Could it be that either the Extra-terrestrials are keeping an extra close eye on Mr Putin at the moment, or could it be true what many people have suggested before, that Putin ‘works with the Aliens’? Either way this is a very interesting capture and yet to be confirmed by ANYBODY as to what these UFO’s are.
Clearly we cannot yet confirm exactly what these strange objects in the sky are, but one thing is for sure they have got many people talking all around the world, and not just Russia, asking “just what are these UFO’s hovering above the Baltic Sea on Russia’s western edge?”
It has been suggested by fellow UFO researcher Scott Waring ufosightingsdaily.com that:|
“When the sun is setting, the light that bends around the cloak will no longer work for a few minutes,” wrote Scott C. Waring from ufosightingsdaily.com.
“This is why so many are seen during this time of the day,” he wrote.
If these really are crafts from another world, then Scott’s theory could be a 100% correct and that these particular crafts ‘cloaking’ devices no longer worked for a short period of time!? This could possibly explain how they simply ‘vanished’ into thin air straight after being seen in the sky.

On the afternoon of April 8, 1665, several fishermen doing their jobs near Barhöfft, which at the time belonged to Sweden, now modern-day Germany reported the sighting of a Battle between ships in the heavens. Shortly after the battle had concluded, people witnessed a dark, disk-shaped object over flying the area where the battle had taken place.
“The Mass UFO sighting that took place in 1665 was seen by hundreds of people who saw flying ships in the sky. “After a while out of the sky came a flat round form, like a plate, looking like the big hat of a man… Its color was that of the darkening moon, and it hovered right over the Church of St. Nicolai. There it remained stationary until the evening. The fishermen, worried to death, didn’t want to look further at the spectacle and buried their faces in their hands. On the following days, they fell sick with trembling all over and pain in head and limbs. Many scholarly people thought a lot about that,” wrote Erasmus Francisci in “Der wunder-reiche Ueberzug unserer Nider-Welt/Oder Erd-umgebende” in 1689.

This wasn’t the first time that mass UFO sightings were reported. Remember the UFO Battle of 1561 over Nuremberg? It seems to coincide with the accounts of people from Barhöfft. Hundreds of people witnessed strange flying objects in the sky with a technology foreign to our very own today. It is believed to be one of the best recorded Mass-Sightings in history.
Hundreds of years ago the little knowledge mankind had about star and planets was more connected with astrology than with science. Our understanding back then, was not expanded as it is today, where we know that there are thousands of Earth-like planets in the universe and that most of them have the ability to sustain life as we know it. Today we know almost for certain that there are other life forms that inhabit the universe, and it is very unlikely that we are the only intelligent species around. Hundreds of years ago, people probably never suspected that there could be extraterrestrial life elsewhere in the universe.

Scientific explanations for the mass sighting at Barhöfft? Chris Aubeck and Martin Shough wrote about the mass UFO sightings over Barhöfft in the June 2015 edition of EdgeScience magazine while looking at several explanations for the phenomena witnessed by hundreds of people in 1665. After their analysis, researchers were able to scientifically exclude several celestial phenomena like the angle of the sun, producing an ice halo. But they went further and excluded the possibility that people witnessed a Mirage or Fata Morgana since a mirage would not explain some of the objects seen by witnesses, like the plate- or hat-shaped object that was said to remain into the evening. Researchers also excluded the possibility that people had witnessed a flock of birds in the sky since a flock would not explain the dark object that remained hovering in the sky until night fall.
An unusually large flock of starlings may have resembled such a scene, Aubeck and Shough said. Flocks sometimes merge together in startlingly well-defined masses that move in patterns before settling down.
What do you think people saw in 1665? Is it possible that this is another well-documented UFO sightings that occurred hundreds of years ago? And is it possible that people in Barhöfft saw what people over Nuremberg witnessed in 1561? These two cases are certainly two of the best documented UFO sightings in the history of mankind. So far, researchers have not been able to ‘debunk’ these mass UFO sightings.

A man has captured the moment he spotted an unidentified object in the sky near his home on the Sunshine Coast on September 9, 2015.
Joshua Ross seen the white glow in the sky above a house and filmed it on his phone.
Soshua: “It would go up one direction and then shoot back the other direction and then it just disappeared.”
Astronomers explained the object was most likely a small meteor and the hovering effect was due to the cloud cover but I doubt if it was really a meteor because if you look closely at the start of the video and at around the 0.08 mark, you'll see that the orb changes into a doughnut-shaped orb. Then it changes again into an orb and disappears at high speed.

Aliens May Destroy Humanity to Protect other Civilisations, Say Scientists
Rising greenhouse emissions could tip off aliens that we are a rapidly expanding threat, warns a report.
It may not rank as the most compelling reason to curb greenhouse gases, but reducing our emissions might just save humanity from a pre-emptive alien attack, scientists claim.
Watching from afar, extraterrestrial beings might view changes in Earth’s atmosphere as symptomatic of a civilisation growing out of control – and take drastic action to keep us from becoming a more serious threat, the researchers explain.
This highly speculative scenario is one of several described by a Nasa-affiliated scientist and colleagues at Pennsylvania State University that, while considered unlikely, they say could play out were humans and alien life to make contact at some point in the future.
Shawn Domagal-Goldman of Nasa’s Planetary Science Division and his colleagues compiled a list of plausible outcomes that could unfold in the aftermath of a close encounter, to help humanity “prepare for actual contact”.
In their report, Would Contact with Extraterrestrials Benefit or Harm Humanity? A Scenario Analysis, the researchers divide alien contacts into three broad categories: beneficial, neutral or harmful.
Beneficial encounters ranged from the mere detection of extraterrestrial intelligence (ETI), for example through the interception of alien broadcasts, to contact with cooperative organisms that help us advance our knowledge and solve global problems such as hunger, poverty and disease.
Another beneficial outcome the authors entertain sees humanity triumph over a more powerful alien aggressor, or even being saved by a second group of ETs. “In these scenarios, humanity benefits not only from the major moral victory of having defeated a daunting rival, but also from the opportunity to reverse-engineer ETI technology,” the authors write.
Other kinds of close encounter may be less rewarding and leave much of human society feeling indifferent towards alien life. The extraterrestrials may be too different from us to communicate with usefully. They might invite humanity to join the “Galactic Club” only for the entry requirements to be too bureaucratic and tedious for humans to bother with. They could even become a nuisance, like the stranded, prawn-like creatures that are kept in a refugee camp in the 2009 South African movie, District 9, the report explains.
The most unappealing outcomes would arise if extraterrestrials caused harm to humanity, even if by accident. While aliens may arrive to eat, enslave or attack us, the report adds that people might also suffer from being physically crushed or by contracting diseases carried by the visitors. In especially unfortunate incidents, humanity could be wiped out when a more advanced civilisation accidentally unleashes an unfriendly artificial intelligence, or performs a catastrophic physics experiment that renders a portion of the galaxy uninhabitable.
To bolster humanity’s chances of survival, the researchers call for caution in sending signals into space, and in particular warn against broadcasting information about our biological make-up, which could be used to manufacture weapons that target humans. Instead, any contact with ETs should be limited to mathematical discourse “until we have a better idea of the type of ETI we are dealing with.”
The authors warn that extraterrestrials may be wary of civilisations that expand very rapidly, as these may be prone to destroy other life as they grow, just as humans have pushed species to extinction on Earth. In the most extreme scenario, aliens might choose to destroy humanity to protect other civilisations.
“A preemptive strike would be particularly likely in the early phases of our expansion because a civilisation may become increasingly difficult to destroy as it continues to expand. Humanity may just now be entering the period in which its rapid civilisational expansion could be detected by an ETI because our expansion is changing the composition of the Earth’s atmosphere, via greenhouse gas emissions,” the report states.
“Green” aliens might object to the environmental damage humans have caused on Earth and wipe us out to save the planet. “These scenarios give us reason to limit our growth and reduce our impact on global ecosystems. It would be particularly important for us to limit our emissions of greenhouse gases, since atmospheric composition can be observed from other planets,” the authors write.
Even if we never make contact with extraterrestrials, the report argues that considering the potential scenarios may help to plot the future path of human civilisation, avoid collapse and achieve long-term survival.

How old are the Men in Black?
How old are the Men in Black?
Now, by asking the question directly above, I’m not actually wondering if the MIB are in their 20s, 30s, or 40s etc! Rather, I’m pondering on this issue: for how long has the Men in Black phenomenon (or, perhaps, phenomena might be a far more accurate word to use) been amongst us? Many would say it began in the late-1940s, or early 1950s, with the likes of Albert Bender, founder of the International Flying Saucer Bureau. But they might be wrong. In fact, they might be very wrong.
Nigel Wright is a long-time UFO researcher based in England, and – with Jonathan Downes, the director of the British-based Center for Fortean Zoology – the co-author of the book, The Rising of the Moon, which is a fine study of paranormal phenomena that I recommend to one and all. In their book, Nigel cites a report that he found within the May 21, 1909 edition of England’s Exmouth Journal newspaper, and, to which, are attached definitive MIB overtones.
Titled Invasion Scares – Queer Stories from Humberside, the article reads as follows:
“A strange story was told the Yorkshire Post, Grimsby correspondent by workmen from Killingholm near Immingham new dock works on Tuesday night. They declared that they were seated at noon on the roadside at Killingholm, when a large motor car drove up and two men alighted who walked to the bank on which the workmen were seated and asked if any airships had been recently seen near. The workmen replied: ‘No’, whereupon the motorists asked the distance between Killingholm and Spurn, and whether any mines were laid in the Humber between the two places. The workmen referred their interrogators to a coastguard, saying he would be able to answer them. It does not matter,’ replied the motorists, and, after enquiring the way to the nearest refreshment house, they jumped into their car and drove quickly away.”
A Man in Black-type character had been seen a few years previously, in the early 1900s, skulking in sinister, and near-Machiavellian, fashion around the bleak, dark hills and valleys of Wales, United Kingdom, at the very same time that a whole variety of unidentified aerial phenomena was also putting in a decidedly unwelcome appearance.
A 1905 story that appeared within the pages of the Barmouth Advertisernewspaper states: “In the neighborhood dwells an exceptionally intelligent young woman of the peasant stock, whose bedroom has been visited three nights in succession by a man dressed in black. This figure has delivered a message to the girl which she is too frightened to relate.”
Of course, menacing messages – courtesy of the equally menacing black-garbed ones themselves – are staple parts of the MIB puzzle. And that this specific bedroom-based event took place when the people of Wales were also experiencing sightings of mysterious, unidentified aerial lights, make the entire matter highly intriguing.
Pushing the barriers of time back even further – centuries, even – while undertaking research for my book, The Real Men in Black, I interviewed legendary author on all-things paranormal, Brad Steiger, who told me:
“Many of the great alchemists – a subject I’m fascinated by – were seeking to find angels that they could command. Magic is seen as an unapproved ritual when it’s to bring profit to oneself, but they were seeking to command these entities to bring them forth the secret to turn base-metals into precious metals. I have found a number of instances where alchemists were visited by a gentleman in black, a prosperous burgher in black, who appeared in the laboratory and demonstrated certain things to them. Some are benevolent and some are more sinister.”
It seems that, whoever – or, far more likely whatever – the MIB are, they have, in various guises, been with us for a very, very long time…

The FBI admits we have been visited by “beings from other dimensions”

Is it surprising that the FBI has shown interest in the study of the UFO phenomena? Is it possible that many science fiction films are actually based on real events, or better called “leaks” given by the government in order to deliberately raise awareness among the population?
In 2011 after some documents were “declassified” a report written by a special agent of the FBI in 1947 reached the public. The special agent of the FBI, a lieutenant colonel whose identity, remained anonymous because of “national security” gather numerous data on the UFO phenomena after interviewing and studying the phenomena for years.
According to reports and “Declassified” documents, we have been visited by numbs extraterrestrial species, some of these, are not only from other planets, but from other dimensions. Some of these beings originate from an ethereal plane coexistent with our physical universe. These “entities”, that could “materialize” on our planet appeared as giant translucent figures.
Here is a transcript of some of the most important details of the report:
1. Part of the disks carry crews, others are under remote control
2. Their mission is peaceful. The visitors contemplate settling on this plane
3. These visitors are human-like but much larger in size
4. They are not excarnate Earth people, but come from their own world
5. They do NOT come from a planet as we use the word, but from an etheric planet which interpenetrates with our own and is not perceptible to us
6. The bodies of the visitors, and the craft, automatically materialize on entering the vibratory rate of our dense matter
7. The disks posses a type of radiant energy or a ray, which will easily disintegrate any attacking ship. They reenter the etheric at will, and so simply disappear from our vision, without trace
8. The region from which they come is not the “astral plane”, but corresponds to the Lokas or Talas. Students of osoteric matters will understand these terms.
9. They probably can not be reached by radio, but probably can be by radar. if a signal system can be devised for that (apparatus
Addendum: The Lokas are oval shape, fluted length oval with a heat-resistaning metal or alloy not yet known the front cage contains the controls, the middle portion a laboratory; the rear contains armament, which consists essentially of a powerful energy apparatus, perhaps a ray.
What are your thoughts on this? If these beings have been visiting us in the last 50 to 60 years, is it possible that these same beings visited Earth hundreds and thousands of years ago? Is it possible that these beings influenced civilization as we know it today? And is it possible that they are still influencing the way of life on Earth?

Underwater Extraterrestrials: Declassified Russian Navy Records Say They’re Real!
Unidentified submerged objects (USOs) are not as famous as UFOs although they are often encountered, according to declassified Russian Navy records. The common trait of all USO phenomena is that they involve unexplained and technologically advanced objects, far superior to anything we’ve ever built.
The recently declassified documents contain Soviet era reports detailing many cases of possible USO encounters. Former naval officer and Russian UFO researcher Vladimir Azhazha believes these documents are of great value. One of the most interesting cases he examined involved a nuclear submarine on a combat mission in the Southern Pacific. During the routine operation, the submarine detected six unknown objects travelling in formation at speeds in excess of 230 knots (265+ mph). In comparison, the fastest submarine was the Soviet K-222, which reached about 44 knots (51 mph).
The submarine’s sonar determined the objects were heading straight for it so the captain gave the order to surface. The USOs followed them to the surface then flew away. Similar instances have been reported in the region of the Bermuda Triangle, as retired submarine commander Yuri Beketov recalls. On-board instruments often malfunctioned, indicating the presence of strong interference. Many believe this is a clear sign of USO/UFO presence.
On several occasions the instruments gave reading of material objects moving at incredible speed. Calculations showed speeds of about 230 knots, or 265 mph. Speeding so fast is a challenge even on the surface. But water resistance is much higher. It was like the objects defied the laws of physics. There’s only one explanation: the creatures who built them far surpass us in development,” said Beketov.
Both UFOs and USOs seem to concentrate wherever military operations occur, indicating their interest in humanity’s military arsenal.
Another USO hotspot is Lake Baikal in Russia. The world’s deepest freshwater lake has always had a certain mysterious nature and fishermen tell tales of lights being spotted in its deep waters. Multiple folk tales describe swimmers being dragged down by creatures lurking beneath Baikal’s calm waves.
Another of the Russian documents described the encounter between a group of military divers and several humanoid beings in silver suits. The divers were training in Lake Baikal at a depth of 150 feet (50 meters) when they came upon a group of unknown creatures. The divers went deeper in the pursuit of the humanoids. Three men were killed, while the other four were severely injured.
Vladimir Azhazha believes the issue should be thoroughly investigated. “I think about underwater bases and say: why not? Nothing should be discarded,” says Azhazha. “Skepticism is the easiest way: believe nothing, do nothing. People rarely visit great depths. So it’s very important to analyze what they encounter there.”

Men in Black…Cloaks
There’s no doubt in my mind that when it comes to the matter of the Men in Black, there is a direct connection between these menacing characters and a wealth of other supernatural phenomena. That includes the Hat-Man, the Shadow People, the Black-Eyed Children, and the Women in Black. All of these entities are definitively sinister in nature and should be avoided at all costs. And, to a degree, they even mirror each other.
The Black-Eyed Children, for example, parallel the MIB when it comes to trying to find their way into homes, usually late at night. The MIB and the Hat-Man are both known for their old-style fedoras. The Women in Black are the absolute female counterparts of the MIB, even down to the pale, overly-smooth skin. And there are more than a few reports on record of Shadow People wearing fedoras.
This leads me to believe all of these “things” are manifestations of one phenomenon, albeit in different (but not too different) guises. There is, however, yet another entity that falls into this particular category. It’s one that I have a few reports on, but which often gets overlooked when it comes to the MIB connection. We’re talking about “Men in Black Cloaks.”
My guess/suspicion is that many people who experience the MIBC place their encounters in a ghostly category, which is very understandable when you read some of the witness-accounts (such as the one linked in the paragraph directly above). Take, for example, this case, too, which contains classic aspects of supernatural activity, such as feelings of paralysis while sleeping, and foul odors in the home. Of course, a down-to-earth explanation for at least some of these phenomena has been offered: sleep-paralysis.
I have to say that I don’t personally think sleep-paralysis tells the full story (and particularly so in relation to cases involving poltergeist activity, odd electrical disturbances, and multiple people). But, what I do think is that more attention should be paid to the matter of the MIBC and their connections to the UFO/MIB issue. And I’ll tell you why.
I mentioned above that I have a number of reports of MIBC on-file. Actually, it’s just three reports. But, three is better than none. One MIBC encounter occurred in 1969, in Pasadena, California; the details of which were given to me in 2001. The second story came out of Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2002, and was shared with me in that same year. As for the third encounter, it occurred in 1997, on the island of Puerto Rico. The facts provided to me during a 2009 trip to the island, while in search of its most famous monster, the Chupacabra.
Despite the differences in locations, there were a number of notable similarities. All three cases involved women. And all were in their twenties at the time of their encounters with the MIBC. Two had graphic memories of alien abduction-type experiences, and one had a still-baffling period of missing-time that continues to disturb her to this day. There was other similarities, too. Within days of their encounters, all three had strange and terrifying experiences in the dead of night. Yes, there were sleep-paralysis-style sensations, such as being unable to move, a sense of a hostile figure in the bedroom, and a feeling of profound dread.
What really stood out for me, however, were a couple of very specific similarities. For example, the black hats they wore were far more like cowboy-hats in size and style than fedoras. All three believed the MIBC were there to warn them to stay silent on what it was they encountered. One of the “men” sported a thick, silver bracelet on his left wrist. Another wore a long, silver chain around its/his neck. And their cloaks were very long, as in down to their ankles.
I’m used to getting amazing and strange reports – of all manner of things – on a regular basis. But, to get three such accounts spanning more than thirty years, from distinctly different locations, and in which the circumstances were practically identical, was noteworthy. It still is noteworthy. I also find it curious that I should have been on the receiving end of all three cases. By that, I mean they came to me in very odd ways.Notable synchronicities became parts of the stories, too. These are matters I’ll expand on in an upcoming article on such “meaningful coincidences.”

UFO Files: Are You On The List?( Pt. 1)
Is it just paranoia to suspect that agencies of government might take an interest in you for researching and writing about UFOs? Well, no, actually, it’s not. Not at all. The Freedom of Information Acts (FOIA) of more than a few nations have demonstrated time and again that, yes, elements of the UFO research community have been watched. And not just for years, but for decades. It’s very important to keep things in perspective, however. And I’ll explain exactly what I mean by that.
On more than a few occasions, a UFO researcher who we can prove has been the subject of official files, has also spent time digging into other potentially sensitive areas that might attract the attention of agencies of government, the military, and/or the intelligence community. This is an issue I wrote about extensively in my 2006 book, On the Trail of the Saucer Spies. It’s worth noting, however, that a great deal more (and relevant) data has surfaced since the publication of my book, and which demonstrates how and why they watch us.
Certainly, the lengthiest FOIA files are those on the Contactees of the 1950s. Or, it may be more accurate to say that I’m talking about the lengthiest files currently in the public domain. Admittedly, we don’t know the full extent of what still goes on behind closed doors. But, what we can say for sure is that both George Adamski and George Van Tassel were the subjects of extensive investigations by the FBI. Was it because J. Edgar Hoover wanted to know if long-haired Venusians were really visiting the Earth? Or if fellow Contactee, Truman Bethurum, got down and dirty with a hot space-babe named Aura Rhanes? Nope.
George Adamski
Bear in mind the time-frame: it was in the early 1950s that most of the surveillance of Adamski took place. This was the period of McCarthyism and “Reds under the beds” scares. And who was loudly claiming that his hippie-like space-buddies were dreaded commies? George Adamski, that’s who. He was saying it to sizable audiences, too. And let’s not forget the thousands of people who read his books. Adamski also stated that communism was the way of the future and that Russia was destined to dominate the world. The completely understandable concerns the FBI had about Adamski revolved around not what he claimed to know about UFOs, but of the possibility that he was using the flying saucer phenomenon as a means to spread communism. In that sense, it would be amazing if there wasn’t a file on Adamski!
As for George Van Tassel, the FBI had a more cordial relationship with him – and probably because while working at Hughes Aircraft in the 1940s, Van Tassel helped FBI agent Walter Bott on a number of investigations. Yes, the FBI visited Van Tassel on a few occasions and asked him to do describe his experiences with the Space-Brothers. The files, however, show that the FBI was particularly interested in the fact that many of Van Tassel’s lectures focused on controversial matters relative to atomic weapons (and the dangers they posed), religion, and the economy.
Files declassified via UK FOIA laws show that, close to 60 years ago, the UK Police Force’s Special Branch took an interest in a famous Contactee named George King (of Aetherius Society fame). While Special Branch concluded that King was – and I quote – “obviously a crank,” its personnel took far more than a passing interest in King’s political stance. A declassified Special Branch document of May 7, 1958 states:
“Since 1st June 1957, the date of the last report about the Aetherius Society, this organisation has remained active in its campaign against nuclear weapon tests, and in this respect its policy is closely allied with that of the Communist Party. However, there is still no evidence of open communist association with the Society.”
It doesn’t take a genius to see what was going through the minds of Special Branch staff. Here was a man, who had a degree of prominence, and who was speaking out against the British Government’s stance on atomic weapons. Special Branch’s “crank” comments show that it was not UFOs – directly – that concerned the police. It was the political nature of the cosmic, brotherly message King was spreading that bothered them and which led them to compile a 40-page dossier on the man.
Then there’s the infamous (and alleged) UFO crash at Aztec, New Mexico in March 1948. This notorious affair – a “little brother” to Roswell, one might say – attracted the FBI’s attention to a notable degree. But not so much because of the crash. Or the hoax, depending on your perspective. The reason was because two of the key players in the story were Silas Newton (whose FBI file you can find here) and Leo Gebauer. The G-Men were knew exactly who they were, and were far from impressed by either man. Which is hardly surprising.
Newton had a long history of controversial deals. The words “mining swindle” and “under indictment” leap out of the FBI’s files on Newton. As for Gebauer, in 1941, as FBI records show, he referred to Adolf Hitler as nothing less than “a swell fellow.” He added that the United States would benefit from having “two men” to run the country, in much the same way that Hitler ruled Germany. And he called the Brits “a dirty bunch of rats.” Something which would have led me to give Gebauer a good kicking and a few precisely delivered punches had I been around back then.
So, yes, we have a situation where FBI agents very closely monitored both Newton and Gebauer. And at the height of the Aztec UFO affair, too. But, who can blame the FBI? After all, both men were up to their necks in controversy, as well as things that were so shady you would imagine the pair lived under a permanent solar eclipse!

SECRET MOON BASE USES ABDUCTED HUMANS AS SLAVE LABOR
Secret space program whistleblower, Corey Goode revealed an astonishing fact about a secret base on the far side of the moon in his response to email questions published on May 20. He described the moon base as belonging to one of five secret space programs that he has earlier disclosed in email responses and public internet forums as the “Dark Fleet” which exploits humans in various ways. Since his email response a witness has emerged who claims to have traveled to the base in question and only partly recalls what happened inside. A second witness, identified in this article, has also traveled to a secret moon base, very likely the same Dark Fleet base, but fully recalls what happened.
I begin with the relevant Q and A with Corey published on May 20:
Q20. What can you tell us about the other shared human moon base used by the dark fleet?
It is a Heavily Guarded and Secret Base that is at about the 10 o’clock position, on the Back Side of the Moon. The portion that is visible is a “Trapezoid Shape”. It is only accessible to the Dark Fleet and some ICC Personnel as well as the Draco Allied Forces. Some amateur astronomers have caught video of swarms of craft leaving from this base location on a couple of occasions. It is presumed to go far beneath the surface of the Moon just as the LOC does.
A member of the public forum The One Truth alerted Corey to the claims of Carolyn Hamlett, who says that she witnessed a moon base that she was taken to. She recalled the shape of the base as being trapezoid and recreated it. Here is what she wrote about the recreation.
The above picture is my creation from my memory. I put the picture together to illustrate what I have seen with physical eyes while aboard a lunar bound craft with other humans. The trapezoid shaped building was our destination. My first thought when I saw this structure was of its unique and significant shape, that of a de-capped pyramid and how much in architecture it reminded me of the Pentagon as seen in aerial photographs. Therefore, I chose a portion of an aerial photograph of the Pentagon to best illustrate the architecture of the actual building I saw on the moon. The rendition I have created is very much like the view I had as the craft I was in was making its approach. However, the actual building on the lunar surface does not have an inner court yard.
Corey was surprised to see the recreation and wrote:
This is amazing! This is extremely similar to how the “Dark Fleet” base actually looks.
In an earlier post on the same forum, he said that very few had seen the base before, and little was known about what was occurring inside:
There is almost ZERO information on the lay out and details of that base. It is some information that would be very useful.
In an interview, Carolyn recalls being inside the spacecraft approaching the moon base she described in the above picture. She says that her memory then cut out in the craft, and she next recalled being inside the moonbase and witnessed a council type meeting with up to 30 global leaders from around the world led by a prominent female. She says that the base had been built in collaboration with Gray ETs who could not be trusted, and were manipulating the humans at the base by misleading them into believing they were in control. Carolyn does not fully recall what happened during the rest of her time inside the moon base.
In his other email responses on May 20, Corey disclosed that he saw personnel on a secret Mars base that he believed were being used as slave labor. Also, he disclosed that remnants of a top secret Nazi Space program survived the Second World War and allied itself with an extraterrestrial race called Draco Reptilians. It is well known that Nazi Germany used slave labor for its secret technology programs. It’s more than likely that if a secret Nazi space program continued after the war and infiltrated the U.S. national security system as Corey claims, various off-planet bases used by the “Dark Fleet” and another secret space program called the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC) would also use human slave labor.
According to Corey, there is very little intelligence on what is happening inside of the moon base used by the Dark Fleet. In addition to Carolyn Hamlett’s testimony, there is a military abductee who claims to have been taken to a secret moon base where Gray ETs play a role, and recalls traumatic experiences happening to her.
Niara Terela Isley is a former US Air Force radar tracking operator who was forcibly recruited into a covert program when she witnessed a UFO while performing her official Air Force duties when she traveled with other USAF personnel to an assignment at the Tonopah Test Range in 1980. She and her colleagues were instructed to attempt to get a radar lock on the glowing UFO, and were then taken into custody by a covert faction of the USAF. She was then exposed to a number of traumatic experiences in these military abductions (MILABs) that she describes at length in her book, Facing the Shadow, Embracing the Light (2013). She reveals that she was taken between eight and ten times to a secret moon base that was guarded by Reptilian beings and used human workers:
In interviews, people always want to know what my moon experiences were like and I can certainly understand such avid curiosity. I can only state that it was terrible on multiple levels. I was terrified for my life the whole time. I was very poorly fed and worked hard during the day cycle, operating some kind of electronic equipment for excavation at times, and doing hard physical manual labor at others, such as lifting and stacking boxes. Worst of all, I was used for sex during what passed for night there, from man to man. I was allowed very little sleep, and I’ve since learned that this is another facet of mind control abuse. I shut down during all of this to the point that I didn’t even feel alive anymore.
Niara’s description is testimonial evidence that slave labor is both used on the moon, and that MILABs are taken there for that purpose either for short periods, or for indefinite periods as occurs on Mars. While she did not describe the shape of the moon base she was taken to, her experiences with Reptilian guards and physical abuse along with other human workers suggests it is the Dark Fleet base that Corey has described. Furthermore, she described Gray extraterrestrials piloting the shuttle craft taking her to the Moon, which is consistent with what Carolyn Hamlett said about the Grays being involved in the base’s operations.
Corey’s revelation of an exploitative “Dark Fleet” base on the far side of the moon is now supported to varying degrees by two independent witnesses. Carolyn’s recollection of the base is that global leaders are taken there and manipulated by Gray extraterrestrials. Niara’s recollection is that Grays and Reptilians are involved with at least one moon base, and allow human workers to be mistreated. Niara’s testimony and the experiences of Carolyn Hamlett, when combined with Corey’s revelations about Secret Space programs, leads to a disturbing conclusion. There is at least one secret base on the far side of the moon that manipulates human leaders taken there, and use abducted humans as slave labor.

Why Aliens Don't Reveal Themselves to us
With all of the evidence of UFOs and the many abduction stories that are all over the news and the internet, people often have asked me: "why aliens haven't revealed themselves to the human race yet?" Well there are a few different hypotheses on the subject, Many of which I subscribe to personally. One is that the human race simply isn't ready yet because we are so violent.
While many of my acquaintances in life are really good people (never been in trouble with the law or even been in a fist fight), when you look down on us like aliens do you can really see how sad and dangerous the human race is here on Earth.
First, we've been in a perpetual war for most of our existence; if not all of it. Some of which have been quite horrific. Look at the world wars where we all invaded each other over, when you think about it from an outside perspective, really dumb reasons. You start to see why we are so scary looking to them. Really there are many instances. Here's a list of some of our most terrible moments in our history.

Three Kingdoms War - 36,000,000–40,000,000
Eastern Front - 30,000,000
Qing dynasty conquest of Ming Dynasty - 25,000,000

Second Sino-Japanese War - 20,000,000
World War I - 17,000,000
And, these are only a handful of some of the deadliest wars. There's also really unbelievable things that us humans have done to each other like examples of genocide. Imagine again being an alien, looking down and seeing us send a group of people for no reason at all to the Holocaust camps where we murdered between 4,194,200 to 5,930,000 people according to estimates. That right there is a good reason not to make contact and to study us a little bit more.
What about single crazy acts we have done such as dropping nuclear bombs on innocent people in Japan or watching our great flying machines slam into some of our greatest achievements of buildings as in the 911 attacks? It's obvious that we are in fact, a dangerous race that should be proceeded with caution.
Even the actor Dan Aykroyd has come out and talked about how aliens are visiting Earth and why they are not making contact with us:
"(It's) because we are a violent species. They don't want anything to do with us. They watch us. There were two white orbs over (New) Jersey when the second tower went down on 9/11. They were on CNN for about two minutes... They never showed it again.
"Can you imagine what was going through their advanced minds when they saw what happened on 9/11? These humans crashing our highest evolution in aviation into our highest evolution in architecture and metallurgy, like kids wrecking toys in the sandbox. They are disgusted with us. And rightly so. Because we are a depraved, disgusting species."
“If you look at the way mankind in the last 100 years has basically started to turn this planet into a cinder — three or four holes in the ozone layer because of industrial production around the world, nuclear testing, wars — I’m sure that, just in theory, if there were another species in the universe monitoring us or near us, they would be very interested in what we were doing to this planet, to this planet’s atmosphere, and to possibly neighboring bodies. And I think, in terms of the extraterrestrial machines that are coming and going, that may be part of a motivation.”

The Treatment of our Planet
Mr. Aykroyd brings up another good point in his statement above. Why would we, as a race, destroy our own environment. Aliens have been known to be attracted to our nuclear weapons and power plants. With UFO sightings common even though they are no fly zones such as here and here just to name a couple off the top of my head. Most likely doing tests making sure we don't destroy the planet in one big fell swoop also endangering them in the process.
Our short sightedness in just burning off fossil fuels and not moving forward with renewable energy is another big reason why they have not yet made contact. If they come down we will want technology from them and it's clear that instead of using it to help ourselves we will most likely use it to create even more dangerous weapons of mass destruction.
Disease and an Unfit Environment
Another hypothesis is that the Earth's environment may not be suitable for them. Too little or too much gravity/radiation, not the right air or air quality, who knows really. That's why some have claimed that there is a hybrid program going on in which to mix our species so that they may be more suitable to the Earth's conditions. When they are better to interact with us may be when they decide it's time to collaborate.
The God Problem
There are two different sides to the God problem. One is that they may have visited us in the past and were treated as Gods. This may have confused the people and our extraterrestrial neighbors. They don't want to be Gods, they want to be collaborators. The second part is pretty obvious in this day in age; religion across the globe would most likely fall apart. While some people think this might be a good thing you have to look at the big picture like they would. Many countries rely on religion to bring people together as much as it seems that it tears people apart. It could start world wars like we've never seen before and they know that as well as many of our Governments.
In Conclusion
In conclusion we are seen as a greedy, dangerous unbalanced race who love war, are short-sighted enough to destroy our own planet knowingly and would freak out and come unglued in more ways than one if they announced their official existence.
Also, we must not forget what one of the smartest men in the world has said about making contact with extraterrestrials. "If aliens visit us, the outcome would be much as when Columbus landed in America, which didn't turn out well for the Native Americans," said theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking. Basicly we should stop sending out signals into space because we don't know who/what might receive them. We might be a warmongering race, but with the size of the universe it's almost sure that we aren't the worst.

July 9, 2015 - Specialist researchers of Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) believe the black and white images - supposedly taken from the USS Trepang SSN 674 submarine in March 1971 - are evidence of secret US aircraft tests or alien lifeforms looking to carry out an early form of fracking.
Alex Mistretta, a paranormal investigator and author, investigated the images after they first appeared in French paranormal magazine Top Secret following an alleged leaked.
He claimed insiders told him the pictures were taken from the US submarine on its journey between Iceland and Norway's Jan Mayen island in the Atlantic Ocean, with the admiral on board at the time said to be Dean Reynolds.
Top Secret described an inscription on one of the pictures as stating: “Official Photograph. Not to be Released. CT”
According to a US Naval archive, the USS Trepang was in the area at the time and a Rear Admiral Dean Reynolds Sackett, Jr from Beatrice, Nebraska, was its commanding officer from August 1970 to December 1973.
Some researchers have claimed this proves the pictures are genuine, but others suggested the information is so readily available it could also have aided a hoaxer.
Online commenter and fellow UFO hunter Bill Smillie said: "These look like the real deal. Possibly a shape changer which accounts for so many, yet actually a single object."
Michael Waters said: "Some UFOs can function through and under water quite well."
And Rob Whitford added: "Makes sense I still put money on fracking connected to them."
Did craft end up in the sea or is this something else?
Nigel Watson, UK UFO investigator, said: "They are an odd selection of pictures, that feature types of UFOs that have been regularly spotted by witnesses in all parts of the world.
"Airship or cigar-shaped type craft have been reported since 1896 when there was a great wave of 'phantom airship' sightings thoughout the USA."

We have been told in school that it was Christopher Columbus the person who found out that the Earth is round and set out on a journey to prove it. It is just one of the many “little” lies that have been told in history classes today. But Christopher Columbus did not discover the Earth was round. Actually, Columbus was about 2,000 years too late to prove the Earth was in fact round. Columbus greatly underestimated the Earth’s circumference.
So who discovered or proved the Earth was round?
Eratosthenes (276-194 B.C.) the father of “Geography,” made the discovery around seventeen hundred years before Columbus. He speculated that the Earth was shaped like a ball based on the stories and myths of Greek sailors before proving his assumption.
Pythagoras was one of the originators of the idea, Aristotle provided physical evidence and Eratosthenes determined that the Earth was in fact, round.
Eratosthenes, a Greek mathematician, geographer, poet, astronomer, and music theorist, is best known for being the first ever person on Earth who calculated the circumference of the Earth, and he did so by never leaving Egypt. He was able to calculate the circumference of our planet by applying a measuring system using stadia (A Stadion or stade, was an ancient Greek unit of length equal to a typical sports stadium at that time.)
Even though Eratosthenes’ discoveries are numerous, among the most important ones is his calculation of the tilt of the Earth’s axis but it is believed that he also was able to calculate the distance from the Earth to the Sun, thousands of years before “mainstream science.”
Eratosthenes was also the person who created the first map of the world incorporating parallels and meridians with the available geographical knowledge of the era.

Hew was also the first to use a system of latitude and longitude in Geography.
Eratosthenes managed to measure the distance between ancient Alexandria and Syene and concluded that they were separated by five hundred miles. He based his calculations on the average speed of Camel caravans that traveled the distance. He continued his observations and noted that at noon, on the summer solstice which s the longest day of the year, there were no shadows being casted in a well in the city of Syene in Egypt. The Sun was directly overhead at that time so he assumed that the Sun was so far off that the Rays of our Star were approaching Earth in parallel.
Further more, because the Sun set at the same time when it was directly between the cities of Alexandria and Syene, he concluded that the city of Syene to be on the same meridian as the city of Alexandria. On summer solstice, exactly at noon, in ancient Alexandria, Eratosthenes was able to measure the angle of the sun’s rays concluding they were 7.2 degrees angle with a tall rod.
His measurements, calculations and assumptions were more accurate with every new study. Eratosthenes knew that in his hometown Alexandria, based on calculations, the angle of elevation of the sun was 1/50th of a circle which is 7º12′ south of the Zenit on Solstice noon.
He assumed that Alexandria was north of Syene and that the Earth was in fact spherical, having 360º, he concluded that the meridian arc distance from Alexandria to Syene to be 1/50 = 7º12’/360º, hence obtaining 1/50 fo the total circumference of the Earth. Eratosthenes knew that five hundred miles was 1/50 the circumference of our planet, so he sed fifty of these lengths to surround the entire Earth. He went on and multiplied five hundred miles by fifty and obtained twenty-five thousand miles. Eratosthenes added another two hundred miles because of “potential bad measurements.”
This is how Eratosthenes concluded that the circumference of the Earth to be 25,200 miles. The actual measurement of the circumference of Earth is 24,901 miles or 40,075 km

Many researchers have come to the conclusion that human beings are not from Earth. After a balloon came back from a high altitude flight, it was covered with microscopic life forms that originated from space fueling debate about whether life on earth began here or elsewhere in space.
Other scientists have argued that life originated on Mars due to a mineral found in Martian meteorites, a concept that is crucial for the genesis of life. Another experiment showed that amino acids could have arrived with comet impacts, suggesting life could be widespread in our solar system.
A new book by American ecologist Dr. Ellis Silver - Humans are not from Earth looks at things differently. The author argues that humans may not be "natives" to Earth - and may have arrived separately from elsewhere. Silver provides arguments based on human physiology, suggesting that we have not evolved along with other life forms on Earth, but that we actually come from elsewhere in the universe, brought here by extraterrestrial beings tens of thousands of years ago.
Does this sound crazy or provocative? Does it go against your beliefs? It should actually. We have to start looking at things in a different way if we want to understand our purpose and origin, and that is exactly what Silver, an environmentalist who is currently working in an effort to clean plastic waste in the Pacific ocean, wants to achieve, provoking a discussion among scientists. Silver has argued that his book is based on scientific work approaching the difference between humans and other animals.
“The Earth approximately meets our needs as a species, but perhaps not as strongly as whoever brought us here initially thought,” Silver said in an interview with Yahoo news.
Silver believes that some of the chronic diseases that affect the human race - such as back pain, could be a very important sign that suggests that humans actually evolved in a world with less gravity. Silver also talks about their unique human traits, like the fact that the heads f babies are so great that women have difficulty giving birth, in the past, this was often fatal for the mother, child or both.
Silver argues that no other native species on earth has this issue, pointing to the 223 extra genes in humans, genes tat are not found in any other species.
Silver believes that the human race has "serious flaws" that are evidence pointing towards the fact that we are not from this world.
“We are all chronically ill,” says Silver. “Indeed, if you can find a single person who is 100% fit and healthy and not suffering from some (perhaps hidden or unstated) condition or disorder (there's an extensive list in the book) I would be extremely surprised - I have not been able to find anyone.”
“I believe that many of our problems stem from the simple fact that our internal body clocks have evolved to expect a 25 hour day (this has been proven by sleep researchers), but the Earth's day is only 24 hours. This is not a modern condition - the same factors can be traced all the way back through mankind's history on Earth.”
The book itself is interesting, but we have to look back at recent research in different fields that suggests that there is something anomalous in the human species. Many hidden links in the DNA could well suggest we are a species that was engineered or programmed.
There are numerous possibilities about our origins. In his book, Silver suggest that one of those possibilities might actually be Alpha Centauri, the closest star system to the sun.
Mankind is supposedly the most highly developed species on the planet, yet is surprisingly unsuited and ill-equipped for Earth's environment: harmed by sunlight, a strong dislike for naturally occurring (raw) foods, ridiculously high rates of chronic disease, and more. Plus there's a prevailing feeling among many people that they don't belong here or that something "just isn't right".
"My thesis," says Silver "proposes that mankind did not evolve from that particular strain of life, but evolved elsewhere and was transported to Earth (as fully evolved Homo sapiens) between 60,000 and 200,000 years ago."
The debate about human origins is widespread and it is a discussion that has intensified in recent years. Simulation from supercomputers at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in the US found that amino acids, the building blocks of life, could have reached Earth via comets or meteors, suggesting that there could be life on other planets and moons in or solar system, and even beyond.

AN EXPLOSION reported over the skies of Iran was actually an ALIEN UFO blasted on the orders of Russian leader Vladimir Putin, conspiracists have crazily claimed.
The outlandish allegation has been made among a string of bizarre theories that the world is going to end in late September - either as a result of ferocious earthquakes brought about by a 'Blood Moon' event on September 28, or due to a huge asteroid strike anytime from September 23 onwards.
Despite NASA publicly denying that an asteroid could strike Earth any time this century, conspiracy theorists remain undeterred.
The latest off-the-wall suggestion is that an alien invasion will signal the start of the apocalypse later this month, but will be dismissed by officials as a natural disaster.
This theory has been sparked by reports of meteors burning up over the skies of Iran from July 30, with some space rocks landing.
But it has now been claimed the event was actually a joint operation between Iran and Russia to blow up an alien craft that "had been sent here to monitor Earth before it is destroyed at the end of September".
Conspiracists jumped on the limited coverage of the meteorite as proof it was a cover-up to prevent global panic ahead of a cataclysmic asteroid hit this month.
Website The Daily Sheeple, which vows to "wake up" internet users to the truth, reported: "While NASA did put out a report debunking claims that an asteroid would wipe out Earth this coming September, people might have a hard time believing them when they can’t even respond to a real meteor impact in Iran."
However, another conspiracy site went event further to suggest the meteorite was subject to Russian action.
UFOsightingshotspot.co.uk reported: "A disturbing new report being circulated in the Kremlin today by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) states that 'significant elements' of the newly created Aerospace Defence Forces (VKO) and the 22nd Spetsnaz (Special Forces) Brigade are currently being deployed throughout the Islamic Republic of Iran.
"And are working in conjunction with the Army of the Guardians of the Islamic Revolution (IRGC) to 'inspect and identify' items within the massive debris field that resulted from the 31 July shoot down of an alien spacecraft."
The website added that the supposed reconnaissance was ahead of a forthcoming alien attack at the end of this month.
It said: "The identification of this alien spacecraft, this report continues, was made by the newly created Aerospace Defence Forces (VKO) on 29 June after it attempted to 'attack and destroy' another spacecraft entering the atmosphere of our Earth over the State of Texas."
Theorists also claim President Putin ordered the removal of the "UFO debris" back to Russia.
However, naturally, most remain convinced it was just a meteorite, as initially reported, and have dismissed such wild speculation.

Alien implants has been a fascinating subject for years; if proven to be true, it could be considered as one of the best pieces of evidence that points towards the existence of otherworldly beings. After years of research on the UFO phenomena by different individuals worldwide, there is a tremendous amount of "official" information that has been made available for people around the globe.
The National Archives of the United Kingdom, for example, published in 2013 a wide range of information ranging from testimonies of sightings, photographs and even drawings to prove human contact with extraterrestrial beings. Whether aliens exist or not is something that has "never" been officially answered yet the question has not changed for years, even though in the last decade, tremendous evidence has been made averrable which directly points towards the existence of not only extraterrestrial beings, but beings from other "dimensions".
Since ancient times, there have been clues that have suggested an interaction between extraterrestrials and humans. In modern days, factors such as the strange markings on the body and implants extracted from people claiming to have been abducted have fueled the idea that these otherworldly beings actually exist and have interacted with humans.
Dr. Roger Leir, a specialist in podiatry (Podiatry or podiatric medicine is a branch of medicine devoted to the study of diagnosis, medical and surgical treatment of disorders of the foot, ankle, and lower extremity.) and arguably the most famous person in regard to the removal of extraterrestrials implants said to have performed around 17 surgeries in which suspicious objects, "implants" were extracted.
According to Dr. Leir, an amazing feature is that all of these alleged implants are the size of a pencil tip but extremely magnetic in nature, and some had too high frequency for their size. Other items that were examined had meteorite fragments in common; metals such as gallium, germanium, platinum, ruthenium, rhodium and iridium. Research also found a diversion of nickel in quantities that lab analysis could not explain, nickel content of isotope ratio unknown to our planet.
According Ph.D. Alex Mosier specialist in Physical Chemistry, who examined the pieces together with Leir, fibers were found that are very similar in nature to carbon nanotubes which suggests that the fragments were designed or manufactured and it was impossible to find artifacts like these in nature. They have to be processed, requiring complex engineering and are not easy to manufacture. These objects have also been scientifically researched by some of the world's most prestigious laboratories such as Los Alamos National Lab, New Mexico Tech and the University of California in San Diego.
Dr. Leir, who also worked as a medical consultant in the Mutual UFO Network, said that the people from which they extracted these strange objects had no visible scars or interruption in the integrity of the skin. There were no signs of inflammation but X-ray tests clearly showed embedding, which seemed nearly impossible.
So far, medicine has had a phobia about tests which are linked to ufology. Very few scientists and doctors have dared to enter into debate regarding the matter, especially due to their professional prestige.
So what are these objects that have been proven to exist? If these objects point towards an otherwordly origin, what other evidence do we need?
Many watched the press conference at the National Press Club 'Disclosure' event in May 2001 where Dr. Steven Greer introduced some of the over 550 witnesses to important UFO events and insider information. Many are government employees and many inside secret projects.
Some asked that their testimony not be released until after their deaths. Mr. Pawelec is one of those.
Sadly he has passed away and his testimony has been authorised to be shown.
I want to say briefly that I am aware that like many who have had to focus tightly upon a passion, others get hurt, sometimes because the spot light is removed from them or they feel slighted or sidestepped. On my own journey I know that regrettably I have unintentionally hurt others in my own search for answers and so has Steven Greer. He has his detractors but I want once again to place on the record that I deeply admire what he has achieved and at great danger and personal loss.
I urge us all to look beyond whether we like the messengers or not and to take advantage of the hard earned information that has been discovered. Brave souls already perished in this search like Steven Greer's close colleague Shari Adiamak and U.S. Congressman Steven Schiff. Steven Greer and myself also, each discovered serious cancer's around the same period when we were establishing the Disclosure project and also making in-roads in the Pentagon and lsewhere. Shari and Steven Schiff died and Steven Greer and I survived. I have no doubts that the cancers were deliberately inflicted by those who became gravely concerned for where Disclosure was going - today this is one part of where it is going.
Brave whistleblowers will crack this secrecy wide apart and is one reason why the US government is so bent out of shape with Adrian Assange at Wikileaks who incidentally promises he too has UFO documents soon to be published. None of this is anti-American. The effort to secure truths surrounding the UFO subject is because true Americans want the country to be the best example of new technology, the leader in honesty and transparency and the fresh air our kids deserve in the future, free of the hatred heaped upon us from other parts of the world who have witnessed something else.
Mr. Pawelec was close enough to very high level insiders at the cutting edge of technologies being prepared it appeared for mass implanting of humans. This is a scary interview but a very important one and I personally thank Steven Greer for having the decency and trust to keep this safe until this moment and for his great courage to go where many fear to tread. He truly deserves our support.

EXETER, N.H. (AP) — They say a lightning strike started a fire in the Exeter, New Hampshire, town hall that caused the cancellation of a UFO festival the first year it was hosted by the local Kiwanis Club.
That's what they say anyway. (Cue the eerie music and get Steven Spielberg on the line right away.)
Fifty years ago, a frightened 18-year-old high school graduate and future Navy seaman named Norman Muscarello told police he had seen an unidentified flying object. The event that became known as "The Incident at Exeter" sparked an Air Force investigation and became one of the nation's most celebrated and scrutinized sightings.
The Exeter UFO Festival that runs through this weekend brings together a gathering of notable UFO-logists, true believers, skeptics and the merely curious to raise money for kids' charities and talk about just what the heck happened that night.
Bill Smith, president of the Kiwanis Club of the Exeter Area, said the festival was the brainchild of Dean Merchant, a Kiwanian and UFO enthusiast and researcher. The Kiwanis has been sponsoring it for the last six of its seven years.
"He just was fascinated as to just what happened 50 years ago," Smith said. "He was saying, 'Nobody talks about it anymore. Nobody recognizes the significance of the event anymore.'"
Here's the story:
Muscarello, who died in 2003, was hitchhiking home on Sept. 3, 1965, when he saw strange lights in the woods in nearby Kensington. The lights moved toward him. He panicked, dove into a ditch and, when the lights moved back into the woods, bolted for a nearby farmhouse for help. The house was empty so he flagged down a motorist who took him to the Exeter Police Department. An officer went back to the farmhouse with Muscarello and later said he had also seen a flying object that he couldn't explain. Sightings came in from others in the area, too.
The U.S. Air Force said the sightings were either a mirage caused by a temperature inversion or one of five B-47 planes in the area at the time. A definitive answer was never given.
The Exeter festival is still, at its heart, a fundraiser for children's charities supported by Kiwanis. It's not the big affair that draws thousands each July to Roswell, New Mexico, where the 1947 crash of a flying object ignited a still-burning debate over the existence of extraterrestrial life.
But this anniversary year will attract 600 to 700 people who'll buy little green aliens, spaceships, T-shirts, coffee mugs and hot dogs. They'll also hear from UFO researchers including Stanton Friedman, Richard Dolan and Jennifer Stein.
The event is family-friendly and geared for fun. But Smith cautions that there's a line between having fun and poking fun.
"A large percentage of the audience are true believers," he said. "They do take it seriously."
Not everybody does, he said.
"Quite frankly, we'll get people who aren't happy about this and they'll say, 'Do you really believe in this stuff?' "There's still some of that. Not as much as in the past when they'd say, 'Man, you guys are a bunch of whack jobs!"

A CHILDREN'S author claims to have been abducted by aliens at the notorious Area 51 military base and warned by the crew of a UFO that landed at UK paranormal hotspot Warminster that the world could end.

Mike Oram who has penned the kids' books The Strange World of Jimmy Hayes and The Zen of Ben claims he and wife Fran Oram were "taken" when they visited the mysterious US military top secret base Area 51 in Nevada.
Mr Oram told a conference to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Warminster mass UFO sightings he was a so-called alien contactee.
In 1965 the Wiltshire country town made global headlines and became a destination for UFO hunters following a huge amount of sightings of flying saucers, lights and eerie noises that "stopped cars" and "killed birds".
Mr Oram, a speaker at the commemorative event, said: "I have had contact since I was a child and it still goes on."
The Cockney claims to have a "space brother" an alien who watches over him like the so-called "spirit guides" which psychic mediums claim to contact.
He said he and his wife once saw an enormous "UFO mothership" on the border of Essex and London.
But the musician and landscape gardener claimed the most terrifying experience they suffered was after visiting the outskirts of Area 51 in the Nevada Desert during 2004.
Area 51 is a top-secret US military base, where UFO conspiracists claim the authorities conceal evidence of aliens visiting Earth from the public.
Mr Oram said their "ordeal" began after they approached the edge of the top security base and photographed it despite warning signs prohibiting this.
They were then allegedly tailed by a truck which mysteriously disappeared in the desert after they thought it shot at them, puncturing a tyre.

He claims to have "lost" about two hours, and later under regression - when "an abductee" is hypnotised in order to remeber the experience - discovered the pair were taken through by sinister military-dressed beings through a "portal" to another dimension and experimented on in a bizarre medical suite.
But his space brother came at the eleventh-hour and ordered their captors return them to their vehicle.
Referring to his space guide, he told the conference: "They rescued us in Area 51 and it was so bad Fran said she would never ever set foot in America again."
The couple ended up at a mobile home park after changing the tyre, where a doppleganger of Mr Oram was staying next door.
He claims to have gone missing for an hour after feeling sick with a ball of light above his head and then spent nearly three days sicking up white powder.
Under the subsequent regression, he claimed to discover he was taken on board an alien space craft where his space brother put him through a detox to save him from the horrific earlier abduction.
Mr Oram told the conference it was the only time he was abducted by malevolent beings, and that most of his "contact" has been with good aliens keen to use him as a conduit to warn the powers that be on Earth how to save the planet.
At Warminster, he claimed to have often seen lights and UFOs that would respond to torches flashing on and off and even fire down projectiles.

He said: "People ask me 'why do you see so many objects when you come to Warminster.
"I see things, I get thought impressions, you can call it telepathy, and they tell me to open a certain door, look out a certain window, to go for a walk somewhere or drive somewhere."
He described being visited by a crew of "beautiful men" who landed in a UFO at Star Hill in Warminster in 1970.
"Once I was told to go to Star Hill at a certain time. Within 10 minutes of arrival these lights came down and it landed on the hill.
'It was a glowing sphere and out of it stepped two beautiful-looking men with shoulder-length silver hair and dressed in shiny silver clothing.
"The taller one held up his hand with the palm open and fingers pointing towards the sky. I heard in mind 'welcome' and did the same thing," he said.
He said they told him: "Open your mind before it is too late.
"Energies are approaching from somewhere in thge centre of your galaxy that will give you the possibility for change the possibility to shift your awareness and your eternal self into a higher dimension, a higher frequency.
"We are here this evening in answer to your calling and to warn you of the damage your planet faces in the upcoming years."
Mr Oram said he was later informed by good aliens there were two hostile alien races intent on creating havoc on Earth and he should team up with them to help prevent this.
He signed off telling the conference that he had written a number of books on his encounters which were available online.
Many similar claims of alien abductions, involving losses of time and memory, medical examinations, and even things being implanted have been made before.

But sceptics claim alien abductiuon stories have no evidence to support them other than the anecdotes of the "abductee".
They also say that the memory loss blanks are nearly always filled in under so-called regression sessions.
Sceptic Carl Sagan told the Kidnapped by UFOs website: "There's no scrapings, no interior photographs, no filched page from the captain's log book. All there are are stories.
"There are instances of disturbed soil, but I can disturb soil with a shovel.
"There are instances of people claiming to flash lights at UFOs and the UFOs flash back.
"But, pilots of airplanes can also flash back, especially if they think it would be a good joke to play on the UFO enthusiast. So, that does not constitute good evidence."
US UFO researcher Philip Klass, who investigated alleged alien abductiuon cases for more than 30 years and concluded there is "not a shred of evidence"
He wrote on the same website: "Missing time is supposed to be another mark of abduction.
"Heavens, I experience missing time every time that I look at my watch and say 'My goodness, it's 2pm, I thought it was only around noon'. It is automatic. It is routine.
"If aliens are abducting thousands or millions of Americans, and if they're putting implants in many of them.
"All it would take would be one little micro electronic, or one unusual device that we could say 'this could not have been made on this Earth'. And that would be the evidence that would convince even me.
"But so far, they cannot come up with any scientifically credible evidence."

One thing that strikes me about claims of alien visitation is that so much of the evidence is musty and fusty.
Every day, I get stories and articles from people around the world who aggregate UFO news. But much of it is not news — it’s olds. The folks who think there’s good proof that Earth is a stomping ground for extraterrestrials are still hung up on the Roswell incident of 1947 or its British opposite number, the Rendlesham Forest event of 1980. They’re still citing the testimony of aging politicians, defense establishment types and Apollo astronauts who “know something.”
The few alternatives to this vintage archive are contemporary photos and videos of vague lights in the sky, low-resolution and low-confidence material that isn’t likely to sway many scientists. The good stuff seems to be the old stuff.
To better judge if this is really true, I trawled the web for listings of “the best UFO cases.” I quickly collected nearly 100 events that were considered worthy, of which 60 were unique, in the sense of not being repeats (e.g., the Roswell incident appears on most of these lists).
I then plotted up the year in which each of these unique events took place, virtually all since 1940. And guess what? By far the majority occurred in the first half of the last 76 years.
The quality UFO evidence is getting long in the tooth.
So what’s going on? Our technology for documenting alien spacecraft — if you assume they’re real — is substantially better than even a few decades ago. An Apple iPhone’s camera now boasts 8 megapixels, which I reckon is a hundred times as many as the 8 millimeter movie film we had in the 1960s. These fabulous cameras are in the hands of nearly two billion smartphone users world-wide. And yet the UFO photos are as blurry and muddy as ever. You’d think at least a few people could make snaps that aren’t ambiguous or hoaxed. And I haven’t mentioned the surveillance provided by the 1,100 active satellites in orbit above our heads.
Now, some people deflect these puzzling facts by stating that excellent evidence for cosmic visitors really exists, but is kept under eeewraps by the government. This may be reassuring to some, but it’s utterly goofy. Can anyone explain how beings from other worlds have managed to arrange their itineraries so that only governments are solidly aware of their presence?
Still, this idea seems to have a lot of appeal, even though it has led to a truly risible tactic by groups petitioning for “disclosure” — a maneuver that twists the burden of proof 180 degrees. These folks hope the government will make their case for them, urging the feds to come clean about what they supposedly know. “We can’t prove UFOs are alien craft, but you can!” Imagine if astronomers used this scheme to verify the existence of black holes.
But hold on: Maybe there are other explanations for why the so-called good evidence for visiting aliens is as stale as Gothic croutons.
One obvious possibility is that the extraterrestrials are just plain done with us. They’ve abducted enough folks to satisfy their curiosity about our anatomies. The Cold War has ended, and so has their fascination with our nuclear missile silos. They’ve tried visiting New Mexico, but that didn’t work out.
So maybe they’ve just declared “mission accomplished,” and gone away. That would be analogous to Charles Darwin’s visit to the Galapagos Islands — after he probed, bottled and cataloged some of the natives, he weighed anchor and withdrew.
But here’s another possibility drawn from a similar experience with SETI (the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence). In the early days of SETI, scientists would record cosmic static on computer tape or even paper. They would then look at these recordings at leisure. In the 1970s, this ex post facto observing scheme produced many “candidate signals” — hits that looked good at first, and that might have been alien transmissions. (A famous example is the “Wow” signal, found at Ohio State in 1977.) However, none of these candidates could be found a second time. Consequently, they don’t qualify as solid detections. They’re ambiguous, at best.
However, many of today’s SETI experiments can weed out interference and other causes of false alarms immediately. And that has led to an interesting situation: When you have real-time ability to verify signals, you don’t end up with a drawer-full of “interesting” cases.
In other words, as technology improved, the number of enticing candidate signals went down. In science-speak, the false alarm rate decreased. It wasn’t because any aliens stopped broadcasting; it was because we stopped being fooled.
Maybe this phenomenon explains why, as our cameras have gotten better, the number of interesting UFO cases has lessened.
For SETI, the really compelling detection is still to come. One good signal detection could easily surpass the credibility of dozens of intriguing candidates from four decades ago.
The same should apply to the folks who argue that some UFOs are actually alien craft. They should come forward with a truly great piece of evidence, a trump card that would allow them to stop playing the weak hand of the past.

An alien “city” has been found on the Moon according to Ufologists: Here is how to find it yourself.
Is it possible that there are alien structures on the Moon? Or what if, the Moon itself is an Alien structure? For over 20 years, people have debated whether there is something anomalous with Earth’s natural satellite, now it seems that after all, the Moon is filmed with surprises.
According to reports from Ufologists and from several UFO websites, there is an Alien city on the surface of the Moon. Some have even gone as far as to suggest that a highly advanced civilization inhabits a certain region of the moon, and that the existence of these “Aliens” has been covered up by NASA and the United States government.
Have Ufologists gone too far this time? Or is it possible that there are structures on the moon According to THIS Ufologist, we are looking at clear images of a lunar city located inside a lunar crater, and we can all check it out using Google Earth.
Scott C. Waring, editor of the popular blog UFO Sightings Daily firmly believes he has found clear evidence of the existence of “little green men” on the surface of the moon. He believes that the alien city has been constructed on purpose inside the lunar crater. Mr. Waring used Google Moon to locate the crater found in the “Lacus Veris” region.

Mr. Waring circled the area in red where he believes the Alien city is located.
“Looking over Google Moon map I found an alien hive structure inside of a crater. The crater is located just below Lacus Veris and looks far from the norm of what humans would expect an alien structure to look like,” Waring writes. “Near it there is a crater that shows a face, with a large hat or hair, and an eating, the face shows an object like a snake or tough coming from its mouth.”
This isn’t the first time UFO hunters have found strange things on the Moon. According to many people, Earth’s natural satellite is in fact a giant Alien base, which is one of the main reasons humans have not visited the moon lately.
