| This days in the EU ARENA was I involved in the folowing subjects: 
 
 A)-Development of proposal for 8,33 Khz below FL195 for VFR operations. 
 B)-UAS  projects:   For GA & AW this must be folowed very closely since;   The intention to operate in the NON MANAGED AIRSPACE ( UNCONTROLLED) in VFR    The development by the AVIONICS INDUSTRY of a systeme # SENSE AND AVOID# without any AIRCRAFT either if it is NON SSR/MODE-S equiped for the UAV and maybe a very intresting device in any VFR operating AIRCRAFT    Activity forcasted and devolped in AERIAL WORK OPERATIONS instead of AIRCRAFT such as HELICOPTERS or AIRPLANE important for the SME 
 
 C)-Aplication of the principe # GRANDFATHER RIGHTS# as requested by IAOPA-EUR toward DG-7 in the 80ths ( 1982/1983 ) 
 D)- Introduction on the SME's involved in AVIATION  via   about 100 copies of AEROMARKT  brochure  in German:English    see.... WWW.AEROMARKT.COM 
 E)- Introduced to the EP MEPs information about 
  F)-Follow up on SAFETY in GENERAL AVIATION & AERIAL WORK 
 
 G)-Participation at the FAB/ATM  proposals by   TEN-TE A 
 
  H) - Briefing on the FABEC         Resulting in the imediate STRIKE reactio,n of the FRENCH ATCO's for 5 days 
  I)-  Introdction information about the AVIATION professions to the        EUROPEA N YOUTH FORUM 
  J)- Aplication of the EASA part 'M' for persons with oNLY a AUTORISATION to be working on NON CAT AIRCRAFT   by their NATIONAL CAA many years ago and operating in this area for many years without any ACCIDENTS on their maintained AIRCRAFT .......WHAT ABOUT the NEW EAS aplications ???
