We shot this video from the Apex area near Nellis Air Force Base outside of Las Vegas, Nevada on the night of March 26, 2017. I put together a group UFO hunt on Sunday night. We initially went to a spot out of town out in the desert where we thought we would have a good view of the Air Force Base. There were seven of us to start but after about and hour another car showed up and parked. They got out of the car and fired a shot the opposite direction. Earlier there had been several vehicles to the west of us that had been shooting but they finally left. We weren’t seeing anything and having people wanting to shoot guns around us was uncomfortable so we moved to the last spot I had been when my car went bonkers with locking itself and flashing its lights. Bill and Susan went home but Luis, Jonathan, Heather, Donald and I went to the other location and tried again. We waited a bit and then I noticed numerous lights swirling around in the sky near Red Rock Canyon on my side of town. We were there to try and film lights at Nellis but ironically they appeared about thirty miles away much closer to where I live. It was incredible because I counted at least eleven UFOs. Even through the night vision camera, I could see one that was red and another looked yellow. I had zoomed in but I noticed at the very beginning that there were two more red UFOs up higher and out of the picture. There may have been more than a dozen. We all took turns looking through the night vision camera. I had my camcorder but realized that it was missing the SD Card. I had left it plugged into the SD Card Reader on my computer. At times we could see them visually without even using the binoculars. Soon after we started filming three police cars came and parked about two hundred yards away from us with lights flashing. Soon after a police helicopter arrived and began circling, shining a spotlight down on something. We had no idea what they were looking for. The helicopter finally left but the police cars were still there when we left even though we had been filming for more than one hour. Both Donald and I had the same idea to move to the area where we ended up and I am really happy we did. This video is off the hook.

Cannibal calories

Beauty uncovered

Hidden for centuries, mosaic floors from the lost Roman city of Ucetia have been uncovered in France.
The French National Institute for Preventive Archaeological Research (INRAP) announced that the dig has so far been very fruitful. Some of the walls and structures that were uncovered date to just before the Roman conquest of present-day France (called Gaul at the time). Winnipeg-based Ufology Research recently published their 2016 Canadian UFO Survey, which features light-fingered alien, airplane near-misses, and bright lights. There were 1,131 reported UFO sightings in total across Canada. Only four percent of the total sightings could not be explained. The percentage is a record low in 28 years the study has been carried out. Chris Rutkowski, the study author, explained that low rating is likely the result of more scrutiny of UFO sighting claims.
UFO sighting reports are usually on the rise during summer, but turn out to be simple lights in the sky.
Among the provinces, Quebec led the country with 38.5 percent of the sightings. The province also has the largest populations. Ontario placed second with 26 percent and followed by British Columbia with 17 percent.
A simple point source of light comprises most shapes of reported UFOs with 57 percent. Other forms indicated were balls (9%), fireballs (5%), triangles(4%), and cigars (3%).
The report includes cases of the massive, disc-shaped object with searchlights flying over the mountains in North Vancouver. It mentions the boomerang-shaped spotted moving across the sky near St. Thomas in Ontario.
There is also a reference to a reported near miss of the commercial plane over Toronto with an unidentified flying object while on a routine flight on November 14.
Close encounter cases are not that high when compared to UFO sightings, but high on the strangeness scale.
A man in Cornwall, P.E.I saw a thin, six-foot-tall, long-fingered white being in a black suit, which spoke to him in his bedroom before leaving by walking through a wall.
Those close encounter cases also include a man in Lanaudiere, Quebec who claimed he was transported into a field of plants and plunged into a bathtub where three green, big-eyed humanoid creatures surrounded him and communicated with him telepathically.

Now this is odd. I can distinctly see many shadows from the clouds on the ground, however, I cannot see any shadow on the ground from the UFOs. Why? Perhaps alien technology cannot cast a shadow...an excellent way to prevent people from noticing you when they are walking on the ground looking down...no shadow appears and they never bother looking up.
From the lack of shadows on the ground and the thinness and the darkness of these objects, I can confirm that they are alien craft. It appears to be about half a mile across. And thats still considered small compared to other alien craft from other official reports. For example, two planes confirmed sighting three yellow disks that were over the ocean near Guernsey Island back in 2007 and all the UFOs were over a mile across. (Click here to see that video).

We were on a Frontier Airplane coming from Philadelphia, PA and preparing to land in Charlotte, NC close to noon on 4/7/2017. Our 7 year old son was sitting by the window. He told us to look out the window because he sees a spaceship in the sky. We took 3 pictures of the object in the sky. One of the pics shows 2 objects. If you zoom in on the pics, it does look like it could be something. Our son seemed so sure that it was a spaceship.

It was the first time my site was on CNN and hundreds of these white lights were seen flying around but at incredible speed...like the speed of a arrow. Watching NBC Nightly News last night, Apr 6, starting at 5:30p MST. During the coverage of the storms in the southeast, film footage was showing lightning strikes over water. I noticed for just a couple of seconds an object flying really fast under the cloud cover from the right side of the screen towards the left. This morning I replayed the segment footage from their website and am including the screen shots from the seconds before, during and after the object was in sight. The object moved quite a distance in one second. I was limited to the amount of pictures I could upload. I have another screen shot of the1:15 second mark, just before the last photo. I'm hoping someone with the right equipment will enhance.
This is a dark disk moving slowly over a busy road in Morelia, Mexico. The person recording the UFO did an outstanding job since they were also driving the car. In the video, we get to see its smooth movement and its disk edge. It moves gracefully and silently over the city. Its rare to see such a close up of a real UFO. Savour the moment guys. News states: Morelia, Michoacán (MiMorelia.com/Redacción) .- In recent days was captured an unidentified flying object (UFO) in broad daylight, north of the city of Morelia. According to the user who captured the images, it was on March 27th when this strange black object was observed and circular. "Transiting through the release at the height of the Technological of Morelia appeared this UFO which due to the traffic I could not make a longer recording," explains in his video the video Carlos Arriola. Seven First Nations reported unidentified flying objects in 2016, according to an annual survey by Winnipeg-based Ufology Research.
Three of those sightings were on Walpole Island — located over 250 kilometres southwest of Toronto — according to the 2016 Canadian UFO Survey, which lists 1,131 reports from across the country.
The incidents in Walpole Island include someone reporting a "bright light remaining in one area but moving up and down slightly" on the evening of Jan. 3, 2016.
On Jan. 4, 2016 someone in Kahnawake reported seeing a "large yellow pyramid hovering in the sky" over the Mohawk community, located near Montreal.
Bright lights, flying objects
Most of the 2016 sightings reported by First Nations were in Ontario and Quebec, including one on the Sagamok First Nation on May 27, when someone there spotted a "bright light moving very fast before disappearing."
Someone in Wikwemikong, located on Manitoulin Island in Ontario, reported seeing an "object flying past the moon with no sound in a straight line" on July 19.
But there was also a sighting in La Ronge, a northern Saskatchewan town where most of the residents are Cree or Métis. According to the document, someone reported witnessing "seven lights moving in the sky" on Nov. 10.
A nd a report from Iqaluit said someone saw "many star-like lights flying together" on Sept. 16.
The Canadian UFO Survey has been compiled annually since 1989 by Ufology Research of Manitoba. The group said 18,038 sightings across Canada have been catalogued since the survey began.

A witness reported to MUFON about his sighting in Gosport, Great Britain involving three lights that at times formed a triangle flying low in the sky. These lights also made random movements before all vanishing without a trace, according to the witness testimony filed as case 81450 in Mutual UFO Network witness reporting database.
On January 9, 2017, the witness stepped outside to dispose rubbish bags in his work as a cleaner at 10:50 pm.
He then noticed three green lights in the northwest of his position, at around 30-degree angle. The witness admitted that he could not estimate the distance and height from his position. Curious about the possible environment where the mysterious lights were spotted, he looked it up on Google maps and found out that they were mostly fields in that direction. He also provided the postcode where he observed the lights, which was PO13 0HR.
The witness described the lights as evenly spaced at times in a large triangle formation when he first noticed them. They all then turned purple and began moving. The video he submitted shows how the three lights move.
The witness revealed that he had his phone camera in a full zoom. The quality of the video is not that good, but the lights can be seen in bright purple color moving in a random manner, side-to-side, up and down very fast and turning very sharply. They swap sides and pass each other, sometimes form a triangle formation again for a few seconds before they move again.
The witness lost sight of the lights as they moved down below the houses several times until they did not reappear above the houses. The witness decided to position himself to the second level to see those lights from a higher angle. He saw one light again above the house but disappeared quickly downwards. They all never went up again after that, the witness stated.

Scientists have found a planet that looks like Earth – and, for the first time, has its own hazy atmosphere.
The discovery represents a major leap forward in the hunt for a planet like our own that could support alien life.
The planet, which is 39 lightyears from us, has a hazy atmosphere that could have a "water world" beneath it, scientists say.
While the planet isn't likely to be habitable, it suggests that there might be more planets out there with the kind of atmosphere that could support life. Until now, scientists have only been able to see giant "hot Jupiter" planets that are too warm to house aliens.
The "super-Earth" planet known as GJ 1132b was observed as it passed in front of a cool red dwarf star, blocking out some of the star's light.
By measuring the slight drop in the star's brightness, astronomers were able to work out that the planet was 1.4 times the size of Earth.
They also found that in one light wavelength band, the planet looked slightly bigger. This could be explained by an atmosphere that was opaque to some light wavelengths, but transparent to others.

Next exoplanet could be found accidentally by gamers
Dr John Southworth, from the University of Keele, who led the team, said: "While this is not the detection of life on another planet, it's an important step in the right direction.
"The detection of an atmosphere around the super-Earth GJ 1132b marks the first time that an atmosphere has been detected around an Earth-like planet other than Earth itself.
"With this research, we have taken the first tentative step into studying the atmospheres of smaller, Earth-like planets. We simulated a range of possible atmospheres for this planet, finding that those rich in water and/or methane would explain the observations of GJ 1132b.
"The planet is significantly hotter and a bit larger than Earth, so one possibility is that it is a 'water world' with an atmosphere of hot steam."
Analysing the chemical composition of exoplanet atmospheres could in future yield tell-tale signs of life.
Ozone, derived from oxygen released by plants, is one atmospheric life marker. Methane is another, although it can also be generated by volcanic activity.
US planetary scientist Dr Sara Seager, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, has compiled a list of 14,000 different molecules that could provide biosignatures of life on alien worlds.
The American space agency Nasa's new James Webb Space Telescope (JWST), due to be launched next year as a successor to the Hubble Space Telescope, will be powerful enough to begin studying the atmospheres of Earth-like exoplanets.
There are also proposals for an even bigger High Definition Space Telescope (HDST), with a 40ft-wide mirror twice as large as the one carried by the JWST. It would directly image planets in nearby star systems and search for the fingerprints of life in their atmospheres.
The HDST, likely to be a multibillion-pound international project, is not expected to be launched until the 2030s.

The solitary mountain on the dwarf planet Ceres may be slowly disappearing, following in the footsteps of earlier peaks.
New research suggests that the outer layer of the icy world may be slowly shifting over time, allowing the peak to gradually stretch out and sink into the crust. Similar mountains may have peppered the planet in the past and flattened out over time.
"It's sort of like if you spill some syrup or honey on a plate and you watch it spread out over time, not instantaneously like water does but a little more slowly, it eventually gets to a flatter, broader shape; it's the same process," Michael Sori, a planetary scientist at the University of Arizona, told Space.com. Sori is lead author on a paper proposing that the mountain, called Ahuna Mons, may be slowly spreading outward due to its viscosity. He presented the results in March at the Lunar and Planetary Sciences conference in The Woodlands, Texas.
The lonely ice mountain
When NASA's Dawn mission arrived at Ceres in 2015, it found a nearly flat world with only a single mountain, Ahuna Mons. The massive summit towers 2.5 miles (4 kilometers) above the surface and is at most 200 million years old. Previous research has suggested the peak could be an ice volcano — forming through the process of cryovolcanism, or flowing ice — but its source is still under debate.
The mountain's isolation has been a major puzzle for scientists since Dawn first spotted it. Other icy worlds suspected of hosting cryovolcanoes, such as Pluto and the moons Europa, Triton and Titan, have multiple suspects. Ceres has only one. According to Sori, one possibility is that cryovolcanism was dormant on Ceres until fairly recently — although he calls that an unlikely scenario.
"It's just odd to think of a thermal history of a planet where that would happen, where you would have it be dead for most of its history and then just yesterday, relatively speaking, become active," he said. "It's a weird thermal history to think about."
The other, more likely option is that cryovolcanoes formed throughout the planet's lifetime, then disappeared. Because Ceres lacks an atmosphere or running liquids on its surface, the erosion processes of wind and rain that wear down Earth's mountains don't happen on the tiny world.
Sori and his colleagues focused not on the formation of the mountain but on what happened afterward. They modeled possible compositions for Ahuna Mons and found that, if at least 40 percent of the mountain was made up of ice, it would slowly spread outward like honey on a plate, gradually relaxing or flattening down over time. With more ice, the mountain became more viscous, wavering between solid and liquid.
"Our stuff takes place after the initial emplacement process, so we can be a little bit agnostic as to how the mountain formed in the first place," Sori said. "The key is, it just needs to have enough ice to experience this viscous relaxation."
Cratering records provide one method for calculating the age of a terrain. While Ahuna Mons itself lacks signs of impacts, the region it sits in has craters that provide a limit of about a billion years for the mountain, previous research has shown. Sori's team came up with an even younger age if the precipice is relaxing. If the peak is half ice, it would take 500 million years to relax away after formation, he said; if it is completely ice, it would vanish within 20 million years of its birth.
"Ahuna Mons is young, no more than 200 million years old," Sori said. Its youth suggests that the planet may still be geologically active today, though no definitive signs have been spotted by Dawn.

Lonely no more
Ceres may be the lone peak today, but there's evidence that another spire may have risen in the past. Near Ahuna Mons lies the shape of another hill, spotted by a previous team. This may be the remnants of a previous cryovolcano like Ahuna Mons that gradually relaxed away, Sori said.
"Maybe it was emplaced in the same shape [as Ahuna Mons] but flowed into its current shape over a few hundred million years," he added.
That could suggest that the region around Ahuna Mons may be an ongoing source of cryovolcanism. On Earth, shifting plates cause lava to erupt through the crust in multiple locations, often spawning chains of volcanoes, but Ceres has no plate tectonics. Sori said the region could be more like Mars, where rocky lava continued to pile up on itself to create the massive Olympus Mons, the largest known volcano in the solar system. But while Ahuna Mons may be relaxing due to ice, the rocky Olympus Mons stands firm.
Sori and his colleagues plan to search other images of Ceres for signs of potentially relaxed cryovolcanoes.

This happened exactly 11 years ago in 2006. It was my last year in high school, and I was involved in the art department.
Specifically there was three classes, Photography, Digital Photography and Natural Art. These three rooms were linked together in the middle by an office. I remember that it was me and two friends who were assistances for the teachers and we were talking in the office with the photography teacher.
He was telling us about a camera that was found in his sister’s house. It belonged to a military officer and well he had this camera in his attic, and while they were cleaning out the house and came across it, she decided to develop the pictures to see what they were.
To her surprise, my teacher described her reaction as “completely horrified” there were pictures she immediately threw away and could not believe. He never described to me what these pictures were but one of them he was able to keep.
It’s a specimen with an unknown tag on it. The military official that lived there apparently had died a long time ago and worked in a facility, but nobody ever knew where. My teacher was able to get this picture that was developed, and he showed it to us.
I asked if I could take a picture of it or show it to my friends he said no. He put it in his office and locked the office after we were finished seeing it. During lunch, my department (digital photography) had keys available for the office, and I quickly took the keys and opened the office while they were on lunch and well I quickly snapped pictures and ran back inside the classroom.

Ze wonen op een van de meest afgelegen en unieke plaatsen van de aarde en dat zou hen nog specialer kunnen maken dan we al dachten. Onderzoekers hebben ontdekt dat de bewoners van enkele eilanden in de Stille Oceaan DNA hebben dat niet terug te voeren is op de voorouders van de mens die we al kennen: de denisovamens en de neanderthaler.
Wetenschappers van het MD Anderson Cancer Center aan de universiteit van Texas vonden sporen van een onbekende uitgestorven voorouder in het genetisch materiaal van de Melanesiërs, die op de eilanden wonen ten noordoosten van Australië: onder meer Fiji, Papoea-Nieuw-Guinea en de Salomonseilanden.
Het zou om materiaal van een verre verwant kunnen gaan van de neanderthaler. En het kan misschien helpen een van de mysteries van de Melanesiërs te verklaren, die zo donker zijn als de bevolking van Afrika, maar waarvan een kwart wel blond haar heeft. En niemand weet hoe dat komt.
Fossielen Van de neanderthaler zijn heel wat fossielen overgebleven in Europa en Azië, van de denisovamens amper een vingerkootje en wat tanden in een grot in Siberië. Maar allebei zijn ze goed gedocumenteerd. Van de nieuwe voorouder zijn nog geen fossiele resten ontdekt.
Complexer "We missen een voorouder", klinkt het bij onderzoeker Ryan Bohlender. "Of er is iets wat we niet begrijpen in hun onderlinge relatie. De menselijke geschiedenis is nog een stuk complexer dan we al dachten."
Het onderzoek toonde ook aan dat er twee keer zo veel mensen leefden in Afrika toen onze soort ontstond en dat de afsplitsing van de neanderthalers 100.000 jaar later gebeurde.
Wetenschappers hebben voor het eerst een atmosfeer ontdekt rond een aardeachtige planeet. Ze bestudeerden de planeet GJ 1132b, die 1,4 keer zo groot is als de aarde en 39 lichtjaren van ons verwijderd. Uit de studie, die werd gepubliceerd in het Astronomical Journal, blijkt dat de planeet omgeven is door een dikke laag gassen die ofwel uit water, methaan of een combinatie van beiden bestaan. De ontdekking van een planeet met een atmosfeer is een belangrijke stap in de zoektocht naar leven buiten ons zonnestelsel.
De ontdekking van planeet GJ 1132b werd voor het eerst aangekondigd in 2015. Ze ligt in het Vela-sterrenstelsel en cirkelt rond de dwergster GJ 1132. De planeet is in omvang ongeveer gelijkaardig aan de aarde, maar haar ster is veel kleiner, koeler en zwakker dan onze zon.
Sterrenkundigen hebben in het verleden al atmosferen ontdekt rond veel grotere gasreuzen zoals Jupiter of rond een 'superaarde' zoals 55 Cancri e, een planeet die ongeveer acht keer groter is dan de aarde op 40 lichtjaren van ons zonnestelsel. Maar het is de allereerste keer dat er bewijs is voor een atmosfeer rond een planeet die qua omvang niet veel verschilt van de aarde. Aan de hand van de atmosfeer kunnen de onderzoekers proberen vast te stellen of deze werelden geschikt zijn voor leven zoals we dat hier kennen en kunnen ze op zoek gaan naar sporen van leven.
Met een telescoop van het Europese Zuidelijke Observatorium in Chili konden de onderzoekers de planeet bestuderen door te observeren hoe ze het licht van haar ster blokkeert terwijl ze er rond cirkelt. "Het maakt dat de ster wat zwakker lijkt - en het is eigenlijk een heel goede manier om cirkelende planeten te vinden - zo werd deze ontdekt," aldus dr. Southworth.
Verschillende moleculen in de atmosfeer van een planeet - indien ze over een beschikt tenminste - absorberen licht op verschillende manieren, waardoor wetenschappers op zoek kunnen gaan naar hun chemische 'handtekeningen'.
Op basis van de observaties van planeet GJ 1132b vermoeden ze dat deze beschikt over een dikke atmosfeer die bestaat uit stoom en/of methaan. "Een mogelijkheid is dat het een 'waterwereld' is met een atmosfeer van hete stoom," zegt Southworth.
Leven mogelijk?
De kans dat er leven is op GJ 1132b is echter zeer klein: de planeet heeft een oppervlaktetemperatuur van 390 graden Celsius.
"De warmste temperatuur waarbij leven op onze aarde kon bestaan is 120 graden Celsius en dat is veel koeler dan deze planeet, zegt dr. John Southworth, de hoofdonderzoeker van de Keele University.
Toch is de ontdekking van een planeet met een atmosfeer hoopgevend. "Wat we hebben aangetoond is dat planeten rond lichte sterren atmosferen kunnen hebben en omdat er daarvan zoveel zijn in het universum, maakt dit het veel waarschijnlijker dat er eentje leven zou hebben."

Een aantal NASA-astronauten heeft gezegd dat buitenaardsen bestaan en dat ze al geruime tijd in contact staan met de mensheid.
Tenminste vier bekende astronauten hebben zich openlijk uitgesproken over bestaan van aliens.
Sommigen van hen hebben UFO’s zien vliegen, terwijl anderen claimen dat ze door hoge militaire functionarissen zijn ingelicht over buitenaards contact.
Edgar Mitchell
In 1971 werd Edgar Mitchell de zesde maan die op de maan liep. De rest van zijn leven bleef hij vertellen dat ‘aliens ons al lange tijd in de gaten houden en hier al heel lang zijn’.
Hij claimde eens dat vredelievende aliens de aarde hadden bezocht om ons te behoeden voor een kernoorlog en dat het Vaticaan de waarheid kent over het bestaan van buitenaardsen.
Mitchell zei ook dat UFO’s zijn gezien boven kerninstallaties en tijdens de Koude Oorlog vaak kernraketten uitschakelden.
De astronaut stelde bovendien dat de Amerikaanse overheid het beroemde Roswellincident in de doofpot heeft gestopt.
“De reden hiervoor was dat ze niet wisten of de aliens al dan niet kwaad in de zin hadden en ze wilden niet dat de Sovjets er lucht van zouden krijgen,” zei hij.
Gordon Cooper
Cooper deed mee aan Project Mercury, de eerste Amerikaanse bemande ruimtemissie. Hij zei in 1951 UFO’s te hebben gezien boven Duitsland.
De astronaut zei ook dat hij vliegende schotels had gezien boven een geheime vliegbasis waar experimentele Amerikaanse vliegtuigen werden getest.
“Deze buitenaardse vaartuigen en hun bemanningsleden komen van andere planeten die iets hoger ontwikkeld zijn,” zei hij in 1984.
“We moeten eerst laten zien dat we onze problemen op een vreedzame manier kunnen oplossen en niet door middel van oorlog, voordat we kunnen worden geaccepteerd als leden van het universele team.”
Deke Slayton
Slayton was ook onderdeel van Project Mercury en werd later directeur van Flight Crew Operations van de NASA.
In 1951 zag hij naar verluidt een UFO. “Het leek op een vliegende schotel,” zei hij. “Ik had geen camera bij me, anders had ik zeker foto’s gemaakt.”
“Het [object] versnelde plotseling en verdween,” zei Slayton.
Brian O’Leary
O’Leary is nooit in de ruimte geweest, maar was wel één van de 11 astronauten die in de jaren zestig in aanmerking kwamen voor een mogelijke Marsmissie.
Later in zijn leven had O’Leary een bijna-doodervaring die zijn kijk op het leven en de realiteit drastisch veranderde.
“Er is overvloedig bewijs dat we worden bezocht [door aliens],” zei O’Leary, die als professor was verbonden aan de Princeton University.
“Beschavingen houden ons al heel lang in de gaten en vanuit het traditionele materialistische westerse standpunt bekeken zien ze er bizar uit.”

Wij mensen zijn in onze driedimensionale werkelijkheid heel erg beperkt in wat we wel of niet kunnen.
Zo zitten we vast aan begrippen zoals tijd en ruimte, maar er verschijnen steeds meer aanwijzingen dat buitenaardsen dit probleem allang hebben opgelost.
De afgelopen jaren schreven we regelmatig over vreemde wolken die af en toe aan de hemel verschijnen en waar met de regelmaat van de klok UFO’s in en uit vliegen.
Wanneer je dan beelden ziet zoals wij die regelmatig laten zien, waarbij onbekende vliegende objecten met enorme snelheid verdwijnen in een soort onweerswolk om er vervolgens niet meer uit te komen, dan is het niet zo vreemd om te veronderstellen dat we hier te maken hebben met een dimensieportaal.
Een toegangspoort die door buitenaardsen wordt gebruikt om met hun UFO’s op aarde aan te komen en/of te vertrekken, waardoor ze via die poorten de normale beperkingen van tijd en ruimte omzeilen en zo in "no time" andere delen van ons universum kunnen bereiken.
Een wormgat, ook bekend als een Einstein-Rosen brug, is een hypothetische mogelijkheid om binnen de ruimtetijd sneller dan het licht te reizen. In de normale ruimte kan men tussen twee punten niet sneller reizen dan het licht, maar volgens de theorie van een wormgat bestaat er een "korte weg" in het universum. Langs deze korte weg is het dan mogelijk om sneller naar een ander punt in de ruimte te reizen dan wanneer je zou "omreizen" over de normale weg, ook al zou je dat doen met de snelheid van het licht.
De term wormgat werd bedacht door de Amerikaanse theoretisch natuurkundige John Wheeler in 1957, maar het idee van wormgaten was al getheoretiseerd in 1921 door de Duitse wiskundige Hermann Weyl in verband met zijn analyse van de massa in termen van het elektromagnetisch veld.
De naam wormgat komt van de analogie die vroeger gebruikt werd om dit uit te leggen: beeld je in dat het universum de schil van een appel is, en een worm van de éne zijde van de appel naar de andere zijde wil geraken. Als de worm op de schil van de appel blijft is de kortste afstand de helft van de omtrek van de appel. Maar als de worm in plaats van rond te gaan, een gat (wormgat) graaft recht door de appel, is de afstand merkbaar minder, namelijk de diameter van de appel.
Dit zou dan ook verklaren hoe het kan dat buitenaardsen in een oogwenk naar andere planeten kunnen reizen.
Naast de vele voorbeelden die we hebben gezien met vreemde wolken, zijn er ook aanwijzingen dat ze dergelijke wormgaten gebruiken net buiten de atmosfeer in de ruimte rondom onze planeet.
Er komen regelmatig verhalen van mensen die bepaalde flitsen waarnemen aan de hemel. Het duurt maar kort en ze bestrijken ook maar een klein deel van de hemel. Omdat het zo snel gaat, is dit fenomeen ook heel moeilijk vast te leggen.
Degene die dat wel is gelukt, of die het gelukt is dit fenomeen op NASA beelden te vinden, is de bekende Youtube gebruiker Streetcap1.
Zowel op vier als op vijf april 2017 slaagde hij erin om dergelijke flitsen uit de NASA beelden te halen en deze zien er dan als volgt uit:
Wat op de beelden verschijnt, lijkt geen natuurlijk fenomeen te zijn en het zijn ook geen meteorieten, want die verschijnen niet als een korte flits in de ruimte.
Op één van de beelden lijkt het wel alsof er letterlijk een deur wordt opengedaan naar iets anders.
Is dit een ander verschijnsel van wormgaten zoals die door buitenaardsen gebruikt zou kunnen worden of is er een andere verklaring voor dit fenomeen?
UFO sightings are still being reported at a near- record level, according to the survey.
In 2016, 1,131 UFO reports were officially filed in Canada, the fifth year in a row above 1,000 cases but down slightly from 1,267 UFO sightings reported in 2015.
Last year most UFO reports were recorded during the summer with June, July and August having a combined 37.7 per cent of all cases.
Most sighting reports were simple lights in the sky, known as Nocturnal Lights (54.9 per cent), and Close Encounters comprised less than one per cent of the total.
The most popular shape of UFO reported in 2016 was a simple point source of light.
Other shapes reported were Triangle, Ball, Cigar and Fireball.
The classic “flying saucer” was only reported 48 times or 5 per cent in 2016.
While the vast majority of cases reported to UFO groups and official agencies are of low Strangeness, some rather odd incidents are reported each year, the report states.
"Close Encounter cases are definitely in the minority, but some of these cases are extremely close indeed," it said.
A witness in Cornwall, P.E.I. reported that a thin, six-foot-tall, long fingered, white alien in a black suit appeared in his bedroom. The witness spoke to the alien, which then left by walking through a wall.
In One report from Quebec simply stated 'They contacted me.'
