Het is een lief, aanhankelijk hondje, dat zich op een week snel aan ons heeft aangepast. Ze is heel vinnig en nieuwsgierig, een heel ander hondje dan Noleke.

Another Unexplained Flash of Light Caught by Russian Dash Cams
Besides providing hours of entertainment related to traffic incidents, Russian dash cams have the added benefit of catching unexplained phenomena that seem to happen with increasing regularity. What’s going on, Russia?
On March 17, residents of the city of Stavropol in southern Russia witnessed a strange event. A little over midnight, a silent flash of light briefly illuminated the night sky. One driver who happened to be in the right place at the right time caught the whole thing and shared it with the rest of the world, prompting a heated discussion.
The blue flash of light was dead silent but caused a few problems. According to witness reports, streetlights went out and apparently the power grid was affected as many people said the light in their homes flickered for some time after the event.
This behavior has led some to believe that the flash could have produced some sort electromagnetic disturbance, creating uneasiness among the residents of Stavropol.
One possible explanation for the flash is the explosion of an electrical system. However, the absence of a boom that would accompany such an explosion meant the cause lies elsewhere. Also, the local authorities made no report of an accident taking place.
Northern Lights were also ruled out due to to the intensity and duration of the flash. It couldn’t have been caused by a meteor either, because 1) none were reported and 2) there was no bang.
The Russian Hydrometeorological center stated that the burst of light could not be“attributed to nature” and that no unusual meteorological phenomena were recorded during the night of March 17. They believe the source of the light was ground-based.
People are clueless about the nature of this flash and multiple explanations have been put forward. Many of them are linked to the military exercises that took place in Stavropol last week. The Russian Ministry of Defense gave no comments.
Other possible explanations include extraterrestrial space crafts, electromagnetic weapons and HAARP experiments. Pick your favorite.
In November of 2014, another Russian dash cam video made the rounds and has since remained unexplained:
In spite of the woman’s sudden and strange appearance out of nowhere, Howard was not frightened. He was instead “overcome by an overwhelming sense of wonderment” that made him freeze in his tracks. He felt a tremendous surge of warmth and love emanating from the woman and he approached her as one would an old friend or loved one.
The woman called him by name and said she had come a long way to see him and speak to him.
“She said she knew where I had come from,” Howard recalled, “and what my purpose would be here on Earth. She and her people had observed me for a long time and in ways I would not quickly understand. When she spoke of her ‘people,’ I still could not understand they were from another planet. I seemed to be encompassed by the very glow, almost visible, that emanated from her presence. I have often tried to describe it as like seeing a Technicolor movie in three dimensions and being a part of the action in the film.”
Again, the mysterious woman called Howard by name and said, “We are contacting our own,” words that Howard said would bring more joy and take on more meaning as he grew older. “It is no fault of yours, Howard, that you cannot understand everything. Do not worry,” she comforted him. Then her face took on an air of sadness, and she spoke of grave changes, destruction and torment that would move as a dark cloud over the country and the world. Before departing, the woman said he would see her again but it might not be for a long time. Howard returned to the same spot again often but the lady never reappeared.
Later, while an adult serving in the army, Howard was on vacation in Mexico when he encountered a man with shoulder-length blond hair sitting in a cab that Howard had just hailed. The blond man spoke to him without moving his lips, telepathically, and told Howard that he had been selected for a series of contacts with the aliens.
The alien warned Howard that his life might be in danger during his military service but it would never be necessary for him to kill anyone. This prophecy later came true when Howard was attacked by a Japanese soldier who came at him with a razor-sharp bayonet, cutting a hole in Howard’s tent in the middle of the night. Howard began firing at the enemy soldier, wounding him, but not mortally.
Howard would bump into his space friends nearly everywhere he went. They looked human enough, but there was just something odd about their appearance – something a bit “off” perhaps – that convinced him these visitors meant what they said when they claimed to be from other planets. They intimated to Howard that he had been selected to become a contactee because he had some of the same benevolent qualities about him that they had.
After the war, Howard returned to New Jersey and his contacts increased. He met them in his home as well as outdoors in several remote rendezvous spots where he had been told to go. On a number of occasions, he carried a camera with him to record some of their aerial activities. He even managed to get some still photos of the beings approaching him, backlit by the brightly illuminated exterior of their ship and creating eerie shadows.
As the years went on, Howard would gain fame as a contactee, perhaps second only to George Adamski, and would write a book called “From Outer Space To You” that remains a classic in its genre. Though controversy continues about whether Howard was part of a government “silence” group intent on muddying the waters regarding the truth about the flying saucer phenomenon, his many photos are still with us, and a goodly selection of those are featured in “UFO Repeaters.”
Coauthor Tim Beckley admits that he is predisposed to believing in Howard's fanciful stories because “he was such a charming individual . . . the type of guy who doesn't seem capable of lying to you.” Beckley says he lived down the road from Howard and often heard chatter from others who had “seen and heard things” on and around Howard’s property, despite the fact that they didn't really hook up with Howard himself. His rural neighbors pretty much kept to themselves but had witnessed enough to be capable of verifying some of the strange happenings said to have transpired in the apple orchard out back of Howard’s Highbridge, New Jersey, home.
PAUL VILLA
Like the legendary Swiss contactee, Billy Meier, Paul Villa was an unassuming gentleman of modest means who happened to capture some striking UFO photos. Paul had no axe to grind and no desire for publicity or fame. As so often happens in the world of UFO encounters, Paul did not find the flying saucer phenomenon; it found him.
Paul told UFO investigators that he would receive a telepathic message telling him to be at a certain location, usually somewhere near his home in Albuquerque, New Mexico. When he arrived at the designated place, the aliens would essentially “pose” for him while he took photos with a Japanese-made camera and standard Kodak film.
Paul Villa has taken some remarkable photos of UFOs hovering over his truck as well as a photo of a ship preparing to touch down on tripod landing gears.
The result of those efforts is a beautiful series of full color photos depicting the flying saucers in all their glory. According to UFO researcher Wendelle Stevens, Paul’s photos are quite sharp compared to most photos of that era, which was the 1960s through the 1970s. The image size of the saucers is large enough to show good detail and the fact that Paul’s truck is in the foreground of some of the photos provides a known object with which to compare the size of the saucer and to judge its distance away from the camera.
Paul was born in 1916 of Native American/Spanish descent. He did not complete the tenth grade but had a good working knowledge of mathematics, physics, electricity and mechanics and was particularly gifted at detecting defects in engines and generators.
In 1953, while he was employed by the Department of Water and Power in Los Angeles, Paul encountered a man about seven feet tall who called him by name and could read his mind as well as knowing a great many facts about Paul’s past. The spaceman invited Paul to come aboard a metallic-looking, disc-shaped object floating on the water nearby and Paul agreed to go.
For Paul, the aliens were entirely human-looking, though more uniformly attractive than Earth people and definitely more refined in face and form. They took Paul on a tour of the saucer and said they are here on a friendly mission to help Earth people. As his contact experiences continued through the years, Paul was eventually invited to photograph the ships. The aliens flew their craft slowly and hovered as Paul snapped away. In the mid-1960s, the photos began to draw the interest of flying saucer organizations, who debated the pictures’ authenticity and even at times tried to prove Paul to be a fraud.
The photos Paul took are breathtaking to look at and do appear to show genuine flying saucers set against lovely desert scenery. There are varying types of ships from photo to photo, which is consistent with UFO witness accounts since the 1940s and has led some analysts to think we are being visited by several different alien races and civilizations.
The notoriety that came with being chosen to take the photos did not make life easy for Paul, however. When he stopped at a local tavern one evening on his way home from work and sat sipping a beer, a stranger walked up and drew Paul’s blood with a punch in nose. His assailant called Paul crazy for “talking to spacemen.” On top of that, unwelcome curiosity seekers would descend on his family home and take “souvenirs” with them when they left. All the various forms of harassment necessitated relocating his family on several occasions.
Paul died in 1980 at age 64. Some of his photos were never made public, including a series that was reportedly taken on another planet. We may never know everything the UFO occupants revealed to Paul, but the idea that there is further photographic evidence of his to be seen is certainly a tantalizing one.
PERHAPS THE PHOTOS ARE FREELY GIVEN?
“UFO Repeaters” also includes photos by and the personal histories of other people who were selected to photograph flying saucers and, on occasion, their occupants. Ellen Crystall, Ed Walters, Joe Ferriere, Marc Brinkerhoff – the list goes on – were all at one time “brought into the fold,” so to speak, and produced a continual stream of photos that implies that there is some kind of mutual trust and, in some cases, an apparently loving relationship with the beings flying the ships at work here.
Why are these Repeaters granted this kind of privileged status with the UFO occupants? Why do the aliens seem to cancel the “terror factor” in certain cases and instead establish a caring, compassionate bond with some experiencers that continues throughout the mortal’s entire life? The vagaries of how these alien choices are made continue to elude us.
But, in the meantime, Global Communications can offer you this: a book that takes the stories behind these photographs and the people that took them basically at face value. There is no reason to doubt the photos’ authenticity, and many have long ago passed muster with photo analysis experts who were forced to concede that – whether or not there really IS an alien presence – the photos themselves were not the result of tampering or tricks.
The aliens have chosen to reveal their existence in many ways since Kenneth Arnold’s 1947 sighting started the ball rolling in the modern era. If this is so, why would occasional genuine photos not be part of that overall mix? Why would the UFO occupants withhold that kind of verification if they were willing to provide so many other forms of proof and confirmation?
But we are just beginning our tale of cosmic wonderment and will commence forthwith in our next installment to continue revealing the truth about the UFO Repeaters and their sincere efforts to document the reality of the unknown through the eye of the camera.

I have long considered our society decadent, deranged, and puritanical all at once. For our purposes, I will not attempt an analysis of the various cultural, economic, and environmental issues that undermine our ability to lead free and happy lives.
It is enough to say that we are in trouble, even if we stand to lose nothing but our hearts, minds, and souls.
Our malaise can be measured by an “ugh factor.” How many times does one say “ugh” when one turns on the radio and hears another bland and monotonous autotune pop song? Or the “ugh” ejected from the diaphragm when one turns on the television to find nothing but a “Storage Wars” marathon?
Enough of my cantankerous bitching. The point is that I, as a young man turned old and semi-dead from trauma, have long dreamed of paradise. Paradise. Like the character Hugh Conway of the book and film “Lost Horizon”, I find myself shell-shocked from the irrecoverable losses suffered in my adult life; the loss of not only loved ones, but of opportunity and innocence. May I spend time in a Himalayan lamasery until my mild but persistent depression (downgraded from severe, like an existential hurricane) dissipates? And then play ball and teach school to nearly immortal Tibetan children? How I dream of recuperating in the safety of kindness and decency (I live on the Jersey Shore, a place that is the antithesis of kind and decent.)
So I spend too much time obsessing over lands with names like Shangri-La, Shambhala, Tir na Nog, Hyperborea, Agartha, and even Atlantis (though Atlantis has become a bit touristy in the escapist department.)
My latest obsession has been the mythical island of Hy Brasil, a land of enchantment off the coast of the green isle.
According to the 17th century navigator Captain John Nesbit, the island is inhabited by giant black rabbits and a solitary wizard who lives in a stone castle. The wizard was said to dispense the gold of wealth as well as the rare gems of arcane knowledge. Imagine having the chance to peruse his library. I'll guarantee you at least some of his grimoires are not available on Amazon.
The island is also connected to the Rendlesham Forest incident. Hy Brasil was one of the coordinates downloaded to Air Force Sergeant Jim Penniston's mind when he touched the UFO that hovered in front of his stunned face. The other locations given as coordinates were Caracol's pyramid in Belize, Montezuma's Castle in Arizona, the Giza pyramids in Egypt, the Nazca lines in Peru, Tai Shin mountain in China, and the portal to the Temple of Apollo in Naxos, Greece. Well, those all sound like cosmically-aligned places despite the profanation of tourist hordes armed with cellphone cameras. The coordinates to the Red Lobster on Queens Boulevard in New York are given in the sequel to the recently decoded binary script (because the occupants of UFOs also crave cheddar biscuits.)
So Hy Brasil has occupied my thoughts as of late. I even wrote a short science fiction story set in Hy Brasil. Faeries (in my story, indistinguishable from the gray aliens on the cover of “Communion”) abduct the main character to the fabled island. Once there, our protagonist marries a Brazilian (as in a citizen of the South American country) alien-human hybrid (the human side of the bride is very exotic and sexy) hermaphrodite (yes, the bride is a hermaphrodite too and he-she as both an alien hybrid and a hermaphrodite represents duality and binary opposition as oneness, an individualized tension as well as a reconciliation of opposites.)
The wizard conducts the ceremony with the faeries and black rabbits as attendants, and then the newlywed couple is whisked away to a honeymoon in Miami, where the union is consummated.
Why not Miami? Miami is Shangri-La with cocaine and Uzis. There you will find bronze gods and golden goddesses, ubermenschen (what are superwomen called in German, Nietzsche?), superior human beings frolicking on pristine beaches and taking their leisure in swimming pools as warm as hot tubs. As with all known locations, the Miami-Dade metro area falls short of a utopia, but it comes close enough. And the Barnes & Noble on Federal Highway has all the scholarly tomes this wizard needs! In the tropics I can stop dreaming and just be. Banish the thought of complete contentment if only to keep my curiosity alive for the unchartered territories.
Why can't a place like Hy Brasil actually exist? I believe it does. Agnostic on most fronts, I feel comfortable living by a quote from Jorge Luis Borges: “Being an agnostic means all things are possible, even God, even the Holy Trinity. This world is so strange that anything may happen, or not happen.” “There is more in heaven and earth than is dreamt of in your philosophy…” Maybe instead of Willy the Shake (as some hep-cat 1960s comedian called Shakespeare) I can instead apply Kierkegaard's take on Christianity to our mysterious island:
The tale of Hy Brasil is so absurd that it must – and I mean MUST – be true.
The Amazing Kreskin, world-renowned mentalist, has launched a dating website where people who believe in UFOs, aliens, ghosts, or any other supernatural topic can find like minded people. He is calling it The Amazing Kreskin’s Supernatural Dating Society, and it went live this week.
The website says it is for anyone with “interest in anything that defies a conventional explanation (and I really mean anything).” It notes that many times people keep these sorts of interests secret. It further states, “Makes no difference whether it’s visitations by aliens, haunted houses, extra sensory perception, astrology, mind control, curses, spirit healing, vampires, zombies, prophecy, contacting the dead, mind reading and anything in between.”

Kreskin says on the site that many people do not respect people with strange beliefs, so he is doing his part to get like minded people together.
In an interview with Cosmopolitan, Kreskin went into more detail about the site. He said that many people expressed interest in the paranormal and wanted to meet others to participate in activates such as ghost hunting and UFO spotting. Although he says he does not believe in “alien landings,” he says he has talked to many people about UFOs.
He told Cosmopolitan, “The other area, which is gigantic, is the UFO area. There are people who would like to go to sites — and listen, I don’t happen to believe in alien landings, but some people do. As far as UFOs, I talk to too many pilots that have had planes tracked; they told me stories; they said, ‘Kreskin, if we went back and made this public, we’d probably lose our jobs because the company would say, ‘You’re acting crazy,” or what have you. They want to go with someone they know feels the same way.”

Kreskin says he is too busy to date himself. He says he travels the world and has never had time to settle down. He turned 80 recently, but he says if he had settled down, he would have had plenty of children.
Although he might not be on the site dating, he says he will make regular contributions. He says, “I’m going to make some commentary every week or two on what seems to be the dominant thing people are wanting to read about, whether it’s a UFO thing or something else, and then I can give my own experiences and so forth. I like to keep on top of things.”
When asked if there are certain types of people who visit his site that should be careful because they might not make a good match, Kreskin had a warning for people who believe they may have been visited by aliens. He said, “It would not be as good a match if someone felt they had been visited by an alien and then they met someone who is interested in mainly telepathic phenomena, where they’re able to perceive thoughts of people that they know at a distance, because one of the areas, the aliens, is somebody else coming into their mind or life. Whether they’re influencing them or controlling them. The other person is not interested in someone coming into their life and controlling them if they’re interested in someone they can communicate with mentally or telepathically or what have you. So one could be a contradiction to the other and it could cause a conflict. I’m not advising people on who to meet and who not to meet. This is part of the excitement of life. But sometimes, I would maybe give them a warning.”
I am not quite sure what he meant there, but perhaps someone who has had an alien experience would. Either way, his dating site is reasonably priced. It is around $15 (US) a month for a Premium membership and $20 for VIP.
I went on the site to see if there are people registered yet, and there seem to be quite a few. Although, some of the users I suspected are not real and seeded there to get things started. For instance, one lady says she has already met people “sexually and socially” on the site, even though it has only been active for a few days. Either she works really fast, or her profile is meant to inspire supernatural daters, or both.
Incidentally, my profile was rejected. It could be because I listed myself as a writer who was just checking out the site, or there could be some larger conspiracy afoot. Fortunately, I am spoken for. I do my supernatural dating at UFO conferences.
ruimtevaartEen jaar lang geen vaste grond onder de voeten. Een jaar lang weg van familie. Een jaar lang leven als een proefkonijn, van experiment naar experiment. Een jaar lang zonder verschil tussen onder en boven. Zo ziet het leven van twee ruimtevaarders er voorlopig uit. De Amerikaan Scott Kelly en de Rus Michail Kornienko gaan als eersten een heel jaar in het internationale ruimtestation ISS wonen. De Rus Padalka vertrekt samen met hen, maar blijft niet voor een jaar.
Kelly en Kornienko vertrekken morgen vanaf ruimtebasis Bajkonoer in Kazachstan. Aan boord van de Sojoez-capsule is ook de Rus Gennadi Padalka. De lancering is om 20.42 uur Belgische tijd. Ongeveer 6 uur later komen de drie aan bij het ISS. Padalka keert in september terug op aarde, Kelly en Kornienko blijven tot maart 2016.
De missie moet duidelijk maken hoe lichaam en geest omgaan met zo'n lange tijd van afzondering in gewichtloosheid. De zwaartekracht is er minimaal, mensen lopen niet maar zweven. Hoe hard ruimtevaarders tijdens de missie ook trainen, hun spieren gaan achteruit en botten beginnen te ontkalken. Ook de ogen worden minder.
Het onderzoek op Kelly, Kornienko en hun opvolgers moet helpen bij de voorbereiding van toekomstige missies. De Verenigde Staten willen volgend decennium weer mensen naar de maan brengen. Dat is een reis van een paar dagen, maar anders dan in het ISS moeten de astronauten op de maan rondlopen. De volgende stap is een missie naar Mars, over enkele tientallen jaren. Dat zou heen en terug minstens anderhalf jaar duren.
Een wereldrecord gaan Kelly en Kornienko overigens niet breken. De Sovjet-Unie en Rusland stuurden in de jaren tachtig en negentig geregeld mensen ongeveer een jaar de ruimte in. Zo woonde de Rus Valeri Poljakov van januari 1994 tot maart 1995 in het ruimtestation Mir, een periode van 437 dagen. Een paar jaar later ging een Rus 380 dagen naar de Mir.
Speciaal detail: Scott Kelly heeft een tweelingbroer, Mark. Hij is ook een astronaut, maar blijft op de aarde zodat NASA een "tweelingexperiment" kan doen. Na de missie zal NASA de broers, met identiek DNA, vergelijken, opnieuw om concrete uitspraken te kunnen doen over de impact van een ruimtereis op het menselijk lichaam.

Als een buitenaards schip met bijna de lichtsnelheid de aarde nadert kunnen we het met de huidige technologie detecteren, zo zeggen wetenschappers. Hun studie laat ook zien dat reizen in de buurt van de lichtsnelheid niet zonder gevaar is. Bij een botsing met een korreltje stof zou een kracht vrijkomen die gelijk staat aan de ontploffing van 2400 kilogram TNT.
Ingenieurs Ulvi Yurtsever en Steven Wilkinson van defensie-aannemer Raytheon in Californië zeggen dat ruimteschepen bij snelheden rond de lichtsnelheid interacteren met de kosmische achtergrondstraling. Deze microgolfstraling zou kort na het ontstaan van het heelal zijn uitgezonden.
Ruimteschepen die met hoge snelheden door het heelal reizen komen in aanraking met fotonen die deel uitmaken van de kosmische achtergrondstraling, waardoor er hoogenergetische gammastraling ontstaat, citeert MIT Technology Review het tweetal.
De onderzoekers schatten dat elke vierkante centimeter ruimte meer dan 400 micrgolffotonen bevat. Dat zou betekenen dat ruimteschepen iedere seconde in botsing zouden komen met duizenden miljarden fotonen, waarbij elektron-positron paren ontstaan. Deze paren zouden een ruimteschip afremmen.
Als dit soort ‘relativistische’ ruimteschepen door de interstellaire ruimte schieten, laten ze een vingerafdruk achter die met de huidige generatie telescopen te zien moet zijn. Ze worden zo genoemd omdat de relativiteitstheorie van Einstein aan de basis van het idee ligt. Einstein ontdekte dat naarmate voorwerpen versnellen in de ruimte, de snelheid aan welke de tijd voor hen passeert, vertraagt. Dat effect is verwaarloosbaar in bijvoorbeeld vliegtuigen, maar bij ruimtetuigen die rond 98 procent van de lichtsnelheid vliegen is het wel bijzonder sterk.
Eén van de grotere mysteries op aarde is misschien wel het fenomeen van de oranje bollen.
Langzaam en zonder geluid verschijnen ze wereldwijd aan de hemel en niemand weet wat het zijn.
Zo langzamerhand hebben we een aardig dossier met verschijningen van oranje bollen. Iets dat nu al jaren duurt en tot op de dag van vandaag doorgaat.

Ook op andere plaatsen worden ze waargenomen, zoals in de volgende video die eerder deze maand is opgenomen in het Zwitserse Bern.
Ook de volgende opname, gemaakt enkele weken geleden in de Chileense stad Antofagasta, is bijzonder. Je ziet een oranje bol die als het ware boven een hotel gaat hangen.
Wanneer het beeld enigszins wordt uitvergroot, blijkt dat deze oranje bol bestaat uit een soort cluster van kleinere bollen.
Kortom, ze blijven maar komen. En zolang ze dat doen en er geen antwoord is gevonden op de vraag wat het zijn, zullen wij ze blijven publiceren.
A mysterious humanoid UFO was caught in a video footage maneuvering in the skies above the city of Puerto Maldonado in Peru earlier in March. Posted on March 15 by Dr. Anthony Choy, the video has since garnered a number of views.
Choy is an investigative journalist and radio producer as well as the host of Viaje a Otra Dimension radio program. He is also the Peruvian Association of Ufology’s (APU) national coordinator. He is believed to be influential in forcing the Peruvian government to release classified UFO documents.
The UFO in the video is said to be the same with the November 2010 sighting widely known as Flying Humanoid Encounter. The video, recorded by television and radio producer Cesar Rodriguez, shows a flying humanoid with apparent head, torso, arms, and legs. After 5 minutes of sighting, the unusual object simply vanished into the clouds over the city.
The South American skies have been flown by UFOs lately. Just a couple of days ago, a UFO was observed during an evening news in Columbia. Earlier in March, a flying object was caught on cam by a television crew during a TV show.
There have been many UFO sighting reports in the skies of Brazil and Argentina. The latest sightings left many baffled. Since convincing answers are yet to be given, those recent UFOs remain unidentified.
A video that was allegedly shot near the remote Area 51 military installation in the Nevada desert shows what appears to be an unidentified disc-shaped craft being transported on a semi’s trailer.
This one-minute-thirty-five-second video was uploaded to YouTube on March 24 by user TheMrKikiriki with the title, “UFO Being Towed in Nevada near Area 51.” No description accompanies this video. But it clearly shows a convoy of vehicles, including what could be police vehicles, escorting a semi truck hauling a platform trailer. On this trailer is a seemingly exposed aircraft that bears a striking resemblance to a classic flying saucer.

Based on the video’s audio, the individual who recorded the video used his cell phone to capture the moment the convoy passed the gas station where he and another male individual were stopped. And, based on their dialog, they felt it necessary to be discrete with their filming of the unidentified object.
It seems unlikely that the military, or some secret government agency, would transport a secret aircraft, especially an extraterrestrial spacecraft, in the open for anyone to see. Perhaps that unlikeliness would make it the perfect way to transport something so incredible. It’s also possible that the object is simply a fabricated flying saucer created for display purposes at some Nevada business along the Extraterrestrial Highway.
But another likely possibility is that the craft seen in the video is the X-47B unmanned drone aircraft made by Northrop Grumman.

The X-47b made headlines in 2012 when a craft was being transported by truck from West Virginia to Maryland. The craft in that instance was also transported on a platform trailer, packaged with a form-fitting cover. If you look closely at the craft in the recent video, it also appears to have a form-fitting cover.
Although the identification isn’t conclusive, based on the nearly identical appearance of the craft to photos of X-47bs in transit, the object allegedly recorded near Area 51 is likely an X-47b unmanned aircraft and not an alien spacecraft.

David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson will reprise their roles as FBI agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully for the six-part series.
Original creator Chris Carter will be at the helm when production starts this summer. It is not yet known when it will air on TV.
The show, which ran for nine seasons from 1993-2002, saw Mulder and Scully investigate unsolved mysteries and paranormal cases.
More than 200 episodes of the The X-Files were made, making it one of the longest-running sci-fi series in US network TV history. Two feature films were also made – in 1998 and 2008.
Carter said: “I think of it as a 13-year commercial break.
“The good news is the world has only gotten that much stranger, a perfect time to tell these six stories.” Dana Walden and Gary Newman, of Fox Television Group, said: “We had the privilege of working with Chris on all nine seasons of The X-Files – one of the most rewarding creative experiences of our careers – and we couldn’t be more excited to explore that incredible world with him again.

March 26, 2015 - Scientists recently observed a form of ice that's never been seen before, after sandwiching water between two layers of an unusual two-dimensional material called graphene.
It's the latest surprise from the lab of a guy who is perhaps best-known for levitating a frog in a magnetic field, even though it's his groundbreaking work with graphene that won him a Nobel Prize.
Graphene is a flat sheet of carbon atoms arranged in a structure that looks like chicken wire. Andre Geim, who is a physicist at the University of Manchester in the U.K., and a colleague were the first to isolate this molecule — using plain old adhesive tape to peel flakes off a chunk of ordinary graphite, the stuff found in pencils.
Graphene has a lot of odd properties, so Geim and his team recently decided to explore how it interacts with water.
They took a sheet of graphene, put a tiny drop of water on it, then laid another sheet of graphene on top. Most of the water was squeezed out, but some got trapped inside. The researchers examined the little pockets of trapped water using a form of microscopy that can reveal the pattern of molecules.
What they saw was that the water molecules were arranged in a lattice of squares.
Geim said that a couple of years ago, they did some theoretical work that suggested they might see square, room temperature ice, though he didn't think they actually would.
"To our own surprise, we found exactly what theory predicted: an ice which is only 1 atom thick," Geim says.
And we know almost nothing about the behavior of water in these tiny, confined spaces, Geim says. "Until recently, we didn't even know that the structure of water would be so different from the structure of conventional ice, when it goes to the nanoscale."

March 26, 2015 - Located in the middle of the Inga River, not far away from the Brazilian city of Inga, stands one of the most interesting archaeological findings in Brazil.
Also called the Itacoatiara do Ingá its translation is stone in the Tupi language.
The inga stone covers an area of two-hundred and fifty square meters. It is a vertical construction of 46 meters long and up to 3.8 meters high.
The Inga stone displays carvings that are even today waiting to be deciphered. Researchers have found several carvings, figures, fruits, animals and other unknown figures, but most importantly carved on the Inga stone are the Milky way and the constellation of Orion.
According to research, this incredible archaeological site located in Brazil dates back at least 6,000 years. It is one of the main attraction for archaeologists and anthropologists around the world.
The inga stone is a geological formation from Gneiss (common and widely distributed type of rock formed by high-grade regional metamorphic processes from pre-existing formations that were originally either igneous or sedimentary rocks.
It is often foliated (composed of layers of sheet-like planar structures). The foliations are characterized by alternating darker and lighter colored bands, called “gneissic banding”.)
The carvings of the Inga Stone remain a mystery but some symbols have been identified and accepted throughout the archaeological community. Some researchers argue that the Inga Stone has a Phoenician origin, but this theory has not been confirmed.
Brazilian researcher Gabriele Baraldi has spent great time in studying the encrypted messages at the Inga stone, according to hist theory, the Inga Stone carvings are proof of unknown ancient technology.
Even though it is a beautifully designed complex, it is not unique as the geometrical style of the Inga Stone is present in other Brazilian engravings that have a very similar style, but none of them are as famous and interesting as the Inga Stone.
Archaeologists state that the engravings on the stone have been performed with incredible precision and the details reveal a superb technique used by very skilled artists who certainly were very gifted and capable of creating these amazing engravings.
There are numerous rocks that are found around the Inga Stone, but none of them match nor resemble the style used at the Inga Stone, making it a unique product of ancient craftsmanship.
Like many other monuments around the world, the Inga stone has suffered vandalism. Many other stones in the vicinity were destroyed in the 1950’s to pave the streets of the state capital of Paraiba. Weather conditions and other factors are also to blame.
The Inga Stone has lost many of its original symbols due to the fact the engravings have lost thickness. These unusual but aesthetically unusual engravings are proof of technically sophisticated methods which has lead researchers to question the origin of these engravings.
Researchers suggest that the native Indians lacked metal tools to be able to record the engravings on the stone, some researchers have postulated that the engravings of the Inga stone were created by the Phoenicians or aborigines of Easter Island.
Symbols of the Inga stone show a degree of stylistic resemblance to symbols found at Easter Island with both of them representing curved style geometry but according to researchers this is the only similarity found between them.
Even though one can find resemblance of geometrical shape between the Inga Stone and other ancient cultures, it does not necessarily point towards a connection between the cultures. Some researchers have even proposed that the Inga Stone is proof of extraterrestrial contact.
The Inga stone is related to celestial phenomena due to the fact that several constellations have been depicted on the surface, making it one of the oldest astronomical records found in Brazil.
From the study of native tribes of Brazil, researchers have concluded that Brazilian natives were generally related to supernatural animals, the representation of stars and constellations was not a frequent practice by native Brazilians.
For the Ticunas from Eastern Amazonia, the celestial phenomena is highly related to the “footprints left by manuals that now inhabit the heavens”.
Researchers state that depictions of stars and celestial objects is more connected mythologically than astronomically, but this is a ongoing debate between researchers.

Astronoom Guillermo Gonzalez concludeert in zijn boek ‘The Privileged Planet’: “De groeiende fascinatie voor buitenaards leven gaat hand in hand met een toename van waarnemingen van UFO’s, graancirkels en ontmoetingen met aliens.”
Van de Britten gelooft inmiddels 42 procent dat UFO’s echt bestaan en voor 51 procent zijn aliens een realiteit, zo blijkt uit recent onderzoek. Slechts een kwart van de volwassen Britten gelooft nog in God.
Een recente peiling van nieuwszender CNN liet zien dat ruim de helft van alle Amerikanen gelooft in het bestaan van aliens en dat aliens ook weleens mensen ontvoeren. Tachtig procent van de Amerikanen meent dat de overheid de waarheid over UFO’s en aliens verzwijgt. Slechts acht procent van de Nederlanders zegt te geloven in aliens.
Naast films en series speelt ook de NASA een belangrijke rol bij het beïnvloeden van de massa. De Amerikaanse ruimtevaartorganisatie organiseerde eind vorig jaar het symposium ‘Preparing For Discovery’. “Het idee is het grote publiek voor te bereiden op de gevolgen van de ontdekking van intelligent buitenaards leven,” aldus Steven Dick van NASA.
Andere dimensie
De Britse kosmoloog Stephen Hawking suggereert dat de aliens mogelijk in een andere dimensie leven. Hij baseert dit op de M-theorie, een snaartheorie die resulteert in een heelal met 11 ruimtetijddimensies. Volgens deze theorie bestaan er 10 tot de macht 500 heelallen, die via zwarte gaten met elkaar in verbinding staan.
Edward Harrison, eveneens een Britse kosmoloog, stelt dat ons heelal is gemaakt door een superieure intelligentie die in een ander universum woont. Via zwarte gaten zouden ze van het ene heelal naar het andere kunnen reizen. In zijn visie zijn aliens een soort ‘scheppergoden’. “Het is geschapen door intellecten als het onze, zodat wij het heelal ook kunnen kennen,” zei hij.
De vele ideeën van topwetenschappers over buitenaards leven en populaire films voeden bij het grote publiek de gedachte dat er toch wel iets moet zijn in het heelal.

The Aluminum Wedge of Aiud is a wedge-shaped object found two kilometers east of Aiud, Romania, on the banks of the Mures River in 1974.
The object was reported to be unearthed 35 feet underground and alongside two mastodon bones. A mastodon is an extinct large tusked mammal species.
Physically, the artifact looked similar to the head of a hammer. The wedge was taken to the Archeological Institute of Cluj-Napoca to be examined, where it was found to be made of an alloy of aluminum encased in a thin layer of oxide.
The alloy of the wedge is composed of 12 different elements. This artifact is considered strange because aluminum was not discovered until 1808 and not produced in quantity until 1885.
Aluminium requires 1,000 degrees of heat to be made. The fact that the wedge was found in the same layer of earth as mastodon bones would make it at least 11,000 years old.
Many people have claimed that the artifact is proof that aliens visited Earth. Engineers have reported that the object resembles the foot of landing gear, not unlike the technology used on spaceships.
The scientific community believes the wedge was made on earth and its purpose is not yet identified. Due to the limited amount of information that exists on the subject, the antiquity and origin of the artifact is unclear.
The Aluminium Wedge of Aiud is not on display to the public and remains in an undisclosed location.
The object was allegedly taken to the Archeological Institute of Cluj-Napoca to be examined, where it was found to be made of an alloy of aluminum.
The wedge was also encased in a layer of oxide no less than a millimeter thick, which is said to indicate an age of at least 300 to 400 years old. It is not mentioned what dating technique was used.
According to the article mentioned above, by Boczor Iosif, it was examined a second time in Lausanne, Switzerland, with the same results. It was not mentioned which establishment carried out this second analysis.
Florin Gheorghita, for one, had the opportunity to examine the report, and the analysis performed under the direction of Dr. Niederkorn of the institute for the study of metals and of non-metallic minerals (ICPMMN), located in Magurele, Romania, emphasized that it is composed of a alloy of extremely complex metal.
Gheorghita affirms that the alloy is composed of 12 different elements, of which he has succeeded to establish also the volumetric percentage of the aluminum (89%).
He identified the presence of Copper (6,2%), silicon (2,84%),zinc (1,81%), lead (0,41%), pond (0,33%), zirconium(0,2%), cadmium (0,11%), nickel (0,0024%), cobalt (0,0023%), bismuth (0,0003%), silver (0,0002%), and gallium (in trace amounts).

According to MUFON Case file #64048 eyewitness testimony, I was driving from my home in Kerrytown toward a pharmacy on S. Industrial Parkway on 18th March, 2015. While driving down S. State Street toward Eisenhower Parkway at roughly 10:25pm Eastern, I noticed in my periphery to the West (looking left) a redish-orange circle above the roofs of the houses on the left side of the street just as I was approaching the traffic light at Stimson Street. At first I thought it might be a helicopter, since there is a good bit of that type of traffic to University of Michigan hospital.

When I made it to the traffic light, it had just turned red, so I rolled my window down and tried to find the object and to listen to see if I could hear the normal loud medical chopper, but could not at that time nor hear anything related. I turned left onto Stimson toward Industrial, and as I reached the light at the Stimson & Industrial Intersection, I again spotted the object in the sky clearly beyond, but above the old Kroger building, and it was now moving South.
I turned right onto Industrial Parkway, heading South toward Eisenhower Parkway, and continued to track the orb the whole way, again, with no sound from the object. Throughout this time, it was no longer a solid color but more of a plasma-type effect, transitioning from red to orange to yellow to white, and mixing in between. It's aerial path also seemed to be a bit erratic at this point as it seemed to decend/acend in jagged movements. At this point I was fumbling trying to get my phone to take a video or pictures, but was unable to do so due to driving in an attempt to stay with the object.
As we approached Woodbury Gardens Apartments, I lost sight of the orb due to a bit of traffic on the road requiring my attention. I decided to turn left onto Astor Avenue heading West to see if I could relocate it. I drove a short way down Astor, until I came to Woodbury Park. As I stopped, I spotted the orb to the north, just as it entered into the bottom of a very large, very dark triangle-shaped object that I hadn't seen prior to this.
The triangle-shaped object's surface was extremely dark, such that I was able to make out any detail of the surface of it. There were, however, 3 flashing white lights that followed a repeating sequence in the shape of a triangle.
The lights were moving from the North toward the South, and seemed to be approximately 2-3 miles away. I shut my car off at this point and exited the vehicle to look and again try to snap a photo or video. I also noticed there were people walking in the neighborhood and I asked if they had seen the lights, which they hadn't until I pointed them out.
The large triangle-shaped object moved smoothly, continuously, with the lights continuing to flash in the same sequence across the sky from north to south at a brisk clip. Unfortunately, it was brisk enough to have moved beyond the large trees in Woodbury Park and prevent me from getting a photo.
I glanced at the clock and it was now just after 10:31pm. I attempted to drive to the south to see if I could find the large triangle-shaped object again, but was unsuccessful. I stopped to jot down a quick drawing of a map of both object sightings and of the objects, and to give MUFON a call at that time. After returning home I checked playback of flight radar data for the time in question and no flights where in the vicinity at the time either.

Many UFO sightings have been reported near the volcano Colima in Mexico. Once again a webcam captured a UFO next to the volcano.
The UFO appears at the same time as a really amazing lenticular ‘UFO’ cloud hovers over the top of the volcano.
In addition, a strange phenomenon occurs at the top of the volcano, it is not clear whether it is a reflection of light or something related to the UFO phenomenon. See video.
