 General L.M. Chassin, NATO coordinator of Allied Air Service, who became Commanding General of the French Air Force warning that “The number of thoughtful, intelligent, educated people in full possession of their faculties who have “seen something” and described it, grows every day.

We can say categorically that mysterious objects have indeed appeared and continue to appear in the sky that surrounds us.”

“If we persist in refusing to recognize the existence of the UFOs, we will end up, one fine day, by mistaking them for the guided missiles of an enemy – and the worst will be upon us.”

 There is a serious and growing danger that UFOs may be mistaken for Soviet missiles or jets, accidently setting off war. Several Air defense scrambles and alerts already have occurred when defense radar-men mistook UFO formations for possible enemy machines”. NICAP agrees with the sober warnings by General L. M. Chassin, recent NATO Coordinator of Allied Air Services (to recognize UFOs before a case of mistaken identity causes a global tragedy *).

      There is an increasing danger–as the NICAP Board has warned the AF–that Russia or China could exploit the muddled UFO situation at any time. If successful, this trick would greatly increase tension in the United States and allied countries. It could be planned to upset the 1960 campaigns, * or at any desired time to increase fear of USSR attack power.

 These concerns were taken seriously enough to be incorporated into the 1971 US-Soviet “Agreement on Measures to Reduce the Outbreak of Nuclear War.”

Note: Direct communication 24 hours a day was set up from the Pentagon to the Soviet Command Headquarters to prevent nuclear war. US and Soviet aircraft often jointly track and chase UFOs.

European Space Agency Finds Huge Water Supply on Mars

The European Space Agency using Mars Express Radar Satellite has discovered underground water lakes all over Mars.

ESA’s Mars Express spacecraft has discovered several ponds of liquid water buried under the ice in the south polar region of Mars. The spacecraft’s radar instrument, MARSIS (Mars Advanced Radar for Subsurface and Ionosphere Sounding), revealed one underground reservoir in 2018, buried about 1.5 km below the ice. Now, taking into account more data and analyzing it in a different way, three new ponds have been discovered. The largest underground lake measures about 20 x 30 km, (12.4 X 20 miles) and is surrounded by several smaller ponds. The water is thought to be salty in order for it to remain liquid at cold temperatures.

Mars was once warmer and wetter with water flowing across the surface, much like early Earth. It is possibly that an entire system of ancient lakes and rivers might exist underground, perhaps millions or even billions of years old. They would be ideal locations to search for evidence of life on Mars. It is generally believed water means life on Mars.

The European Space Agency has shared an incredible composite image showing a 50-mile wide crater on Mars that is filled with water ice all year long. Some ice may melt when ground temperatures reach 90 degrees Fare height in the summer according to seldom released NASA data.

Budding future colonists hoping for a white Christmas on Mars will be somewhat disappointed as the ESA has confirmed that sitting in the Korolev crater is, in fact, a thick block of water ice, not snow. The enormous, 82-kilometer-wide, 2-kilometer-deep “ice trap” could still be good for ice skating though.

On June 7, 2018, NASA announced Mars could have building blocks of life, Curiosity rover has revealed the latest results from its Curiosity rover gathering samples from the surface of Mars. NASA the US space agency announced Mars has the building blocks of life, in a discovery that could suggest the planet was once inhabited – or even still is today. NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory scientists noted that the molecules provide fresh insight into Mars.

“We found organic molecules in rocks from an ancient lake bed,” explained Jen Eigenbrode, research scientist at Goddard. A variety of molecules were identified in rocks billions years old, she added.

“Organic compounds are fundamental to our search for life,” said Paul Mahaffy, director of the Solar System Exploration Division at

1976 Life Found on Mars

Similar Landers reached Mars in 1976, with Labeled Release (LR) experiments developed for NASA’s Viking Landers 1 & 2, by Dr. Gilbert Levin who states, “The scientific process forces me to my conclusion, the Viking LR experiment detected living microorganisms in the soil on Mars”.

The LR test was one of three performed by the Lander. JPL used the results of another test, the gas chroma/to/graph which was designed to test for the presence of organic chemicals. The LR test was designed to look for life. NASA has claimed these experiments approved by them were in error when they actually found life.

All of the multiple rationales attempting to explain the Mars LR results of life on Mars as chemical or physical in origin have now been effectively refuted, but their impact remains

 I spoke with Dr. Levin who is convinced life exists on Mars and his experiments and Mars Photographs of Moss or lichen of many of the rocks are proof. The color film coming back from Mars showed blue skies and only some red soil and grey rocks. The red color was increased to delete the blue sky.

Argument is made that each of the vital links in the chain of life connecting Earth and Mars has a probability of one.  Today’s knowledge makes it very difficult to conceive of a sterile Mars.  Indeed, it now seems that Earth and Mars form one biosphere.  This sheds new light on the results of the Viking LR experiment on Mars.

While the case for life on Mars has strengthened in recent years, many will require additional proof before accepting such a major change in paradigm.  It has been proposed that this important confirmation can be obtained by a simple modification of a miniaturized version of the original LR experiment^[34].

Meteorites from Mars arriving on Earth contain microorganisms. Earth and Mars were hospitable over epochs that would have permitted infection of Mars by Earth microorganisms—and from other sources.

It is now more difficult to propose a sterile Mars than a live one.

Tubes or Canals on Mars

Italian astronomer Giovanni Schiaparelli, who in 1877 reported the appearance of certain long, thin lines he called canali, meaning channels in Italian. He was followed by Percival Lowell an American the wealthy astronomer who ‘discovered civilization’ on Mars.. His widely read books included “Mars” (1895), “Mars and Its Canals” (1906), and “Mars As the Abode of Life” (1908).’

To pursue his obsession, Lowell founded and funded one of the world’s great observatories on a 7,200-foot (2,195-meter) mountain peak he named Mars Hill, near Flagstaff, Arizona. There he scrutinized Mars, with, his own custom-built 24-inch refracting telescope, built in 1894, which became a marvel of the age.

Captivated by these observed tubes Lowell spent many years attempting to elucidate and theorize about them. The lines, he thought, must “run for thousands of miles as far actually as from Boston to San Francisco.” What Lowell was likely seeing were a series of tubes under construction a hundred years ago. A large network of tubes actually exists today on Mars.

 On Mars there are a series of tubes several miles wide that show up within several craters and natural low valleys where they are exposed they are similar in size to Manhattan, New York and could actually contain skyscrapers as shown. According to the MSSS supplied statistics, the strip above is 2.98 km wide or 1.85 miles wide and as tall much too large for lava tubes.

As NASA suggests.  Remember that the tubes extend from one edge of the craters to the other side of a crater with no signs of diminishment in size. These tubes within the craters are 8.92 km or 5.54 miles of tube length. However, we can also reasonably assume that there is still plenty of tube system unseen off the left or west edge of the E12-03186 strip and off the right or east edge of the E11-03408 strip that appear to go underground.

Note that the dark area spread on the crater floor that is mostly the tube mass tends to confirm a much greater mass size beyond the limitations of the strip views and therefore probably substantial more tube length. So, we’re talking about a colossal tube system substantially longer than 5.5 miles and in fact many kilometers or miles longer than that. Much smaller tubes are found in Tubes exposed in valleys where the soil has been blown away.

Besides the giant tubes that have been found in the Mars crater photographs, there are much smaller “tubes” often referred as glass or Plexiglas tubes because they are translucent or even transparent. There are miles and miles of them … mostly buried … a few completely exposed as in these photos probably by the winds. The diameter of the smaller tube is 20-50 meters (66 to 164 feet) in general. That’s about big enough to put two interstate highways through. Supposedly, they are exposed through the mechanism of geological weathering of the surface soil. It does not appear that these tunnels or tubes are geologic or natural construction. This leaves us with the awesome conclusion that they have another origin of which there are only two possibilities … they are organic … or … they are artificial.

I should point out NASA claims these tubes are actually sand dunes. While the European Space Agency feels many of the tubes are lava flows. I spoke with NASA scientists who claim much information on Mars is highly classified. I flew over sand dunes in Saudi Arabia for three months, Prevailing winds form sand dunes from in one direction, while the tubes run in many directions.

We can speculate a Mars civilization may have decided to go underground due to being hit repeatedly by meteorites or radiation from space. The tubing appears somewhat transparent and likely allows some light to penetrate while stopping the radiation. Underground water appears to seep in on the sides of the craters and dams collect the water. There is oxygen, water, and the building blocks of life found on Mars indicating life likely exists. There’s no magnetic field on Mars so the ceaseless hazard of ionizing radiation could result in shortened lifespan for Martians, Using absorber materials such as Plexiglas for beta particles and lead for X-rays and gamma rays is an effective way to reduce radiation exposure.

. I have seen too much evidence of tampering of photographs on such a fine level and small scale to convince me that this could have been done daily only with much larger closer in views.

Defense of the Moon and Mars Star Wars

President Trump tweeted from Air Force One while returning from a visit to Europe:

“For all the money we are spending, NASA should NOT be talking about going to the Moon – We did that 50 years ago,” They should be focused on the much bigger things we are doing, including Mars (of which the Moon is a part), Defense and Science!” Trump said.

Note: President Trump may have slipped mentioning that there is a possible defense system in place for the Moon and Mars called Solar Warden. e has also started a new military service called the Space Force.  “Under my administration, we are restoring NASA to greatness and we are going back to the Moon, then Mars,” The single most significant action in the Missile Defense Review is the endorsement of a program to build a new network of early warning and tracking satellites, which the Pentagon calls a Space Sensor Layer. The nation will have advanced missile defense capabilities, he said, “with the Space Force leading the way.” Space is “going to be a very big part of our defense and offense,” Trump said.

M.S. Michael Salla, PH.D. Writes, R.C. Randy Cramer (Capt, USMC) claims he went to Mars in 1987, and help defend bases formed by several nations. In the interview, Cramer’s described his training as a child super soldier to serve as a member of an elite Marine Corps unit that provides personnel for a secret space program with military bases on the Moon, Mars and other parts of the solar system. Cramer describes how he traveled to a secret Moon base to sign papers committing him to a 20 year tour of duty.

 The Mars Defense Force (MDF) defended the Mars Colony Corporation that had five civilian settlements on Mars from indigenous Martians. He flew to Forward Station Zebra and spent the next 17 plus years of his life as a member of the special tactical operations division. The Mars Colony Corporations mission is to extract minerals and his job was to defend the operation from Martians.

He fought a native Reptoid species and a native Insectoid species that don’t necessarily live in the same areas, but have their own nests and hives.

There is evidence of mining on Mars and possible bases. The Martians have bases and cities hundreds of feet underground.. There was an invasive Reptoid species; they were Draconians, Alpha Draconians. He was promoted all the way up to Sergeant-Major after 17 years.

 Solar Warden – The Secret Space Program

 UK News Darren Perks reports since 1980, a secret space fleet code named ‘Solar Warden’ has been in operation unknown to the public that allegedly includes key world governments. While conducting an FOI (freedom of information) request with the DOD (department of defense) in 2010, I had a much unexpected response by email from them which read:

“About an hour ago I spoke to a NASA rep who confirmed this was their program and that it was terminated by the President Obama. He also informed me that it was not a joint program with the DOD. The NASA rep informed me that you should be directed to the Johnson Space Center FOIA Manager.

The program not only operates classified under the US Government but also under the United Nations authority. So you might be wondering how do I know this information? Well there are a few people and many others that have tried hard to find out the truth, and have succeeded by leaked information or simply asking questions and have government departments slip up and give away information freely, just like what happened when Darren Perks asked the DOD. One notable contributor is Gary Mckinnon.

When Gary McKinnon hacked into U.S. Space Command he found out about the ships or craft within Solar Warden. It is said that there are about eight cigar-shaped Motherships (each longer than two football fields end-to-end) and 43 small “scout ships. Gary McKinnon claims to have stumbled upon a secret list of Navel officers and up to ten space warships after breaking into NASA computer databases. A couple ships were named the USSS Curtis Lemay and USSS Roscoe Hillenkoetter. He claims it points to a secret American space program.

The Solar Warden Space Fleet will likely transfer to the new Space Force.

 The Obama Administration was forcing the UK to extradite Gary McKinnon to face trial in the US with a possible seventy years in prison. Teresa May refused to allow McKinnon to be sent to the U.S.

The National Archive Records Admonition made available 250,000 pages of documents from President Reagan’s administration. The entry for June 11, 1985 page 334) reads:

’Reagan’s  Lunch with 5 Top Space Scientists

President Reagan Diary states, “It was fascinating. Space truly is the last frontier and some of the developments there in astronomy etc. are like science fiction, except they are real. I learned that our shuttle capacity is such that we could orbit 300 people.”

It is likely much bigger to accommodate sleeping quarters, kitchen facilities, bathrooms, storage radar and weapons. The now grounded Space Shuttle held a maximum of eight people and only five were built for space flight.

Even if all five took off fully loaded it would be impossible to place and maintain 300 astronauts in orbit. Apparently President Reagan revealed the existence of a highly classified space program that could accommodate hundreds of astronauts in orbit. These comments by two Presidents indicate we have large space ships defending Earth.

According to Ted Twietmeyer, there is circumstantial evidence for the existence of antigravity vehicles with advanced particle beam weapons that could remove orbital debris from the path of NASA vehicles. These space ships must be armed with particle beam or quantum weaponry, chemical lasers or electrically excited reactor powered lasers and other weaponry. These weapons could also be used to destroy objects in the path of the space station or space shuttle. There were several eyewitness reports of hovering black triangles firing at targets in Iraq during the early days of the war.

There is a massive anti-gravity energy field surrounding these vehicles which interferes with all electronic devices, making it unlikely anyone could ever get good images of them. War has historically been the best proving ground for all new weapons.

Important clues may emerge from the recently released Reagan records about Strategic Command’s classified space fleet. More significantly, the public may soon learn about the advanced antigravity technologies that have been secretly developed and used for decades to fly military astronauts into deep space. Many of the Paperclip scientists worked at the (Air Material Command’s) Foreign Technology Division at Wright Field, Ohio?

Two Paper Clip German scientists at Wright Field were Dr. Hans Amtmann and Dr. Alexander Lippisch who designed the ME 163 Rocket aircraft and swept wing designs. One was named Siegfried Knemeyer was a former Nazi Luftwaffe Pilot and RLM Director of the German Air Ministry that helped create the V-1 and V-2 rockets. They allegedly helped in back engineering the Roswell and Socorro UFOs.

The Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI)

 The Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) was proposed by U.S. President Ronald Reagan on March 23, 1983, to use ground- and space-based systems to protect the United States from attack by strategic nuclear ballistic missiles. The Strategic Defense Initiative was set up in 1984 becoming the most expensive weapons system ever, and “was widely criticized as being unrealistic. It was soon derided and called Star Wars.

 According to William Tomkins Star Wars exists and several countries in the United Nations have joined together to fight off negative extra terrestrials. It appears that the billions spent to develop an effective system may now exist.

Rumors that the U.S. has a highly classified fleet of antigravity vehicles have circulated for years. On March 23, 1993, at an engineering conference in Los Angeles, Dr. Ben Rich former CEO of Lockheed’s Skunkworks, showed a slide with a black disk headed for space and said: “We now have the technology to take ET home”.

• China Has a History of Selling Dangerous Products to U.S

Chinese-made products have accounted for more than 60 percent of recalls this year, said Scott Wolfson, spokesman for the U.S. Consumer Product and Safety Commission. So far they have recalled 338 products overall this year, Wolfson said. Most companies are run by military generals all hoping to kill Americans. China’s current food and drug safety situation is not very satisfactory.

These structures measure on the order of 1 micron (virus size). Increasingly complex internal nature of the original sample fiber is now evident.

Additional budding structure is visible on the edge of the primary fiber. Translucent encasement that is indicative or suggestive of reproductive capability. This virus size structures can spread various forms of the corona virus in your food or masks. Because nanotechnology deals with tiny particles that are about as big as individual atoms and molecules, that means you basically can’t tell which types of foods, packages or products contain nano particles.

It is very odd that the states keeping people home like New Jersey and New York have the highest number of deaths while those open states have less COVID-19 . Blue states only allow people out to purchase food. Speculating it seems something other than human contact may spread the disease. CDC Director Rochelle Walensky said communities of color were severely impacted by the pandemic and were facing higher case counts and deaths compared to other races. Generally Chinese food is a very available to people of color. The Chinese often use/nano technology in producing food that is the size of atoms and viruses.

Examples of these types of potentially dangerous nano particles include nano-silver and titanium dioxide, which research suggests can get “stuck” in the digestive system (especially the small intestine), possibly leading to leaky gut syndrome and autoimmune disease symptoms. The autoimmune disease can likely make it easier to develop  COVID-19.  Ii it possible the virus is n our food since allegedly it came from bats then animals? “Viruses require a living host to grow and reproduce but food coughed or sneezed on can carry the virus.

Brian Ronholm, Consumer Reorts director of food policy. Ronholm sent a letter to USDA, on March 31 outlining CR’s concerns.

“We aren’t worried about the meat becoming contaminated with the new coronavirus,” he says, “but we want to continually monitor the overall safety of the meat and poultry supply.”

We know no travel was allowed from Wuhan within China but hundreds of thousands traveled all over the world carrying the COVID-19

Unidentified Aerial Phenomena sightings were reported over Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Virginia, and Washington D.C.

Unidentified Aerial Phenomena sightings were reported over Australia, Canada, Ireland, Papua New Guinea, and England in the United Kingdom.

Arizona Object

Mohave Valley – on February 20, 2019, Iwas taking pictures of an ultra light plane flying just west of our house. When I checked out the pictures this object was in one of the photos. Not sure what it is but I didn’t see or hear it.

California Object

Fowler – on August 14, 2014, after midnight saw a large flashing light over in grape vine fields to the NE. So I videotaped this craft through the telescope to get a closer look. To my surprise I saw what was a huge multi colored silent hovering craft that changed shape. It was a beautiful clear starry night.

Florida Clouds and Object

Rivera Beach – on April 9, 2021, observed 3 cigar shaped objects flying east to northeast in formation. Glowing orange like on fire totally silent

Winter Park – on March 14, 2021, at 6:04 am Elon Musk rocket launched during a “new moon” cloud-free sky w/o winds. At 6:20am my neighbor and I with my dog were walking due east 75 miles from Cape Canaveral . My neighbor saw the Rocket launch 20+ minutes earlier n a clear sky. As I walked only moments later to her I was shocked by the most intense blue triangle shape and I snapped 6 iPhone pictures.
As we walked about 700 feet’ down my street I continued snapping pictures (one shown) of a possible UFO or gasses from the rocket? A news report a weird green light object above the wormhole shape; and yellow and white orbs.

Illinois Lights

Normal – on April 12, 2021, I was only able to maintain visual on the object for 5-10 seconds. The wind was blowing between 15-25mph g from southwest to northeast. As I was driving to work, I turned Northbound on veterans Parkway and noticed moving right was a bright white, cylindrical/cigar shaped object about./4-1/2 mile away and a few hundred feet in the air. In 35 seconds I parked and the object was gone so I made my way back to work, and saw a very large military propeller plane appear to be searching for the cylinder.

Indiana Object

South Bend – Jul 23, 2017, spotted this in the sky after a round of golf with two of my sons. The object frequently changed shape so I don’t know what it was

Kentucky Objects

Louisville — March 24, 2021 taking out his trash he saw an object with tangerine-orange lights coming towards him. The silent object was at an altitude of about 400 feet flying at 70 MPH and was 1.5 miles away. The diamond shaped craft banked east but then appeared to be rectangular and gun metal gray and had railing on the bottom. There were orange lights on the ends and a yellow light in the middle. The craft was the size of a city bus and had a height of six to eight feet. He went to call his wife and when he returned the object was gone. He called the police and they forwarded his sighting to the county. He hasn’t received a response from the county.

Michigan Lights

Warren – on July 9. 2014, the massive object moved extremely slowly and silent in a straight path west. The object was solid and had several “fixed” large lights and several smaller lights. At the rear, there was an opening with an amber/red light and mist. I have witnessed several UFO’s since I was a young child.

Missouri Lights

Piedmount – on March 16, 2021, I was driving home and saw a glowing orb ball like ufo and got my phone out and tried recording while driving. It’s not the first time I have seen one.

Kansas City – on April 16, 2021, I found this odd sacred geometric shape above the trees.

New Jersey Lights

Pennington on April 14, 2021, saw flying object projecting light that looked like it was a Chemtrail, but beam looked like it was coming from flying object

North Carolina Object

Durham – on February 18, 2021, I was driving and looked up and saw in the distance an object that looked like a white Tic Tac. Similar object was seen over Waynesville on April 9, 2021.

Virginia Lights

Richmond – on April 1, 2021, unusual object captured by all-sky camera (Malincam) with meteor detection software (Handy Cam AVI). Object was captured in four AVI videos. A composite image is automatically generated at the end of each AVI. The object changed direction, paused, accelerated and changed brightness. It was bright enough to cast light on my house.

Washington D.C. Discs

District of Columbia on July 4, 1981, we’ve held on to this for 40 years and hardly shared it with anyone because it seems so far-fetched. I can still visualize it as the Beach Boys had performed on the Mall all 3 summers, of which my friend Bruce and I attended. So either 80/81 or 81/82. We sat on the west lawn of the Washington Monument, soberly watching the concert.
It was during the fireworks that evening when I saw “them.” I happened to notice a plane, heading east along the river, when I saw 2 UFOs appear from behind the Memorial. The crafts paused, hovered, then after just a few moments backed up and disappeared out of view. I was frozen, could not do anything but stare. The photo is my rendition of exactly what I witnessed.

Australia Light

Rraglen Yarra Valley, Victoria — on March 20, 2021, attending sons wedding in Yarra Valley Saturday object in the sky when taking photo.

Canada Cylinder Light

Niagara Falls – on September 20, 2020, I observed a glowing fireball shaped object that was hovering at a slight angle directly above me. I noticed it was not moving in any direction and was just hovering in the same position. I captured some photos and video and observed it for about 15 minutes..

Ireland Light

Shahrekord – on July 22, 2015, at 9 PM as soon as I reached the roof, I saw a ball of light east, which was fixed. It shone with different lights and there was a green halo around the object that was twice the size of Venus.
Suddenly, the object became brighter and larger, about the size of a full moon.
Then a black tunnel came out of the object, twisted, and moved forward in the sky. Then suddenly the object jumped in the tunnel and went through the whole tunnel at high speed. Then it made another 45 degree jump and disappeared.

Papua New Guinea Light

Port Moresby – on March 3, 2020, it appeared always at the same time in the evening, maybe 4/5 time on a period of 2/3 months. It’s a big white round orb with an outside circle that moves fast.

UK/England Object

Birkdale Close – on April 10, 2021, a UFO that shone bright as if reflecting the sunlight before turning black. The photo shows a circular craft with angled wing like protrusions, and lights or propulsion flare along the top edge. It does not appear to look like a conventional aero plane.

St Monans – on April 3, 2021, while photographing some shots of the shoreline in the Fife town. I think I may have caught a UFO ascending, fast in he steepness of the ascent was far too steep for an aircraft and there would have been some sound. It could have been some sort of rocket .t.
