Het is een lief, aanhankelijk hondje, dat zich op een week snel aan ons heeft aangepast. Ze is heel vinnig en nieuwsgierig, een heel ander hondje dan Noleke.

Petite synthèse
Bref, il y a enfin des témoins qui confirment, c'est formidable ! Mais ils confirment quoi ? Qu'un phénomène lumineux impressionnant a été vu par un grand nombre de personnes, que les zébus ont été affolés, qu'il y a eu une panne d'éclairage ou d'électricité dans la ville... Bref, tout ce dont personne ne doutait ! Par contre, la description de l'objet ou la trajectoire en zigzag au-dessus de la ville, bref les éléments qui s'opposent à l'explication par un météore, ils ne les confirment pas vraiment !
Essayons de faire une synthèse des cinq témoignages un peu détaillés que l'on a désormais...
Aspect de « l'objet » : pour Edmond Campagnac, une lentille verte suivie d'un fuselage à l'éclat métallique suivi de flammèches oranges ; pour M. Grimout, une « masse sombre » se détachant sur le gris du ciel, munie d'une dizaine de lumières et une gerbe d'étincelles bleues, rouge sombre et blanches ; pour le premier témoin malgache, un objet très lumineux de couleur verte, en forme de cigare, suivi d'étincelles rouges ; pour le second, un objet lumineux ovale de couleur orangée, suivi d'étincelles rouges aveuglantes ; et pour le dernier enfin, un objet long très clair et extrêmement brillant.
Ces descriptions ne s'accordent pas vraiment, et il ne faut pas s'en étonner après autant d'années, mais dans l'ensemble elles évoquent bien un météore.
Panne d'éclairage : Campagnac parlait d'une extinction brutale de tout l'éclairage de la ville, M. Grimout indique une panne générale d'électricité au moment où l'objet passait au plus près, et qui s'est prolongée une dizaine de minutes, et un témoin malgache indique une panne d'éclairage au passage de l'objet... Ça n'est que dans des dépositions tardives que Campagnac a ajouté le détail d'une extinction successive des lumières au moment du passage, qui est contredit par tous y compris dans son propre témoignage initial. À oublier donc, et il reste une incertitude sur la nature de la panne : éclairage public ou électricité ?
Durée : seuls deux témoins l'indiquent : Campagnac qui l'estime dans son témoignage initial à deux minutes dont trente secondes masqué par une colline, et M. Grimout qui estime son observation à guère plus de quinze secondes mais n'a pas suivi la trajectoire aussi complètement que M. Campagnac. On peut raisonnablement estimer que la durée totale sur la trajectoire était d'environ 45 secondes.
Dimension : elle n'est donnée que par Edmond Campagnac qui estime la longueur de l'objet à 100 m hors flammèches pour une distance de 330 m, et M. Grimout qui l'estime identique pour une distance de 500 mètres, plus une queue d'étincelles deux fois et demie plus longue. Cela fait respectivement un angle de 25 ou 12 degrés pour l'objet, et 40 degrés avec la traînée d'après M. Grimout. Il s'agit dans tous les cas de dimensions impressionnantes, et les deux témoins peuvent passer pour assez fiables concernant ce genre d'estimatioin, l'un étant professionnel de l'aviation et pilote et l'autre artilleur. C'est sans doute un peu exagéré, mais pas impossible pour un météore.
Trajectoire : d'après Campagnac, l'objet est apparu à l'est (sans doute plutôt au sud-est), a été masqué momentanément par les collines au sud, puis après être réapparu a piqué sur le marché, a adopté une trajectoire parallèle à l'avenue de la Libération (sud-est/nord-ouest), et a enfin viré à gauche pour disparaître vers l'ouest ; M. Grimout a vu l'objet apparaître vers l'ouest, suivre une direction sud-nord en passant devant lui, puis virer à gauche pour disparaître vers l'ouest ; la secrétaire de la mairie a vu l'objet apparaître au sud-est, suivre l'avenue en direction du nord-est, et disparaître à l'ouest ; le photographe l'a vu suivre l'avenue et disparaître à l'ouest ; le témoin de Sakay, enfin, a vu l'objet suivre une direction est-ouest.
Si on essaie de concilier un peu tout cela, on trouve que l'objet a dû apparaître depuis l'avenue en direction du sud-ouest et disparaître vers l'ouest, en suivant une direction est/ouest ou sud-est/nord-ouest. Il n'était pas très haut sur l'horizon d'après Campagnac et d'autres témoins, si bien que s'il s'agissait d'un météore à une altitude moyenne d'un peu moins de 100 km il devait passer au plus près à plus de 200 km au sud de Tananarive... Cela conduit sans doute à une trajectoire proche de celle-ci, avec une altitude passant de peut-être 150 à 30 km.
La recherche officielle en rajoute une couche
Les revues d'ufologie telles que Phénomène Spatiaux et Lumières dans la nuit étant très peu connues du public, c'est surtout parce que Campagnac a intéressé les officiels à son observation que celle-ci a fini par être connue, du moins avant l'avènement d'Internet.
En france, depuis 1977, il y a un organisme officiel chargé de l'étude des ovnis, appelés pour faire plus sérieux les « PAN » (phénomènes aériens non identifiés). Il s'agit du GEPAN (Groupe d'étude des phénomènes aérospatiaux non identifiés), devenu ensuite le SEPRA (Service d'expertise des phénomènes de rentrée atmosphérique, pui Service d'étude des phénomènes rares atmosphériques) et maintenant le GEIPAN (Groupe d'études et d'information sur les phénomènes aérospatiaux non identifiés), placé sous la direction du CNES (Centre national d'études spatiales). Le GEIPAN n'a rien publié sur le cas de Tananarive, mais le directeur du SEPRA, Jean-Jacques Velasco, a participé à une enquête du groupe Cometa (Comité d'études approfondies)... Ce comité regroupant pour l'essentiel d'anciens auditeurs de l'IHDEN (Institut des hautes études de la Défense nationale) a été créé dans l'intention de sensibiliser les pouvoirs publics aussi bien que la population au problème des ovnis et à ses implications militaires... Son unique fait d'armes a été de publier en 1999 un rapport d'un sérieux discutable paru sous le titre « Les OVNI et la défense, à quoi doit-on se préparer ? », remis pompeusement au Président de la République et au Premier ministre qui ne l'avaient nullement demandé, puis largement distribué dans le public sous la forme d'un numéro hors-série du magazine VSD. Il ne s'agissait donc pas vraiment d'un rapport d'étude officiel, mais ses participants avaient pour la plupart des haute fonctions dans les milieux militaires, et le directeur du SEPRA en faisait partie. Voici donc comment l'observation de Tananarive est présentée dans ce pseudo-rapport officiel, maintenant disponible en téléchargement gratuit sur le site du Geipan (note : dans cette version du rapport, le cas de Tananarive est daté par erreur du 14 août au lieu du 16 août) :
3.1 Phénomène observé par de nombreux témoins à Tananarive (16 août 1954)
Témoignage devant le comité>
Mr Campagnac (C), ancien officier d'artillerie et ancien chef des services techniques d'Air France à Madagascar, aujourd'hui retraité, est venu témoigner devant le comité.
Le phénomène décrit ci-après s'est produit le 16 août 1954 à Tananarive. Il a été observé par plusieurs centaines de témoins.
À 17 h, alors que le personnel de l'agence d'Air France attend l'arrivée du courrier, quelqu'un aperçoit dans le ciel une « grosse boule » verte se déplaçant à grande vitesse. La première pensée des témoins est qu'il s'agit d'un météorite. Le phénomène disparaît derrière une colline, ils pensent qu'elle va percuter le sol et qu'ils vont en percevoir le choc.
La boule verte, pourtant reparaît une minute après. En passant plein travers des observateurs, elle se révèle être « une sorte de ballon de rugby métallique précédé d'une lentille verte nettement détachée avec des flammèches s'échappant à l'arrière ».
D'après l'estimation des témoins, le « ballon » avait la longueur d'un avion DC4, soit une quarantaine de mètres. La lentille verte se détachait à l'avant à un peu moins de 40 m, avec à l'arrière des flammèches assez longues. L'engin a survolé Tananarive à une hauteur estimée de 50 à 100 m, estimation rendue possible par comparaison avec la hauteur d'une colline avoisinante.
Au fur et à mesure que l'engin se déplaçait, les lumières des magasins s'éteignaient, et les animaux manifestaient une réelle inquiétude.
Après avoir survolé Tananarive, l'engin est reparti vers l'ouest.
Détail surprenant, en passant au-dessus du parc à zébus de la ville, l'engin provoqua parmi eux une violente réaction de peur, alors qu'habituellement ils ne réagissaient pas lorsque les avions d'Air France survolaient leur parc.
Deux ou trois minutes après, un engin identique a été observé à 150 km de là au-dessus d'une ferme-école. Là encore, les troupeaux ont été pris de la même panique.
Si l'engin observé était le même que celui de Tananarive, sa vitesse devait être de l'ordre de 3 000 km/h.
Aux dires de C, le genéral Fleurquin, commandant en chef à Madagascar, a réuni une « commission scientifique » pour mener une enquête sur ces phénomènes.
Aucune trace de cette enquête n'a pu être retrouvée dans les archives de l'Armée de l'Air, cependant le numéro 6 du bulletin du Gepa (Groupe d'Etudes des Phénomènes Aérospatiaux) du 2ème semestre 1964 a décrit cette observation.
On remarque que si on nous parle « d'estimation des témoins », c'est sur un seul témoignage que ce résumé repose, et en outre dans une version tardive et édulcorée... C'est ainsi que l'on trouve encore le détail fantastique des « lumières des magasins qui s'éteignaient au fur et à mesure que l'engin se déplaçait », en contradiction totale avec le témoignage initial de Campagnac, dont la référence est pourtant citée, et avec quelques autres témoignages recueillis ensuite. Bref, une « enquête » tout à fait représentative du sérieux du rapport...
Jean-Jacques Velasco, alors directeur du SEPRA, a pour sa part rapporté cette observation dans son livre Ovnis l'évidence, réédité plus tard sous le titre Troubles dans le ciel (livre dans lequel il prétendait « prouver scientifiquement » que les ovnis sont des vaisseaux extraterrestres intéressés par nos explosions nucléaires, en présentant des statistiques truquées) :
L'affaire extraordinaire que je vais évoquer maintenant a été connue près de dix ans après les faits par le témoignage d'un homme qui confia son récit à un groupe d'enquêteurs du Gepa (Groupe d'étude des phénomènes aériens). Après un long et minutieux travail de recherche, on retrouva d'autres témoins, une dizaine en tout, qui confirmeront la véracité de l'événement.
Le 16 août 1954, en début de soirée, Edmond Campagnac, ancien élève de l'École polytechnique, directeur technique d'Air France à Tananarive, île de Madagascar (alors territoire français d'outre-mer), observait un drôle d'objet survolant la ville.
J'ai eu l'occasion de rencontrer Campagnac, à plusieurs reprises, et j'ai été frappé par la précision de son récit. Cet homme de quatre-vingts ans se souvenait comme au premier jour de ce qu'il avait vu en compagnie d'une grande partie de la population de la capitale malgache.
Voici les faits :
Comme chaque soir, sur le pas de la porte de l'agence Air France située avenue de la Libération, Edmond Campagnac attend avec d'autres employés l'arrivée du courrier postal. Non loin se tient le marché journalier avec ses senteurs enivrantes et son animation colorée. Il y a là des milliers de badauds.
Il est un peu plus de 18 heures. La nuit vient de tomber. La soirée est douce, le ciel transparent. Surgit soudain une grosse boule lumineuse de couleur verte, venant de l'est. Sa trajectoire est inclinée à 45°. On s'attend à ce qu'elle touche le sol dans une fantastique explosion... Ce qu'elle ne fait pas. Survolant le palais de la reine, l'objet s'éloigne pour disparaître rapidement de la vue des témoins. Il est de retour moins d'une minute après. Cette fois-ci, il fait le tour des collines qui ceinturent la ville puis passe silencieusement, à une altitude de deux cent cinquante mètres environ, au-dessus du marché, tourne vers le nord et longe l'avenue de la Libération.
Les centaines de témoins sont littéralement médusés. Campagnac décrit l'objet comme un plasma verdâtre de la taille d'un avion, suivi par une sorte de fuselage métallique (en forme de ballon de rugby). Des étincelles blanches, rouges et bleues accompagnent l'ensemble dont la vitesse est estimée à environ 400 kilomètres à l'heure. L'éclairage public s'éteint puis se rallume au bout de quelques minutes. Les chiens hurlent à la mort. À la sortie de la ville, un troupeau de zébus est pris de panique : les animaux enfoncent les barrières et se répandent dans Tananarive...
Les autorités locales de l'époque diligentèrent une enquête menée par le directeur de l'Observatoire de Tananarive, le révérend-père Coze, lui-même témoin de la scène. Lorsqu'il rentra en France, Edmond Campagnac confia son témoignage aux plus hautes autorité civiles et militaires, ainsi qu'au Gepa. Depuis, une dizaine de témoins ont été retrouvés qui confirment la totalité de l'observation au-dessus de Tananarive. Ce cas préfigure des centaines d'autres qui seront enregistrés, plus tard, à travers le monde entier.
Il s'agit de la première observation collective de grande ampleur.
Selon les enquêteurs du Gepa, plusieurs dizaines de milliers de témoins, d'une grande diversité ethnique, culturelle et sociale, ont assisté à la scène. Grâce à la position de nombreux observateurs, on a pu reconstituer la trajectoire précise du phénomène : descente brutale à 45° suivie d'un fort ralentissement puis trajectoire horizontale et plusieurs virages lors du survol de la ville, à quelques dizaines de mètres d'altitude. Au passage de l'ovni, on note un effet physique majeur : l'extinction des lampadaires.
Depuis cette époque, Edmond Campagnac cherche à comprendre ce qu'il a vu. Il est peu probable qu'il obtienne un jour la réponse... L'hallucination peut être mise hors de cause. Aucun phénomène naturel ne saurait avoir les caractéristiques de l'objet observé...
Alors ?
Alors, on s'étonne que Velasco nous explique qu'après plus de quarante ans Campagnac « se souvenait comme au premier jour de ce qu'il avait vu en compagnie d'une grande partie de la population malgache » mais ne cherche pas pour s'en assurer à comparer son récit à celui qu'il faisait seulement dix ans après l'observation ! On s'étonne aussi qu'il écrive que la « dizaine de témoins qui ont été retrouvés » « confirment la totalité de l'observation au-dessus de Tananarive », alors que nous avons vu que c'était bien loin d'être le cas... On s'étonne qu'il nous dise que l'objet s'est éloigné pour disparaître rapidement de la vue des témoins, et revenir une minute plus tard, alors qu'autant que je sache Campagnac s'en est toujours tenu à dire que l'objet avait simplement été masqué par une colline, durant 30 secondes pour son premier témoignage et une minute dans les versions plus tardives. Et on s'étonne enfin qu'il affirme que « grâce à la position de nombreux observateurs, on a pu recontituer la trajectoire précise du phénomène », avec plusieurs virages et à seulement quelques dizaines de mètres d'altitude, alors qu'à une exception près les quelques observateurs qui ont témoigné étaient regroupés dans la même zone et décrivaient pourtant des trajectoires assez différentes... That's ufology, comme dirait un vilain sceptique de mes amis.
Et en 2001, Velasco participait avec Edmond Campagnac à un débat télévisé sur la chaîne documentaire Planète Forum... Il indiquait les détails de ce cas qui lui paraissaient significatifs :
— Le fait du passage de l'objet entre des témoins visuels et des collines, permettant une évaluation des distances et donc des dimensions.
Ça n'apparaît nullement dans le premier témoignage de Campagnac, et autant que je sache pas non plus dans les suivants : l'objet a été momentanément masqué par une colline, et à la fin il a disparu derrière une autre colline, jamais il n'est passé devant. — Le trajet même de l'objet, descendant à grande vitesse à la verticale pour ensuite effectuer un trajet plus lent et à l'horizontale.
Descente à la verticale je n'ai vu ça nulle part, et nous avons vu comment la « plongée » vers le marché pourrait s'expliquer par l'impression que l'objet s'était rapproché rapidement.
— Le phénomène physique des éclairages s'éteignant au passage de l'OVNI et se rallumant après.
Dans le témoignage initial et dans ceux qui ont été récoltés plus tard il est juste question d'une panne générale d'électricité ou d'éclarage, les lumières qui s'éteignent les unes après les autres au passage de l'objet pour se rallumer après c'est un embellissement tardif du témoignage de Campagnac et lui seul.
— Les phénomènes de réactions des animaux.
Des zébus qui s'affolent au passage d'un phénomène lumineux d'une taille impressionnante, qu'est-ce que ça a d'étonnant ?
— Le nombre colossal de témoins.
Nombre qui implique justement un objet passant à très haute altitude, comme un météore !
— La nature culturellement diverses des témoins : « M. Campagnac à peut-être lu de la science fiction, mais il est assez douteux que les paysans malgaches aient tous été influencés par les comics de science-fiction US. »
Une boule lumineuse suivie de flammèches, quand on n'est pas complètement obsédé par les ovnis ça évoque plus un phénomène astronomique que les comics de science-fiction, et c'est bien ce que les paysans malgaches ont décrit !
— Le fait que le cas ne se produise pas aux États-Unis, suspecté d'être un terrain sociologique favorable à de tels phénomènes considérés alors comme illusoires ou frauduleux.
Eh bien non ici nulle illusion ou fraude, juste quelques erreurs d'interprétation... Comme c'est d'ailleurs très généralement le cas en matière d'ovnis, aux États-Unis comme ailleurs !
On peut aussi citer parmi les comptes-rendus « quasi-officiels » le résumé de la « Commission Sigma » de la 3AF (Association aéronautique et astronautique de France). La 3AF est une respectable « société savante » regroupant pour l'essentiel des professionnels de l'aéronautique et de l'espace, et quelques-uns de ses membres très intéressés par les ovnis ont voulu créer en son sein une commission dédiée à ce phénomène. Cette « Commission PAN/Sigma » a été créée en 2008, et elle était supposée publier son rapport fin 2012... Il s'agissait visiblement de réitérer l'expérience du rapport Cometa. Mais ce fameux rapport, terminé en décembre 2012, a été remis au président de la 3AF, qui a décidé devant son manque de rigueur de ne pas le publier et de renouveler la composition du groupe, devenu Commission Sigma2 ! Ça n'est pas tout à fait ce qui est écrit dans la présentation de cette nouvelle commission, mais c'est bien ce qu'on lit entre les lignes...
Bref, voici comment le cas était présenté très brièvement dans un petit « rapport d'étape », parmi les « cas français les plus significatifs » où l'on trouve aussi la rentrée atmosphérique du 5 novembre 1990 !
Madagascar / Le 16/08/1954 / entre 20 à 30.000 témoins à la sortie des bureaux à Tanananarive / A la vue de l’engin, des troupeaux de buffles ont complètement saccagé les barrières des enclos / Dégâts considérables (témoins M. Edmond Campagnac X38).
Conclusion provisoire
Il n'apparaît finalement guère douteux que le fameux « ovni de Tananarive » n'ait été qu'un météore très exceptionnel : l'aspect général du phénomène, l'absence de confirmation par les autres témoins de la trajectoire erratique mentionnée par Campagnac, dont on comprend comment elle a pu résulter d'une mauvaise appréciation de la distance et de la volonté de concilier des témoignages multiples et imprécis, le nombre extrême de témoins qu'il indique, tout tend à valider cette identification.
Il reste que ce météore à sûrement été très exceptionnel : par sa durée, même si Campagnac l'a sûrement exagérée, par sa trajectoire presque horizontale, et par son ampleur. Il est bien possible du reste que des fragments aient atteint le sol, mais si c'est le cas ils gisent sans doute au fond du détroit de Mozambique.
Si on veut en savoir plus, il faut continuer à chercher... Peut-être pas de nouveaux témoins, après 60 ans il ne doit pas en rester beaucoup et leur témoignage sera sûrement très déformé, mais surtout des archives écrites. Il serait vraiment surprenant qu'il n'y ait aucune trace de ce phénomène dans la presse locale... Et qui sait, peut-être trouvera-t-on un jour le rapport du révérend Coze, qui est sûrement plein d'enseignements...
En attendant, on peut méditer sur la façon qu'ont beaucoup d'ufologues de traiter les cas de témoins multiples : pour eux, la masse ne sert qu'à valider un témoignage fantastique mais unique !
Nous en avons vu un exemple dans le cas de la « vague » du 5 novembe 1990 avec le cas de Gretz-Armainvilliers : 6 témoins groupés décrivent avec une rare précision la rentrée atmosphérique et a trajectoire exacte, mais l'un deux fait pendant les premières secondes de son observation et alors qu'il se déplaçait une petite erreur d'appréciation en inversant le sens de déplacement (lent) de l'objet, et ça devient dans la littérature ufologique « huit témoins voient un énorme engin muni de structures et de faisceaux tronqués vers le sol effectuer deux virages serrés ».
Et toujours pour cette vague du 5 novembre on a aussi le cas d'Aubin « enquêté » par le grand naïf Serje Perronnet... 200 élèves internes d'un lycée technique étaient rassemblés dans la cour lorsque « l'engin » et passé, Perronnet en a retrouvé deux qui décrivent plutôt bien vingt ans après leur observation du phénomène qui a traversé le ciel en une minute et a disparu précisément dans la direction qui était celle de la rentrée atmosphérique, mais un des deux témoins, professeur d'art, ajoute qu'il a revu le phénomène vingt minutes plus tard alors qu'il rentrait chez lui en automobile, et qu'il l'a accompagné encore une vingtaine de minutes dans une direction perpendiculaire à celle de la rentrée... Il dit aussi que plus tard il a rencontré quelqu'un de la DST qui lui a conseillé de ne pas témoigner parce qu'on en avait torturé pour moins que ça, il dit que le lendemain quinze personnes faisaient la queue devant le commissariat de cette toute petite ville pour témoigner et que tous ces témoignages ont été détruits... Et pour Perronnet, cela devient « 200 témoins ont observé un engin pendant une durée de 45 minutes et dans une direction perpendiculaire à celle de la rentrée atmosphérique » !
Et ici, à Tananarive, nous avons donc vingt mille témoins qui ont vu un objet survoler la ville à très basse altitude en effectuant plusieurs virages... Et quand cinq de ces témoins sont retrouvés, peu importe que leur description ne confirme pas du tout cette version, l'important est qu'ils confirment qu'il y a eu quelque chose, et donc tout était vrai ! Gageons que ce cas continuera à être présenté par des générations d'ufologues comme un grand classique, une des meilleures preuves du survol de notre planète par des engins extraterrestres, et de la duplicité des gouvernements qui cherchent par tous les moyens à cacher la vérité !

Psychotronic weapons : Brain Manipulation From a Distance - Unexplained - IN SEARCH FOR TRUTH
That it is feasible to manipulate human behavior with the use of subliminal, either sound or visual, messages is now generally known. This is why in most of the countries the use of such technologies, without consent of the user, is banned. Devices using light for the stimulation of the brain show another way how the light flashing in certain frequencies could be used for the manipulation of human psychic life. As for the sound, a report on the device transmitting a beam of sound waves, which can hear only persons at whom the beam of sound waves is targeted, appeared last year in the world newspapers. The beam is formed by a combination of sound and ultrasound waves which causes that a person targeted by this beam hears the sound inside of his head. Such a perception could easily convince the human being that it is mentally ill. The acts presented in this article suggest that with the development of technology and knowledge of the functioning of human brain new ways of manipulation of human mind keep emerging. One of them seems to be the electromagnetic energy.
Though in the open scientific literature only some 30 experiments were published, supporting this assumption (1),(2), already in 1974, in the USSR, after succesfull testing with military unit in Novosibirsk, the installation Radioson (Radiosleep) was registered with the Government Committee on the Matters of Inventions and Discoveries of the USSR, described as a method of induction of sleep by means of radio waves (3), (4), (5). In the scientific literature technical feasibility of making a human being asleep by radio waves is confirmed in the book by English scientist carrying out research on the biological effects of electromagnetism (6). In the report by World Health Association on nonionizing radiation from 1991 we read "Many of biological effects observed in animals exposed to ELF fields appear to be associated, either directly or indirectly, with the nervous system" (2).
Among the published experiments there are experiments where pulsed microwaves caused the synchronization of isolated neurons with the frequency of pulsing of microwaves - for example a neuron firing at a frequency 0.8 Hz was forced in this way to fire the impulses at a frequency of 1 Hz. As well pulsed microwaves changed the concentration of neurotransmitters in brain (neurotransmitters are a part of the mechanism which causes the firing of neurons in the brain) and reinforced or attenuated the effects of drugs delivered into the brain (1). The experiment where the main brain frequencies registered by EEG were synchronized with therequency of microwave pulsing (1,2) might explain the function of the Russian installation Radioson. Microwaves pulsed in the sleep frequency would cause the synchronization of the brain activity with the sleep frequency and in this way produce the sleep. Pulsing of microwaves in frequency predominating in the brain at awaked state could by the same procedure deny the sleep to a human being.
A report derived from the testing program of the Microwave Research Department at the Walter Read Army Institute of research states "Microwave pulses appear to couple to the central nervous system and produce stimulation similar to electric stimulation unrelated to heat". In a many times replicated experiment microwaves pulsed in an exact frequency caused the efflux of calcium ions from the nerve cells (1,2). Calcium plays a key role in the firing of neurons and Ross Adey, member of the first scientific team which published this experiment, publically expressed his conviction that this effect of electromagnetic radiation would interfere with concentration on complex tasks (7).
Robert Becker, who had share in the discovery of the effect of pulsedields at the healing of broken bones, published the excerpts from the reportrom Walter Reed Army Institute testing program. In the first part "prompt debilitation effects" should have been tested (8). Were not those effects based on the experiment by Ross Adey and others with calcium efflux ? British scientist John Evans, working in the same field, wrote that both Ross Adey and Robert Becker lost their positions and research grants and called them "free-thinking exiles" (6). In 1975, in the USA, a military experiment was published where pulsed microwaves produced, in the brain of a human subject, an audio perception of numbers from 1 to 10 (9). Again the possibility to convince human being that it is mentally ill is obvious.
The testing program of American Walter Read Army Institute of Research, where the experiment took place, counts with "prompt auditory stimulation by means of auditory effects" and finally aims at "behavior controled by stimulation" (8). Let us imagine that the words delivered into the brain were transcribed into ultrasound frequencies. Would not then the subject perceive those words as his own thoughts? And could not then his behavior be controled in this way? The American Air Force 1982 "Final Report On Biotechnology Research Requirements For Aeronautical Systems Through the Year 2000" states: "While initial attention should be toward degradation of human performance through thermal loading and electromagnetic field effects, subsequent work should address the possibilities of directing and interrogating mental functioning, using externally applied fields" (10). Several scientists warned that latest advances in neurophysiology could be used for the manipulation of human brain. In June 1995, Michael Persinger, who worked on the American Navy's project of Non-lethal electromagnetic weapons (11), published, in a scientific magazine, an article where he states: the technical capability to influence directly the major portion of the approximately six billion brains of the human species without mediation through classical sensory modalities by generating neural information within a physical medium within which all members of the species are immersed is now marginally feasible" (12). In 1998, the French National Bioethics Committee warned that neuroscience is being increasingly recognized as posing potential threat to human rights" (13).
In May 1999 the neuroscientists conference, sponsored by the UN, took place in Tokyo. In the declaration we read: "Today we have intellectual, physical andinancial resources to master the power of the brain itself, and to develop devices to touch the mind and even control or erase consciousnessWe wish to profess our hope that such pursuit of knowledge serves peace and welfare" (14).
The events at the international political scene, in the last few years, confirm that the concept of remote control of human brain is a matter of negotiations. In January 1999 the European Parliament passed a resolution where it calls for an international convention introducing a global ban on all developments and deployments of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings." (15) Already in 1997 nine states of the Union of Independent States addressed OUN, OBSE and the states of the Interparliamentary Union with the proposal to place at the agenda of the General Assembly of the Organization of United Nations the preparation and conclusion of an international convention On Prevention of Informational Wars and Limitation of Circulation of Informational Weapons" (17), (3). The initiative was originaly proposed, in the Russian State Duma, by Vladimir Lopatin (1). V. Lopatin worked,rom 1990 to 1995, in sequence, in the Committees on Security of the Russian Federation, Russian State Duma and Interparliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States, specializing in informational security (3).
The concept of informational weapon or informational war is rather unknown to the world general public. In 1999, V. Lopatin, together with Russian scientist Vladimir Tsygankov, published a book Psychotronic Weapon and the Security of Russia".
Translation trip- ups, are screw-ups, mistakes that can alter reality.
President Carter visited Poland, in 1977.
Through an inexperienced translator, Carter said," for your desires in the future", which instead was wrongly translated as,"your lusts for the future", and said,"When I left the United States", which came out as,"when I abandoned the United States", mistakes the press found amusing.
Nikita Khrushchev, gave a speech, at the U.N., during the Cold War, in which he said a phrase, interpreted wrongly in Russian," We will bury you!", which gave cause for alarm to NSA and CIA, when the more accurate meaning was actually,"We will outlast you!"
I have had the same conundrum in communicating with angelic beings, spirit helpers and my Higher Self, where it seemed that everything is lost in translation.
I needed spiritual help.
I knew fully well that
the human mind has Godlike power.
It can and does alter individual 'reality', to create and manifest scenarios, usually tied to pre-arranged plans made for our spiritual learning.
But how can our mind translate that power to tell 'reality', just what to spiritually do, in midstream, if life events are simply dreadful?
I learned that finding and
talking to your Higher Self, does not mean that you have the proper language to communicate!
Why was everything lost, in translation?!
I was troubled, and knew that my bizarre experiences of high strangeness were over the top, and I decided that translation issues prevented me from using or even accessing the language, the spiritual software needed to reprogram my spiritual blueprint, in midstream.
Ghosts, demons, nightmares, Out of Body Experiences, aliens in overhead craft, who abducted me, I was flirting with inter dimensional bleed-throughs and The Beast of Madness.
I craved an innate spiritual right to communicate and demand cessation, balance, grounding and protection from my angels, my guides, my Higher Self.
But, the more I worried, petitioned and implored, worrying about these things, the more they pranced into my bedroom, uninvited, at night.
Why does the buttered slice of bread always falls butter side down?
It's not the weight of the butter.
I share a mystic's revelation, to ponder and share with those in your life, whom you love, who worry, chronically.
Worrying, a negative energy, brings in those very things, that keep you up at night, worrying about,
since your energy goes where you think, focus and concentrate, worrying is a wolf, at your
door.
Though we are not alone in this life, our Higher Self, spirit helpers and spirit guides, do not use English, as we do.
Communication from you to your higher self is interpreted / comes from the inner focus, of your mind's energy.
Worrying brings about more things to worry about?
If that communication energy is seen as negative, as in pernicious worry, negative things will surely manifest, in your path because lost in translation, the spirit world assumes that's precisely what you are asking for!
Like trying to avoid a road obstruction just ahead, while driving a vehicle, looking at it, only helps you to hit it.
Whatever negative worry, energy of your spirit, you worry and over- think about, will try very hard to manifest, in your life.
So,here's the secret to effective communication, to change your in flight programs of harsh experiences and harsh lessons.
Translation programs still seem oblique and counter-intuitive, but I have found a language interpretor that works like nothing else, to manifest what you want to, in life:
Program RULE1
Stay positive.
Refuse to feel lost, overwhelmed, beset upon, or allow inner despair.
Never think or say, with angst/ pain, worriedly,
"God, AAHHH!, PLUUEEASE, help me with--------!", but instead say, with very sincere gratitude and monumental relief,
"THANK YOU,GOD!, for keeping all traces of-------- far away from me!", in an affirmative fashion, as though what you desperately sought, had already been delivered, to you!
Thus, Like magic, one can effectively communicate with one's Higher Self, who will quickly seek a remedy.
Your Higher Self will then shift from negative mode, providing you what you fear, to positive mode, giving you the sure and needed relief that you seek.
I was completely frustrated and a spiritual technophobe and it took me a full ten years to figure this out.
This affirmation-positive, RELIEF combined with GRATEFULNESS, splendidly WORKS to gain and re-adjust 'the ear' of our Higher Selves, who steadfastly manifest reality for us, according to the focus of our inner minds.
I have finally been 'heard', and paranormal inter dimensional bleedthroughs (knock on wood) have markedly diminished in ferocity and incidence.
This re-programming message lends a new meaning, to the phrase, "from your mouth to God's ears" , and much like those political gaffs, it's simply ALL in the translation...

I have a story to share told by my neighbor from across the street.
On Thursday ,November 14,2013 at about 7:00am.my neighbor caught a cab to go to work. He was heading north off Thornton, turning eastbound on Adelaide Street when he noticed a bright white light to the southeast. He described it as, “Like a light hitting a mirror.” Seconds later he realized to was travelling straight up!
He brought this to the Cab Driver’s attention and wondered if the cabbie could see this spectacle in the sky. Both watched this in disbelief for two – three minutes also noticing a thick trail as it ascended straight up. He describes it like a rocket going straight up ^ Then they both see a low black fighter jet pass by from east to west
As the bright light is now quite high they both noticed another black fighter jet heading north from the south in the same area. Now they wonder if there is some kind of military drill going on?
After getting out of the cab he goes into work he brings out two coworkers minutes later . Looking to see if this aerial activity is still happening. Only left were the thick trails in that area of the sky. Perplexed of what he had witnessed he told me he had carried on all day in his mind wondering *
Just a note: Later that night while I was walking the dog after 11:30pm I noticed a large loud low helicopter circling around our area. It had a strong search light on as if looking for something. After about 10 minutes of circling it had now stopped stationary over the Power Substation about half a mile away at the tracks. It sat there with it ’s search light on for near 20 minutes.
I could not see any emergency vehicle activity of the ground by road. Just the helicopter sitting stationary with the search light on that same spot. I thought it odd wondering what were they looking for? Guess they must have found it at the substation! I also took a few pictures to capture the moment *
Based on my neighbor’s story earlier that morning. I do wonder what I had witnessed and photographed around the Substation were connected ?

This interview is with psychic Aaron C. Hanson. In this interview Aaron speaks about having psychic abilities, important books in his life, and aiding mankind through psychic powers.
1) Could you explain what remote viewing is to us?
All human beings possess profound psychic ability. The difference between each in terms of a demonstrable skill depends upon individual experience, knowledge, and a determination to explore what is possible regardless of societal constraints.
Today, there are three basic levels of psychic ability that easily survives our world of fear based denial, ignorance, and close mindedness (abandonment). The first involves those of a “natural ability” in which many experiences overshadow a degree of denial. Being untrained and moderately informed, such persons rarely discuss these experiences due to various social pressures. A second level of psychic functioning is found where most of the contention exists and is one of the many reasons for ridicule, witch hunting, and justifiable public condemnation. This level specifically involves those who are taking advantage of unsuspecting individuals by demonstrating a very low level of discipline and skill. Although many of these individuals are truly demonstrating a very low level of psychic functioning, they are charlatans unworthy of our time, support, and admiration. The third and least common level requires training, extreme discipline, and perseverance. I often refer to this level as a springboard beyond that of remote viewing.
Remote viewing can be defined as a highly disciplined means by which information can be obtained from outside of normal states of awareness.
For the trained psychic, information can be obtained from three sources and the underlying or historical source is perhaps the most utilized. For example, traditional remote viewing skills are required for an acceptable degree of consistency in terms of piecing together historical events. A more advanced level of training will be required for secondary sources of information relating to probability, collective decisions, and individual influence. The third source represents the holy grail of decision making tools.
2) When did you come to realize that you had special powers?
Again, no person has “special powers” beyond that of another. This being said, my first extreme experience prevented a physician from placing a sugar cube into my mouth that was contaminated with Simian Virus-40. As a prodigy of psychic functioning, I knew not to submit to this in spite of the overwhelming ignorance of those around me. During this very early time of my life, 10-30 million children were mistakenly given the contaminated vaccine. Due to my extreme will to resist by clamping my jaw shut and tipping the tray of sugar cubes, I was not one of those children exposed to the deadly vaccine.
3) Could you name some literary figures that inspire you-and philosophers as well?
Thinking of Nietzsche, Socrates, Lao Tzu, William Blake, and other great authors, an oddly related block of alternative thinkers should be mentioned. This will include the likes of Aldous Huxley, Robert Anton Wilson, Timothy Leary, Aleister Crowley, Hunter S. Thomson, Philip K. Dick, and William S. Burroughs. I think that these and other exciting fringe elements within literature today are missing for a reason. Unfortunately, this is occurring just as our children continue to degenerate with technology.*
Most recently I have been pleasurably reading books like that of Sean Carroll’s “The Particle at the End of the Universe” and “From Eternity to Here”. I am also pursuing a long book list of discovery, theory, and hypothesis that mostly relate to particle physics, dark matter, entropy, infinity, and nothing. Nothing is the key to my research as it relates most to what I am now doing as a psychic.
*Help could be on the way with a large coronal mass ejection from our Sun. This would effectively stall communications that occur in the way of social development. Individual devices may still function, but would be useless for possibly months depending on the severity of the event. The lure of communications technology is understood and ironically, it is largely the result of fearing that one might not be in communication with another.
4) Can you tell us about your early years-where did you grow up?
I believe that no childhood could be any more neglectful or worse than my own. Thinking of this, I stand as a testament to show that anyone can emerge from the very worst of situations to become a well-adjusted, kind, and empathetic person within any society.
5) Do you make predictions that involve the world’s future – did you read the writings of Edgar Cayce and Nostradamus?
While remote viewing my own death as a blind session, I accurately described the incident and thereby avoided an actual death. This was confirmed beyond the session although the timeline that had been determined was off by approximately three months. Regardless of the error, I recognized my surroundings at the time of the incident as precisely matching that of my data and took the necessary precautions. This resulted in narrowly saving my life.
Predictions are difficult and prone to failure. My overall rate of success exists within the range of 71% whereas Edgar Cayce’s rate of success is said to be less than 30%. This relates again to the level of discipline, knowledge, and experience of the individual psychic and with the proper training under one’s belt, anyone can have the clear advantage over both Cayce and Nostradamus.
6) Why are you considered by some to be controversial?
The perception is that from the standpoint of most other trained and untrained psychics, I am controversial. As one of the most advanced remote viewers on the planet, I have consistently found nothing beyond death contradicting many who do not have my level of psychic abilities. Furthermore, I have found that “angels” are nothing more than four dimensional parasites within a collective intelligence. Without a proper construct, I must refer to their patterned organization as the result of intelligence and worse, they seem involved with every major religion with the expressed purpose of influencing human sexual relations. When remote viewing the four dimensional parasite, it is often shown to be present upon the advent of death especially during the times of war and great calamity.
To a trained psychic such as me, the idea of nothing is very special as it represents the source of everything we know today. To be truly honest about what happens to a human being when death occurs; one must accept that nothing will be the result.
7) Do your predictions cause a change in people’s lives?
Yes, predictions are very important. When informed properly, the individual can make optimal (not perfect) decisions. For example, when my viewing data revealed an optimal outcome for the 2012 election of President Romney, it was both incorrect and strangely correct. By strangely correct I mean to say that my failure clearly exists apart from the overall meaning of the data. I suspect that a prediction such as this exists as a mere directive rather than an absolute. Had we observed the directive properly as the optimal outcome rather than an absolute, a greater nation as opposed to one that is slowly crumbling beyond repair might have occurred.
8) Are you a member of an occult society?
The answer to this is more than obvious.
9) How can foreseeing the future aid mankind?
The very first nation to teach its children psychic functioning will represent the most powerful decision making source of information on the planet. I believe that with psychic development, collective decisions will become optimal resulting in overwhelming success.
10) How would a person know if he or she has a true gift for predicting the future?
Prodigies in this regard are extremely rare although it should be known that with training no one lacks the opportunity. This is a very glad message and to those who fear it, they will most certainly be left behind…

". . . Nightline with Ted Koppel had me appear with Philip Klass on June 24, 1987, the 40th anniversary of Kenneth Arnold's famous sighting of nine flying discs, near Mt. Rainier.
I was in Washington D.C., for the 1987 MUFON Symposium, where the focus was supposed to be on the cover-up. The start of the discussion was somewhat delayed by the fact that Jackie Gleason had died earlier in the day, and a tribute was expressed.
When we went to go in the studio, I had several blacked-out NSA documents with me to prove the cover-up. I was not allowed to bring them in. I argued–to no effect. There was proof! Then they told each of us sitting about two feet apart, not to look at each other, but "only look at your camera." Strange way to discuss a topic.
It also turns out that we never met Koppel, and did not him on a monitor. We heard him from ear plugs, so we were denied all the nonverbal input one normally has, such as a raised eyebrow, a smirk and the like.”

The print version makes a wonderful present for family and friends that will greatly add to their understanding of extraterrestrial contact. I have decided to allow electronic free publishing and distribution of UFOs Exopolitics and the New World Disorder in order to enable maximum worldwide distribution of this important disclosure book. I still reserve the rights to print publication.
As of 8/1/13 the print and Kindle distribution of the book has reached around 6000 readers, but this is not good enough for me. I wrote this disclosure book to benefit tens of thousands of people, if not hundreds of thousands of people.
I have spent over 40 years of my life researching extraterrestrial contact and cover-up. I expect to spend the last years of my life promoting this book that sums up all that I know, so that others may build upon my work. I am what I am today because others before me put their work into writing, so that I have been able to benefit. Now it’s time to give back to society.
I believe this book to be years in advance of most UFO books. It is important to me that that the book does not get lost among the large numbers of UFO books being published today. This even as the UFO/ET community slowly catches up to the evidence and concepts advanced in this important disclosure book.

Archaeologists Unearth 13 Alien-Like Skulls in Mexico
In a discovery that echoes the recent finding of an elongated skull in France, archaeologists excavating the ancient burial site “El Cementerio,” near the Mexican village of Onavas, made a shocking discovery. They unearthed 25 skulls, 13 of which were elongated and pointy at the back and did not look entirely human.
The burial site was first discovered by residents of the small village of Onavas back in 1999 when work was being carried out to build an irrigation system. It is the first pre-Hispanic cemetery found in the northern Mexican state of Sonoro, and dates back around 1,000 years.
Out of the 25 individuals unearthed, 17 of them were children between 5 months and 16 years of age and only 1 was female. The children had no signs of disease or trauma indicating a cause of death.
Experts have theorized that the deformity of the skulls were intentionally produced through the ritual of head flattening, otherwise called cranial deformation, in which the skull is compressed between two wooden boards from childhood. Although the practice was common among pre-Hispanic populations of Mesoamerica and western Mexico, it is the first time that elongated skulls have been found in north of Mexico.
The earliest examples of cranial deformation extend back to the Neolithic Era approximately 10,000 years ago, and the practice has existed among many cultures around the world. The reason for the practice, however, is less clear. Some tribes have reported that they believe that those with elongated heads have greater intelligence. Other reasons have included enhanced beauty, increased social standing, or making them look fierce in war.
Brien Foerster, author and expert on elongated skulls, has presented some of the most spectacular research on the subject. He has found that while most skulls show clear signs of deliberate cranial deformation, there are a percentage of skulls, namely those found in Paracus, Peru, which are anatomically different and which cannot be explained by practices of head flattening. These skulls, he said, have a cranial volume that is 25% larger than conventional human skulls (cranial deformation does not increase volume), and which weigh 60% more. Brien Foerster outlines further differences: “they contain two small holes in the back of the skull, perpendicular to the cranial suture present in the parietal plate of the skull. Every normal human skull is composed of 3 major bone plates; the frontal plate, which ends at the upper part of the forehead, and the 2 parietal plates which lie behind this, intersecting the frontal plate making a “T” shape. The holes are thought by Lloyd to be natural; every human jaw has a small hole on either side which is for nerves and blood vessels to exit and feed the tissue there; these 2 holes at the back of the skull may perform the same function for the elongated skull. The other factor is that there is only one parietal plate, where there should be two.”
These findings are quite dramatic, yet strangely unreported in mainstream publications and media reports.
More than 3,500 documented sightings of “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena” by pilots have been recorded by the National Aviation Reporting Center on Anomalous Phenomena (NARCAP).
Here is a look at four pilot sightings.
1. Blue-Green Oval Shape Over Albuquerque

Captain Jim Courant was flying a commercial plane near Albuquerque, New Mexico, in 1995, when he saw a blue-green oval shape approaching.
Courant, who has now been flying for more than 30 years, described the experience at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., on May 3: “In a flash of burning white light, the object suddenly shot up at a 45 degree angle.”
Four other pilots reported the object to the air traffic control tower. “One pilot said it must have been a meteor,” Courant recounted, adding, “I got on and said, ‘Since when does a meteor go back up?’” He said many pilots choose not to speak about unidentified objects they’ve seen, or are told not to talk about them. He gave the example of a pilot who was flying a 747 over the Pacific in 1980. He was amazed to see a large flying object, but when he was debriefed upon arriving at his destination in Japan, he was told never to talk about it again.
Some pilots have been encouraged to speak, however.
2. Brilliant Yellow Objects Stun Over UK
Captain Ray Bowyer was encouraged by his employer, Aurigny Air Services, to discuss what he saw in the highly publicized sighting above Guernsey, UK, in 2007.
He said on the “Richard and Judy Show” at the time that he saw a “brilliant yellow” object. It was sharp and well-defined he said. He could also see parts he described as “graphite gray.”
At first he thought it might be reflecting light off greenhouses below, but it was too constant and as he held his gaze on it for a full 12 minutes, he knew it was a real object. He also said it was definitely not a cloud formation. He has seen lenticular clouds, the type often confused for unidentified flying objects (UFOs).
Passengers on the flight and his co-pilot all reported the sighting. He said, because it was in controlled airspace, he and his co-pilot were legally obligated to report it, which is how the media must have discovered it.
He saw the object from about 50 miles away and only lost sight of it because he descended below a haze layer. He estimated it could be a mile long.
3. Kenneth Arnold: The Term “Flying Saucer” Is Born
In 1948, Kenneth Arnold was flying a private plane at a height of about 9,000 feet near Mount Ranier in Washington. He saw nine shiny objects, which he later described as “flying saucers,” traveling at a speed he estimated to be 1,000 mph or more, far faster than aircraft could travel at that time.
He described the objects as “mirror bright.”
“They did not appear to me to whirl or spin but seemed in fixed position.”

4. Two Discs Spotted Near Gatwick Airport
On Dec. 30, 2012, pilots from three planes all spotted two silver discs as they approached Gatwick airport in England.
The sightings were recorded by Airprox, which tracks near misses and other air traffic control data.
A pilot flying a Boeing 777 reported objects that “appeared to be very slow moving or stationary.” All three pilots on the flight deck saw the objects, according to the report, which is cited by LiveLeak.com. The Epoch Times has requested the original report from Airprox.
The crew reported two “man-made objects, possibly toys. … Further details from the crew, and from the crew of a following B767, added the objects were two white or silver discs at approximately 1,000-1,500 feet.”
No radio-controlled model flying clubs were listed in the area. The objects could not be identified. Saucer-shaped or blimp-shaped model aircraft up to four feet in diameter are available to the public, states the report, though it does not say how big the crew estimated the objects they saw to be.
The crew of an Airbus A319 also saw the objects.
