| Conversations with some FLIGHT INSTRUCTERS and EXAMINATORS does it appaer thad in the 
  present JAR/FCL TRAINIG PROGRAM there are a lot of  SAFETY ASPECTS of the PILOT- 
 TRAINING are lacking 
 Also some FTO are too mutch orientated on the FINANCIAL REVENUE instead of PILOT- 
 QUALITY in their final target  
 A very for me aceptable procedure are; - A STUDENT PILOT in his first 15 FLYING HOURS has flown with 17 diferent FLICHT-INSTRUCERS ..??? -A STUDENT has FAILED 13 of the 15 EVALUATION FLICHTS but is kept in the TRAINING PROGRAM -Interim THEORICAL EXAMINATION 18 from the 20 FAILED to obtain a POSITIVE RESULT -FULL STALS are not more part of the TRAINING SYLABUS ?? -FLICHT-INSTRUCTERS have done thiet FI-SYLABUS on AIRPLANE who are NON INTENTIONAL SPIN aproved -EXAMINATOR with a too high failure rate has been replaced on request of the FTO-MANAGEMENT without any clarification ?? 
 THERE SEEMS to be a large difference in the QUALITY of the CPL/IR/MEL TRAINING 
  Reaction from the MANAGEMENT they are trained to be SECOND PILOT in CAT and will not be flying alone
