The eyewitness said that a MUFON conference was being held just the night before, so this UFO may feel the mental thoughts of believers in intelligent alien life. Yes, it matters, yes some species can feel it a long ways away. Even the eyewitness said in the video, "It knows I'm watching it."

A scientist believes he has discovered the origins of the famous “WOW!” signal.

Of all the occurrences discovered by science in outer space, the renowned signal Wow! It is among the most enigmatic.

It is a 72-second radio wave signal collected by the Big Ear Radio Observatory on August 15, 1977. A message that hasn’t ever been spotted before. Nothing similar has occurred since then.

The scientist Jerrt Ehman was in charge of spotting this signal in the radio telescope, and when he acquired such data, he jotted down the word Wow! in addition to the recorded information, thus the suitable moniker.

Nevertheless, this would not imply that an alien is trying to be spotted. It is not even known where it originates from with certainty, and there is a chance that it is a natural phenomenon, which would also be fantastic news.

As a result, it is the responsibility of subsequent generations to try to decipher the cause of this extraordinary event.

A new study has evaluated the data and says that it has uncovered the source of the signal; a star in the Sagittarius constellation that may fit the parameters for life as we know it situated 1800 light-years distant.

It is the question that everyone wants to know the answer to, and it is not for the faint of heart. According to the study’s author, the signal Wow! According to DW analysis, it is the best radio transmission candidate for SETI (search for alien intelligence) that we have acquired with our telescopes.

However, it is equally reasonable to believe that a putative alien civilization employed this element to interact.

The study’s explanation

Over the years and via various research, it was determined that the signal originated from the Sagittarius constellation or possibly from some adjacent star clusters. Working on this terrain, on the other hand, is almost a mission impossible in a sense.

However, astronomer Albert Knight set out to evaluate data from thousands of stars in this location until the search could be narrowed down. That is how he discovered 2MASS 19281982-2640123, a star identical to our Sun located 1,800 light-years distant in the constellation of Sagittarius, as published by D.W.

Although this star is too far away to send any reaction in the form of radio or light transmission, Caballero stated in his final essay that it could be a wonderful target for observations hunting for exoplanets surrounding the star.

The most startling aspect of the case is that the star that is pointed to is quite close to the distance at which an extraterrestrial civilization is most likely to reside. This star’s estimated temperature is barely 5 degrees warmer than the Sun’s, and its radius and luminosity are nearly similar. According to him, it is a good target for searching for potentially habitable exoplanets.

Even if this signal was not transmitted by an extraterrestrial civilization, this study is fantastic news for astronomy. We already indicated that the fact that it is a natural occurrence is beneficial since there could be a world identical to our Earth in this vicinity. However, it also provides a fresh observation tool for other constellations in the never-ending quest.

A controversial Harvard scientist says he wants to launch an investigation into a meteor that he believes is actually alien technology lying at the bottom of Pacific Ocean. 

Last week, the US Space Command confirmed that a meteor that hit Earth in January 2014 did come from another solar system and is therefore the first known interstellar object.

US Space Command officials have said that the meteor, measuring just 1.5 feet across, 'was indeed an interstellar object'.

Their confirmation means the famous interstellar object known as Oumuamua, discovered in 2017, is actually the second interstellar object to visit our solar system.

But Harvard physicist Avi Loeb claimed on Wednesday that the object is instead a piece of alien technology. 

'Our discovery of an interstellar meteor heralds a new research frontier,' Loeb wrote in The Debrief.

'The fundamental question is whether any interstellar meteor might indicate a composition that is unambiguously artificial in origin.

'Better still, perhaps some technological components would survive the impact.'

He suggested scooping up the object from the bottom of the Pacific with a magnet in order to examine the 'artificial' object and added that retrieving the object could be an opportunity to fulfill a lifelong dream of getting his hands on alien technology. 

'My dream is to press some buttons on a functional piece of equipment that was manufactured outside of Earth,' Loeb wrote. 

Loeb has made a name for himself for openly believing that aliens have made contact with Earth.

In 2021, the physicist released a book titled 'Extraterrestrial: The First Sign of Intelligent Life Beyond Earth,' that argued that Oumuamu is not a comet or asteroid, but a light sail – a method of spacecraft propulsion. 

Oumuamua was discovered in October 2017 by a telescope in Hawaii millions of miles away.

At the time of the discovery, Loeb received backlash from scientists after claiming the object was actually a discarded piece of technology from aliens.  

'We know that it's artificially made. It had no cometary tail,' Loeb claimed. 

'We know that we made it. So that provides evidence that we can tell the difference between a rock and an object that is pushed by sunlight.

'The trouble is the only way to know for certain Oumuamua's origins is by taking an image of it, but the object is already too far away.

'So we missed the opportunity,' he said. 'It's like having a guest for dinner, by the time you realize it's weird, it's already out of the front door into the dark street. That was the first guest, and we should look for more.'

Loeb is now saying the 2014 object is also alien technology. 

A lot of the information surrounding the 2014 object has until now been classified by the US government.

Scientists believe it may have left interstellar debris in the South Pacific Ocean, which if recovered could reveal more about the rocky object's origin.

Dr Mozer 'reviewed analysis of additional data available to the Department of Defense related to this finding,' reads the memo, which is signed by Lt. Gen. John E. Shaw, deputy commander of the US Space Command.

'Dr Mozer confirmed that the velocity estimate reported to NASA is sufficiently accurate to indicate an interstellar trajectory.'

It was back in 2019 that Harvard University researchers posted a study on the preprint server arXiv, acknowledging the meteor's existence and saying it had come from outside our solar system.

The study, which still hasn't been peer reviewed, reported the meteor as originating from interstellar space with '99.999 per cent confidence'.

According to the authors, the study has been awaiting peer review for years so the claim could be confirmed, but it's faced roadblocks from the US government, which was withholding key information from a publicly-available NASA database.

Information about the meteor is scarce, although its details – including its coordinates above Manus Island – are logged in NASA's Center for Near Earth Object Studies (CNEOS).

Navy Astronaut and 6th Man on the Moon Believed in Alien Intervention

He started talking publicly about his less mainstream beliefs in 1973, just two years after landing on the moon, when he abruptly left NASA, divorced his wife and founded the Institute for Noetic Sciences. He used that as a platform to discuss exploring new worlds in ways separate from known science or religion. He became convinced that extraterrestrial life had been visiting Earth and helping humanity along a more spiritual path.

Mitchelle began to form his metaphysical and extraterrestrial beliefs during his training as an aviator, but he wasn’t known as a kook or prone to making wild statements. He was one of the U.S. military’s most able and brilliant pilots. NASA would recognize this potential as well, giving Mitchell the chance to live the dream he’d had since President John F. Kennedy challenged the United States to land a man on the moon.

When Kennedy announced the Space Program’s goal to reach the moon in 1961, Mitchell was ready to go.

“That's what I wanted, because it was the bear going over the mountain to see what he could see, and what could you learn,” he said. “I've been devoted to that, to exploration, education and discovery since my earliest years, and that's what kept me going.”

Mitchell spent much of his adult life in the U.S. Navy. He was a Naval Aviator before attending the Navy’s postgraduate school. He then became a Navy research pilot and earned a PhD in aeronautics and astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He eventually attended the U.S. Air Force Research pilot school to become a test pilot. While he was working to graduate first in his class as a test pilot, he was instructing astronauts in mathematics and navigation.

In 1966, just 13 years after enlisting, he became a NASA astronaut. He was in the rotation for Apollo missions 9 and 10, and was supposed to go up with ill-fated Apollo 13. But it was during Apollo 14 that Edgar Mitchell was finally able to set foot on the moon’s surface.

While coming back to Earth, he finally had a moment to take in the view. To see Earth from outside changed the way he saw himself and humanity. In a 2016 interview with VICE, he called it “powerful… overview effect.”

"From looking at Earth from space you come up with the question, who are we, how did we get here and where's all this going? And that's an ancient, ancient question that humans have asked for a long time… My experience was to realize that perhaps our science is wrong at answering these questions and perhaps our religious cosmologies are archaic and flawed. And given that now we are an extraterrestrial civilization ourselves, we need to re-ask these questions, and do a lot more work to find the answers."

The once-enlisted sailor who became the 6th human on the moon died in 2016 at age 85.

The Mystery Of Japan’s Yonaguni Monument: Documentary, Facts

The Yonaguni Monument is an enormous underwater rock formation that covers an area of 60 by 50 meters. It was first discovered in the mid-1980s by a scuba diver looking to observe hammerhead sharks. Pseudoarchaelogists believe it to be a monolith carved by man thousands of years ago.

The Yonaguni island area is a popular scuba diving destination. Many would say it’s a must-see when diving near Okinawa. Now, divers travel to explore the mysterious Yonaguni pyramid-like structure and its surrounding artifacts.

It was actually by “accident” that Kihachiro Aratake discovered what some scientists call “the archaeological find of the century.” He discovered the mysterious find in 1986 while diving off the coast of Yonaguni Jima, searching for a new spot to view hammerhead sharks. However, he inadvertently strayed outside of the designated safety zone. In front of him lay a massive stone structure on the ocean floor at a depth of 35 meters. 

He explored the monument and was in awe at how colossal it was. Due to the heavy encrustation of coral, it was difficult to determine exactly what it was. Curious, he encircled it, again and again, taking photographs before returning to shore.

Initial Study

Masaaki Kimura, a marine geology and seismology professor at the University of Ryukyus, spent years studying the site. He observed and collected data to discover an answer. While his findings were profound, counterarguments, and doubt ensued.

To this day, many divers have visited the site to form their conclusions. Is it an underwater city that once housed an ancient lost civilization? Or is it a rock formation that nature built?

The answer, beyond a shadow of a doubt, has yet to be confirmed. 

Where is the Yonaguni Monument Located?

The site is off the south coast of Yonaguni, an island in Japan’s southwest corner. The island itself is about 70 miles from Taiwan and features lush green wilderness and sandy shores. Divers come from all over the world to witness the ancient site and hike around the beautiful island. The coordinates are 24°26′09″N 123°00′41″E

Theories 

Some believe that the monument is a human-made pyramid structure bearing evidence of a lost ancient civilization. It was even referred to as the “Japanese Atlantis.”

Masaaki Kimura spent over 15 years studying the site. He is convinced that it was man-made, suggesting that ancient people once lived where it stands. It’s said to be evidence of the lost continent of Mu, long since submerged following a severe hurricane.

During his many dives to the site, Kimura gathered substantial evidence that man, not nature, formed the ancient structure. He noted several specific artificial features that supported his theory. These features include marks from tools, a retaining wall, a (suggestive) road, drainage canals, gates, stairways, and two carved monuments shaped like turtles.

Kimura also found the suggested remains of tools made from stone and a massive relief carved with animals.

Kimura’s findings concluded with:

“It is hard to believe nature would have left such a clear outline.”

Kimura ascertains that his research and Yonaguni Island submarine topography show specific evidence of an ancient city lost to the sea. He also found several other constructions. These include a series of smaller temples, a possible stadium, and defined road structures to connect them. In addition to that, recovered tablets (called the “Okinawan Rosetta Stones”) seem to suggest evidence of the ancient city’s existence.

Kimura’s evidence initially led him to conclude that the city was over 10,000 years old. Later research led him to fix his estimate to be in the range of 2,000-3,000 years old.

The Counterargument

Skeptics generally dispute any speculation of ancient submerged cities, and the mystery of this site is no exception.

Dissenters say the straight edges of the monument resulted from the natural stratigraphy of sandstones. These often will look like a straight line, straight enough to be human-made. 

Robert Schoch, a math and science professor at Boston University who dived the site stated:

“Isolated portions of it look like they’re man-made, but when you look at it in context…you see how, in this case, fine sandstones split along horizontal bedding plains that give you these regular features.”

In other words, the straight lines of the formed structure could indicate nature’s natural process of erosion. After all, nature can create some beautiful anomalies.

Schoch adds that the island features several tombs of uncertain age (but clearly ancient) that are similar to the Yonaguni Monument. The tombs would suggest that the people could have mimicked the natural design or modified a natural structure with their hands and tools. However, it doesn’t mean there is a city buried underwater.

Other theories speculate that the formation was a foundation for a since-destroyed building or even a quarry for cutting stones. As Schoch put it, “Possibly the choice between natural and human-made isn’t simply either/or.“

As for its age, Kimura’s original “10,000-year” estimate inspired doubt, simply because of its improbability. Some argue that it’s highly unlikely that such an ancient people would have the means to build such a structure. At any rate, the design and construction would be too complex and challenging for any civilization to accomplish.

Preservation of the Yonaguni “Ruins”

The Yonaguni Monument has captivated many scholars’ interests over the years. However, it is not officially considered an important cultural landmark. The doubt and conflicting theories surrounding its origins are enough not to merit any government preservation efforts. Instead, the responsibility lies with the scholars and other individuals who work on the site.

A Continuing Mystery

Just like the lost city of Atlantis, Japan’s Yonaguni Monument will likely always inspire skepticism. Any evidence found can only support speculation and often generates a counterargument.

However, the site’s mystery adds to its appeal because sometimes it’s best not to be sure. Instead, diving into the unknown presents a much more fulfilling challenge.

A spacecraft that has circled Mars over 1,300 times has captured a stunning series photos covering the entire planet.

China's Tianwen-1 orbiter has returned high-resolution images of the Martian south pole, where almost all of the planet's water resources are locked.

Other images show the 2,485-mile (4,000-kilometre) long canyon Valles Marineris, and the impact craters of Arabia Terra, an upland region in the north of Mars.

The Tianwen-1 orbiter successfully reached the Red Planet in February 2021 on China's inaugural mission there. 

A photo of the surface was also taken by the Zhurong rover, which made its descent onto the planet's surface as part of the Tianwen-1 mission on May 22 2021.

The orbiter photographed the Arabia Terra impact craters, an upland region of northern Mars. Its battered topography indicates great age, and it is presumed to be one of the oldest terrains on the planet

The images of the south pole on Mars are the first taken by the Chinese spacecraft, as reported by state media today.

In 2018, an orbiting probe operated by the European Space Agency had discovered water under the ice of the planet's south pole.

Locating subsurface water is key to determining the planet's potential for life, as well as providing a permanent resource for any human exploration there.

Tianwen-1 also sent back high-resolution imagery of the edge of the 57-mile (91-kilometre) Maunder crater on the southern Highlands of Mars.

Another photo shows a top-down view of the 11-mile (18-kilometre) Ascraeus Mons shield volcano, first detected by NASA's Mariner 9 spacecraft over 50 years ago. 

Tianwen-1 is the name of robotic spacecraft to Mars that actually consists of six separate pieces of equipment – an orbiter, two deployable cameras, a lander, a remote camera and the Zhurong rover.

China successfully launched the uncrewed Tianwen-1 on July 23, 2020 aboard a Long March 5 Y-4 carrier rocket from Wenchang Space Launch Centre. 

The mission named Tianwen-1, or 'Questions to Heaven', as a nod to an ancient Chinese poem that has verses about the cosmos.

The probe travelled a total of 295 million miles (475 million kilometres) and carried out several trajectory manoeuvres before entering Martian orbit on February 10, 2021.

After over three months of preparations, the probe released the lander which touched down on Mars on May 14, 2021 (May 15 Chinese time). 

The feat made China the second country, after the US, to have successfully conducted a Martian landing. 

The orbiter and its deployable cameras have been encircling the planet in space ever since, and have completed over 1,300 orbits.

The robotic Zhurong rover made its descent from the lander on the planet's surface on May 22, about a week after the lander touched down. 

China's mission includes a Mars orbiter, that will carry the lander and rover until release, a lander, that will parachute down the the surface carrying the rover, and a rover that will study the planet's soil and atmosphere for signs of life

In January this year, Tianwen-1 snapped a series of 'selfies' taken by a small camera that it released into orbit.

One shows a full view of Tianwen-1 in space with the Red Planet's north pole in the background, while another shows an impressive close-up of its reflective gold body and solar antenna wing.  

To capture the images, Tianwen-1 jettisoned one of its small cameras, which beamed back its snaps via Wi-Fi.

NASA plans to send a manned mission to Mars in the 2030s after first landing on the Moon 

Mars has become the next giant leap for mankind's exploration of space.

But before humans get to the red planet, astronauts will take a series of small steps by returning to the moon for a year-long mission.

Details of a the mission in lunar orbit have been unveiled as part of a timeline of events leading to missions to Mars in the 2030s.

Nasa has outlined its four stage plan (pictured) which it hopes will one day allow humans to visit Mars at he Humans to Mars Summit held in Washington DC yesterday. This will entail multiple missions to the moon over coming decades

In May 2017, Greg Williams, deputy associate administrator for policy and plans at Nasa, outlined the space agency's four stage plan that it hopes will one day allow humans to visit Mars, as well as its expected time-frame.

Phase one and two will involve multiple trips to lunar space, to allow for construction of a habitat which will provide a staging area for the journey.

The last piece of delivered hardware would be the actual Deep Space Transport vehicle that would later be used to carry a crew to Mars. 

And a year-long simulation of life on Mars will be conducted in 2027. 

Phase three and and four will begin after 2030 and will involve sustained crew expeditions to the Martian system and surface of Mars.

In the “Sirius Documentary,” hosted by UFOlogist Steven Greer, US Air Force retired Colonel Ross Dedrickson testified that he observed UFOs over the nuclear facilities in which he was assigned. Besides, he said the extraterrestrials were not allowing nuclear weapons in space. They stopped the nuclear missile that was sent to detonate on the Lunar surface. The US was in the urge to demonstrate its power to the Soviets.

Col. Ross Dedrickson was assigned to the US Atomic Energy Commission. A long service with the Energy Commission between 1950-1958 included contract administration duties at Nevada test sites, Pacific Nuclear Test Area west of Hawaii, nuclear weapon manufacturing and quality assurance in Albuquerque, and inspection of nuclear and non-nuclear facilities throughout the country. He served with the 5th Air Force in Japan and later as a ranking Colonel, Officer in Charge of the Pacific Unified Command (TM)s alternate “command and control center” in Hawaii. In 1962, he was transferred and served as Deputy for Material for the 832 Air Division at Canon Air Force Base, Clovis, New Mexico. He retired from the USAF in 1964.

“A couple of nuclear weapons that were sent to space were destroyed by the extraterrestrials. Our government sent nuclear weapons for the explosion on the moon’s surface. It was intended to, as I understand it, assess some scientific data and reactions and so forth. The idea of an explosion in space by any Earth government was not acceptable to the extraterrestrials, and that has been demonstrated over and over,” Colonel said.

He is one of hundreds of military whistleblowers with verified backgrounds to have been brought forth by Dr. Steven Greer’s Disclosure Project. UFO Shot Down Missile In 1964

For 18 years, Robert Jacobs had been participating in the official United States Government-ordered UFO coverup. Retired USAF Lieutenant Robert Jacobs had been an officer in charge of optical instrumentation at the 1369th Photo Squadron at Vandenberg from 1963 to 1966. His job was to establish a long-range tracking site at Big Sur, California. Those days, ballistic missiles used to blow upon launch, and Dr. Jacobs’ duty was to determine the reason behind every missile failure at the Western Test Range. As the missiles had to carry a nuclear weapon to a specific target, they were monitoring the dummy warhead to find the reason behind their blow.

Dr. Jacobs recalled that the UFO incident had most probably been associated with the launch of an Atlas missile happened either September 2nd, 3rd, or 15th, 1964.

Dr. Jacobs explained: “Because of the length of the telescope as the Atlas missile entered the frame, we could see the whole third stage which has two rocket nozzles like this and one in the center or gimballed one in the center fill in our frame from one hundred and about 160 miles it was pretty exciting optics we watched that stage burnout we watched the second stage burnout we watch a third stage burnout and into the frame came something else it flew into the frame.”

According to him, the warhead was approached by a UFO, fired a beam of light at it from different directions. Subsequently, the warhead malfunctioned and tumbled out of sub orbit hundreds of miles short of its target. “This… unidentified flying… thing had apparently shot down an American dummy atomic warhead,” Dr. Jacobs said.

Nuclear-adjacent sightings go back decades, said Robert Hastings, a UFO researcher and author of the book “UFOs and Nukes: Extraordinary Encounters at Nuclear Weapons Sites.” Hastings said he interviewed more than 160 veterans who witnessed strange things in the skies around nuclear sites.

One of the airmen was enjoying the clear morning sky when suddenly a star appeared, moving in a zig-zag manner. Then another light came. He called the Flight Security Controller (FSC), and they both watched the movement of those strange lights. They reported to Salas and he asked them to keep an eye on those lights.

Firstly, it did not concern Salas because he thought that his colleagues were possibly joking. In some time, he was called by the controller again, and he (FSC) was frightened and shouting. They were watching a UFO, hovering outside the front gate.

“I can’t really describe it. It’s glowing red. What are we supposed to do? Make sure the site is secure and I’ll phone the Command Post. Sir, I have to go now, one of the guys just got injured.”

After that, Salas lost communication with the airman and security guard. He immediately contacted his commander Lt. Fred Meiwald, who was sleeping at that time. While he was on the call with Lt. Meiwald, a security alarm rang, indicating a problem within the missile system. He checked the matter and found there was a “No-Go” light on, and two red security lights were lit. He was just trying to understand what went wrong, consecutively several alarms went off and they lost “entire flight of ten ICBMs to a ‘No-Go’ (inoperable) condition.”

In 2015, Podesta received emails from Mitchell that expressed his concern about the weaponization of space and its impact on the ETI (extraterrestrial intelligence). Despite the fact that aliens might be violent as shown in various sci-fi, the notable astronaut called them nonviolent in an email.

In January 2015, he sent an email to Podesta, asking him to have an urgent meeting to discuss Disclosure and Zero Point Energy (ZPE). He was concerned about the peace in space.

Mitchell wrote: “My Catholic colleague Terri Mansfield will be there too, to bring us up to date on the Vatican’s awareness of ETI. Another colleague is working on a new Space Treaty, citing involvement with Russia and China. However with Russia’s extreme interference in Ukraine, I believe we must pursue another route for peace in space and ZPE on Earth.”

Mitchell emailed Podesta again on September 18, 2015. He wrote: “Because the War in Space race is heating up, I felt you should be aware of several factors as you and I schedule our Skype talk. Remember, our nonviolent ETI from the contiguous universe are helping us bring zero point energy to Earth. They will not tolerate any forms of military violence on Earth or in space.”

It was confirmed by one of Mitchell’s collaborators that the meeting between Podesta and him never took place. During the 2016 election campaign, Podesta declared he would convince Clinton to declassify as many UFO files as possible. In 2014, he tweeted that his biggest failure during the Obama administration was not to ask them for the release of UFO files.

Apollo astronaut Edgar Mitchell died in 2016 but for his entire life, he was a pacifist and a promoter of ETI reality. According to him, ZPE is the ultimate energy source from which all matter derives.

‘Independence Day’ a reality? 1 in 3 people believe they’ve seen a real UFO

In the absence of a real spacecraft flying over their heads and saying hello, 36 percent say they get their information about aliens and UFOs from documentaries. Another 24 percent say their info comes from the internet and 22 percent rely on family and friends.

Just like the saying on “The X-Files,” 43 percent believe “the truth is out there.” With that in mind, one in three say they actively go looking for UFOs and the same number have come up with their own stories for an unexplainable event they witnessed.

Aliens love my city!

One in four respondents (26%) think their hometown is an alien “hot spot” when it comes to unusual sightings in the sky. In the U.K., London tops the list of UFO hot spots.

Although a strange sighting may make for some interesting coffee talk, not everyone wants to share their experiences with the paranormal. Only three in 10 say they openly talk about UFOs, while four in 10 prefer to keep their theories about aliens to themselves.

The survey, conducted by OnePoll, also found that 48 percent don’t fully trust anything they can’t find an obvious answer for. That’s why 61 percent add there are certain events in history that still baffle them — like the first Moon landing.

Similarly, the Bermuda Triangle (23%) and the Illuminati (17%) top the list of myths and theories people would like to believe are true. Another 26 percent think Nevada’s Area 51 is where the U.S. Air Force secretly investigates and experiments with alien technology.

“There are lots of strange happenings in the sky and people should feel encouraged to share their stories, especially on days like World UFO Day,” a Beavertown spokesperson says in a statement. “There are more believers out there than we think and we want to celebrate them over a pint.”

Sachiti, who is a British entrepreneur, purchased a network of private roads along a 250,000 square feet to test his 'spaceship, alien-looking' autonomous vehicles, but the radar system was an added bonus.

'UFOs obviously,' he jokingly told DailyMail.com in response to being asked what he plans on doing with the gigantic 25-foot-tall machine that once alerted the British army to oncoming nuclear missiles.

'I will find a way to bring this to life and let the people choose the best way to use it,' he said.

'If people want to hunt UFOS, I guess it is hunting UFOs.'

The massive system is located on the Royal Air Force Neatishead, an air defense station in England.

In 2010, it was advertised for sale with an asking price of $4,780,000 – Sachiti declined to say how much he paid for the location.

During a Zoom interview, Sachiti gave DailyMail.com a close up look at the coveted radar system that is about 65 feet wide and sits on a large pedestal.

'This thing could do for others what Star Trek did for me as a kid,' he said, noting that it will take about two years until the radar system is up and running.

He reached out on Reddit for help on bringing it back to life, which he says is part of his belief in the power of crowdsourcing. 

Sachiti is a roboticist, artificial intelligence expert and serial entrepreneur who uses his free time to solve the problems of the world, he told DailyMail.com.

The system is being used by the Royal Air Force and by a company that monitors 25 percent of UK roads.

'They are using our car vision to detect potholes and depth,' he said.

Elon Musk's Tesla announced on Monday that its vehicles are now scanning for potholes – a feature that came much later than Sachiti's.

He also gave DailyMail.com a tour of his 'space bus' that is a traveling office and auto shop for engineers to work on the autonomous vehicles.

It once ran on diesel, but Sachiti redesigned it to only use the power of the sun.

The highlight of the bus is a chair with a steering wheel at the back, which looks similar to one seen in arcades.

The chair allows engineers to take over control of the autonomous vehicles and drive them into the bus to work on them.

While his team is testing the vehicles along the roads, Sachiti plans on bringing new life to the radar system, which was part of an early warning system meant to alert the British military if nuclear missiles were coming their way.

Known as the AMES Type 84 radar unit, this one was in operation from 1962 through 1994 and released microwaves to detect nukes.

Sachiti does not plan on using it for its original purpose, but instead hopes the public can find a task more suitable for the modern world.

'My expensive hobby will be finding UFOs,' said Sachiti. 'If that is what the world wants, who am I to judge.'

And just recently, released ufo related research from a huge U.S. government database suggesting people who have come into contact have suffered from radiation burns have stunned the non believing public.

Throw in reports of unaccounted for pregnancies plus brain and nervous system damage from encounters with ufos and aliens, and it’s starting to sound like a horror flick from the “eponymous presenter” Svengoolie.

But this is no science fiction flick. For information like this to be talked about in the mainstream media almost as if it’s normal, is remarkable. We have truly come a long way in a short space of time.

As a ufo believer, are you surprised by any of the Pentagon information released? 

I for one am not but I understand before any of this gets normalized, there is a process of release and right now, it’s what we call the “slow trickle effect” process. 

Prolific author and researcher on paranormal events Preston Dennett also isn’t surprised. He’s been researching people having encounters with ufos and aliens since 1986.

In fact for Dennett, a non believer at that time, the topic of close contact with E.T.s and unidentified aerial phenomena wasn’t something on his “to learn list”.

Dennett has written some thirty books on the paranormal with a large number of them dedicated to people having encounters with ufos and aliens.

How Common Are Encounters With UFOs And Aliens?

I’ve interviewed hundreds of contact experiencers in just over three years. In fact, what started out as a one-off project for me to stage a three day online summit on all things extraterrestrial, has evolved into something more permanent. 

I initially went into this thinking it would be tough to find people who have had contact experiences to come forward.

What I found was the complete opposite. That was bewildering. I just assumed that only a handful of people have ever been taken by extraterrestrials.

So I dug a little deeper and the deeper I dug, the more staggering this phenomena became.

Former head of Mufon’s Experiencer Research team Kathleen Marden sent me results of a major survey on all things close encounters.

That was three years ago and the findings were, to put it mildly, “out of this world”. Millions upon millions of people have had contact experiences around the world and millions more will stay quiet to protect their identities and professions.

Do You Know SomeBody Who Has Been Taken?

Asking a question like this would have got you a sideways look or two up until recently. 

But the truth is, it’s likely that you know someone in your circle of family of friends who has had a close encounter with extraterrestrials.

They may not tell you about it but according to Preston Dennett, a quote from legendary ufologist J. Allen Hynek suggests this is much closer to home for many of us that we would like to think.

“I heard a quote from J. Allen Hynek. This is very early on in my research. He said one in forty people have been taken on board”.

“I thought, no, no way! That’s way too many. I know forty people”.

“And that’s when I really started to ask everyone I knew. And I didn’t have to ask forty which  sounds like a lot”.

“But the Roper Organization which did polling in 1991, tackled the ufo subject and found one in fifty people show the markers of being a ufo abductee”.

“I think a lot of this slides under the radar because many people who have missing time perhaps don’t quite realize it”.

“Often people are very reluctant to go forward”.

“It’s not at all unusual when I interview someone who’s had this kind of experience to say, things like ’I’ve not told anybody’ or ‘I have not even told my spouse’ or ‘I don’t have a history of mental illness’ or ‘I’ve got a good job’.”

“They’ve got all these sort of caveats. They’re very nervous about talking”. 

Which is very understandable given many of these people are professional folks with reputations and families to protect. But that seems to be changing dramatically now.

Found a pair of Song Ru Dynasty Vases (900-1200 year) Taiwan, Just News Of My Day.

 

This look very similar to the vase on Mars I found back in 2018. Click hear to read about it. 

As you may already know if you have been following me over the years, I have a passion for archeology and ancient antiques. Today I went to a small market area here in Taiwan and found a person selling antiques from China. Often antiques are snuck out of China and sold in other countries which value them more. I found something uniquely odd, rare and breathtaking...two small blue-green vases. 

At first I admired them for a few seconds, thought naw...couldn't be. Then I noticed the cracking effects, the size was right...they even had numerous flaws...I thought no...I saw such things in the Taipei museum, so...couldn't possible be real. But then I looked at the bottom...and saw the sesame seed marks from the ancient kilms of Song Ru. Most of the surviving pieces of Song Ru are small, blue/green often with a crackling ice effect (not from aging). Song Ru kilms made special pieces most often used for the Chinese Royalty, but  also lesser pieces made it to the masses. Song Ru began in the year 900 until about 1200. Some have sold for hundreds of dollars, others have sold for tens of millions. 

 

Anyways, I purchased two small vases for less than it costs to fill up my car tank with gas at $60 US for the pair. 

 

One vase measures 11.5cm by 7.5cm, has three sesame seed marks (metal prongs from Song Ru kilm) Its greenish blue is like that of a duck egg and its surface is flawed, aged, with a few tiny holes from the glaze in the kilm. Also I noticed the outside surface has a crystallization...which only comes from minerals in water...which tells me this was buried underground and may have come from an old grave a thousand years ago, but excavated no long ago. Its surface is a little rough, not smooth, but a little bit bumpy.

 

The second vase is more beautiful and measures 10cm tall by 8cm wide. This vase doesnt show any signs of crystallization, and looks well cared for, but has a few glaze bubble marks. Its surface is of higher quality...meaning it has the rare and highly desired crackled ice glaze effect which was made on purpose...and is not from aging. The bottom of the vase has 5 sesame seed marks from the Song Ru kilm holder...metal pins which held the vases while cooking. But best of all this one has a label that I have only seen on Song Ru in the Taipei National Museum...which says Northern Song Dynasty...which means they moved to kilms North in 1,100-1,200 year because of war. The label on mine is more correct for the period and age than most I seen on the internet...replicas do exist, however I do not believe these to to be fake, I believe they have a high probability of being real. 

So...that was my day today, then had some tea with the family at a restaurant and went home, because it was 93F degrees outside. 

 

Fake pieces are often flawless, made to be more eye appealing, more salable and more beautiful. The clay or pottery clay or ceramic is more pure, where Song Ru will have uneven thicknesses from side to side and when broken, air bubbles and impurities can be seen from the ancient methods used to crate the clay and materials. Fakes will not have these things.

 

There are ways to test the mineral content to see if it matches other Song Ru pieces...I may have that done later which is done in the UK. But for now...Just happy to look at them on my shelf. 😃

Possible UFO crashed on the edge of Thyles Montes on Mars

The photograph analyzed here (ESP_074267_1105) was acquired by NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter on 31 May 2022 and shows an U-shaped/horseshoe-shaped object measuring approximately 10 meters across. 

There appears to be a long straight dark trail/trench to the side of the object which seems to be emitting light. 

Could this be a UFO which came in at a very low angle trajectory crashing in to the surface leaving a dark trench?

Why Are There So Many Broken Noses on Egyptian Statues? - Knews

For years, archaeologists assumed it was due to regular wear and tear, but it turns out that the real reason so many statues have broken noses is far more intriguing: it was deliberately done!

As is the case with many archaeologists and museum curators, Edward Bleiberg, who oversees the Brooklyn Museum’s Egyptian, Classical, and Ancient Near Eastern collections, presumed that so many ancient Egyptian sculptures had their noses broken due to their age.

However, when he realized that this was one of the most often asked questions by museum visitors, he decided to investigate further. While it appears obvious that a prominent nose on a three-dimensional statue might be readily knocked off, the plot immediately deepens when you realize that a large number of flat reliefs also have broken noses, which could not have occurred accidentally. Someone is unintentionally doing it, and the question is why?

According to Bleiberg, who is assisting with the curating of an exhibition on the issue, the answer comes in the fact that these sculptures have been deliberately damaged in organized acts of iconoclasm. When you follow the signs, as he argues in Artsy, you see a pervasive pattern of deliberate destruction, all of which go back to the region’s past rulers’ political ambitions.

Egyptian state religion was interpreted as a system in which monarchs made offerings to a deity in exchange for the divinity taking care of Egypt. Sculptures and reliefs frequently depict gods receiving offerings from the elites, and because the ancient Egyptians believed that images of gods and people possessed power (or that the essence or soul of a god or person could inhabit a statue dedicated to them), sculptures played an active role in performing rituals, ‘feeding’ the gods, and retaining power. And actions of iconoclasm have the potential to undermine that authority.

The pattern of destruction immediately indicates that the targets were selected precisely to’deactivate the intensity of an image.’ Smashing a nose renders a statue-spirit incapable of breathing. By hammering the ears off, it would be unable to hear a prayer.

Eliminating divine emblems may have the effect of neutralizing their powers. By chopping off their right hand, they would be unable to receive offerings. And axing the left arm would preclude humans from making sacrifices to gods in sculptures.

Statues are not the only indications that broken noses are part of a systematic campaign of iconoclasm: there are texts expressing people’s fear of having their statues damaged, decrees from rulers threatening anyone who attempted, instructions on how to eliminate an adversary by creating an effigy and then destroying it, and attempts to safeguard statues by placing them in nooks, on ledges, or enclosing them on all three sides.

While some were defaced to avoid retribution from statue-spirits, as with iconoclasm in general, defacing sculptures aided ambitious rulers (and would-be rulers) by rewriting history to their benefit, erasing the memory of those they sought to replace.

Throughout history, this erasure frequently occurred along gendered lines. The legacies of two of Egypt’s most famous queens – Hatshepsut and Nefertiti – were almost completely erased from visual culture, and serve as a perfect illustration of how images created to legitimize the power of the figure they represent can later be harmed in ways intended to undermine that power.

Hatshepsut reigned as pharaoh alongside her stepson, Thutmose III, following her husband Thutmose II’s early demise.

When Hatshepsut died, Thutmose III desired to establish his own line of succession rather than that of his stepmother, and to crown his son Amenhotep II as pharaoh. As a result, he initiated a campaign to obliterate Hatshepsut’s memory as pharaoh, which he accomplished through a variety of acts of destruction.
