‘UFO’ spotted over Yellowstone Volcano in SHOCKING video
UFO hunters are convinced that they have spotted an alien spaceship taking off at Yellowstone National Park after witnessing a bright, pulsating light which was caught on a webcam live stream.
A video uploaded to conspiracy YouTube channel The Hidden Underbelly shows what appears to be a bright light lifting from the ground in the hills in the background.
The light then moves towards the camera slowly, before veering off to the left of the screen.
Viewers of the video were convinced that the bright light is definitely a UFO, and believe that the authorities have some answering to do.
Somme Bomb posted: “Would love to see them explain that one. You can see clearly the light interferes with the clouds and you can see the reflection in the river.”
Twilights daughter added: “They must have been checking out the geysers and scenery just like the humans were.”
Yellowstone has also piqued the interest of many around the globe over fears that it could soon erupt.
The Yellowstone Caldera supervolcano last erupted 70,000 years ago but a spike in seismic activity around the national park has unsettled nerves.

If the Wyoming volcano were to erupt it would kill an estimated 87,000 people immediately and make two-thirds of the USA immediately uninhabitable.
The large spew of ash into the atmosphere would block out sunlight and directly affect life beneath it creating a “nuclear winter”.

The massive eruption could be a staggering 6,000 times as powerful as the one from Washington’s Mount St Helens in 1980 which killed 57 people and deposited ash in 11 different states and five Canadian provinces.
If the volcano explodes, a climate shift would ensue as the volcano would spew massive amounts of sulphur dioxide into the atmosphere, which can form a sulphur aerosol that reflects and absorbs sunlight.
Wreckage missing from a mini UFO - which was labelled the ‘British Roswell’ - has been found in a tin box at a London museum.
A mysterious metal disc found on Silpho Moor in a remote part of Yorkshire in 1957 was nicknamed the ‘Silpho UFO’, reports the UK Telegraph.
Newspapers in northern England at the time reported a small “copper-bottomed flying saucer” being found.
The remaining parts of the Silpho UFO, found in 1957, were rumoured by the UFO community to have ended up on a scrap heap or even on display in a local fish and chip shop.

After the mystery object was cut open, a book made of 17 thin copper sheets covered in more hieroglyphics was discovered inside.
But when the wreckage was examined by experts from the Natural History Museum in London, it was dismissed as a hoax.
They found no evidence it had any heat damage from entering the Earth’s atmosphere.
The remains then apparently disappeared, prompting conspiracy theories it had been deliberately destroyed by the British government.

But now it has emerged the object was sent to London’s Science Museum in 1963 and was stored in a cigarette tin.
It came to light when journalism lecturer Dr David Clarke was giving a recent talk at the Science Museum.
"One of the museum staff tapped me on the shoulder and asked if I was aware that ‘bits of a flying saucer’ had been kept in a cigarette tin in the museum group store for decades," he said.
The North Yorkshire Moors National Park, close to Silpho.
"I was absolutely amazed when later we opened the tin box and saw the wreckage.
“It was obvious these were the remains of the missing Silpho Saucer that some have claimed as Britain's answer to the famous Roswell incident.”

With the recent release of the Pentagon’s UFO footage, which comprised of two videos filmed by U.S. Navy pilots of objects performing maneuvers that defy our current understanding of aerodynamics, the topic of UFOs has once again grabbed headlines around the world.
The video was a step forward towards disclosing the fact that there are unknown objects in our atmosphere that are commonly spotted and tracked on radar by defence authorities. They are highly technologically advanced, more so than any air-craft which is available in any global inventory at the moment.
Further to this, many people have had strange sightings that don’t really ‘make sense,’ in the realm of known aircrafts. The frequency of these sightings are not uncommon these days, especially for avid star gazers.
Haven’t seen one yourself? Well, how often are you looking up into the night sky? For many people, the answer is little to never.
Who Man’s These Craft’s?
The next question to be asked is, are these objects, or at least some of them, extraterrestrial?
According to one of the pilots who filmed the UFO released by the Pentagon, yes, they are, at least that’s their belief. The Pentagon’s “aerial defence” program director, Luis Elizondo also shared his belief that they are, along with hundreds of other high ranking personnel from several branches of military, intelligence, academia, aerospace and academia. He said that there is plenty of evidence to make that connection… The most recent example might be Robert Bigelow, founder of the Bigelow Aerospace corporation who, not long ago, stated that he knows we are being visited, and have been visited by ET’s.
“Yes there have been crashed craft, and bodies recovered. . . . We are not alone in the universe, they have been coming here for a long time. . . . I happen to be privileged enough to be in on the fact that we have been visited on this planet, and the UFO phenomenon is real.”
Ancient history is fascinating to say the least, and we’ve discovered so much about it. But, at the same time, we still know very little about Earth’s history and even the history of humanity. One of the most fascinating points to make about ancient history is that much of which was once considered mythological, is actually turning out to be true.
Perhaps information that didn’t fit within our framework of accepted knowledge was deemed mythological? How can we take seriously the writings of ancient Greek philosophers when describing social life and other aspects of humanity, yet when it comes to other areas of the world, like the Oracle at Delphi, they are placed in a the mythological realm?
Perhaps some was mythological, but perhaps some of what we call mythological was actually real.
Another great example is the Lost Land of Atlantis, a highly technologically advanced civilization that would shake what we thought we knew of human history, it’s not so much a tale anymore, and it’s one of many examples that show what we’ve been taught may not be completely correct.
For anybody who has done their research in this area, it’s quite clear given the evidence we now have, that Atlantis was far from a mythological place. Given our research on Atlantis, and many scholars out there, Atlantis is no joke, and perhaps before that, Lemuria as well.
This is why when it comes to stories of figures like Quetzalcoatl, it’s always interesting to contemplate that they were real.
The video footage mentioned above, which was released by the Pentagon, was done so in conjunction with To The Stars Academy headed by Tom Delonge, along with Luis Elizondo (mentioned earlier), and several other figures who’ve held high level positions within the Department of Defence. The Pentagon is working with the academy in the disclosure of UFO’s.
That in itself is a completely different discussion with many implications. It’s hard to trust the government these days, so can we really trust them with UFO disclosure and what that means? Will leave this for another time.
Delonge recently made some interesting comments about his experiences so far, and the contacts he’s been able to make, and the discussions that have been had.
“I went and met a former director of the CIA and NSA…Right when I sat down and told him about the book you know what he says to me? He goes, “I didn’t read much science fiction when I was a kid but I read a lot about Greek mythology”…The sixth biggest defense contractor in the world is a company called Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC)…and in the front of the building (SAIC’s headquarters) you have an obelisk coming out of a fake leg and two Atlantians on thrones, and they’re both holding pyramids and one says the past and one says the future, and they’re 8 foot tall statues.”
So, who was Quetzalcoatl? Considered to be a mythical tale, Spanish chronicler Juan de Torquemada states that Quetzalcoatl was ‘a fair and ruddy complexioned man with a long beard. Another describes him as follows:
“A mysterious person…a white man with strong formation of body, broad forehead, large eyes, and a flowing beard. He was dressed in a long, white robe reaching to his feet. He condemned sacrifices, except of fruits and flowers, and was known as the god of peace…When addressed on the subject of war he is reported to have stopped up his ears with his fingers.” (source)
Graham Hancock, one of the world’s foremost researchers into such things, describes another description from Central American Mayan tradition in his book, Fingerprints of the Gods:
“He came from across the sea in a boat that moved by itself without paddles. He was a tall, bearded white man who taught people to use fire for cooking. He also built houses and showed couples that they could live together as husband and wife; and since people often quarrelled in those days, he taught them to live in peace.”
This figure is spoken of the Mesoamerican culture.
It’s interesting because there are multiple accounts of various figures, not just Quetzalcoatl, all of which seemed to have provided humanity with a little ‘push’, here and there, and assistance with regards to discovery. Nothing was really done for humanity, it seemed that the common theme through all of these contacts was for us to better ourselves, and be responsible for our own progression, with a little bit of assistance.
Not all of the ‘gods’ were kind, loving and peaceful. There were others who required sacrifices, and seemed to almost be a little opposite of ones like Quetzalcoatl.
What’s also interesting is that the descriptions of Quetzalcoatl resemble modern day descriptions of some, supposed extraterrestrial beings. Those who have examined the lore, like myself, would know this. Could these have been who we consider today, benevolent extraterrestrial beings? Perhaps.
Ancient history, along with many ancient cultures who pre-date modern-day religion, all have very interesting stories which can easily be interpreted has highly advanced beings from another place.
The idea that these are just mere interpretations seem to be dwindling every year. Being an avid researcher in the field for more than a decade, I can tell you that extraterrestrial intelligence is just the tip of the iceberg. It truly does open up Pandora’s box, and there is much more to this universal story, so much so that we probably couldn’t even comprehend it.
The evidence today points to the idea that we’ve been visited for a long time, so to contemplate the idea that these were extraterrestrial visits is not out of the question.
“There are objects in our atmosphere which are technically miles in advance of anything we can deploy, that we have no means of stopping them coming here … [and] that there is a serious possibility that we are being visited and have been visited for many years by people from outer space, from other civilizations….Who they are, where they come from, and what they want. This should be the subject of rigorous scientific investigation and not the subject of ‘rubishing’ by tabloid newspapers.”

If they have been here as well as visiting us for a long time, that’s good news. It takes out the idea of an ‘extraterrestrial invasion’, because, if that were the case, it would have already happened by now.

The meaning of Quetzalcoatl is “feathered serpent,” this is the translation that comes from ancient South America, from the Maya and the Aztecs. In Hancock’s book, he goes on to describe how there were other entities who resembled Quetzalcoatl quite closely:
“There were other deities, among the Maya in particular, whose identities seemed to merge closely with those of Quetzalcoatl. One was Votan, a great civilizer, who was also described as pale-skinned, bearded and wearing a long robe. Sholars could offer no translation for his name but his principal symbol, like that of Quetzalcoatl, was a serpent. Another closely related figure was Itzamana, the Mayan god of healing, who was robed and bearded individual, his symbol, too, was the rattlesnake.”
Graham, in his book, goes on to state:
“All of the legends stated unambiguously that Quetzalcoatl/Kukulkan/Gucumatz/Votan/Itzamana had arrived in Central America from some-where very far away (across the “Eastern Sea”) and that amid great sadness he had eventually sailed off again in the direction whence he had come.”
This is an interested quote, and relates closely to a sentiment shared by a First Nations Canadian storyteller, Richard Wagamese:
“My people tell of Star People who came to us many generations ago. The Star people brought spiritual teachings and stories and maps of the cosmos and they offered these freely. They were kind, loving and set a great example. When they left us, my people say there was a loneliness like no other.” (source)
Interesting to think about. These are versions of history that old more plausibility to them than the ones we currently consider concrete. As we continue to move forward exponentially, perhaps our destiny is in the stars and we ourselves one day will be the extraterrestrials, or perhaps we already are.
Scientists at the University of Colorado Boulder devised an electronic skin, or e-skin, which mimics the mechanical and functional properties of natural human skin. The artificial skin is stretchable and bendable, but also capable of measuring pressure, temperature, and vibration. In the future, this upgrade will enable robots to sense their environment, making human-robot interactions less creepy. E-skin will also be helpful for disabled humans who are forced to wear a prosthesis.
Robo-touch
Electronic skin isn’t a novel concept. For the last decade, scientists all over the world have demonstrated functional artificial skin that possesses the ability to feel and touch objects. However, this is the first time that we’re shown an e-skin that can both heal itself and is fully recyclable.
“This particular device … won’t produce any waste,” said study co-author Jianliang Xiao, an assistant professor of mechanical engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder. “We want to make electronics to be environmentally friendly.”
Xiao and colleagues made their e-skin out of polymer and silver nanoparticles, the latter being responsible for the device’s self-healing properties. If for some reason the e-skin is torn in half, the two sides can come back together in the presence of a rehealing agent and heat pressing, which restores the broken chemical bonds. If the damage is irreparable, the device can be put into a solution that separates and recovers the silver nanoparticles, thereby allowing the material to be recycled for a new e-skin.
“What is unique here is that the chemical bonding of polyimine we use allows the e-skin to be both self-healing and fully recyclable at room temperature,” Xiao said.

Xiao envisions the e-skin being fundamental to improving interactions between human beings and robots. For instance, the scientist imagines babysitting robots equipped with fingers covered in e-skin that can tell what the temperature of the baby is or can measure pressure so the robot doesn’t press too hard.
Similarly, prostheses wrapped in e-skin can enable people who have lost a limb to regain control not only of their dexterity — at least in part — but also sensing ability, as reported in the journal Science Advances.
But this e-skin isn’t perfect. Unlike our own natural skin, the e-skin isn’t very flexible or stretchable. Worse of all, the device isn’t easily reproducible, which is why Xiao and colleagues are working on a solution that might enable them to scale down the e-skin’s manufacturing.
“We are facing pollution issues every day,” Xiao noted. “It’s important to preserve our environment and make sure that nature can be very safe for ourselves and for our kids.”

The Temple of Dendera, dedicated to the goddess Hathor, is one of the most mysterious ancient temples built by the Egyptians thousands of years ago. Located some 2.5 km southeast of Dendera, this ancient temple is one of the best preserved Egyptian complexes, especially its central temple, thanks to which it remained buried by sand and mud until it was unearthed by Auguste Mariette in the middle of the 19th century.

The main temple features a set of reliefs that is unlike any other ancient Egyptian art.
Knowns as the Dendera Light, a mysterious relief has raised numerous questions among experts. Is it possible that thousands of years ago, just before humanity decided to start writing down history, technologies far greater than what we’ve ever imagined, existed on earth?
The Dendera Lighbulb raises numerous questions. Located on the wall inside the temple of Hathor, we see something that may not be so strange in the 21st century. A large object resembling a lightbulb being manipulated by people. However, this technology wasn’t supposed to exist in ancient Egypt. So, what is it?
According to mainstream experts and Egyptologists, the Dendera Light is not some sort of ancient technology, but a mythological depiction of a djed pillar and a lotus flower, spawning a snake within, representing aspects of Egyptian mythology.
Egyptologists claim that the reliefs are a representation of the Egyptian god Hor, “Horus unifier of the Two Lands,” or Harsomtus in Greek, which takes various forms, and one of them is the snake emerging from a lotus.
This relief is interpreted by many authors as evidence of advanced ancient technology, electricity to be precise, in ancient Egypt.

Furthermore, it is believed that the Djed pillar is a symbol of stability which is also interpreted as the backbone of the god Osiris.
In the carvings at the temple of Hathor, the four horizontal lines forming the capital of the djed are supplemented by human arms stretching out, as if the djed were a backbone.
The arms hold up the snake within the lotus flower. The snake coming from the lotus symbolize fertility, linked to the annual Nile flood.
However, many ancient astronaut theorists, as well as other authors have proposed that the enigmatic relief inside the Hathor temple does not only comprise elements of ancient Egyptian mythology but depicts a massive lightbulb.
If it was, in fact, a massive lightbulb, then what powered it?

One answer may be the so-called Baghdad Batteries. More than 2,000 years ago, the ancient inhabitants of Mesopotamia created countless terracotta pots, shaped like a vase and of a light yellowish color, containing a cylinder made of a rolled copper sheet, which houses a single iron rod.
The container measured 14 cm high by 4 cm in diameter, while the copper cylinder measured 9 cm high by 2.6 cm in diameter.
At the top, the iron rod is isolated from the copper by bitumen, with plugs or stoppers, and both rod and cylinder fit snugly inside the opening of the jar.
According to some experts, these enigmatic terracotta pots were, in fact, the earliest batteries on planet Earth, and may have been used to mysterious power devices such as the Dendera Libhgbulb, if of course, it ever existed.
Declassified documents released to the public by the U.S. Air Force confirm that it partnered with a Canadian company, Avro Aircraft, to build high speed advanced round aircraft. This partnership started in 1956 and was named “Project 1794″. They openly admitted that reported UFO sightings by pilots and air traffic control towers were in fact, advanced military aircraft. They allowed people to think they were seeing alien aircraft to keep the project secured and lied directly, in response, to all inquiries by public offices.
According to the US National Archives, the initiative was to build a vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) vehicle with a top speed between Mach 3 to Mach 4 and an altitude ceiling above 100,000 ft. The USAFcontracted “Avro Canada” to build the aircraft, all projects that were known publicly were falsely declared unsuccessful to the public. The release of documents due to “The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)”, by the DOD in 2016, validated years of witness testimony where people were falsely identified as crazy or unreliable.
With its round design standing at nearly five feet tall and 18 feet wide, the Avro Canada VZ-9AV Avrocar looks like a small UFO:
Recent FBI Release
The FBI recently rereleased a 2004 video from the U.S. Defense Department where two Navy F/A-18F fighter jets tailgated a flying object hurtling off the San Diego coast. Most people don’t know about the Avro corporation so the release of the video seemed to validate extraterrestrial beliefs.
“These aircraft — we’ll call them aircraft — are displaying characteristics that are not currently within the US inventory nor in any foreign inventory that we are aware of,” Elizondo said, referring to the flying saucers.
The aircraft didn’t have any obvious form of propulsion and was maneuvering in ways that could be deadly for normal human beings, but not unmanned AI aircraft.
But that was then what do they have now?
We know the DOD subcontracted a company in Canada to make round aircraft.
We know when people reported them as UFO’s the military denied them.
We know encounters with them are dramatic due to their advanced capabilities.
Below are a few of the newer sitings that far surpass what we have encountered in the past.

Another unidentified flying object was captured on video by NASA’s space cameras. In the video footage, a mysterious object –with a peculiar disk-shaped design—appears to be traveling out of Earth’s atmosphere causing a massive debate on social networks. What was it? Alien vehicle? Space Debris? Optical Illusion, or just Swamp Gas? Some are convinced it is the ultimate evidence Earth is visited by Alien beings while others remain skeptical and still, unconvinced.
Ever since the footage was uploaded to YouTube, it generated great controversy both among those who support the idea that it might be an extraterrestrial object, as among those who are completely skeptical of the subject, and as a joke suggest that “UFO’s that are planning on entering our air space should be registered and pay taxes.”
The truth is that on many occasions only fragments of videos in which these mystery objects are visible are released.
However, the fact that NASA interrupts its live feed transmissions is what arouses more suspicion among those who are eager to find new evidence of the existence of alien life, UFO’s and how we are all part of a massive conspiracy.

A study by the University of California San Diego has said the Sun will experience a cold period where all solar activities will be reduced drastically.

Remember the 1989 science fiction novel The Dying Sun by Gary Blackwood, where people were forced to migrate from the US to Mexico because of the freezing weather triggered by cooling down of the Sun? Scientists are now afraid that such a situation can become a reality in the near future. The question that now arises is, are we at all prepared for another ice age?
A study by the University of California San Diego has claimed that by 2050, the Sun is expected to become cool. You might think "what's the big deal," but remember that this means the solar activities that create the heat of the Sun to sustain life on Earth may diminish. And the last time it happened was in the 17th century when the Thames River froze. Scientists call this the "Maunder Minimum".
Physicist Dan Lubin at the university and his team studied the past event and concluded that we are in for a worse case. The Sun is expected to get much dimmer than last time and, in scientific terms, it is a "grand minimum" -- a time period in the 11-year solar cycle when the solar activities are at the lowest point.
According to the study, titled Ultraviolet Flux Decrease Under a Grand Minimum from IUE Short-wavelength Observation of Solar Analogs and published in the journal Astrophysical Journal Letters, this grand minimum will be 7 percent cooler than such periods from the past.
Scientists also said that the Sun might have another cooling period in a decade.
However, predicting a solar minimum or maximum is a challenge to scientists because of the non-linear characteristic of solar activities that happens every day. During a minimum cycle, though solar cycles still occur, the intensity is very low, while during a maximum cycle, solar flares go up and sun spews out billion-ton clouds of electrified gas into space. These two extremes can bring about some major global and regional climate changes.
Are you now wondering what effect grand minimum will have on Earth? Lubin said such cold spells thin out the stratospheric ozone layer first, which will affect wind and weather patterns. He also warned that not all regions will experience a dip in temperature. Rather, in some places, the mercury will rise.
Now the question that arises is, will this event trigger the upcoming ice age everyone is talking about?

De wetenschappers claimen dat de zon vanaf 2050 afkoelt en dat de zonneactiviteit afneemt. Dit gebeurde ook in de 17e eeuw, toen de rivier de Theems bevroor, en deze periode wordt ook wel het Maunderminimum genoemd.
Natuurkundige Dan Lubin en zijn collega’s bestudeerden deze periode en concludeerden dat het deze keer nog kouder gaat worden.
De zon wordt naar verwachting nog zwakker dan vorige keer. Dit keer zal het minimum zeven procent kouder zijn in vergelijking met eerdere periodes.
Ozonlaag
De wetenschappers hebben daarnaast gezegd dat de zon over een decennium mogelijk ook al enige tijd gaat afkoelen.
Als gevolg van zo’n minimum wordt de ozonlaag uitgedund, waardoor wind- en weerpatronen veranderen.
Volgende ijstijd
Lubin zei dat het niet overal kouder zal worden. Op sommige plekken zal het kwik zelfs stijgen, aldus de natuurkundige.
De vraag is of deze gebeurtenis zal leiden tot de volgende ijstijd waar iedereen het over heeft. Onderzoekers van de Northumbria University hebben geclaimd dat in 2021 een mini-ijstijd begint.

WETENSCHAP & PLANEETHet is nu zeker: het vreemde langwerpige object dat eind oktober vorig jaar werd opgemerkt, is géén ruimtestation met marsmannetjes aan boord, maar een stuk rots in de vorm van een sigaar die wellicht na een botsing met een ander hemellichaam in ons zonnestelsel ronddoolt.
‘Oumuamua’, alias de vliegende ruimtesigaar, is een apart geval, zo blijkt uit onderzoek van de Queen’s University uit Belfast. Zijn naam is Hawaïaans en betekent ‘verkenner/boodschapper uit de ruimte’, omdat het de astromen van de University of Hawai waren die het ding voor het eerst opmerkten.
Vermits Oumuamua zich sneller dan andere sterachtigen bewoog, moest het wel een object zijn van buiten ons zonnestelsel. Het is de allereerste maal in de geschiedenis dat zo’n interstellaire gast ontdekt wordt, maar wetenschappers houden er rekening mee dat er boven onze hoofden nog zo’n 10.000 broertjes en zusjes van Oumuamua rondhangen. De meerderheid is echter zo klein en donker dat ze moeilijk waar te nemen zijn. Meestal blijven ze ook niet lang, hoogstens een paar weken om daarna de plaat te poetsen.
Geduld
Behalve het feit dat het roodkleurige hemellichaam eruitziet als een sigaar of een komkommer, zo’n 400 meter lang is, een diameter van 40 meter heeft, uit dicht metaal of rots bestaat en dat er geen wolken stof of ijs rond hangen, stelden de astronomen ook nog vast dat Oumuamua niet voorspelbaar rond zijn as draait, zoals de meeste planetoïden, maar ‘tuimelt’. En dat zou komen ten gevolge van een botsing met een ander hemellichaam. Het kan ook zijn dat de asteroïde te dicht bij een ander groot hemellichaam is gekomen en dit de zwaartekracht van het object heeft beïnvloed.
De crash zou gebeurd zijn in het systeem waar Oumuamua is ontstaan. Toch denken de onderzoekers dat de ruimtetuimelaar ooit opnieuw rond zijn oude, vertrouwde as zal draaien. Maar daar is heel veel geduld voor nodig. Want dat zal zeker 1 miljard jaar duren, nog lang nadat de vliegende sigaar ons zonnestelsel weer verlaten heeft.
Maar één ding is nu wel héél zeker: Oumuamua is geen door aliens gebouwd ruimteschip, ook al heeft het er de ultieme vorm voor. Zelfs de Britse natuurkundige, kosmoloog en wiskundige Stephen Hawking opperde die mogelijkheid. Voor de zekerheid hebben astronomen toch maar gekeken of het object misschien signalen uitstuurde. Maar die werden vooralsnog niet gevonden. Tot nader order blijft E.T. dus nog altijd pure fictie.

A FLYING saucer called “Silpho UFO” which has been hailed as the “British Roswell” has been discovered in the archives of London’s Science Museum in a tin cigarette box, it has been revealed.
The “miniature UFO” was discovered in Silpho Moor near Scarborough, North Yorkshire, in 1957.
The metal disc was 16 inches in diameter, weighed 22lbs and was inscribed with hieroglyphics which are similar to the wreckage of the “spacecraft” alleged to have crashed in Roswell, New Mexico in June 1947.
Inside the object was a book of 17 thin copper sheets with each sheet covered in more hieroglyphics.
Local café owner Phillip Longbottom claimed the hieroglyphics translated into a 2000-word message.

The hieroglyphics are claimed to have been sent by an alien called Ullo to warn Earth about the danger posed by its nuclear weapons with the chilling message: “You will improve or disappear.”
The remains were sent to the archives of the Science Museum in London and were only recently discovered by Dr David Clarke of Sheffield Hallam University after he gave a talk on the release of the Ministry of Defence’s UFO files at the museum.
He said: "One of the museum staff tapped me on the shoulder and asked if I was aware that ‘bits of a flying saucer’ had been kept in a cigarette tin in the museum group store for decades.
"I was absolutely amazed when later we opened the tin box and saw the wreckage.

The remains were initially sent to the Natural History Museum in London where experts said it was probably an elaborate hoax because there was no evidence the metal had come from elsewhere in the solar system or suffered high temperatures after entering the Earth’s atmosphere.
But Air Chief Marshal Lord Dowding continued to believe the object was from outer-space.
He said he had personally examined the object in 1959 and said it was a “miniature UFO”.
Former editor of UFO Brigantia magazine Andy Roberts said the Silpho Saucer is the UK’s answer to the Roswell incident.
He said: "This is an amazing breakthrough. It's incredible to hear that all this time pieces of this mystery object have been sitting in a museum archive."
Scarborough have received several reports of UFO sightings in the past.

Bruno proposed that the stars were just distant suns surrounded by their own exoplanets and raised the possibility that these planets could even foster life of their own (a philosophical position known as cosmic pluralism).

3. The Anunnaki

With the help of a supermassive black hole and Albert Einstein's general theory of relativity, a group of researchers say they have made the first ever detection of planets outside the Milky Way galaxy.
Finding planets in our galaxy is hardenough; finding them in more distant galaxies is even more challenging, the researchers said.
"Even in the Milky Way, exoplanets are difficult to detect," Xinyu Dai, an astronomer at the University of Oklahoma and a co-author on the new study, told Space.com by email. "Galaxies are much farther away from us, so it will be orders of magnitude more difficult to detect planets in other galaxies." [Exoplanets: Worlds Beyond Our Solar System]

Dai and his co-author, Eduardo Guerras, used NASA's Chandra X-ray Observatory to study the environment around a supermassive black hole in the center of a galaxy located 3.8 billion light-years away from Earth. The galaxy is home to a quasar, an extremely bright source of light thought to be created when a very large black hole accelerates material around it. But the researchers said the results of their study have revealed the presence of planets in a galaxy that lies between Earth and the quasar.
Furthermore, the scientists said results suggest that in most galaxies, there are about 2,000 free-floating planets for every star. That means there could be trillions of planets traveling, starless, in the galaxy that lies between the quasar and the Milky Way.
Worlds beyond the Milky Way
When Dai and Guerras turned Chandra toward the quasar RX J1131-1231, they were hoping to use a natural magnifying glass predicted by Einstein's theory of general relativity — a procedure known as gravitational lensing or microlensing — to learn more about the black hole that produced the quasar. As light from a more distant galaxy — in this case, the one containing the quasar — traveled around a smaller galaxy in the foreground, gravity magnified the light from the quasar galaxy, making it easier for astronomers to see features that might otherwise be too distant to observe.
"The original purpose of the observations was to study the environment of the supermassive black hole," Dai said.
As Dai and Guerras examined the four images created by quasar lensing, they noticed that each one was a little bit different from the others. Light from the background quasar splits into four paths, creating four images of the quasar. If the galaxy were a single block of equally distributed mass, each path of light would have shifted equally. But galaxies are much messier, with stars clustered tightly in some regions and spread more thinly in others. After factoring in the extent to which stars could distort the results, the researchers concluded that the unexplained variations could come from gravitational lensing caused by planets in the (closer) lensing galaxy. (Microlensing is already used as a technique to find exoplanets in our galaxy.)
Over the past decade, Chandra has observed the quasar 38 times, and the researchers found planet-like signatures throughout those observations. While the differences could come from "hotspots" in the accretion disk around the black hole, previous research (which Dai participated in) concluded that this was unlikely.
By examining how the individual images produced by the lensing galaxy shifted, the researchers were able to estimate how many free-floating worlds might be responsible for the effect. While the number of estimated planets varied depending on how large the individual worlds might be, the researchers estimated that there could be as many as 2,000 free-floating worlds for every star in the foreground galaxy. These worlds most likely formed with the planetary system but were hurled out of it by another gas giant, much like Jupiter cleaned out the young solar system.
Each planet would be somewhere between the size of Earth's moon and the size of Jupiter. But most of the booted worlds probably aren't that small. At larger sizes, there could be about one free-floating Jupiter-sized world for every 10 stars, a number consistent with estimates of free-floating planets in the Milky Way, Dai said.
The researchers were able to estimate only the number of worlds floating without stars, not those orbiting suns. That's because the gravitational force of orbiting worlds is dramatically overshadowed by their much-larger stars, the researchers said.
"The exact number of planets in their analysis depends on specific assumptions, and the uncertainties are large," Przemek Mróz, a researcher at the University of Warsaw in Poland, told Space.com by email. Mróz, who was not part of the new study, said he thinks the study is solid, but that the question of precisely how many planets could be floating in the galaxy is hard to answer. Examining similar variations in other galaxies should help to refine that number, Mróz said.
"Observations of other lensed quasars will help to study planet populations in other galaxies," Mróz said.
In addition to studying gravitational lensing, Mróz is also a member of the Optical Gravitational Lensing Experiment (OGLE), based at the University of Warsaw, which uses microlensing to hunt down dark matter. Because the experiment uses stars inside the Milky Way as lenses, OGLE has identified several exoplanets in our galaxy.
Most Milky Way planets beyond Earth's solar system have been identified using a couple of different methods. The bulk of the very first exoplanets to be discovered were "hot Jupiters," whose masses and close orbits tugged at their stars, causing the stars to wobble slightly. This allowed researchers to identify the planets via what's known as the radial velocity method.
Then, instruments like NASA's Kepler space telescope found a wealth of worlds using the transit method, which takes advantage of how planets block the light from their star as they cross between it and Earth.
But other worlds have been spotted in the solar system via microlensing, though on a far smaller scale than what was done in the new study. Instead of using a quasar, astronomers applying this method usually examine two stars that temporarily line up with one another as seen from Earth. Gravity from the foreground star splits the light from the background into two beams that go around the foreground, or lens star, creating two lensed images. If the lens star boasts a planet that travels through one of those beams of light, the planet's gravity bends the stream and temporarily produces a third image of the source star. Because the stars are closer to Earth and within the Milky Way, their planets can be separated out in a way that isn't possible on the larger, galactic scales used by Dai and Guerras. While researchers can re-examine planets found via transit and radial velocity, the rare and random nature of the lineup of two stars means that worlds found by microlensing are one-time deals. Still, scientists have used the method to discover planets located much farther away than those found via the other two methods. In 2006, astronomers using microlensing spotted a planet located 22,000 light-years away from Earth, orbiting a star near the center of the Milky Way.
By adding a quasar to the mix, Dai and Guerras have become the first to spot exoplanets outside of the galaxy. But they probably won't be the last, they said. The pair already noted two other lensed quasars that show similar behavior.
"Microlensing is somehow unique, because it doesn't require detection of any light from a planet host star or the planet itself. It only uses light from a background object," astronomer Radoslaw Poleski, a microlensing researcher at the Ohio State University, told Space.com.
"This makes microlensing the only technique that can detect planets in other galaxies in the foreseeable future," Poleski said.
Poleski and Mróz recently suggested that microlensing could be used to spot planets in the Small Magellanic Cloud, a dwarf galaxy located near the Milky Way, using future instruments, such as the Large Synoptic Survey Telescope(LSST), currently under construction in Chile. Instead of relying on a quasar, however, Poleski and Mróz's research suggested that researchers could use light from a background star to identify individual planets around stars in the dwarf galaxy.
"We estimate that the LSST will be able to find at least several microlensing events in the [Small Magellanic Cloud] annually, and planetary signals should be observed in some of them," Mroz said.

A new software program that uses artificial intelligence can help rapidly detect and analyze gravitational waves — ripples in the cosmic fabric of space-time — from catastrophic events such as collisions between black holes, a new study finds.
The new technique, called deep filtering, can help researchers see cataclysmic events that current software might not detect, such as titanic mergers in the hearts of galaxies, according to the authors of a new paper describing the work.
Gravitational waves are ripples in the fabric of space and time. They are generated when any object with mass moves, and they travel at the speed of light, stretching and squeezing space-time along the way.

Gravitational waves are extraordinarily difficult to detect, and the ones that scientists can detect are from exceptionally massive objects. Although the existence of gravitational waves was first predicted by Albert Einstein in 1916, it took over a century for scientists to successfully detect the first direct evidence of gravitational waves, using the Laser Interferometer Gravitational-Wave Observatory (LIGO) to spot the gravitational aftermath of two black holes smashing together.
However, the software that currently analyzes the signals that gravitational-wave observatories detect can take several days to narrow down what kind of event might have generated those gravitational waves, study co-author Eliu Huerta told Space.com in an interview.
Moreover, this software is specialized to detect mergers between objects that are in roughly circular orbits with one another and relatively isolated from their surroundings, according to Huerta, a theoretical astrophysicist at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign's National Center for Supercomputing Applications. The software will likely fail to detect gravitational waves from objects in areas where stars are densely packed together, such as the nuclei of galaxies, where the gravitational pulls of nearby stars can distort orbits from circular to more "eccentric" or oval in shape, Huerta said.
Now, the study authors suggest that artificial-intelligence software could help greatly speed up the analysis of gravitational waves, as well as "[enable] the detection of new classes of gravitational-wave sources that may go unnoticed with existing detection algorithms," Huerta told Space.com.

The new AI software involves artificial neural networks, in which artificial components dubbed "neurons" are fed data and cooperate to solve a problem, such as recognizing an image. A neural network then repeatedly adjusts the connections between its neurons and sees if these new connection patterns are better at solving the problem. Over time, this process of trial and error reveals which patterns are best at computing solutions, mimicking the process of learning in the human brain.
Whereas conventional techniques might take several days to narrow down the features of gravitational events from detector data, cutting-edge neural networks known as "deep convolutional neural networks" could do so within a second, the scientists found. Moreover, whereas conventional methods would need thousands of CPUs (the central processing units of computers) to perform this task, the new technique worked "even with a single CPU — that is, with your smartphone or a standard laptop," Huerta said.
In addition, the researchers found that this new technique could also quickly analyze mergers that are more complex than current software can analyze, such as mergers involving black holes in eccentric orbits. The new software also had lower error rates and was better at spotting glitches in the data.
Huerta and Daniel George, a computational astrophysicist at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign's National Center for Supercomputing Applications, detailed their findings online Dec. 27 in the journal Physics Letters B.

The study, published Feb. 2 in The Astrophysical Journal Letters, gives the first ever recorded evidence that a massive number of extragalactic exoplanets – planets orbiting a star located outside the Milky Way – could exist beyond our home galaxy in the universe.
The incredible breakthrough was made possible using information from NASA’s Chandra X-ray space observatory which specializes in taking space-based images of the universe in X-ray light, and a planet detection technique called “microlensing” – a magnification like method capable of discovering planets at truly great distances (on the order of billions of light years).
After studying a distant *quasar galaxy (*as in one of the brightest objects in the Universe), the OU astrophysicists found evidence that there are approximately 2,000 unbound planets for every one star beyond the Milky Way.
Xinyu Dai, the OU astronomy and astrophysics professor who led the study estimates that the number of planets in the newly found galaxy, which ranged from being as massive as the Moon to Jupiter, is more than a trillion.
“We are very excited about this discovery. This is the first time anyone has discovered planets outside our galaxy,” said Dai, noting that these “small planets are the best candidate for the signature we observed in this study using the microlensing technique”. Dai also said that his team analyzed “the high frequency of the signature by modeling the data to determine the mass.”
Until now, no evidence of planets in other galaxies had ever been detected. In fact, scientists were not even sure planets existed in other galaxies prior to this study. Furthermore, the microlensing technique has only been used to detect a total of 53 planets within the Milky Way.
“This is an example of how powerful the techniques of analysis of extragalactic microlensing can be. This galaxy is located 3.8 billion light years away, and there is not the slightest chance of observing these planets directly, not even with the best telescope one can imagine in a science fiction scenario,” said OU postdoctoral researcher Eduardo Guerras. “However, we are able to study them, unveil their presence and even have an idea of their masses. This is very cool science.”
The discovery of planets beyond our galaxy is an exciting and promising breakthrough that could lead to a deeper understanding of planetary systems around other stars and the universe which we all live. Needless to say, this discovery brings the study of planets beyond our Solar System to a whole new level.

RESEARCHERS investigating the case of alleged alien mummies found in a tomb in Peru have seemingly gone silent about the case for months. The Gaia.com team was posting video updates about its ‘Unearthing Nazca’ investigation repeatedly from the summer.
SILENCE: There has been no news on the Nazca Tomb aliens since September.
Its sixth and last video featured scientists claiming six three-fingered and toed apparent corpses reportedly found in an ancient crypt in Nazca, Peru, had once been alive and walked the Earth.
The video, released in September, promised more news with the narrator saying: "Coming up, will DNA sequencing finally reveal the nature of these mummies? Plus further study of the elemental composition from the samples taken."
Steve Mera is a British based UFO investigator, who is not part of the Gaia.com team, but jetted to Peru to make his own documentary about the mummies shown on YouTube.
He also promised further instalments after releasing one video in August.

Other UFO buffs who had followed the case were also left in the dark.
Nigel Watson, author of the UFO Investigations Manual, who believes the videos were all an elaborate hoax, said: "I'm not very impressed by the Nazca mummies. For a start they have the implausible feature of having six fingers, and even worse they have not been investigated by respected scientists.
"No I have not heard anything."
Jaime Maussan, a Mexican investigative journalist on the Gaia.com team, has described the mummies as "one of the most important discoveries of the 21st century" and suggested on camera they are actual alien corpses.
He said in an earlier video: "People have to understand that these kind of bodies have always been in the hands of the government and the military.
"It is the first time we have this chance and we have to take it."
However, there has been no word from Mr Maussan on the latest developments either.
Express.co.uk contacted Gaia.com through its website to ask what has happened and posed the same question to Mr Maussan but await response.
Many have suggested the mummies were created by grave robbers who stole real ancient human remains in the area and constructed the bodies before passing them onto paranormal investigators.
The organisers of the ninth annual World Congress on Mummy Studies, which took place in Lima, Peru, in August 2016, issued an angry call on Facebook for an official inquiry into whether archaeological crimes have been committed.
The congress brings together world experts in mummies and skeletons in a new location each year.
Under the heading ‘The Fraud of Extraterrestrial Mummies’, translated from Spanish, the congress said it believed real human mummified remains had been mutated and re-arranged to create bogus alien-looking creatures.
Commenting on the DNA results, British UFO investigator Nigel Watson said: "It shows it has a male human skull and hands. Another fake bites the dust."
It is understood an official inquiry was launched by the Peruvian Government.
However, in the last Gaia.com video, one of the team Dr Konstantin Korotkov, Deputy Director of Saint-Petersburg Federal Research Institute of Physical Culture, in Russia, said DNA, carbon dating, and CAT scan tests had shown they were one body that was once alive.
He said: "There is no doubt the three fingers and three toes belong to this body.
