Valentin Degterev from Russia claims to have found a UFO. He located it using Google Earth and says it is 'from the distant cosmos'. The elliptical object (shown) is 65ft (20 metres) wide and 230ft (70 metres) long. However it appears to be most likely just a shadow or a fissure

The image was revealed by self-proclaimed ‘researcher of the unknown’ Valentin Degterev from the city of Nizhny Tagil in central Russia.

The satellite image was taken back in 15 February 2012, but Mr Degterev has now published it online and it has quickly gone viral on Russian social media website VK.

‘I think there is very large disc-shaped flying machine among the frozen ice,’ he claimed. 

Anyone can view the object by inputting the coordinates 80°34'08.4"S 30°05'19.3"W into Google Maps.

‘I found the unique object using the online service of Google Earth in Antarctica,’ said Mr Degterev. 

‘In amongst the endless ice desert, it is the most genuine UFO in its most classic shape.’

Tellingly, the object of interest is among many other cliffs and shadows, and doesn't particularly look like anything out of this world.

Mr Degterev, however, is adamant the hole - which measures about 65ft (20 metres) wide and 230ft (70 metres) long - cannot be explained by anything from this planet.

‘I do not presume to know exactly what it is,’ he said.

But Andrew Fleming from the British Antarctic Survey, told MailOnline that the object was quite clearly simply a crevasse in the ground.

'A crevasse is a lot of ice formed by differential movement of the ice,' he said.

'They can be tens of metres deep. It's one large slot, nothing unusual, but they are spectacular. It's certainly not a UFO, though.'

He warned that crevasses can be quite dangerous and joked: 'I'd much rather come across a UFO than deal with these things!'

He added that the dark area was likely to be a shadow, while the slight blue tinge was bare ice - which is ice without snow cover.

Andrew Fleming from the British Antarctic Survey, however, told MailOnline that the object (in the middle of the image) was quite clearly a crevasse in the ground. But Mr Degterev doesn't agree. He said: ‘It is definitely not a polar station, nor a plane (as there aren't any airplanes or helicopters this big in the world).

‘There also aren't any ships lost in Antarctica.

‘It seems this is a man-made object from the distant cosmos.’

On his Live Journal page, Mr Degterev went further and said the object had a metal body and was definitely not made of rock or stone.

Nigel Watson, author of the UFO Investigations Manual, said: ‘It’s hard to tell if this a “classic” saucer sticking out of the ice, or whether it is a break in the ice.

‘Antarctica has a long tradition of being the resting place of crashed saucers or a base for their operations.’ 

MAPPING 90 YEARS OF UFO SIGHTINGS

Last week a data visualisation expert created a map of the US showing almost 90 years of official UFO sightings (above), including information such as the time of day they are typically noticed in different months.

The data also reveals that UFO sightings of fireballs are the most common, while egg-shaped craft are the rarest over time.

John Nelson combined census data with statistics compiled between 1925 and 2014 by the National UFO Reporting Centre to make his maps.

‘Of course, as is the case for any observation data, there is a strong tendency towards echoing a population map’ he wrote on his blog.

‘This is certainly the case with this sighting data, as well. In order to visualise the actual sighting phenomenon, I needed to normalise by the underlying population.’

To do this, he created a map showing sightings by population density, as well as maps based on more complex calculations to build the most accurate maps he could.

Crashed UFO On The Set Of The X-Files Revival

Photos of a UFO that has crashed on the set of The X-Files mini-series have surfaced.

When the television series came to an end in 2002, it left a major plotline unresolved. Fox Mulder (David Duchovny) learned the truth about a massive alien invasion that would happen on Dec. 22, 2012.

Based on recent set photos, life in 2015 is pretty hunky-dory. There doesn't seem to be any signs of mass-colonization by aliens. That's a major issue that fans of the series hope will be addressed by Chris Carter in this mini-series. Perhaps these new images of a crashed UFO are an indication that this matter will be resolved.

Legal implications of an encounter with extraterrestrial intelligence

For decades, scientists and filmmakers alike have dedicated tremendous efforts to speculate about two main issues concerning extraterrestrial intelligent life forms. One, do they exist? Two, what would happen if they come to visit us on Earth?

This article scrutinizes the legal issues that may arise after a close contact of human civilization with intelligent extraterrestrials. This includes both legal principles upon which humans can trade and conclude contracts and treaties with friendly extraterrestrials, and also more sophisticated issues such as business and law of war with hostile extraterrestrial invaders have been put on the legal perspective.

Are intelligent extraterrestrials equal to humans in legal rights?

For centuries, humankind has considered itself as the superior form of life, and all other animals and plants as inferior ones subjected to serve their human masters. However, this black-and-white view over the supremacy of humans is changing even before any contact with extraterrestrial, technologically advanced, life forms.

Advances in social psychology and behaviorology studies of a wide range of animals have convinced many scientists that features once thought to be unique to human beings are common among other mammals, birds, and even social insects as well.

Tool-making, logical problem solving, empathy toward others, sense of time and planning, and even sophisticated structured audio communication (language) are recognized by biologists in the behavior of apes, dolphins, elephants, crows, and ants. The legal community has responded to these new scientific understandings proportionally.

In a world first, a court in Argentina issued a historic and unprecedented ruling that favors the rights of an orangutan held in captivity. Sandra the orangutan was granted legal action so she may be transferred to a habitat in keeping with her development. Argentina’s Association of Professional Lawyers for Animal Rights filed a writ of habeas corpus, a resource to avoid arbitrary arrests, on Sandra’s behalf.

In a similar occasion, the legal rights of elephants as sentient animals are being recognized by the entertainment industry. Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus recently announced that it plan to stop using the animals by 2018. Growing public concern about how the animals are treated led to the decision. The company’s 43 elephants will live at an animal conservation center in Florida.

These developments with regard to assigning human-like rights for terrestrial nonhuman animals leaves no doubt for inferring that extraterrestrial intelligent life forms, at least in terrestrial legal systems’ point of view, will enjoy rights equal to their human counterparts.

It might be possible that extraterrestrials’ point of view towards us—humans—is very much like that of us concerning “inferior” creatures that either have no rights or, at best, a very slim spectrum of basic rights. However, for the sake of our legal discussion, it is better to limit speculation about aliens’ ideology before actually meeting them.

Friend or foe?

For the moment, let’s disregard the Fermi Paradox and assume that, one way or another, extraterrestrial intelligent life forms are able to to visit us here on Earth and, among other disciplines of human knowledge and civilization, the legal community has been assigned the task of concluding any kind of treaty or agreement with extraterrestrials.

That said, the very first question of law would be to assess whether aliens are friendly or hostile toward human civilization and earthly life form. Are they here to help us or ask for our help? Worse, are they here to conquer our planet and annex it to their intergalactic empire whose existence we were previously completely unaware?

For each of these questions, human legal systems in general— not just space law—have distinct answers and implications.

Which legal system to apply?

For selecting the most convenient legal system to deal with the aliens on Earth, a distinction should be made concerning the choice of law. Are humans randomly encountering extraterrestrials, or we are dealing with accredited political representatives of an alien civilization?

Although it seems very unlikely that technologically advanced aliens would recognize the political boundaries of our nation-states, if a spacecraft with aliens onboard landed anywhere on Earth, and they do not carry any political mission to make contact with humans, legally speaking they would be subject to the territorial jurisdiction in which they have entered unless otherwise collectively agreed upon by the international legal community.

For example, if an extraterrestrial spacecraft enters the territory of the Republic of Ireland, the aliens on board shall be treated with the applicable laws of Ireland, including with regard to safeguarding the asylum rights that Irish law has granted for human beings from other nations. By the same analogy, if aliens land in Russia, the laws of the Russian Federation during their stay within the territory of that country in subject matters such as seeking asylum, making contracts, or any other societal or personal legal issue will be applicable.

The best approach would be to assign the aliens the same legal rights that foreign diplomats enjoy while they are on mission in foreign countries. That is, if extraterrestrials come to Earth in small or large numbers and reside temporarily or permanently, their laws and traditions among themselves should remain out of human legal intervention and judgment. An exception would exclude exercise of certain conducts or behavior that is deemed acceptable among aliens but is gravely unacceptable, harmful, or in contradiction with principle of peaceful coexistence with humans. In order to avoid any cultural misconception among alien newcomers and human host societies, awareness about the concerns and likes of both communities ought to be actively pursued. It might be very fruitful that all legal measures are communicated in advance to avoid misunderstandings that would lead to disastrous outcomes on both sides.

On the other hand, if aliens travel to Earth to conclude any kind of pact, treaty, or agreement on behalf of their civilization with human civilization in general or—very unlikely but not impossible—with single nation-states on Earth, then existing international law shall prevail. In other words, the provisions of Vienna Convention about the law of treaties along with the principles of the charter of United Nations ought to be observed by human signatories of such interplanetary legal document. Here again, the diplomatic rights of the alien negotiating team should be upheld by their human political counterparts. 

Who on Earth sings interplanetary pact with extraterrestrials?

The issue of identifying the authority who can represent the human civilization as a whole in running the would-be bilateral negotiations and finalizing a binding legal document on behalf of our civilization with aliens is unclear as of yet, and nothing in international law or space law directly addresses it.

Among nongovernmental institutions, the SETI Institute has carried out a number of activities regarding the search for intelligent extraterrestrial life and, along with their search activities, they have prepared “Protocols for an ETI Signal Detection” concerning activities following the detection of extraterrestrial intelligence.

Although this protocol is not binding for governments, it urges them to join and adopt its provisions. Meanwhile, this protocol contains very insightful clues on how to react to extraterrestrial intelligent life forms, either when we discover unmistakable evidence of their existence through radio signals or if they visit us on Earth.

As with the probable duties of the governments or private entities after detection of extraterrestrial intelligent life forms, paragraph 3 of the protocol reads:

• After concluding that the discovery appears to be credible evidence of extraterrestrial intelligence, and after informing other parties to this declaration, the discoverer should inform observers throughout the world through the Central Bureau for Astronomical Telegrams of the International Astronomical Union, and should inform the Secretary General of the United Nations in accordance with Article XI of the Treaty on Principles Governing the Activities of States in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space, Including the Moon and Other Bodies. Because of their demonstrated interest in and expertise concerning the question of the existence of extraterrestrial intelligence, the discoverer should simultaneously inform the following international institutions of the discovery and should provide them with all pertinent data and recorded information concerning the evidence: the International Telecommunication Union, the Committee on Space Research, of the International Council of Scientific Unions, the International Astronautical Federation, the International Academy of Astronautics, the International Institute of Space Law, Commission 51 of the International Astronomical Union and Commission J of the International Radio Science Union.

Referring to the role of Secretary General of the United Nations in accordance with Article XI of the Treaty on Principles Governing the Activities of States in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space, Including the Moon and Other Bodies (better known as the Outer Space Treaty of 1967) is of immense importance for two reasons.

First, the United Nations is the sole international organization that virtually all countries are members of and expressly have recognized its central role in global governance through adopting the principles enshrined in the UN charter and additional legal documents.

For example, in its resolution 65/94 on “The United Nations in global governance,” the General Assembly recognized the need for inclusive, transparent, and effective multilateral systems to better address the urgent global challenges of today and reaffirmed the central role of the United Nations in ongoing efforts to find common solutions to such challenges.

To be certain, any negotiation with extraterrestrial intelligent life forms will be the most urgent global challenge of human history and no institution other than the United Nations (including its specialized organs) is more legitimate and accepted by consensus to take the lead in representing the human civilization.

In any would-be interplanetary legal or political negotiations, involvement of the UN as the leader on humanity’s side may entail the least opposition from member states, although the possibility of opposition cannot be completely ruled out based on the history of the UN in tackling global issues and crises.

Second, the Outer Space Treaty, which is regarded as the backbone of the space law, implicitly recognizes the role of the UN Secretary General as the representative of human civilization in running the talks or concluding legal documents with aliens. Article XI of the Outer Space Treaty reads:

• In order to promote international co-operation in the peaceful exploration and use of outer space, States Parties to the Treaty conducting activities in outer space, including the Moon and other celestial bodies, agree to inform the Secretary-General of the United Nations as well as the public and the international scientific community, to the greatest extent feasible and practicable, of the nature, conduct, locations and results of such activities. On receiving the said information, the Secretary-General of the United Nations should be prepared to disseminate it immediately and effectively.

If we consider contact with extraterrestrials as an activity committed by nations who are signatories to the Outer Space Treaty, then the obligation of informing the UN Secretary General for disseminating the data and adopting immediate and effective measures becomes obvious.

SETI’s post-detection protocol does contain an additional noteworthy provision that sheds more light on how a collective legal action should be taken as to contact (or deal) with extraterrestrials. Paragraph 8 of the said protocol states:

• No response to a signal or other evidence of extraterrestrial intelligence should be sent until appropriate international consultations have taken place. The procedures for such consultations will be the subject of a separate agreement, declaration or arrangement.

This provision expressly prohibits countries from contacting aliens unilaterally or secretly without international consultations, which is an implicit reaffirmation of the leading role of United Nations in general and the secretary general in particular in handling the contacts.

Of these, we can conclude that from the point of view of international law that the UN Secretary General is the best candidate to sit at the negotiation table with extraterrestrial intelligent life forms if we meet them here on our planet. However, along with legal issues, there might be a tremendous amount of scientific and technical issues that require the assistance of either UN specialized organs like Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (COPUOS) or non-UN institutions such as the SETI Institute or universities. In either case, outsourcing any part of the negotiation will be within the discretion of the secretary general of the United Nations.

Law of war with extraterrestrials

In the event that technologically advanced aliens are hostile and come to Earth as invaders, the incurred devastation and causalities in clash of the civilizations would be unimaginable.

During any armed conflict with aliens, there is no ethical justification on humanity’s part to disregard the rights of vulnerable aliens, including prisoners of war, wounded fighters, or civilians. That is to say, the principles of the Geneva Convention and its additional protocols on the treatment of civilians, prisoners of war, and soldiers who are otherwise rendered hors de combat, or incapable of fighting, should apply for aliens equally and without discrimination as well.

What is more, conducting life threatening or physically disabling experiments to examine the biology of extraterrestrial captives ought to be banned via consecutive legislation soon after alien invasion is launched. Such attitudes discussed here conform to Kantian ethics, which argues that for an action to be permissible, it must be possible to apply it to all people without a contradiction occurring.  The reason for observing moral law amidst the war with superior alien invaders could be to persuade them to act similarly with human prisoners and civilians based on the reciprocity of social behavior.

Business law

The advancement of technology is the result of societal exchanges for overcoming problems and satisfying needs. Hence the notion of exchange of commodities won’t be unfamiliar for aliens who are so ahead of humans in technology that that they may have traveled faster the speed of light to visit us.

In concluding business contracts with extraterrestrials, the scope of good faith in making a binding and enforceable promise to commit or omit any action, or provide any commodity or raw material in exchange of mutually accepted consideration, is the most important legal issue.

As discussed above, reaching some kind of mutual agreement between us and carbon-based extraterrestrial intelligent life forms shouldn’t be a hurdle. However, finding a common legal and comprehendible, and at the same time feasible, conceptual ground with silicon- or ammonia-based alien life forms would be a harder task to tackle. What may be vital for us is lethal to them and vice versa. Perhaps it become clear that what is non-hazardous for both sides is of no commercial value for either party, and doing business will thus have to become more sophisticated.

Therefore, finding a common commercial base for doing business with intelligent aliens seems to be more important than insisting on simple and possibly primitive legal doctrines and concepts of our civilization, all of which might be replaced by better and more practical alien legal doctrines once we hear about them. In any case, doing business and making commercial partnerships with extraterrestrial lifeforms is the best way to avoid animosity and its unwanted consequences, and this crucial task would be on insightful legal scholars first and foremost to fulfill.

Conclusion

The function of laws is defined to be the means by which proper function of social order within the course of time for any give nation or society is ensured and preserved. In the history of humankind, whenever laws became irrelevant or impractical, a wide range of changes occurred that dramatically altered the social structure of the related societies, either for sake of good or evil. Revolutions, riots, downfall of empires and civil wars all in all are direct outcomes of situations in which laws cease to be relevant to the actual lives of the citizens.

Any encounter with an extraterrestrial intelligence certainly will be a turning point for human civilization. No matter what the results of such encounter would be, the legal community, as well as scientists of various disciplines, may have a lot to learn from our cosmic neighbors for the betterment of our lives here on Earth. Learning from aliens regarding how to form a more integrated and fair society, or to avoid their destructive mistakes or misconducts, would be the most precious takeaway that legal scholars could use to tune human laws accordingly in the future.

The strange spacecraft object was seen and heard during the four-wheeler ride. The appearance of the strange object is a silver cigar shaped thing with black dots. Unlike the regular plane, it was traveling fast and perfectly turned 90 degrees. When it stopped, the lights appeared blue.

Petersburg (November 28, 2009)

The strangest spaceship appeared at 10:50 p.m. in the northwest direction. At first, they noticed three brownish objects hovering in the sky, forming a triangle. At the second view, they thought the strangest objects were birds. Since they are evenly spaced, dimly lit, small, and fast, the viewers realized that the triangle object is indeed a strange UFO.

The strange object was a silver saucer- disk shaped hovering into the sky. The viewer was not an alien believer. Since he is a logical person, he shared the information with the people.

In a related report by the Inquisitr, other predictions for 2015 have already been fairly dire. Based upon the recent ability to create an artificial virus, researchers are already talking about the potential advances in medicine and nanotechnology. But the same technology could be used to create a zombie apocalypse virus as a bioweapon. If that’s not scary enough, some experts believe World War 3 is inevitable due to economic reasons, and it’s possible Vladimir Putin’s claim over Arctic oil could be a trigger point since it’s believed worldwide oil reserves could run out by 2060.
 

Earlier in 2014, Pat Robertson made the dire prediction that an asteroid impact on Earth would occur since the scenario “fulfills the prophetic words of Jesus Christ… there isn’t anything else that will cause the seas to roil, that will cause the skies to darken, the moon and the sun not to give their light.” Although Robertson did not say it was a 2015 prediction, he does believe it’ll eventually happen.

• “So, hey, just get ready… Get right… It could be next week, it could be 1,000 years from now. But nevertheless, we want to be ready whenever the Lord says, ‘I’m wrapping it up, and it’s time to come home.’”

Otherwise, there are conspiracy theorists who are making predictions for 2015 related to killer asteroid swarms. To put these claims into perspective, it’s also said that Vladimir Putin is “bringing the Russian masses up to speed about UFOs, ETs, and our relationship to them.”

One of the 2015 predictions we can safely make is that the Asteroid Terrestrial-Impact Last Alert System (ATLAS) will be completed early next year by a team of astronomers at the University of Hawaii. This asteroid impact early warning system consists of “two telecopes, 100 miles apart, which automatically scan the whole sky several times every night looking for moving objects.” Although ATLAS cannot make any predictions for 2015, it can “provide one day’s warning for a 30-kiloton ‘town killer,’ a week for a five-megaton ‘city killer,’ and three weeks for a 100-megaton ‘county killer.’”

One of those potential doomsday asteroids was the mountain-sized Asteroid 2014 UR116. Initial computation seemingly suggested that the asteroid could cross the Earth’s orbit, but NASA’s Near-Earth Object Program Office at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory have ruled out the possibility of asteroid 2014 UR116 hitting the earth for at least the next 150 years.

Scientists are also nice enough to maintain a NASA asteroid impact risk table that lists all of the potential near Earth objects that may be of concern. The table lists the years in which an asteroid may be in range of Earth and although the list of 2015 asteroids is fairly long the good news the Torino Impact Hazard Scale is a long list of zeroes, meaning that NASA feels “likelihood of a collision is zero, or is so low as to be effectively zero.”

That does not mean NASA scientists are not concerned at all. The 2015 IAA Planetary Defense Conference (PDC) being held in April of 2015 will include discussion of a fictional impact on Earth by Asteroid 2015 PDC in order to generate discussion. Over 100 scientists are also gathering in June of 2015 to raise awareness for three key issues.

• Employ the available technology to detect and track near-Earth asteroids that threaten human populations
• A rapid hundredfold (100x) acceleration of the discovery and tracking of near-Earth objects
• Global adoption of Asteroid Day on June 30, 2015, to heighten awareness of the asteroid hazard and efforts to prevent future impacts.

Asteroid Awareness Day is set for that particular date because of an asteroid strike on the Russian Siberia in 1908. The White House-sized asteroid made such an impact that it was estimated to be hundreds of times more powerful than the nuclear bomb dropped on Hiroshima during World War II, destroying around 800 square miles. Regardless of the threat, 2014 budget cuts at NASA had reduced the amount of asteroid research.

‘Gecrashte vliegende schotel’ op Antarctica ontdekt op Google Earth

In het ijs van Antarctica is iets vreemds ontdekt. Valentin Degterev uit de Russische stad Nizjni Tagil heeft met behulp van Google Earth naar eigen zeggen het wrak van een vliegende schotel gevonden. Dat melden de Britse media. Volgens een expert gaat het om een kloof.

De satellietfoto, die is gemaakt op 15 februari 2012, werd door Degterev op de Russische social media-site VK gezet en ging al snel viraal. “Ik denk dat er een heel groot schijfvormig vaartuig in het ijs zit,” claimde hij.

Je kunt het object vinden door de volgende coördinaten in te voeren: 80°34’08.4″S 30°05’19.3″W. Degterev is ervan overtuigd dat het gat, dat 20 meter breed en 70 meter lang is, niet kan worden verklaard als zijnde iets van deze planeet.

Andrew Fleming van de British Antarctic Survey zei dat het object een kloof is. “Ze kunnen tientallen meters diep zijn. Niets ongewoons, maar ze zijn wel spectaculair. Het is zeker geen UFO,” zei hij. Fleming voegde toe dat het donkere gebied waarschijnlijk een schaduw en het blauwgekleurde gedeelte ijs was.

“Het is zeker geen poolstation of een vliegtuig,” zei Degterev. “Het lijkt op een object dat afkomstig is uit de verre kosmos.” Op zijn blog schreef hij dat het object van metaal gemaakt is en zeker niet uit rots of steen bestaat.

UFOs or clouds? Bizarre formations in the sky over Texas spark reports of alien spaceships

Can you tell the difference between fleets of alien UFOs and clouds?

You probably like to think you can. But it's more than can be said for some Texans.

Bizarre formations in the sky over America's Lone Star State have sparked several reports - more than 50 in the past month - of alien spaceships hovering ominously.

However, as is often the case, there's a rational explanation.

The saucer-shaped formations are in fact lenticular clouds, which can look spectacular – a bit like a nuclear mushroom high in the sky.

In addition, they can appear of nowhere and disappear just as quickly.

A spate of sightings late last month has stirred some alarm.

One Twitter wrote: "Woah! The sky over Texas appears to be FILLED with UFOs!"

But meteorologists have debunked the flying saucer theory.

Lenticular clouds are created when warm humid air is thrust rapidly upward into cooler regions, the meteorologists told the seattlepi news website.

But despite what apparently the rest of the world knows is the painful truth, those connecting them with spaceships from faraway persist appearing on websites like inquisitr.com, and the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON).

Reports describe an incident on May 16 over Channelview in East Harris County.

The person who filed the report did not see the incident, but submitted it on behalf of friends who wanted to remain anonymous.

They said: "It looked like a cloud at first, but its appearance was circular and disappeared before there eyes.

"I do have a picture that closely resembles what they claim to have seen."

Fletcher Gray, MUFON's volunteer chief investigator for Texas, said he was sure the Channelview sighting was a cloud and not a UFO.

He added: "It will be cleared out as a lenticular cloud.

"When we have a low (pressure system) like that, with the upper atmosphere as cold as it was, and with all that hail and rain in the last four to five weeks, you get those strange cloud formations.

"Those are common."

In the past month, Mr Gray said he had received 56 reports of possible UFO sightings in Texas.

"People think they've got something, and they don't have anything."

Some of the reports are obvious fakes, he said, such as the man who sent a photo of a dustbin lid with green paint on it, trying to pass it off as a UFO.

"You could see the handles on the lid,"Mr Gray said.

Saturn’s Moon Tethys looks different! Something happened with Tethys? (Video)

The latest image of Tethys, one of Saturn’s Moons, looks different in comparing with the known images of the moon.

Streetcap1: “On images of Tethys in Google Search, I have yet to find this other Crater. The lower crater is visible but not this upper one. Maybe a case of misidentification by NASA and it’s another moon entirely.”
 

A closer look indicates that the image has been tampered. 

NASA has put an image of another planet or moon over the original moon Tethys.

As Streetcap1 says, maybe a case of misidentification, could be, but seems unlikely. Anyway they probably had a good reason to cover the original moon Tethys.

Red-Orange Orb comes through spiral vortex in the sky above Sioux Falls, South Dakota (Photos)

The following photos show a red-orange Orb accompanied by two smaller orbs and it seems like they come through a wormhole or spiral vortex.

Witness report: Walking outside for a sky visual, I saw a bright, noiseless, red-orange orb pass directly overhead near the zenith headed East. 

The object was approximately 40-degrees up, then moved to about 35-degrees. The object’s speed looked constant. Then it moved downward or further East behind trees.

While reviewing the images at high resolution, I noticed a shape change with a bulge like a smaller orb was attached or associated it (see image). The direction of travel was plotted from locations of serial shots. Also noticed was a blue cast to a small portion of the orb’s upper right side.

We live under an East to West flightpath and about 3-miles from an airforce base to the South. The West to East commercial path is to the South several miles away but during this time, I did not notice any air traffic and this is not the first time.

Any objects tend to stand out when they move in the -wrong- direction, have no flashing lights, landing lights, or FAA-required green and red wing tip lights. Camera Nikon D5100, Date: 11/7/2014, Time: 6.42 am. Mufon case 66469.

The Olmec civilization developed in the period of the Lower and Middle Preclassic, spanning from 1500 BC to 100 A.D. 

The name Olmec is translated to “people of the rubber country” and was awarded to them in 1929. It refers to the culture developed in southern Veracruz and northern Tabasco, in the territory of modern-day Mexico.

Regrettably we do not know their actual name nor do we know what language they spoke since the written records left behind by this influential civilization has not been deciphered.

Even though the Olmec civilization is surrounded by numerous mysteries, researchers believe that all the classical cultures of Mesoamerica originated from this mysterious civilization.

The ancient Olmecs achieved an incredible degree of development, totally incomprehensible if we consider that we know nothing of their origin nor their roots.

The Ancient Olmecs knew about animal domestication, beekeeping, and extracted a substance with hallucinogenic properties from a frog native to the gulf of Mexico. This practice was also shared by shamans in the Yucatán peninsula and islands in the Caribbean.

Their stonemason skills were something noteworthy, achieving incredible constructions and monuments, like the giant Olmec heads, before the Aztecs, Mayas and other civilizations of the Americas. 

The question that has baffled archaeologists and other researchers is how? From where did the ancient Olmecs obtain their knowledge and where do they come form?

Many researchers today have tried explaining the Olmec civilization and their advanced knowledge in many fields. The inability to answer almost anything about the Olmecs has led numerous researchers to suggest that these ancient people have a very mysterious origin, one that points to an otherworldly connection.

The only “reasonable” explanation that would lead to the understanding of such complex advancements in cultural and technological development is that these ancient people had contact with civilizations more advanced than we can ever imagine. The Olmec culture was inherited by other great Mesoamerican civilization such as the Maya and Aztec.
 

At the most important ancient Olmec sites such as La Venta, San Lorenzo, Laguna de los Cerros and Tres Zapotes, researchers have found the most important discoveries that could lead to the understanding of this ancient civilization. 

Olmec art has numerous forms, the most important archaeological findings are the giant heads, but there are also altars, thrones and stele that are believed to narrate important historical events of the ancient Olmecs. The ancient Olmec religion revolved around supernatural deities, they worshiped the jaguar-gods, crocodile and snake gods.

The giant Olmec heads are one of the most important symbols of this ancient civilization. They were able to transport rocks weighing over 20 tons which points to incredibly technology that would allow them to move these giant blocks of stone across rivers, jungles and mountains. No one has been able to logically explain how they managed it.

Researchers believe that the ancient Olmecs had a very profound understanding in geology, which has allowed them to reuse materials for different purposes. It is believed that some of the Olmec heads were actually altars that were “reused” and redesigned.

Their knowledge in geology allowed this mysterious ancient civilization to literally “terraform” certain regions. The San Lorenzo plateau is one of those examples. It is considered one of the most important architectural projects in ancient times.

The entire region was “modified” to the liking of the ancient Olmecs. This project involved the removal of tons of Earth and rock that allowed the construction of giant terraces, walls and monuments, literally transforming their surroundings into a sacred area for their inhabitants. 

The question that still remains is, how did ancient man achieve this… thousands of years ago?

The truth is that researchers have no idea of ​​their origin or their language or their religion. As a cultural manifestation, the ancient Olmecs spread our from the Gulf where they expanded to all Mesoamerica, reaching the Maya in the South, the Totonac culture in the North and even the Nahua in central Mexico.
 

By Olmec influence, all other cultures developed in Mesoamerica, but the origin of the Olmec is still a mystery that researchers cannot seem to explain.

This ancient civilization is noted for their sculptures of giant heads, which have become one of the most profound mysteries for researchers. Today, researchers have not been able to decipher the way on how these giant heads were built, and possibly reused.

History tells us that the ancient Olmecs did not have knowledge of the wheel, but a finding by American archaeologist Matthew Stirling in the 40s tells an entirely different story. 

At the archeological site Tres Zapotes, Stirling unearthed numerous children toys, one of those consisted of a dog that had wheels on it. 

Does this point to the fact that the ancient Olmecs did in fact have knowledge of the wheel? It would be hard to believe that “the wheel” would have been only used for the amusement of children.

If the ancient Olmecs did possess the knowledge of the wheel, is it possible that they had other technologies that were ahead of their time? If so, did this “lost technology” allow them to achieve incredible feats that are causing confusion among archaeologists and researchers today?

Other important enigmas about the ancient Olmec civilization is their origin. The Negroid features on some Olmec sculptures has caused great confusion among researchers. 

The giant Olmec heads seem to depict people who are not native to the Americas, but Africa. Does this point to the fact that the Olmecs cam from a different continent? If so, how did they do this?

Family’s Frightening Triangle Experience In Ohio

   I’m just glad that there were other witnesses to this event. Me and my sister were sitting at the kitchen table at about 1 am we heard a loud thump at the front of the trailer went and looked thinking maybe something had fallen or something but nothing was out of place. About an hour later we heard the same exact thump at the opposite end of the trailer, again we inspected and nothing was out of place. At that point we thought that maybe someone was outside messing with us. So we went outside and looked but all was silent and no one was around. We went back inside and just brushed it off.

At about 3 am we were sitting at the kitchen table talking when we heard an extremely load roaring sound and feeling the vibrations. My sister looked out the window and said “oh my god it’s a UFO”. Immediately I start screaming.  Then my sister started screaming also. All the screaming had awoken my youngest nephew who was sleeping in the back bedroom, who was around 10 or 11 months old at the time. My oldest nephew who was close to 3 at the time did not wake up the whole time which is very strange because he was sleeping on the couch and we were practically screaming in his ear. Anyways I just wanted to get the heck out of there and try to stop whatever was going to happen. My instincts led me to run and grab my youngest nephew because he was screaming. I was terrified but I couldn’t just leave him. So I ran out the back door with him in my arms but waited for my sister, which was only seconds but felt like a lifetime.  As I stood there the UFO was right above me roaring the whole time but with no wind heat or anything but the noise. It was so low I could have hit it with a rock just by tossing it.

When my sister finally came out she was alone and I said  your other kid so she did.  She later explained that she felt that the children were in no danger that “they” were there for us. As she went back inside I ran to the next door neighbors’ house and started beating on the door and yelling for him to wake up.  I even tried opening and kicking the door in because I was so scared. My sister or I had no phone that’s why I went to the neighbor. All the while the UFO  was just hovering still roaring very loudly. When my sister came out carrying her other child we ran to our parents house that was a few doors down because the neighbor never did come to the door.   I kicked my parents door in and ran to their bedroom woke them up and told them what was happening and my mom asked if we had taken LSD  which was not the case. So I went to the phone and dialed 911 and hung up because I knew they probably wouldn’t believe my story. Finally the police showed up and tried to say it was an airplane that they saw serial numbers on it which I know better. One of the officers said it was heading to a nearby airport but when I mentioned the thumps we heard the one officer seemed spooked and asked us about it then the other cop shushed him. I told the one officer to take me to that airport and show me because I knew he was full of crap. He threatened to take me to jail for ” false” use of 911.

If a UFO that loud and flying that low  an emergency then what is?   I know the cops had to have seen what we saw by the way they acted and I am 99 percent sure there are police records to prove my claims. The craft that we saw that night was triangle shaped with a yellowish light in each corner. Dullish black in color about 100 to 150 feet on each side. Some sort of dullish black dome on top. And about 8 to 10 feet tall. It emitted no wind or heat but did make a very loud roaring sound the whole time. It would take an incredible amount of energy for something that size to just sit stationary.

Meer bewijs van buitenaards leven

Sommige dingen zijn niet uit te leggen middels "rationale" verklaringen.   

Een ervan is een onverklaarbare foto van een onbekend wezen in het noordelijk poolgebied. 

In augustus 2006 ontving de website Ufo Casebook een vreemde foto van een lezer. 

Daarop zie je in de achtergrond bij de bosjes een vreemd wezen dat sterk doet denken aan een entiteit van buitenaardse afkomst. 

Er werd door de lezer weinig verdere informatie gegeven en dus probeerde men deze alsnog boven water te krijgen door met hem contact op te nemen.

De man die antwoordde zei dat ze deze foto niet hadden genomen vanwege het buitenaards wezen. Dat ze deze pas later ontdekten toen ze weer thuis waren.

De groep vrienden was met een zogenaamde snowmobiel op pad in het hoge noorden, boven de poolcirkel en namen een foto van de bevroren rivier.

De mannen bevonden zich ongeveer 200 kilometer ten noorden van de poolcirkel in een gebied ergens tussen Noorwegen en Zweden. De dichtstbijzijnde stad was Kiruna.

Op de bovenste foto zie je een vierkant, dat verder is uitvergroot in de volgende foto.

Daar is onmiskenbaar een figuur die eigenlijk alleen omschreven kan worden als een alien, een buitenaards wezen.

Dit voorval vond plaats op 20 december 2005, rond de middag bij een temperatuur van 20 graden Celsius onder nul.

Voor zover bij ons bekend is er niemand geweest die heeft kunnen constateren dat de foto niet echt zou zijn.

Als de opname inderdaad echt is dan hebben we hier het zoveelste bewijs dat buitenaards leven echt is, sterker nog, dat ze hier op aarde "gewoon" rondlopen.
