Is There a UFO Cover-up? A Government Insider Speaks Out
Is There a UFO Cover-up? A Government Insider Speaks Out
About six months ago, ourboard at UFODATAwas privileged to welcomeChristopher Mellon as the newest member of our team. Chris spent nearly 20 years in the federal government serving in various national security positions. For the first time, he has agreed to speak publicly about his experiences within government as they relate to UFOs.

It is unusual for a man of Chris’s stature to speak openly about UFOs, which gives his statements great weight. His positions during the Clinton and Bush administrations involved high clearances; in fact, there are few people who have enjoyed such deep and wide-ranging access to compartmented programs in both the Defense Department (DoD) and the intelligence community. Chris is the recipient of numerous awards, including the National Reconnaissance Office Gold Medal and the Defense Intelligence Agency Director’s Medal.
At DoD, Chris served on a small committee that provided oversight of all DoD special access programs, in order to eliminate potential waste and duplication. The oversight included visits to Area 51 and other sensitive facilities. He also spent over a decade on the Senate Intelligence Committee, involved in oversight of NRO, CIA, NSA and other intelligence organizations. He became the first Congressional official to review all of the NSA’s compartmented programs.
I wanted to know what Chris had to say about Hillary Clinton’s implications that the government may be withholding classified UFO documents. Backed by John Podesta, chairman of her campaign, Clinton has been speaking about the need to “get to the bottom of the UFO mystery.” Her comments are unprecedented within a presidential campaign.
Here is my recent conversation with Chris Mellon, mainly conducted via email, edited only for clarity.
Q: When did you first become interested in UFOs?
A: I was about seven years old when I saw an old-fashioned amateur movie taken by a friend of our school principal. It showed a huge, golden disc-shaped object serenely moving through sunny, blue skies, passing through cumulous clouds in a manner that would be very hard to fake. I have no idea what became of the movie, but it filled me with wonder and awe. I read everything I could get my hands on afterwards and eventually did a research project on UFOs in college for a physics professor. I remain deeply intrigued.
Q: Did your colleagues in government know you were interested in UFOs? Were you afraid of being ridiculed?
A: It was something I didn’t reveal to colleagues unless I got to know them well and we became personal friends. Even then of course I wasn’t a nut about it and I certainly was not obsessed; it was simply a subject of great curiosity. It did not come up often. I was focused like a laser on my duties 99.9 percent of the time.
Q: Hillary Clinton has been asked about UFOs during her campaign. As the former Secretary of State, would she be likely to know if there were any classified government programs involving UFOs?
A: No, I don’t think so. I recall instances when White House officials sought briefings on highly compartmented DoD programs and were flatly refused. Access to such programs is on a need to know basis. In general, nobody outside DoD, including the Secretary of State, is deemed to have a need to know. Officials like John Podesta and Secretary Clinton can easily serve for years in senior positions and be avid consumers of classified intelligence analysis but never obtain access to DoD’s compartmented programs, which mostly relate to new weapons systems. Information about such programs rarely leaks because it doesn’t circulate, unlike the constant stream of leaked information regarding classified intelligence activities.

Q: Do you think that if Clinton is elected we can expect to learn new information about UFOs?
A: I highly doubt DoD or any other government agency is concealing UFO information. I participated in a comprehensive review of DoD’s black programs and spent over a decade conducting oversight of the national foreign intelligence program, an almost totally separate world of secrets. I visited Area 51 and other military, intelligence and research facilities. During all those years, I never detected the faintest hint of government interest or involvement in UFOs.
Q: Clinton and John Podesta have been focusing on the need for de-classifying government documents. What do you think about that?
A: While a few new, previously overlooked documents might turn up (the bureaucracy is never perfect), I do not believe they would resolve the UFO issue or provide significant new insights. I can think of one lengthy UFO report that is classified only due to concerns over sources and methods. In fact, it identified a convincing conventional explanation for the pilot sightings in this particular case. There are lots of classified documents related to activities at Area 51, where high security is needed. But this is all legitimate stuff the American people would support. They have nothing to do with UFOs, to the best of my knowledge.
Q: Do you recall any incidents involving UFOs while you were in government?
A: Yes, there were a handful of incidents. Knowing of my interest in UFOs, a breathless naval aviator called me one day to report that he was present minutes earlier when a Navy jet landed after being circled by a UFO in broad daylight. The Navy did not pursue the issue as far as I could tell. I also recall the Maui Optical Tracking Facility, which tracks satellites, recording a flight of four or five fiery UFOs traversing the night sky. Nobody knew what to make of it. But no government official expressed the slightest interest even after the tape was featured on ABC’s Nightline. I found the utter lack of scientific curiosity due to political correctness highly frustrating.
Q: How do you think the press and public will react if Clinton is elected, makes the inquiries she promised, but comes up empty-handed?
A: I think the conspiracy theorists will be angry and unconvinced, while the general public may conclude UFOs are not a worthwhile topic. If Clinton really wants to get to the bottom of the UFO issue, I think she should officially task NORAD with collection and analysis responsibility. Simultaneously, she should assign the Office of Science and Technology Policy the job of reviewing available evidence, coordinating with other countries and providing scientific assessments and recommendations.
Q: The taboo against taking UFOs seriously is a huge problem. How can we get more government officials to change this ingrained attitude?
A: I think we have to ask ourselves a key question, and then bring it forward. “Are there UFO cases that are sufficiently well-documented to warrant a scientific investigation of the phenomenon?” In my view, the answer is yes.
The patterns in the data are too strong; the reports from credible witnesses separated widely by time and place too similar; the evidence from videos and trained military and law enforcement observers too extensive; and the independent radar data in select cases correlates too highly with visual observations to safely ignore. Finally, when someone you trust and respect, like a naval aviator, looks you in the eye and tells you he saw something truly extraordinary at close range, it’s hard not to take his testimony seriously. It is arrogant, unreasonable and unwise to dismiss such reports. We should simply and impartially follow the trail wherever it leads.
Q: Which credible UFO incidents have you found particularly impressive and convincing?
A: A few stand out in my mind. In November 1989, 13 police officers and hundreds of other witnesses saw two silent triangular craft gliding over Belgium. This was the beginning of a wave of sightings there lasting well over a year. Ground and air radar data were acquired as well. The Belgian Air Force investigated the events in cooperation with a team of scientists and consulted with the U.S. and NATO countries, but could not find a conventional explanation.
An artist’s rendition of the Belgium UFO that made repeated visits in 1989-90
Colonel Wilfried De Brouwer, who later became a general, presents anomalous radar readings at a 1990 press conference during the Belgian wave
On the night of March 30, 1993, over a hundred witnesses in England, including police officers and military personnel, saw a triangular-shaped craft able to rapidly accelerate in seconds from a hovering position. The British Ministry of Defense stated that “none of the usual explanations put forward to explain UFO sightings seem applicable” and concluded that the evidence showed that “an unidentified object (or objects) of unknown origin was operating over the UK.”
Similarly, multiple police officers in Southern Illinois saw an object in January 2000 that looked and behaved very similarly to the Belgian and British UFOs. In fact, the Illinois police officers’ drawings of the craft are uncannily similar to the depictions of triangular craft produced by Belgian law enforcement officers a decade earlier, as well as many others since.
A Belgian Air Force weather forecaster drew his sighting in 1990
In 2006, pilots and airport personnel witnessed a disc-shaped object hovering over O’Hare airport for over five minutes, yet no government investigation was undertaken.
And, while most sightings have conventional explanations, I think it is stunning how many reports come in regularly to groups like MUFON, with impressive detail, including photos or videos. I often hear from skeptics, “If UFOs are out there how come nobody ever gets a video with all the smartphones around?” That is ignorant, it happens all the time!
Q: Some people believe the more recent sightings in cases such as those you mentioned may simply be US government tests of experimental aircraft. Is that possible?
A: I can understand why this may seem the most plausible explanation. But I can assure you, those objects did not belong to US Department of Defense. Just before the 9/11 terrorist attacks, I was contacted by the DoD Office of Congressional Affairs. They were in a tizzy because Robert Byrd, the powerful Chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee, was challenging them over reports appearing in magazines such as Aviation Week and Space Technology describing an alleged super-secret US aircraft program dubbed “Aurora.”
Senator Byrd would use his budget power to punish the department severely if we lied to him or withheld information. We pursued all possible options, double-checking with the appropriate officials while reminding them of the imperative of providing an accurate response. We quickly confirmed what we already knew - that while there are always things on the drawing board, there was nothing remotely resembling such aircraft being operated by the department. We had nothing with the capacity to hover and then silently accelerate at massive speeds.
Also, it is totally uncharacteristic of the US military to conduct experimental tests of new vehicles over populated areas where security would be compromised and innocent civilians placed in harms way. That’s completely contrary to military DNA. Alien visitation is actually easier to believe than that level of stupidity being exhibited by the brilliant people developing new aircraft technologies for DoD.
Q: Are you certain there is no government cover-up?
A: It’s impossible to prove the negative, so all I can say is that I never saw any evidence of official interest in UFOs. I’d love to believe we have a crashed saucer somewhere, but I’ve never seen anything remotely supportive of such incredible claims. In my experience, on those rare occasions when UFO incidents involving the government occur, they are highly inconvenient, awkward and embarrassing for the afflicted government officials who want nothing more than to put the issue behind them as quickly as possible! The military seems generally unwilling to investigate even when UFO reports come from our own military pilots or officials in high office such as Fife Symington, the former governor of Arizona. Senior officials are so fearful of being ridiculed that they conceal any expression of interest or curiosity.
Q: Some inside sources have proposed that retrieved hardware from a UFO may exist within a private aerospace company which has become independent from the DoD. In this way, it would be exempt from government oversight and known only to a few people. Do you think this is possible?
A: I find it hard to imagine something as explosive as recovered alien technology remaining under wraps for decades. So while I have no reason to believe there is any recovered alien technology, I will say this: If it were me, and I were trying to bury it deep, I’d take it outside government oversight entirely and place it in a compartment as a new entity within an existing defense company and manage it as what we call an “IRAD” or “Independent Research and Development Activity.”
Q: So where does this all leave us, and what is to be done?
A: In my view, calling for the end to an alleged government UFO cover-up is almost certainly a dead end, and does not help inspire anyone in government to become more open to the topic. The UFO mystery is a scientific problem. A true scientist seeks and follows the data no matter how politically incorrect the facts may be. The greatest scientific breakthroughs occur when we verify information that challenges conventional wisdom. That’s why I joined the board of UFODATA.
Q: I’m so glad you did. What kinds of new data are you hoping we will collect?
A: Our team of scientists and engineers are designing and will build a large network of automated surveillance stations with sophisticated sensors to capture a wide range of data. The stations will house cameras to record both an image and spectra, a magnetometer, instrumentation to detect radiation, a gravimeter, and more. They will be mobile so that we can readily deploy them to areas that become hotspots of UFO activity. We can then make the data available to the scientific community for analysis.
Q: Do you think UFOs could be visitors from civilizations elsewhere?
A: I’m certainly intrigued by the possibility. But I don’t think we will find out without a deeper scientific inquiry. I would like to invite the public to participate and support this lean but potentially groundbreaking effort, staffed by volunteers. UFODATA’s findings, one way or another, can help us to resolve this perennial mystery and perhaps even help us to better understand the universe and mankind’s place within it.

Explanations For UFOs
Explanations For UFOs
Over the years, many explanations have been put forward to try to ‘solve’ the UFO enigma. Some sound very convincing, and others sound like a science fiction novel gone wrong. Not surprisingly, there never seems to be an answer that satisfies everyone.
At the dawn of ufology the USAF used experts to consider all manner of natural and man-made phenomena that might cause witnesses to think they had seen a UFO. The cases that remained unexplained were (a) regarded as the result of insufficient information being available for an adequate explanation, (b) ignored as implausible, or (c) were the work of hoaxers. The motives for hoaxers can be fame and fortune, social experimentation or simply the enjoyment of baffling people.
Another theory, which conditioned much of the thinking surrounding the US airship wave of 1896–97 and the early years of ufology, was that the UFOs were the product of human inventors working and experimenting in secret. Variations of this idea are that human inventors have been inspired by alien contacts and communications to build UFOs and develop related technology. In recent years ufology has embraced the concept that UFOs allegedly retrieved by the US government have been back-engineered and tested at Area 51.
Sceptics like Tim Printy, the editor of the US online SUNlite UFO newsletter, think that ‘the majority of UFO sightings are misperceptions of man-made and natural events. The remainder that cannot be readily explained are possibly hoaxes, hallucinations, observations of rare natural phenomena, or misperceptions that have been so distorted in the reporting that identification is extremely difficult.’
Nevertheless, most ufologists believe that there remains a kernel of ‘true’ UFOs, and therefore turn to more exotic or complex concepts to explain them. The default and most dominant idea – especially in the USA – is that UFOs come from outer space. The extraterrestrial hypothesis (ETH) is far from being a new idea. The idea that life exists beyond our home planet has entertained and intrigued our minds for a long time.
The planet Mars has long been seriously considered as the most likely home of intelligent beings. This idea was given scientific credibility by Italian astronomer Giovanni Schiaparelli, who intensively studied the planet in 1877, 1879 and 1881, and produced detailed charts that revealed networks of lines and ‘seas’ across its surface. He termed the long dark lines canali, meaning channels, but when translated into English they were erroneously called ‘canals’. He abandoned his observations in 1890 due to failing eyesight, but other astronomers confirmed the existence of Mars’ distinctive surface features.
In 1893, after studying occult phenomena in Japan, Percival Lowell returned to the USA to set up an observatory at Flagstaff, Arizona. In his book Mars, published two years later, he claimed that the planet is inhabited by intelligent beings, three times larger than we are. Considering that Mars is older than Earth, he postulated that Martian life was superior to our own, and that the canals were evidence that they were still in existence.
Today, of course, we know that his ideas are wrong. Psychoanalyst Charles Hofling asserted that Lowell’s observations were illusory; however, his rigorous use of logic to interpret his data was due to an idée fixe rather than delusions. When determining which came first, the idée fixe or the illusory observations, Hofling favoured the former, as he thinks Lowell already knew what he would see. Significantly, when Lowell used more powerful telescopes the canals were less visible.
Nonetheless, Mars was regarded as a viable habitat for alien life forms until, in the 1960s, these hopes were dashed when NASA’s Mariner space probes detected high levels of carbon dioxide (CO2) in its atmosphere. There is evidence that there was free-flowing water on Mars millions of years ago, which may well have supported living organisms at some point, but so far we have yet to find even the slightest hint of life on Mars, past or present.
In contrast to Mars, and the rest of the universe, Earth is teeming with life. Given that there are about 400 billion stars in our Milky Way galaxy alone, it would be incredible if we were the only pocket of life in this infinitely small sector of the Universe.
Scientists have used radio telescopes to try to detect any signals that might reveal the existence of alien civilisations lurking within our part of the galaxy, but so far there has been a big fat silence. Despite this, SETI (search for extraterrestrial intelligence) research has had a big boost from the discovery in October 1995 of a Hot Jupiter extrasolar planet in the Pegasus constellation, 50 light years away. Since then about 1,000 more extrasolar planets (or exoplanets) have been found, of which a quarter are in the habitable zone of their parent sun. Signs of any chemical signatures or the existence of oxygen in the atmosphere of these planets is currently being investigated to see if they might support any type of life, as we know it. This is a far cry from the aliens and visitors reported by UFO contactees and abductees, but at least it does show that the ETH is a scientifically valid concept.
Ancient Astronaut theories are a logical extension of the ETH. The stories of miraculous events and visions in the Christian Bible and other religious books have been eagerly reinterpreted as being accounts of alien visitations. Ancient structures like the Pyramids and Stonehenge are regarded as being inspired or even created by these Ancient Astronauts, and, as in Stanley Kubrick’s movie 2001: A Space Odyssey, it is thought that they might have boosted our evolution, or even brought us to Earth in the first place. The evidence for this is patchy, and has been plundered from many different historical eras. As Roger Sandell wrote way back in 1973, when the books of Erich von Däniken were extremely popular (especially his Chariots of the Gods?), none of these theories ‘seems capable of producing evidence that at one particular time and place a unique interference with human history took place. Instead we are merely given a jumble of mysteries.’
The PSH
All in the mind? These are just some of the psychological processes that can produce or encourage the sighting of UFOs: • Sleep paralysis • Fantasy proneness • Hallucination • Hypnotic regression • Auto hypnosis • False memory syndrome • Subliminal peripheral vision psychosis • Fabrication and exaggeration • Temporal lobe epilepsy • Psychoanalytical factors • Mental illness • Psychological trauma • Boundary theory • Dissociative tendencies • Abuse • Masochism • Fantasy proneness • Birth trauma • Misperception and misinterpretation • Sensory deprivation • Mass hysteria
The psycho-sociological hypothesis (PSH) doesn’t have such a ring of authority to it as the ETH, and it is far more complex. It is more highly regarded by European ufologists, and considers UFOs to be created by a combination of psychological and sociological factors.
Psychoanalyst Carl Jung was the first to seriously consider UFO experiences as something more than sightings of spaceships or weather balloons. He regarded them as having a spiritual character that fulfilled the needs of the individual. Yet he also thought they could be solid, material craft from other planets. He hinted that our collective desire for salvation from the skies could bring about the physical manifestation of UFOs and aliens.
Ironically, it was US writer and UFO researcher John Keel who, through his influential book UFOs: Operation Trojan Horse and his many articles in Flying Saucer Review, helped wean a generation of British ufologists away from the ETH. He argued that UFO sightings are shaped and manipulated by the intelligences that control the phenomena. He called these entities ultraterrestrials, who are believed to be able to move up and down the electromagnetic spectrum. By these means they can appear and disappear from our limited human perception of the world.
Jacques Vallée and even J. Allen Hynek came to think that there was more to the subject than solid, physical spacecraft visiting us. In Passport to Magonia, Vallée agreed with Keel that the aliens have been visiting us for thousands of years in different forms, according to our beliefs and expectations. The ‘aliens’ have appeared as demons, fairies, goblins and dragons, as recorded in folklore, and they have travelled in phantom airships (as seen in the 1890s to 1920s), foo fighters (World War Two period) and ghost rockets (post-WW2), before they finally showed off their flying saucers. They seem to anticipate our own technological developments and challenge our notions of reality. According to this concept of ‘cultural tracking’ they seem to have been controlling and goading us throughout history.
In his excellent article Jules Verne and the Great Airship Scare, Ron Miller notes that the descriptions of phantom airships are very similar to the real and fictional aerial inventions of the period. He sums up the situation by stating that all the phantom airship sightings in the USA during 1896 to 1897 ‘could be either anomalous and amorphous phenomena, simple “bandwaggoning”, or even outright hoaxes. In other words, nothing that we haven’t seen taking place in so many modern UFO reports. Those of a century ago are different only in using 19th century visual references.’
From a sociological perspective, UFOs can highlight and represent wider social concerns. In the Cold War period, for example, they represented the fear of invasion by (literally) an alien army. Abductions in recent years represent our fears of being taken over by cold, anonymous forces that can control every element of our lives.
On a personal, psychological level UFO experiences can help people to articulate deeper subconscious fears or desires.
According to this hypothesis, Hollywood films, TV series, websites, books, magazines and other mass media have a big impact on our perception of UFOs. Peter Rogerson, Britain’s leading thinker on this subject, noted that the UFO mythology was ‘nurtured, not primarily by the absurd UFO cults, but by the professional myth-makers, the comics, films, science fiction writers, even advertisers. The first great contactee came … from Hollywood; in the form of the allegorical science-fiction drama The Day the Earth Stood Still.’
Birth trauma theory In the late 1970s, when claims of alien abduction were becoming more common, Dr Alvin Lawson and William McCall put forward the theory that such abductions are caused by birth trauma. To prove this, they hypnotically regressed a group of people who had no intimate knowledge of UFO phenomena and found that their accounts matched those of ‘real’ abductees.
To explain these similarities they argued that we all share the common experience of birth. As a validation of this view, they found that people who had normal births recalled UFO encounters that involved tubes and tunnels, which are symbolic of, or memories of, the birth canal.
Those who were born by Caesarean section do not seem to report UFO encounters with these elements.
UFO research and investigation itself goes through a number of filters, conditioned by ‘authorised myths’. British researcher Hilary Evans notes that these are ‘a belief or set of beliefs which, despite inadequate scientific evidence for its existence, obtains the sanction of widespread acceptance within the prevailing culture.’ For example, in the case of UFOs the authorised myth is that they are of extraterrestrial origin. This causes UFO witnesses to shape their sightings and experiences in terms of this myth. In turn, ufologists come along and add more evidence to support such claims, by correlating them with similar sightings and by ‘finding’ all types of supporting evidence to back them up.
In this way what starts off as a report of a simple CEI light in the sky can escalate into a full-blown CEIII or CEIV abduction report because the authorized myth triggers unconscious dreams and fantasies related to the expectations of the extraterrestrial hypothesis (ETH).
The main problem with these types of explanation for UFO experiences is that we have to consider a complex interaction between our mental processes – which are subject to illness, misperception, genetic predisposition, intoxication and trauma – and our culture, society, myths, beliefs, peer pressures and preconceptions.
Even the methods by which we use psychology to examine these processes in the pursuit of UFO investigations are conditioned by our culture. In the US there has been far more recourse to using polygraph tests, hypnotic regression and psychiatric or therapeutic counselling than in other countries.
In the British Magonia magazine, which has promoted the PSH since the early 1970s, Anthony Brown lambasted this type of approach to the subject. He claims: ‘The attitude of some sceptics in degrading and impugning the character of the average witness in ufology is a disgrace to the subject and of civilised behaviour to one’s fellow man. The essence of the Psychosocial Hypothesis is of cheapening the witness’s puzzling experience, and questioning their basic honesty as a human being.’
Sleep paralysis The work of Dr Jorge Conesa Sevilla, a neurocognitive and biosemiotic researcher, confirms that sleep paralysis (SP) can involve vividly experiencing floating, going through tunnels, seeing lights and hearing noises. Furthermore, these types of experience can be triggered by anxiety, tiredness and sleep deprivation, making them common in shift workers, truck drivers, hospital workers and other people who work long and odd hours.
Conesa also suggests that geomagnetic activity might trigger SP experiences, and that birth trauma memories might shape the imagery of those who interpret their SP experience in terms of an alien abduction. He also indicates that these experiences run through families, and that people can learn to use SP to have out of the body experiences, lucid dreams and shamanic journeys.Professor Christopher French, head of the Anomalistic Psychology Research Unit, Goldsmiths, University of London, is a bit more circumspect about applying such all-embracing theories.
In his considered opinion: ‘I think that most claims of alien abduction involve an initial bizarre experience, such as an episode of sleep paralysis or highway hypnosis, that leads the individual concerned to postulate that perhaps they have experienced alien contact. That expectation may subsequently lead to the formation of a false memory for such an alien encounter.
However, we should be wary of proposing ‘one-size-fits-all’ explanations for this complex and fascinating phenomenon. It is undoubtedly true that some cases will require different explanations – including occasional deliberate hoaxes.
Exotic explanations
No single explanation has satisfied everyone, so perhaps a combination of explanations needs to be considered. You can take your pick’n’mix from this selection:
Living UFOs
Ufologist Trevor Constable pioneered the photography of UFOs using infrared film during the 1960s. He considered UFOs to be biological beings, which live in the sky. As they come closer to Earth they become more visible, and they can fire bolts of lightning to defend themselves. They are invisible to our eyes, but infrared film can capture images of them as they fly above us. Today some ufologists have adapted video cameras to capture infrared images of UFOs.
Virtual reality
UFOs could be holographic or quasi-solid projections from extraterrestrial or extradimensional aliens. Alternatively, our universe is a virtual reality created by aliens. UFOs come from beyond our simulated reality and indicate the falseness of our existence.
Time travelers
UFOs might be visiting us from our future, when time travel has become possible. Alternatively they are time machines created by aliens from other planets or dimensions who are coming from the future or even the past.
Paranormal and occult
Psychic phenomena, ghosts, invisible entities and poltergeists have all been associated with UFO and alien activity. Aliens have been contacted through Ouija boards, séances, mental telepathy and automatic writing. This suggests that the aliens live on the same astral planes as ghosts and other entities, or that they are created by similar psychological factors. Using meditation or even magic, some have tried to bring such mental projections into the real world.
The third realm
Rather than conjuring up UFOs, the third realm hypothesis suggests that they exist independently in a realm that has only been accessible to shamans through mystical means. Harvard professor John Mack claimed that modern science blinkers us from the third realm because it only accepts the reality of the first realm (the mind) and the second realm (the material world). People who experience UFO events glimpse the third realm.
Electronic pollution
Albert Budden put forward the theory that electronic and electrical pollution could affect 20% of the population. This pollution upsets our biochemistry and causes UFO and abduction hallucinations that warn us that our bodies are in danger.
Earth lights
Lights in the sky are caused by strains in the earth’s crust, according to this theory. These lights and related electromagnetic activity have an influence on the temporal lobes of our brains. People sensitive to these influences can experience mood changes, memory loss, rich fantasies and abduction-like experiences.
Plasma balls
The British Ministry of Defence’s Project Condign claimed that rare, short-lived plasma balls in the upper atmosphere could cause pilots to see ‘classic’ flying saucers. They could also create electromagnetic disruption to vehicles and elude radar detection. The report suggested that meteors are involved in their creation by an as yet unknown process.
Conspiracy
It is claimed that the US and other governments know all about the real origin of the aliens, and are in league with them to keep humanity in ignorance of the real situation. This information is suppressed because it could cause mass panics and completely disrupt our existence on this planet. Certainly government agencies have used the UFO mythology to spread disinformation and to hide the testing of aircraft and other highly secret activities. On a similarly sinister note, in the 1950s agencies like the FBI were worried that Communist supporters were using UFO and alien contact stories to undermine democratic values. For this reason they monitored the activities of ufologists and contactees who appeared to be spreading subversive ideas.
Summary
The psycho-sociological hypothesis covers a broad range of phenomena that governs our perceptions. At one end of the scale it can be used to speculate that our own minds can create or perceive ‘real’ aliens and their spacecraft; at the other end the PSH has inclined some ufologists to consider the subject as modern-day folklore. In the light of this, UFOs and the theories surrounding them constitute a UFO mythology, and it is in the realms of psychology and sociology that we should therefore concentrate our research.
Such research is important, because, as John Spencer notes in his book Perspectives: ‘The phenomenon has affected much of our modern society, our culture, our fiction, areas of our religion and much more. It has done this without proof of reality, people’s perception of the world has changed because of the existence of the literature, whether or not there is a basis in reality. This will continue into the future whether there is a foundation in reality or not, so long as people believe something.’
The extraterrestrial hypothesis is more clear-cut and simple. The problem for ETH proponents is finding scientifically valid evidence to back up their claims. The exopolitics movement that has arisen since 2000 assumes the fact that aliens from outer space are visiting us and are in regular contact with our governments. Their evidence relies heavily on rumours and stories from whistleblowers.
As ‘The Pelican’ perceptively notes in Magonia magazine: ‘The notion that the true explanations for sightings that remain unidentified after being investigated by Serious Ufologists is that they are alien craft, [and] is what makes ufology a pseudoscience. It is not just the nuts-and-bolts ETH Serious Ufologists who are rather flaky, but also those who seek more subtle explanations … all but a very few ufologists do not have a purely objective approach to the subject. And, of course, they usually get away with their dodgy hypotheses and tall stories.’
Certainly, ufologists, whether at the skeptical or believer ends of the spectrum, can easily have a tendency to have ‘dodgy hypotheses’. What is paramount is to look at the evidence itself and to consider the pros and cons of its validity. Unfortunately, many cases are invested with a power that transcends any rational arguments or logical explanations, and they become an established part of the UFO mythology.
What is really needed to confirm the ETH is incontrovertible proof, like an actual flying saucer parked on the White House lawn.

THE OTHERS: NEW DOCUMENTARY ABOUT THE KNOWN TYPES OF ALIENS RACES
THE OTHERS: NEW DOCUMENTARY ABOUT THE KNOWN TYPES OF ALIENS RACES
There is a list of alleged alien races that have been reported during the meetings of the 3rd grade and 4th grade, speculated to be associated with UFOs or imagined possible.
UFOs are evident flying objects believed to have remained unidentified popular in terms of existing technology and provenance even after rigorous testing of identification. More observations and studies, testimonies of people who were abducted by aliens, and reports that representatives of the US armed forces have drafted as a result of events related to aliens, have led some experts to carry a list of species of aliens trying to control our planet.
Syrians come from Sirius B Galaxy and are one of the oldest extraterrestrial civilizations. They gave medical information and astronomice. The great ancient Egyptians pyramids were built with their help. Syrians had links with the Mayan people, contributing to his disappearance, but not before allowing them famous crystal skulls. The civilization of Atlantis benefited from the Syrians, until a time when aliens caused the disappearance of Atlantis. In many military reports, they are mentioned projects that unfolds over a technology that Syrians have offered to americans.
Little Grey is known as Zeta Reticulieni. They are the most famous and according to statistics, they made the most kidnappings people. Alpha Draconienii - they are a species of reptilian very dangerous to humans. They are the first intelligent species in the Milky Way. They are considered legitimate conductors of races less evolved.
Reptilians interacted with people for a long time. In some cases it helped mankind, but most often they destroyed everything mankind had built thousands of years. They infiltrated the highest positions so that they lead and decide the destiny of our planet.
Annunakis elitist creatures who came from the planet Rizq. When their planet was destroyed they created an intergalactic ship called Nibiru. They came to Earth a million years ago in search of gold. Because they needed labor, they created mankind. I inherited them from violence, rancor, all of which are contained in our DNA altered.

Medellín the new Roswell? Colombian city becomes new UFO hotspot of sorts
Medellín the new Roswell? Colombian city becomes new UFO hotspot of sorts
Some residents of the Colombian city of Medellín are reporting a close encounter with the third kind after video footage emerged online of unidentified flying objects – aka UFOs – hovering around the city and surrounding area.
While Medellín is unlikely to become the next Roswell, a recent string of spacey sightings have given credence to the “UFO hotspot” tag.
On video – shot on Nov. 16 and posted on YouTube on Dec. 5 – shows an almond-shaped object hovering over a forested area near Medellín. The silvery saucer looks very familiar to one spotted in South Wales in the United Kingdom on November 30, 2014.
Skeptics, however, don’t believe that the object filmed in Colombian – or South Wales for that matter – is an actual alien spacecraft but instead something with a much more commercial purpose.
"I think I know immediately what we are looking at," said Marc Dantonio of remote-control model company FX Models. "In my opinion, this is a public relations unmanned helium balloon that is tethered and is 18 feet in diameter. I know the dimensions because I know the balloon itself."
"Various companies sell and rent them for publicity. In one video, you are told it is flying near Atanasio Girardot Stadium right before a big final matchup soccer game. It stands to reason that flying it for a publicity stunt before a major match makes sense. It is a UFO shape and these have been sold and rented for several years now."
Both Dantonio and Ben Hansen, lead investigator on the Syfy Channel's former "Fact or Faked: Paranormal Files" series, say that all of Medellín’s paranormal sighting can be explained pretty easily – and don’t entail aliens checking out the up-and-coming Colombian city.
"It is Colombia and everyone probably lives near a soccer stadium, but if a match was going on, it might further support the idea that a balloon or blimp of some sort was involved in filming aerial shots or taking part in a promotion," Hansen said.

Residents were baffled by the huge fireball(Photo: Caters)
According to an expert in the field, the two dark-coloured ships are shown in stark contrast against a bright white moon, seemingly flying side by side.
He wrote on his UFO Sightings Daily blog : “His editing software allows us to see its actual shape…a perfect saucer…two of them.
“There is no way these disks are satellites,” he adds, claiming that such manmade technology would not fly so close.
He added: “These are actual UFOs, flying in military style, because they are flying with a wingman to keep each other out of possible trouble."
This is the startling moment ahuge fireballripped across the sky in Florida.
Stunned residents caught the giant bright light on camera as it streaked through the night sky across the US state on Monday night.
The footage shows the moment the unidentified fireball approaches Earth and finally explodes in a flash.
The celestial spectacle spooked some local residents into calling the police amid fears ALIENS were invading.

Dashcam footage from Venice police officer Seth Kenny caught the first video of the meteor at 11.17pm.
The second video was recorded on the security camera of Largo residents Christopher and Laura Scruby.
Police cruisers in North Port, on the southwestern coast of Florida, also caught the fireball on video.
The flash was so bright the evening sky lit up as though it was daylight.

Poking fun at theories of alien invasion, the police department posted the clip with the closing caption: "At least we know that we come in peace."
The American Meteor Society (AMS) has received over 150 reports about the fireball that was mainly seen from Florida, but was also witnessed in Georgia and Alabama.
According to AMS, a fireball is an extremely bright meteor.

STRANGE APOCALYPTIC SOUNDS IN THE SKIES ARE BACK!
STRANGE APOCALYPTIC SOUNDS IN THE SKIES ARE BACK!
Many people around the world call it ‘The Hum,’ a phrase coined by the geoscientist David Deming of the University of Oklahoma to describe the ‘mysterious and untraceable sound that is heard in certain locations around the world by two to ten percent of the population.’ The noises might vary from roaring sounds in the middle of the night, to prolonged periods of noise which sound like intense industrial activity taking place in the sky (something which I have personally heard myself back in 2012 – MWV). Most unusually of all, ordinary people in cities such as York in England have claimed to hear trumpet horns coming from the sky playing chilling bars of ‘music’.
STRANGE NOISES HEARD OVER THE SKY IN SLOVAKIA!?
Now Slovakia has become the very latest location to hear these incredibly bizarre and completely inexplicable noises, which have been recorded on video.
Please check out the video below:
Check out the video below of the strange industrial type metallic which I witnessed myself back in 2012 – over a period of a month and over a distance of up to a 100 miles:
As of yet, not one person has been able to offer a completely coherent explanation for these mysterious sounds. Some have suggested that the chilling noises might be caused by changes in the Earth’s core which could eventually lead to a complete polar shift. However, aside from speculation, there is little evidence to suggest that this particular theory is true. According to Deming, they may well be caused by enormous amounts of collated feedback from telephone transmissions and aircraft which are operated by the United States Navy to communicate with submarines. However, this explanation is deemed to fall short as these noises became particularly apparent in 2011 and 2012 and if Deming is correct, there should have been previous indications of this feedback reaction before this period. It has also been suggested that these sounds are caused by solar flares hitting the earths atmosphere, also known as ‘sky quakes’?!
MANY people from around the world have even suggested that the noise could be being caused by projects such as the HAARP weapons program, which is believed to be dedicated to working on high-tech weather modification technology. If this particular explanation is correct, it could not explain not only the unusual noises but also why they are so often accompanied by a bizarre phenomenon in the sky, such as those which have been detected in Slovakia in recent months.
Please check out below some of the strange sights being witnessed in the sky around the world:
Please check out some more startlingly videos recorded from Slovakia of these yet UNKNOWN strange sounds in the sky!
U.I.P SUMMARY
The strange sounds in the sky, no matter what, are a VERY real/true story and something that I have witnessed myself back in 2012 (apparently when the world was supposed to end!?). There has NEVER been a straight answer to what is causing these unknown creepy sounds and it was causing that much tension throughout the planet that people were beginning to demand answers from their governments – who probably know the TRUTH but are not permitted or want to confirm exactly what they are!
It has even been suggested that these strange sounds in the sky are caused by Aliens and possibly cloaked crafts travelling above earth! No matter what these strange sounds are, they are very real and very much BACK!
Have you ever heard these strange sounds in the sky before?

WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF ALIENS CONTACTED EARTH?
WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF ALIENS CONTACTED EARTH?
By Chris Baraniuk
For decades we’ve been listening out for a message from space. Organisations like Seti analyse unusual radio signals to catch potential transmissions from an intelligent alien civilisation. But what would happen if they really heard one?
Nearly 40 years ago, radio astronomer Jerry Ehman was scanning a part of the sky hoping to detect a signal from an alien civilisation. All of a sudden, he picked something up. The signal was incredibly short, just a burst, but it registered as a distinct spike – a sort of momentary broadcast. On a print-out, he circled the blip in red pen and wrote one word: “Wow!”.
The “Wow! signal”, as it became known, has never been explained, and nothing quite like it has ever been heard again. But an organisation called the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (Seti) Institute has continued listening for signals that might be created by intelligent life forms out there in the galaxy and beyond.
What would happen if Seti heard such a signal? How would it confirm the broadcast really was sent to us by aliens? A new Science Channel documentary has explained how astronauts on the Apollo 10 mission heard strange “space music” in their earphones when orbiting the far side of the moon. Many scientists believe the cause to simply be radio interference. However, the episode has raised the question of how we are able to distinguish one space sound from another in our search for a sign of life.
It's possible to triangulate a radio signal from space by using two separate telescopes to analyse it
(Credit: Getty Images)
“Hearing something and discounting it is highly regular,” says Dr John Elliott at Leeds Beckett University in the UK. “Stuff that gets to the Post-detection Task Group is rare.”
Seti’s Post-detection Task Group is a small council of scientists primed to analyse interesting radio signals detected by radio telescopes around the world. Dr Elliott is a member – and he has spent a lot of time thinking about what would happen if we ever did hear an alien broadcast.
He’s been involved with the organisation since 1999, he says, and in that time the task group has only had to evaluate one signal every couple of years or so. There are many other detections daily, but they are quickly discounted as interference or man-made signals. Reports could come from anywhere. There is even a network of volunteers with their own receivers, called the Seti League, keeping an ear out for evidence.
It’s unlikely we’d know what aliens were actually saying to us immediately
“If there’s a repeating pattern in there, that would be of high interest,” explains Elliott. “We would ask, does that repeating pattern demonstrate a complexity that would be akin to someone sending me a language, or mathematics, or something with information in it.”
It’s unlikely we’d know what aliens were actually saying to us immediately – but we might be able to work out that they were saying something.
Seti keeps a list of “candidate signals” and there is even a system known as the Rio Scale for classifying the significance of any signal. The ranking is based on a signal’s characteristics, how it was detected and from where it originated.
The Apollo 10 astronauts kept the “space music” that they heard to themselves for many years. In fact, their experience was only made public very recently, in 2008, when recordings of the incident were released by Nasa.
The Wow! signal was highly unusual, and it has never yet been explained nor has a similar signal ever been detected
(Credit: Getty Images)
Any really interesting signals picked up by Seti would be made widely public – but not before a strict procedure of verification had been carried out. In fact, Seti has a special list of detection protocols for such an event. These involve disseminating data so that it can be analysed by third-parties. Dan Werthimer at the University of California, Berkeley – who is also a member of the Post-detection Task Group – points out that the team has to be wary of potential hoaxes.
“It might be a bug in our software or a grad student playing a prank on us so the goal is to get independent confirmation,” he says.
Interest in any potential alien signals would certainly be huge. In 2004, astronomers had to cool the hype over erroneous online reports that an “ET signal” had been discovered. And last year, Seti picked up more in a series of “fast radio burst” signals that have puzzled scientists for some time. There’s no known explanation, which has led many to wonder if the signals come from an alien civilisation.
There’s still divided opinion on what to do
– Dr John Elliott
How, then, could we ever be sure? One important thing to establish would be the distance the signal has travelled. Obviously, if it’s just bounced off a satellite or space debris orbiting Earth, then it won’t be an indicator of alien communications. To do the analysis, Seti would enlist a second telescope to take its own reading.
“When you have two telescopes looking at a signal you can triangulate on it and measure its distance to figure out if it’s something nearby,” says Werthimer.
Still, there’s never yet been an urgent case.
“We’ve never had anything that we’re so excited about that we call up the director of an observatory and say, ‘We’ve got to get on the telescope now’.”
Another lingering question that Elliott and many others have considered is what would we do in terms of responding to a signal that we really did think had been created by an alien civilisation. Would we want to respond at all?
Jodrell Bank is a famous radio telescope in Britain which, among other things, has studied pulsars - rotating stars which emit a radio signal
(Credit: Getty Images)
The Seti protocols state, “No response to a signal or other evidence of extraterrestrial intelligence should be sent until appropriate international consultations have taken place.”
“There’s still divided opinion on what to do – the two main camps being yes, you do respond and the other being no you don’t,” says Elliott, adding he believes that it would be a missed opportunity if we didn’t try to reply.
That, though, leaves yet another problem – how to communicate with no shared language? Elliott points out that we would have to try and establish signals for things in the universe common to both civilisations.
I think it’s going to be a while before we learn whether we’re alone or not
– Dan Werthimer
“We can point to phenomena that we would know they would be witness to and use that as a key to start our dialogue,” he says.
That could mean establishing a common signal that represents “star” or “galaxy” or counting astronomical bodies, for instance. But we’d have to take into account the delay in transmissions – the nearest star system with a planet is 10.5 light years away. That’s 21 Earth years to send a message and get a reply.
Dan Werthimer says that all “interesting” signals have so far turned out to either be inexplicable, like fast-radio bursts and the Wow! signal, or simply caused by natural phenomena like supernovae.
“I’m optimistic. I think the universe is probably teeming with life, but Earthlings are just getting in the game, we’re learning how to do this,” he says.
“I think it’s going to be a while before we learn whether we’re alone or not.”
Still, there are more than enough radio signals bouncing through space to keep a check on. Someone may be out there, trying to get in touch.

WHAT IF THE ALIENS WE ARE LOOKING FOR ARE AI?
WHAT IF THE ALIENS WE ARE LOOKING FOR ARE AI?
The search for extraterrestrial life has so far assumed our cosmic neighbours are organic. What if we’re dealing with artificial intelligence?
For more than a century we have been broadcasting our presence to the cosmos. This year, the faintest signals from the world’s first major televised event – the Nazi-hosted 1936 Olympics – will have passed several potentially habitable planets. The first season of Game of Thrones has already reached the nearest star beyond our Solar System.
So why hasn’t ET called us back?
There are plenty of obvious answers. Maybe there are no intelligent space aliens in our immediate cosmic vicinity. Perhaps they have never evolved beyond unthinking microbial slime or – based on our transmissions – aliens have concluded it is safer to stay away. There is, however, another explanation: ET is nothing like us.4
One theory is that the aliens that may have created intelligent algorithms are no longer with us
(Credit: iStock)
“If we do find a signal, we shouldn’t expect it’s going to be some sort of soft squishy protoplasmic alien behind the microphone at the other end,” says Seth Shostak, senior astronomer for alien-hunting organisation Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (Seti).
Seti has been actively searching for signs of intelligent extraterrestrial life for more than half a century. Despite tantalising signals (such as this recent one), it has so far drawn a blank. But Shostak believes we should consider looking to our own future to imagine what aliens will be like.
“Perhaps the most significant thing we’re doing is to develop our own successors,” says Shostak. “If we can develop artificial intelligence within a couple of hundred years of inventing radio, any aliens we are likely to hear from have very likely gone past that point.”
The big question is whether the AI goes on to become conscious and define its own goals and decide it doesn’t need the biological creatures that developed it
– Stuart Clark
“In other words,” he says, “most of the intelligence in the cosmos, I would venture, is synthetic intelligence and that may disappoint movie goers who expect little grey guys with big eyeballs, no clothes, no hair or sense of humour.”
The argument assumes that the creatures who built the first AIs – grey guys, hyper- intelligent pan-dimensional beings, sentient trees or whatever – are no longer around.
“Well they might be,” Shostak concedes, “but once you develop artificial intelligence you can use that to develop the next generation of thinking thing and so on – within 50 years you not only have a machine that’s far smarter than all the previous machines but certainly smarter than all humans put together.”
Anyone expecting the grey-skinned aliens from sci-fi films may be disappointed
(Credit: iStock)
“The big question,” says astronomer and author of the Search for Earth’s Twin, Stuart Clark, “is whether the AI goes on to become conscious and define its own goals and decide it doesn’t need the biological creatures that developed it.”
From the self-aware death machines of the Berserker booksto the cyborgs of Battlestar Galactica or The Terminator, science fiction certainly has a rich seam of AIs taking over and wiping out their inferior biological creators. It is not, however, necessarily the inevitable path of any technological civilisation. Artificial Intelligence – truly thinking machines with synthetic super-brains – may not even be possible.
“It’s very unclear to me that this is inevitably going to happen,” says Clark. “But the key point is we are looking for something we imagine to be a bit like us and we’re limiting the search as a result.”
Seti could be looking for ET in the wrong place
Seti uses an array of radio telescope dishes in California to search for signals. The receivers are aimed at star systems where planets have been discovered by Earth or space telescopes such as Nasa’s Kepler observatory. These are planets which might have liquid oceans and life-supporting atmospheres – habitats that have made human evolution possible. But machine intelligences could live anywhere.
“That’s the whole problem,” says Shostak. “Not only could they be anywhere, it would make sense for them to go to places in the Universe where there were big sources of energy – if you’re going to do a lot of thinking, a lot of energy helps so maybe that’s the place to look.”
If this is the case, then Seti could be looking for ET in the wrong place. “Instead of having their own fields of radio telescopes,” says Clark, “maybe that money would be better spent equipping every observatory with piggyback equipment that looks at every signal that’s been received and look for repeating patterns.”
Should we be sending signals as well as listening for them?
(Credit: iStock)
Whether every observatory would agree to host a Seti sensor is a matter for debate. The technology might, however, reveal some other surprising astronomical discovery. We now know that pulsars are rapidly rotating neutron stars. When Jocelyn Bell discovered the first of these oscillating signals in 1967, only half-jokingly did the University of Cambridge team label it LGM1 for Little Green Men.
In the short term, Seti is likely to continue its search for life on Earth-like planets. “But,” says Shostak, “over the course of time if we can come up with some ideas of where you might find synthetic intelligence, I think they’ll be more and more experiments aimed at doing that.”
Another approach would be to broadcast messages from Earth to target regions of the cosmos. It is a controversial strategy that Stephen Hawking has warned could leave the Earth vulnerable to attack and exploitation. "We only have to look at ourselves to see how intelligent life might develop into something we wouldn’t want to meet,” he warned in 2010.
So are we any closer to discovering whether we are the lone intelligence – AI or not – in the Universe?
“I don’t agree,” Shostak says. “But Seti has no broadcasting capability and the other thing about broadcasting is that even if you do it, it might be a very long time before you get a response – depending how close the aliens are.”
So are we any closer to discovering whether we are the lone intelligence – AI or not – in the Universe? “I don’t think you can ever say there’s nothing there, you can’t prove that negative,” Shostak says. “What you can say is that there’s something wrong with our approach so, for me, it’s very, very early days to think about giving up.”
Clark agrees. “I think Seti should generalise its search as much as possible,” he says. “An answer to ‘yes there’s intelligent life in the Universe’ has profound implications for us and that alone qualifies Seti to carry on.”

Travis Walton live in Toronto. MANY ARE FAMILIAR WITH THE STORY OF TRAVIS WALTON AS PORTRAYED IN THE HIT 1993 MOVIE 'FIRE IN THE SKY' THAT WAS HOLLYWOOD, BUT ABDUCTIONS ARE DEFINITELY NOT SCIENCE FICTION.
HEAR THE TRUTH OF THIS AMAZING STORY FROM TRAVIS WALTON HIMSELF, IN A RARE PUBLIC SCREENING AND QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSION WITH THE WORLD'S MOST DOCUMENTED ALIEN ABDUCTEE.
TRAVIS, Travis: The True Story of Travis Walton, recounts the experiences of the work crew that day in the forest and the weeks that followed this incident. They and Travis struggled to make sense of the event enduring humiliation, and job losses. Travis has encountered lifelong ridicule regarding his experiences.Driving home after a day of clearing underbrush in the Sitgreaves National Forest, seven loggers come upon a 40 foot shiny disc hovering on the crest of a ridge. As if spellbound, Travis jumps from the passenger side of their work truck and runs toward the craft for a closer look. That decision November 5, 1975 would change him and these loggers forever. Travis’s story became a book called “Fire in the Sky” and a movie (1993). The Paramount Picture feature film enhanced his “close encounter of the third kind,” (a term coined by ufologist J. Allen Hynek denoting human observations of actual aliens or “animate beings”). The Travis Walton UFO story remains one of the most well documented stories of all time that will soon commemorate the 40th anniversary of this incident.

Alien Plan Is Like 'Neanderthals Being Prepared for US Air Force'
Alien Plan Is Like 'Neanderthals Being Prepared for US Air Force'

Earth is not even close to ready for a close encounter with extraterrestrials.
Seth Shostak, who works on detecting radio signals from extraterrestrials at the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI) Institute in Mountain View, told Live Science that "protocols" were drawn up in the 1990s to deal with possible alien transmissions.
"They say, 'If you pick up a signal, check it out . . . tell everybody . . . and don't broadcast any replies without international consultation,' whatever that means," he said in an interview also posted on NBC News.
"But that's all that the protocols say, and they have no force of law. The United Nations took a copy of the early protocols and put them in a file drawer somewhere, and that's as official as they ever got."
Shostak said he is not aware of any government-level plans or established procedures in case of an alien contact, nor are there "'Men in Black' government investigators of UFO lore" like those depicted in the comedy sci-fi movie.
"In 1997, we got a signal that looked pretty promising for most of the day," Shostak said. "We thought it was possibly the real deal. I kept waiting for the 'Men in Black' to show up — they didn't. I kept waiting for the Pentagon to call. I kept waiting for the White House to call. They didn't call. But The New York Times called."
Shostak argues even though there is no action plan for government agencies or the military in case of an encounter, it might not make much sense to devise one.
"It would be like the Neanderthals having a plan in case the U.S. Air Force showed up," he said.
At any rate, he said, ET knows where we live.
Television and radio signals "have been going out into space since the Second World War, so we've already told them we're here," Shostak said.

Science of 'Arrival': If Aliens Call, Does Humanity Have a Plan?
Science of 'Arrival': If Aliens Call, Does Humanity Have a Plan?
byTOM METCALFE, LIVE SCIENCE
"Close Encounters of the Third Kind" movie from 1977 Colombia Pictures
The science fiction movie "Arrival," which opened in theaters this month, poses tantalizing questions about how humans might make contact — and eventually communicate — with intelligent aliens. The much-hyped film has renewed people's interest in the search for intelligent life elsewhere in the universe. But what would happen if humans really did make contact with an intelligent alien civilization? If E.T. calls, is there a plan?
The answer is yes, and no, said astronomer Seth Shostak, who leads efforts to detect radio signals from extraterrestrial civilizations at the SETI Institute in Mountain View, California.
"There are some protocols, but I think that's an unfortunate name, and it makes them sound more important than they are," Shostak told Live Science.
In the 1990s, Shostak chaired a committee of the International Academy of Astronautics (IAA) that prepared a revised version of the "post-detection protocols" for researchers who watch for possible alien transmissions using radio telescopes, a field known as SETI (short for the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence).
The protocols were first drawn up in the 1980s to help scientists in the United States and the Soviet Union share information about any potential SETI signals. But, Shostak explained, the SETI post-detection protocols are guidelines for governments and scientists, rather than a global action plan for dealing with alien contact.
A still from the movie "Arrival" Paramount
"They say, 'If you pick up a signal, check it out ... tell everybody ... and don't broadcast any replies without international consultation,' whatever that means," he said. "But that's all that the protocols say, and they have no force of law. The United Nations took a copy of the early protocols and put them in a file drawer somewhere, and that's as official as they ever got.""
Men in Black
"In the movie "Arrival," spaceships land in several cities around the world, and a linguist (portrayed by actress Amy Adams) and a physicist (played by actor Jeremy Renner) are recruited as part of an international effort to try to communicate with the aliens and find out why they are here.
In real life, apart from the protocol dictating that researchers should share news about SETI signals with other astronomers around the world, Shostak said he is not aware of any government-level plans or established procedures in case of an alien contact, whatever form it might take.
And it seems there really are no "Men in Black," shadowy government investigators of UFO-lore, depicted in the comedy sci-fi movie series starring Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones.
"If [the government] could afford the 'Men in Black,' then they could afford to support SETI," Shostak joked.
But the U.S. government has shown no interest in SETI research so far, he said. "It's not a government program, so they have nothing to do with it. I would love to see some interest from them, but I never have,"he added.

After one early SETI "false alarm,"which eventually turned out to be a signal from a European research satellite, the only response was from journalists.
"In 1997, we got a signal that looked pretty promising for most of the day. We thought it was possibly the real deal," Shostak said. "I kept waiting for the 'Men in Black' to show up — they didn't. I kept waiting for the Pentagon to call. I kept waiting for the White House to call. They didn't call. But The New York Times called."
The supposed military plan, which became known as "Seven Phases to Contact," was first reported in a 1967 book on UFOs by the American broadcaster and UFOresearcher Frank Edwards.
But Shostak said he has seen no sign of any extraterrestrial action plan for U.S. government agencies or the military. "As far as I know, there's nothing, and I think I would have heard something because of the [SETI] false alarms," he said.
While detecting an alien radio signal would be different from encountering spaceships that landed on Earth, Shostak doesn't think protocols will play a big part in how we respond.
"Some people asked me at a conference last week, 'What plan does the military have to deal with aliens should they land?' And I said, 'I don't know … but to the best of my knowledge, they don't have a plan.
'"Shostak noted that any aliens who could travel here in a spacecraft would need to be centuries or thousands of years more technologically advanced than humans are now, so it's almost impossible to imagine the consequences of contact between the species, let alone the thought of developing a plan to deal with them.
"It would be like the Neanderthals having a plan in case the U.S. Air Force showed up," he said.
Calling planet Earth
Although the aliens in "Arrival"helpfully travel to Earth in faster-than-light spaceships, willing and ready to talk, Shostak said a more likely "first contact" scenario would be the detection of a SETI radio signal, perhaps from a source hundreds or thousands of light-years away.
That means it could take centuries for the aliens to receive any reply transmitted from Earth in an effort to communicate with them, he said. As such, there might not be any real hurry to decide what to say.

And if E.T. does call, what should humans say in response? Some scientists, including British physicist Stephen Hawking, have expressed concern about "Active SETI" programs designed to transmit messages from Earth to any aliens that might be listening. Hawking warned of the potential threat posed by unknown extraterrestrials and their alien motivations.
There's also the difficult matter of making the right first impression in any extraterrestrial chat, Shostak said.
"I've been to several conferences where people discuss whether we should tell [aliens] all the bad things about humanity, or just the good things, and that sort of thing," he said. "But I think that is terribly overdrawn. To me, that would be like the indigenous people of Australia seeing Capt. Cook coming over the horizon in his ship, then saying, 'We're going to have a couple of conferences to discuss what we're going to talk to these guys about, and what language we'll use' — [but] it doesn't matter."
Shostak pointed out that humans have already been broadcasting newsinto space for decades, in the form of television and radio signals, and so it's probably too late to keep quiet.
"Those signals have been going out into space since the Second World War, so we've already told them we're here," he said.
A strange theory claiming that there is a mysterious pyramid in the Antarctic has emerged.
Conspiracy theorists have posted a video on YouTube, in which they claim that US Secretary of State, John Kerry, visited Antarctica last week to visit an 'alien base' within the pyramid.
The video suggests that the images have been taken from Google Earth, but it is unclear whether they have been edited.

A strange theory claiming that there is a mysterious pyramid in the Antarctic has emerged. Conspiracy theorists have posted a video on YouTube, in which they claim that US Secretary of State, John Kerry, visited Antarctica last week to visit an 'alien base' within the pyramid
LINKS BETWEEN CONSPIRACY, NARCISSISM AND SELF-ESTEEM
Over the course of three online-based studies, researchers at the University of Kent showed strong links between the belief in conspiracy theories and these psychological traits.
The results showed that those people who rated highly on the narcissism scale and who had low self-esteem were more likely to be conspiracy believers.
However, while low self-esteem, narcissism and belief in conspiracies are strongly linked, it is not clear that one - or a combination - causes the other.
But it hints at an interesting new angle to the world of conspiracy and those who reinforce belief.
The video was posted by Third Phase of the Moon, a YouTube channel that regularly posts conspiracy theories on aliens.
It shows a pyramid-like structure in the snow, with a Google Earth-type label and pin.
The label reads 'Antartica Pyramid' – a misspelling of Antarctica, which suggests that image might have been doctored.
Responses to the video have varied, with some users backing-up the claims, such as James Jason, who commented: 'Excellent report Third Phase, I also believe things are about to get very dramatic, and that is for everyone on our planet.'
But others have dismissed it, such as Gordon Anderson, who said: 'I have spent a LOT of time on snow covered mountains- skiing down, and this looks natural to me - not man made anyway!'
Others have joked that John Kerry was there for other reasons, such as Daniel Schultz, who commented: '#27 on his bucket list, fly to Antarctica and make "snow angels" where no man has gone before.'
It is unclear what the structure could be, but it looks similar to a nunatak – a natural mountain peak that juts up above glaciers.
Nigel Watson, author of the UFO Investigations Manual, told MailOnline: 'Pictures of the pyramid structures are either photoshopped, cropped pictures to make the mountains look more like pyramids or simply pictures of natural formations called nunataks.
'They are mountainous formations created by shifting glaciers and erosion, not by laser zapping aliens.'
Pyramids are often an area of interest for conspiracy theorists.

In October, a video posted on YouTube claimed that there was a crystal pyramid beneath the Bermuda Triangle, which was to blame for the disappearance of several planes and ships in the area.
Mr Watson added: 'There is always a mystique about pyramid structures.
'Back in the 1970s there were many claims that such objects could preserve food, generate health benefits and even keep razors sharp.'

Did the Smithsonian cover up an Ancient Egyptian Colony in the Grand Canyon?
Did the Smithsonian cover up an Ancient Egyptian Colony in the Grand Canyon?
Did the Smithsonian Institute cover up the mind-boggling discovery of an ancient Egyptian Colony in the Grand Canyon? According to a news article from 1909, the answer is YES.
Is it possible that the ancient Egyptian civilization developed technology to travel across the planet? I’m not talking spaceships, but transoceanic voyages made possible with their grandiose vessels?
In recent years, more evidence has emerged which supports the idea that ancient civilizations like the Egyptians, the Chinese and even possibly the Olmec achieved trans-oceanic voyages before written history suggests.
While scientific responses to pre-Colombian trans-oceanic contact vary over time, most ideas which support this possibility have been treated with skepticism since such an idea radically opposes what we are told about history.
The idea that there is, or was an ancient colony in North America belonging to the ancient Egyptian civilization is something that according to many only occurs in Hollywood movies.
However, according to the front page of the April 5, 1909, edition of the Arizona Gazette, a bizarre discovery was made in the Marble region of the Grand Canyon that points towards an ancient Egyptian presence in North America thousands of years ago.
According to the newspaper, two alleged Smithsonian-funded archaeologists Prof. S. A. Jordan and G.E. Kinkaid made the fascinating discovery that according to many proves history is inaccurate.
The report -shrouded in mystery reads:
(D)iscoveries which almost conclusively prove that the race which inhabited this mysterious cavern, hewn in solid rock by human hands, was of oriental origin, possibly from Egypt, tracing back to Ramses. If their theories are borne out by the translation of the tablets engraved with hieroglyphics, the mystery of the prehistoric peoples of North America, their ancient arts, who they were and whence they came, will be solved. Egypt and the Nile, and Arizona and the Colorado will be linked by a historical chain running back to ages which staggers the wildest fancy of the fictionist.
The article notes that the mysterious set of caverns was located in an extremely remote part of the Grand Canyon, dangerous and nearly inaccessible. The alleged site is reportedly located 2 miles away from El Tovar Crystal Canyon.
According to the Arizona Gazette, the entrance to the main cavern was located some 1500 feet below an abrupt cliff.
However, people believe all of this is part of an elaborate hoax and that the discovery was never made.
Furthermore, the Smithsonian Institutedeniedallclaims indicating that no record of a so-called Kincaid or Professor Jordan exists in the Smithsonian’s Department of Anthropology.
Moreover, the Smithsonian denies there is any evidence of artifacts gathered.
In the book, Suppressed Inventions by Jonathan Eisen, a spokesperson from the Smithsonian Institute denies any ancient Egyptian artifacts were found in the Grand Canyon.
Well, the first thing I can tell you, before we go any further, is that no Egyptian artifacts of any kind have ever been found in North or South America. Therefore, I can tell you that the Smithsonian Institute has never been involved in any such excavations.
Was this just another hoax? Can we conclude that the entire story is just an elaborate newspaper hoax as many indicate? Or is it possible that the Smithsonian Institute -which has been called out in the past for covering up history changing discoveries- covered up the mind-boggling discovery?
Reading through the book Suppressed Inventions, we have found out fascinating details that give the story of an ancient Egyptian colony in North America an entirely new level.
“…Historian and linguist Carl Hart, editor of World Explorer, obtained a hiker’s map of the Grand Canyon from a bookstore in Chicago. Poring over the map, we were amazed to see that much of the area of the north side of the canyon had Egyptian names. For example, the area around Ninety-Four Mile Creek and Trinity Creek had areas with names like Tower of Set, Tower of Ra, Horus Temple, Osiris Temple and Isis Temple. In the Haunted Canyon area are such names as the Cheops Pyramid, the Buddha Cloister, Buddha Temple, Manu Temple and Shiva Temple…”
Is this just a small worthless coincidence? Or is there more to the story than meets the eye?
Interestingly, the area of the canyon where the Egyptian names are located is an area off limits. It’s a forbidden zone. No one is allowed to enter it and explore it. The great question is why? Why is it off limits? Is it because the mysterious vaults and ancient Egyptian artifacts are real? And they are located there? Even today, the mysterious area of the canyon is a restricted zone, off limits for hikers, explorers and even park personnel.
The story of the mysterious ‘lost ancient Egyptian colony‘ in the Grand Canyon is filled with mystery.
What if professor Kincaid and his colleague professor Jordan did exist and worked for the Smithsonian Institute but under another name?
Or is it possible that the story printed by the Arizona Gazette is an elaborate hoax, an attempt to increase sales for an ‘unknown’ local newspaper? after all, only the Arizona Gazette wrote about the alleged discovery.
If something of this magnitude was real, wouldn’t other newspapers have rushed and printed the magnificent story?
While it is impossible to say for certain whether or not the caves exist, and ‘someone’ actually recovered ancient Egyptian artifacts fro the caves, we know that the Ancient Egyptians were capable of alot of things, and they could have had the ability to travel to the Americas.
Evidence of that an intriguing set of glyphs located in Australia (another finding highly debated).
While the mysterious glyphs, known as the Gosford Glyphs, are considered as a hoax by mainstream scholars, many people believe that the Gosford Glyphs are just one of the many pieces which point towards Ancient Egyptian large-scale oceanic voyages.
But in addition to the above, there are quite a few indicators which suggest the ancient Egyptians sailed around the planet and had the ability to perform large-scale oceanic voyages thousands of years ago.
Another intriguing fact that points towards ancient Egyptians traveling to the Americas or vice-versa are the mummified remains of Lady Henut Taui. The mummy, analyzed by German scientists Svetla Balabanova, contained traces of cocaine and nicotine, something that had never before been found.
But why was the discovery a groundbreaking one? Well, cocaine and tobacco were only found in the Americas in the distant past. These plants were not exported until the 19th century, a fact that suggests that somehow, ancient Egyptians could have traveled in the Americas 3,000 years ago.
There was excitement in the city of Geneva in Switzerland last Wednesday after hundreds of people took to social media to report sighting a mysterious UFO that hovered in the dark skies over the La Praille area of the city near the stadium.
Scores of excited witnesses took to Facebook moments after the sighting to upload photographs and videos of the mysterious object.
The UFO hovered over the Geneva stadium area for about 20 seconds at about 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 12, before speeding away. Witnesses said they saw the shape and form of a solid object hovering in the sky very clearly. It was a dark-colored circular object that glowed brightly in the night sky as it took off and sped away after hovering for several seconds.
Others described it as oval-shaped and flat-topped.
Matías Vitkieviez, a Servette FC footballer, took to Facebook to report his experience, according to RT.
“Everyone sees the same thing as me? It’s completely crazy! UFO above the industrial area behind the stage of la praille #ufogva.”
A witness told Tribune de Genève that he saw the circular shape of an enormous UFO in the sky and that it was “as big as a plane.”
As it hovered over the stadium area it emitted a strange shrill noise, the witness added.
“It was about 8:30 p.m.,” he continued. “The phenomenon lasted about 20 seconds and the object departed at once, as if it was burning.”
“We can hardly see anything on the photo, but we clearly distinguished an oval and flatted-shaped object with three lights; then it quickly disappeared,” another witness, identified as Sacha, reported on Facebook.
The website 20 Minutes reports that Sacha said he had always been skeptical about UFOs but the sighting on Wednesday evening over the stadium changed his attitude.
“It changed my way of thinking. Let’s say that before I believed 30 percent in UFOs, now I believe 70 percent.”
The mystery of the strange craft over the Geneva stadium was compounded when the control tower at the Geneva International Airport responded to inquiries, saying that surveillance radar did not detect any unusual activity over the La Praille area between 8 p.m. and midnight.
The response by the control tower sparked a furious debate on social media, with hundreds of people confirming to skeptics that they saw a massive saucer-shaped UFO hovering over the Geneva stadium for several seconds before it sped away.
But some skeptics suggested that witnesses may have seen a drone equipped with LED lights.
However, an expert who analyzed images taken by witnesses concluded that the object was unlike any drone he had ever seen. According to Fabio Chironi, an aerial photography expert, the craft was simply too big to be explained away as a drone. He also argued that analysis of the footage did not reveal an aerial object resembling any known model of a drone
“Usually [drone] lights are arranged under the arms and not the ends,” Chironi told Tribune de Genève. “Moreover, they are of different colors to distinguish the front from the back. Finally, the object appears to be too big to be a drone.”
And although Chironi had no idea what the flying object might have been, popular UFO blogger Scott C. Waring was convinced, as usual, that he knew exactly what it was.
Waring claimed that the UFO was almost certainly a TR3B UFO.
“In the two videos posted to Facebook, I notice that there are three lights in the sky which make it look like a TR3B (alien tech in USAF hands), which could be USAF or it could be actual aliens,” he argued in an October 15 post to his UFO Sightings Daily blog.
According conspiracy theorists, TR3B crafts, also known as “black triangle UFOs,” are a new generation of advanced stealth reconnaissance aircraft developed by the USAF under decades-long Pentagon black projects.
The technology on which the alleged crafts are based was inspired by decades of reverse-engineering research conducted by teams of U.S. government scientists working in secret with alien UFOs recovered from several UFO crash sites, including Roswell in New Mexico.
The USAF TR-3 series includes prototypes, such as the TR-3A Black Manta, and the more advanced TR-3B prototypes that allegedly include the Aurora and the Astra.

Although the U.S. government has never acknowledged the existence of the alleged TR-3 crafts, alien hunters claim there have been hundreds of authenticated sightings following the first reported sightings in the 1980s over the Antelope Valley in southern California.
However, Waring argued that the craft that appeared over Geneva was possibly not a reverse-engineered USAF TR3B craft, but one of the original alien crafts that inspired the design of the USAF TR3Bs. And one reason why he thinks it may have been an alien craft was the observation that it released a “dozen tiny glowing white drones” while hovering overhead (see video above).
“I think it is a real alien craft because I see there are a dozen tiny glowing white drones that leave the UFO and fly about just over the houses,” Waring commented.
Another reason why he thinks it may have been an alien craft was that it appeared the UFO “cloaked” itself while hovering but began glowing brightly after it powered up and sped away
“Although an alien ship can cloak itself, when it powers up its propulsion to shoot away, it will glow and be visible at night,” he wrote.
UFO hunters believe that after many decades the U.S. government is still keeping the original alien crafts recovered from the UFO crash sites, including one recovered from a site near Roswell in 1947, and another recovered from a sight near Kecksburg, Pennsylvania in the 1960s.
Thus, the UFO that appeared over the Geneva stadium may have been an alien craft manned by a human pilot or a UFO manned by ETs visiting Earth from space.
It is believed that government scientists and engineers were able to repair the crashed UFO crafts and human pilots learned through trial and error, during decades of reverse engineering efforts, to fly them.

ET Beings Plan To Remove All Governments And The Elite By 2029?
ET Beings Plan To Remove All Governments And The Elite By 2029?
The word on the street is that by 2029 the world could possibly be invaded by Extraterrestrial Beings and all Governments and the Elite are to be removed – something which has been confirmed by certain government ex-employees who worked in secret bases.
This intriguing announcement has been confirmed by Phil Schneider, who claimed to be an ex-government structural engineer who was involved in building underground military bases around America, and to be one of only three people to survive the 1979 incident between the alien Grays and U.S. military forces at the Dulce underground base.
Strangely Schneider was found dead in his apartment, apparently his death was caused by a stroke, but MANY have suggested that he was murdered – possibly by the US Government. (please click HERE to learn more about Schneider).
Phil Schneider – A man in the know who paid the ULTIMATE price?
Phil Schneider was very loud and clear about what he says that he learned about the extraterrestrials whilst working under a top-secret ‘high security’ clearance for the American Government.
Phil was mocked heavily by the media when he came out with such controversial statement. Although many people around the world, including Veterans Today senior editor Gordon Duff, had a lot of faith and belief in Schneider and even declared him in public as a “UFO whistleblower.”
Please see below a video of Phil’s controversial statements caught on camera:
When Phil was found dead in his apartment it was first indicated that he could have committed suicide, however many truth seekers around the world now believe that he was actually murdered, possibly for the things that he knew about. Schneider was found dead in his apartment in 1996.
Schneider strongly reinforced the case that back in 1954, then-President Dwight Eisenhower supposedly made a pact with three different species of aliens! This is something that Phil confirmed to a rather intrigued group of students at a lecture at the 1995 Preparedness Expo.
Phil also confirmed at the lecture that the then President did this for an exchange for ‘alien technology’
Was greed for Alien Technology, the downfall of the Human Race!?
Phil Schneider and many other UFO researches strongly (and MANY still do) believed that President Dwight Eisenhower gave the ET’s his very own permission to abduct some cattle and a very limited number of human beings.
Cattle were found in their tens of thousands across the US, inexplicably mutilated! It has been recorded that many of these brutal killings of cattle had their organs had carefully been removed, as if done by some kind of surgeon. Some said at the time that these cattle killings were done by predatory animals – but have any of you EVER seen a wolf etc with a surgeon’s knife chasing after cattle!??
Did President Eisenhower have a dark secret pact with Alien Beings!?
Phil Schneider then went on to state that the Human Abductees, which could have been in the “thousands” could very well of been ‘eaten’ by the Alien Beings – Phil confirmed that at least nine races of aliens see us human beings as merely as a “a bag of food” and nothing else! Would a President of allowed his people to end up like this? Did he have a choice, if he was that desperate to get hold of ‘their’ technology.
“Humans are seen as a BAG OF FOOD to some Alien species” – Paul Schneider
Later at the same event ( the lecture at the 1995 Preparedness Expo) Phil presented to the audience a very unusual piece of Metal. He explained that this piece of metal was in fact part of the technology that the Alien Beings were offering to the human beings as an exchange…with the key benefit of being completely INDESTRUCTIBLE!
Apparently this very special type of metal is made of niobium, an element we have on the periodic table, and marinate, which is in fact an alien element you won’t find mentioned ANYWHERE in Earth’s textbooks or science books!
Another piece of Alien technology the Human race gained off certain Extraterrestrial Beings was a spy satellite that could spot a coin on your kitchen floor. This technology apparently infrared technology and had a resolution factor of 99.99961. Paul confirmed that it was only the military that had ideas for this level of technology and it is all something that is now put into use in todays modern military equipment.
BUT according to Schneider the Aliens “violated the pact” and took more humans than what they should have done. This is when an undercover war with the Aliens was declared. Phil confirmed that the Aliens plan to rid the world of the worlds governments and the Elite, and that they plan to take over in 2029.
Phil gave a stark warning before his death – “We don’t have a whole heap of time left.” and urged the Governments to tell the people of this planet what they have done and what is coming in 2029!
Sadly Phil Schneider died not long after making these brave statements to the world. He never did quite fully explain whether it was just the world leaders that the Aliens want to rid this planet of in 2029, or was it the Human Race as a whole?!
The Extra-terrestrials ‘removal of the Elite’ coming in 2029?
U.I.P SUMMARY – much as this story may appear a little ‘over the top’, it is important to remember that there are a lot of odd goings on around the world at the moment, that could be possibly deemed as a build up to ‘something’, but a war?? Could you actually declare war on a species that has the technology to travel between the stars!
Dr. Ellen Stofan of NASA recently announced that NASA will discover ‘Alien civilizations’ by 2025.
What with NASA confirming that they have discovered potential ‘habitable planets’ with similar living conditions to planet earth, Kepler 452b being one of their more recent finds, which is about 60% larger than planet earth and up to 1.5 Billion years older (just imagine the potential advancement of any beings on that planet!?). We also have leading professors such as Stephen Hawking helping to fund Alien hunting projects, something he has usually dismissed as too dangerous!?
And on top of all this ‘apparent’ influx of drip-feeding, we now even have the Catholic church ADMITTING to the world that Extra-terrestrials exist! Something which has caused a few raised eyebrows around the world – something that most religions has DISMISSED until recently.
The Vatican’s acceptance of Alien Beings has raised quite a few eyebrows around the world.
The Facts….
We ARE being drip fed disclosure from every corner of the world, and on top of this UFO sightings have recently DOUBLED (please click HERE to read more on this) and more and more people are witnessing the Extra-terrestrials in their masses in the skies above us – even the International Space Station cannot look ANYWHERE with their HD cameras without capturing a UFO near them – Even TV shows and adverts are focusing in on ‘Aliens’ more and more nowadays….all designed to waken up the masses of this world!?
This is NO coincidence as I’m sure the majority of you will all agree, BUT the question is, is this a build up to war being stirred by the world leaders and the Elite, against a potential ET race that has an ongoing dispute with specific governments around the world? It’s a good question and our personal thoughts on this is that IF we are heading towards an Alien conflict, then surely we could not compete against a far more technologically advanced race (or race’s) UNLESS as Phil Schneider has stated before, perhaps we are already using their own weapons against them!? (please see video below which opens up on this intriguing subject!).
Who knows, perhaps there are ET Beings out there who have OUR ‘best interests at heart’ and are willing to defend us against TWO possible fronts – The ‘Disgruntled ET Beings AND our very own world leaders and the Elite on Planet earth’.
Like many have stated before, there is good and bad in every walks of life and perhaps the GOOD out there is willing to fight for us against the ‘evil within’ and those that wish to remove us from the very planet that we call home. Don’t forget there have been reports of Alien Wars in the sky before (please click HERE)….perhaps leaders of the past (and present) have meddled into something which needs ‘outside support’
Nobody knows the TRUTH apart from those that are ‘lying to us all’ but TWO things are very much for sure, we are NOT alone, and they are VERY MUCH HERE!

‘Aliens Are All Around Us’ – Confirms The Elites Puppet Professor!
‘Aliens Are All Around Us’ – Confirms The Elites Puppet Professor!
Alien life is behind the mysteries of the universe, according to a radical new theory, which many believe is part of the ‘drip-feeding’ of Disclosure!!
Ancient non-human life forms morphed into the physical world and are the driving force behind mind-boggling quantum physics and phenomena like dark matter, according to a senior Columbia University Astrophysicist!
The expert says our universe is the remains of intelligent alien life that controls all aspects of the physical world — from gravity to the speed of light and possibly beyond!
Its infested with LIFE out there! – Art by Raphael Terra
This intriguing yet very obvious theory helps to explain the great mysteries of the cosmos and also answers why we have yet to find intelligent life beyond our planet, Professor Caleb Scharf says.
In a recent article for Science Journal Nautilus, the radical thinker wrote that alien life could exist in the behavior of subatomic particles and the expansion of the universe.
“Perhaps hyper-advanced life isn’t just external. Perhaps it’s already all around,” he said.
“It is embedded in what we perceive to be physics itself.
“In other words, life might not just be in the equations. It might be the equations.”
He points to a theory that suggests alien life forms intelligent enough to reach us will have already turned themselves into living machines.
Humanity too faces this prospect when our creations overtake our own intelligence — a point dubbed “singularity.”
Taking this a step further, Scharf says hyper-advanced aliens may have gone beyond turning themselves into machine creatures and gone as far as becoming a complex physical system.
“If you’re a civilization that has learned how to encode living systems into different [materials], all you need to do is build a normal-matter-to-dark-matter data-transfer system: a dark matter 3D printer,” Scharf explained.
His theory centers around the idea that we have not seen complex life apart from our own because it already exists around us.
“We don’t recognize advanced life because it forms an integral and unsuspicious part of what we’ve considered to be the natural world,” he wrote.
Caleb Scharf – The Elites front man for Disclosure??
U.I.P SUMMARY
One thing is for sure U.I.P followers, we are in for a pretty important 2017 it seems!
The elite appear to be getting incredibly ‘twitchy’ hence more and more ‘ET/UFO’ stories hitting the media and news, and now major professors like Caleb Scharf announcing to the world that we are all ‘surrounded by Aliens’ – Obvious YES, but a build up to something so much bigger? Most definitely YES!
We are being drip fed disclosure on a weekly basis, because the Elite can NO longer contain the TRUTH and the truth is coming no matter what! But, they don’t want hitting us all too soon, because those who want to control us and divide us know that their power will be nothing but a distant grey memory! Remember what is happening to those who are already in the know – please check our article out on those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice –
Paying the ultimate sacrifice to the Elite – NASA engineer and expert pilot Alberto Behar crashed his small plane in the streets of L.A. on a clear day, the plane just lost altitude.
OTTAWA—A drone? A weather balloon? A piece of garbage swept up by the wind?
The pilots of a Porter Airlines flight inbound to Toronto on Monday morning were forced to put their plane into a sudden dive to avoid a mid-air collision with an unidentified object high over Lake Ontario, causing minor injuries to two flight attendants.
Now investigators with the Transportation Safety Board of Canada admit they have a puzzle on their hands to determine exactly what the pilots had to avoid.
“Nobody knows at this point. It happened so quick,” said Peter Rowntree, senior regional investigator with the safety board.
“We’ve got our work cut out trying to figure out what this unidentified flying object was. What did they encounter?” Rowntree said in an interview.
“It definitely wasn’t a bird. It was a fairly large object,” he said, describing it as up to three metres wide.
There were initial concerns that the object was an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), or drone, highlighting once again worries about their growing prevalence and the risks they pose to aviation.
Rowntree said it was too soon to say for sure. But he said the location of the incident — at 2,743 metres (9,000 feet) over the lake near the U.S. border, far from shore — is reason for concern if it was a drone.
The Porter Dash 8-400 turboprop was on its initial approach to Toronto’s Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport from Ottawa when the two pilots saw they were on a collision course. They had mere seconds to spot the object and react to avoid the danger.
“They essentially just pushed the nose down to get underneath it,” Rowntree said.
“It’s a big sky out there, so the fact they even saw it is something,” he said, noting that the aircraft was travelling at almost 450 kilometres per hour.
Two flight attendants suffered minor injuries in the evasive manoeuvre. They were taken to hospital and released. None of the 54 passengers on board the flight were injured, airline spokesperson Brad Cicero said.
At first the pilots believed the object was a balloon, but later thought it could have been a drone, Cicero said.
The proliferation and capability of unmanned aerial vehicles has been a growing worry for pilots who fear a catastrophic mid-air collision. By Sept. 1, there had been 82 reports of potential UAV infractions in Canada this year, compared to 97 in all of 2015 and 61 in 2014, according to Transport Canada.
Transport Minister Marc Garneau’s office said Monday that “new, clearer regulations” for drone use would be released in the coming months.
Existing rules already restrict the use of drones around airports and at higher altitudes to minimize the risk of a potential collision. But there are calls for Transport Canada to do more to raise public awareness.
“I don’t believe the word is getting out,” said Dan Adamus, Canada board president of the Air Line Pilots Association, International.
“That’s the problem. People just look up in the sky and they don’t understand it’s airspace that aircraft use,” he said in an interview.
He said a mid-air collision with a drone would likely be worse than hitting a bird and could easily disable a control surface, cause an engine failure or shatter the windscreen.
And he said the pilots association wants Canada to follow the lead of the United States and require owners to register their UAVs with the federal authorities, a formality that may encourage some to be more responsible in how they fly the vehicles.
“We certainly recognize the potential of remotely piloted aircraft for a whole variety of reasons, but they can’t compromise aviation safety,” he said.
Rowntree echoed that concern.
“It’s only a matter of time before — and you hate to say it — an airplane is going to hit a drone,” he said.
