General relativity using EM torsion field

Gravity machine utilizing an intense EM field that produces sufficient thrust to propel

From an engineering perspective the electromagneto-toroid method is far more

practical.The unified field theory on connection between gravity and electromagnetic

field was decisive until now at present time (2018)

Within the frame work of Cartan introduced 1913 about torsion fields and later by

Einstein, the existence of these field s has been permitted but are very weak and

cannot be observed and seemed to have no practical application . Shipov states in

1980 the OPPOSITE!

The torsion field concept was conceived in the Sovjet Union by a group of great

physici in 1980. Anatol Akimov and Gennady Shipov began the research as the state

sponsored center for Nontraditional Technologies.

Torsion fields can be generated ,detected and switched on and off and are a distinct

type of energy field that included to today´s classical physics .Torsion field

emanations can travel at velocities at least as high as 109 times speed of light. After

reading some of Russian literature about torsion fields one becomes almost

convinced that there is a similarity between the so-called gravity waves of Ramsey

and Hodowanec and torsion fields . For the latter you may find research results

published earlier in Dutch : * Gravity metingen met een electronische detector

schakeling * 2-06-2015. In this research was found that the large angular

momentum of stars and black holes are detected even when the receiver was

severely shielded . The signals were interpreted by Hodowanec as generated as

gravitational waves.

Following Burkhard Heim ideas space propulsion is possible and will be possible with

Torsion Field generation. The torsion field has the following unusual possibilities

• The upper limit is 109 times the speed of light

• Torsion fields are able to propagate in a region of space which is not limited by the light cone .That means that torsion fields are able to propagate in the future as well in the past

• Torsion fields transmit INFORMATION without transmitting energy

All of these four requirements are fulfilled by the 6- dimensional unified

geometrized quantum field theory of Burkhard Heim which has been proven to be

correct.

This theory unifies the 4 fundamental forces of nature: the short range strong

and weak nuclear forces and the long range gravity and EM forces ,for the first

time . This theory is brought by Colonel John Brandenburg (2016) in* The

journal of Multidisciplinary Engineering Science Studies* Basically it is a classical

theory extended to subatomic limits, with appropriate quantum conditions. GEMS

is a combination of the Kaluza – Klein hidden dimension approach of the EM-

gravity unification and Sacharov approach where in space-time is

electromagnetic in character. This theory indicates that manipulation of gravity ,

strong and weak forces by electromagnetism is possible.

forward acknowledge the existence of high classified secret technology projects.

included working with secret UFO designs that US spies obtained in Germany and

study reversed engineering of Nazi antigravity space-drafts .Tompkins worked all

the time under Rear Admiral Rico Botta, identified as playing a key role in

starting US Navy-led secret space program and was assigned to transporting spy

intelligence stolen papers of Nazi Germany.

Only a few military insiders know the Nazis are deep into a secret Ufo -project.

Remarkable is that some of the space ships designs resemblance with flying

*submarines*.Looking at some types gives clearly a picture of Electromagnetic

propulsion with coils covering the walls , and also a clear picture of the two

counterclockwise rotating fields for gravity propulsion. The existing two power

source is very consistent with the detection of the two peaks in the magnetic

detection report of the cylinder- ufo observation in Sint Katelijne Waverduring

the winter of 2008

Disk Shoots Past Animal Cam With Deer, 3-13-2021, VIDEO, UFO Sighting News

Watch this mind blowing video and you will notice that its an animal cam recording the local deer. However as a deer is grazing in front of the cam, a metallic disk shoots slowly past the deer. The disk look to be about one meter across and the dark area in its middle is a window area. This object is actually watching the deer grazing as the came watches them both! Absolutely takes my breath away. This video is one for the history books.

UFO Sighting News: Sphere Seen Over City In Argentina Known As "the end of the world." Video. March 22, 2021.

This UFO was recorded by UFO researcher Gina Maria Colvin Hill of Youtube. She was recording a live web cam of Argentina when she suddenly noticed a massive glowing sphere moving over the bay. At one point it leaves a long trail on the cam, and you can even see its reflection in the water. Gina was insistent that it was not a plane, and I really have to agree. This object is not moving like a plane and has no features of any aircraft I have ever seen. This is a sphere. Absolutely amazing to see this 12 minute video. Loved it! This city in Argentina is called Ushuaia and has the title of world's southernmost city. It's also been called, "the end of the world." This video is 100% proof that aliens exist and are right now flying over Argentina as we speak!

The Way To Find ET’s Intelligent Life

Despite humanity’s best efforts to find evidence of intelligent alien life out there somewhere in the Universe, we’ve turned up squat so far. Is Earth really so unique, or is it just that any extraterrestrials that once existed gave up the ghost long ago?

A new Canadian study suggests there’s an alternative possibility. Aliens may very well be out there and looking for us too, and, if so, our best chance of finding one another is to presume that their ability to see across the chasm of space is effectively the same as our own.

One of the ways our Earthly scientists study faraway planets is by examining their shadows as they pass in front of their host stars. The authors of the new study – to be published in Astrobiology – say this is the most likely way alien observers would know anything of Earth too.

“It’s impossible to predict whether extraterrestrials use the same observational techniques as we do,” said astrophysicist René Heller, who worked on the research while at McMaster University in Canada, and is now at the Institute for Astrophysics in Göttingen, Germany. “But they will have to deal with the same physical principles as we do, and Earth’s solar transits are an obvious method to detect us.”

When a planet performs a transit in front of a star – as seen with Venus passing over the Sun in the NASA image above – it’s the closest astronomers get to shining a light on planets that are so far away, they’re difficult to study in other ways.

Transit observation not only allows scientists to visually see planets using telescopes, but it also helps them to collect other kinds of data, such as atmospheric conditions and surface temperature, giving them an idea of whether the world they’re looking at might be habitable.

It stands to reason that intelligent extraterrestrials with the same level of technology could find Earth the same way – and in fact, they might already have done so.

“If any of these planets host intelligent observers, they could have identified Earth as a habitable, even as a living world long ago and we could be receiving their broadcasts today,” the authors write in their paper.

The scientists propose that we should focus our alien-hunting efforts on Earth’s own transit zone – a thin slice of space, about half a degree wide, but potentially less for atmospheric detection – from which our planet’s passage in front of the Sun can be detected from elsewhere in the Milky Way.

That slender window in space is where we’re most visible to anybody out there, so that’s where we should be looking – or listening – for any kinds of extraterrestrial broadcasts or communications.

“As an ultimate consequence,” the researchers write, “even if our species chose to remain radio-quiet to eschew interstellar contact, we cannot hide from observers located in Earth’s solar transit zone, if they exist.”

Perseverance’s first month on Mars has yielded new sights and sounds

Since NASA’s Perseverance rover landed on Mars on 18 February, it has been doing as much science as it can during the testing phase of its scientific instruments. That has involved driving short distances and taking pictures of the rocks near the landing site.

“So far, all of this has been going exceedingly well,” said Ken Farley at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in California, during a presentation at the virtual Lunar and Planetary Science Conference on 16 March. “We’ve had no major technical issues.” The rover’s first drive on 4 March – which lasted 33 minutes and covered about 6.5 metres – demonstrated that it can, in fact, rove, and the other tests are going smoothly as well, he said.

Perseverance has a microphone, which has allowed us to hear the Red Planet for the first time. It recorded more than 16 minutes of audio as it drove around on Mars on 7 March, and some of that is below.

“If I heard these sounds driving my car, I’d pull over and call for a tow,” said Dave Gruel at JPL in a statement. “But if you take a minute to consider what you’re hearing and where it was recorded, it makes perfect sense.” However, one of the high-pitched scratching noises in the recordings was unexpected and NASA engineers are now trying to figure out what is causing it.

Perseverance has also zapped several of the rocks near its landing site with its laser to determine their chemical compositions. They are similar to basaltic rocks on Earth, and some of them also appear to have water locked up in their molecular structure. Many of the nearby rocks contain visible holes, some of which were probably bored by wind, whereas others may have been sculpted by flowing water.

All of these findings are exactly what scientists expected. Basalts form from molten rock and we knew that Jezero crater, where Perseverance landed, ought to have volcanic rocks that were once covered by the lake that used to fill the crater.

One of the images taken during testing even showed a Martian dust devil – a rotating column of dust – moving across the surface. These are common on Mars – most of the spacecraft we have sent there, including the Viking landers in the 1970s, have spotted them at some point.

Perseverance’s next major task will be to test Ingenuity, the small helicopter that the rover carried to Mars in its belly. For that, Perseverance will drop Ingenuity off, drive a short distance away and attempt to take a video of the helicopter as it lifts into the Martian air.

After Ingenuity’s test flights, which are expected to happen this spring, the rover will be free to drive further afield and begin its science phase in earnest. At that point, it will begin searching for signs of ancient life and take samples to be returned to Earth by a later mission planned for 2026.

The U.S. Navy's “UFO patents” sound like they've been ripped from a science fiction novel.

The U.S. Navy has patents on weird and little understood technology. According to patents filed by the Navy, it is working on a compact fusion reactor that could power cities, an engine that works using “inertial mass reduction,” and a “hybrid aerospace-underwater craft.” Dubbed the “UFO patents, The War Zone has reported that the Navy had to build prototypes of some of the outlandish tech to prove it worked.

Dr. Salvatore Cezar Pais is the man behind the patents and The War Zone has proven the man exists, at least on paper. Pais has worked for a number of different departments in the Navy, including the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAVAIR/NAWCAD) and the Strategic Systems Programs. (SSP) The SSP mission, according to its website, is to “provide credible and affordable strategic solutions to the warfighter.” It’s responsible for developing the technology behind the Trident class nuclear missiles launched from Submarines.

The patents all build on each other, but at their core is something Pais called the “Pais Effect.” This is the idea that, “controlled motion of electrically charged matter via accelerated vibration and/or accelerated spin subjected to smooth yet rapid acceleration transients, in order to generate extremely high energy/high intensity electromagnetic fields.” 

Essentially, Pais is claiming to use properly spun electromagnetic fields to contain a fusion reaction. That plasma fusion reaction he claims to have invented will revolutionize power consumption. Experts theorize that a functioning fusion reactor would lead to cheap and ubiquitous energy.

One of Pais and the Navy’s patents described what the propulsion system and fusion drive would be used for—a “hybrid aerospace-underwater craft.” According to the patent, the craft could travel land, sea, and outer space at incredible speeds. Other patents invented by Pais and filed by the Navy include a “high temperature superconductor,” a “electromagnetic field generator,” and a “high frequency gravitational wave generator.”

It all sounds like science fiction, and the Navy has been skeptical too. Navy authorities called bullshit on Pais’ inventions and his patents went through a lengthy internal review at NAVAIR. The War Zone obtained emails about the bureaucratic fight between Pais and the Navy through a Freedom of Information Act Request and revealed that the mad scientist won. According to the patents, some of the technology is “operable.” That means the Navy is claiming some of Pais’ wild tech works and has been demonstrated to Navy officials.

The physics of what Pais is claiming are beyond theoretical and beyond the ken of the layman or lowly science reporter. But a paper about his compaction fusion reactor was accepted by the peer reviewed Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Transactions on Plasma Science and published in its November 2019 issue. “The fact that my work on the design of a Compact Fusion Reactor was accepted for publication in such a prestigious journal as IEEE TPS, should speak volumes as to its importance and credibility - and should eliminate (or at least alleviate) all misconceptions you (or any other person) may have in regard to the veracity (or possibility) of my advanced physics concepts,” Pais told The War Zone in an email.

Pais continued to toot his own plasma horn. “Do realize that my work culminates in the enablement of the Pais Effect (original physical concept),” he said. “Such high energy [electromagnetic] radiation can locally interact with the Vacuum Energy State (VES) - the VES being the Fifth State of Matter (Fifth Essence - Quintessence), in other words the fundamental structure (foundational framework), from which Everything else (Spacetime included) in our Quantum Reality, emerges. The Engineering of the Pais Effect can give rise to the Enablement of Macroscopic Quantum Coherence, which if you have closely been following my work, you understand the importance of.”

If the email Pais sent sounds like the jargon filled ramblings of a mad scientist, you aren’t alone.

Having taken a look at the FBI’s files on both George Adamski and George Van Tassel, I thought I would share with you the reasons why some of the other “Contactees” of the 1950s and 1960s were carefully watched by government agencies. We’ll begin with yet another FBI file on a certain friend of the Space Brothers. The man: George Hunt Williamson. It’s intriguing to note that the primary reason why Williamson had a file on him was because he was suspected of smuggling ancient artifacts over the Mexico border and into the United States. Something like that is all but guaranteed to ensure a file will be opened on you. For a while the FBI deeply pondered on whether or not they should get further involved in the pursuit of a potential crime that had occurred outside of its jurisdiction and in another country – Mexico – but finally dropped the matter; rather fortunately, it must be said, for Williamson. There is one particularly curious aspect of this particular affair: a number of the relevant documents are heavily censored according to category 1 of the Freedom of Information Act. Notably, 1 covers nothing less than matters that may have a potential effect on US national security. That strongly suggests there was something about Williamson that we still don’t know of to this very day.

Then, there’s the FBI file on Truman Bethurum, the man who, in the early 1950s, claimed to have met (on more than a few occasions) with a hot alien babe known as “Aura Rhanes.” As for why the FBI took so much interest in the Bethurum, the answer is very simple. The government was already keeping tabs on Bethurum, for one particularly interesting reason: he had made certain statements linking his experiences with Aura Rhanes to matters of a communist nature. In Bethurum’s own words: “Two or three fellows who had sons in Korea and who read a lot in the newspapers about the Communist underground in this country, were convinced in their own minds that I was, if making contact with anyone at all, making it with enemy agents. They even went so far as to tell me belligerently that they intended to get guns and follow me nights, and if they caught up me having intercourse with any people from planes, airships of any kind, they’d blast me and those people too.” And, as an amusing aside, it also led the FBI to refer Aura Rhanes in its files as a “ravishing woman commandant”! Even the Bureau, it seems, was infected by Aura’s intergalactic hotness!

George King’s Aetherius Society, which was also very much Contactee-driven from the late-1950s onward, was the subject of a secret file created by an arm of the U.K. police force called Special Branch. That file is now in the public domain, thanks to the terms of the U.K.’s Freedom of Information Act. The file does not show that Special Branch was worried about alien encounters. Rather, the papers demonstrate that Special Branch was concerned by the fact that the Aetherius Society was allying itself with the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament, which was created in 1the 1950s. Special Branch certainly viewed King as, in their words, a “crank.” Special Branch  came to quickly realize that King was highly motivated when it came to getting the word out regarding his views on nuclear weapons and the Russians. That alone was certainly a matter of deep concern to the authorities. The surveillance, hardly surprisingly, continued at a steady and secret pace. A Special Branch document from 1959 provides the following on the Aetherius Society: “It crusades for the suspension of the H-bomb tests and supports the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament. It took part in what became known as the 1958 Aldermaston March and holds public meetings from time to time. One was held on 23^rd August 1959 when 200 persons formed a ‘quiet, amused’ audience. It was covered by Special Branch.” Special Branch eventually discontinued its surveillance of the Aetherius Society. The strange affair was finally over.

This eyewitness recorded a long tictac UFO over Jupiter, Florida today. They were confused at what it might actually be and thought it may be a plane. This object has no sound, no wings, no windows and no propulsion of any kind. This could be a blimp, but I see no undercarriage that would hold people and I see no tail fins to steer it. So I rule out blimp. This looks like a real UFO flying low and boldly over the city of Jupiter. Note, I have said many times that there is an alien base off the Florida coast, which I attribute the abundance of UFO sightings too.

FOX News report with John Ratcliffe who served as the Director of National Intelligence under former President Trump, speaks about Government UFO UAP investigation AATIP UAPTF ongoing motion to investigate strange objects performing impossible maneuvers in the skies around the world, reportedly detected and witnessed by the Navy, the Air Force, and even tracked via satellites. 

The interview answers some questions on Unidentified Flying Objects, aka Unidentified Aerial Phenomena but also opens up so many more questions. 

There is a lot of anticipation for the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force and Department of Defense report which is due for inspection by a congressional committee. 

Do the objects represent a threat? Are the UAPs piloted by extraterrestrials? Are aliens visiting Earth? 

It is important to note that while some are awaiting a form of UFO Disclosure to the public at large, the mystery of the UFOs in the skies of our planet will more than likely not occur with the release of such a report, but in fact may instigate further investigations that can hopefully draw more interest from leaders in Washington to notice what many are calling for, which is a more transparent investigation into sightings, especially those who are witnesses in the Armed Forces. 

With that said, given some of the comments spoken about by John Ratcliffe, members of Congress have already been briefed on various aspects of the phenomenon, and maybe have been alerted to some form of established threat identification. 

UFOs UAPs have been seen penetrating sensitive military and commercial airspace on many repeated occasions, tracked on radar, and witnessed by reliable sources. 

This interview seems to hint at what we may expect to come in the next 60 days, but more importantly, it brings the topic out of the fringes it has resided in for many years, into a far more serious mode of understanding, and the public wants to know!

In politics, it’s always easier to admit to things and make promises when one is out of office. That’s especially true on the national level and one field that suffers from these “I didn’t reveal the secrets when I was in office but there’s a lot of them and I’ll do better next time” pronouncements is UFOs and UAPs. Think John Podesta, who claimed he regrated not digging deeper into UFOs and offer some disclosure while working for President Bill Clinton, promised to do better if Hillary Clinton was elected and still hasn’t revealed anything. Now comes John Ratcliffe, the former director of national intelligence under former President Donald Trump. He had this to say during a recent interview with Fox News host Maria Bartiromo (summarized by the Washington Examiner):

“There are a lot more sightings than have been made public. Some of those have been declassified. And when we talk about sightings, we are talking about objects that have seen by Navy or Air Force pilots, or have been picked up by satellite imagery that frankly engage in actions that are difficult to explain. Movements that are hard to replicate that we don’t have the technology for. Or traveling at speeds that exceed the sound barrier without a sonic boom.”

Ratcliffe is referring to incidents like the Navy Tic Tac UFO sightings, which all happened before he became Director of National Intelligence in May 2020. Nothing new here.

“When we talk about sightings, the other thing I will tell you is, it’s not just a pilot or just a satellite, or some intelligence collection. Usually we have multiple sensors that are picking up these things, and … some of these are unexplained phenomenon, and there is actually quite a few more than have been made public.”

There’s Ratcliffe’s “I knew about this but didn’t tell you when I could have” confession. Then comes the “hint about aliens without admitting anything” moment.

“Weather can cause disturbances, visual disturbances. Sometimes we wonder whether or not our adversaries have technologies that are a little bit further down the road than we thought or than we realized. But there are instances where we don’t have good explanations for some of the things that we have seen.”

Why would the former Director of National Intelligence be hinting about extraterrestrials now? He’s out of office and has no chance of getting his old position back for at least four years. Ratcliffe was also a member of the House of Representatives. Could he be planning another run so he can get back to Congress, become the next Harry Reid and influence disclosure?

Sorry, that’s not it either. Ratcliffe’s hints are coming ahead of the $2.3 trillion coronavirus relief and government funding bill that former President Trump signed into law in December, which contained the Senate Intelligence Committee’s Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 which stated that the Intelligence Committee must reveal any threats posed by “unidentified aerial phenomena” and submit them “in unclassified form, but may include a classified annex.” Being the former director, Ratcliffe ‘should’ known what’s in the report. If it’s a real revelation, he can take credit for it since it was committed to under his brief watch. If it has nothing new, he can blame it on the new administration and its director for withholding information. It’s a win-win for Ratcliffe … and nothing as usual for the American UFO-disclosure-seeking public.

Unless there’s really some disclosure in it. The report is supposed to be released by June 1, but anything with “national security” in its content often has a way of being withheld or heavily redacted. All we can do is wait … and elect officials who will really do what they promise, at least when it comes to UFO/UAP disclosure.
