) as chemical-rocketry. It’s this particular issue that made me conclude both the Lonnie Zamora “UFO landing” of 1964 and the Cash-Landrum UFO-Helicopter affair of December 1980 – both of which involved crafts spewing out flames – had terrestrial origins. Clearly, there was no highly-advanced technology involved. That means the craft were built and flown by us – and not by incredibly advanced extraterrestrials. In fact, when it comes to looking at matters carefully, it’s ridiculous to even consider that either craft (and crew) came from another planet. The “ridiculous” angle also comes into play when we take a look at the most famous “alien abduction” of all time: the Betty and Barney Hill incident of September 1961. In my view, the Hills had an encounter with humans – almost certainly connected to something akin to the controversial MK-Ultra program that began in the early 1950s.

One of those who came to believe that the Hills had been subjected to an MK-ULTRA-type encounter was the late Philip Coppens. He said: “It is clear that the Hills were being monitored by USAF [U.S. Air Force] Intelligence before the encounter took place, through Major James MacDonald, who had befriended them some time earlier. Betty Hill wrote to [UFO researcher / author] Donald Keyhoe who, despite the fact that he received over a hundred letters a day, homed in on this initially unremarkable case. Within twenty-four hours, Keyhoe had arranged for the Hills to be visited by top-level scientists, including C.D. Jackson, who had previously (definitely not coincidentally) worked on psychological warfare techniques for President Eisenhower [italics mine]. Stretching coincidence far beyond breaking point, Jackson already knew Major MacDonald, with whom he next interviewed the Hills.” Philip continued on: “It seems that Betty and Barney Hill were at the center of a web that involved USAF Intelligence and top military experts in psychological warfare. The evidence suggests that the Hills were the subjects – victims – of a psychological experiment [italics mine].”

More on the matter of ridiculous things, there’s the so-called “Star Map” that Betty was shown on-board the “UFO.” Without doubt, one of the most important – if not, arguably, the most important – of all so-called “alien abduction” cases is that of Betty and Barney Hill, who underwent such an experience in 1961, and who, it can be justifiably said, kick-started abduction research of the type that, today, has come to typify the subject. One of the most important aspects of the story – which, many have asserted, proves the Hill’s encountered real aliens – is that relative to the “Star-Map” that the crew generously showed to Betty. It is the saga of this map that pretty much convinced whole swathes of Ufology that the mysterious abductors were the denizens of a light-years-away locale: Zeta Reticuli. The late Stanton Friedman championed the map in his lectures.

A map? Really? Can you imagine, even in the earlier years of NASA’s space-program, a scenario where – while traveling to the Moon in 1969 – the crew of Apollo 11 took to the skies amid a conversation that went something like this: “Get the map out; we need to see where we’re going.” Such a scenario is manifestly idiotic. And, yet, we’re expected to believe the Hill’s aliens used such ancient means of navigation in a journey to and from another star-system, never mind just to the Moon and back. Now, I don’t dispute that Betty was shown such map-like imagery; but, in my view, the reason for doing so was purely theatrical. The entire event was carefully stage-managed. It was done to convince Betty and Barney that the entities were extraterrestrial. But, as a result of claiming to utilize such a ridiculously outmoded means of navigation, the visitors successfully rendered themselves as laughable and illogical as their simplistic map itself. My conclusion on all of this? I’ll tell you: that nothing less than some kind of home-grown mind-control operation was afoot. And it had nothing to do with aliens.

When it comes to the matter of alien abductions, there are more than a few angles that pop up time and again. For example, in just about everything case recorded, there has been a significant amount of what is popularly known as “missing time.” Usually, it’s a period of at least several hours. On occasion, the memories begin to come back during the sleep state; however, it’s rare that complete recall occurs. The experiences of Whitley Strieber and Betty and Barney Hill are classic examples of what defines missing time. Then, there’s the matter of the black-eyed alien “Grays” taking blood, eggs, DNA, sperm and skin cells from those they abduct. Precisely why, we don’t really know. Some say that it’s done to create what are termed “alien-human hybrids;” creatures that look enough like us to move among us. Maybe, even, infiltrate our society. Another familiar – and repeated – angle is that of abductees having apocalyptic nightmares. Usually those same nightmares revolve around nuclear war, the destruction of the planet by our reckless activities, and the likes of a new Ice Age and the wipe-out of the human race. There is, however, another aspect of the alien abduction that not so many are aware of. It is, however, an important angle. And now I’ll share it with you. It’s the immersion of abductees into strange liquids and gels while on-board UFOs.

In one case, the abductee recalled waking up “…naked in a funnel shaped pool filled with a greenish black gel type liquid. The pool had to be 20 yards wide all around. And pretty deep. The pool was made of some kind of shiny metal. With the gel it made the surface very slippery and you would slip under the gel if you tried to get out. I then realized something very odd at that time. I wasn’t alone. There were at least 15 other humans with me. All of them screaming and panicking. This is what scared me. I didn’t know what they were screaming about. I thought they knew something I didn’t, so I got scared. Some were under the gel moving around I could see. Most were trying to escape.”

Here’s a second example: “I found myself inside a clear glass cylinder, totally submerged in some kind of warm fluid, thicker than water, thinner than oil. To my surprise, I was able to breathe this warm fluid without discomfort. I could also open my eyes without a problem. The solution was clear, of a greenish color and the container was softly lit. I remember, still fully submerged in this solution, that I slowly began to recall the abduction that had taken me away from my bedroom, minutes, maybe hours before. (impossible to tell). Then I made the connection with the place I was now in and real fear took hold of me. I remember desperately trying to get out of the container but I could not move a muscle except for my eyelids. Finally, and all at once by sheer force of will, I was able to regain movement of my limbs. I jumped out of the glass container faster than a spring. Apparently, what I had been breathing while submerged was very different than air because I felt the urgent need to take a big breath of air as soon as I came out. I was naked and dripping this fluid/solution that was sort of a slimy gel. The place was dark, very steamy with a strange, unpleasant smell.”

Investigator Helmut Lammer reveals the account of a woman named Lisa, who was “…kidnapped and brought to a military underground facility, where she saw naked humans floating in tubes. Lisa claims that she was forced by humans into some type of pool filled with a golden yellow bubbly fluid, while other humans looked at her. Lisa has traumatic recollections that her kidnappers tried to make her and other victims able to breath in the liquid. In two of the before mentioned cases the abductee was forced to breath the liquid like Lisa. The hypnosis transcripts reveal that the liquid breathing experiences were traumatic for the abductees. Both abductees where totally immersed in the liquid and both reported that they could breath the fluid.”

The late ufologist Stanton Friedman made a valuable observation on this issue: “The amount of acceleration a person can stand depends on many factors; the three most important depends on the duration of acceleration (the greater the force, the shorter the time it can be tolerated), the direction of the force in relation to the body (back to front acceleration is much easier to handle then head to foot acceleration, and for this reason Apollo astronauts have their backs perpendicular to the direction of the thrust, rather then along it as in an elevator), and body environment is important (a person immersed in fluid can withstand greater acceleration than one not so immersed).”

The use of liquids to protect abductees from otherwise dangerous acceleration while in a UFO? Maybe…

Mankind has made contact with an alien 'Galactic Federation' but it has been kept secret because 'humanity isn't ready', former head of Israel's space security program claims

An Israeli space official has claimed that aliens are real and secretly in contact with America and Israel - but are keeping their existence quiet because humanity 'isn't ready'. 

Haim Eshed - who was head of Israel's space security programme for nearly 30 years and is a retired general - described a so-called 'Galactic Federation' which supposedly runs an underground Mars base in a secret pact with Washington.

But the aliens had to intervene to stop Donald Trump when he appeared 'on the verge' of blurting out their secrets, he told Israeli paper Yediot Aharonot. 

And the 87-year-old Eshed says the aliens will not come into the open until humanity can 'evolve and reach a stage where we will... understand what space and spaceships are'. 

Eshed did not say how long the aliens have been hiding in the shadows, but said some of the supposed contact had taken place during Trump's presidency. 

Speaking of an 'agreement' between the US government and the alien visitors, Eshed said the extraterrestrials wanted to work with American agents to study 'the fabric of the universe'. 

'The aliens have asked not to announce that they are here [because] humanity is not ready yet,' Eshed told the Hebrew-language newspaper Yedioth Aharonoth, according to Jewish Press.

'Trump was on the verge of revealing [alien existence], but the aliens in the Galactic Federation are saying, 'Wait, let people calm down first'. 

'They don't want to start mass hysteria. They want to first make us sane and understanding.'

Until that point, he said, aliens have secured an agreement to keep their movements secret.

'They have been waiting for humanity to evolve and reach a stage where we will generally understand what space and spaceships are,' said Eshed.

'There's an agreement between the US government and the aliens. They signed a contract with us to do experiments here. They, too, are researching and trying to understand the whole fabric of the universe, and they want us as helpers.'

'There's an underground base in the depths of Mars, where their representatives are, and also our American astronauts,' Eshed is reported to have said.

The former space official claimed he had come forward now in the unlikely hope that his revelations would be accepted as true. 

'If I had come up with what I'm saying today five years ago, I would have been hospitalised,' he told the Israeli paper. 'Every place that I went to in academia with this, they said: The guy has lost his mind.  

'I have nothing to lose. I've received my degrees and awards; I am respected in universities abroad, where the trend is also changing.'

The professor has even put his thoughts into a book in which he describes how aliens have prevented nuclear disasters on Earth, according to the Jerusalem Post.

The book is called The Universe Beyond the Horizon: Conversations with Professor Haim Eshed.   

As head of the Israeli defence ministry's space directorate, Eshed helped launch spy satellites which he said would help provide high-quality surveillance of Iran. 

When he retired in 2011, he was even described in Israeli media as 'the father of Israel's satellite programme'.  

But after leaving his role at the defence ministry, he is said to have 'turned to what really interested him - aliens'. 

In the new book he discusses UFOs and 'various theories about their nature, purpose and origin, which in his opinion is probably not from Earth,' according to a blurb. 

Eshed is described a researcher who 'believes that the human race is not alone in the universe, and that it must fit into the harmony of the great plan'.  

Israel's space agency hinted at a future moon mission on Monday by publishing a short clip entitled 'Back to the Moon' with the caption 'Ready to get excited again?'. 

The country's first attempt at a lunar landing ended in failure when a privately-funded robotic craft crashed on its final descent last April. 

Only the US, China and the former Soviet Union have succeeded in carrying out a controlled landing on the moon. 

NASA has an official target of returning humans to the moon by 2024, but the development of a next-generation rocket has been held up by the pandemic. 

The US and China also have Mars in their sights, but the dream of landing humans on the red planet is still some way off - despite Eshed's claims of an underground base. 

Beijing's unmanned Tianwen-1 rover is due to arrive in the red planet's orbit in February 2021 after taking off in July. 

NASA has its own Mars rover on the way, Perseverance, and is working on systems that could support human life on the 34million-mile trip to Mars.  

Trump, whether secretly in league with aliens or not, unveiled America's new Space Force last year, the first new military service in the US for more than 70 years.  

The Pentagon said in August this year that it was setting up a new task force under the US Navy to investigate UFO sightings.  

In April, US defence chiefs released three videos taken by Navy pilots showing mid-air encounters with unexplained objects.

The grainy black and white footage had previously been leaked and the Navy had acknowledged they were genuine videos. 

One of the videos was shot in November 2004 and the other two in January 2015.

Soaring over the barren, featureless desert of Utah's aptly named Red Rock Country, the helicopter crew could not believe its eyes.

A tedious routine flight counting bighorn sheep in one of America's emptiest regions had suddenly taken a dramatic turn, one that would immediately capture the world's imagination — and fuel wild conspiracy theories.

In this rugged, canyon-carved, sun-baked corner, an otherworldly, 10ft 'monolith' was glinting in the harsh desert light. Three-sided, metallic and as immovable as the menhirs of Stonehenge, it seemed somehow both to have been there for ever and to be a kind of message or sign — but it gave no clue as to its origins.

Helicopter pilot Bret Hutchings described how a biologist on the flight with him spotted the object. 'He was like, 'Whoa, whoa, turn around, turn around!' said Hutchings. ''There's this thing back there — we've got to go look at it!' I have to admit, that's been about the strangest thing I've come across out there in all the years of flying.'

A bewildered spokesman for the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources euphemistically said the monolith — which are usually a single stone or rock — was an 'anomaly' after it appeared on November 18, adding: 'It's a tough place to get to by vehicle and on foot.'

So who — or what — could possibly have planted it? The internet was instantly aflame with theories. It was a prop left over from films including Indiana Jones, Star Trek and Mission: Impossible, all of which were made in the area. It was, others insisted, a satellite beacon, a 'resonance deflector' — or maybe just 'an eyesore'.

But perhaps the most common suggestion was that the monolith was placed there by an alien species of vastly superior intelligence.

After all, it resembled nothing so much as the huge black object that mysteriously appears in the desert in the epic opening scene of Stanley Kubrick's masterpiece 2001: A Space Odyssey.

Fixed into the dusty ground by a higher intelligence, the object appears to teach the 'apes' in that film how to use tools — in turn sparking the arrival of humans.

Then, just as strangely as it arrived, the Utah monolith vanished, nine days after it had first baffled the globe. And from there, the mystery only deepened further.

Within days, similar objects began popping up all over the world. A near identical monolith appeared on a hillside in Romania. Internet users were quick to point out that the metallic, triangular object had appeared close to an ancient archaeological landmark, the Petrodava Fortress, built by the ancient Dacian people about 2,000 years ago.

Could this be significant, many wondered. Were aliens trying to send a message? Or were pranksters merely copying the Utah phenomenon that fascinated the planet? Then the monoliths began proliferating with extraordinary profusion. One 'landed' at the top of a mountain trail in California. It too vanished.

Another turned up in the city of Pittsburgh, Pennyslvania, outside a sweet shop. Perhaps the extra-terrestrials were fond of Hershey's chocolate, some quipped.

Finally — closest to home — in the early hours of Sunday morning, a gleaming, three-sided monolith 'landed' out of nowhere at genteel Compton Bay, on the south-west coast of the Isle of Wight.

Dog walkers were awed by the sight of the 8 ft object standing rigidly straight, reflecting the winter light that sparkled on the sea. Resident Alexia Fishwick said she was 'dumbstruck' when she spotted it during a beach walk, saying the monolith was 'really quite magical'. 

Once again, it was in a hard-to-reach place, fixed into the sand below a sheer cliff, accessible only by a narrow footpath. Former Radio 1 DJ Rob da Bank, who lives on the island, says: 'I'm not sure if it's aliens, a Coldplay PR stunt or a local mirror dealer drumming up trade, but it got us all down the beach anyway.'

Tory MP Bob Seely was more measured, saying: 'It's fascinating that this sculpture has popped up.'

Sculpture? Surely not, many insist. It must be far, far more than that.

A spokesman for Isle of Wight Council claimed the beach at Compton Bay is owned and managed by the Crown Estate — although the National Trust disputes this, insisting it owns the site.

The Trust says the monolith had appeared without permission — how infuriating that the aliens failed to follow proper planning rules — and insists: 'We need to monitor over the next few days to ensure the beach remains safe and does not become overcrowded.' The organisation also conducted a full study of the object, concluding that it 'seems secure on a wooden plinth and is made from mirrored sections of plastic or Perspex material'.

Over in America, suspicion has fallen upon an anonymous collective called The Most Famous Artist, based in Sante Fe, New Mexico. They quickly took credit for the monoliths in Utah and California and, while they were about it, showed some entrepreneurial flair by posting an image of the Utah creation — with a £34,000 price tag attached.

Whatever the truth of the monoliths' origins, it's clear there hasn't been anything like them since crop circles began appearing in 1976. Over the next two decades these phenomena were all the rage. Or, as the Smithsonian Institution said, they were a 'lens through which the initiated could witness the activity of Earth energies and ancient spirits, the anguish of Mother Earth in the face of impending ecological doom and evidence of secret weapons'.

The mystique of crop circles was finally shattered when two Brits — Doug Bower and his co-conspirator Dave Chorley — were outed as the creators of the first 'flying saucer nest' in a Wiltshire wheat field using ropes and boards. There are signs, that the current monolith mania will be more short-lived.

Many seem to disappear almost as fast as they arrive. One at the top of the Californian hiking trail came a cropper when a group of Trump supporters chanting 'Christ is King' and 'America First' came across it on a hike, took a dim view and demolished it, though it soon reappeared.

But as with those perplexing circles, the beauty of the monoliths seems to be that you can believe whatever you want about their origins. Go all galactic, if you wish, and convince yourself that they have appeared as an urgent — if rather opaque — message from aliens. Or take the view that people with too much time on their hands are planting a few bits of shiny metal and revelling in the subsequent speculation.

As Matty Mo, founder of The Most Famous Artist collective, said when he heard about the Isle of Wight's version: 'The monolith is out of my control at this point. Godspeed to all the aliens working hard around the globe to propagate the myth.'

Dead Alien Bodies In Britain’s Secret Underground

Back in 1996, I received a number of stories – some from retired, British military personnel – suggesting that if I wanted to find out what the British Government really knew about UFOs – and particularly so crashed UFOs – I would be wise to focus my attentions not so much on the work of the Ministry of Defense, but on that of the Home Office.

Although the Home Office is chiefly known for its work in the fields of counter-terrorism, immigration, and crime policy, there are indications that its work delves into far deeper, and much more mysterious, areas, too.

According to several of the accounts provided to me back in ’96, the Home Office oversaw the security surrounding a number of secret, underground bunkers located across the south and southwest of England.

They were built as fortified havens for senior military and government personnel, in the event of a nuclear strike on the UK by the Soviets during the Cold War. I was advised, however, that deep within two of the bunkers were stored the remains of a number of alien bodies – all preserved in cryogenic states.

Of course, there is nothing new about such controversial claims. There are numerous accounts – particularly within the United States – of retired military personnel supposedly having seen extraterrestrial corpses in “secret hangars” or in “classified vaults.” And, indeed, many people with an interest in Ufology will know of the rumors surrounding the supposed “Hangar 18″ and the tales of dead aliens at Area 51.

I was transferred to a helpful man who informed me that the responsibility for monitoring satellite movements over the British Isles was predominantly the domain of the tracking station at RAF Fylingdales, Yorkshire.

If it appears there is a possibility, however remote, that a satellite in a decaying orbit might impact on the UK, Fylingdales had standing orders to keep the Ministry of Defense informed, who in turn were obliged to advise the Home Office of the unfolding situation. As the Press Officer explained to me:

“The Home Office has responsibility for emergency planning, which obviously isn’t specific, necessarily, to satellites. But the situation is they only really become a matter for the Home Office when they’ve landed, because that’s when the emergency services come into play.”

He continued: “For example, there was one recently – a Chinese satellite which came down. That was one we were kept well informed of and were aware of. We were advised of the expected time it was going to land and all that kind of stuff. We don’t really take much actual action; our side would be more the policy angle; ensuring that all the right contingency plans are in place.”

My next stop: RAF Fylingdales.
