The Filer Research Institute feels the scientific study of UFOs is for the benefit of humankind and is an important endeavor. The weekly intelligence report provides you with information on the latest sightings and UFO news that you need to understand the world situation. The purpose of these files is to report the UFO eyewitness and photo/video evidence that occurs on a daily basis around the world and in space. These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that the over a thousand UFOs reported each month represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of Earth. I personally became interested in UFOs when London Control ordered me to intercept one over England while flying for the US Air Force and Prince Phillip told me of his personal interest in UFOs. The US Air Force investigated UFOs for more than twenty years under Project Blue Book; and I continue this advanced research. I believe the God of the universe has spread life throughout the cosmos and UFO’s are visiting us in ever-increasing numbers.

Hillary Clinton and UFOs

Hillary Clinton with Laurance Rockefeller at the JY Ranch, Jackson, Wyoming, She is carrying an interesting book. Laurance allegedly briefed the President and his wife about UFOs.

It took some time but researcher Tonio Cousyn was able to determine the book Hillary is carrying is “Are We Alone?” by Paul Davies. Is that walking behind them a gray? A woman who claimed to be Hillary Clinton’s secretary called and told me Hillary is very interested in UFOs and enjoys reading these files. I do not know if this is factual information.

In the process, Paul Davies explores metaphysical arguments and attitudes that would be affected by discovery of other life. A physicist, natural philosopher and winner of the 1995 Templeton Prize for Progress in Religion, he presents an approach that is broad and inquiring, not dogmatic. In clear and comfortable prose, he renders some deep thoughts in terms of simple, intuitive concepts. Contents include a sketch of NASA’s current search program (SETT) and a survey of the vested viewpoints at risk. An intriguing chapter considers the nature of consciousness (distinguished from intelligence) as it may exist in the universe. Davies concludes that boundaries between religious and scientific facets of the topic may be illusory.

Independence Day Movie

Most of the delegates signed the Declaration on Independence on August 2, 1776, so technically US Independence Day should be on August 2nd. The date on the document however was July 4^th, so it is celebrated then. Interestingly July 4^th creates a great deal of interest by aliens and is the busiest UFO reporting day. About 300 UFO sightings were reported hovering over fireworks.

The Independence Day film focuses on a disparate group of people who converge in the Nevada desert in the aftermath of a destructive alien attack and, along with the rest of the human population, participate in a last-chance counterattack on July 4th.

Independence Day Speech — Good morning, in less than an hour, aircraft from here will join others from around the world, and you will be launching the largest aerial battle in the history of mankind. Mankind that word should have new meaning for all of us today. We can’t be consumed by our petty differences any more. We will be united in our common interest. Perhaps it’s fate that today is the 4th of July, and you will once again be fighting for our freedom. Not from tyranny, oppression, or persecution, but from annihilation.

ISS in Earth’s orbit sees UFO

Orbs are not uncommon at the space station. They actually stop by frequently. I would estimate that there are about 2-6 orbs per day, but watching 24 hours of ISS footage is hard to do. Streetcap1 kept his eyes on the prize and caught this orb near the station on July 6, 2015.

It doesn’t have a hole in its center, but does have an indention in the center. It may be the upper dome of a disk seen from above it (looking at it top down). Thanks to UFO Sightings Daily

1942: Cruiser Encounters a Large Disc

In February 25, 1942, the Tromp, a cruiser belonging to the Royal Netherlands Navy, was on a wartime patrol in the Timor Sea, north of Australia when the Officer of the Deck heard a lookout’s warning cry “Aircraft, sir!” In 1942, the Japanese were conquering most of the Southwest Pacific Ocean theatre of war. . With the bombing of Darwin on February 19, 1942, the Japanese invasion of Australia seemed imminent, so the Allies gathered together a motley collection of American, British, Australian and Dutch warships, and ordered Admiral Thomas Hart to hold back the Japanese advance. This is what the Dutch cruiser Tromp was doing on the seas Southeast of Timor Island at 10 PM.

Lifting his Zeiss binoculars, the O.D. scanned the sea’s horizon as “a large aluminum disc flew towards the ship at tremendous speed. The UFO then circled the Dutch vessel for about three to four hours.””Finally it (the UFO) flew off at an estimated 3,500 miles per hour (5,600 kilometers per hour). The officer on duty was unable to identify it as any known aircraft.”Two other sightings took place the same day. The first was the “Battle of Los Angeles,” in which silvery white UFOs overflew the southern California city. The second was the encounter between a Royal Australian Air Force Bristol Beaufighter and a bronze UFO over the Bass Strait south of Melbourne, Australia. That makes three UFO incidents recorded at different points around the planet Earth on February 25, 1942. Russian’s Claim Underwater UFOs/USOs Are Real

Underwater Extraterrestrials: Declassified Russian Navy Records Say they’re Real!

The declassified documents contain Soviet era reports detailing many cases of possible USO encounters. Former naval officer and Russian UFO researcher Vladimir Azhazha believes these documents are of great value. Unidentified submerged objects (USOs) are not as famous as UFOs although they are often encountered, according to declassified Russian Navy records. The common trait of all USO phenomena is that they involve unexplained and technologically advanced objects, far superior to anything we’ve ever built. One of the most interesting cases he examined involved a nuclear submarine on a combat mission in the Southern Pacific. During the routine operation, the submarine detected six unknown objects traveling in formation at speeds in excess of 230 knots (265+ mph). In comparison, the fastest submarine was the Soviet K-222, which reached about 44 knots (51 mph).

The submarine’s sonar determined the objects were heading straight for it so the captain gave the order to surface. The USOs followed them to the surface then flew away. Similar instances have been reported in the region of the Bermuda Triangle, as retired submarine commander Yuri Beketov recalls. On-board instruments often malfunctioned, indicating the presence of strong interference. Many believe this is a clear sign of USO/UFO presence. “On several occasions the instruments gave reading of material objects moving at incredible speed. Calculations showed speeds of about 230 knots, or 265 mph. speeding so fast is a challenge even on the surface. But water resistance is much higher. It was like the objects defied the laws of physics. There’s only one explanation: the creatures who built them far surpass us in development,” said Beketov.

Vladimir Azhazha believes the issue should be thoroughly investigated. “I think about underwater bases and say: why not? Nothing should be discarded,” says Azhazha. “Skepticism is the easiest way: believe nothing, do nothing. People rarely visit great depths. So it’s very important to analyze what they encounter there.”

Both UFOs and USOs seem to concentrate wherever military operations occur, indicating their interest in humanity’s military arsenal.

Another USO hotspot is Lake Baikal in Russia. The world’s deepest freshwater lake has always had a certain mysterious nature and fishermen tell tales of lights being spotted in its deep waters. Multiple folk tales describe swimmers being dragged down by creatures lurking beneath Baikal’s calm waves.

Another of the Russian documents described the encounter between a group of military divers and several humanoid beings in silver suits. The divers were training in Lake Baikal at a depth of 150 feet (50 meters) when they came upon a group of unknown creatures. The divers went deeper in the pursuit of the humanoids. Three men were killed, while the other four were severely injured. Source

Pacific Ocean Underwater Mining

A 35 mile across terraformer on the Pacific Ocean sea bed a hundred miles east of Taiwan appears to be mining operations and structures shown on Google Earth. At the bottom of the underwater floor are tubes similar to those found on Mars.

Media UFO Cover-up

Poughkeepsie — In a recent article entitled: More Proof of Media UFO Cover-up, reporter Greg Boone recounted his UFO experience while employed at the Poughkeepsie Journal newspaper in New York State. On August 25 1985, Boone, along with 10 other newsmen, received word from a photographer that a huge, boomerang-shaped UFO was slowly flying over the area. The photographer stated that the craft was headed south and it might be visible from the third-floor office windows.

The ten journalists rushed to the windows and watched in amazement as a dark shape with amber and red lights and about 100ft above the ground, slowly approached their building. “This thing got HUGE and believe it or not flew right over top of us by about 40 ft,” Boone recalled. “It had to be 200ft wide and was jet black.” Boone and his colleagues were certain that they had the story of the century.

“We had access to AP, Gannett etc. and USA Today which we mainly put out. Nope. Word came down from on high that not one word was to be mentioned. Solid object, hovered, maneuvered, seen by tens of thousands, pictures taken, and no mention anywhere.

“The next day, some ‘menacing’ chaps showed up in our editorial office. I got in trouble for staring back just as menacingly. That night at the local watering hole where I would sit and do sketches after work another big menacing fellow waltzes in with a stack of papers and pictures eight inches high. Slams them on the bar and bellows a threat: ‘So! Somebody in here wanted to talk about UFOs?’

Pluto Up Close

As the New Horizons spacecraft shows features that have started to emerge in recent days. Evident are the light and dark patches at the equator, including mountains some 11,00 feet high. The US space agency’s (Nasa) New Horizons probe

It is due to pass over the surface of the dwarf planet at a distance of less than 13,000km, grabbing a mass of images and other kinds of scientific data. New close-up images of a region near Pluto’s equator reveal a giant surprise: a range of youthful mountains rising as high as 11,000 feet (3,500 meters) above the surface of the icy body.

The mountains likely formed no more than 100 million years ago — mere youngsters relative to the 4.56-billion-year age of the solar system — and may still be in the process of building, says Jeff Moore of New Horizons’ Geology, Geophysics and Imaging Team (GGI). That suggests the close-up region, which covers less than one percent of Pluto’s surface, may still be geologically active today.

Moore and his colleagues base the age estimate on the lack of craters in this scene. Like the rest of Pluto, this region would presumably have been pummeled by space debris for billions of years and would have once been heavily cratered — unless recent activity had given the region a facelift, erasing those pockmarks. The pictures at that point will be pin sharp, showing targets on the surface of the 2,300 km-wide body at a resolution of better than 100m per pixel.

It is moving at nearly 14km/s – far too fast to go into orbit. Instead, it must gather as much information as it can while it sweeps past not just Pluto, but its five moons as well: Charon, Styx, Nix, Kerberos, and HydraJonathan.Amos-INTERNET@bbc.co.uk

Letter from Earth Guardian Susan Signal

I receive a series of letters from people who claim they are walk-ins from other planets. They often hold important positions and one ran a multi-million dollar company using some of his off planet inventions. Susan has memories’ that might interest you.

Susan writes, “Here is yet another update on the propaganda ‘psychowarfare’, used to incite a war against aliens and experiencers.’. Congress signed The ET Space Law in 1969 that states that, “Anyone coming in contact with space craft or anything from space-can be imprisoned and monitored for space born diseases.” This confirms my concerns there will be a disclosure alright, ‘with a sinister slant on it to create hysteria and wage a war against ‘us alien experiencers’. The law also cites contact with space entities/objects as a crime punishable by imprisonment or as deemed necessary. So, is disclosure safe? Despite this effort to criminalize ‘us’, there has been an ongoing awakening that is taking on a life of its own and gaining momentum. As the earth continues to ascend to the 5th D’, more people are waking up, and the cabal is getting weaker and losing its tight grip on humanity. If enough of the population wakes up the “commodity clause” will lose ground. If not, only 1 percent of the population(who are in touch with positive et intelligences) will survive and thrive.
