ALL sighting reports received by CMS are already filled in by the witness, saving you and your investigators time. Each report is automatically sent to YOU, the State Director and Assistant State Director, for you to assign someone to follow-up and complete the report.

If a UFO sighting comes in over the phone, or by e-mail, and you want to enter it yourself, simply go to CMS at http://mufoncms.com (once logged in) and click on "ADD CASE" in the upper right hand corner of the screen. This gives you a blank sighting reporting form that you can fill out while the witness is on the phone. Once the report is filled out be sure to click "SAVE" and you will have easily added your NEW report to CMS.

Other interesting data points in CMS during August 2015 are the shape of the UFOs reported which were as follows;

Life Might Spread Across Universe Like an 'Epidemic' in New Math Theory

If life can spread from star to star, researchers should see a characteristic pattern of overlapping …

As astronomers get closer to finding potential signatures of life on faraway planets, a new mathematical description shows how to understand life's spread — and to determine if it's jumping from star to star.

If life arose on other planets, did it spontaneously grow from raw materials every time? Or did it dart from planet to planet and star to star, spreading across the universe? Telltale mathematical patterns of where life signatures appear could reveal the answer, authors of the new research said.

"Life could spread from host star to host star in a pattern similar to the outbreak of an epidemic," study co-author Avi Loeb of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics (CfA) said in a statement. "In a sense, the Milky Way galaxy would become infected with pockets of life." [10 Alien Planets That May Support Life]

The concept of life spreading across different planets and stars is called panspermia — whether microscopic organisms hitch a ride on an asteroid or intelligent beings plot a course for new horizons. Mathematically, both of those situations would show the same basic pattern, the new research shows.

"In our theory, clusters of life form, grow and overlap like bubbles in a pot of boiling water," the study's lead author Henry Lin, also at CfA, said in the same statement. With that kind of growth, life would fill the universe much more quickly than if it arose only through spontaneous development.

As telescopes increase in power and researchers learn more about the substances and conditions, spotted from afar, that would herald extraterrestrial life, scientists get closer to potentially identifying such signs of life on other planets. And if life appears in distinct clusters that contain many different stars, it makes it much more likely that organisms can proliferate across the galaxy.

The tricky part is identifying those patterns while embedded inside them, only able to see a certain selection of stars. According to the new research, humans could get lucky and be on the edge of a bubble of life; if that were the case, astronomers would glimpse many instances of life on one side of Earth, and few to none on the other. It would be clear that life is spreading instead of growing spontaneously each time. But even if Earth was in a less favorable location, statistical analysis of the life-filled spots discovered could still reveal the characteristic pattern.

The transfer of life from star to star, through a species' exploration or by natural events in the galaxy, would drastically speed up the transition from an empty galaxy to a life-filled one, the researchers said in the paper. Then, it might be only a matter of time before humans ran up against something otherworldly.

The research was recently accepted for publication by The Astrophysical Journal Letters.

He said the 'craft' is only about 2.5 to 3 metres across, 'so it probably only held a few passengers.' 

And earlier this month, alien hunters claimed they had spotted a mysterious 'facehugger crab' on the red planet.

Conspiracy theorists can't seem to get enough of the shadowy images sent by Nasa's Mars Curiosity Rover. In their latest 'discovery', they claim to have spotted the Star Destroyer from Star Wars

Since the image was uploaded on Facebook, a number of people have said it looks like the facehugger monster shown in the 1979 film, Alien.

The 'crab' can be seen in an image taken by the Mars rover Curiosity, which shows a formation that looks like a cave mouth on the red planet.

The photo was taken by Nasa in July but recently appeared in Facebook group 'Journey to the Surface of the Mars', who has the slogan: 'They will not tell the truth about Mars'.

'There is no group that would be happier to see such a thing than the 500 scientists around the world who work on this Curiosity rover,' Vasavada told CNN.

'So far we haven't seen anything that is so obvious that it would be similar to what these claims are.'

He blames the sightings on a trick of the mind, known pareidolia – the psychological response to seeing familiar objects in random places.

It is a form of apophenia, which is when people see patterns or connections in random, unconnected data.

Human eyes can spot faces within their environment and it helps them recognise friends in a crowd, work out how fast a car is travelling, and see patterns.

'We have colour HD cameras on this rover that far exceed anything ever sent to the planet before,' he added.

'Those that send [images] to me are generally quite excited, as they claim that these frequently resemble something you wouldn't expect to find on the rusty, dusty surface of the red planet,' he said.

'It's usually some sort of animal, but occasionally even weirder objects such as automobile parts. Maybe they think there are cars on Mars.'

While conspiracy theorists who see Obama's head are widely mocked, we all can all suffer from pareidolia.

Conspiracy theorists had previously found what they claims to be a replica of one of Egypt's Great Pyramids on Mars. Citing the 'near-perfect design and shape', they said the pyramid could be evidence of an ancient civilisation on the red plaDid the Curiosity Rover recently see a pyramid on Mars?

The researchers also analysed brain responses to seeing faces in patterns and discovered the recognition occurs in the frontal and visual cortex.

'Most people think you have to be mentally abnormal to see these types of images, so individuals reporting this phenomenon are often ridiculed', said lead researcher Professor Kang Lee from the University of Toronto.

'But our findings suggest it's common for people to see non-existent features because human brains are uniquely wired to recognise faces.

'Even when there's only a slight suggestion of facial features the brain automatically interprets it as a face.'

This suggests the visions aren't part of the viewer's imagination, or caused by a brain anomaly - instead they're a basic physical response.

Researchers also found that people can be led to see different images depending on what they expect to see, which in turn activates specific parts of the brain that process such images.

If people are told an object contains a face they will seek out the facial shape, and similarly with letters – even if they're not present.

'We have no evidence of Martian iguanas or rats at this time,' added Vasavada.

'One of the best things we found is that Mars could support life, (but) if anything we think it's microbial life that's possible at this time.'

ALIEN HUNTERS CLAIM TO SEE A 'DARK LADY' ON MARS

UFOvni2012 recently uploaded the image the image of the 'woman' on YouTube and it has seen been viewed more than 300,000 times.

'It's hard to tell if this is a living being, or a statue of a being from long ago,' said Scott Waring from UFO Sightings Daily.

'However, a statue that small would be eroded and destroyed easily, so it has a higher chance of being a living being. 

One of the commentators on the footage suggested that the 'woman' is an alien version of the Statue of Liberty.

'If she would be standing on that cliff you maybe a lot taller than anybody from Earth', he said.

“Beings Are Visiting Us From Other Dimensions” – Confirms The FBI

Subconsciously planting that seed into all of our brains that the Aliens truly are with us!

Close Encounters Of The Third Kind – Could it be that some Science Fiction films have been made to ‘educate’ us about Aliens?

Back in 2011 after there were some important documents which had been “declassified”a report written by a special agent of the FBI in 1947 reached the public. Addendum: The Lokas are oval shape, fluted length oval with a heat-resistaning metal or alloy not yet known the front cage contains the controls, the middle portion a laboratory; the rear contains armament, which consists essentially of a powerful energy apparatus, perhaps a ray.

Weird Manta-Ray Shaped Object In The Sky Over Ciudad Colon In Costa Rica (Video)

The witness was on a soccer field when he saw a dark manta-shaped object in the sky hovering to the East then it descended a few meters and flew slowly towards North.

At first he thought it was a drone then he grabbed the camera and started capturing the object as he was not sure what it was, because as the witness said, he could not see propellers, like the ones on a drone.

The winged object had a manta-ray shape and it did not reflect too much sunlight despite it was a bright morning. The object ended up near a hill where the witness lost sight. Mufon case 69884. March 22, 2015.

Could it be just a drone or the witness has made photos of something extraordinary like a flying humanoid or winged creature?

Norwegian Couple Captures Close Encounter With UFOs in Åfjord, Norway (Photos)

Witness: Like always I was traveling with my husband in the car, and I always bring the camera with me, you never know when something is in front of me and I would like to take a picture of it.

This was the case this time, far from the car I saw beautiful clouds, with weird shapes and the lights were extremely nice, so I started to take several pictures from different angles.

Later on, when I was downloading the pictures in the computer I realized that in the edge of the mountains, there were several big UFOs, but because of the distance I didn`t see them at the time I took the pictures. Mufon case 69842.

Alleged Alien Spacecraft Shot Down In Iran – The Kickoff Of The September 2015 Events? (Video)

A disturbing new report being circulated in the Kremlin today by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) states that “significant elements” of the newly created Aerospace Defence Forces (VKO) and the 22nd Spetsnaz (Special Forces) Brigade are currently being deployed throughout the Islamic Republic of Iran and are working in conjunction with the Army of the Guardians of the Islamic Revolution (IRGC) to “inspect and identify” items within the massive debris field that resulted from the 31 July shoot down of an alien spacecraft.

According to this report, the near catastrophic meteor impact occurring in Iran on 31 July which set off a 5.2 magnitude trembler was, in fact, a coordinated Federation-Iranian “successful intersection” of an “identified” alien spacecraft whose extraterrestrial entities are known to be working with certain elements of the United States military against both Russia and Israel.

The identification of this alien spacecraft, this report continues, was made by the newly created Aerospace Defence Forces (VKO) on 29 June after it attempted to “attack and destroy” another spacecraft entering the atmosphere of our Earth over the State of Texas.

While maintaining constant surveillance, since 29 June, of this “known to be hostile” spacecraft, VKO experts in this report state, analysts calculating its orbit determined it could be “intersected” in its orbital path by Kosmos 2491 and 2504 on 31 July as it passed over Iran.

Upon the determination that this spacecraft could be “intersected”, this report says, Federation “leadership elements” contacted their Iranian counterparts who then dispatched to Moscow the head of the IRGC, Major General Qassem Suleimani, on 24 July, to coordinate the taking down of this “hostile entity”.

With a coordinated plan in place to take down this spacecraft over Iran, MoD analysts in this report state, Kosmos 2491 and 2504, on 31 July, made a “successful intersection” of it causing it to break into numerous fragments…the majority of which fell into the Iranian regions of Eshtehard, Kerman and Bandar-e Mahshahr.

After a Security Council of Russia meeting, President Putin authorized the removal and transportation back to Federation territory of the debris collected by both Russian and Iranian military and scientific specialists from the alien spacecraft shot down over the Republic of Iran.

Two Caspian Flotilla warships currently docked in the Iranian port of Anzali to pick up the spacecraft debris, this report notes, are the Volgodonsk and Makhachkala, both of which are now operating under the command of the Aerospace Defence Forces (VKO).

MoD report further identified this spacecraft as being a part of the suspected (underwater/underground) alien fleet being monitored by the US military off the coast of Aguadilla Puerto Rico, from the former Strategic Air Command (SAC) Ramey Air Force Base, now known as Rafael Hernández Airport.

In 2013, this report continues, Federation “assets” were able to obtain a Top Secret US Homeland Security video of an alien spacecraft operating over this former Puerto Rico SAC base, which the Federal Security Services (FSB) then forwarded to the Scientific Coalition of Scientists for UFOlogy (SCU) for further examination.

  

Equally concerning to the MoD, they explain in this report, are the growing observations from “neutral observers” all over the world reporting an increase of alien spacecraft above our Earth’s atmosphere, which even the International Space Station (ISS) video feeds are unable to censor fast enough.

And as to how these latest events relating to the shooting down of this alien spacecraft over Iran tie into the Obama regimes September-October “Grand Event” we are still attempting to fully analyze.

However, with the Washington Post’s 14 March 2011 “pre-warning” article exploring the possibility of a massive tsunami striking the American east coast, when coupled by previous warnings of the same catastrophe being caused should the suspected alien base in Puerto Rico be attacked.

Butler organization seeks answers for unexplained phenomena

Dan Hageman talks about UFOs and aliens as matter-of-factly as others might talk about a rare bird sighting or an unexplained plane crash.

For Hageman, 62, of Butler, the existence of extra­terrestrials is a rather simple fact.

“There are an estimated 100 to 200 billion galaxies in our universe,” said the president of the Butler Organization for Research of the Unexplained (BORU). “It's ludicrous to believe that we're the only ones to exist.”

He's not alone in that line of thinking.

A 2013 Harris Poll found that 36 percent of Americans believe in UFOs — the same percentage that said they believe in creationism. And a National Geographic market research poll found that 10 percent believe they've spotted an unidentified flying object.

BORU, founded more than 30 years ago, is focused on providing information and understanding to those seeking to find out more about something they've seen or experienced.

“We offer a clearinghouse for people who have had sightings and want to discuss it and get a better understanding of what they saw,” said Hageman, a Harbor Freight employee, who has been BORU's director since 1982. “There's a lot of ridicule when it comes to this kind of phenomenon. We're not here to label them.”

The group holds monthly meetings that anyone can attend to talk about whatever they've seen or heard, including ghosts, aliens and strange creatures like Bigfoot.

Attendance varies from as few as 10 to 30 or more, Hageman said. The organization also hosts an annual Paranormal Conference in Lyndora, Butler County.

The group's presentations at the South Butler Community Library have been popular, library director Mandee Williams said.

“Any time they've come, we've had standing-room-only attendance,” she said. “They are just the most personable people. They're just doing this because they're genuinely interested and want to educate people about it.”

Hageman said he has been convinced of the existence of extraterrestrials since he was 5 or 6, when he said he saw “funny lights” in the sky on the car ride home from his family's weekly Sunday dinner at his grandparents.

His uncle was driving on Route 38 to Butler when others in the car spotted the lights too, he said.

“My uncle pulled over and got out, and I was watching two orange-red, saucer-shaped lights,” Hageman said. “They were spinning in opposite directions of each other, but it looked like they were connected.”

He said in the sky, they looked to be about the size of two dinner plates.

“My uncle jumped in the car and started driving, and right by Oneida Dam he stopped and got out again. These things stopped and hovered right over the vehicle,” Hageman said.

Everyone got nervous so they drove home, he said. The next day, he said, other residents talked about seeing the unidentified objects.

‘NO CREDIBLE EVIDENCE'

Despite Hageman's and others' certainty that aliens exist and have visited our planet, skeptics such as Robert Sheaffer have dedicated just as much time and effort debunking sightings.

He said he attends conferences held by some of the largest UFO organizations, like the Mutual UFO Network, to see their evidence. He said he has reviewed documents and accounts.

So far, there has been nothing convincing.

“I've looked at what they consider their best evidence, and they have these tired old photos — that's the best that they have,” said Sheaffer, a fellow and science writer with the Committee for Skeptical Inquiry, which promotes scientific and critical investigation of unusual claims.

“There's absolutely no credible evidence that aliens have ever been here on Earth.”

Sheaffer, a retired computer software engineer, said debunking is a hobby for him, but he believes it's important to society.

“There's too much nonsense in this world in terms of ghosts and Bigfoot and alien encounters,” he said. “The world would be a better place if we were grounded in a bit more reality.”

Likewise, Sharon Hill, a geologist and author of Doubtful News, a website on which she critically reviews sensational news stories that appear online, said paranormal phenomena doesn't pass the scientific litmus test.

“Ever since I can remember, I've been interested in these mystery-type questions, and I began reading skeptical literature on it,” Hill said. “The presentation of the evidence was impressive and understandable, while the mainstream was just stories from people.

“You couldn't do anything with those. You went looking, and there was nothing there.”

But BORU members say the evidence believers have amassed is plenty of proof.

“There are scientists from all walks of life that belong to these organizations that lend their time to studying reports and going out into the field to do proper scientific investigations,” said Michele George, 65, of East Brady, vice president of the group. “Many of us have read a lot and been involved with this for years.”

She said even as a child she felt like she knew we weren't alone in the universe.

“From the time I was young, I would look up at the sky and I always felt that we were certainly not the only intelligent beings around,” said George, a former elementary school teacher and professional goldsmith.

More Proof Of Giant Aliens Once Living In South Africa, UFO Sighting News.

These ancient aliens once came down to live and die on our planet. Often UFO Reports that had alien contact, usually had beings that are 2 meters or less, but people tend to ignore the fact that in some of the cases...the aliens were 3 meters tall or more.

On Sept 27, 1989 in Voronezh, Russia several young children claimed to have seen a three-eyed alien with a robot escort. The alien was said to be about nine foot tall. The craft, according to eye witness testimony, landed on the outskirts of the city. Shortly thereafter, the tall alien appeared, and upon seeing the young boy, shot a weapon at him, causing him to vanish before the eyes of the other people around him.

Donald Trump was at the Iowa State Fair giving kids a ride in his helicopter. We were walking down the street to the fair. Donald Trump's helicopter was flying overhead so I got my phone out and snapped a picture. It was very hard to see the helicopter because of the glare on the screen. This NASA footage shows unexplained beams of light directed towards Earth

Every few days we come up with reports of unexplained sightings of unidentified flying objects (UFOs) on and around Earth and a latest such sighting comes from a NASA footage captured by ISS cameras.

The footage, spotted by YouTube user StreetCap1, shows two beams of light directed towards Earth from what seems to be an alien ship. The footage doesn’t last long as NASA cuts out the live video feed abruptly. There is no explanation from NASA and we don’t expect to receive any either as this is not the first time such a sighting has been made.

Dubbing this sighting as a rather ‘cool catch’, Scott Waring of UFO Sightings Daily notes that the sun is causing a part of the UFO to be visible. “This looks like a craft in space and is partly cloaked”, he added.

Alleged UFO sightings near the ISS are dime a dozen. Back in late June, another YouTube ‘Mister Enigma’ created a video from ISS live stream claiming that the footage contained three different sources of light rising from Earth’s atmosphere. Soon after they appear NASA cuts the feed with the message “Please stand by. The High Definition Earth Viewing experiment is either switching cameras, or we are experiencing a temporary loss of signal with the International Space Station.”

Prior to this sighting was another one by StreetCap1 wherein a distant but distinct object appears to come into view at about the same level as the ISS’s 275-mile high orbit. Soon after this UFO was spotted, NASA stopped the live stream and displayed the standard ‘suffering from technical difficulties’ message.

This tiny alien body was found near a river in Russia and has no resemblance to any animal known. Russian scientists are confused over what it could be and said they need to wait for the results of the tests, which are probably DNA I assume. I will update this as soon as I hear about it.

If Mars once had life, what happened to it?

After studying the red planet for decades, scientists admit that there is a great possibility that an impact of a asteroid or comet altered the faith of the Red Planet, compared to Earth, Mars is full of impact craters but that isn't that strange since Mars has a very uncomfortable position in our solar System, right next to the Asteroid belt. due to this, Mars is constantly being bombarded by asteroids, unlike Earth Mars does not have a bigger moon to shield it against incoming asteroids.

Looking back in history we know that the Earth has been impacted in the past by large space rock and some of those impacts have possibly changed the history of our planet. One of the best examples we know of, is the Chicxulub impact crater located in the Yucatan peninsula in Mexico (see image above) which some scientists believe to have been the number one reason for the extinction of the Dinosaurs.

So if this happened here on Earth, would something similar be possible on Mars? On the red planet we find a very interesting impact crater located in the Lyot region, and it is approx. 125 miles in diameter. The area of this impact crater tells us just how powerful the impact was and it could have been one of the main causes why Mars today is just a “desert”. This comet strike may have caused a profound disruption to Mars’ planetary system. It would have been an  absolutely devastating planet climate-changing event. So is it possible that long before losing its atmosphere, Mars sustained life? Even civilizations that once called the red planet “home”? If so, where did the Martian’s go? did they survive? Did they escape before these cataclysmic events? And is Mars connected in any way to Earth? These are just some of the questions that desperately want to be answered.

On July 20, 1976 after a ten-month journey from Earth, Viking I reached its destination, the red planet. The images that Viking I sent back to Earth were amazing, and some of them showed that Mars was not that different from Earth. Some regions on Mars resemble places on Earth, like the Death Valley. Where the story about Viking I gets interesting is after it performed several tests in search for life on the red planet. Viking I returned controversial results.  Dr. Gil Levin designed one of the tests that the Viking probe performed, a relatively “simple” test. He explained that Microorganisms breathe just like you or I or anything else, and then they give off carbon dioxide. What NASA did is, they took a small sample of Martian soil, placed it inside a small container and this container was monitored for a week for signs of “bubbles” inside of the tube, and after seven days, the unexpected happened. The test for life on Mars was positive by criteria accepted by NASA as “bubbles” were registered inside the Viking I container. While this test returned positive for life, other tests with different criteria came up negative. NASA were very cautious in this matter and opted to say: “There is no proof of life on Mars“.

Some scientists suggest that Mars may have had an atmosphere similar to Earth’s atmosphere, and it got annihilated about 65 million years ago. Adding to this suggestion, ideas have formed in the past which tell the possibility that the civilization that once inhabited Mars, fled to Earth in search for refugee. So does this make us the “Martians” we have desperately tried to find?  Some scientists say they've found powerful evidence of lost civilizations on the red planet and in fact, they believe they may have discovered a nuclear signature in the Martian atmosphere that matches Earth’s after a nuclear test. According to scientists there are very large traces of Xenon-129 on Mars and the only process that we know that produces Xenon-129 is a nuclear explosion. Is this just another coincidence that shows how similar Mars is to Earth? Or does it provide evidence that Mars was very different in the past?

Documented cases of Alien abductions

Alien implants and abductions have become very "popular" and emerged in the second half of the twentieth century, and since then have grown to become one of the most striking, mysterious and popular aspects of ufology. There are hundreds if not thousands of stories that speak of abductions and Alien contact in all corners of our planet, interestingly most of these "stories" have very similar details which make these tales of abductions even more mysterious. But are these abductions real? Or is it possible that they are made-up stories as many people suggest?

 

 

Here we have some of the most famous stories of Alien abductions that have been registered.

 

1961. Betty and Barney Hill (the Abduction): The couple was returning from their holiday driving down the road, at night, when they stopped to observe a strange star in the sky, as the "star" approached it turned out to be a spacecraft. Betty and Barney Hill reported that they could not remember at least two hours of that night; then, by practicing regressive hypnosis, they reconstructed the events and remembered their chilling contact with Alien beings.

 

1967. Betty Andreasson: One of the strangest encounters and abductions took place in 1967 when a mother of 7 children was in the kitchen; her husband, her father and mother in the living room. Suddenly, a powerful red light came through the kitchen window, illuminating the entire house. Moments later, five alien creatures entered the house and had telepathic conversations with some of the family members. The Alien beings abducted Betty Andreasson for a couple of hours.

 

1967. The Herbert Schirmer abduction. In 1967, officer Schirmer was in his patrol car near the intersection of two highways, when he saw a mysterious of huge truck that had stopped, and was lit with giant red lights. He approached the object and noticed that the lights were actually part of a metallic, oval-shaped structure which took of into the sky. When he checked what time it was so he could write the report, he noticed that he had been "gone" for three hours instead of only a few minutes that he remembered.

 

1993. Kelly Cahill abduction. In August of 1993, Kelly Cahill, 27, her husband and three children came back home after a family excursion. All of a sudden, they are intercepted by strange beings devoid of color. (Greys?) She described the beings as being creatures with an absence of soul.
