MYSTERIOUS radio signals could be aliens trying to make contact with Earth as scientists confirm the phenomenon comes from outer space.
The short radio emissions are tricky to study because of how quickly they appear — and disappear.
A whole host of things have been suggested as the cause, from a cosmic starship to a far-away galaxy.
Over the past ten years experts have reported strange frequencies from beyond our Milky Way on dozens of occasions.

But despite their discovery, very little is known about fast radio bursts or where they come from.
Now scientists have disproved the theory that the signals are manmade, after pinpointing the locations of three FRBs.
Researchers at the Australian National University and Swinburne University of Technology detected three mystery noises using the
Molonglo radio telescope in Canberra, Australia.
The device has an unusually large field of view, making it easier to hunt fast radio bursts.

Professor Matthew Bailes from Swinburne said: "Conventional single dish radio telescopes have difficulty establishing that transmissions originate beyond the Earth’s atmosphere."
Experts perviously suggested the sounds were not coming from outer space, and instead some form of local interference was tricking astronomers.
But that theory has been squashed with the latest findings which firmly point the finger at outer space.
Manisha Caleb, a PhD candidate at Australian National University, said: "Figuring out where the bursts come from is the key to understanding what makes them.
"Only one burst has been linked to a specific galaxy. We expect Molonglo will do this for many more bursts.”
He said: "Fast radio bursts are exceedingly bright given their short duration and origin at great distances, and we haven’t identified a possible natural source with any confidence.
"An artificial origin is worth contemplating and checking."

Study On Mysterious Space Signals Offers Eye-Popping Possible Origin
Mysterious signals called fast radio bursts (FRB) are from deep space and could be evidence of advanced alien technology, according to a study Australian scientists published Monday.
The study concluded that FRB could be generated by advanced aliens. FRB are millisecond long pulses of radio light originating from extremely deep space. They are roughly one billion times more luminous than anything ever detected in our own Milky Way galaxy.
“Perhaps the most bizarre explanation for the FRBs is that they were alien transmissions,” Dr. Matthew Bailes, a professor at Swinburne University of Technology, said in a press statement.
The scientists observed three FRBs with the Molonglo radio telescope in Australia during their research. The study was conducted by scientists from Australian National University, Swinburne University of Technology and the Centre of Excellence for All-sky Astrophysics (CAASTRO).
The research has caused the government-funded Australian Research Council to approve upgrades to the telescope so that it can track the FRBs in other galaxies.
Other research has previously suggested that FRBs might be leakage from extremely technologically advanced aliens using planet-sized transmitters to power interstellar probes in distant galaxies. The FRB’s level of power could plausibly be used to push payloads of a million tons of probes or spacecraft to extremely high speeds using interstellar light sails.
Such a transmitter would need to focus a beam on a sail continuously to power it, meaning observers on Earth would only see a brief flash because the sail and its host planet are moving relative to us. A repeated appearances of such a beam could be a sign of its artificial origin.
Radio astronomers detected numerous milliseconds fast radio bursts, from various parts of space. FRB 121102 was particularly intriguing to scientists, as the signal sporadically repeated and scientists have long thought that a repeating signal could be an indicator of an intelligent alien civilization.
“These radio flashes must have enormous amounts of energy to be visible from that distance,” Dr. Shami Chatterjee, an astronomer at Cornell University who was involved in the research, told Universe Today. “It was like trying to find a needle in a terabyte haystack. It took a lot of algorithmic work to find it.”
Researchers aren’t sure what caused the powerful repeating signal, but there were other explanations that are purely natural. Astronomers believed stellar oddities were caused by aliens before, when in reality they were simply unknown, new phenomenon.
Scientists estimate that the odds of humanity being the only civilization in the universe are less than one chance in about “10 billion trillion.”
Manitoba-based Ufology Research, which has conducted a Canadian UFO Survey since 1989, said there had been 1,131 sightings in 2016.
There are some incredible alien sightings described in the report – from a naughty thief to another who walks through a wall.
Ontario had the most sightings at 26.3% while British Columbia had 17.2%.

Quebec had the most UFO reports in 2016 at 38.5%.
The report says: “This is because Quebec currently has several civilian UFO groups, all with active public awareness campaigns and thus receiving substantial media attention.”
And it says the high number of sightings is significant, adding: "This data clearly contradicts comments by those who would assert that UFOs are a ‘passing fad’ or that UFO sightings are decreasing in number."
It’s the alien sightings that make the most interesting reading.
On January 10 in Cornwall, Prince Edward Island, a man reported that "a thin, six-foot-tall, long-fingered, white alien in a black suit" appeared in his bedroom.
He spoke to the alien which left by walking through a wall.
Meanwhile in Quebec, on the same night, a person was transported in a flash of white light to a bathtub.
There he encountered "three green, big-eyed humanoid creatures who communicated with him telepathically”.
He claims he then suddenly found himself at home four hours later with scratches on his body and his eye colour had changed.
Another cheeky alien two days later was reported to be responsible for “stealing a man’s sunglasses, belt and silver possessions”.
And later he claimed a photo showed a rip in time and space.
The report ends by saying: "Close encounter cases are definitely in the minority, but some of these cases are extremely close indeed."

The moon is a beautiful floating rock that has been looking upon our world for a long time. The origins according to mainstream science come from the impact of a protoplanet called Theia, which was roughly the size of Mars, with Earth releasing lots of material into space which eventually culminated into what is now the Moon.

Built as part of a top secret US Army project called Project Iceworm Camp Century was constructed and secreted eight meters under the Arctic ice in Greenland which at the time was a country of Denmark. It was built to be a ballistic missile site with the capacity to house over 600 ballistic missiles when it was completed.
They year was 1959, and the cold war between the US and the USSR was at it's heights. The true function of the site was not revealed to the Danish government at that time, they were told the city was being built to study the feasibility of working under the ice and for research purposes.
Stretching out over three kilometers the city was an amazing network of icy tunnels that had everything a self-sustaining city would be expected to have. Amenities included a hospital, shops, laboratories and even a cinema. Incredibly it was also powered by the world's first mobile nuclear power generator.
The project was eventually given up as engineers soon realized it could not work. Arctic is is a viscoelastic material, a combination of snow and ice that is constantly in motion.
That continuous motion would inevitably cause the tunnels to be warped and collapse.
They decommissioned and abandoned the project in 1967 leaving the infrastructure and various waste materials to be entombed in the snow for what they hoped would be forever. The waste included biological, chemical and radioactive waste materials.
In a more recent development 2016 a study discovered that the ice sheet that covers the site would begin melting before the end of the century. This will cause the toxic waste materials left behind to re-enter the environment disrupt the ecosystem and pose new threats.
It remains unclear at this time who will eventually be responsible for cleanup of the site.
Denmark originally allowed the US to build the site in a 1951 agreement, Greenland has become self-governing as of 1979, and this issue could cause new tensions between the US and Greenland.

Russian scientist found to be UFO and ancient aliens researcher
Sovershenno Sekretno, a very popular and respected Russian newspaper, published an article in its October 2011 issue. The author is Vladimir Kucharyants, writer and journalist. The title is (in English) Worlds of Professor Ludvig.
Professor Genrikh Mavrikiyevich Ludvig was a highly educated Russian scientist, an inmate of Stalin’s concentration camps, a philosopher, a scholar of ancient languages, daring architect, a teacher, a freethinker who lived in the stifling ideological climate of Communism…a person who did not break down under enormous pressure, torture, and betrayal.

Vladimir Kucharyants was his student in the 1960s, but only in recent years has discovered the scope of Professor’s Ludvig’s knowledge, ideas, and legacy. There is much more that needs to be discovered, and the Russian writer continues his quest. He is still not sure who Genrikh Ludvig really was: a phenomenally educated scientist who possessed encyclopedic knowledge; a mystic; a person who was ordained into secret knowledge.
Those who research the UFO phenomenon and ancient astronauts hypothesis will learn from the Sovershenno Sekretno article that Professor Ludvig was able to study amazing ancient manuscripts during his sojourn in the Vatican’s library (in the 1920s). There he read about extraterrestrials who had visited the Earth in antiquity; subsequently, he began his research of Maya civilization, and interpreted their symbols to be spaceships and spacesuits. In addition, Professor Ludvig mentioned that the library contained manuscripts about alchemy and ancient codes.

When the NKVD (KGB) arrested him in 1938, Professor Ludvig was accused of being a Vatican (but also Turkish, Polish, German and American) spy. He survived the concentration camps and torture, and carried his incredible knowledge, language skills (he was fluent in 20 languages, including ancient ones), ideas and beliefs with him, through the years full of suffering and ordeals. He was informed on or denounced to the secret police by his wife.
Kucharyants mentions that Professor Ludvig showed his students photocopies of the Vatican’s ancient manuscripts ( containing information about extraterrestrials that had visited our planet) with drawings, described to them the hidden essence of ancient myths; he told them of the Fiery Pillar that destroyed an advanced ancient civilization; he showed the students photos of the fortress walls discovered in Babylon, melted with the horrendous temperature and believed that nuclear blasts could cause this.
Professor Ludvig was very much interested in Sumerian civilization and possessed great knowledge about it; he discussed the esoteric meaning of pyramids in Egypt (he considered them to be sort of “energy machines”); he studied the Etruscan civilization; he knew about Cabbala

Professor Ludvig was also an inventor, and designer of military technology. He helped his country, even during his imprisonment. During his days as an inmate of the GULAG, during World War II, he had at least 17 inventions to his name: such as the construction of military airfields in marshy areas; a noiseless underground station for testing aerial engines; a bomb thrower for close distance tank warfare; and many more. His reward was extension of the prison sentence in 1942 for another ten years, after he was denounced for his criticism of Stalin’s policies inside the concentration camps.
Ludvig knew the secrets of herbs and their esoteric medicinal properties, and once this knowledge helped him survive, when he had to cure the wife of the concentration camp commander, or face death.

There is much more information in the Sovershenno Sekretno article (for example, his friendship with another great and highly talented Russian scientist Alexander Chizevsky, whose work I have described in my articles). I urge all those who are interested in the ancient astronauts hypothesis to learn more about Professor Ludvig. I will also try to discover more, although there are few sources available.
Genrikh Mavrikiyevich Ludvig who passed away in 1973, had fantastic intellect, and made incredible discoveries. I am sure his former student Vladimir Kucharyants, who was able to uncover Professor’s notes and writings from the 1930s, will find more documents and materials.

In 2006, former Arizona governor Fife Symington admitted to being a witness to Arizona’s most famous UFO sighting, and that he believed it to be of extraterrestrial origins. His statements made worldwide news. In association with the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Phoenix Lights UFO event, James Fox, the documentarian that first obtained Symington’s confession shared never before seen footage from the interview during his presentation at the 2016 International UFO Congress. Now, with Fox’s permission, we present the interview here for our readers.

In the newly released footage, Symington says he believes the UFO sighting was escalated up the chain of command.
“Issues like this go up the chain of command all the way to the Pentagon,” explains Symington. “We called the Pentagon…I think they knew there had been sightings, but they weren’t talking about it.”
As for the official Air Force response that the UFOs were flares, Symington says that is “total bunk.”
“I have seen high altitude flares before. There is no way they were flares.”
When it comes to what flew over Phoenix in March of 1997, Symington says, “It has never been explained.”

What is now referred to as “The Phoenix Lights,” was a flap of UFO sightings on March 13, 1997. It has kept Arizona buzzing ever since. Over 1000 witnesses reportedly came forward, including former Arizona Governor Fife Symington.
Symington first admitted to seeing the object during this interview with Fox. Fox provided Symington with testimony from several witnesses who were disappointed with the way Symington dealt with the incident in 1997. Symington then admitted to Fox he had also seen the object, and he agreed it was unworldly. Fox was not expecting this response.
After the interview, news of Symington’s confession leaked and he was asked to share his experience with CNN and other news outlets.

Winston Churchill was known for his leadership during World War II, but a newfound essay on alien life reveals another side of him, one that was deeply curious about the universe.
"I, for one, am not so immensely impressed by the success we are making of our civilization here that I am prepared to think we are the only spot in this immense universe which contains living, thinking creatures," he wrote in the newly uncovered essay, "or that we are the highest type of mental and physical development which has ever appeared in the vast compass of space and time."
Besides being prime minister of the United Kingdom during the tumultuous years of World War II, the British statesman was also a prolific writer and proponent of science. In fact, he was the first prime minister to have a science advisor. Those traits converged in the newfound 11-page essay about the search for alien life, discovered at the Churchill Museum in Fulton, Missouri. It was first written in 1939 and was slightly revised in the late 1950s. [5 Bold Claims of Alien Life]
The museum's director, Timothy Riley, showed the document to astrophysicist Mario Livio, who described the work and Churchill's approach to science in an article published today (Feb. 15) in the journal Nature. Churchill's essay was titled "Are We Alone in the Universe?".
"I was amazed to see the title of this article, first of all," Livio, head of the Institute Science Division at the Space Telescope Science Institute, told Space.com. "And then I read it and was even more astonished, because I saw that this great politician is musing about a real scientific topic, an intriguing scientific topic, [and] he is reasoning about this in the same way that a scientist today would go about it."
Churchill was not a scientist, and when the politician composed the essay, Europe was on the brink of war, Livio said.
"And yet, at that time, he finds the time to contemplate such issues and think about things so clearly," Livio added.
Evaluating the likelihood of life
In the essay, Churchill first set out to define life, characterizing the most important quality as the ability to reproduce. He chose to consider "comparatively highly organized life," which Livio said is probably multicellular life. Churchill likely did this to avoid ambiguity for things like viruses, which are able to replicate but exhibit other characteristics that aren't terribly lifelike, Livio said.
Then, Churchill discussed where to look for life: in places with liquid water (or where liquid water can persist, which is what scientists now call the "habitable zone" around stars).
"Then, he says, OK, once we've defined life, what are the necessary ingredients for life to exist? And he identifies liquid water as one such ingredient," Livio said. "And that's exactly what we do today. Our searches for life in the universe today are primarily guided by liquid water."
In his essay, Churchill considered the solar system, deciding that only Mars and Venus could have fulfilled those conditions. The outer planets are too cold, Mercury is too hot on one side and too cold on the other, and the moon and asteroids have gravity too weak to trap the atmosphere, Livio wrote, summarizing Churchill's argument.
Then, Churchill discussed the possibility of planets outside the solar system — exoplanets — which had not yet been discovered. The model he considered, described by astrophysicist James Jean in 1917, predicted that planetary formation is very unlikely to occur. (The theory, which proved incorrect, described planets forming by the gas torn from a star when another star passes by it.)
"But the beautiful thing is, then he says, But wait! Maybe this theory is wrong! Why should we think that this theory is correct?" Livio said. Churchill added that the abundance of double stars suggests that planetary systems could form commonly.
In the article, Livio quoted Churchill's essay: "I am not sufficiently conceited to think that my sun is the only one with a family of planets." Churchill went on to posit that a large fraction of those planets would be the right size to keep water on their surface and maybe an atmosphere, and that some would be at the right distance from their stars to maintain a life-friendly temperature.
Livio said Churchill saw value in science, but the statesman took a nuanced approach. He understood that science was necessary to win the war effort, but also established an atmosphere in which science was important in its own right, and he wanted it to be used to improve the world.
"As a result of that, in the 1950s, came all these great discoveries," Livio said, citing milestones like finding the structure of DNA and developing radio astronomy, which stemmed from work on radar. "Once you generate the framework and the infrastructure for science to thrive, then a variety of discoveries come."
But Churchill also emphasized that science should work to advance humanity, Livio said.
"Later in life, he also understood that one cannot do the science in what he would call a moral vacuum," Livio said. "You need to embed all the scientific research and discoveries also in the context of human values, and an understanding of the human condition."
Livio emphasized that today, science has serious problems to address, particularly regarding food resources, climate change and disease. Churchill's approach to science is necessary, Livio said.
"All of those [concerns] require serious scientific input, so there must be the mechanisms in place to get that scientific input, and the correct scientific input — which means science advisors at high levels, and involvement of scientists in a variety of decisions concerning some of those challenges," Livio said. "It certainly doesn't help to shun sciences; some of these problems can turn into disasters if nothing is done."
As for the likelihood of life on other planets, over the past 20 years, scientists have discovered thousands of planets orbiting other stars and have made large strides in determining these worlds' characteristics remotely. But researchers have yet to discover definitive signs of life elsewhere in the universe, or to visit other planets in person to hunt for life. However, Churchill didn't want to put bounds on what advancing science or technology might bring, Livio said.
"When he discussed the possibility of traveling to other planets and things like that, he says, well maybe this isn't possible today but, he says, 'It is rash to set limits to the progress of science,'" Livio said. "Things that are not possible today, you shouldn't think that they would not be possible in the future."

This, however, isn’t a surprise since in the last couple of years numerous individuals—former astronauts, military officers, former NASA employees, and others have come forward lifting the secrecy off the UFO and alien phenomenon.
According to the exclusive on Sighting in Syfy’s ‘Aliens on the Moon, Neil Armstrong also switched to the “medical channel and spoke directly with the chief medical officer” and is quoted as saying, they’re here, they’re parked on the side of the crater – they’re watching us!”
In addition to Buzz Aldrin, Armstrong has also spoken out about UFOs.
During an interview about the Apollo 11 mission, the former astronaut supposedly said that beings that occupied the UFO made very clear their displeasure of the human’s arrival on the moon’s surface:
Armstrong: It was incredible … of course, we had always known there was a possibility … the fact is, we were warned off. There was never any questions then of a space station or a moon city.
Interestingly, Eugene Cernan, commander of Apollo 17 said in a Los Angeles Times article in 1973: “…I’ve been asked (about UFOs) and I’ve said publicly I thought they (UFOs) were somebody else, some other civilization.”
One of the best quotes backing up those claims comes from Scott Carpenter— an American naval officer and aviator, test pilot, aeronautical engineer, astronaut, and aquanaut: “At no time, when the astronauts were in space were they alone: there was a constant surveillance by UFOs.”
On Apollo 11 in route to the Moon, I observed a light out the window that appeared to be moving alongside us. There were many explanations of what that could be, other than another spacecraft from another country or another world – it was either the rocket we had separated from, or the 4 panels that moved away when we extracted the lander from the rocket and we were nose to nose with the two spacecraft. So in the close vicinity, moving away, were 4 panels. And i feel absolutely convinced that we were looking at the sun reflected off of one of these panels. Which one? I don’t know. So technically, the definition could be “unidentified.” –Neil Armstrong.
As noted by the Huffington post, Aldrin said that the “UFO people” were “very very angry” with him once he returned and refused to endorse their suspicion that he had seen an alien.
“We well understood exactly what that was. And when we returned, we debriefed and explained exactly what we had observed. And I felt that this had been distributed to the outside world, the outside audience, and apparently it wasn’t, and so many years later, I had the time in an interview to disclose these observations, on another country’s television network. And the UFO people in the United States were very very angry with me, thatIi had not given them the information. It was not an alien. Extraordinary observations require extraordinary evidence. That’s what Carl Sagan said.”

Afgelopen zaterdag ging een stel in de Ierse stad Carlow ’s middags een eindje toeren en bij terugkomst zagen ze iets bijzonders hangen boven het station.
Natuurlijk wordt het (wederom) afgedaan als een wolk, maar je hebt zelden een mooiere klassieke retro UFO in de lucht zien hangen dan enkele dagen geleden in Ierland.
Wanneer houdt een wolk op om een wolk te zijn en moet je echt gaan denken dat het iets anders is.
Door de jaren hebben wij talloze artikelen geschreven over UFO’s die zich vermommen als wolken of ze gebruiken als camouflage voor een dimensieportaal.
In het algemeen zullen mensen niet zo snel argwanend worden als ze een paar wolken in de lucht zien drijven. Behalve als een bepaalde wolk heel erg opvalt in het landschap en er eigenlijk niet thuis lijkt te horen.
Iets dergelijks was er enkele dagen geleden aan de hand in de Ierse stad Carlow. Daar ontstond de nodige opwinding omdat een inwoner een bijzondere foto op Facebook had geplaatst.
De lokale pers had het al over een geval voor Mulder en Scully, want wat daar boven Carlow hing, leek wel heel veel op een UFO.
Een hemel met cirrus bewolking, inclusief chemtrail, en daar ver onder en niet zo ver van de grond een wel heel bijzondere wolk.
Deze wolk werd opgemerkt door Greg MacLennan en zijn vrouw die op zaterdagmiddag een eindje waren gaan rijden en bij terugkomst deze boven hun woonplaats zagen hangen, vlakbij het station.
Greg zei tegen de lokale krant dat de wolk verdacht veel op een UFO leek of op de camouflage van een UFO en dat ze deze wolken daarom UFO wolken noemen. Verder verklaarde de man stoer niet te geloven dat het hier een UFO betrof, maar uiteraard de beruchte lenticularis wolk was. Een type wolk dat wordt gebruikt om gecamoufleerde UFO’s aan te duiden.
Wanneer je de foto echter wat meer uitvergroot, is het moeilijk om een betere opname te krijgen van een zogenaamde klassieke retro UFO. Je ziet een prachtig gevormde klassieke schotelvorm, inclusief de koepel.
En dat is een beetje het probleem op dit moment. Iemand doet een wolk af als een lenticularis wolk en daarmee is het einde verhaal. Want, UFO’s bestaan niet, allemaal grote flauwekul en het zijn alleen maar aluhoedjes die dat soort dingen zien.
Je vindt op deze website intussen talloze artikelen waaruit blijkt dat wolken dikwijls niet zijn wat ze op het eerste gezicht lijken.
Eén van de mooiste voorbeelden ooit is misschien wel de opname die een paar jaar geleden werd gemaakt door een paar mijnwerkers in Chili, zoals wij schreven in een eerder artikel:
Het antwoord lijkt te zien in de volgende video die is gemaakt in de Atacama woestijn in de buurt van de Chileense stad Calama.
Twee mijnarbeiders rijden in een auto en zien vreemde wolkformaties in de lucht. Eén van hen pakt zijn mobiele telefoon en begint te filmen.
Dan plotseling komt er uit deze wolk of wellicht moederschip een bij ons welbekende oranje-achtige bol tevoorschijn.
In de onderstaande video kun je duidelijk zien hoe deze bol tevoorschijn komt uit de wolk en vervolgens wegvliegt.
Hebben we hier te maken met een zogenaamd cloaked moederschip dat zich verborgen houdt in deze kunstmatig aandoende wolken en die de bollen als een soort verkenners op pad stuurt?
Het heeft er alle schijn van en daarmee is deze opname misschien wel het eerste stukje bewijs dat we in handen hebben wat laat zien waar deze oranje bollen vandaan komen.
Uiteraard ontstaan er dan altijd weer discussies of deze opname wel of niet echt is. Tot nu is er, voor zover ons bekend, geen informatie over dat de opname niet echt zou zijn.

Meer dan 25 jaar na het einde van de zogenoemde Belgische UFO-golf hangt er nog steeds een waas van mysterie over die periode.
De Belgische UFO-golf begon op 29 november 1989 toen twee rijkswachters een onbekend driehoekig object met felle lichten door de lucht zagen vliegen.
Enkele dagen later bleek dat het vreemde object ook door tientallen andere mensen was gezien.
Onderzoek
De dagen erna kwamen er meerdere meldingen binnen van onbekende vliegende objecten in het Belgische luchtruim, vooral in Wallonië.
De objecten werden zo vaak gespot, dat het Belgische leger een onderzoek instelde. Dat werd geleid door generaal-majoor Wilfried de Brouwer.
Hij zag zelf vreemde objecten in de stad Waver, die ook waren opgepikt door de radar.

“Het gedrag van de toestellen was zeer speciaal,” zei De Brouwer. “Ze konden zweven zonder ook maar enig geluid te maken. Ze konden van heel traag vliegen plots naar heel snel vliegen gaan.”
De UFO-golf bereikte eind maart 1989 een hoogtepunt toen liefst 13.500 mensen de mysterieuze objecten waarnamen in België.
Er werden zelfs Belgische straaljagers de lucht ingestuurd. De piloten konden de objecten enkele seconden volgen via hun radar, maar de doelen veranderden te snel van positie en snelheid, zeiden ze.
Zo viel één van de driehoekige objecten binnen één seconde 1400 meter omlaag.
Geheim project
Waren het ruimteschepen van aliens? Meer dan 25 jaar na de Belgische UFO-golf is nog altijd niet bekend wat er toen precies is gebeurd.
Volgens sommigen ging het om moderne weerballonnen. Een uitvinder uit Brussel zei dat hij destijds driehoekige heliumballonnen had gemaakt, maar later trok hij die verklaring weer in.
Anderen meenden dat de UFO’s onderdeel waren van een geheim Amerikaans project. Weer anderen stelden dat de driehoekige objecten buitenaardse ruimteschepen waren.

Someone in Georgetown saw something peculiar in a photograph taken in August of last year and reported it as an unidentified flying object (UFO).
According to the 2016 Canadian UFO Survey, an annual report compiled by the Canadian organization Ufology Research, an unidentified person sent in an account of a “blue, round object” apparently visible in a photographic image after it was taken on Aug. 21 at 9:18 a.m.
No other details about the Georgetown UFO sighting were given in the report.
Across the country, there were 1,131 UFO sightings in 2016. That's a drop from the 1,267 reported the previous year.
Across the country, 21 per cent of last year's reports were considered to have probable explanations while 74 per cent were insufficient, which was a big reversal from the previous year's report where 66 per cent were probable and 20 per cent considered insufficient. The report notes that's because of a "more rigorous evaluation process" this year.
About four per cent were considered unexplained, which the report says is the lowest in its 28 years, but does note that classification doesn't imply alien visitation.
"Each case may still have an explanation following further investigation. And, of those that remain unexplained, they may (stay) unexplained but still are not incontrovertible proof of extraterrestrial intervention or some mysterious natural phenomenon," reads the report.
Only 1.5 per cent of the reports were categorized as explained, the lowest amount since 1992.
The report found the majority of sightings came in June, July and August (about 37.7 per cent) and most were reported as lights in the sky (54.9 per cent). In terms of cities, Montreal reported the most (73) while Vancouver (70) and Toronto (65) were a close second and third.
Some of the shapes seen in the reports were triangle, ball, cigar, fireball and the classic flying saucer (which was reported 48 times or about five per cent of the total sightings).

Some of the more unusual highlights of the report include a sighting from Cornwall, Prince Edward Island on Jan. 10 where a "thin, six-foot-tall long-fingered white alien in a black suit appeared in (a) bedroom. The witness spoke to the alien, which then left by walking through a wall."
Another from Tecumseh, Ontario on Jan. 12 stated that the witness "reported that an alien entity was responsible for stealing his sunglasses, belt and silver possessions. Later, the witness produced a photograph in which he thought a 'rip in space and time' could be seen."

UFO experts have revealed at least three white objects were spotted on a live feed of a rocket launch - seconds before it was pulled mysteriously from TV screens.
The UFOs were seen by at least 20 observers who have now shared their concerns online.
Cameras were filming at the launch of SpaceX Satellite at Cape Canaveral in Florida.
But it seems the live feed of the launch was cut at the exact time UFOs were seen on the screen, leading some to think the timing of the change of screen to that of a map was deliberate.

The clip was brought to the attention of SecureTeam10 , a group of UFO experts, who investigate the footage and share their findings online.
Secureteam's Tyler said: "This was sent over to me on by at least 20 people who saw this and said 'woah'.
"These are not stars and in no other part of this footage will you see stars."
The UFOs travelled across the top of the screen
He adds: "They immediately cut to this animated tracking system, for a few moments, almost as if they are giving it just enough time, for this UFO to move out of sight, before they immediately cut back to the fed of the rocket."
The SpaceX Satellite launch took place on Thursday at Nasa's Kennedy Space Centre. The 23-storey rocket lifted off at 6.27pm local time.

Documentarian James Fox has shared never before seen video from the exclusive interview of former Arizona governor. In 2006, former governor Fife Symington shared his Phoenix Lights UFO sighting and revealed that he believed it to be of extraterrestrial origins. Symington’s statement has made worldwide news. Fox, who first obtained the former governor’s confession, shared the video during his presentation at the 2016 International UFO Congress in association with the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the famous event.
Symington says in the newly released footage that he believes UFO sighting reached to the chain of command. He explains that such issue goes up to the chain of command, all the way to the Pentagon. He adds that Pentagon knew about the UFOs, but they were not talking about it.
The Air Force issued a statement that the apparent UFOs were just flares, but Symington called it a total bunk. Symington explains that he has seen high-altitude flares many times and there is no way the Phoenix Lights in 1997 were flares.
The Phoenix Lights took place on March 13, 1997, involving a flap of UFO sightings. Over a thousand witnesses came forward, including former Arizona Governor Fife Symington.

De passage van 2014 JO25 wordt verwacht op 19 april, waarna het alweer 480 jaar zal duren vooraleer de asteroïde nog eens op zo’n relatief kleine afstand van onze planeet komt.
De komende tien jaar zullen we zelfs geen asteroïde van deze grootte meer in de buurt van de Aarde zien. “De volgende bekende ‘flyby’ door een object met een gelijkaardige of grotere diameter zal plaatsvinden wanneer asteroïde ‘1999 AN10’, met een doorsnede van 800 meter, binnen een maansafstand zal passeren in augustus 2027”, aldus NASA.
Dan komt het ‘potentiële gevaar’ dus nog net iets dichterbij dan nu. 2014 JO25 zal op bijna 5 keer de afstand tussen de Aarde en de maan passeren. Volgens het Minor Planet Center blijft de asteroïde echter potentieel gevaarlijk omdat ze groter dan 100 meter is en dichterbij de Aarde komt dan 7.495.839 kilometer, wat neerkomt op 19.5 ‘maansafstanden’.
The so-called “fairy circles” of Namibia have long been sites of mystical intrigue and scientific controversy. Millions of these circular patterns of red dirt and patchy dry plants dot the Namib desert, ranging in circumference from 12 feet all the way to a massive 114 feet. Historically, their existence has been credited to aliens, gods, and dragon breath, but recent research pinpoints another culprit: thirsty and competitive plants.
In a recent paper published in Journal of Geophysical Research, researchers from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis argue that the reason these strange circular plots, consisting of a bare inner circle and a raised outer circle, exist is because of “self-organization theory.” This is the idea that circular vegetation patterns emerge because plants in dry regions use the empty inner circle as a natural water reservoir, which then the grass on the raised edges of the circle can tap into to survive.
That these circles emerge because of how plants have adapted to deserts stands contrary to the claim of other scientists who argue that the strange spots of arid soil arise because of termites.

The scientists behind the study came to their thirsty-plant conclusion after analyzing the infiltration rate, soil moisture, grass biometrics, and sediment grain size distribution of the fairy circles, together with the distance between circles. This showed them that water was absorbed more quickly on the inner portion of the circles and that the roots of the grass on the outside of circles were larger than the grass exactly on the ring. The researchers concluded that the grass grows in a way that its roots are on the inner side of the ring, competing for water. When rain does come, the roots can slurp it up because the water fills the dry inner circle, flowing up to its edge.
Besides solving once and for all the mystery of the origin of these circles, the scientists hope to leverage their research to better understand the “underlying dynamics of water-limited ecosystems.”
While these rings are vastly different than the fairy circles of Europe (those are simply a ring of mushrooms on grass), they are not completely unique in the world: In March 2016, scientists discovered similar arid rings in Australia, the only other place besides the Namib desert where they have been observed.
The recent discovery of seven potentially habitable exoplanets orbiting the star TRAPPIST-1, just 40 light-years away, greatly raises the odds of finding alien life on other worlds with whom we might one day have a real chance of directly coming into contact.
But before we get ahead of ourselves, we’ll need to figure out for certain whether there are signs of life on those and other planets. A group of scientists at Caltech’s Exoplanet Technology Laboratory believe they have a solution for turning our most powerful telescopes into alien-hunting instruments.
The technique is called “high-dispersion coronagraphy,” and is intended to help scientists find biosignatures on exoplanets. Biosignatures are disturbances in an environmental equilibrium; they reveal the existence of an unknown force or process. Certain colors might indicate photosynthesis, for example, or a certain kind of excess gas might indicate an organic life source.
In order to study faraway planets, scientists need to block the light emanating from the stars they orbit. Stars are brighter than planets — anywhere from a thousand times to several billion times brighter — and that light can interfere with our ability to take a good look at anything around them. To fix this problem, scientists employ a coronagraph, which is a device in a telescope that helps block starlight.
Scientists have been using coronagraphs for some time, but this new high-dispersion coronagraphy technique innovatively combines it with a high-res spectrometer. Spectrometers expose the “fingerprints” of chemicals; researchers can use them to find elements that are associated with life, such as oxygen.
But here’s the real kicker: scientists realized that using a coronagraph with a high-res spectrometer specifically caused even more light to be filtered out than usual. Using these two instruments together allows researchers to “improve the sensitivity of our system by a factor of 100 to 1,000 over ground-based methods,” explained Dimitri Mawet, the head of the Caltech team who made the discovery.
The team used optical fibers to combine the coronagraph with the high-res spectrometer. The fibers, it turns out, also help to remove starlight. These discoveries were, in the words of team member Garreth Ruane, “serendipitous.”
When high-dispersion coronagraphy is put into practice, scientists will be able to learn much more about the molecules that exist in exoplanets’ atmospheres, as well as the planets’ appearances, rotation rates, and weather patterns. We’ll need that information if we want to discern whether life exists outside of our galaxy.
What high-dispersion coronagraphy looks like.
Right now, we only have one in-progress telescope that’ll be up to the job of locating biosignatures using high-dispersion coronagraphy. It’s called the Thirty Meter Telescope (TMT), and it will become the world’s biggest optical telescope when it’s finished in about a decade. Scientists will be able to use TMT to apply this new technique to planets around M-dwarf stars, the most common star in the galaxy, which are smaller than our sun. Stronger telescopes designed in the future could help researchers apply the technique to planets around bigger stars.
Since TMT won’t be finished until the late 2020’s, right now this is a waiting game, at least in terms of using the new technique to help solve the mystery of extraterrestrial life. High-dispersion coronagraphy has already been tested in laboratories, and scientists can use it for now on certain gas exoplanets. But we’ll have to wait for the blessed day it can be used on the Earth-like exoplanets around TRAPPIST-1.
Why is it that a large portion of the scientific community is hostile to the idea that we are being visited by extraterrestrials ….
…. when it is clear that accepting their existence would be scientifically beneficial and would lead to a major philosophical shift?
Orthodox scientists do not like to be told about UFOs because, for many of them, the interest is nonexistent and such a topic is outside the scope of their methodology. According to them, scientific research must lead to a discourse on nature and must be tangible because science is only concerned with observable and reproducible phenomena. Thus, still according to them, a study that relies solely on testimonies and interpretations of unverifiable observations has more to do with psychology or sociology, and certainly not with science.
This clearly illustrates the level of apathy that exists within the scientific community regarding the subject and is nothing more than an expedient way of rejecting thousands of testimonies related to flying saucers that have shown, time and again, impressive and unexplained capabilities that defy the imagination. The maneuvers executed by these flying objects and described by random observers have proven to be extremely consistent, and have provided a clear and systematic picture of the characteristics that these flying objects display.These vehicles appear to be intelligently and skillfully piloted by their occupants, and very often they execute vertical ascensions at extremely high velocities. Only a minority of cases testify to the presence of non-human occupants in these vehicles.
Moreover, landing marks have been found on the ground as well as alterations of the vegetation at the cellular level, breakdown of cars from a distance, physiological effects on witnesses, and even observations made by highly credible witnesses who stood relatively close to these enigmatic machines.
Those who speak in the name of “official science” argue that no planet in our solar system is inhabited and therefore potential visitors would clearly have to come from a distant planetary system. Furthermore, according to them, the distance that separates us from the closest stars is such that it would make it virtually impossible for us to ever establish a direct contact with any civilization outside of our solar system.
The speeds that our man-made spacecrafts are susceptible to reach is laughable when it comes to the distance to be travelled, and the duration of such a journey would be incompatible with human life expectancy. Thus, the journey could only be a one-way ticket and it would likely spread over several generations or require the use of cryogenic preservation.
Several seemingly insurmountable obstacles would need to be addressed:
There is the problem of carrying the mass of combustible material needed for these crafts to propel themselves in space. However, eye witnesses never reported seeing a trail of combusted material coming out of these UFOs. Instead, these objects always moved silently at very high acceleration only emitting a small light. This is quite a contrast to our slow and noisy rockets that use the principle of kinetic momentum preservation. Indeed, the amount of movement or force of the motion executed by the UFO, which is the product of its mass by its velocity, should theoretically be compensated by an equal and opposite force obtained from the ejection at very high speed of a combustible material stored onboard the ship. This means that the amount of potential kinetic energy to be loaded onboard for an interstellar voyage (or even simply to carry out the observed accelerated motion) is completely incompatible with the approximate size and mass of these UFOs. Witnesses never report seeing a trail of combusted material, and from the given description of the crafts witnessed they appear way too small to store any combustible energy required for an interstellar voyage regardless of the form, including the most exotic forms imaginable such as ’annihilation of matter/anti-matter. Another issue has to do with the acceleration of these UFOs. Eye witnesses have all observed enormous changes in speed, chaotic trajectories with abrupt changes in direction that would make it impossible for any human to withstand due to our physiology. How could any biological organism survive such brutal conditions?
… and yet there are visitors from outer space who are proving that the journey is definitely possible!
The daily accounts by credible witnesses of extraterrestrial crafts flying in our skies clearly indicate that there is a solution to all the problems mentioned:
Their very presence is a clear sign that they are able to survive the journey at a speed compatible with the distance covered, and that they have an enormous source of energy at their disposal, one that we still struggle conceptualizing within the narrow framework of present-day science.
How is it possible to achieve such a significant acceleration and reach speeds of up to several thousands of miles per second, and even speeds that are near or above the speed of light? What technology and what kind of energy can we use to achieve this, and where can we find it?µµ
The obvious acceleration observed suggests that the living entities in the UFOs are not affected by it. Could it be that each passenger is subjected to the same acceleration field and gravitational flux as the chair they sit on?
This indicates that the beings who visit us know where to harness the needed energy from and they have solved the issue of creating and controlling gravitational fluxes.
If we would conquer anti-gravitation technology and were able to harness the energy from the diffused energetic fields that we bathe in, everything would change. The accelerations and speeds that could be reached would be considerable (thousands of g). The problems related to physiological resistance at great accelerations would be solved.
But before we get to that point, we will have to radically change the way we look at the structure of both matter and space. The main stumbling block for us today is a conceptual one coupled with a clear ignorance of what the fine structure of matter truly is. The path we will not further elaborate on here is the one that deals with the acceptance of a model of an infinite universe that has a fractal and multi-leveled structure that goes in both the infinitely large and the infinitely small. As above so below.
For a very long time now, we have had solitary pioneers working tirelessly to unravel the secrets of gravitation. A draft answering all these questions currently exists, and the most advanced of these pioneering researchers is Claude Poher. “Claude Poher (born in 1936) is a retired French engineer from the National Center for Space Studies (CNES). He is an engineer in space research and electronics, and also holds a Ph.D. in astrophysics. He is best known for his involvement in the creation of a Study Group working on Unidentified Aerospace Phenomena (GEPAN), the first official ufology bureau created in France in 1977, and devoted to the study of the UFO phenomenon.”
For nearly forty years he has dedicated his life in the elucidation of the major gravitational energy enigma: where did the kinetic energy from the stars in all the galaxies come from, and where did the kinetic energy from the flying saucers described by credible eye witnesses come from? Not to mention, how do you explain the mechanism with which these massive space vehicles propel themselves without releasing any combustible material?
As early as 1980, he was already embracing the notion that the galaxies’ gravitational enigma was intimately intertwined with that of the propulsion of these incredible flying objects. Indeed, in both cases there had to be a humongous source of energy that stars and UFOs could draw from, and this colossal and diffused energy had to be usable anywhere in the Universe.
µAccording to Claude Poher, it was inconceivable that such an energy be only attributable to the gravitational potential energy brought about by a “hidden mass of unknown and invisible matter” merely surrounding the galaxies in a halo of incredible size. It was imperative for this same energy in the meadow of the local farmer where a flying saucer had flown at great acceleration to be exploitable. It was then, in 1980, that he imagined the theoretical concept of an isotropic cosmic flux of quanta each carrying a tiny amount of movement that he named, Universons. In his mind, this was what he believed to be the cause of gravitation.
The existence of this natural flux was essential in order to solve the two enigmas, and it was then necessary to try and understand how to extract kinetic energy from this natural flux.
At first, he did not yet have the slightest idea about the interaction between this hypothetical flux and matter, therefore a lot still needed to be imagined and verified. And he was all alone to face this challenge.
What was the clearest in his mind was the following astronomical experimental fact: stars were capable of extracting 90% of their kinetic energy from this isotropic quantified natural flux. And if stars were able to do it, then it’s fair to say that a technology that is more advanced than our own could have done it too, and this would theoretically enable it to reach interstellar travel.
He went on to get involved in the progressive elaboration of a theoretical model based on hypotheses that are consistent with observations.
This was a theoretical elaboration sowed with multiple pitfalls, because the model did not follow a series of acceptable hypotheses within the framework of known physics.
Indeed, in order to be able to extract kinetic energy from the natural flux that he had imagined, it was necessary for the behavior of the energy particles, which this energy flux should be composed of, to have a very particular behavior with respect to ordinary matter.
On the one hand, it was necessary for this flux to carry a tremendous amount of energy, and on the other hand it had to be unnoticeable, since it had never been detected prior. For him, this meant that there was a need to imagine a new type of fundamental interaction between the particles of energy (Universons) and the elementary particles of matter. It was a matter of discovering a particular type of quantum interaction.
The gravitational quanta contained in this flux could not in fact collide with the particles of matter and yield their momentum as is the case when two billiard balls collide. Moreover, the Laws of celestial mechanics were very clear on this issue. Any notion about collision systematically failed.
And yet the flux must have been able to yield extraordinary amounts of motion to the stars’ matter or to that of the UFOs!
Then came the transition to experimental verification.
Experimental realizations:
Claude Poher succeeded in creating a ceramic material that, when kept at very low temperatures such as liquid nitrogen and then submitted to a very high current at high voltage (current of 1000 Amps and 1000 V) accelerated the electrons within it and thus produced a flux of Universons. He would rightfully call it a Universons’ transmitter.
These Universons have been used to show:
the acceleration of matter in the flux of Universons regardless of the masking effect and the number of elements stacked up in the flux of Universons itself, which showed that Universons do indeed go through matter over great distances without a problem and really generates a movement within it. Matter was accelerated to amazing levels (several hundreds or thousands of g force). Fortunately, the acceleration only lasts a short time, yet over two microseconds it can generate a force equivalent to several hundred grams, even exceeding a kilogram.
Evidence of his theory:
Other than the experiments that unequivocally validate his theory, as an astrophysicist, Claude Poher has shown that his theory solves a lot of the astronomical mysteries that we know of today:
the slowing down of the Pioneer probes once they exit our solar system,
the missing mass of the universe, which is non-existent (what’s truly missing from our theory are the Universons),
The unexplained acceleration of pieces of spiral galaxies according to their distance in the center,
and many other points, which I did not address.
Poher created the GEPAN when he was working at CNES, and it’s because he developed an interest in the propulsion system of UFOs that he worked on his anti-gravity theory. µHe also goes over the many known phenomena caused by UFOs — car breakdowns, paralyzing effect on people, sudden acceleration of UFOs, and how the Universons’ technology simply allows the nullification of inertia on board a spaceship moving with the flux of Universons, etc…
But another strange enigma remains for which we have no answer today: Our Extraterrestrial visitors challenge the General Theory of Relativity!
Astronomers assert that the star nearest to the sun (proxima in the Centaurus constellation) is 4.24 light-years. Thus our visitors come from very, very, far and manage to return within the time frame compatible with their life expectancy.
In the second Message, Rael gives a summary of the contact he had on October 7, 1975, and describes his 24-hour journey on the planet of the Eternals. A journey he estimates to have lasted less than an hour… Since this planet cannot be located in our solar system, we have here a confirmation that their traveling speed is very different from everything we know, including the speed of light. The General Theory of Relativity in its current interpretation is thus being challenged!!! If this theory proved to be true, the relativistic constraints of the contraction of time would make communication impossible (several years at a speed close to that of light would correspond to several centuries on earth)
Exotic assumptions can be proposed. We can imagine that there is no material displacement but only transfer of information. The genetic code and memory bank of individuals could be transferred and then reconstituted at destination?
But the transport of the information should still circulate thousands of times faster than the speed of light. This topic is so far ahead from what we know and the only indisputable conclusion we can come up with is that we just don’t know!!!
The presence, for thousands of years, of extraterrestrial ships flying in our proximity must incite us to change our paradigms. Yes, they are out there and it’s not a matter of believing, but more about having a minimum amount of common sense to understand…
Their inconspicuous but permanent presence is also a key element that confirms the Raelian Messages given both in 1973 and 1975 to the one these visitors named Raël. Many have not yet taken the time to try to understand…
The diffused energetic environment and the anti-gravitation techniques will soon be available to us, but the best goes alongside with the worst. This undertaking can lead to the development and well-being of humanity, but it can also accelerate its destruction. Individuals without a conscience having access to an omnipresent and inexhaustible source of energy can build weapons capable of destroying all of humanity.
