Nick Pope is a UFO expert and once worked as a Government advisor on alien issues, and now he has spoken out to say that seagulls might actually be extraterrestrial spies

A UFO expert believes that seagulls could be alien spies sent to earth to spy on humanity, and honestly, it makes a lot of sense.

Nick Pope, who worked as a Government advisor and investigated UFOs for the MoD, urged people to be distrustful of the greedy gulls.

He said that besides stealing chips and ice creams, they could pose a more serious threat by collecting evidence for an advanced alien race.

Nick said that aliens could be using the birds to surveil us and send secrets back to their mothership.

The expert added that if aliens were monitoring Earth they'd be doing it "up-close-and-personal" and seagulls would be a way for them to get "crystal clear images and recordings, right under our noses."

Nick continued: "Any civilization capable of getting here from other star systems undoubtedly has technology that would seem like magic to us, and one possibility is that they might be able to implant a living creature with tiny cameras and recording devices, and then control its thoughts to position it anywhere of interest.

TicTac Craft Over Sydney, Australia 4-28-2022, Video, UFO Sighting News.

This tictac shaped UFO was spotted over Sydney yesterday. The object was seen shooting across the sky and had the shape of a giant pink tictac. The object left a huge trial, which was to deceive the public watching to make it appear as if it were just a jet. However the there are no wings, no tail, no windows, no markings or even lights on this craft. This is truly and unidentified flying object. Ausralia is a hotbed for UFO activity, and the outback desert is no exception to this rule. There are even more sightings in the outback...and the local aborigines have stories that go back thousands of years about a god-like species that travels across the sky. Ancient aborigines drawings on the desert rocks and caves justify the stories.

NASA calls it a prominence, but how likely is it that a prominence tethered to the sun will reappear at the same spot after 10 years?

It seems unlikely unless it is not prominence but a UFO refueling by sucking up solar plasma.

On 2012-03-11 NASA's satellite AIA171 captured a huge sphere tethered to the sun before flying back into space.

10 years later, on 2022-04-19 satellite AIA 171 captured the same giant sphere again and at the same spot.

Only an object under intelligent control can carry out such a performance.

'Otherworldly' images that capture what looks like a flying saucer crashed on Mars have been revealed by NASA.

But although the scene may appear sci-fi like — as one engineer described it — the wreckage shown actually belongs to humans, not an alien civilisation.

The colour pictures were taken by the US space agency's Ingenuity helicopter and capture the landing equipment used during its arrival with the Perseverance rover in February last year.

A parachute and the cone-shaped backshell that protected the car-sized vehicle in space, as well as during its fiery descent toward the Martian surface, can be seen in incredible detail.

Ingenuity snapped the aerial images during its 26th flight on the Red Planet, which took place on the one-year anniversary of its iconic first flight. The 'marscopter' was originally designed to do just five flights.

'There's definitely a sci-fi element to it,' Ian Clark, an engineer who worked on Perseverance’s parachute system, said of the photographs, speaking to the NY Times. 

'It exudes otherworldly, doesn't it?'

He added: 'They say a picture's worth 1,000 words, but it's also worth an infinite amount of engineering understanding.'

Entry, descent, and landing on Mars is fast-paced and stressful, not only for the engineers back on Earth, but also for the vehicle enduring the gravitational forces, high temperatures, and other extremes that come with entering Mars' atmosphere at nearly 12,500 mph (20,000 kph). 

The parachute and backshell were previously imaged from a distance by the Perseverance rover.

But those collected by the rotorcraft — from an aerial perspective and closer — provide more detail. 

NASA said the images have the potential to help ensure safer landings for future spacecraft such as the Mars Sample Return Lander, which is part of a multimission campaign that would bring Perseverance's samples of Martian rocks, atmosphere, and sediment back to Earth for detailed analysis.

'Perseverance had the best-documented Mars landing in history, with cameras showing everything from parachute inflation to touchdown,' Clark said.

'But Ingenuity's images offer a different vantage point. 

'If they either reinforce that our systems worked as we think they worked or provide even one dataset of engineering information we can use for Mars Sample Return planning, it will be amazing. 

'And if not, the pictures are still phenomenal and inspiring.' 

In the images of the upright backshell and the debris field that resulted from it impacting the surface at about 78 mph (126 kph), the backshell's protective coating appears to have remained intact during Mars atmospheric entry. 

Many of the 80 high-strength suspension lines connecting the backshell to the parachute are visible and also appear intact. 

Spread out and covered in dust, only about a third of the orange-and-white parachute – at 70.5 feet (21.5 meters) wide, it was the biggest ever deployed on Mars – can be seen, but the canopy shows no signs of damage from the supersonic airflow during inflation. 

Several weeks of analysis will be needed for a more final verdict.

'NASA extended Ingenuity flight operations to perform pioneering flights such as this,' said Teddy Tzanetos, Ingenuity's team lead at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Southern California. 

'Every time we're airborne, Ingenuity covers new ground and offers a perspective no previous planetary mission could achieve.'

The Ingenuity rotorcraft, which is just 18 inches tall, was originally designed to fly five times on Mars but has now carried out 27 trips across the Red Planet.

It made history in April 2021 when it completed the first powered controlled flight on any planet other than Earth.

The helicopter is currently acting as a scout for the Perseverance rover, which is searching for ancient microbial life on the Red Planet, and will continue testing its own capabilities to support the design of future Mars air vehicles. 

Ingenuity's 159-second flight 26 began at 11:37am local Mars time on April 19. 

Flying at 26 feet (8 metres) above ground level, Ingenuity travelled 630 feet (192 metres) to the southeast and took its first picture. 

The rotorcraft next headed southwest and then northwest, taking images at pre-planned locations along the route. 

Once it had collected 10 images in its flash memory, Ingenuity headed west 246 feet (75 metres) and landed. 

The total distance covered was 1,181 feet (360 metres). With the completion of Flight 26, the rotorcraft has now logged more than 49 minutes aloft and travelled 3.9 miles (6.2 kilometres).

'To get the shots we needed, Ingenuity did a lot of maneuvering, but we were confident because there was complicated maneuvering on flights 10, 12, and 13,' said Håvard Grip, chief pilot of Ingenuity at JPL. 

'Our landing spot set us up nicely to image an area of interest for the Perseverance science team on Flight 27, near 'Séítah' ridge.'

The new area of operations in Jezero Crater's dry river delta marks a dramatic departure from the modest, relatively flat terrain Ingenuity had been flying over since its first flight. 

Several miles wide, the fan-shaped delta formed where an ancient river spilled into the lake that once filled Jezero Crater. 

Rising more than 130 feet (40 meters) above the crater floor and filled with jagged cliffs, angled surfaces, projecting boulders, and sand-filled pockets, the delta promises to hold numerous geologic revelations — perhaps even proof that microscopic life existed on Mars billions of years ago.

Upon reaching the delta, Ingenuity's first orders may be to help determine which of two dry river channels Perseverance should climb to reach the top of the delta. 

Along with route-planning assistance, data provided by the helicopter will help the Perseverance team assess potential science targets. 

Ingenuity may even be called upon to image geologic features too far afield for the rover to reach or to scout landing zones and sites on the surface where sample caches could be deposited for the Mars Sample Return program.

Ingenuity arrived on Mars attached to the belly of Perseverance, which touched down on Mars on February 18, 2021 after a nearly seven-month journey through space.  

Perseverance made its first test drive on Mars on March 4, and on April 4, NASA confirmed that Ingenuity had been dropped to the surface of Mars from Perseverance's 'belly' in preparation for its historic flight.

NASA also said on April 5 that Ingenuity had survived its first night on the Martian surface — a major milestone because surface temperatures can plunge as low as -130°F (-90°C).   

The helicopter made its first flight on April 19, 2021, making history as the first powered controlled flight on any planet other than Earth. 

In a nod to this feat, Ingenuity carries a small amount of fabric that covered one of the wings of the Wright brothers' aircraft, known as the Flyer, during the first powered, controlled flight on Earth in 1903. 

For the first flight, Ingenuity took off, climbed to about 10 feet (3 metres) above the ground, hovered in the air briefly, completed a turn and then landed after 39.1 seconds.

NASA MARS 2020: PERSEVERANCE ROVER AND INGENUITY HELICOPTER ARE SEARCHING FOR LIFE ON THE RED PLANET

NASA's Mars 2020 mission was launched to search for signs of ancient life on the Red Planet in a bid to help scientists better understand how life evolved on Earth in the earliest years of the evolution of the solar system.

Named Perseverance, the main car-sized rover is exploring an ancient river delta within the Jezero Crater, which was once filled with a 1,600ft deep lake.

It is believed that the region hosted microbial life some 3.5 to 3.9 billion years ago and the rover will examine soil samples to hunt for evidence of the life.

The $2.5 billion (£1.95 billion) Mars 2020 spaceship launched on July 30 with the rover and helicopter inside - and landed successfully on February 18, 2021.

Perseverance landed inside the crater and will slowly collect samples that will eventually be returned to Earth for further analysis.

A second mission will fly to the planet and return the samples, perhaps by the later 2020s in partnership with the European Space Agency.

Nieuwe luchtbeelden tonen brokstukken van landingsstel Marsverkenner Perseverance

Het Amerikaanse ruimtevaartagentschap (NASA) heeft nieuwe foto’s vanop de planeet Mars verspreid. Op de beelden is de parachute en de beschermingsschaal te zien waarmee de marsrobot Perseverance is geland.

De tien luchtfoto’s werden gemaakt tijdens de 26e vlucht van de Marshelikopter Ingenuity op 19 april. “Elke keer dat we de lucht in gaan, vliegt de Ingenuity over nieuw terrein en krijgen we een perspectief dat geen enkele eerdere planetaire missie kon bereiken”, vertelt Teddy Tzanetos die het onderzoeksteam Ingenuity leidt. Op de beelden zijn de brokstukken van zowel de parachute die de Marsrobot hielp landen als de kegelvormige beschermingsschaal van de Perseverance te zien. Deze brokstukken waren eerder enkel vanop een afstand in beeld gebracht door de Marsrobot zelf.

Op de luchtfoto’s gemaakt door de Marshelikopter kunnen de wetenschappers veel meer details onderscheiden. Op die manier kunnen de beelden helpen om toekomstige ruimtevaartuigen veiliger te laten landen. Deze kennis kan onder meer toegepast worden in de ‘Mars Sample Return Lander’, die de stalen van Marsgesteente en sediment verzameld door Perseverance terug naar de aarde moet brengen voor gedetailleerde analyse. Het naderen, afdalen en landen op Mars is namelijk snel en stresserend, niet alleen voor de ingenieurs op aarde, maar ook voor het ruimtevaartuig dat de zwaartekracht, de hoge temperaturen en andere extremen moet doorstaan. 

Op de foto’s is te zien dat de beschermende coating van de beschermingsschaal intact lijkt gebleven. Ook de ophangingslijnen die de beschermingsschaal met de parachute verbinden, lijken grotendeels intact. De parachute zelf, bedekt met een oranje stoflaag, is slechts gedeeltelijk te zien op de foto’s. Op het eerste zicht lijkt ook die geen tekenen van schade te vertonen, aldus NASA. De beelden zullen de komende weken verder geanalyseerd worden. 

“Best gedocumenteerde Marslanding ooit”

“Perseverance had de best gedocumenteerde Marslanding in de geschiedenis, met camera’s die alles lieten zien, van het opblazen van de parachute tot de landing,” zegt Ian Clark voormalig systeemingenieur van Perseverance en nu leider van het Mars Sample Return opstijgingsteam daarover. Toch bieden de beelden van de Ingenuity nog een bijkomend perspectief, klinkt het. “Ofwel zullen ze bevestigen dat onze systemen werkten zoals we denken dat ze werkten, ofwel kunnen ze technische informatie opleveren die we kunnen gebruiken voor de planning van Mars Sample Return.”

In Some Places, Black Holes are Tearing Apart Thousands of Stars at a Time

At the heart of the more massive galaxies in the Universe, there are supermassive black holes (SMBHs) so powerful that they outshine all of the stars in their galactic disks. The core regions of these galaxies are known as Active Galactic Nuclei (AGN), or by their more popular-moniker “quasars.” The ongoing study of these objects has provided a testbed for General Relativity and revealed a great deal about the formation and evolution of galaxies and the large-scale structure of the Universe.

If there’s one thing astronomers have observed repeatedly, it is the fact that these massive black holes have massive appetites. In fact, a new survey of over 100 galaxies by the NASA Chandra X-ray Observatory has shown that some supermassive black holes can consume stars by the thousands! These results indicate that some SMBHs needed to consume amounts of stellar matter rarely (if ever) seen in the Universe to grow and reach the sizes that astronomers see today.

The research team responsible for this discovery was led by Vivienne F. Baldassare, an assistant professor in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Washington State University (WSU). She was joined by an international team of astrophysicists from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Kavli Institute for Particle Astrophysics and Cosmology, the University of Michigan, and Princeton and Columbia University. A paper describing their findings was recently published in The Astrophysical Journal.

Previously, black hole studies have fallen into one of two classes. These include those that deal with smaller “stellar-mass” black holes, which typically weigh 5 to 30 Solar masses, and supermassive black holes, which can weigh millions or even billions of solar masses. In recent years, astronomers have also found evidence that an in-between class exists, known as “intermediate-mass” black holes (IMBHs).

While there have been many instances where black holes were observed consuming stars, there was little evidence it occurred on the kind of scale observed by the Baldassare and her colleagues. This latest study, which relied on Chandra data of dense star clusters in the centers of 108 galaxies, could explain how IMBHs are the result of the runaway growth of a much smaller black hole.

“When stars are so close together like they are in these extremely dense clusters, it provides a viable breeding ground for intermediate-mass black holes,” said Baldassare in a Chandra press release. “And it seems that the denser the star cluster, the more likely it is to contain a growing black hole.”

For decades, scientists have proposed various theories on how SMBHs formed shortly after the Big Bang (about 13.8 billion years ago). These included the idea that they formed from the collapse of a gigantic cloud of gas and dust near the center of a galaxy or that they resulted from oversized stars collapsing directly into a medium-sized back hole that consumed stars and other matter grew over time.

However, both of these theories require conditions that are believed to have existed during the first few hundred million years after the Big Bang. In contrast, Baldassare and her team theorized that the key to the formation of black holes is the density of the star clusters near the center of a galaxy. They further theorized that this density is dependent on how fast the stars in the clusters are moving.

If the density is above a certain threshold, they argue, a stellar-mass black hole at the center of a cluster will rapidly grow as it consumes the stars nearby. After observing the Chandra data, the team found that the star clusters at the center of NGC 1385, 1566, 3344, and 6503 had densities above this threshold and were about twice as likely to contain a growing black hole. As co-author Nicholas C. Stone of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem summarized:

“This is one of the most spectacular examples we’ve seen of the insatiable nature of black holes, because thousands or tens of thousands of stars can be consumed during their growth. The runaway growth only begins slowing down once the supply of stars starts to run dry.”

What’s more, the process suggested by the team’s study can occur at any time in the history of the Universe, implying that IMBHs can form right up until the present day. These results might also explain certain types of gravitational wave (GW) signals detected by the Laser Interferometer Gravitational-wave Observatory (LIGO). In some cases, signals have been detected that appeared to be caused by black holes about 50 to 100 times as massive as the Sun, which most models of stellar collapse do not predict.

Of course, further studies of the centers of active galaxies are needed before any conclusions can be drawn. In the meantime, the team looks forward to additional observations that will test their theory. “Our work doesn’t prove that runaway black hole growth occurs in star clusters,” said co-author Adi Foord from Stanford University. “But with additional X-ray observations and extra theoretical modeling, we could make an even stronger case.”

Here is some raw footage of a glowing object on a cloudy day over Seattle. The person said he was not far from the famous buildings...the Space Needle. The object is seen in the video movie up, sideways, back down and around the area. UFOs are often seen in Washington state, due to the fact they are so close to the ocean. Since the ocean covers 75% of the earths surface, it stands to figure that aliens would consider creating an underwater base before they would ever consider making an underground base. Why? Less human out on the ocean floor, than anywhere else on Earth. Thus, aliens get their privacy.

Check this out! A disk shaped cloud was seen over England this week. As you know, aliens often create clouds around the UFO in order to fly lower and closer to human civilization below. This disk has a huge circular hump on its upper center. From the photo I estimate the cloud to be half a km long, which means the UFO within  it is about half that...one quarter km long. But the UFO extends its shields around it and creates this cloud, which is contained and keeps the shape of the UFO since the shields extend outward evenly from the UFO. Recent UFO videos released by the US gov show and confirm that UFOs do create clouds!

Sherrie, a keen photographer, said she "couldn't take [her] eyes off it" and managed to pull out her phone to get a quick snap. The cloud, which bears a striking resemblance to a flying saucer used by aliens, could be a type of lenticular cloud, often comparable in appearance to a saucer or lens. Sherrie said: "Saw this UFO over Newnham Estuary yesterday late afternoon, Easter Sunday. I was absolutely mesmerised. I couldn’t take my eyes off it. Luckily I took a couple of shots because two minutes later it had gone. "We had been to Lydney Harbour for a picnic. Then on the way back we stopped off for an ice cream and ate it by the river at Newnham. 'And during this time that’s when the cloud appeared in front of us." She added that she thought the sighting was supernatural and it was wonderful to capture such a spectacular sight. "I look for fun things to share which I think is even more important than ever with all that is going on in the world," she said. "We need fun light hearted stories to share to keep us motivated in life."

The changes we are seeing in our world are nothing short of revolutionary. They are also designed to create a transhumanist version of ourselves. In other words, something genuinely alien.

These chips are marketed as the ultimate in convenience, but the goal is to create the Internet of Bodies (IoB), described by the World Economic Forum (WEF) as an ecosystem of “an unprecedented number of sensors,” including emotional sensors, “attached to, implanted within, or ingested into human bodies to monitor, analyze and even modify human bodies and behavior”  

The chip is implanted just beneath the skin on the hand, and operates using either near-field communication (NFC) — the same technology used in smartphones — or radio-frequency identification (RFID), which is used in contactless credit cards 

In the end, everything will be connected to a single implantable device that will hold your digital identity, health data and programmable CBDCs. Your digital identity, in turn, will include everything that can be known about you through surveillance via implanted biosensors, your computer, smartphone, GPS, social media, online searches, purchases and spending habits. Algorithms will then decide what you can and cannot do based on who you are. 

To pay for an item, all you have to do is place your left hand near the contactless card reader, and the payment is registered. 

The system is very similar to the 2011 movie 'In Time' in where people instead using fiat money as currency a new economic system uses time as currency, and each person has a chip in their arm which shows a clock on their arm that counts down how long they have to live. 

The people are genetically-engineered to live only one more year, unless you can buy your way out of it. The rich "earn" decades at a time, becoming essentially immortal, while the rest beg, borrow or steal enough hours to make it through the day. 

In the movie 'In time' when you have to pay for item all you have to do is place your arm near the contactless card reader, and the payment is registered. Sounds familiar right?

Witness report: 

While trying out my SiOnyx Aurora night vision camera I spotted an object moving from West to East as I was filming it the object just vanished about 18 seconds or so into the video. I don’t believe it was any type of satellite (could be wrong) but I have observed several of them in the past and they always seem to continue on their path until out of sight. I have attached the video I took and will let you be the judge.

US Navy Footage Shows Spherical UFO Flying Around Before Diving Into Sea

YET ANOTHER UNIDENTIFIED AERIAL PHENOMENA.

In a video captured by the US Navy, an unidentified flying object is seen dancing across the screen before crashing into the ocean, capturing the imagination of UFO hunters everywhere. There is currently little information about the object except that the Pentagon has confirmed the footage is authentic, and now the video has now been made available online by a UFO documentarian. 

“The US Navy photographed and filmed “spherical” shaped UFOs and advanced transmedium vehicles; here is some of that footage.” states filmmaker Jeremy Corbell on his website, where he has shared the clip and details of the object.

According to Corbell, the video was captured 2 years ago, in 2019, but has since been made available to the public. It is thought to have originated from within the USS Omaha's Combat Information Center while sailing off the coast of San Diego, although this is unconfirmed. 

Although the video is short, it appears the object is capable of traveling through both air and water, making it more advanced in transmedium travel than any known vehicles, military or otherwise. The object itself is incredibly small, radar imaging shows a solid ball measuring just 2 meters (6 feet) in diameter. However, it appears fast, reaching speeds of up to 254 kilometers per hour (158 miles per hour) during its air flight.  

A search was performed using a submarine shortly after it was spotted, but the object was long gone. 

Currently, there is no known vehicle that can fly through the air for an extended period of time and then transition into water and continue traveling. Throughout the 1900s, the concept of a flying submarine was explored, but significant challenges in air supply and fuel made the idea never quite take off. In 2008, the US prepared to issue contracts for a flying submersible vehicle, but after Lockheed Martin canceled their plans for a submersible drone, it appears the contracts never materialized.

Luis Elizondo ran the secret UFO investigation program known as the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATI) from 2007 to 2012 funded by the US government who spent $22 million from the $600 billion annual Defense Department budget.

Here is the transcribe of Elizondo’s comment on the zoo hypothesis:

“What if it turns out that there’s another species that is even higher on that ladder than we are? Do we need the social institutions that we have today, do we need government and religious organizations that we have today, if it turns out that there is something else or someone else that is technologically more advanced and, perhaps from an evolutionary perspective, more advanced? Have we been wasting our time all this time? Or are we doing exactly as we are supposed to be doing?
 
[What] if it turns out that mankind is in fact just another animal in the zoo? If we saw ourselves as the zookeeper before, maybe we’re just another exhibit inside the zoo? What would that mean to us?
 
So, when I say ‘somber’ or ‘sobering’, I mean there’s going to come a point in this conversation when we’re going to have to do a lot of reconciling with ourselves, whatever that means, from whatever philosophical background you have. This is going to impact every single one of us. And I think that’s important. Do we find ourselves in a situation that history may have to be rewritten? So that’s what I meant.”

This is an outgrowth of Charles Fort‘s claim that some non-human intelligence essentially operates Earth as a prison or an ant farm to watch us, and it is the basis for the “prison planet” claims of some contemporary ancient astronaut theorists. He was also perhaps the first person to explain strange human appearances and disappearances by the hypothesis of alien abduction, and was an early proponent of the extraterrestrial hypothesis, specifically suggesting that strange lights or objects sighted in the skies might be alien spacecraft.

Note: the distinct echo of Christian millenarianism in Elizondo’s suggestion that the existence of aliens would require an overthrow of social, political, and cultural structures in favor of a new, more utopian world submissive to a superior heavenly power. It is difficult not to see his imagined Disclosure as the Christian Apocalypse of Revelation recast in secular, pseudoscientific terms.

A similar hypothesis can also be seen in the case of Matilda O’Donnell McElroy, Senior Master Sergeant Women’s Army Air Force Medical Corp. She claimed to have interviewed an alien named “Airl” who supposedly survived the 1947 Roswell crash. The entity told her where they had come from and why they came to the Earth. The author of the book Alien Interview, Lawrence R. Spencer claimed to have received a letter from Matilda where she disclosed information about the series of interviews with Airl. She wrote that the Domain Expeditionary Force, a race of beings, had been conducting operations in the solar system for the past 10,000 years and using the asteroid belt as an intergalactic base.

In the letter, MacElroy wrote: “Mankind needs to know the answers to questions which are contained in these documents: Who are we? Where did we come from? What is our purpose on Earth? If there is intelligent life elsewhere in the universe why have they not contacted us? It is vital that people understand the devastating consequences to our physical and spiritual survival if we fail to take effective action to undo the long-standing and pervasive effects of alien intervention on Earth.”

In her footnotes, Matilda wrote:

“Earth is a small planet of a rim star of a galaxy. This makes Earth very isolated geographically from the more concentrated planetary civilizations which exist toward the center of the galaxy. These obvious facts have made Earth suitable for use only as a zoological or botanical garden, or for it’s current use as a prison – but not much else.

Before 30,000 BCE — Earth started being used as a dumping ground and prison for IS-BEs who were judged untouchable, meaning criminal or non-conformists. IS-BEs were captured, encapsulated in electronic traps, and transported to Earth from various parts of the “Old Empire”. Underground amnesia stations were set up on Mars and on Earth in the Rwenzori Mountains in Africa, in the Pyrenees Mountains of Portugal, and in steppes of Mongolia.”

In 2009, a short CGI film, “The ex-Esma 2008” was released on YouTube by ESMA movies, in which a playful child (alien) with deviant behavior was turned into a human and exiled to Earth by ETs after he disturbed the peace on their planet.

The video has a strange concept but somehow, it is similar to what Elizondo, Charles Fort & Matilda said about Earth as a prison for I BEs who were sent here, encapsulated in electronic traps.

In the 60 years of the UFO phenomenon in the United States, Dr. Jacques Vallée studied the nature of flying saucers very closely. He is one of the few researchers who analyzed the UFO activities, including its material. He collected UFO debris from several UFO crashes, examined them in the lab, and found out that they had not been made on Earth.

Dr. Jacques Vallée was born in France. He finished his M.S. in astrophysics at Lille University. Later, he went to the United States and did his Ph.D. in computer science at Northwestern University. He was also the senior researcher at the DARPA-funded Augmentation Research Center at SRI.

Dr. Jacques Vallée is one of the few people who added credibility to the Ufology. When others called the UFO encounters a hoax, Vallée explained it scientifically. During his interview in 1986, he said that UFOs are a “physical object that interacts with the environment that causes effects on the witnesses on the psychology and the physiology and leaves traces on the ground and yet are capable of appeared to be manipulating time and space in ways that go beyond what our physics understands.”

While working on the French Space Committee, Dr. Vallée claimed to have witnessed his superiors destroy tracking tapes of a UFO that his team had observed. This, along with a personal UFO sighting several years earlier, created his lifelong interest in UFOs. Initially falling in line with the Extraterrestrial hypothesis, he soon began to realize its serious flaws, namely:

• Unexplained close encounters are far more numerous than required for any physical survey of the earth;
• The humanoid body structure of the alleged “aliens” is not likely to have originated on another planet and is not biologically adapted to space travel;
• The reported behavior in thousands of abduction reports contradicts the hypothesis of genetic or scientific experimentation on humans by an advanced race;
• The extension of the phenomenon throughout recorded human history demonstrates that UFOs are not a contemporary phenomenon;
• The apparent ability of UFOs to manipulate space and time suggests radically different and richer alternatives.

Published in 1975, “The Invisible College: What a Group of Scientists has Discovered About UFO Influences on the Human Race” was Jacques Vallee’s fourth work on the puzzling UFO/contactee phenomena. That time, he first put forward his idea that these phenomena were some kind of ‘control system’ on human consciousness.

According to Dr. Vallée, the basic idea is that UFOs are essentially a “show” put on for people to generate some sort of reaction, and have been operating on human culture for all of recorded history. Other researchers have commented on this idea as well, pointing out that:

• UFOs and “aliens” are extremely similar to “trickster” creatures in many mythologies;
• UFO encounters contain “absurd” elements that make them unbelievable as actual scientific surveys, but leave behind physical evidence that implies the encounter actually took place;
• UFO encounters often appear to “tease” observers, including the authorities, allowing themselves to be observed and recorded, but always staying on the edge of observability (as if the encounter’s sole purpose was simply to make sure people saw a UFO);
• Related to 3, many of the supposed occupants of UFOs conform to what society says an alien should look like, with UFO interiors looking like what science fiction says space ships should look like (as if they are somehow “movie sets”);
• The tendency for UFOs and their occupants to materialize from nowhere and disappear instantaneously implies they may be some sort of illusion or “projection;
• Quite often, there is no reason to think that a UFO and its anomalous occupant is extraterrestrial, people just assume that they are;
• UFO “flaps” (clusters of sightings) are similar to a “schedule of reinforcement” or educational schedule as if they are meant to reinforce belief in their existence.

Dr. Vallée argued that when investigating a UFO encounter, the focus should be on the witness, and how he/she interpreted the event, and how it affected their life (he noted that many people tend to emotionally react to a UFO sighting as a spiritual or religious experience).

Understanding what the apparently intended effect of the encounter is on the witness is the key to understanding the phenomena, as trying to investigate the UFO as a nuts-and-bolts craft is futile because they are simply contrivances. He also thinks that the next step to understanding UFOs is to somehow try to interfere with the experiment, and see how the phenomena react.

The recently published book “Skinwalkers at The Pentagon” talks about the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP), which was a continuation of AATIP. In the book, the researchers explain how this phenomenon has been documented with much evidence that the “phenomena” infect humans.

The AAWSAP investigated UFO sightings, analyzed UFO incursions on US military bases, and studied many strange phenomena that government investigators encountered at Skinwalker Ranch.

Encountering UFOs often resulted in “attaching” strange phenomena to military personnel who visited the ranch and brought “something” home to their families, resulting in frightening paranormal outbreaks in their families that terrorized and sometimes injured their children.

In evaluating Dr. Vallee’s control system hypothesis, the obvious questions are: who or what is in charge and managing it? If something is non-human, then what? Where is the real evidence for this idea, other than that some of Vallee’s carefully selected cases can be made (with difficulty) to force-fit the theory? Most people care little about UFOs and have no interest in the subject, so how does this theory stand up?

Three Fast Moving UFO "Orbs" Spotted Over Boston, Massachusetts. April 24, 2022.

First clip: This was sighted over Boston, Massachusetts on April 24, 2022. This was filmed useing his IPhone while outside on the roof. The area in this video is not the airport, it's over Boston West End (near TD Garden) which is directly adjacent to the Charles River and very close to the Boston Harbor, and is relatively close to the airport. All of that area over the river and harbor is technically completely restricted to recreational drones. Waterways near airports are fairly restrictive because they often serve as flight paths and emergency paths for aircraft. The witness stated the following: "Spotted in Boston Sunday night. At first we thought it was a plane but if you watch you can see the grouping of the 3 lights shift around. They were varying in speed and looked to get higher in the air as they continued moving east." He also added "I wish I did film longer. The lights were getting harder and harder to see in person and really didn’t think too much of it until we watched the video back a few times. If only I kept the camera going.. a few seconds later it looked like the lights were shooting straight up"

Second clip: This was sent in to me by a viewer and this was sighted over Leszno a city in Poland. This took place on March 26, 2020 and while the witness was out jogging she spotted these strange lights in the sky and seems that she wasn't the only one as we can hear in the footage a man approach her and asked if she seen the lights. Multiple UFO "Orbs" Sighted Flying Over Colbert County, Alabama. April 23, 2022

This footage was sighted over Colbert County in Alabama on April 23, 2022 at 8:00pm and the witness stated the following "I've honestly never seen anything like it. Several UAP/UFO being launched or following each other. No flashing lights or sound. There was aleast 20 of these flying and disappearing in front of us, No Airports or Known Military Bases in that Area." He also when on to add " I'm a aerial photographer. I build UAVs of all types. What I captured was no hobby grade. Each one of these had a red glowing light which the camera did not pick up. But no faa strobes, no sound. And the speed of travel is higher than anything I seen on the hobby level." When i asked him if this could have been "Chinese Lanterns", he replied " The light was super bright... To bright to be a candle and I believe they was flying against the wind."

Shallow Pockets of Water Under the ice on Europa Could Bring Life Close to its Surface

Beneath the surface of Jupiter’s icy moon Europa, there’s an ocean up to 100 km (62 mi) deep that has two to three times the volume of every ocean on Earth combined. Even more exciting is how this ocean is subject to hydrothermal activity, which means it may have all the necessary ingredients for life. Because of this, Europa is considered one of the most likely places for extraterrestrial life (beyond Mars). Hence, mission planners and astrobiologists are eager to send a mission there to study it closer.

Unfortunately, Europa’s icy surface makes the possibility of sampling this ocean rather difficult. According to the two predominant models for Europa’s structure, the ice sheet could be a few hundred meters to several dozen kilometers thick. Luckily, new research by a team from Stanford University has shown that Europa’s icy shell may have an abundance of water pockets inside, as indicated by features on the surface that look remarkably like icy ridges here on Earth.

The study team was led by Riley Culberg, a Ph.D. candidate and geophysicist at Standford’s School of Earth, Energy & Environmental Sciences (Stanford Earth). He was joined by Dustin Schroeder, an associate professor of geophysics at Stanford Earth; and Gregor Steinbrügge, a former postdoctoral fellow at Stanford Earth, now a planetary scientist at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. The paper that describes their research and findings recently appeared in the journal Nature Communications.

As they explain in their study, the research was motivated by a similarity the team noticed during a presentation at Standford. While discussing Europa’s double-ridges, Culberg noticed how similar these landforms were to features they had studied extensively in northern Greenland. Between 2015 and 2017, NASA collected ground-penetrating radar data of the region as part of Operation IceBridge, an aerial observation campaign that conducts geophysical studies of the growth and retreat of ice sheets.

This investigation confirmed the existence of a double ridge in northwestern Greenland and provided details of how it evolved. Geophysicists and glacial experts have determined that these features form when water from nearby surface lakes drains into an impermeable layer within the ice sheet. It then refreezes and fractures the ice above, causing it to be forced upward and outwards to create the characteristic double ridge feature on the surface.

The similarities came as a surprise to the team because of how different Earth’s land-based subsurface is compared to Europa’s subsurface ocean of liquid water. “We were working on something totally different related to climate change and its impact on the surface of Greenland when we saw these tiny double ridges – and we were able to see the ridges go from ‘not formed’ to ‘formed,’?” Schroeder said in a recent Stanford News release.

Upon further examination, they found that the M-shaped feature in Greenland could be a miniature version of Europa’s most prominent surface feature. On Europa, double ridges appear as gashes that cut across the surface, with crests reaching nearly 300 m (1,000 ft) tall, separated by valleys about 800 meters (2,625 ft) wide. Scientists have known these features since the Galileo spacecraft took images of the Galilean Moons in the 1990s, leading to the first detailed surface maps.

Since then, however, scientists have not been able to come up with a definitive explanation of how these features formed. By conducting a comparative analysis between the radar data collected by Operation IceBridge and the geophysical data they had for Europa, the team could conceive a possible answer. As Culberg explained:

“In Greenland, this double ridge formed in a place where water from surface lakes and streams frequently drains into the near-surface and refreezes. One way that similar shallow water pockets could form on Europa might be through water from the subsurface ocean being forced up into the ice shell through fractures – and that would suggest there could be a reasonable amount of exchange happening inside of the ice shell.”

These findings suggest that Europa’s ice shell may be much more dynamic than previously thought, undergoing various geological and hydrological processes. This is supported by other recent findings, such as Hubble’s discovery of plume activity on the surface in 2012, which were later confirmed in 2018 based on a new analysis of Galileo data. A dynamic ice shell model is consistent with the exchange of subsurface water and nutrients from neighboring celestial bodies on the moon’s surface.

Said Steinbrügge, who started working on the project as part of his postdoctoral research at Stanford:

“People have been studying these double ridges for over 20 years now, but this is the first time we were actually able to watch something similar on Earth and see nature work out its magic. We are making a much bigger step into the direction of understanding what processes actually dominate the physics and the dynamics of Europa’s ice shell.”

The existence of these pockets is especially good news for the Europa Clipper mission, in which both Schroeder and Steinbrügge will be participants. This robotic orbiter will launch in October 2024, reach the Jovian system by April 2030, and spend the next four years (barring extensions) examining the surface of Europa through a series of flybys. In addition to analyzing Europa’s surface ice and plume activity, it will select landing sites for a possible Europa Lander mission. As Schroeder explained:

“Because it’s closer to the surface, where you get interesting chemicals from space, other moons, and the volcanoes of Io, there’s a possibility that life has a shot if there are pockets of water in the shell. If the mechanism we see in Greenland is how these things happen on Europa, it suggests there’s water everywhere.”

Like Operation IceBridge, the Europa Clipper will rely on an ice-penetrating radar to study the interior structure of Europa’s ice sheet. This instrument is known as the Radar for Europa Assessment and Sounding: Ocean to Near-surface (REASON) and is overseen by a team that includes Schroeder as a co-investigator. This instrument will detect pockets of water using radio waves because of the way water reflects them one thousand times as brightly as ice.

This will allow the REASON team to create a vertical profile that maps the distribution of water pockets in the ice sheet. “We are another hypothesis on top of many – we just have the advantage that our hypothesis has some observations from the formation of a similar feature on Earth to back it up,” Culberg said. “It’s opening up all these new possibilities for a very exciting discovery.”

Identifying potentially habitable enclaves within the ice sheets also means that any astrobiology missions to Europa won’t need to enter the subsurface ocean to look for signs of life. In addition to increasing accessibility, exploring these pockets dramatically decreases the chances of contaminating potential biospheres in the moon’s interior ocean. As astrobiology missions progress, ensuring the safety of any extraterrestrial life we encounter will be paramount.

“It’s exciting, what it would mean if you have plenty of water within the ice shell,” Steinbrügge added. “It would mean the ice shell on Europa is extremely dynamic. It could facilitate exchange processes between the surface and the subsurface ocean. It could go in both directions.”

The study is yet another indication of how connected the study of Earth and the other Solar planets are. It will also lead to applications that could have significant impacts here at home. “This research will help us either use Earth to understand what we will see on Europa or, when we get to Europa, help us interpret what we see when we get there,” said Schroeder.
