SpaceX Satellite launch live feed suddenly CUT over ‘mysterious triangle-shaped UFO'
SpaceX Satellite launch live feed suddenly CUT over ‘mysterious triangle-shaped UFO'
THE live feed of the launch of the SpaceX Satellite was cut deliberately to avoid UFOs being caught on screen, so alien experts have claimed.
Cameras were filming the launch of the SpaceX rocket at Cape Canaveral in Florida, USA but the live feed of event was mysteriously pulled after at least three white objects were spotted, according to keen-eyed watchers who claim it was pulled deliberately.
The launch was successful but alien enthusiasts spotted something odd on the on-board cameras.
The video shows a part of the rocket with a backdrop of complete darkness.

SpaceX launched last week
Suddenly, in the top right of the shot appear four bright lights – moving at the same speed in similar positions.
After just a few seconds of showing the orbs, the feed is switched to an animated tracker of the rocket.
The UFO team known as SecureTeam10 investigated the footage after several people sent in the film and asked them to examine the film.
Secureteam's Tyler Glockner said: "This was sent over to me on by at least 20 people who saw this and said 'woah'.
"These are not stars and in no other part of this footage will you see stars."
He added: "They immediately cut to this animated tracking system, for a few moments, almost as if they are giving it just enough time, for this UFO to move out of sight, before they immediatelycut back to the fed of the rocket.

The SpaceX satellite launch was a success
“You can clearly see we have a formation of three reflective objects – making up this triangular shape.”
The launch of the commercial satellite took place last Thursday (March 30) at the Kennedy Space Centre at 6.27pm local time.
Earlier this year Nasa’s live feed of the International Space Station was mysteriously cut after, as some claimed, “six large UFOs” flew past.
The launch of the satellite was a historic moment as it was the first successful launch of reusable booster rockets.
Historically rockets have fallen into the ocean after use, resulting in the loss of a machine costing tens to hundreds of millions of dollars to build.
Did you guys know that there is a group that tracks yearly UFO statistics in Canada?
Because there is and they're goddamn glorious.
The main crew tracking the data is the Winnipeg-based Ufology ResearchCentre who just released their 2016 findings of UFO sightings in the great white north. The data—which is totally true because, you know, it's data—is produced by the centre working in cooperation with investigators and researchers all across the country. The group releases the information yearly "in an attempt to promote the dissemination of information across the field of ufology. "
So, with that in mind, let's go through these numbers, why don't we?
To start, since 1989 the crew has reported 18,038 Canadian UFO sightings or encounters. In total, there were 1,131 UFO reports officially filed in Canada—"the fifth year in a row above 1,000 cases," excitedly reads the study. The only year that had more sightings was 2015.
"This data clearly contradicts comments by those who would assert that UFOs are a 'passing fad' or that UFO sightings are decreasing in number," reads the study.
Fuck yeah, the truth is out there, fam.
Like all good studies, this one is chock full of weird little statistics and breaks down the sightings by province. Turns out, Quebecers see the most little grey men, followed by Ontario, BC, and Alberta and that summer is the best time to see the extraterrestrials. Montreal had the highest amount of any sightings in a major city with 73—Vancouver took a close second with 70.
Sadly, though, most of these sightings had "insufficient evidence" and "the percentage of UFO cases considered unexplained in 2016 has dropped to four percent, the lowest in 28 years of study," which is a total bummer. The crew writes this off as the "result of more careful scrutiny of raw report information available."
The best part comes at the tail end of the study where they keep the "unusual" reports. In this segment, you can find the short tale of a man who "reported that an alien entity was responsible for stealing his sunglasses, belt and silver possessions."
Further into the study, you can read about a person in Cornwall, PEI who had a close encounter with "a thin, six-foot-tall, long-fingered, white alien in a black suit" that appeared in his bedroom. The person then had a chat with the alien before it took its leave by walking through a wall. Meanwhile in Quebec, on the same night, a person was transported in a flash of white light to a bathtub. Here he encountered "three green, big-eyed humanoid creatures who communicated with him telepathically."
Another is straight-up elegant in its simplicity:
"A report was received which read simply, 'They contacted me!'"
The study ends with a man in northern Quebec who spotted himself a sasquatch—which I don't believe counts as an alien but, frankly, who cares, because sasquatches are awesome. Not all encounters were as wonderful as these, some are kinda, well, boring.
In total, close encounters were less than one percent, the majority of sightings (over 50 percent) were just simple lights in the sky. The study also breaks down the sightings that weren't simple lights and, oddly enough, the "flying saucer" classification only was reported five percent of times, tying it with whatever "fireball" is.
So, kiddos, keep your eyes on the sky and the curiosity in your heart strong because if you're lucky, very lucky, maybe one day you'll end up on this list.
At the very least you might see a sasquatch, which apparently counts.
Sightings from former astronauts, airline pilots, and police officers top his list.
When an alien aircraft hovers over your house, you'll want to talk to someone about it.
For the past 43 years, that's been one of the main functions of the National UFO Reporting Center. It's served as a hotline for skeptics and believers: If you look up and see something strange, they'll meticulously take your story.
Peter Davenport has served as the center's director since 1994, managing sighting reports through the website and the 24-hour hotline, and posting updates to the charmingly low-tech NUFORC database. People who report UFOs "quest to speak with someone who will believe what they have to say," he said.
He told me, over a series of emails, what NUFORC does and why it does it. Serving as a listening ear is one half of the job. Presenting those stories as publicly-available reports is the other. People should have access to information about extraterrestrial activity, "without having to rely on a government which is lying to all of us about the UFO phenomenon."
Davenport estimates out of the tens of thousands of people who witness a true Unidentified Flying Object in their lifetimes, very few will take the time to report it. Right now, they receive between 10-20 written reports in a day through the website. But those sightings are going up.
Most are "serious-minded attempts to describe some type of object that the witness was unable to identify himself." Some are bound to have mundane explanations, such as routine rocket launches, meteors, high-altitude balloons and the like. Terrestrial false alarms.
Davenport said the most reliable reports involve multiple witnesses who corroborate each other's sightings. Photographic or radar evidence certainly helps. Following up with a witness is also an important due-diligence. In many of the reports listed on NUFORC's database, Davenport has noted the tone of the witness (if it's a phone conversation), and whether or not they seemed "sober" and "serious-minded." Occupation sometimes lends credibility, as well: Public servants, police officers, military veterans, airline pilots and former astronauts are among his most reliable witnesses.
An ideal example of a reliable report, he said, is the Phoenix Lights mass sighting in 1997. NUFORC was one of the few organizations that kept records and a hotline open for reports of this sighting.
I asked Davenport to show me more reports that fit this standard of sober-mindedness in the face of the inexplicable. These are his choices for the most noteworthy UFO encounters and sightings in recent memory, condensed here. The full reports are publically available by date.
My family and I were sitting outside. When I looked up into the sky, I saw a fairly large orange glowing orb moving rapidly overhead right about 90 degrees of elevation.
About one or two minutes later, we saw a group of three similar objects along the same flight path as the first one.
I am a retired military fighter pilot, retired commercial airline pilot and former astronaut. I have no explanation for what we saw.
When the object first appeared it was very blue and very brightly illuminated, the lights weren't flickering or dimming like in typical aircraft. This was not like any star or planet I have ever seen in the sky before. The object was slightly bigger in appearance than the North Star, and emitted no sounds, and moved very smoothly, until it came to a complete stop northeast of where we were looking and positioned.
I am an airline captain... We decided to look out and up at the night sky for falling stars and or satellites passing overhead.
The stars, now obviously lights, we not in motion, they were not satellites and were not falling stars. They were as stationary as the stars in the background.
Mankind does not have craft that can fly at that altitude and not be moving.
I looked directly out my [car] passenger window and parallel with me was a small domed craft, what appeared to be hovering, but it also stayed parallel with me as I continued to drive. It was approximately 10-15 feet above the Columbia River water, well below the Interstate and train track. There were no boats in the water and this was an obvious aircraft with an obvious shape, above the water.
This entire event was only a matter of seconds, approximately 12, but felt slow motion at the same time as I couldn't believe what I was seeing.
I saw a small object come down about 4 feet in front of me. At first I glanced at it and thought it was a spider or some insect. I stared at this object for a few seconds and realized it was not an insect. This object was a round ball slightly smaller than a marble with a brownish iridescent color, like motor oil. This ball hovered in front of me at eye level, about 4 feet directly in front of me.
This troubles me as I can not think of a logical explanation for this.
I am a retired state police officer from the state of Arizona after nearly 35 years of service.
I happened to glance out my kitchen window that faces north, and I observed some bright orange lights traveling from the west to east.
I was in awe because they just keep coming. I would estimate as many as 150 of these orange objects.
I thought "but I have video proof", and when I went to view the pictures, nothing was visible, just a black screen.
I know what I saw and unless someone has a better explanation, I feel that I was fortunate enough to see what many of us hope to see someday and will not.

UFO Alien Sightings 2017. Amazing Mysterious UFO Caught on Camera 👽 On the channel UFO God - you can see the most mysterious facts about UFOs and aliens from distant planets and galaxies. Also here you can find such mysterious creatures like mermaids, werewolves, vampires, ghosts and phantoms. Still hanging around here a lot of different monsters, poltergeists, Etti, at a meeting to which people are very much afraid, and some even to death. Many people do not believe in the existence of supernatural forces and the paranormal. But in fact, they exist, although they are rare.
IT has been a source of mystery for generations – but what IS on the dark side of the moon?
Planet Earth only gets to see one side of the giant space rock, and what lies on the other half is unknown.
Now a UFO enthusiast has claimed aliens are living in a supermassive network of tunnels and caves on our moon.
NASA
HIDDEN: The Dark Side of the Moon is hidden from the Earth's view - is it holding THIS secret?
He suspects they are thriving in underground cities covering the mysterious "dark side" – which can never be seen from Earth.
And now he has “evidence” in astonishing images from a lost lunar spaceship which has been found orbiting the moon after going missing eight years ago.
The images, from Chandrayaan-1, appear to show a network of lava tubes snaking under the surface of the satellite, with thousands of caves scattered all over.
It was created by streams of magma which ran dry, but now Jesse – who runs YouTube channel UFO News – believes they are homing an entire civilisation.
NASA
OUT OF VIEW: The 'Dark Side' was pictured for the first time – by the Russians – in 1959
“An alien civilisation could be living much closer to home that we previously thought”
Jesse, alien investigator
“The presence of enormous caves on the moon suggests that an alien civilisation could be living much closer to home that we previously thought,” the alien enthusiast told Daily Star Online.
“We find it fascinating that an extensive network of caves and tunnels, some of which are large enough to house entire cities, are covering the surface of the moon.
“Why is it that these caves have slipped under the radar of public interest for so long? Is it possible that NASA could be privately discouraging the exploration of these structures in order to suppress public interest?
“NASA has admitted that these caves could be used as potential locations for a human colony on the moon. It makes us wonder if they might have already investigated them without public knowledge?"
NASA
ALIEN CITIES: It is claimed extra terrestrial life is lurking in underground tunnels
It is a known fact that craters are covering the moon, and have been created by meteorites that have peppered its surface.
But conspiracy theorists like Jesse believe the aliens are hiding out on the shadows there, and in the tunnels which connect to them.
“Prior to the invention of satellites, the dark side of the moon would have been a convenient location for an alien civilisation to live and remain hidden from view,” he told us.
“As our technology evolves, such a civilisation would likely be forced to use new tactics to remain hidden.
“These caves and tunnels would make the perfect location for an alien civilisation to take refuge from the prying eyes of humanity."

HIDING: Jesse suspects the aliens are hiding from us in the shadows of these craters
The "far side of the moon" which Jesse believes is inhabited by extra terrestrial life has long been dubbed the "dark side".
This is because it can never be seen from our planet, as it spins at the same rate as it orbits the Earth, meaning it is kept hidden from our view.
It was only pictured for the first time – by the Russians – in 1959.
Jesse told us: “Many of these massive caves reside on the dark side of the moon, out of view of ground based telescopes.
“Buried deep within the ground, the caves offer protection from the sun and the harsh realities of space.
“In our most recent video on UFO News we included pictures of what appear to be the surface marks of these tunnels crisscrossing the surface.
NASA
PROOF? Jesse says the evidence lie in pictures like these of the tunnels and craters
“These well established pictures serve as new evidence that a super highway of interconnected lava tubes are being used as a highway system to allow an alien civilisation to move about the moon undetected.
“Until NASA is willing to do some direct investigation of these objects using high definition cameras, we are going to take their silence as a nod in the direction that aliens are indeed on the moon.”
The cube-sized satellite where the new images of the moon have come from first went missing in 2009, after being successfully launched in October 2008.
It is roughly the size of a smart car, measuring 1.5 metres tall on each side, and had completed 3,400 orbits around the moon when, less than a year later, radio contact was lost.
But this year it was announced the probe has been found orbiting 200 kilometres above the lunar surface by NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in California.

LOST SPACESHIP: This is the eerie picture of the dark side of the moon from the missing probe
Jesse's suspicions come 10 years after the "Apollo 20 hoax" - which saw claims that NASA carried out a secret lunar mission.
Videos surfaced on YouTube from a user claiming to be a retired American astronaut who commandered the mission.
The clips appeared to show proof of the existence of intelligence, alien life on the moon, and included a picture of a female alien - nicknamed Mona Lisa - hibernating.
But all the videos were posted on the video sharing site on April 1 - April Fools' Day - hinting the story was nothing more than an elaborate prank.

Annual Canadian UFO report released with only 4 per cent of sightings unexplained
Annual Canadian UFO report released with only 4 per cent of sightings unexplained
In total, there were 1,131 sightings of unidentified flying objects reported across Canada in 2016.
Chris Rutkowsky is a science writer and research coordinator at Ufology Research, which publishes the annual Canadian UFO survey. He said that the record-low unexplained sightings are likely the result of more careful scrutiny of raw report information available. (CHRIS RUTKOWSKY)
By The Canadian Press
WINNIPEG—Bright lights, airplane near-misses and light-fingered aliens with a penchant for cool shades are all part of the annual report on UFO sightings in Canada.
The 2016 Canadian UFO Survey produced by Winnipeg-based Ufology Research was released this week. In total, there were 1,131 sightings of unidentified flying objects reported across Canada.
In a first for the 28 years the study has been conducted, only 4 per cent of the sightings could not be explained. Study author Chris Rutkowski said that record-low rating is likely the result of more careful scrutiny of raw report information available.
Summer is the big time of year for UFO sightings and mostly they were simply lights that people saw in the sky.
The provinces with the largest populations had the most reports, so Quebec led the country with 38.5 per cent of the sightings, while Ontario had 26 per cent and British Columbia had 17 per cent.
The most popular shape of UFO reported in 2016 was a simple point source of light (57 per cent). Other shapes reported were triangle (4 per cent), ball (9 per cent), cigar (3 per cent) and fireball (5 per cent). The classic “flying saucer” was only reported 48 times.
As for what the study calls “unknowns,” they included such cases as the “gigantic, disc-shaped object with searchlights” that was seen moving over the mountains in North Vancouver and the boomerang-shaped “cluster of stars” that moved across the sky near St. Thomas, Ont.
There was also the commercial airplane over Toronto that had a near miss with an object while on a routine flight on Nov. 14.
“The flight crew noticed an object directly ahead on their flight path. The object appeared to be solid, approximately five to eight feet in diameter and shaped like an upright doughnut or inner tube,” said the study.
“Cabin crew members received minor injuries when evasive action was taken. While the object was not likely a balloon and was suggested to be a drone, it was noted that drones could not fly at that altitude and distance.”
The study said the Transportation Safety Board ruled the incident as “a near collision with an unidentified airborne object.”
Close encounter cases are in the minority, but high on the strangeness scale.
Those included a man in Cornwall, P.E.I., who reported that a thin, six-foot-tall, long-fingered white alien in a black suit spoke to him in his bedroom before leaving by walking through a wall.
A man in Lanaudiere, Que., said he was transported into a field of plants and plunged into a bathtub “where he was surrounded by three green, big-eyed humanoid creatures who communicated with him telepathically.”
Not all close encounters are so dramatic, however. One person in Tecumseh, Ont., reported that an alien stole his sunglasses and belt, while someone from Rimouski, Que., filed a report which read simply: “They contacted me!”
Scientists are investigating if the most simplistic forms of alien life developed in vast oceans that once covered the Red Planet.
They believe if they did, there may still be survivors in water that has remained beneath the surface.
NASA made the announcement as it unveiled the results of studies into what exactly stripped Mars of its atmosphere which meant it could no longer hold the oceans like they are here on Earth.
The study found it had been systematically stripped of its atmosphere by solar winds in the early years of our solar system.
The research, published in journal Science today looked at data collected by the Mars Atmosphere and Volatile Evolution Mission (MAVEN) space probe which is orbiting the planet.
A NASA spokesman said: "It's possible microbial life could have existed at the surface early in Mars’ history.
"As the planet cooled off and dried up, any life could have been driven underground or forced into rare surface oases."

Simplistic forms of life could be hidden in underground water on Mars.
As the planet cooled off and dried up, any life could have been driven underground or forced into rare surface oases.
NASA spokesman
Elsayed Talaat, MAVEN Program Scientist, at NASA Headquarters in Washington, said: "This discovery is a significant step toward unraveling the mystery of Mars' past environments.“ “In a broader context, this information teaches us about the processes that can change a planet’s habitability over time.”
The researchers found that solar winds stripped Mars of noble gas argon and carbon dioxide (CO2).
The spokesman added: "CO2 is of interest because it is the major constituent of Mars' atmosphere and because it's an efficient greenhouse gas that can retain heat and warm the planet.”
The team made its estimate using data from the Martian upper atmosphere, which was collected by MAVEN's Neutral Gas and Ion Mass Spectrometer (NGIMS).
This analysis included measurements from the Martian surface made by NASA's Sample Analysis at Mars (SAM) instrument on board the Curiosity rover.
The top row are screen grabs from a video taken in January 2017 of a reported UFO over Liverpool, UK. The bottom row shows a very similar reported UFO in March 2017 over Gloucester, UK.
If some British tabloids are to be believed, UFOs have been lighting up the British skies these days, as if the night skies were an immense Christmas tree.
As reported in The Express, “thousands of people across the globe are seeing mysterious shape-shifting UFO.”
Of course, an unidentified flying object typically turns out to be something other than an ET spacecraft once we take a closer look. In this instance, on March 12, Rob Wheatman, a resident of Gloucester, captured an odd aerial phenomenon on video, as seen below.
“I saw it as a sparkling ‘star’ from the garden in Elmbridge, due south,” according to GloucesterLive. “What alerted me was an orange light that came from it and traveled at speed north east. I grabbed my video and luckily it has a 40x zoom and that’s when I got the images of the bizarre light you saw.”
While there doesn’t seem to be any outward appearance of fakery going on here, there tends to be an immediate attitude either on the part of individuals who offer alleged UFO videos or from media sources that have a tendency to stretch the idea of credulity with descriptions like “[t]his apparently intergalactic lightshow was filmed above Gloucester last night, and it’s got us, and the cameraman, baffled. What it shows is anyone’s guess...We’re pinning our money on aliens. Definitely aliens.”
Once again, let’s offer this reminder: The vast majority of UFO sightings are eventually explained as natural or man-made objects.
We consulted a photo analyst who was unimpressed with the sightings.
“In this Gloucester video, I noticed first that the object was not in focus. That’s why it looked like a diamond shape. This is a common appearance of out of focus objects with some cameras,” according to Marc D’Antonio, chief photo and video analyst for the Mutual UFO Network.
“In that video, the cameraman stated he was looking ‘due south.’ I believe that, due south at some point during the night, you will see Sirius, the brightest star in the northern sky. Because a star is ever only a point source, the slightest disturbance to the air between the camera and edge of the atmosphere in the direction being imaged will cause the image to dance around. This is called atmospheric scintillation,” D’Antonio told The Huffington Post.
In addition to his work as a video analyst, D’Antonio is CEO of FX Models, where he builds miniature versions of classified objects for his clients that include the U.S. Navy, Congress and the joint chiefs of staff. He knows a thing or two about things that are real, faked or simply misidentified.
HuffPost asked D’Antonio to look at another reported UK UFO video from January. This video begins with an object over Liverpool looking remarkably like the object in the first video above from Gloucester:
”In the second video, I noted that the object was out of focus at times. The cameraman stated that the object didn’t move, yet it absolutely did, moving over time from a position to the right and above a branch to a position just off the tip of that branch,” D’Antonio said.
“It had changed direction to reveal its nature ― it was an aircraft, landing lights on when it turned on final approach to a nearby airport. Landing lights can be seen up to 90 miles away and will persist for up to 4-5 minutes, then fade out as the aircraft makes its final turns. In my opinion, the first video showed an astronomical object ― likely Sirius ― and the second video showed a likely aircraft on landing approach.”
Incidentally, the objects in question in these two videos are quite similar to a diamond-shaped “UFO” videotaped in 2015 over another UK town, Tynemouth. In that case, it was determined that the object was, in fact, the bright star Sirius.
If you happen to spot something in the night sky that, at first, seems out-of-this-world and tempts you to consider that you’re lucky enough to witness visitors from far away, remember that you’re more than likely seeing something that is truly astronomical in nature.

If you happen to spot something in the night sky that, at first, seems out-of-this-world and tempts you to consider that you’re lucky enough to witness visitors from far away, remember that you’re more than likely seeing something that is truly astronomical in nature.

According to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC):
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) was created as an independent agency by Congress in 1974 to ensure the safe use of radioactive materials for beneficial civilian purposes while protecting people and the environment. The NRC regulates commercial nuclear power plants and other uses of nuclear materials, such as in nuclear medicine, through licensing, inspection and enforcement of its requirements.
Over the years, many UFO reports have surfaced regarding unidentified craft being seen over sensitive nuclear installations. It only makes sense, that the NRC would be a prime target under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) for documents relating to the phenomena.
The documents were received relatively quickly. They were requested by The Black Vault on February 27, 2017, and were declassified and released to me on March 23, 2017.
Most surprising, there is new information never-before-seen within these records. It is revealed that a former security guard of the Cooper Nuclear Station witnessed a UFO sometime between the years 1986 and 1989. The report described the UFO encounter as the following:
While posted at the intake structure one night, he observed an “unidentified flying object” fly down the Missouri River about 150 feet in the air and hover in front of the intake. He observed it for a few moments and then contacted a fellow security officer who also observed it (he could not recall the individual’s name exactly but his first name was [REDACTED] and his last name was either [REDACTED ]. After they together observed the UFO, it turned and went back up the river and did not come back that shift. He and the other officer shared their observation with their peers who did not believe them.
The next evening he again was posted at the intake and observed the UFO return again. This time he didn’t call anyone until the UFO had traversed into the protected area and hovered above the protected area just north of the Reactor Building. He said it was roughly triangular in shape with a circle of rotating lights on the bottom. He could not hear any propulsion noise from the UFO. He believes that it was roughly 1/3 the size of the Reactor Building. Once the UFO hovered in the protected area. He called the security break room and most of the officers on shift observed the UFO.
Interestingly, after the report was taken by the NRC, the documents were compiled and sent to Cooper Nuclear Station in 2010. Although no formal response was requested, Cooper Nuclear Station was told only to tell employees there that were on a “need to know” basis.
The declassified records also include reports submitted by the public to the NRC about UFO activity, and even alien technology. The NRC gave the standard response to all of the letters sent in, that the NRC mission did not include the topics they were writing about.
The declassified documents can be seen below, in their entirety. They are unedited and appear exactly how they were received by The Black Vault from the NRC.

Bright lights, light-fingered aliens: all part of annual report on UFO sightings
THE CANADIAN PRESS
Bright lights, airplane near-misses and light-fingered aliens with a penchant for cool shades are all part of the annual report on UFO sightings in Canada.
The 2016 Canadian UFO Survey produced by Winnipeg-based Ufology Research was released this week. In total, there were 1,131 sightings of unidentified flying objects reported across Canada.
In a first for the 28 years the study has been conducted, only 4% of the sightings could not be explained. Study author Chris Rutkowski said that record-low rating is likely the result of more careful scrutiny of raw report information available.
Summer is the big time of year for UFO sightings and mostly they were simply lights that people saw in the sky.
The provinces with the largest populations had the most reports, so Quebec led the country with 38.5% of the sightings, while Ontario had 26% and British Columbia had 17%.
The most popular shape of UFO reported in 2016 was a simple point source of light (57%). Other shapes reported were triangle (four per cent), ball (nine per cent), cigar (three per cent) and fireball (five per cent). The classic “flying saucer” was only reported 48 times.
As for what the study calls “unknowns,” they included such cases as the “gigantic, disc-shaped object with searchlights” that was seen moving over the mountains in North Vancouver, and the boomerang-shaped “cluster of stars” that moved across the sky near St.
Not all close encouters are so dramatic, however. One person in Tecumseh, Ont., reported that an alien stole his sunglasses and belt, while someone from Rimouski, Que., filed a report which read simply: “They contacted me!”

BRAD HUNTER, TORONTO SUN
A light-fingered alien stole one man’s hat and sunglasses.
Another man reported he found himself in bathtub in a field “surrounded by three green, big-eyed humanoid creatures who communicated with him telepathically.”
Break out the tinfoil hats, the annual UFO report has landed.
The 2016 Canadian UFO Survey — produced by Winnipeg-based Ufology Research — was released this week. In total, there were 1,131 sightings of unidentified flying objects reported across Canada last year.
Study author Chris Rutkowski said for the first time in the 28 years the study has been conducted, just 4% of the sightings could not be explained.
He said the record-low is likely the result of more careful scrutiny of raw report information available.
In addition to the usual claims by astro-nuts, there was at least one legitimate unexplained encounter with the unknown.
There was also the commercial airplane over Toronto that had a near miss with an object while on a routine flight Nov. 14.
“The flight crew noticed an object directly ahead on their flight path. The object appeared to be solid, approximately five to eight feet in diameter and shaped like an upright doughnut or inner tube,” the study reported.
“Cabin crew members received minor injuries when evasive action was taken. While the object was not likely a balloon and was suggested to be a drone, it was noted that drones could not fly at that altitude and distance.”
The Transportation Safety Board ruled the incident as “a near collision with an unidentified airborne object.”
Among the study’s other findings:
- Summer is when most UFO sightings occur
- Quebec and Ontario had the most sightings, with 38.5% and 26% respectively
- the most popular shape for UFOs were a simple point source of light (57%)
But it’s the personal, er, encounters that top the weird scale, the study found.
A man in Cornwall, PEI, reported that a thin, six-foot-tall, long-fingered white alien in a black suit spoke to him in his bedroom before leaving by walking through a wall.
Someone from Rimouski, Que., filed a report which read simply: “They contacted me!”

The MetroSpiritual: Disclosing UFO government secrets could help heal a divided nation
The MetroSpiritual: Disclosing UFO government secrets could help heal a divided nation
If everyone were to demand the government release all UFO and ET files, we just might solve the universe’s greatest mystery.
(AARON FOSTER/GETTY IMAGES)
If everyone were to demand the government release all UFO and ET files, we just might solve the universe’s greatest mystery.
If America can handle the shock and awe of Donald Trump being the leader of the free world, then the reality of UFOs and extraterrestrials living among us should be easy for most people to comprehend.
With our country so divided, I can't help thinking that now is the perfect time for this subject to finally be moved from the paranormal fringes and into the mainstream norm.
If everyone were to come together and demand under the Freedom Of Information Act that our government should release all UFO/ET files, we might just get some answers to the age-old questions of “Where do we come from?” and “Why are we here?”
This seems like a much better focus for our country instead of Trump's twisted tweets — and may even bring us closer together as a country.
"I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world. And yet, I ask, is there not an alien force already among us?" — Ronald Reagan
Among U.S Presidents, Reagan wasn’t alone when it came to a fascination with, if not an outright belief in, UFOs.
Franklin Roosevelt, Dwight Eisenhower, Richard Nixon and Jimmy Carter have all reported seeing UFOs and likely believed in extraterrestrial beings.
Presidents’ strange encounters with extraterrestrials, in fact, can be traced as far back as the American Revolution.
There are stories about George Washington telling his troops about an alien encounter he experienced. It was in the middle of winter, food was scarce and many men had fallen ill. All hope seemed lost.
One night, Washington saw a bright light in the woods and went out alone to investigate. It was there he claimed to have met a being who showed him a vision of the great country America would become.
After that experience the tides of war changed — the troops rallied and independence from the British was won.
Even former president George W. Bush alluded to the existence of aliens on a recent episode of Jimmy Kimmel’s show. When asked about aliens and if he knew any "really great secrets" that he wasn't allowed to share with anyone, Bush, with a sly smile, admitted that he did.
Many UFO researchers had long hoped Hillary Clinton was going to be the first President to reveal what the government really knows after she hinted about it during her failed run for the White House.
For the truth to emerge, it would now be up to President Trump, though so far he has yet to show any interest in doing so.
But it does seem like ETs have shown an interest in keeping tabs on Trump. On two separate occasions UFOs have been spotted around his aircraft. One witness photographed a UFO following Trump's helicopter back on Aug. 15, 2015, at the Iowa State Fair in Des Moines.
More recently, FOX 10 News in Phoenix aired a video of two UFOs around Trump's plane as it traveled towards Washington for his inauguration in January. Maybe the aliens, like many earthlings, couldn’t believe he was elected and just had to see it to believe it!
Maybe Trump will finally be the one to disclose what’s in all those government UFO files, though most researchers doubt it — which means it may be up to the ETs to decide to make themselves known.
If and when that happens, one thing is for sure: People's differences will seem very small in comparison to finally solving the greatest mystery in the universe.

UFO sightings beaming up -- as are explanations
UFO sightings beaming up -- as are explanations
Quebec led country with 38.5 per cent of reports
JOHN WOODS / CANADIAN PRESS ARCHIVES
Chris Rutkowski is considered one of Canada's foremost UFO experts.
While UFO sightings are near record highs, those standing up to scrutiny are at record lows, according to the 2016 Canadian UFO Survey.
A total of 1,131 UFO sightings were reported last year across Canada, the fifth year in a row the number has exceeded 1,000.
Only four per cent of those could not be explained, said Chris Rutkowski, of Winnipeg-based Ufology Research, which produced the survey with help from investigators and researchers across the country. That’s the lowest rate in 28 years of study and half the previous low of 8 per cent.
"What that means is we’re doing a better job of investigating cases," Rutkowski said.
"The cases are often reported from very good observers, like pilots and nature photographers, but we are eventually able to explain them."
That doesn’t mean he’s stopped believing in extraterrestrial life.
"As an astronomer, that is my belief. We’re just a matter of five to 10 years away from discovering hard evidence of life outside our solar system," he said.
Nearly 40 per cent of UFO sightings were in June, July and August, the 2016 survey found. Lights in the sky accounted for 55 per cent of sightings, while "close encounters" made up less than one per cent.
Quebec led the country with 38.5 per cent of sightings, even though it accounts for less than 24 per cent of the population. Ontario, with 39 per cent of the population, had 26 per cent of sightings, and British Columbia (13 per cent of population) had 17 per cent.
The most popular shape of UFO reported in 2016 was a simple point of light (57 per cent).
Other shapes reported were triangle (four per cent), ball (nine per cent), cigar (three per cent) and fireball (five per cent). "Flying saucers" were reported only 48 times (five per cent) in 2016.
The annual UFO survey was initiated in 1989. In the past 28 years, 18,038 Canadian reports have been catalogued, significantly higher than the files of the United States Air Force’s infamous Project Blue Book, which investigated and recorded 12,618 UFO reports from around the world from 1947 to 1969.

He has BS and MS degrees in Physics from University of Chicago. As a nuclear physicist for a number of major corporations and military contractors, he worked on secret projects to build nuclear aircraft, fission and fusion rockets, and nuclear power plants to be used in outer space. He was the first civilian to investigate the Roswell UFO incident and has since become known as the Father of Roswell and the Flying Saucer Physicist. Is this enough to believe Stanton T. Friedman when he gives this kind of warning to his fellow Earthlings?
I think they are here. I think they are here to quarantine us, keep us from going out there. With our track record – we’re evil.
Uh-oh. In a new interview, Stanton Friedman addresses the recent Wikileaks releases of formerly-classified CIA documents on UFO sightings around the world. He believes these documents should tell everyone else what he already knows.
We have enough to prove without a shadow of a doubt that Planet Earth is being visited [by aliens].
Do we? Even if the redacted portions of those documents were revealed, it doesn’t seem they contain the “beyond a shadow of a doubt” missing link. Perhaps he’s implying that someone or some organization is keeping that crucial piece of information from us.
This is kept from people because who would want the world in upheaval? There would be mass panic and distress.
He’s right about that. Just the announcement of a potential big snowstorm can cause mass panic. Imagine what a prediction of a 50% chance of alien encounters would do. But this time, Friedman reveals that it’s not governments that are keeping the truth from us, it’s the aliens already on Earth themselves.
If they (the aliens) want to make themselves known, it’s easy – they will.
How much more evil do we have to get for this to happen? Are they secretly sabotaging space travel already? Elon Musk might think so after the problems SpaceX has encountered. Or perhaps they have infiltrated the space program and stopped the return of humans to the moon and any exploration beyond. Is Friedman warning the current administration and private space corporations to back off on going to Mars? Or is he predicting a military conflict that will be caused by the first verified revelation that a nation has reverse-engineered alien technology?
The first country to replicate [alien] technology will rule the roost if they can build it. It’s political too – the US says ‘are we ready to put out anything if the Russians don’t or the Chinese don’t.
Would that trigger a war? Probably. Would it trigger the alien “quarantine” Friedman warns about? Who knows? What would that look like? Armed aliens guarding all of the world’s major launch pads? A Dyson sphere around the planet to keep us in?
Friedman has a long history with military and government contractors and in the field of ufology. Is it time for doubters to start listening to him a little more closely?

A father-of-two chanced upon an unusual meteorological sighting - as he spotted a fleet of UFO-shaped clouds in the sky.
Miles Davis was driving through the town centre of Morriston, Swansea, when he spotted the spaceship-shaped formations.
The 49-year-old stopped his car and grabbed a camera to capture the natural spectacle - which he says looked 'like something out of a 50s' sci-fi film'.

WHAT ARE LENTICULAR CLOUDS?
Lenticular clouds are more or less isolated clouds, which form in the Earth's troposphere (the lowest level of the atmosphere).
They are saucer- or lens-shaped clouds, which are typically stationary in nature.
Lenticular clouds have been divided into three different categories, altocumulus standing lenticular, stratocumulus standing lenticular, and cirrocumulus standing lenticular, depending on the height at which they may be found above the surface of the Earth.
On account of their typical shapes, lenticular clouds have been mistakenly identified as Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) in the past.
Mr Davis, a full time carer for his wife, said: 'We had had interesting clouds all day after blanket grey for days on end.
'But these particular clouds didn't pop up until later on in the afternoon.
'I just happened to be in the right place at the right time.
'I was driving through town when I spotted them and I stopped as soon as it was safe so I could jump out my car and get some pictures.
'They do look very UFO like even if you don't have much of an imagination and the lighting was giving them this technicolour hue.
'They look like something out of a 1950s sc-fi B-movie with a limited budget, like a bad painting of UFOs. It was incredible.
'Trying to get my phone camera to focus on something thousands of miles away was tough but I'm really glad I got the photos.
'Everyone I've shown them to has really liked them and my wife thinks they're great.
'I wasn't keeping an eye on the local news that day so I'm not aware of any claims but I wouldn't be surprised at all if some people thought they'd experienced a UFO sighting.
'One guy I spoke to said he saw the same clouds over the valleys which is 25 - 30 miles away.
'They stuck around for a good few hours before they broke up or moved on.'
The lenticular clouds - lens-shaped clouds that form in the troposphere - are renowned for being confused for UFOs throughout history.
The 49-year-old stopped his car and grabbed a camera to capture the natural spectacle - which he says looked 'like something out of a 50s' sci-fi film'
The clouds are a rare spectacle and a treat for Mr Davis, who is a keen cloud spotter.
He said: 'Some days I will take up to ten photos a day. As soon as the weather is nice, I can just sit and watch the clouds go by, changing from one moment to the next.

Chilean government releases video of disturbing UFO sighting
Chilean government releases video of disturbing UFO sighting
By JAKE ELLISON, SPECIAL TO SEATTLEPI.COM
This is a screen grab from a YouTube videopublished by “ufosontherecord” taken on Nov. 11, 2014, by a Chilean Navy helicopter (Airbus Cougar AS-532) equipped with an infrared FLIR high-definition camera,
A video from a helicopter flown by the Chilean navy showing an unidentified flying object releasing something into the atmosphere has been confirmed by an agency in the Chilean government to be official and unexplained so far.
"The incident remains open as we cannot be absolutely certain of its nature, contrary to other incidents whose nature has been proved," said Jose Patricio Lay Lagos, acting director of CEFAA, which is an agency within Chile's DGAC (an agency similar to the FAA but part of the Chilean Air Force).
On November 11, 2014, a helicopter from the Chilean Navy (Airbus Cougar AS-532), equipped with an infrared FLIR high-definition camera, was patrolling in the coastal sector between the port of San Antonio and Quinteros a At 16.48 UTC, when the camera operator detected an unknown object, apparently flying at a constant speed similar to that of the helicopter, and moving forward.
The sighting was visually confirmed by the two officers who made up the crew (pilot and camera operator) and lasted more than 10 minutes.
Officers questioned Air Traffic Control whose radar failed to detect the object.
They also received no response from the unknown traffic when trying to interrogate it in the frequency prepared for these cases.
The DGAC's radar control system failed to capture the object but confirmed, in turn, the absence of authorized traffic in the vicinity of the helicopter.
The video shot by the helicopter crew was released on Jan. 5, as reported in a lengthy exploration of the encounter in the Huffington Post. The videos below were published with that Huffington Post story, which Lay said was "the real version," and embedded from YouTube.
His agency, Lay said, is not seeing UFOs everywhere or jumping to wild conclusions when it runs into one.
"For your information," he wrote in an email exchange, "the Committee's scientific group, all doctorates in diverse disciplines, from Astronomy to Physics, they are all Skeptics. That is of great help for us to keep our feet firmly on the ground and not get carried away by ufologists at large."
Here are three videos clips of the main points of interest in the longer video above.
And,
"The incident did not cause any particular reaction," Lay said. "In Chile the phenomenon is regarded in a natural way, without fuzz or secrecy." He said the pilots didn't make any statements about the sighting. "They just handed over the video and described the situation as rather unusual," he said.
The journalist who broke the story on Huffington Post, Leslie Kean, wrote that several explanations of the UFO as an aircraft discharging water or other liquid waste have been shot down by the Chilean agency.
The agency wrote:
On two occasions, the object seems to throw a trail of some element that could not be specified.
Some analysts have suggested the hypothesis that it is a medium-sized line aircraft and that the stelae of the detachable element may be the reserve water inside the apparatus, thrown by the crew. However, meteorology asserts that neither the altitude at which the object moved, nor the ambient temperature of that moment, allowed such a wake of condensation.
Data from the various reports eliminate other conventional explanations. Meteorologists determined that no weather balloons were in the sky at that time, and noted that a balloon would not move horizontally along with the plane because the wind was blowing from the west towards the shore. Comparing the footage to similar IR satellite imagery with known temperature values, they stated that the object's temperature must have been higher than 122 degrees F (50 C). The object was not a drone; all drones require registration with the DGAC and whenever flown, the DGAC is informed, just like it is with aircraft. Also, radar would register drones. CEFAA staff went up the chain of command to a Navy Admiral who informed them that there were no joint Naval exercises underway with the US or any other country. The Admiral confirmed that this could not have been a US drone, or any type of espionage or secret vehicle from a foreign country.
Whatever the craft was, it's fairly disturbing to wonder just what it was releasing into the atmosphere. Of course, there's no end of conspiracies about contrails ...
